Fast and efficient.Since this was a recall from Honda, and I bought my car at Perfection, it would have been nice if they had contacted me to order and schedule the airbag replacement. I first contacted them through the website and got no response. Once I called the service department, things moved ahead quickly and the service was professional and fast. The service bay was spotless.

The salesperson and financial manager were friendly and easy to work with. It has been difficult to work with other sales people from other dealerships- I test drove several vehicles over the past year and sales people were often disrespectful- condescending when I asked questions or asking if my husband needed to be present before I made a decision. This was not the case with Perfection Honda. Scott and all employees provided all the information I needed in a timely manner, treated me with courtesy and respect and worked quickly and efficiently to get my new vehicle into my possession with as little hassle as possible.

I will forever be a customer of Perfection Honda due to the exemptional quality experience I had. Maverick was my service coordinator. He was not only helpful, but absolutely determined to make my experience EXCELLENT. I was having a full detail and oil change on my odyssey 2007. The crafters gave so much attention to the cleanliness of my van that it took beyond the time we had planned, two days in fact. Since my van wasn't ready by 3pm, and I needed to get my daughters at 4, maverick decided to give me a loaner vehicle. Maverick was told there was not a loaner available, but he went OUT OF HIS WAY and didn't quit until he found me a wonderful loaner (I needed a 3rd row to accommodate my family ). He's just absolutely wonderful. I was so so happy aND surprised at the beautiful job that the shop did on my van detail, courtesy of Frank Smith, who is also wonderful. I feel so fortunate to have such a comfortable welcomin dealership to care for my auto needs. I really appreciate everything.

I have done business with Perfection Honda for more than 10 years now. I have a dedicated team that I can go to anytime, with anything. Most importantly, as long as I can remember my go to guys have remained the same, Scott Walker and Mike West. These two have been able to take care of my concerns, address and correct any issues, as well as just give quality service. Most recently I've been dealing with Mark as my service advisor, and my level of expectations has continued to be met and surpassed. I have a dedicated team, that remains the same year after year. If this critical team at the dealership would ever go away, I may as well. Haveing worked in both automotive sales and service, I do believe they are the best.

Usually I have excellent experience! However, this time it was less then ideal. I waited four hours with little update on the status of the car and when I did receive an update it was along the lines of my part is done this is now on their hands not sure how long. Furthermore, when my care was ready to I walked out confused. I had to look around the lot for my car which was hidden in the corner still unwashed as if it had been there for a while. Usually I get my car driven up with a car wash, I had to request this service. If policies are changing transparency would be nice. I am not sure if this was an anomaly given the situation that it was for an air bag replacement and therefore free of charge due to the recall but the whole process was slow and uncoordinated. Usually my experience with Honda has been excellent, smooth, and thoughtful even.

It took 15 minutes less than estimated. The waiting room was clean, quiet and comfortable, plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped - people who wanted to watch TV could while those who prefer not could find other alternative seats. I had trouble using the wi-fi.

When my vehicle was ready, he explained the process, and let me know when my next service would be - and for what. Very polite and personable - great customer service! Also, I noticed Mike West several times. He was visible and available to his service writers, the customers, and professional at all times. While I miss him as my service rep, he obviously was an intelligent choice for Service Manager!

It was my 1st time using Perfection service. Service set up and dept. appeared the same as other dealers but I found the attitude and demeanor, and friendliness much better than any other dealer I've ever had reason to use. It figures, since your sales dept. is also so professional. "It starts at the top". doesn't it? Good for you. And don't forget this includes the folks who answer the phone.

Frustrating at first because the issue wasnt solved at first and they have me a huge excuse why my car was making a loud noise. i fianlly brought it back because it just wasnt right and they figured out what the issue was and fixed it. They told me they gave me a favor and fixed it at no charge, however i still have 100 percent coverage for all issues, so it was no favor just doing the job they should have done 3 months ago

The transmission indicator sensor came on my wife's drive home from work. She immediately took it to Honda Perfection in Rio Rancho, and Mr. Chris Martinez assisted her on the problem what needed to be fixed by the technician. She took her car in the next morning, and Mr. Martinez ensured her car got fixed. He was very helpful, and had such a stellar professional attitude. It was very much appreciated by my wife.

I've been dealing with Perfection since 2001 when I bought my 2001 Accord EX from them. They are fast and thorough, as always. I have never had a complaint about Perfection. After all, that is their name! Mike West is the best service advisor I've ever dealt with. They always do an inspection after changing the oil, and let me know if there is anything else that needs to be taken care of. And if something isn't quite ready for replacement, they don't "encourage" its replacement just to make more money. As a customer who lost her job this year and is living on a fixed income now, I appreciate that.

