We were very pleased with the manner in which we were greeted by a salesman and sales manager. They both were very friendly and professional. I really was not going to buy a new car today, but drove out with a new Honda Civic. Such a nice vehicle. The price was right and the color choice was perfectThey worked with us on the trade-in.

I spent two weeks trying to decide on buying a CRV. I met Jarvis and Butch day 1 and they were great. There was a back and forth relationship about price and payments but they made it fun. Some dealerships make car buying stressful but I never felt stressed at Paul Moak Honda. I have been with this dealership now for 8 years, I bought my first Honda, an Accord, there when I found out we were expecting our first child. I love the service department and the staff. So today buying the new CRV I was happy to be staying with "family" .

Butch Bandy and Jarvis Smith made buying a vehicle actually fun! They were both friendly,attentive and went out of there way for me. I bought a used Toyata from Paul Moak. Unknown to me The vehicle had a recalled part, Butch and Jarvis came to work early took the truck to have the part replaced and had it waiting for me when I came to pick it up.

I called Paul Moak Honda on Thursday to inquire about a vehicle I had seen on their website. After speaking with Butch, he informed me that he had just the vehicle I was looking for. We scheduled a tentative appointment for Saturday . Butch called Saturday morning to confirm our appointment. From the moment I walked in that building I was greeted with smiles and courtesy and professional friendliness. Butch was handling another sale and introduced me to a very attentive young woman to take care of me until he finished his other customer. Mary took excellent care of me and Butcher kept check on me. i just purchased a Pilot from Paul Moak Honda and was delighted to find the staff not only professional but compassionate and concerned that I get the car that fit my needs. Martel Brayner worked so patiently and without pressuring me. Then Butch was great in the negotiations so that I got the car I wanted and felt it was a fair deal for us all. And then Martel did a fantastic job orienting me to the vehicle and made me comfortable to call him any time if I had any questions. Fine folks and great service!

I was in the downtown jackson area when I saw Paul Moak Honda and decided to stop by to check out the used car lot. Its was the best decision I could have made. I felt totally comfortable going through the process of buying a car. Butch Bandy made the (dramatic) endeavor of purchasing my first car painless. He was willing to work with me and come up with a price that worked for us both. I left the dealership a happy new car owner and will refer my friends to their great deals.

My wife and I just purchased our 4th vehicle from Paul Moak Honda. Charlie was very knowledgeable about the Pilot we purchased and Butch worked closely with me to make a deal my wife and I were happy with. We looked at other vehicles at the surrounding Honda dealers in the area who did not negotiate well but in the end Butch came to the plate and earned our business yet again. I was nervous as I entered the dealership, however after being greeted by Butch, Sales Manager and speaking extensively to Martel, Sales Consultant, I felt at ease. Martel has extensive knowledge and explained every, single feature of the Honda Civic I purchased, without hesitation. There was no pressure to buy. My husband and I were car shopping without the intent to purchase the same day. When we arrived at the lot, we were greeted by Mr. Alex Lewis. He was very friendly and helpful. He offered to let us test drive the CRV we had been eyeing. It was a pleasant experience overall and the SUV drove like a dream. We talked finances for a bit and then we met Mr. Butch Bandy and Mrs. Kathleen McNeil. We couldn't have asked for anyone nicer than these 3 people. No-one rushed us into a decision and they all helped us talk out our options. My husband and I were trading in our old car, and as life sometimes does, it threw us a curve ball. Throughout the whole experience, issues and all, everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Mr. Butch Bandy was extremely understanding and worked with us to resolve our issue. We were never made to feel like we were an inconvenience or bother. We would definitely recommend Paul Moak Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car. It is a big life and financial decision and being treated with respect and kindness makes all the difference in the world. I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot. Mary Brown was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She did not push a SUV on us but helped us find a vehicle that fit our needs. We had a bad experience that morning by a salesman at Patty Beck who tried to push and bully us into buying their vehicle. Mary was a breath of fresh air.

