Our family highly recommends Matthew Skinner at Peoria Nissan! We had such a great experience when buying our son his first car. We called ahead of time and Matthew was expecting us when we arrived. He greeted us with a smile and had the keys at his desk. Matthew made the process fun. He was very transparent and honest every step of the way. The was no high pressure stress to buy and Matthew’s hilarious personality made the afternoon enjoyable!

Ask for Matt, he will take care of you. Easy process no beating around the bush. 08/27/2021 UPDATE Matthew Skinner helped me, I wrote a review because it was a great experience but now after the buying I wanted to add/update my review. He has been in contact after purchase, made sure all was well, and ensured it was. If you go to Peoria Nissan, ask for Matthew Skinner. You and your family won't regret it! "

Had a GREAT experience working with Matt Skinner, Weston Parker and the crew at Peoria Nissan. It took me over a week to get there, but they never pressured or made me feel obligated. I highly recommend starting your purchase online, goes way quicker when you get there. Matt made sure the vehicle was clean and ready, and Weston did the rest. It was a busy Saturday but we still felt a personal touch. Need a new car? Get to Peoria Nissan, talk to Matt and ring the Gong!

I would like to applaud the sales person (Serge Angounou) who helped me with picking out my Nissan Rogue. Serge was so patient and kind and he went that extra mile to show me the different features of each model. His easy going nature made me feel calm and confident in being able to relay my concerns to him. He was very understanding and thoughtful; he put my mind at ease by showing me all the features that come with the new models. I had gone into the dealership just out of curiosity and was very pleased with what he was able to show me. Serge truly listens to his customers. I went back to Peoria Nissan the next day. Serge had made sure that the car I was interested in was parked under the tent and ready for another test drive. Serge showed me more features and took the time again to show me how to set the cruise controls, and many other features of the car. He stayed with me during the negotiations and then for me to drive off late in the day. Serge is a stand up salesman that Nissan should be proud to have on their team, and I am grateful he was my salesman. I’m happy with the SUV that I settled on and appreciate him showing me this one.

I had such a great experience at this Nissan. Everyone was so kind and answered any questions we had. I recommend coming here instead of Midway Nissan. I've been to Midway as well and the workers and manager were rude to us and didn't explain well. Ramon was our salesman at Peoria Nissan and he was great. He is bilingual so I recommend heading with him. I gave him my budget and he showed me some cars that would fit it. I 100% recommend coming to Peoria Nissan than Midway Nissan.

The service department is horrible. Paul a service guy had promised us a part over two months ago. Have never received a call, I have sent messages, without a response.

I went in interested in buying a car. Trey & the "team" and I truly mean team exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with my car. It's our 2nd vehicle with this dealership and they really went out of their way to support the sale to the return customer. I drove 4 1/2 to get here! All my future cars will be from Peoria Nissan!!

Great experiance, no-nonsense, SUPER friendly, quick n fun car buying! Thank ya'll! We love the car! We came in after 6pm really needing a new/used car. I had spent the day on the internet looking at all the dealerships, Nissan seemed the most reasonable, and it worked out flawlessly!! Explained our situation, they listened, took us to cars we could afford, test drove 4 different makes, picked the one we loved, drove it home! Thank ya'll again!!

This is the run of the mill car dealership. When you talk with sales they will make you feel ok about the deal. Then in finance the poor ladies computers do not work so everything takes forever. Our salesman was nice, finance was nice, however once again the management seems to think they do not have to honor the contracts made. On the we owe you slip we made sure to ask for the three rows seat covers, the air conditioner needs to be checked. We came in today to attempt to get everything finished. Now we are being told to come back and they don't make the seat covers for these vehicles by the service adviser Elijah J. Pedigo, this in two minutes with a Google search was proven to be xxxxxxxx. I am never buying another new car from a dealership, especially the way the managers at dealerships try to screw their customers. If the service stuff is not done today I will never return here again nor do business with any of the Nissan Dealerships.Tonight after the deal was finalized and I posted this review I get a call from the sales manager asking me what went wrong. Where to begin. Dishonesty from the get go. When I asked about how come they don't quote the prices with the warranties and everything included and wait for you to get back to finance, he informed me the people who quote that stuff have to have insurance licensing. I didn't see any kind of documents in the finance person's office for a license. Not to mention people licensed in insurance are normally required to display this information. When it comes to buying a car from these guys my one suggestion to anyone is to ensure you ask what the total price of the vehicle is with warranties, extended coverage, and have them call you back when they are ready to go over the contracts. Do not let them keep you there for hours on end, don't give your keys to anyone, don't give them your license or anything of the sort. They will ask for these things, but make them give you a quote with everything up front, tax fees, title fees, licensing, and so forth. The one good thing I will say again is the salesman Angelo Becker is very good. He promised to help us out with everything, and do what he can. We were able to order the seat covers which we were promised, but again the air conditioner was not done today as we were promised, and the items were not in today. How does a dealership which, sells so many cars not have the items they promise people for the cars they sell? The other tactic they use is the whole sign and drive xxxxxxxx. Do not do this, make sure the deal is finalized, and financed. Drive your old car home, and wait until the next day if you are happy with it then take the vehicle. Do not let them trick you into signing contracts and "Backup Contracts" which is the term they use in finance to ensure the "dealership" is protected. They do not care about you or your family. If the deal isn't done don't drive their vehicle off of their lot. Lesson learned for us.Offering someone dinner, or other small tokens is nothing more than patronizing when someone is as upset as I am. This is not a good tactic to attempt to win back a customer you have already lost. Angelo already bought us dinner yesterday when we were sitting there for over 6 hours. Thanks but no thanks.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at what I though was a reputable dealership. I had purchased a car here in 2014 and had a great experience. Not the case this time around . The sales rep was new and not knowledgeable, which I can understand. But the attitude he sent my was unacceptable. I was approached by a sales manager to confirm they would accept my trade-ins (2 cars, both Nissans) by paying the loans off in full. I was upside down on one car but had plenty of equity in the other to offset. For two days the sales manger confirmed they would pay off my loans. When it came time to talk about price for a used car I wanted to purchase on their lot I threw out a low ball number of course. The sales manager comes back and asks for 2,000 MORE than the internet price!! I was appalled!! Why are you asking me to pay for than whats advertised. I advise the sales manager I will not pay more than the Internet price. The sales manager confirms..." You'll make a deal with me at asking price". Yes, however I want to see my credit options (interest rate). He grabs an application and confirms I can be in and out within an hour. I fill it out, boom credit score in hand. After 2 hours of wasting my time for the second day in a row I feel like I am getting somewhere... until another manager comes to show me a breakdown of my trade ins and the price of the car I want. All of the sudden they won't pay my loans off. There is a $2,000 negative balance. (conveniently the same 2,000 over the asking price they tried to get me to pay. He gives me some song and dance that the car is worth more than they are advertising...blah blah. I walked out at this point, I couldn't believe the sales manager couldn't be up front. I will be making a call to the GM and sharing my story.

Was dreading the car buying process but ended up pleasantly surprised. Our sales person was Justin Gallo and he was actually not your standard car salesman (that's a good thing). If we were in need of purchasing another vehicle I would not hesitate to use him again. Heads up - this dealership uses all of the standard tactics (mangers, assistant managers, etc. all coming to discuss what they "can do" for you. You need to go in having researched the vehicle you want, know what it's worth and stick to your price point). If you do that and work with Justin you should end up with a nice vehicle and a good experience.

Brandon Moles in the service department is the man. I live all the way in Tempe and I ended up making an appointment to service my car in Peoria because they are more accommodating than the Nissan dealership down the street from me (AutoNation Nissan Tempe). Brandon called me back immediately, was honest about wait times, and was really just a wonderful person which is how all people in the customer service industry should be. I will be servicing my car through you all from now on despite the extra drive. Thanks Brandon! :)

I came in to the location looking for a specific vehicle in a specific price range. Within a week's time I got to work with several employees, all who expressed a sincere determination to help me succeed. And, within that week I drove out in the vehicle I wanted.

I wanted to take a few minutes a recognition of John Breeser's services provided 5/19/2016. I first inquired about a trade in on my vehicle, 2013 Nissan Altima. After finding out that my trade in value was significantly lower than the payoff value of my vehicle I decided not to pursue the car purchase. John was kind enough to repetitively get a hold of me so he can assist me with my needs. I decided to reply back to an email of his and inform him of my current situation and without hesitation he came back with a proposal on a new 2016 Rogue SL that would only bring up my payment by another $20. After a few emails back and forth, I decided to come into your facility and speak to John in person regarding consideration to the new purchase/trade. John was very welcoming and did not waste time in getting everything in place before my arrival. There is a reason I've purchased my last few vehicles through John's services. John knows how to do business and knows how to treat his customers. Overall, my visit satisfaction would rank 5 out of 5 stars. I continue enjoying my business with Peoria Nissan and believe that's highly attributable to Johns services provided time and time again. I want to thank you and John for making my experience in car buying such as remarkable experience.

Dusty is great, very helpful and very knowledgable! I never hesitate to ask a question, he has the answer. I don't ever feel like he is not sincere in the commitments he makes to the quality and time to complete the service on my car. I don't ever feel as though I'm being sold something I don't need.Just outstanding, I talked to him about servicing our other vehicle that is not a Nissan. I will be bringing it in next time it needs service, because of Dusty Jager.