The service representative told me what was needed to keep my CR-V in great running order. Although I will miss the former staff that used to work there (I'm a customer of about 20 years) I now know that the new staff will be just as reliable. The cheerful environment and "can-do" attitude of the entire team was excellent. Drew has a terrific sense of humor and he makes a mean cup of coffee. Mark explained the problem with my "baby"(1990 Honda Accord) to where I understood. Lee is such a gentleman; and Joe Kennedy--well he didn't quite get my joke on my last name--maybe because he was so busy doing his job. LOL. And last but not least--Dani is efficient and professional, and yet very friendly. It made the problem with my car easier to bear because everyone was so nice, Thank you all for a great experience. It was a great experience from the start where I met Bertha the Sales Consultant at the door. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with the Honda. She explained every feature of the car and then helped us choose the right color. Then Muhammad Guaba helped us with all the lease and finance options. He worked out a great deal within our budget. We knew exactly what we wanted and called into the dealership because we are from out of the area. Rich Neese and Daron in the financial department were not only able to get us into the car we wanted but in our price range that we were aiming for. Our salesman was very cordial and patient throughout the entire process. We had boiled down our new car selection to either a Civic or an Accord. He didn't try to sway us either way. Just gave us all the facts we needed and allowed us to test drive both. After test driving the Civic EX for the second time, he found the car with the exact features and body color we wanted. Though the car we were test driving had all of the same features, he suggested that we take OUR car for a drive.

I did not get the names of the young men who helped me in the parts department, but they made my day. After insuring I got only the parts I needed (I had ordered a piece it turns out I didn't need, as it was already included with another part) I asked if they were sure they would fit my vehicle. One of the men asked if the car the parts were for was with me and I said yes. While I was paying for the parts up front he came and said he had spoken with the service manager and since the service department had a bit of spare time they would install the parts for me. I waited inside the nicely air conditioned service entrance until my car was returned. Not only were the parts in place, but they had run my dusty little car through their car wash. Granted, the parts were just a trim piece which snaps into place and a bolt and plate to hold my spare tire, so the installations were not difficult, but it was so nice to have someone provide services that certainly weren't required. Additionally, the woman who handled the paper work for the purchase was extremely friendly. I left Perfection Honda feeling like a queen. I will never consider using another dealership for the life of my car, and will very likely purchase my next vehicle from them.Also, I checked the prices for the same parts at another Honda dealer in town and they were about 25% higher. Corresponded with Ken Dix to get the parts ordered. He was very helpful as well and his employees were amazing. I'm just sorry I didn't get anyone's names.

Made appt for a seatbelt/air bag dash-SRS light indicator on and an oil change. Estimate time 2 hours but actually took 4 hours. Arriving after 2 hrs for the car no one could help us ONLY Mark and they didn't know where he was, take a seat and wait, We did for 2 more hours. Diagnosis faulty seat belt - no part available need to order part. Dealer called the next morning that my part was in! Routine oil change took four hours is a bit much.Today I call because my air bag cover was popping up, we went in and no AGAIN could help us. And Mark again isn't around to help. One service advisor wanted to start the paper work as the cashier went to find Mark, no paper work was completed cuz Mark showed up and looked at the dash and took it back to have service pound it down. I was not expecting to hear from anyone till the next day or so. She was very helpful as I was in a situation that I required a reliable vehicle right away. Driving home my a/c stopped working, heard noise under engine and called for a tow. I called Honda at 6:30 p.m. and Chris in Service answered and took my information. I arrived at 7:00 p.m. and Chris was still there!! He said he was still there answering calls - helping customers like me! The next day I was told I needed a compressor. It was end of fiscal year and I had to somehow get to work. He arranged for a loaner. Given that my Honda is 17 years old my husband asked if he could find a compressor (non OEM) which he did and saved us $200.00 which made a difference given the total cost.

Great service... Perfection did a full inspection of my car and advised me of any problems found. Even washed my car before they returned my car to me. Good job guys !!! And they mailed me a coupon to use for some savings on my service. I liked getting a "reminder mail" to remind me that service was likely due at that time... And it was right too... I was already planning to schedule service for my Accord that same week !!!

Sebastien Deutsch was the service advisor that I contacted to set up and reschedule my service appointment for my CRV last week. He was very helpful, gracious, and accommodating in working with me. The process of checking in was very orderly - initially, there was one person who greeted and directed me where to go, then a service advisor efficiently handled processing me and the "B1" service to be done, and the "closer" person who notified me when my CRV was done and directed me to the cashier. All this took very little time. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism not only by the service personnel but also by the sales staff with whom I came in contact while I was waiting for my CRV to be serviced. This had a very familiar ring to the general atmosphere of professional hospitality that I was accustomed to at Mel Rapton Honda in Sacramento where I used to take most of my many Hondas for most of the last 30+ years when I used to live in the Sacramento Valley of North California. Thank you and kudos to all staff there, and in particular the service advisors, Mark and Scott, who handled my signing in and signing out. I don't know who the service technician was but am grateful for what he (or she? - have not heard of any female service techs, yet <:D ) did in being the technician who took care of my CRV.

I arrived a bit before my appointment time, but they took my car in immediately. Service (routine maintenance) took only about 40 minutes. Customer lounge area was comfortable, with plenty of newspaper and magazine reading material if one needed it, and food and beverage choices offered.