2 1/2 years ago I purchased a used Toyota camry from Paul Moak Honda and loved it until a week ago when it was unfortunately totaled. I bought a pre-owned Honda Pilot from Paul Moak Honda, and this is the second vehicle that I have bought from a dealership. The first was a Toyota that I had bought new about 9 years ago. Compared to my previous experience, I had a great time at Paul Moak Honda. All personnel were very professional and honest in this dealings. We had a brief discussion about the price of the vehicle, which was surprisingly non-stressful, and resulted in a price cut. The business manager helped me find a great rate for the loan, and was very respectful of my decisions. This was infinitely better than my previous experience at Toyota. Overall a great experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership.

I would definitely refer my friends and family to Paul Moak. I Love my new Pilot, it is exactly what I hoped it would be. Alex Lewis is a great salesman, we had several good laughs. He was very motivated to sell me my car but not pushy or overwhelming. He knew his cars and helped me quickly discover most of the whistles and bells my new car was equipped with. My time was limited due to work and children, and unlike some dealers before, I did not feel like I was just sitting around waiting on one more thing.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from the showroom floor. Not only was this my first time purchasing a Honda, but it was also my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I must admit that this was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The people were nice and pleasant. Brian Kimble was pleasant to talk to on the phone. He gave me a great internet price and told me what information I needed to bring with me to purchase a vehicle. Martel Braymer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I inquired about. He explained all of the features, in detail, about the car during the test drive. Kathleen McNeil assisted me in getting the best options available, as well as applying all of the discounts that I was eligible for. They all stayed an hour past closing to make sure I was taken care of, and for that I will be forever grateful.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Paul Moak Honda. The sales people have been courteous, professional, and friendly. They never tried to hassel or pressure me. After purchasing the car they took considerable time making sure I understood everything about the car. I dealt directly with Martel Braymer and Butch Vandi. It was a pleasure to work with both of them and I would go to Paul Moak and ask for them again if I were buying another car tomorrow. I have also had excellent service from the Paul Moak service department. Samantha Creel has been a courteous and helpful service representative. Communication has been clear. They have always done what they said they would do for the price quoted and the workmanship has been reliable. Because of my experience with them I trust them when they tell me I need something.

I purchased a Fit last week after going through USAA buying service and getting a TrueCar certificate; the deal being that USAA would finance at a lower rate if I bought it using TrueCar. Ultimately, I bought the car at the TrueCar price and financed at a lower APR through American Honda Finance!In contrast, one other dealer said they would honor a TrueCar certificate and then gave me a price quote almost $500 more than the TrueCar price. A third dealership does not participate in TrueCar, and the salesperson there did not seem interested in selling me a car.While waiting my turn to see the business manager I had an opportunity to get to know the salesman, Andre, with whom it was a pleasure to do business. While I was signing the papers my wife and Andre had a nice chat; she was equally impressed by this young man.The other individuals I got to know we're Butch and Kathleen. They, and others at the dealership were quite friendly and helpful.

Customer service was acceptable thanks to Martel. You did your part and you deserve th 5 stars. Trade in value of vehicle could have been better. Finance could have been a better experience. ???? I had an exceptional credit score and the interaction seemed skeptical until proven. After that, I enjoyed a bottle of water and a friendlier dialogue. Please put some trust in your customers and work on making the deal better for your customers. Ultimately both parties will win if there is some give, instead of take. Follow up from Martel after the purchase makes for a better after sale. The pilot is a GREAT vehicle thus far. ??

He was courteous and honest, and made the experience a very positive one for us. Martel's knowledge of the vehicle was complete, and he took time to make sure we understood every facet of how the car works, which was important to us in getting used to some of the technology on the car. Our salesman did a good job w/ sale of the car. After the sale, we went outside for him to show us how to use the radio, navigation and phone. The salesman didn't have any knowledge of how these systems work. I mean--he didn't have a clue. It was very disappointing as he had told my husband that he'd help us set up phone book and speed dial. I was able to figure out more about the phone book than he knew and but he never was able to change radio stations. At this point I started getting angry thinking that I would get no assistance. Then Charles went inside and brought another guy out AND HE COULDN"T DO IT EITHER. Finally they got Brian Kimble to help---and he knew exactly what I was doing. This incident ruined the whole experience. Then to compound this---when I got home I realized that both car clickers wouldn't open the trunk. This should have been checked out before I took the car out of the dealership. Went in the dealership two days later (November 27) and after several people tried, I was told that I needed to leave the car with them. BOTTOM LINE---- the experience after the sale ruined the whole experience. Instead of being excited about a new car, I felt frustrated and disappointed. Kathleen McNeel and Brian Kimble were GREAT. I hope this isn't the beginning of a nightmare.