I have been going here for over 2 years. Each and every time I have had a very pleasant experience. I have dealt with several different service advisors and I everyone has been on point. Which is extremely difficult to find in any kind of service provided. I am very impressed with the communication and consistency. First service department that has earned my trust and repeat business

Just a few words to express my thoughts on Peoria Nissan. I have been a customer with this dealership for about eight years , a feat that speaks for itself. I have always been treated with the highest respect by the personnel, especially Jeff Pordes the sales representative. Jeff continually exhibits an aura of candor and friendliness. Jeff and the rest of the people there make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Whenever I bring my car for service, Jeff is there to say Hi and spend time just chatting, which helps make the time pass. Also, speaking of service, I would be remiss if didnt mention the Service Advisor, Scott Clouse. Actually, I deal with Scott more having to bring my car for service on a regular basis. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and is a pleasure to work with. These gentlemen keep me coming back to Peoria Nissan. Joe Surprise, AZ

This dealership played a price game with us for 3 hours until they came back with a cash price of $10,339.41 out the door for the 2013 Silver Avenger that we had been looking at. It was about 7pm and I had asked them to clean up the car since it was a recently obtained trade in car that had not been detailed and was a mess . I told them that I would go eat , and then come back in about 40 minutes to see how the car cleaned up , and if the 2 big scratches on the hood would come off. They absolutely agreed to that and the sales rep drove the car back to the clean up bays. 40 minutes later I come back, drive back to the clean up bay . I see the car parked there , but NOBODY EVEN REMOTELY NEARBY . So I get out , walk up to the car, and I see that it hasnt been touched at all , not vacuumed, not fixed door panel , scratches on hood not touched . Now upset ( We had a deal) I call the front and ask whats going on. 10 minutes later about 6 people arrive acting as if their trying to get the car cleaned up. The sales manager who gave me a written price of $10,339.41 , and agreed to have me come back now,,,,,,HAD NOW LEFT APPARENTLY !! How do you make a deal, agree to it, then go home for the night ?? Anyways, Still somewhat interested , I tell the other salesman that once it cleans up the next day, then call me , and I'd come down. The next day, around 3pm a sales rep calls me and tells me it's all cleaned up. I come down. Now in the light, and cleaned up , I see 4 very large dents all across the trunk of the Avenger. Still interested , I ask for my sales guy, I was told he was off today , Okay who do I speak to then ?? This guy comes out ( Scott Smith) , I show him the dents and ask if he would go lower because of the newfound damage. He tells me $11,590.46 !!! Wait I have the paper that offered me $10,339.41 last night, Now we have damage, and the price goes UP NOT DOWN ??!! I showed the paper , and again asked them to call the sales guy that was working with me,REFUSED I have tried now for 2 days calling and getting a hold of the General Manager Chuck Morris so that I could speak to him about this . For whatever reason my messages either aren't getting thru , or Mr Morris could care less about his customers treatment . His receptionist has even told me that she would e-mail him with my info , no luck there either. I have the paperwork that told me the price would be $10,339.41 out the door TT&L , The next day EVERYONE sees the damage that was previously missed , and rather than lower the price a few hundred , They ignore even the agreed upon price of $10,339.41,,,,,,,AND RAISE IT $1,251.05 ?! THAT'S SCAMFULL

I normally don't take the time to write reviews however, I'm making an exception in this case I want to express my sincere thanks to Jeff Pordes at Peoria Nissan for assistancing us in purchasing our pre own Mercedes Benz. Jeff Pordes went above and beyond what you would expect from a car salesperson as he was up front, sincere, and showed us how to save money on purchasing our car. Best attribrute about Jeff was how friendly, truthful concerned about us when we had been to 3 other car dealers in the Peoria area that day and didn't about our needs. If you're ever in the market for a new or used car, I would highly recommend Jeff Pordes over at Peoria Nissan. Kelly Steele Surprise, AZ

I leased a 2013 Nissan Leaf two years ago from Peoria Nissan in Arizona. At the time, the salesman told me not to worry about the battery because Nissan just replaces them if there is any problem. That is totally a lie, and Peoria Nissan will not be of any assistance to me with my NIssan Leaf that has a range now of 59 miles (maybe) in the winter with no heater on. Don't ask about how it fares in the summer - it is ugly to say the least. I now have one more year to suffer through this vehicle because Nissan says the battery charges up to 10 bars and must decline to 8 bars. We know that this does not take into account battery fade - in other words - yes, it looks good when it is first charged, but like all failing batteries, the range quickly decreases as soon as you pull out of your driveway. My lesson in all of this is that Peoria Nissan lies to its customers - yes I know I should not be surprised, and that the manufacturer is choosing to make folks keep a car that simply does not meet the needs stated by the buyer when purchasing the car. I expected somewhere in the range of 70 miles which would allow me to drive back and forth to my work site daily and make a couple sidetrips as well. This was all explained to the salesman when I leased the car. He is no longer with the dealership. So, I asked if the dealer would work with me on terminating my lease and getting a 2016 Leaf that supposedly had a better battery. Unlike the salesman's reassurances that it was no big deal to end the lease after 24 months, the dealer asked for the entire amount of the last 12 payments and the car. The explanation was that Nissan had changed its lease terms and that the residual value stated in my contract was no longer really valid. The upshot was that for over 900 dollars per month, I could get out of my current lease, turn in my car and get a comparable 2016 Nissan Leaf. Ha Ha Ha...I am laughing only because I am happy to share this saga with anyone who might be foolish enough to trust Nissan and buy or lease one of their vehicles. My advice - just because their contracts are preprinted - insist on adding terms that the salesman tells you in writing and have them initial them. You will then perhaps find out what the real deal is. Thanks for listening.Edit

The sales department encourages you to purchase their extended warranty for repairs. I have a 2005 Pathfinder and have a warranty through MMP, which I have come to learn that Peoria Nissan now owns. So far, NOTHING has been covered. Waste of money! They are thieves!

$900 for 80000 mile inspection=$900 for them to flush the transmission. They charge to inspect items that you can check yourself! They hand you a big long impressive checklist, but when you look at it, most of it is basic stuff like tired tread, horn operation, etc. Over the phone the lady tried to say I needed new spark plugs... For $200! They also said I had a "cracked motor mount". When I arrived, they said oh sorry, never mind, everything is fine. They try to scam you out of your money.Took it to another mechanic, and they caught a worn serpentine belt that these guys missed with their $900 inspection. Don't trust these scam artists. I also asked 3 times if she could order the factory floor mats, and the clerk at the front couldn't figure out how to do it... Completely incompetent.

So disappointing!!! We rated them a 1 star review because 0 wasn't an option. We were so committed to driving home with our new cars today. My wife and I walked in wanting to buy 2 vehicles and all they wanted to do was drive my Honda Pilot touring. We mentioned that we were potentially wanting to trade in our vehicle and it became their only focus. The salesman Robert was nice but as soon as he introduced us to his manger it quickly became sour. The manager was condescending and very abrasive. It's obvious that this dealership does not value common decency. I would never recommend or trust this dealership!!! It was by far the worst experience I've ever had in buying a car!!!

My husband and I decided to check out Nissan for first time, him being a Honda guy and myself a ford girl. Long story short we met NICK and man o man is he the MAN to see, he spent so much time with us and explained all the features and any other questions we had. It was an amazing exsperience and we didn't feel over pressured, where other dealer ships we visited tried to pressure us, so not only did we purchase our Rouge because of Nick and his patience, we just went back and within three months purchased another Nissan, our Juke and we LOVE LOVE them both! One of the things to consider when making a purchase is how do you feel about there service department and Nick took us over there to meet them and that is where we met Kevin and a few others, and they made us feel great and comfortable. And for a woman, I knew that when I would have to take the vehicles in for a oil change I would not be taken for, and feel safe, so we took that into consideration when purchasing a second car, now we only have to deal with one service department if need be for both vehicles. So remember Nick and Kevin are the men to see! Thanks Guys! Laura

Once you go to Peoria Nissan you will never go to any other dealership. The customer service you receive there always makes you feel like a VIP customer. We have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from there and they will continue to be our ONLY dealership. Chuck Morris even assisted us in getting the exact Armada we wanted, it was the last one left in Arizona at the time, but he made it happen that same day.

Wow! Where do I begin...... Over the past 11 years I have been a Nissan fan. My first Nissan was the Maxima which I purchased in 2004. When searching for my first Maxima I went to two valley dealerships and spent hours, getting the runaround. A friend sent me to Peoria Nissan after my two negative experiences and after not finding a car. After visiting Peoria Nissan I ended up getting the car I wanted at an amazing price. Most of all I built a relationship with the dealership and its staff, due to the amazing customer service, which is a very important aspect to me when buying a car.In 2009 I bought my second Maxima. Peoria Nissan worked to get me the exact car I wanted and had it delivered. Again the price and customer service was amazing and I built on the initial relationship with the sales professionals, management and even the GM.I am writing this post, as this week I purchased my 3rd and most amazing Nissan, sliding in to the 2016 Maxima. This is the most impressive car I have owned to date. The exact model I wanted was not on the lot, but not to worry as the staff at Peoria found the car and had it delivered that night. The sales professionals pulled out all of the stops as always and went especially above and beyond on this visit!I can not stress enough on how amazing the shopping and buying experience is at Peoria Nissan. No one will let you sit there without asking if you need anything, or helping you with a question, or even sitting down and talking with you and getting to know you. The dealership has not asked me to post this, this is truly a post of appreciation from me, for a great car buying experience time and time again. I have made some friends and built a relationship with a car dealership, an amazing car dealership and I want people to know they don't have to put up with pushy, angry, rude or disinterested sales people when buying a car.If your buying a Nissan, please take the time to visit Peoria Nissan, you can't go wrong.Thank you to all of the Staff at Peoria, especially Tim, Scott, Kent, Mike and the GM Chuck.