Everything really from my first call. I was directed to Bertha Gurule who was very friendly and helpful. I was still in NYC at the time and did not come on the day scheduled, I flew in on a different day and so she was busy with a customer. She immediately welcomed me very nicely and asked Joshua Gonzalez to help who was wonderful. He was amazing, patiently answering all my sister and I questions, not pushful and gave excellent advice and helped negotiate a great price on a Honda touring. I had to return to NY and changed my mind to go with the Accord EX -L instead of the touring, from buying to leasing and yet the team was so accommodating. It was difficult orchestrating this from NYC and I had to change my arrival date a few times but Bertha remained patient, helpful and was never upset with me. Bertha remained in touch with me throughout the process. When i finally arrived in Albuquerque, she was AMAZING and went over and beyond. She picked me up as I had no transportation, actually allowing me to drive her car to the dealership as I had not driven for a while and was a little concerned. she made it a smooth , easy process. She went over every detail with me, made important suggestions/advice. She went over every detail of car> She was extremely supportive, friendly, made me feel comfortable. i never felt pushed to make any decision i did not want to. She was totally professional. MONICA in the finance team was excellent and she early worked with me to get a price i felt comfortable with and great financing. Don Overman was also wonderful- he went over in detail all service plans, again was never pushful but made excellent recommendations and helped me with registration.. Other agents came to help while Bertha was going over car details with me- Rahim etc. I know I keep going on and on but it was really a wonderful experience for me and I give them 10 stars!!!!!!

I went to two other dealerships before going to perfection Honda and they tried to push me into deals I couldn't afford even after me telling them I couldn't afford it. Perfection Honda was very understanding about my budget limitations and was very willing to work with me to get me the deal I wanted. My only complaint is that my sales rep made me feel guilty for keeping him past his scheduled hours. He also got frustrated at my request to keep my old licence plate because that meant it would have to be removed from my old car first. However overall service I received from my sales rep and the other associates far exceeded the service I received at other dealerships and I would highly recommend Perfection Honda for future car buyers. Perfection Hondas prices were also cheaper than Garcia Hondas.

I learned a valuable lesson when bringing my car in today. First come is NOT first served. And, I foolishly told the kid who checked me in (Mark Gurule) that I would be back at 1:00. Word to the wise: never, ever do that. My car was serviced out of order and I had to wait for it when I returned--because I arrived before I said I would. Sebastian Deustch - SUPERIOR Customer Service - Facilitated order of a replacement seatbelt assembly for my mint condition 2001 Honda CR-V. When Honda USA was not able to cover the cost of parts replacement and service call to install (considered normal wear), Sebastian was still able to give me a customer discount that made the price more reasonable. Most horrible service ever!!! Sebastian in service was completely rude and disrespectful. Dropped my car off for warranty work. And the problem was made worse than what it originally was. They're only nice when you're buying cars and spending money. But when it comes to warranty work they don't want to help!!! I've purchased plenty of vehicles from this dealer and spent hundreds of dollars servicing them at their service department. My brand new car should not be having problems. I get it... Not everything can be perfect. All I wanted was for it to be fixed... And fixed right the first.time. Now I have to take more time off work and make other arrangements so they can AGAIN look at my vehicle. I'm mostly disappointed in the customer service I've received with Sebastian. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealer.. I love Honda and will only buy Honda. But not from this dealer. I'll gladly take my business else where because I'm sure another dealer will appreciate my business. Something needs to be done about this service department. Not to mention I had to call and leave tons of voicemails just to get an appointment. Even had to go to the extent of contacting American Honda (Corporate) Everyone has their own opinion. But I personally will not recommended this dealer ship to anyone. I will make sure that I spread the word about my horrible service experience and the crappy customer service I received from the arrogant little boy that works there!!! Good bye perfection honda. I am extremely pleased with our new (used) car purchase. If there was a number above 5 I would have checked it. We are retired and the "no haggle price" on the 2014 Accord Honda Certified Pre-Owned car we bought was a number we could afford. The few cosmetic issues that were on the car were immediately taken care of without discussion. From our point of view we have a "new" car with a better than new car warranty. We received a excellent "no haggle price" on our 2005 Accord trade-in. I have bought several new and used cars over the years and this has been the best experience I have ever had. I now know why this place is called Perfection Honda. The staff was very friendly and priced my trade in immediately, they gave me a great deal! I was treated wonderfully and got a very good price on a 2014 Ridgeline. The building is like a castle and I got to test drive the truck I was interested in withing 5 minutes of my arrival. I was also given a excellent cup of hot chocolate that I enjoyed while working to get the price I wanted. Christina helped me and she was kind, honest, and warm. I was treated with respect and Christina along with her manager worked with me to get a price that I could afford. In Feb 2014, I referred a friend to purchase a car. I know Honda vehicles are the best, but not apparently Passport to Cash referrals aren't fulfilled as a promise. I went a second time to ask if my address for my reward of $100 could be incorrect, so my passport was Xeroxed so management could look into the situation. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't received any reward. Since then, Chalmers has fulfilled their commitment to a reward. I'll sent my friends to Garcia Honda where I had bought vehicles previously. Just thought Perfection was closer to my home area, but location didn't matter.