My wife and I have bought our last four cars from Paul Moak Honda and have subsequently had all of the service for them done there. We have had nothing but good experiences from Charlie Waite in sales, who seems more like a neighbor than a salesman, to DiAnn, Samantha and Jim in service. They are all always friendly and professional; they not only know their jobs, they all know us by name now, greet us with a smile and make us feel welcomed.When we bring a car in for service it isn't always pristine, but when we pick it up the work has been done and it has been washed and vacuumed. Their culture of service is outstanding - I can't imagine going anywhere else. We trust Paul Moak Honda to do the right thing by us, whether we are buying a car or getting one serviced.

I was in a time crunch and they had everything ready so it was a quick and easy process. Most everything was done by email so when I came to the dealership it was just a matter of test driving the car, getting the features explained and signing the paperwork. Everyone was great to work with.

This purchase started out very good or of course I would have not continued. I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot with 42,000 miles on it. After having for less than 2 weeks I started having problems with it. Not knowing anyone in the service department I called my salesman. He was very understanding on this first call. I did not hear back from him for a couple of days. When he finally did return my call it was like I was talking to a different person. Told me he didn't think it would cost me too much to correct my problem! I have had this vehicle at this point about a month. Two weeks of which I was having what I considered a serious problem & now I'm being told I have to pay to get it repaired! Also that he would be glad to pick the vehicle up & take me to rent a car while it was being fixed. Finally I did talk with someone else in service who was a little better but I left her a message with a question & to this date she has never returned my call. To sum it all up I was lied to, ( I was told the tires were about 6 months old. I had to have them replaced yesterday), treated in a very unprofessional manner & my vehicle is still not fixed. Fortunately I did purchase the Honda Care extended warranty so I am taking it to another dealership for service.

I have always went to Patty Peck Honda since 2000 buying Honda cars. My daughter told me to try Paul Moak Honda in Jackson on Friday, August 24th. She didn't know that I knew their reputation from back in the 60's when my father bought the first car we had which was a Bonneville Pontiac. We got the best treatment and the deal on the car (2015 Honda Sport) and trade-in was unbelievable. Have never gotten a deal like that from Patty Peck. After recently visiting a dealership that was a total disappointment, it was nice to actually go to one that values honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. I have always disliked the old fashioned process of buying a car, but Paul Moak Honda and Megan, the internet rep, changed that. I knew exactly what car I needed and what a fair price would be. I contacted the dealership via their website and Megan answered right back. She quoted a too hot to haggle price and then talked to the sales manager and got me a deal I could not refuse. I drove to the dealership, and met Clint Lee, who showed me all the new Honda features. I then signed the papers and bought the car in a total of 90 minutes! Clint even drove the new Honda home for me so I would not be late to drive my granddaughter home from camp.

At Paul Moak Honda, the salesman and staff did everything in their power to make it happen. They are honest about everything and there is no pressure involved (professional). It is totally up to the customer to make the decision. The salesman kept me informed and I didn't spend a whole day at the dealership like some do. Just bought my 4th Honda from Paul Moak Honda. My experience with Paul Moak was top notch. I love my Civic. The Civic is a quality automobile and Paul Moak is a quality dealership. I like the fact that the service writers have been with Paul Moak for a very long time. I get to deal with the same people every time I go in for service. When my 15 year old CRV finally bit the dust they put me with the sales manager to help me with the numbers of trading or repairing. I even have my oil changed there. The price is right and service is Honda Certified. I trust these folks and that's a big deal for me.

This is not the typical Jackson high pressure sales pitch dealership. I test drove several different Honda models before making my final decision. Clint spent hours with me test driving cars with absolutely none of the "make a sale today" pressure that most Jackson dealerships have. Two weeks after my first visit I purchased my Honda. Kathleen made the business side of the sale very easy. Brian was also very helpful finding other Honda's available in the region that I was interested in.