Be careful when you purchase there. The car will have a price on the windshield. They will not honor it, and charge you full retail price. I went with my 19 year old nephew to buy his first car. We met Bobby sales person. I explained to him what i was looking for. A new car no more than $15000 and a payment of $230. Bobby took us around the dealer and showed us a 2015 Nissan Sentra, with a price $13,950. so we went in spoke to a manager who asked about how much am i looking to pay a month. once again $230. so they got the payment to $268.22 with a down of $1300. well wed went over the contract, the price was about $17985. That did not include taxes and dealer cost. They insisted that they explained why i did not get it at 13,950 price. I was upset they acted like i owed them something. bottom line i did not buy the car and they are very dishonest.. don't buy there

Straight up and Upfront honest salesmen I got to know specifically sarku who was One of the salesman who got my attention was very polite and professional. He was straight forward and honest that filled my needs. The waiting area isnt that spacious but at that dealer its about the buyer not the coffee bar. Sarko is very energized and active and had lots of patience with us. I made the right choice going there.

Came in after spending the day at 4 other dealerships in the West Valley. To say the least they were extremely rude, pushy. and quite unprofessional to say the least. On my home I;m passing Peoria Nissan and figured oh what the heck. Stop in and was Greeeted by Jeff Pordes, who came across very professional and sincere.Walked in to the showroom and spend about 5 mintues of fact finding time asking what was important to me in purchasing my next car.uGave it what I thought was important without playing my hand, He showed me 3 options of cars 2 I didn' like but the 3 hit the spot. Budget was my key factor but didn't want a peiece of crap that was going to brake down in the next 30 days either.Jeff Pordes was very knowledgeable in his product and found me the right car and right price. A 2007 Altima SL and car fax history for back up. and after test driving we worked on the numbers. He save me $1500 over what I thought I was going to pay. So after 3 hours, I drove home in my new 2007 Nissan Altima with everything I wanted in it and then some. I can't say enough on Jeff Pordes went out of his way to ensure me that I was purchasing the right vehicle. I don't normally put a lot of trust in people, but Jeff Pordes is the exception. He was honest from the get go, never lead me astread, and kept me focus on my needs.I will certainly recommend Jeff Pordes and Peoria Nissan to all of my friend and family when there in the market for a new or used car.Belinda SaenzeSurprise, AZ

Like most people going to purchase a new car at the dealership is really painful and you have to deal with the hords of people jumping out at you.Not in this case, My wife and I were greeted in a professional manner by Jeff Pordes who asked a lot of questions about my budget, needs, wants, and why and SUV over a car. Never had anyone ask me that before!!! Jeff Pordes handled himself in a very professional manner, very stright forward, and most importantly honest with us. In conclusion, in no time, I was driving out of the dealership in my new Rogue and just wanted to say that I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is thinking about buying a car....Tryone GilbertPhoenix,AZ

Words cannot describe the exceptional experiances I personally have had on all my purchases and leases from Peoria Nissan and Chuck Morris. Being a REALTOR I need a comfortable and reliable vehicle that my clients will enjoy riding in. Chuck Morris has always been there to ensure that I have just the right car and the right financing / lease program. My new 2015 Platinum Murano rocks and is the coolest and the compliments I get from my clients is just way out of this world. A great ride for sure. I have personally recommended quite a few very happy clients to this dealership and will continue to do so. It is always a pleasure to walk into the dealership and be known by the staff and know that when I drop off my Murano for service that it will be completed professionaly and quickly and done the right way the first time. Peoria Nissan you have my buisness for life. Thanks for being a great dealership.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Over a month later and I ma still waiting for them to fulfill their promises. They continue to give me the run around and the only way I seem to get a response is to file BBB complaints. Check other review sites as I'm pretty sure some of the positives on here are from their employees.

This might have been the worst buying experience I have ever had. Its been over a month since my purchase and I am still trying to get these guys to keep their promises. In fact I am cancelling my extended warranty with them because I just don't believe they will hold up their end of the deal and frankly I dont trust them. Watch your wallet when you go there and by all means do not ever give them your keys....you will have to fight to get them back or be pressured into making a purchase

I leased my first Nissan Altima from Peoria Nissan in 2004. I have now leased 7 Nissans from them since then and I have to say - they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Most of my deals have involved Frank Jarosz who is now the General Sales Manager and is the one of the greatest car people you will ever deal with.I have had the pleasure of working with just a few sales folks that Frank has always hand-picked and they have been excellent too. The most recent being Robert Jones - who I would recommend anyone contact. The service department at Peoria Nissan is excellent. If there is a problem, the Service Manager, Emilio, will be more than happy to address your concerns and make sure it gets resolved.Have you had a dealership invite you to a customer appreciation night and not try to sell you a single thing? Didn't think so. Well, Peoria Nissan had a red carpet event for many of us and not one sales pitch. Very impressive. Gave away some great prizes too.On July 5, 2014 we bought our 6th Nissan - a Leaf and then in August, 2014 we bought are 7th Nissan - an Altima. We love both cars and again - couldn't say more about the entire staff at Peoria Nissan and how great they are to work with. Ask for Frank Jarosz and tell him Scott Toughill sent you.

This dealership has bully tactics. Don't waste your time. Other dealerships are customer driven and take good care of customers with friendly service. I want to purchase a crossover and I am comparing three different manufacture vehicles. Having driven two other manufacturer's vehicles I wanted to try the Nissan brand. I liked the look of it and what's advertised for a driving experience. At the dealership I was met by a new salesperson who, was under orders to get my information, including names, address and phone number, if I was buying used or new and how was I going to pay for it! After sharing my info I waited to see the car. The salesman said he needed to speak to his boss first, when he came back he pressured me into how I was going to pay for the vehicle, lease or finance. He continued to pressure me, I got up to walk out, the salesman was at a loss, said he would get in trouble with his boss if I left. I walked to the door and was confronted by a finance guy who questioned my ability to pay. All I wanted to do was test drive one of their vehicles for comparison. I will never return nor recommend this dealership.

I first purchased my New Titan from Peoria Nissan, I scheduled a test drive and appointment as I live in Tucson. They had a staff member (SULTAN WASHINGTON) waiting for me as I pulled into the dealership. The associate immediately took me to see all they had to offer within the range of model I was looking to purchase, at no time was he pressuring me to purchase. He allowed me to test drive multiple trucks to be sure I had the one I desired. The manager was very friendly and was extremely quick with handling negotiations so I wouldn't have to sit and waste my time. The finance department was also very quick and accurate with the process. I was so satisfied with this dealership I returned in May to purchase a new vehicle for my wife, and again SULTAN WASHINGTON was extremely helpful as was the entire staff. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I want to give Kudo's to Robert Jones and Travis as well as Jason in Finance for making our recent car buying experience such a great one. My teen age daughter's car had become a money pit with all of the problems and recent repairs that were completed. The car continued to have issues as the weather got warmer and we made the decision to look for a newer, more reliable car for her. We found a great car on line on a Saturday evening and I had requested additional information on it. By the time I was out of church at noon on Sunday, I had received 3 calls and 2 messages plus an email from Robert who was following up on my questions. Robert's professionalism shined through the entire purchase process and he willingly spent the time needed to explain all of the features of the car and answer our questions. When it seemed that we had reached an impass due to our trade not being valued nearly as high as we had thought, Robert broughtTravis out who wanted to introuce himself to us as he didn't want customers to leave unhappy.Travis came out and after hearing the situation we were in with our low value trade, took the numbers back to the used car manager to see if there was any thing else possible that could be done. After a few minutes, Travis returned and presented two other scenarios to us that seemed initially impossible but were the numbers that we were looking for. Not too much longer after that, my daughter had keys in hand and we were driving away in her sporty new car.I would recommend Robert, Travis and the entire team at Peoria Nissan to my family and friends for their next car buying experience!

If you are in the hunt for a Nissan, I would totally recommend this dealership. The sales associates that assisted us, Eddie Ysasi and David Montoya, were patient, informative and a true pleasure to work with. Our visit with them was to merely test drive a couple of vehicles but not to make any decision for a couple of weeks. They honored our request and also provided us with quotes based upon dealer invoice that day - with the promise to honor the quotes if we returned. Although in the end, we chose a Ford Focus from a nearby Ford dealership, it was merely because the style and feel of the Nissan vehicles didn't meet our needs. The Nissan vehicles are without a doubt high quality and affordable. Eddie and David were great, however. In fact I will refer friends directly to these gentlemen if they are in the market for a Nissan.