I enjoy doing business with Perfection Honda. My first experience with this dealership was in 1989 after my Pontiac Fierro was totaled in an accident. I purchased a used Honda Accord and had a great experience with it's reliability and economic transportation. When it came time to provide a reliable vehicle for our youngest daughter we passed it onto her and bought a new Accord EX from Perfection Honda on Academe. We were very happy with our experience with this car and the dealership so when it came time to buy another vehicle we naturally went back to Perfection, this time at their new location, 2603 American Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM.... The service department has always taken good care of our vehicles and us. I would highly recommend Perfection Honda to anyone interested in doing business with a reputable dealer...

In 2008 I purchased a new Honda Accord at Perfection Honda. The only place it was serviced was at Perfection Honda because I was always completely satisfied and impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the service advisors. I now have a 2014 Accord and it was recently serviced at Perfection. Again I was impressed. I will continue to bring my Accord to Perfection Honda.

Working with Aziz and Ian at Perfection Honda was easily the easiest and best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! It all started with their simple process of online trade-in value of my 2012 Civic and continued with their Internet price for the 2014 Civic. At no time did anyone put any pressure on us to purchase but instead exceeded our expectations in every facet of car buying! Everything at Perfection Honda was top notch!

Great experience with this dealership. Professional, genuine assistance without the high pressure experience you are dreading when shopping for a car. Everyone who assisted me throughout the process was truly helpful. Prior experiences when buying a new car involved several hours for the paperwork process. Time I needed to be doing other things. With Perfection Honda the paperwork process took no time at all, and I was on my way with my new at in under an hour.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new car. My previous buying experiences were very stressful, so I was not looking forward to buying a new car. But from the first time I talked to a sales person to the final sale, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and courteous staff. They did not waist my time but provided a great offer up front for the car I had my eye on and negotiated fairly. My sales person helped me learn how the new electronics worked and provided advise on how to set things up. I love my new Honda CRV and am very satisfied with the service I received at Perfection Honda.

My son and I purchase his Honda Accord at Perfection Honda in Albuquerque, NM. Before the decision to purchase the car I had envisioned the usual haggle back and forth with the dealership since that has been my experience. What a surprise!!! No haggle, no pressure, and a great experience at Perfection Honda. This was my sons first car and his first car buying experience. Our sales rep, Joe knew his product with all the tech amazing features and for my peace of mind the state of the art safety features of the Honda Accord. There was no pressure to buy extras or warranties we did want or need. Craig the financial expert made this possible. I have been very satisfied with the service I have had at Perfection Honda over the years. The service staff (Randy and Mike) has always been very friendly and accommodating. I just bought a new car. Frank was very personable, friendly and professional. He treated us with respect and courtesy and even stayed 1.5 hours after closing on Saturday night to complete our purchase. Ian in finance and the sales manager stayed also and both were also personable and professional. They did not rush us at all. I will say that I was not intending to buy a car that day, but because of the way we were treated and the deal Frank was able to put together, it changed my mind.

From the friendly email reminders about getting service, to the open invitation for questions, through the appointment, arrival, service wait, and closing, the entire experience was fast, friendly, and convenient. The status during the service checkpoint and the finding of additional work needing to be done, explanation and subsequent authorization and update of wait time, I felt well taken care of. Jed was very friendly, answering all my questions. The whole staff at Perfection Honda walk around with smiles. This indicates a good place to work and presents a good image to customers. The customer wait area is comfortable and pleasant with adequate drink selections. Overall, from the original purchase through subsequent service, I continue to return to this dealership. I have had a Honda for 20 years, from an accord, odyssey, and CRV x 3 now. I have always dealt with Perfection Honda because of the quality of the product, quality of the service, and the quality of the staff. They are the best. I moved from Rio Rancho 3 months ago, but I came back to Perfection Honda to purchase my new CRV. My experience was great. Very friendly and efficient experience.

I can say I had a very good experience with everyone!! Especially my salesman John very nice and helpful. My parents gave me a ride to find a car there and were happy with the service I receive also! I can sawy this is the first time I had a good experience buying a car. I had a good options and ended up with a car I love! I just purchased a 2007 Honda Accord on Saturday March 1st, 2014. My sales people were Ben and Billy. Ben and Billy were fantastic. We did all of our paperwork with Danny and the first day on Saturday he was great as well, even thanking us for our business. He was all smiles and eased us into our final paperwork just fine. I went today, Monday March 3rd, 2014 to drop off my final paperwork and Ben and Billy were not around when I arrived. I went to Danny's office to drop it off with him and his attitude was completely different today. I guess he was in the middle of doing his "end of the month" paperwork and was awful to say the least and to put it as nicely as I can put it. He was very grumpy, unresponsive, unprofessional, and just plain right rude as a person can be. I guess I came at the wrong moment and had to deal with the biggest a**hole I have ever had to deal with. I 100% understand that a person has a bad day but to treat somebody that bad who just purchased a $20,000.00 car from you just 2 days before is wrong. I will not be returning ever to Perfection Honda on Academy and will let every single person I know who needs a vehicle in the future that I would not buy a car from that place if there was a trunk full of money in every car. You just let go of 30 years of future business from myself and I am excited to pay my car off even faster just so I don't have to be associated with Perfection Honda again. I love my car and went from excited to enraged about my overall impression of the car buying process because one person couldn't even fake being nice to me for 5 lousy minutes. If it wasn't for Ben and Billy the rating and review would have been as low as I could possibly make it.