This is the sixth Honda I have purchased. I always go to Charlie Waite as my sales person. Charlie knows what I'm looking for and is always helpful. I had purchased an Accord in Oct./Nov. 2014. I've always driven an Accord but I wanted something different. I came in for my first oil change on my Accord and left driving a new Honda HR V. When I purchased my Accord, my husband was in good health. After purchasing the Accord , my husband had a knee replacement in Feb. 2015 and will have a hip replacement in Aug. or Sept., so, we needed a car that was easier to get in and out of. Charlie and I took the HR V for a test drive and I was very impressed with it. The easy of getting in and out, really liked the right turn signal camera, the luggage space and the easy of adapting the seats to different configurations, plus the comfort of the ride and the size. I've been driving it for almost three days and I love it. I've shown it to several friends and they really like the style and the inside of the HR V. I've always had good service from Paul Moak and I'm " tickled pink" to be driving the new model HR V. Charlie just showed the car to me because he thought it might be what I needed and he was so correct. Of course, I think Charlie Waite is an exceptional person and sales person. Samantha Creel is another person who has always been helpful too me when I've needed help with service.

I went in to look at the Honda Accord on a Saturday afternoon. I was promptly greeted by a very nice salesperson, Clint Lee. I test drove the vehicle that I was considering. The entire experience was very pleasant. I did not feel any pressure and felt that I got a great price on the car I purchased and was very pleased with the value that the dealership gave me on my trade in.Clint was so nice. Drove two and a half hours in the rain to get to Paul Moak Honda. Arrived at 10 a.m. Waited for 3 1/2 hours before we received a price/payment quote. Clint Lee was valiant in trying to keep us entertained. I have an over 800 credit score and a hefty down payment, so I was the perfect candidate to buy a car. Seems the person setting up our account was getting her eyes checked. We wanted the car, but they did not trust that we could come back if we left, so they kept us there with reasons why it was taking so long. I'm sure this seldom happens to other purchasers, I was just the unlucky one. I was thoroughly tired and disgusted by the time the ordeal was over, but we did get a great deal on the Honda FIT. The next time I buy a car, I will know a little more about how the system works.

This was our first new car purchase; and, having read a lot about shady dealership practices; we were a little worried. The deal went down exactly as agreed--not $1.00 in extra charges. Paul Moak Honda makes buying a vehicle a simple process. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and Paul Moak makes the difference. Exceeded my expectations. DiAnn was super! Rectified all issues related to service light warnings on my Honda "plus" checked tire pressures, all fluid levels, changed out lug nuts (replaced the lug nut locks on all wheels - my home dealership had lost the key to the lug nut locks) and washed my car. Our sales person, Alex, was helpful and friendly. No pressure, very comfortable. Alex took time to demonstrate features we were unfamiliar with, such as the back-up camera and the bluetooth. My wife and I dealt with Charley Wallace on the sale and he is a top rate guy. Did not push, resolved our differences to our satisfaction as the dealing commenced. Charley is personable and related easily with us. I hope he is still there when I need my next car.His manager got involved at one point but we came to agreement quickly. Later after having time to converse informally with the gentleman, we found him most pleasant also. Charley will be able to tell you his name which escapes me at the moment.

Alex was very informative and patient during my visit to Paul Moak Honda. He answered all of my questions and provided different purchase options that I had to choose from. During the test drive he explained the different features that the vehicle had to offer and provided instructions on how to use them. He had a great sense of humor and I was very comfortable working with him. I never felt pressured to purchase, he was very pleasant to work with.

I had the opportunity to work with Megan via Email, and Willie Evans and Denny Hatten. All three of them were excellent to work with and had amazing customer service skills. I traded in my Camry for an Acadia. After negotiating back and forth for a day or two, we were able to come to an agreement. I had been checking out various SUVs in LA and MS for over a month, and nothing seemed to feel right (Armadas, Tahoes, 4Runners, Explorers, etc). The moment I stepped foot on the Paul Moak lot, I had a good feeling. Willie Evans greeted me with a smile and true professionalism. We took a 2012 Pilot for a test drive and I knew it was the car for me. Willie made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and presented a great offer I couldn't refuse. His non-pushy sales approach of honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated.To put a cherry on top, Kathleen in finance was outstanding. She is a very welcoming, knowledgable, and caring professional...and she got me a considerably better rate than my bank offered! She even called me the next morning to make sure I made it home to New Orleans safely through the rain/ice storm. My husband, kids and I went on the car search together. It's never easy with kids so that is a challenge in its self for the staff to work as quickly as possible but to be attentive to our needs as well. Willie was great. No time wasted. He answered every question we had in a professional but fun and kind way. The negotiation process was easy too. They are not as qualified to handle mechanical defects like they claim . I have a 2009 civic i took today [still on warranty] to have them fix and they would not touch the car ? Then technician tried to speak to my as if i had no knowledge of how to operate a vehicle , and was very ignorant on how to relate to a customer ... Beware they will try to take advantage of you, and i am pursuing my consumer rights . I would never suggest anyone take their vehicles to this place for any service. Truth is Honda is putting out so many defected cars lately its a wonder anyone is still buying them ? Do the research and check out what type of recalls they are having to fix . They are very serious and will effect the value of your vehicle in the future because of history reports and the such.