Phenomenal Dealership. Can't say enough great things about these guys. First time I have bought a car and planned on coming back to buy my next. I WILL be referring everyone I know to Peoria Nissan! My wife and I purchased a used car at Peoria Nissan. I wont bore you with all the details, but there was a bit of a hiccup with the vehicle that no one could have foreseen until it was driven for a bit. We were immediately given a loaner car and our vehicle was inspected, repaired, and returned to us with a 12 month warranty just for peace of mind down the road. This is a business, so they made money off us and in exchange treated us well and helped us get into a vehicle more suited to hauling kids around. By the time all was said and done we had been helped by John Breeser, Josh Zomok, Eddie Garcia, Frank Jarosz, and Scott Smith.

I was preapproved for an auto loan and purchased thru a click and buy program. Found what I thought was a good deal and all I was supposed to do is follow the instructions of both dealer and credit union. Find a car on the web site then click, buy and drive with no dealer pressure. Their finance guy tricked me into believing everything was final when I drove home and because my financing was all done thru the credit union I believed him. Once I got home the finance guy started dinging my credit all over the valley and every bank turned down the loan even the one who accepted it finally but they cant tell me why. My odometer went out only 5 days after I drove off the lot and when the dealer fixed it they added a bunch of miles and I have no way of even knowing how accurate my odometer is now. There are also conflicting odometer reports now on my car. The web priced was inflated on one paper I signed but not on 3 others. They will also try to sucker you into to all kinds of extras and crap you dont need and they screw with the numbers and financing so much that even those who are on top of things can get screwed. This is the most crooked dishonest car dealer I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them for anything. If you buy a car from them you will be sorry you did. I know I am and am still trying to figure out what to do about the odometer problem.

I drove over to Peoria Nissan to trade in my Versa to get an Altima. They wasted around 3 hours of my time. If you want to see how bad a car - buying experience can be - go to Peoria Nissan. The front end person was a lady very sweet and soft spoken, but I guess she had no clue as to what the demands of her boss was. She just asked me what car I wanted and at what price?. Then enter - Frank Jarosz. He was trying to intimidate me and my wife, He treated us like we were dirt and was very condescending. My credit was not great, but he could just say that - and try to coax me for a higher payment....but noooooooooo, he would have to shout at my face before my wife, and this was after a tiring wait of 3 hours. We were actually in a very good mood to buy that car, we might have even gone for higher payments, but this person doesn't know how to treat people. Perhaps he was on too much caffeine for the day or was wanting to go home. Anyways he really treated us very badly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You may wanna lose couple of grand in some other dealer, than getting yelled at, by some stranger at Peoria Nissan.Since we are well educated and from good families, didn't reply in kind to Mr Jarosz. Bottom line - find another dealership - go to Midway or Coulter,,,or some other place.

During my meeting with the Finance Dept. at the time of the vehicle sale, I was told that Zaktek wax was mandatory, which was not correct. that I found after reading the sales contract that Zaktek was optional. Update - 1/4/14The Finance office responded to my complaint about the Zaktek wax. Today I went to the dealership and filled out paperwork to cancel the Zaktek. As part of the resolution, $1295.57 will be credited to my loan. This issue was addressed to my satisfaction

10/9/2013 - UPDATE: After posting my complaint on this website I was contacted by Frank Jarosz from Peoria Nissan and he was very interested in helping me. He has been in frequent touch with me and has scheduled an appointment so that I can get a second key fob. He has really restored my confidence and opinion of the dealership as a whole. Frank has handled the situation in a professional manner and I really appreciate his help with this. I will continue to use Peoria Nissan for sales and maintenance in the future.

After complaining about a problem with a used car purchased here, and posting on this web site, I received a call from Frank. He is willing to take care of any problems that we were having with the car at the dealers expense. I am very appreciative towards Frank for doing this. He has turned a bad situation into a very positive experience for my daughter. Not every dealership would be willing to do this. I will continue to patronize this dealer in the future. Thank you Frank.

Totally took advantage of my son and dil buying and financing their first car. Eddie and Andy in biz are both liars. Neither will return a call. Told them no warranty needed to be added to a 2000 GMC ... first car financing, can apply the money to other things. Andy lies and tells me they take off the warranty and this thing call ZakTec is a $300 charge from the financing company. Turns out, it's a paint warranty ... which says ... not valid on cars with over 50,000 miles or older than 5 years. Neither will return my call. Shame on you. You think I'll be referring your business? Nope. I'll be adding posts on every website I can find. Yes they are adults and should have read the paperwork, but that's why I called and specifically talked to both of them to be sure they were not getting an added on rip off warranty. Sure enough. They did. Liars and typical car salesmen. Will never ever recommend them nor buy from them again. Buyers beware. They'll pay their note as agreed and that's it. Shame on both of you and your company.

I have never been happier! I would recommend this dealership for any and all repairs needed on your Nissan! My family and I got to work with a wonderful employee named Gilbert. I was very stressed out and he was AWESOME. Not only did he take care of the rental car for me but helped with all of the million questions that I had. He made getting my car worked on as simple as possible and gave me a GREAT deal that worked around my needs. I can't thank him enough. I would HAVE to recommend this dealership and Gilbert to anybody needing repairs. Getting my car worked on has never been easier. I think it was the first mechanic shop I've ever been to that didn't try to take total advantage of me, they genuinely care. Thank you so much! AngelaP.S. The rental car was AMAZING!! I went in with my sister to help her buy a car. Her husband is in the army and they needed a new vehicle. I went in with my research and knew the exact vehicle we were going to buy. It took 45 minutes to find the Pathfinder, then at the 2 hour mark we were finally talking about price. First off they wen from the online sales price of $24,000 up to msrp $30,000 and it took hours to get it back down. Then they were trying to sell us a Zaptech paint protection for $899. I asked what it was and finally got the answer of "It is a paint protection that is applied in one coat that protects your paint for the first six months" Apparently Nissan doesn't include that in their warranty. Then for an additional $500 in finance they will extend that to 3 years. I am sorry but $1,399 to protect the paint from fading or peeling for three years. NISSAN DOES THAT FOR FREE ALREADY. I got the $1,800 in add ons down to $297. Then went to the restroom and saw a coupon on the wall for a full wash and mini detail for $34.97 that included the Zaptech. So with a carwash its is free, but buy a $30,000 car and it is an additional $1,400. Thats ridiculous. They had no answers to that one. So I got the price finalized and to her to buy the extended warranty if they would sell her an 84 month / 100,000 mile warranty for $1,500. That is what Desert Schools will sell it for. fyi. Left her with her dad and her husband and the finance guy talked them into a 60 month/60,000 mile warranty for $1,680. Thats only 24 month/24,000 mile addition for the non powertrain components. The car came with a 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty and his selling point was what if the transmission goes out......... Then Nissan will replace it under their warranty............. I hate this place. They are a bunch of crooks and will post this review on every website I can find and tell as many people as I can so these xxxxxxxx dont screw another person out of their hard earned $ again.

Unethical, immoral and will say anything to sell a car. Took hours to "negotiate" a fair price on the car. They started out with a higher MSRP then even their own website had it at for full retail. Lied to about the warranty, lied to about complimentary road side assistance and you can't even get ahold of the GM to try and talk. Took weeks to finally get the free gift that was promised when buying a new car. Terrible experience, the managers are rude and every one of them will give you a different story.

These guys are the blueprint of slimey car salesmen. You WONT leave without $1k-$1500k of worthless add ons (pinstripes, tape on the doors which they refer to as "door guards" a coating of wax which they refer to as "a second clear coat". Why would I need to pay for a second clear coat? Don't Nissans already have a quality clear coat? I havent even mentioned what the "closer" finance guy will sneak on to your invoice. When I emailed the GM this is the response I recieved:"I wanted to make sure I emailed you the vehicle disclaimer that is listed with the ad vehicles when you click on the indivudual vehicle for details. The disclaimer is as follows "The prices and incentives shown above may vary from region to region and are subject to change. Inventory is subject to prior sale. Vehicle information is based on standard equipment and may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Please contact us via phone or email for specific vehicle information. This was probably the best car buying experience I've had. Austin Schrader was extremely knowledgable about the models I was looking at and demonstrated a real enthusiasm to ensure that I would be satisfied with the model and terms that would suit my needs and budget. Kevin Adkins, Sales Manager, also demonstrated the same enthusiasm. There was another individual, Travis, who contributed to making this experience a pleasant and satisfying one. They truly demonstrated teamwork and a desire to make a customer feel comfortable about the purchase with no doubts about getting a better deal elsewhere. They all get an A+.I would also like to mention my experience with the Service Department. I traded a Nissan that I purchased at the same dealership 2 1/2 years ago. The service department is the best I've been to. They also deserve an A+ rating.Peoria Nissan has easily earned my dealership loyalty and I will be back again when it's time to trade.

So, I went in over the weekend to purchase a used Subaru. The salesman was very friendly, forward and honest. Yes, I dealt with the typical sales negotiations, but the dealership met me pretty close to where I wanted to be price wise. The paperwork was quick and easy, and they gave me the right amount on my car. The previous review made me wonder, but I have to say that the whole process was honest and upfront the whole time.