Mike West has always been our service consultant since we purchased our 2010 CR-V and 2010 Accord in July of 2010. Mike has always been there for us whenever we need service. He is very professional, efficient, and at the same time friendly and courteous. If you need service for your car, I would definitely recommend Mike and the service department at Perfection Honda. We just had both cars serviced. Good job guys.

First, the service department is excellent. I had my 2003 CR-V in there for service the week before and everyone was so polite and professional. My problem is with the dealership and a salesman by the name of Bobby Kain. On 8/17/2013, my wife and I went to Perfection Honda with the hopes of buying a new car and trading in my 2003 CR-V. We were waited on by Bobby Kain. Bobby, treated us so rude and flat out lied to us. It all sort of started during our test drive of a new 2013 CR-V. I had mentioned to Bobby that we had just gotten our 2003 CR-V out of the service department. That is when Bobby said, "you didn't pay for it yet did you? Because if you buy a new car today, you wouldn't have to." Unfortunately we had just paid for it. Then Bobby said, "that's okay, I can reimburse you." Lie number 1. After our test drive we sat down in Bobby's office to, what I thought was, to negotiate a deal for us to purchase a new car. At this time Perfection Honda had a promotion going on; 120% of Kelly Blue Book Fair Market Value for your Trade, 0.9% APR financing for 60 months and a $50 gift card when you test drove any vehicle. We brought in the flyer we had received in the mail for reference. It was determined, by somebody, that our trade-in was only worth $5,000. When asked if this was the 120% above Kelly Blue Book, the answer was no. So Bobby figured out that 120% of $5,000 was $6,800. The next "offer" brought back to us was $6,000 for the trade-in and $200 credit to reimburse us for our repairs. Our repairs, that we had just written a check and were told we would be reimbursed for, totaled $731.18. When asked what happened to what he had previously promised us, he said he didn't think he could do that. He then suggested we "go home and just swallow it." He gathered up the paperwork and told us to "just go home and have a nice day. I can't give you everything you want." And then he walked away. We were left sitting in his office, dumbfounded. We did not know what had just happened. We had not even gotten around to negotiating ANYTHING. This was the deal, like it or lump it. Bobby had spoken! Once the shock of being kicked out of the dealership had settled in, we were furious after being treated like that. No negotiating and then lies and rudeness. We went outside but discovered Bobby still had our keys to the 2003 CR-V. Bobby got our keys, held the door open for us and, again, said, "Have a nice day." It was then that my wife asked for a Manager. It was Hafeez Gauba who came. We told him what had transpired with Bobby. He was very apologic, saying that never should have happened that way, yadayadayada. He helped us get a pretty good deal on the 2013 CR-V, giving us more than the $731 for our repairs and almost 120% of Kelly Blue Book. Mr. Gauba asked us if we felt comforable working with Bobby or did we want another salesman? We picked another salesman.I know that Bobby Kain is still at this dealership because I saw him a week later when I went in to get my side moldings installed. He just glared at me. I hope there were some repercussions from his rude behavior. I also hope he didn't get the commission on our new car. We had heard from other people about Perfection Honda and the bad customer service they provide to their customers. One person I know even went as far as going to Santa Fe, after leaving Perfection, just to buy his new car, where he got a better deal, professional treatment with no hassles. If I had it to do all over I would have done the same. We were told that we would get a phone call from Honda in a few days asking how our visit and subsequent purchase went. We have not yet received that call. We did receive a letter in the mail from Mr. Brady Lovelady congratulating ME on MY recent purchase. Too bad Mr. Lovelady didn't read the title to the new car. If he did he would have noticed that the letter he sent should not have been address to me. My wife owns this car and is first on the title. If anything the letter should have been addressed to both of us instead of just me. My wife finds this letter unprofessional and rude.

I give this dealership a poor rating because of misleading sales, trade-in, and financing practices.The salesman had the staff appraise my current vehicle while I test drove another car. The salesman assured me they would pay the full amount I still owed plus $2000 money down toward the new loan. We then agreed on a price for the new car, slightly over the MSRP. We agreed on the loan terms for the monthly payment, number of months and interest rate.The finance officer drew up the paperwork, but everything the salesman and I agreed on was changed. The price had increased $1500. The trade-in value was $4000 less than I owed, and that was added into the new loan. The new loan was extended from 6 years to 7 years, and the interest rate went up to 2.99%. The contract was $5500 more than I agreed with the salesman.I told the finance officer all those mistakes, so he talked with the salesman. The finance officer came back and tried to bully me into the sale, saying that I "evidently didn't understand what the agreement was" and that I was "obligated to purchase the car anyway". I didn't agree to buy the car at those terms, and they wouldn't produce the handwritten sheet that I did sign.I left with my original car and will buy my new car elsewhere.