I had a 7:30 appt. for an oil change and almost 2 hours later they hadn't finished the oil change. I inquired about it and was told they were about to pour the oil in. Of course, I'm livid! Then they say they hadn't washed it yet, do I want them to? They did a rush job and did not vacuum the interior. After, over 2 hours later, they finish. OMG, good customer service is so hard to find! This is the second time I've used Paul Moak's service department and both times I've had terrible experiences, terrible!

Beginning with the phone call to schedule an appointment for service and ending with the check out, everyone has always been courteous, helpful and have gone the extra mile to assist me. On a previous service visit, Jim Viberg was the Superhero and assisted with a very costly repair. On the most recent visit, Adam voiced his concern and assisted with a brake issue. Randy was very helpful with the tire selection. Samantha, DiAnn and Betty are always great at their jobs. Last, but not least, the detail crew does an outstanding job of cleaning the Elvis car! At first I wasn't sure about my first experience at Paul Moak Honda. But when I went back for the workshop, the staff was friendly and courteous and listened to my needs. When I confronted them about a problem with the vehicles battery after I purchased it they were quick to respond with concern and care. They replaced a bad battery in the vehicle for free and I had no doubt that I would continue to have a good relationship with the dealership. I would recommend first time buyers to choose Paul Moak Honda.

I went to a couple dealerships around town before I stopped at Paul Moak. I immediately felt a smaller family atmosphere when I entered the dealership and found a very energetic and helpful Alex. Alex was very friendly and went out of his way to make my experience a memorable one. I had a set budget that I wasn't able to budge on and Alex did everything possible to get the price affordable enough so I could drive home that day with a new car, and his efforts paid off. The dealership went above and beyond to make me feel at home and I feel like I can reach out to them for any future problems I may have. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back to buy my future cars from here.

Dick Kraft showed us a Pilot and a CRV. We had test driven different cars at other dealers but went back to Paul Moak because our first Pilot was purchased there and their service has been excellent. When my wife wrecked the 2003 Pilot, we had to buy another car, so I called Dick and he gave me a price over the phone. We made the deal and they had to get the color we wanted, but everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new Pilot.

From the moment I walked in the door at Paul Moak, people were there to assist me. I wanted to test drive, understand the features especially in electronics and pay a fair price for a CRV. Dick Kraft was accomodating to my work schedule and I was able to receive a couple of lessons on electronic operation of the car, my choice to divide the instruction, and complete all paperwork in less than a week. I have had the car a month and I am very pleased with my choice of car and dealership.

When I walked up I was greeted and told the salesman to go back inside and I would see him when I found what I was looking for. Dan McKinney turned around and went back inside. When I found the Honda CRV I felt like my wife would like- I walked in the dealership and told Dan that I would give him my car and 21000. We talked for a few minutes and settled on a price pretty close to what I had offered - probably gave a few bucks away but it's worth getting a Honda. Best car on the market! Quality of work was not experienced unless you call washing my car after hours by the was guy service. The girl in accounts was very friendly as was everyone. I even bought the extended warranty cause she was so nice. My experience was wonderful. Have heard from them on email. Have asked to be removed from future email . If I need something I'll go see Dan!