My husband and I had priced a couple of Nissan Versas online, and we decided to visit Peoria nissan and see what they had to offer us, as another dealership had the same car for the same price. We got there and ended up liking another car better, but we hadn't been approved for a bigger loan. The finance dept and Robert worked with us to get us into the car we wanted, for a price we could afford. Being younger buyers, they explained EVERYTHING to us, so we would know exactly what we were getting for our money. Now we had bought our other vehicle from another dealership that hadn't explained anything to us at all, so it was a nice surprise when they did this for us. By the end of the night we had a great buying experience. They have earned our business for many years to come!

Gray was awesome! I only went in for a test drive and fell in love with the 2012 Rogue. Gray was very laid back and very knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal on the car, as well as a great price for my trade. The whole experience was the best I've had yet buying a car. Being a female, it is easy to feel intimidated buying a car at a dealership. They made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me.

We inquired MSRP on a vehicle we were interested in. We were provided with a price about $2000.-- above MSRP. We based our negotiations based on the price we were provided with. When we voiced our concern about the fact that the MSRP we were provided was innacurate, we had a less than pleasant conversation.I purchased the car a week ago, and at this time, I still do not have in hand a copy of the car invoice. This is the most dishonnest dealership I have dealt with. Accurate price disclosure should be provided without any question.

Okay first off, i filed bankruptcy about a year ago and I really thought there was no hope for buying a car. My income isnt the greatest either and I just moved to arizona. I tried Avondale Mazda prior to Peoria Nissan. At avondale mazda they said I was only approved at one bank at the highest APR which was 13.9 or 14.9%. It was for a 14,000$ car and the payments were nowhere near what i hoped. So I walked awayThen I went to peoria Nissan where I was kindly greeted by Gray. I had searched online and already knew what I wanted. It was a nissan frontier for around 14,000. I told them what I could do and they worked with me without the long delays I had at avondale mazda. I didnt feel like I was being jerked around at all..Anyways when all was done I got the truck for 270$ a month at 4.5% APR, yes 4.5% APR! I still cant believe it and neither can my brother with his 720+ credit. I would recommend Gray for your sales needs. He was very laid back and I didn't ever feel he was trying to push me to buy the truck. I hope this helps

Do not buy your car from this dealership. After taking us on a test drive, where everything seemed ok, they named and exorbitant Price for the car, atleast 2000 above the market value and when we started asking questions about all the addon's the person ( john) lost interest in selling us the car and what was worst is after we left the dealership john's manager called eric called us on the fone and actually accused my husband of being a liar when he said we were getting a better price and later when i got on the Phone, this eric guy was extremely rude and obnoxious. I'd rather spend my 20k somewhere else and not give these morons even one cent of my hard earned middle class money.

We bought a used 2006 Nissan Maxima SL the end of october and Hugh was a pleasure to work with. Told him exactly what we were looking for and he worked with us no haggle at all a Wonderful Experience how many people can really say that! We had such a Great Experience with Hugh. We sold our other car we had and went back to see Hugh a month later and purchased another used car Honda Civic EX and he again gave us a great price and our payments are exactly where we wanted them to be at and he made another sale. This time we were in/out pretty fast.We will be going back to him early next year once he finds us our Suv we are looking for to upgrade ours. We have found a delership that we will be going back to for all our vehicles we purchase in the future. I would reccomend anyone to go see Hugh at Peoria Nissan he is Awesome! Thanks Hugh..... for making The Wife, huband and our daughter very HAPPY! Davis Family.

My experience from begining to end was wonderful!!! Robert went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. The finance guy I had was also great!!! This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Peoria Nissan and I will go back again.Robert even made a followup call the day after I picked up my new Altima to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend Robert and the dealership to everyone.

In June 2011 we took delivery of a Nissan Leaf, after having it on order for over a year. The dealership personnel had been exceedingly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of waiting. When it came to delivery, all the personnel involved were very helpful and made sure we understood everything about operating the car, the purchase/lease options and future service requirements. It must have been a good experience, because 4 months later we took delivery of our second Nissan Leaf from the same dealership and same salesperson. And we duplicated the same good experience.

SCOTT MOEHN HAD HELPED ME PREVIOUSLY WHEN THE DEALERSHIP I HAD PURCHASED MY 2008 TITAN FROM WOULD NOT HELP(MIDWAY NISSAN)(HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE). SO WHEN I WAS READY TO BUY ANOTHER NEW TRUCK, I CALLED ON SCOTT AGAIN. HE SENT ME TO ROB MILLS, WHO CERTAINLY CHANGED MY NEGATIVE OPINION OF DEALERSHIPS TO THE MOST POSITIVE. ANDY WORKED HARD TO GET ME THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT, AND I NEVER FELT PRESSURED. I COULD NOT GET TO PEORIA NISSAN UNTIL AFTER 7PM AND AT 10PM (THE DEALERSHIP WAS EMPTY EXCEPT FOR ROB,ANDY AND A YOUNG MAN THAT GOT MY NEW TRUCK READY TO GO)I WAS DRIVING AWAY IN MY NEW FRONTIER. I ALSO NEVER FELT HURRIED SO THESE GENTLEMEN COULD GO HOME, ALTHOUGH I AM SURE IT WAS WELL PAST THE END OF THEIR SHIFTS. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN!!!! I AM SOOO PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH PEORIA NISSAN AND THESE GENTLEMAN THAT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEORIA NISSAN AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS OF MY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THANKS AGAIN, I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK.

I just wanted to commend Internet Sales Manager John Breeser on his professionalism and excellent communication. Peoria Nissan and John in particular went out of there way to accommodate my wife and I on a potential purchase of a new Nissan Juke. He is extremely knowledgeable of the product and he consistently offered solutions to getting a deal done. In this industry I consider John the gold standard. I will refer John and Peoria Nissan to any potential friends/relatives that are looking for a vehicle. Give John a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I have now purchased 3 cars from this dealership, and will continue to do so. After totaling my second car, they were quick to get me in a new car since my rental was about to expire. They are attentive, remember me evertime I go, and really try to make me happy as a customer. Because of this, I will always return to Peoria Nissan to purchase my vehicles.

At age 75 I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime. This was perhaps the most positive experience I have had dealing with a car dealership. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. They all went along with my insistence that we follow my 10 steps to buying a new car that I downloaded off of the internet, plus other related info that I downloaded. We got the deal done and my wife and I are happy.

I was very leary of buying new and dealing with a dealership as it's been a long time for me since my last car purchase. From the online inquiry to stepping in the door and walking out with my new car the experience was superb! My salesman Al was totally awesome and caring as were all the people there. Andy was helpful in dealing with the mounds of paperwork and explaining all the details, which can be unnerving. He made me feel completely at east with it all. If anyone ever needs a new car, they will be led by the hand by me to Peoria Nissan! Thanks guys for the great care you showed me!

Salesman was nice not pushy BUT once I got vehicle & drove off found that vehicle was on EMPTY (and I mean EMPTY)! Afterward he said they don't fill used vehicles but it's not very good customer service to send a customer away on an empty tank. I would warn anyone else to watch out of this and make sure they don't get treated same way when purchasing a used vehicle.

The sales person, the tradein appraiser, the finance lady and her whatever who came in and helped with the extended warrenty were just so kind to this old man and therefor my wife and I were very pleased with the whole transaction.Kenny was exceptional in his eagerness to accomidate my wife and me,such as being very polite and worked hard to show us the many attributes of a Nissan minivan.By the way he even took time to set my wifes and my cellfone up on bluetooth.

I was pleased with the service I received from Peoria Nissan. Everyone I met was helpful. From the moment I contacted Eric, he went beyond business as usual and assigned Robert Mills to assist me with my purchase. I must admit, I was very pleased with Robert. Most importantly, Robert made me feel welcome. I also like to thank the car detail team for doing an outstanding job with my new vehicle.

From the moment I pulled up, the service was excellent. I was greeted and helped within minutes of pulling up and while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I was given updates on the progress of the work being done on my car. The work did not exceed the projected time and the waiting area made the time pass quickly.

I went to Peoria Nissan to take delivery of my new Nissan Leaf. I had not been to a dealership in over ten years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a young man that promptly found the Leaf sales consultant, Robert. He had contacted me earlier in the day to notify me that my Leaf had arrived and he had asked if I wanted window tinting installed, which I did. The tint was installed, the car was checked out and charged-up by the time I arrived. We proceeded to take a test drive while Robert pointed out the car's various features. The paperwork process went smoothly, except for a little snafu with the licensing due to the car being alternatively fueled, which is not typical for most cars. However this was resolved over the following two days in a very professional manner. While we finished up the paperwork Robert programmed our home address into the navigation system and paired our phones to the Bluetooth system. He was very knowledgeable about the Leaf and we appreciated his insights into the car's many features. All together it was a very pleasant experience to get us started with what I hope to be a long relationship with Nissan and the Leaf!

After returning a used vehicle that ran for 2 wks after I bought it, the service department didn't help or want to help, I was greeted by an arrogant jerk manager named Frank who basically treated me like I was a huge inconvienance and acted like it was my fault and didn't owe me anything. After 5 days of bickering and hassle, I finally got what I deserved, a new car. But to my amazememt the poor professionalism continued as I was signing the paperwork by Frank and the finance department. The salepeople I worked with were nice and tried to be helpful.