I would suggest that you do your homework before you conduct business with this Dealership..I did that and I am so glad I did saved me thousands..They offered me $3k less on my trade than the other Dealers I visited...What was more ridulous was they tried to justify their ridiculous figure on my trade-in..It was insulting..Please get figures elsewhere before you walk into this Dealership...I am glad I did...It saved me thousands...I did not do business here...You have been warned...Be Careful!!! I would hate to see someone being takein advantage of...... .

This is our second car from Perfection. We bought a new 2006 Civic Hybrid that year from Perfection, going there based on the recommendation from a friend who had earlier bought an Accord at Perfection. The friend had described the saleslady, Theresa, as a very competent and no-pressure sales person, exactly what we wanted and did experience in that purchase. At that time we lived in Belen.Now we live in Albuquerque's Nob Hill area and, frankly, were thinking we would not again make the trip up to Rio Rancho for any additional future car purchases, even though our occasional visits for service attention were spot-on professional by the service department. However, when we found ourselves in the market again, and wanting an Accord this time, we learned that Theresa was still working for Perfection. That was our turning point, so back we came in April, 2013, to buy an EX-L 2013 Honda Accord. We got Theresa again, a fair price, and we love the car. We closed the deal on our first visit. Brady Lovelady even took the time to come and say hello. Our special order vehicle came in about three week later. So we only had to make two trips, much appreciated due to our crowded schedule.Thanks Perfection Honda, our experience was as close to perfect as we could have expected. Oh, and the Civic is still going strong, but the Accord provides a more comfortable ride for us older folks, and we appreciate the additional safety features of the Accord. Enough said....finally.

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord LX from Perfection Honda and it was a stress free purchase with NO pressure from Ken Bash, the salesman. The car I wanted was not in stock but Ken told me one would be availabe in a couple of weeks. Ken was excellent salesman who explained everything and at no time did he pressure me. It was a pleasant experience to do business with Perfection and will definitely purchase with them again.

Buying a car can be stressful as it is a major purchase for most of us. However, the people at Perfection on Academy made it a pleasant experience. I bought a 2010 Accord at a good price in excellent condition. It had a couple of minor issues which they took care of right away - one before I drove off the lot and the other a bit later, but it was done to my satisfaction. They do seem concerned about the customer being completely satisfied. I even got a full tank of gas! The last time I bought a used car at a local dealership (not Perfection) I had to stop and get gas before I made it home and it was a hassle getting them to fix something they had agreed to verbally. With Perfection, everything was in writing and very clear. I love having a warranty on such a big purchase.I would go back and will refer friends.

I recently experienced some product difficulties on my new Honda Civic 2012 LX. Very frustrating. 1 guy found my issue picked it up and took charge, resolved the issue fast and professionally. I had no idea how to go about it and Greg Tanny's (Service Manager) actual communication was excellent right down the line. Give'em a call, he'll save you alot of time.

In shopping on the internet for a Honda dealer, I went to Perfection Honda's website. Having already completed a study of NADA, Kelley Blue Book, Black Book,.... I KNEW what my beautiful Jeep was worth on trade-in. Then I saw a coupon offer where Perfection would honor the highest value amount for a trade-in. So, I drove over with coupon (and printed proof of what my car was worth from their website AND the others: NADA, etc.)in hand. I was directed not to the gentleman I had dealt with from their internet dept. but a different one. Aziz showed me their CR-Vs and I took one for a test drive. When we returned we sat down and I presented him with the coupon from THEIR site along with my other proof of what my vehicle was worth. He said that's only a guideline. I said NO, it's a coupon from your own website. Well, to make a long story a bit shorter the coupon was a COMPLETE HOAX to get you in there. They quoted me a price a few THOUSAND dollars lower than the LOWEST price you could get even though my Jeep was in perfect condition, low miles, etc. I was disgusted!!! They wasted my time, energy, and threatened my health will the three employees smoking in front of their entrance. I was thoroughly disgusted with their lack of integrity, honesty, and care of customers health too!!!!!! I will NEVER recommend any friends, family, coworkers to them EVER!!!!

This was our 5th Perfection Honda purchase and by far the very best experience. Pete Trujillo was the first to greet us as we were looking for our new car. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. Once we decided which car we wanted the negotiations were seemless and even pleasurable! We still have 2 of our other Hondas and this makes a third. Neighbors comment that we are true Honda fans. We just like quality! The service team is wonderful as well. All of our maintenance and service is provided at Perfection Honda. I have had people try and talk me out of going to the dealer for service, but because of the positive experiences I have had over the last 8 years with the service department, I would not consider letting anyone else work on my Honda.

We had an excellent first time experience purchasing a used 2002 Honda Accord Sedan LX from Perfection Honda on Academy. The salesman we worked with, B.P., patiently asked our numerous questions, provided additional helpful information, and gave us his pressure-free, undivided attention throughout the entire process. Everyone else we encountered at this dealer was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely do business with Perfection Honda again in the future and would recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I purchased a 2012 CR-V from Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho. It was a very pleasant buying process. Ken Bash was upfront and very knowledgeable. I went to another local dealership first and got the usual run-around.Perfection and Ken made us feel they wanted our business.Financing couldn't have been easier.My girlfriend went back a few weeks later and bought a new Honda Civic from Ken.What more can we say?We'd both highly recommend Perfection Honda.

Both Brady and Theresa were so welcoming and helpful, they made my purchasing experience easy and as swift as possible. Theresa spent time going over my new vehicle and even sat in the car with me and showed me how to program my the radio and blue tooth.

Stephen was eager to take care of our needs and our questions. It seemed that all of the employees were willing to help in any way needed. Stephen too the time to show us the inventory on hand and what would be coming in. At this time, there is a very limited supply of Accord LX or LX-P because of the devastation in Japan this past year.

I have to say, without a doubt, that as far as buying from a dealer, Perfection Honda is hands down the absolute BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I have one other person I bought several vehicles from that was just as good, but that was buying from one individual person. This is a dealership with a few dozen people working there, and as a team they are just as good. Having been in business for over 30 years myself I know the challenges of having employees. Sometimes you have good ones, sometimes not. But I can say that everyone I have worked with at Perfection Honda has made it a great experience. Mike and the guys and gals in his service department are all as honest as I have ever found. When you turn your vehicle over to them for service they tell you exactly what they are going to do and go over everything with you when the vehicles done. I have never had them try to do something that didn't need doing or been scammed in any way.....ever! Same thing when we buy one from Perfection Honda. We (my wife and I) just bought a new 2012 Odyssey EX-L Van yesterday from them. We had a salesman we hadn't worked with before named Pete that helped us. Yet another great experience. We got the van we wanted at a fair price with no haggling over prices. They don't give you a high price and then make you negotiate; they give you a fair price right of the bat. In fact with the sale they are having they even "sweetened" the deal and gave us even more of a discount when we actually purchased it. I usually don't take the time to write things like this, but these folks deserve it. People need to know where they can go to get treated right. Perfection Honda is who I recommend to everyone I know. Go there and do business with them. I feel certain you will be telling your friends the same thing. Perfection Honda is the place to go.

Walked in pretty late at night and Dick greeted us and showed us around. He never rushed us or put any presure on us to make a purchase. The Overall experiance was great but I did notice when I got home that the truck was a quart or more low on anti-freeze and 1/2 quart low on oil. Probably something I should have checked before I left with the Truck.

I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with at the dealership. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. My sales person, Bobby Kain, was very responsive to my needs and took his time helping me choose the right car for me. I did not feel pressured at all. Actually, I felt like I was looking at cars with a friend. It was fun. All my questions and concerns were addressed and it was an overall great experience. The Finance person, Ayrat, was also very attentive and professional and answered all questions that I had. Both Bobby and Ayrat were a dream to work with. Based on the positive experience I had, I highly recommend this dealership. I bought the Accord LXP. I love that car!

We just moved here and have never leased a car before. We went to Perfection Honda on Academy to get a new "used" car for our family. We worked with Lou and Billy. WOW, they were amazing. No pressure, just helped us find what we needed. They were very helpful and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a used car. As we were en route to Santa Fe from Albuquerque, my beloved Ford Escape decided to do 10mph. We limped back I25 to Rio Rancho, and since the Ford dealership was closed on a Sunday, we ended up at Perfection Honda which was next door. Their salesman Ken Bash was quick to offer us water,curtisy, and genuine caring to our 5 hour hot drive.Even though they were getting ready to close, Ken never made us feel rushed or pressured. He loaned us a car until Monday, and when we went back, we ended up buying the car.The deal that they offered us was just too fantastic to pass up! Their finacial man Craig Lovell made the transition to new ownership fast and painless! I never wanted to trade in my car, but with service, kindness and a super deal, I woulddo it again in a minute! I have never owned a Honda, but look forward to a long term relationship with this dealership! I would HIGHLY recomend this dealer to ANYONE!!!!!! ASk for Ken Bash, he will take great care of you!

Our growing family needed a minivan and Duy helped us find the perfect used Honda Odyssey. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. He did not pressure us to buy (though we ended up coming back the next day anyway) and was very attentive to our needs as we waited to finish up the process of buying a vehicle. He even made sure to note the concerns that we had regarding the air conditioning so that it would already be in the vehicle's records if we needed it taken care of during the warranty period. Everyone that we spoke with there was incredibly honest and open. It was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend them to others needing a vehicle.

Why would I highly recommend Perfection Honda to everyone I know? Three main reasons: friendly service, knowledgable sales staff, and fantastic selction. I interacted with: Brady Lovelady-General Manager, Scott Wells-Used Car Director, and Jaime Avila sales person. All of these men exibited a friendly, "can-do" attitude to my car buying experience. They also conveyed a thorough knoweledge of their products and services. The selection of their car inventory was superb as well. Buying my Honda Pilot at Perfection Honda of Albuquerque was absolutely the best, most satisfying, most fun car purchasing experience of my life. I will recommend this top-quality organization to everyone I know.