I committed to purchasing a vehicle at an agreed price over the telephone. I drove to the store to pay for and take home my vehicle. I arrived at my appointment on time, was greeted by salesman and sales mgr who introduced himself then proceeded to tell me that he sold my car. Didn't believe, thought he was being funny but he again said, "no, we sold your car but we have others". What kind of a way is that to do business. No ethics what so ever. Don't bother going to this dealer, they don't believe in honesty.

After purchasing a new 2010 Nissan Titan back in March 2010 from Peoria Nissan, I had the unfortunate event in being hit by an 18-wheeler last week deeming my brand new, 8 month old Titan a total loss. Luckily, I am still alive and was not severly injured, but I now had to get another vehicle to replace it. Since I had such a great experience last year when purchasing from Peoria Nissan, I reached out to them again in order to purchase a replacement vehicle. Through my service advisor Scott Moehm, Scott introduced me to John Breeser. John was very empathetic to my situation and took care of my needs extremely well. His professionalism, courtesy and compassion made this unfortunate event in my life very easy and seamless. John was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Titan and presented me with several options that would fit my financial needs. I was extremely happy with the deal that I recieved from John and the staff at Peoria Nissan. Because of their great customer service and professionalism, I will 100% without a doubt buy another vehicle from John and Peoria Nissan again; as well as refer others to this great dealership.I would also like to extend a special thanks to Scott Moehm and Matt Stewart.Sincerely-Walter Thomas

I dealt with Regina - she was very nice and not pushy. I let her know I wanted to check out another dealership because I wanted to be a good shopper - another dealership said they were offering a "better price" but she warned me before I left that it was just a plan to get me there. It was true - when I got there it was way more than they said and they didnt even have the car I wanted.I called Regina right away and came right back. It was quick and painless. Regina even sent me a cute card with a picture of me and my new car. It was very cute.

We purchased a Nissan Murano in 2005 from and have always received excellent service at Peoria Nissan. When my husband's Toyota was totaled 10 days ago, I spoke with my awesome service rep, Paul Watz, who hooked us up with Robert Mills, the fleet and internet manager. We purchased the 2011 Cube and hubby LOVES it. Will always recommend Peoria Nissan to business associates, friends and family. One other person who should be mentioned was our finance guru, Jennifer Graziani. Thanks to her, we purchased the MPP Plus extended warranty which my husband was adamant we were not going to buy. She made him see the light (and the wisdom) in doing so. Extremely pleasant to deal, with just like Paul and Rob.

I have been servicing my Nissan Sentra there since my move to Arizona, now almost 5 years and Darryl has always been so accommodating since I'm on a tight schedule due to my work. He has been so helpful and I feel honest and trustworthy that when I bought my new car there I asked him to guide me. Robert was my salesman and also helped me in getting the best deal for me, while staying within my budget and also extended his services since I had problems getting the title of my old car that I purchased in Philadelphia.....I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

Regina was amazing. She wasnt too pushy and although I didnt like the Nissan Versa she did not give up to find me a car that had my wants and needs. She followed up with me in a timely manner. And she did everything possible to get me the best deal possible. My dad and I went in without knowing about the College graduation program and she informed us about it when we could not meet a desired price. Not only that she was very hospitable being more customer oriented rather than sales oriented. She deserves the scores I have given her all the way.

John Breeser is by far one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He did not pressure me, but instead, was informative and gave me all of the information I needed to know about the car. He knew the answer to every question I had about the quality, performance and operation of the vehicle I purchased. He was extremely kind to me and my entire family and we felt his sincerity. I don't believe anyone ever walks out of a dealership thinking they got a "smoking deal" on the price, but I do feel it was fair. I didn't go there thinking I was going to make a steal; I just wanted a fair price and I think they came close! I would contact John Breeser in the future for another vehicle purchase.

Alicia Dessie was amazing. Everything we asked for she was able to deliver and remained pleasant and easy to work with.I've shopped Honda and Toyota in the same area and came away disappointed in the contrast of these dealerships when compared to all of the personnel we encountered at Peoria Nissan. It was originally between another Camry, an Accord and the Altima and the dealership was the deciding factor.

The staff at Peoria Nissan are totally committed to customer satisfaction. The Nissan Titan I purchased was the third vehicle I have purchased from Peoria Nissan in less than 4 months. That should speak volumes about this dealership. Of course they want to make as much money as possible, but they also want you to have the car you want. The negotiation process is friendly, no pressure, no games, and they WILL do all they can to get you into a car with a deal YOU will be happy with. The Service Department staff are also super nice and are anxious to get you into your new or used car and on the road.Jennifer in finance is "The icing on the cake". She makes the finance process very understandable and easy with no pressure to purchase anything you feel you do not need. What a gal!!I personally will never go anywhere else for any car I buy in the future. I know that sounds as if I am cheating myself, but if you do your homework as I have, you will find that Peoria Nissan is hard to beat.Just give them a try and you too will find what I did when I first visited this dealership.

The pressure was very high. Went in late on a Saturday night...After hours of talk they convinced us to buy...The finance guy said we can do this the long way or the short way. Their short way is to let you sign a short form and then the next day you come in to sign the completed form. That is when they have added costs that they say are "Optional" but they really aren't. ZacTec cost us 820 dollars. I'm still not sure what it is but I believe that it is 2 car washes a year for several years. The day after we purchase the car I returned to have the dealer refund the money for the Zac Tec service. Richie (Sales Manager) said that he would refund the money for the product...He shook my hand and said that he would need to have a check cut later. I left feeling a little better. Many calls later (all from me...never any from the dealer) and many promises that they were "working on it"...and "I'm sorry this is taking so long" comments I was told by Mitch in finance that they could not refund the money. I then called Richie, (The guy that promised that he would return the money) and he said that he would talk to Mitch and get back with me. Of course he never got back with me. When I called him to find out when I could get my check he told me that there is nothing he could do.Long story short....Don't believe anyone at Peoria Nissan and don't buy a car from them....

Quynh made the buying experience very pleasent. We negotiated a deal that I was comfortable with and the best part, the whole buying time was very short. I'd say I was in and out of there in just a short couple of hours. The finance guy was extreamely fast doing the paperwork, which also sped up the time. Thanks Eric. Quynh, that's for the wheels too. That really made the car stabd out; best part, my wife loved it! Another customer service they provided was helping me drive the car home since I wasn't trading one in (Kind-of hard driving two cars home by yourself. Peoria Nissan TestimonialTo the folks looking for the best in an automotive purchase experience look no further. As a Canadian looking for the best value in sport utility I was fortunate to find Peoria Nissan. My plight as a sight unseen cross border buyer rests with finding comfort in painstakingly covering the smallest detail, finding trust relying on persons unknown for accurate, fair, and honest representation, finding stead worthiness in open, fair, clear transaction and legalities, finding ease with clear concise prompt communication and last but not least finding unwavering reputation in standing behind product and word. From my first point of contact Joe Macke, Fleet & Internet Manager was my guy! From the start it was clear Joe was product & industry savvy, kind, respectable, and prompt in addressing my every concern I was in good hands! In the end, after taking receipt of my 2006 Armada , after Federal and a very comprehensive 170 point out of province inspection, after a 400 mile test drive in returning home from the border my family and I are very, very, pleased. The Armada is as described down to the smallest detail. NO UNTOWARD SURPRISES! Am I overstating my experience NO! I have a reputation for being as honest as the day is long and simply call them as I see them fairly! Joe worked hard, accessory staff at Peoria Nissan worked hard, while I was working hard finding the best value through no more than telephone and email. All involved are to be commended and clearly deserve the accolades herein. Ill be back!May 2010Wayne LaRivereSt Albert, AlbertaCanada

After researching dealer reviews on the Internet, the ads for Peoria Nissan caught my eye. Specifically the "stuckontheroof.com" event.I have been looking at and was really liking the Nissan Maxima and the Sentra. A huge difference in cars I know, but the styling of both is what drew me to them.Prior to arriving at the dealer, I used their online form to do a credit application. I was given an appointment via email for the next day at 5pm. As I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by a sales person and stated that I had an appointment that day. I was introduced to Al Dimperio.Al began our interview by asking me what I was looking for and the payment or price range I was hoping to get.Al started with the Nissan Versa Sedan. The car was very roomy for it's size and was nice, but after being introduced to the silver Nissan Sentra I was hooked. The car rode beautifully, was roomy and the CVT transmission made shifting non-existent. It was as if the car had one gear. Very smooth and quiet ride. After we negotiated the deal, and let me emphasize "negotiated", which meant it was a two way conversation and not a grudge match of wits and words, we came to a deal I could live with. The icing on the cake of dealing with all of these folks was the financing. Jennifer made the process VERY informative, upfront, honest and clear. No hidden fees, nothing to haggle, it was a perfect experience. I will definitely go back to Peoria Nissan when I need another car. WOW!!!

I would recommend this dealership because they really will do what it takes to help people get into new vehicles. I just went in to look to see if they had a used truck I saw on their website. It was sold so we did start discussing new vehicles. I expressed that the Rogue would be the best fit for my family and wasn't sure if I could afford it with no money down and my trade. After looking at a couple of used trucks, Quynh had gone to Eric, explained what we were doing and what was said. Then he comes to me and makes a very attractive deal for a Rogue. And I got it! What I was most impressed with was how much I got for the trade! I've been to a Dodge and Chevy dealers and they didn't even get close. Heck they didn't even really try to sell me a vehicle. I've always believed in buying American. I have in the past. With everything that has happened in the past year. Government bailouts of American car companies with taxpayers money, GM's CEO in a commercial flat out lying to us bout how they paid back the money, and my recent past experience in their dealerships. It's really nice to know that there's an alternative to the giant egos of the big 3 and their unions who cause the high prices of their not so exciting vehicles. So now I'm glad that when I decided to go elsewhere, I went to Nissan, bought my wife a good looking and reliable brand new vehicle that we can afford and I got it at Peoria Nissan. Thanks again to the staff there.

Very friendly and got me in the car that best suited me, my needs and the price I could afford. The financing department is great and is working to get me the best interest rate. I worked with Pete Saenz and he was very friendly as well and has been great with explaining anything I had questions about. I went to this dealer because I have heard so many excellent things about them and it is true. I heard the service department is great and I will more than likely take my car to get serviced there. Al Dimperio introducted me to Darrell Wilson in the service department and he was very friendly and professional and I will ask for him each time I need to take my car in.

Michael Neal, our salesman, is very pleasant, fair, and has great knowledge about the car we bought. It is Nissan Murano 2010. He explained everything about the car. He does not rush you or put pressure on you. He even called after we made the purchase and followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the car. Even when we canceled a special maintenance program, he acknowledged receiving our email. We strongly recommend Mr. Michael Neal and his bosses to any of our friends. What really stood out was the fact that Scott took the time to read our request and was able to provide answers to our specific questions very quickly.after speaking with several other dealerships we decided to visit Scott at Peoria Nissan, turnes out he is the internet manager. with quote in hand we looked at not only the Altima, but the Maxima and Murano as well. Scott knew his stuff and was able to help uis come to a rational decision. He explained the vehicles very thoroughly. He made us feel comfortable and looked us in the eye during our discussion.Bottom line is we learned several things during our trip to Peoria Nissan, one of them being always use the internet department. Another being, don't waste your time with sales people who can;t answer your questions and look you in the eyes.I would definately recomend Peoria Nissan and especially Scott Smith. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. You want honesty and integrity? Go see Scott. We absolutly love our Altima and our experience purchasing it.

I had a very nice experience dealing with Al Dimperio one of the Internet Managers. He was very helpful and made my experience VERY stress free. I would recommend him to everyone considering buying a Nissan or used car! Pricing was the best that I found amongst the various dealerships that I solicated. Thank you Al!

Over the last 6 years, my family has purchased two 2004 Frontiers, a 2002 Frontier, two 350z's, a 2005 Sentra, and a 2005 Xterra from Peoria Nissan. My '04 Frontier was getting old, and I thought I would try to get a newer vehicle. I went onto Peoria Nissan's website and found a few vehicles that I liked and went to the dealership to check them out. I test drove one and LOVED it. We talked about a deal, and I said I could only put $1000 down and I would trade in my '04, but my payments could be no more than $450 a month. I would also have a co-signer. I go thru all the hoops, negotiating, and they could only come up with $5000 down and $700 a month. I said "no way" and left. About a week later I get a call from another sales "manager" and he says he has something and we could work out a deal based on the information I gave. So cool, I go back to the dealership and try again. NOPE, they tell me the same thing! Then a week later, ANOTHER PHONE CALL. I tell this guy that there's no way a deal is going to happen. I also told him what I had been through before and he tells me "Oh don't worry about that, I'm sure I could work something out. Let's set up an apointment." Even though I knew better I set up an appointment anyway. I get there, and the guy I set the appointment up with had already left for the day. What was the point of making an appointment if you weren't going to be there, moron. So I talk to this other sales "manager" for 5 minutes and then the general manager walks over. He says to me, "What are you doing back here? There's no way we are going to sell you a car. YOU NEED TO LEAVE." Can you believe it?! He told me to leave! After his goons kept calling me trying to get me to come in! I told him basically to go f*** himself and that neither I or my family would NEVER do business with Peoria Nissan again. I swear this guy ruined that dealership. The old GM was a really nice lady and would treat you like family. This a**hole treats his customers like crap!

I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was repeatedly lied to, cheated, and bate and switched by your staff. Let me explain.I came to your Peoria Nissan Dealership to trade a 2003 Dodge truck for a similar used vehicle. I explained dozens of times that I needed a truck with about $7,000.00 between the cost you could sell at and the amount the banks would finance as I was that far upside down. I presented the accurate pay off amount at least 25 times to your staff. We could not find a truck that would work. That was fine. They dont happen every day and I know that. My wife and I left the lot and decided to try again in a few months. Several members of your staff suggested we try the tent sale, so we did. We arrived at 10:00 Am Sunday morning. The gate attendant provided a sales person to assist us. It turns out this person was from ABC Nissan and showed us several trucks. We drove a black Titan. Though this truck was far from what I was looking for, we let her offer some numbers. The numbers were far from the $450.00 payment cap we started with. Had the truck been more what I wanted we would have made other down payment offers. As it was not, we were leaving. Your salesman, Chris, recognized us and walked over to visit with us. We told him what we tried to buy and why it was not the truck we wanted. When we got home, the phone was ringing. It was Charlie from your tent sale. He advised he found a truck he could work close to the deal on and it had the extras I was looking for. We decided to provide my wifes 1989 Corvette as additional down payment so we could get the payment we needed. I drove the Corvette back to the tent to look at a very similar looking truck with Chris. My wife did not come as she has medical conditions preventing her from too much exposure to the sun After all the sit down and dickering in the heat of a record high temperature day with music so load you could only hear about every other word of what was being said, I found it was the same truck with none of the options I wanted. They had simply moved it to a new location on the lot and told me it was the truck I asked for. When I objected to the truck they started making concessions and confusing offers. Eventually, they offered to reduce the truck to cover at least cruise control that I would purchase privately. Some four hours had passed since my second arrival. I am old and I was tired of the battle. I agreed to the deal and signed paperwork for the new truck and to trade my truck. As the Corvette was in my wifes name and she was not there, her papers would be completed Monday. I then asked about the $50.00 gift certificate for test driving the truck. I was told I should have signed up for that before I drove the truck if I wanted it, besides he said, that was ABC Nissan that I drove the truck with and I would need to contact them. This was never explained or offered to me. I then left my wifes car and drove off in the truck. I went 5 miles, turned around and went back. The truck was just too far from what I wanted. I told Mat in finance I wanted to stop the deal. He went looking for Jack Bunny, who I was told was the only person to stop the deal. Chris came out to tell me Jack had gone for the day and I would need to contact him Monday. I explained again that I just wanted to get the title to my wifes car and go home. I was told the paperwork had been faxed to the office and therefore, the cancellation would need to take place there. Monday morning, I left the cancellation message for Jack Bunny. He called me at 2:20Pm. I told him again that I wanted to stop the deal. He said he was aware of the transaction and was looking for the truck I wanted for a few thousand dollars more. I said no, I could not pay more money, I just wanted to stop the deal. He claimed the deal was done and it was too late to stop. I called him back at 3:25 to say we would be down to do something after I got off work, probably sign the rest of the papers since he said it was too late to cancel. We arrived at the dealership at about 5:30. I again told Mat and Chris I wanted to stop the deal. They sent another manager outside to tell me there was nothing I could do. Jack had given me his cell phone number so I called him. He also said it was too late and there was nothing I could do. He offered $200.00 toward the purchase of cruise control but that was all he could do. The factory had already transferred the warrenty and the State of Arizona had already titled and registered the truck. This meant you would need to sell it as used. My wife had not yet signed anything so I told him we would not. He threatened legal action as I signed a contract and power of attorney so you didnt need anything else signed. The Corvette was in only my wifes name. He said that didnt matter. I had no choice but to accept the $200.00 and finish the paperwork. That was when I was asked to sign the electronic transmitting authorization. About midnight,

I live at I-17 and Happy Valley rd in North Phoenix. I was called by Alicia and told that she has a car for me. I specified that it would have to be a 350z auto for $500 month (payment) with only $500 down with no co-signers. I then gave her my info to run my credit. After test driving a new 2008 350z pearl white auto, we sat down and she says that the finace department said that they need $3,000 down and $788 monthly. I said again to her that I had already told what the deal has to be for me to drive out of my way to the dealership and she said she was told that they could sell me a car and thats what she was going off of. As well this is what the finace department wants now. This is now way to treat customers. Telling customers false information to get them to wast their time and go out of their way. I left very upset and was reminded why I have already bought 2 cars from dealerships in Avondale and not from the Bell road dealerships.