I wanted to buy a used Toyota Corolla and Perfection on Academy had the car I was looking for. My sales person was Lou and she was very nice and never pushy. It was a great experience that I never expected. I have bought my other Corolla from LHM Toyota and the pressure and the hassle I went through during that occasion made me hesitant to go to Toyota dealer again. But the experience I had with Perfection Honda so exceptional that I will definitely go to them next time when I am shopping for a car. The business manager, Billy was also very nice and professional that in the process of paper works he never pressurized me to buy optional service packages. He respected my views, which I never expected. I am a fan of Toyota but Perfections'great service made me to think twice. I will consider Honda as well next time!I appreciate your great service, I recieved.

Devin our salesperson was very congenial, dilligent, and did not pressure. We went inwith USAA pricing. Some of the dealerships were increasing their pricing due to Honda's shortage of vehicles. Perfection honored the USAA pricing and it was a no hassle experience. We were disappointed they did not match the lowest price we received, but they were local & my husband opted not to drive 168 miles each way to pick up a vehicle at another dealership. The finance manager was straight forward with our all cash transaction. My daughter really appreciated the nice key chains & water bottles. Perfection beat Autoland's pricing by a long shot. They were close on the Costco pricing.Garcia Honda was a headache to work with even though we had 3 previous Honda's serviced there. Their salesperson was kind and had a great pitch. The management team & their tactics is where they lost us. They tried to get us to buy from Premier in Santa Fe if we weren't going to buy from them. I don't think Garcia wants anyone to know that Perfection is easier to work with.

I bought a new Honda CRV at Perfection in Rio Rancho. I telephoned dealers in Albuquerque and Santa Fe first, Perfecttion offered the best out-the-door price but I also noticed the salesperson on the phone seemed more friendly and helpful than the others. At the dealership everyone was pleasant, I never felt any pressure. I wound up with a better price than the one quoted on the phone and while I didn't get what I wanted for my trade-in I thought the overall deal was fair.

I found the salesman to be friendly, not pushy, from the moment he introduced himself. Darrell was very patient as we looked, drove and thought about the car we wanted. We came to trust each other during this process.Darrell helped us to work out the best lease deal possible. It was a pleasure working with him and I plan to refer friends!

I purchased a used car from Perfection on Academy. The manager Scott was so great and knowledgeable about the car I bought. The salesperson Ben was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to find the 2nd key to the vehicle. Billy was fast, efficient and found me the best rates for my loan. The whole experience was painless and I would definitely recommend this car dealer and team to others! Thanks!

We have purchased one other new car from Perfection, and have had a "Perfect" experience twice. The sales person, Scott, has been quick and easy to deal with both times. The finance department, including Hafeez, made it easy and simple to make a decision regarding leasing or financing to own the vehicles. We love both the Crosstour and Fit and will most likely continue to do business with Perfection in the future. Thanks for making 2010 a new car year for our business!

We had a very nice experience buying our daughter a used car from Perfection. Mr. Salgado seemed to be honest and not too pushy. He was very forthcoming in answering all of our questions, and promptly researched and responded to the ones he didn't immediately know the answer to. Overall, we are pleased with the car we bought and feel that we got a good deal.

I had a previous experience with this dealership, buying a new car from them 10 years ago. The experience was good then, and their product and service have been outstanding. I went back because of the product and service. The sales experience was excellent. The sales representative was extremely helpful and accommodating. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I did NOT want. The sales rep at no time tried to pressure me to buy any accessories or features that I did not want. We had a friendly negotiation on price, completed the paperwork, and went over the vehicle before I drove it away. It was the way you want to buy a new car!

I work with USAA , and I never did get an invoice price, only a MSRP. I belive I was charge Higer then I sould have benn, Back I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot. Over all I had a good experince, and would buy from them again, with a little more reseach.

Have always had great experience with dealership. Friendly and helpful in all dealings. Customer service is always outstanding. Work is always of the highest quality and done when promised. Overall experience has always been outstanding. I have never been able to beat the price any where!

Initially stopped in to "shop" and look at the CR V vehicle and really didn't expect to purchase. However, within a short time of excellent service which answered all questions and more, we walked away with a new vehicle! Great buy, xlent terms! The sales associate did not rush and took time to explain all details of the vehicle before and after driving it off the lot. We felt he wanted us to be completely satisfied. The financial associate processed all paperwork in professional manner while making us feel we were his VIP clients! Very friendly.

My experience with Perfection Honda started out on key. I requested a quote via their website and received a response within three minutes through a direct phone call and an e-mail reply, from Daniel Chavez. The Element I wanted was not in stock, but Daniel kept me informed of the timeline for a new arrival. When one did arrive, I was contacted and we set-up a test drive. Ken Bash was my sales consultant. Ken was low pressure, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. When I decided to make the purchase the paperwork with Rick was quick and easy. I'd like to note here that three years ago I tried to purchase a Civic or a Fit. The salesman was rude and condescending and I left Perfection telling my friends that Perfection was not the dealership to buy a car from if you were a woman. It took me three years to give Perfection Honda another chance. It was the teamwork of Daniel and Ken that convinced me otherwise. Thanks to them, I will be recommending Perfection Honda.

My wife and i bought a car at perfection honda about a week ago. Our sales associate was great her name was Lou Aguilar. Two days later after i had car issues,i receive a call from Lou and the service manager to take the car back for inspection. I am very pleased with the service i was provided.