Where do I start..They start by lying to you that they are all about service. The general manager's email to me states "we strive to create a relationship that earns us a lifetime customer. We want you to service with us, buy more vehicles from us, and most importantly, feel comfortable in recommending us to your friends." Yeah right! I bought my car from them out of state. Before I picked up the car I asked them to have the car cleaned inside & out. The interior had blood splattered all over the passenger seat, sunroof and paneling. Their was garbage under the seats, the floors were covered in dog hair. The engine was filthy. The grill was not attached to the car, the struts were bad, the hood lifts were broken. And all of this was new to the salesman selling the car. When I asked him about what certain knobs/buttons were he had no idea. During the final paperwork, the man was combative and would not answer my questions regarding warranties, etc. He "worked for the owner, not the sales team" he said. As if my my questions were inappropriate. After deciding to buy the car because I was getting a good deal, I left. I had 1000 miles to drive home. After driving 450 miles the car had major issues. The lights failed, a warning light that said the brakes had failed came on, I had zero rpms, no hazards, no heat, the doors would not lock, and more. I immediately called the dealer and reported this to the salesman and the manager. They said that they would take care of everything, just be safe. After getting it to the dealer in my hometown, the chief mechanic determined that the electrical system had failed, the radiator was cracked and more. When I contacted the salesman, multiple managers, and even the general manager they just ignored me and my calls. They wanted nothing to do with me now that I owned the car. It took me 2 weeks to get them to cover the price of a new radiator only. I would have to pay for installation and any other costs to the car. Overall worst dealer I have ever dealt with, and we recently bought a new saturn from the saturn dealer in Boise, ID- they were great. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PEORIA NISSAN. I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF WORKING WITH THIS BUSINESS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL REGARDING THIS DEALERSHIP. Please take my advice. I am not mad about being treated badly, I am truly frustrated about such bad service and the lack of steps that they have taken to ensure my happiness and safety.

Was looking for a Nissan 2009 370Z.I got to the dealership, and see that the 370Z's (probably all of their cars for that matter) have a "Market Adjustment" of $5000 on the addendum. They're high!I am not going to pay MSRP let alone some insane dealer markup. Anyone who buys a car from them over MSRP (with the exception of the Nissan GT-R) is crazy.I have not heard back yet from the salesman who had originally called me, but I am going to ask for their "best and final" price. If it's over MSRP, I am done talking to them, click, goodbye.I looked at Avondale Nissan, and they do not have these silly "Market Adjustments" or any addendums for that matter.I have not looked at any other Nissan dealerships in the Phoenix area other than Peoria Nissan and Avondale Nissan.

This was the worst caqr buying experience I have ever had. Dave called me several times after seeing my interest online, and convinced me they could trade in my dmanged 03 Mazda 6 for a 08 Altima. I came it, spent the entire day being haggled around, then left with my new car. 3 weeks later they called so say they could not get me financed after all. It was understandable since I am recently divorsed, and my credit dropped tremendously. I checked my credit online and discovered it had dropped over 16 points because they had so many banks pull it. When dealing with Eric throughout the end process, he was extremely rude and uninterested. His attitude was 'its not my problem'. When I cam to to return the car and pick up my old one, Eric took his time meeting with me, then had a very bad attitude for someone who works in customer service. I got in my car and started to drive off, when I realized my registration (from Texas - registration is in the form of a sticker you put on your car) sticker was missing. I pulled back in the dealership and saw my back license plate was gone. I went back in and called for Eric, who took another 15 minutes to come back down, and who walked around slowly talking on his phone like he could care less. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got pretty heated over the entire experience - none of this should have happened had they done their job right in the first place. So I began to ask the receptionist to call Eric over and over. Eventually he come over with 'No one took your stuff, you must have it'. Dave had taken the sticker off in front of me when I had 'bought' the car earlier. I got heated and began yelling ... in which Eric said "Ok, I wohn't be helping you then." He put his phone away and walked away. I found out he was the fleet manager, and so I began walking around asking for anyone to help. The other salesmen were nicer, and tried to explain Dave's actions and apologize for the mess. I ended up leaving that night after 2 1/2 hours, with no registration or license plate. I cannot believe a Manager would be so rude, and have zero customer service skills. He even told me I had an attitude and didn't need his help. What a jerk!

Bought an Altima in 2005 and was treated with respect. Bought a Titan from Peoria Nissan in Apr. 2006. We were treated like family. On our way thru the finance office, Peoria Nissan suggested that we install a remote start - alarm thru a Dealers Unlimited for a small fee. They wrote it into the finance package and we signed the deal. I`ll admit, I was hesitant at first, due to the extra fee, but I felt totally comfortable that we were being referred to a company that did good work.Fast forward to May 17th, 2008. I park the truck at an Auto Zone and go inside to buy 10amp fuses for the dome light - it had gone out recently, and I figured I would go ahead and fix it. I pressed the remote start and the truck was running for about 20 seconds before I came out. When I looked up, the cab was filling with smoke. I quickly opened the driver-side door to let the smoke out, and ran around to open the passenger door. The smoke got worse and I pulled open the fuse box and started randomly removing fuses to kill the fire. I realized the battery would do it in one move so I disconnected the battery instead. The fire went out and I began replacing fuses in the fuse panel. I didnt get to finish putting them all back and I didnt check for accuracy. I had the truck towed to the dealership. Here is where the nightmare started...Josh Dombak (sp?) was assigned to the truck. I told him my story and he had his guy look at the truck. They found a 20amp fuse in the dome light slot - I accidentally put that there after the battery was disconnected - there was a 15 amp in there to begin with. He also had someone from Dealer Unlimited look at it. Both techs could not pin point what had started the fire. At this point, its pretty obvious that the remote start had something to do with it. I called our insurance agency and had someone go out and look - they could only conclude that the remote start was a possible cause - nothing else. At one point, Josh admitted that it couldnt be a fuse issue. I mentioned that I thought the right thing to do is Nissan would need to speak to Dealer Unlimited to arrange who would pick up the bill. They kept saying I needed to open an insurance claim to pay for it. WHY??? How is it MY FAULT that Dealer Unlimited conducted a faulty install in my vehicle? Why isnt Nissan stepping up and holding the company they referred us to liable for the damages. How is it that Peoria Nissan is able to get away with this dirty tactic? Should I file a lawsuit against them? How about I cover the map and go to each and every news media team and expose this unethical move to rip off a loyal customer? They have taken this opportunity to show just how little they value their customers. DONT DO BUSINESS AT PEORIA NISSAN! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR DAMN MONEY!!

i purchased my vehicle here and had no issues with sales staffi have returned for service a few times and been mildly disappointed with poor customer service:-not washing the car when specifically requested and agreed to by a service advisor-extremely poor time estimates on routine maintenance-being called and informed that vehicle is ready, but when I show up an hour later, it still is not readyrecently an oil change service was performed as routine maintenance, immediately afterwards my A/C system was found to be not functioning properly - no one else has been working on the vehicle and it has not been involved in any extreme situations - it seems unlikely that anything else caused this situation and that it must have been disrupted during maintenance somehow (accidentally or on purpose) - when service was contacted they refused to look at the car, after speaking to a supervisor he agreed to look at it and see what happened, but refused to deal with it on the weekend when i am able to bring in the car - they are unwilling to deal with an issue that they most likely caused and are making excuses as to why i can't bring the vehicle in at my convenience - this seems a major extension of smaller issues noted above - if only they would clean up their mess - very POOR service indeed

I dealt with Anthony he was very helpful took his time and showed me a few cars used and new. I finally found one that I liked and he came in and we went through all the numbers quickly. We negotiated a bit and came to a deal we were both satisfied with. All and all I would gladly bey every car I Own from Anthony. He told me if i knew anyone looking for a car to give them his number, so here it is 623-815-5600 at the dealership. He gave me his cell but i would give that out cause it was his personal cell. Tell him Owen told you to call. Oh yeah ask for Kruz cause there are a few other Anthony's there.

To make a long story short, I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Altima. I went in without my fiancee, and agreed to let them run MY credit. I really wanted the car so I let them talk me into signing the contract in order to hold the vehicle until the next day when my fiancee could come down to the dealership and give them written permission to run his credit and sign for the car.<br><br>They basically thanked me for purchasing the car and told me to get insurance by the next day when we could both come in and he could sign the contract. <br><br>We talked it over and decided that we were going to look around a little while longer because we didn't think it was that great of a deal for that particular car. <br><br>We went back the next day and of course they thought that we were back to close the deal. When we told them we changed our mind they started threatening us. They told us that the car was ours and that if we didn't drive it home by the next day they would have it towed and send us the bill for it. I asked how that could be if he never signed the contract, or gave them permission to run his credit and they said they would just rip that contract up because little did I know they had me sign 2 contracts, one with my fiancee on it and the other with just my name on it. So they would basically just use me. I proceeded to tell them that the vehicle was not mine because nor did I have insurance on it but I did not drive it off the lot! I told them that I would call my lawyer and they said if I did that they would have it towed right away and it would be my problem. <br><br>Little did they know that I had spoken with the manager at Midway Chevrolet and found out that they have the same owner. He told me that the vehicle was never mine as long as I didn't drive it off the lot. He personally called the big manager over at Peoria Nissan and tried to purchase the car from them and sell it to us at a cheaper price. They found out that it was for me and would not sell it to Midway, instead the big boss asked us to come in and talk with her so she could sweeten up the deal. All she offered was $500 off the car price. What a waste of time! <br><br>This dealership will do anything for money! I would not recommend this dealership unless you don't care about money. They lied, and not to mention this was a manager. To make it even worse a few weeks later we recieved a few letters from banks thanking my fiancee for applying for a loan from them, which means that they ended up runnung his credit without a signature!