I liked the "no haggle" experience of buying a new car to be very refreshing. I researched several vehicles and dealerships. Many of the sales persons wore out my patience (a lot of motor mouthing). I found them all to be lacking in one respect or another, except Paul Moak and his professional team. I like the geniune respect I was afforded during the process from initial contact to ownership of my new Honda Accord Sedan. In particular, I appreciated the professional inter-action and active listening of my wants among the sales manager Denny Hatten, the sales consultant, Dan McKinney and me. I didn't need a new car, I was thinking about replacing my 2004 Honda. If I was to purchase a new car, I wanted a dealership I could trust. I settled for a Honda from Paul Moak because of Denny and Dan. I found it fun to buy a new car from Dan. He is geniune and a good listener (he doesn't BS). I will highly recommend the Paul Moak Honda Team to my friends and neighbors.

The reason why I rated our recent purchase and experience at Paul Moak so high is because it was the most effortless car buying experience I have ever had. We came in late on a week night and everyone was still friendly and happy to help, no one acted impatient or as if they were being kept late. Everyone listened to us, try to help us get the best deal possible. I did not realize purchasing a car could be that worry free. There is simply not a negative thing I could say about our experience and we love our new Honda.

I was coming back from Jackson Tuesday, July 24 when my 2007 Honda CRV lost all power. To make a long story short, my Honda was eventually towed to Paul Moak in Jackson. Eddy Graham made contact with my husband concerning the problem with my CRV. Greg, my husband, was immediately impressed with Mr. Graham's expertise and his helpfullness as we live about 180 miles from Jackson. My husband and I came to Jackson yesterday, July 30 to meet with Eddy. From the first handshake we felt comfortable and knew that we had someone who was going to help us. We decided on a 2012 white Cross Tour. We decided to lease. At that point Kathleen McNeil assisted us with the financial part of our purchase. Again, she was very professional and at the same time put us at ease. I am sure that other employees at Paul Moak are just as good with their customers, but I just wanted to say thank you to these two individuals who assisted us. Charlie Waite proved that Paul Moak Honda goes the distance to deliver the car and service that the new car buyer wants. The guys at Paul Moak did not try to talk me out of the vehicle I wanted just so they could sell me what was on the lot. Instead, Charlie searched high and low to find my new CR-V and had it ready for me to pick up within a week. I had the joy of taking delivery of a new 2012 silver CR-V with gray interior that had only 3 miles of the odometer.The paperwork, price and finance was in order and explained to me in detail. I had no unexpected cost or fees tacked on the sales invoice. Everything was in order and ready for my signature.To top it off, Charlie spent 45 or so minutes showing me the how to operate the lights,AC, door locks and set the radio to the sirrus stations I prefer prior to handing the keys to me.Thanks Charlie

Before coming to Paul Moak Honda, I HATED to shop for cars. It was extremely emotionally exhausting and frustrating. After our first visite with Paul Moak, we bought an Accord with 70,000+ miles. It was perfect. Johnny Glass showed us where it had been owned by one person, and we never regretted the purchase.Next we bought a CR-V from Paul Moak. The experience was pleasant and relaxed. We never felt pressured to buy. Since then we have bought 6 Hondas from Paul Moak and have always been treated professionally and friendly.Would I recommend this dealer to someone else? Yes, in fact, I sent my son there and he purchased an Element. Then when my daughter traded, I recommened Paul Moak to her, she bught a Pilot and loves it.If our plans hold true, we will be back in 3 years to buy an Accord. Charlie Waite is a fabulous person who happens to sell cars; he is friendly, concerned, and helpful. As long as Charlie is working for Paul Moak we will be coming back there to buy our cars. Financial the first time was handled by Johnny Glass and this time by Jonathan Chadic; they were both helpful, friendly, and professional - they went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal possible. We missed one small imperfection on the Honda Element we just bought and when I brought it to Charlie Waite's attention he brought in Bo Long and it was immediately fixed. Staff was very friendly and professional. Didn't waste my time like other dealers. Manager was hands on insuring that I was satisfied. I got the best deal here without haggling for hours. Other associates assisted in explaining all of the bells and whistles on my new Pilot. In a world where customer service seems to be fading, it is alive and well at Paul Moak Honda.

As a Customer Service, Consumer Relationship professional, I am extremely picky regarding how I am approched, the service I receive and the personalities I encounter while spending my hard earned money. I was impressed the moment I met Eddy Graham and the staff at this dealership. I was very specific regarding the product, my budget and what I expected. Eddy and team certainly had the "can do" spirit, but with a honest and sincere tone. While I expected a "new purchase" .. it was not realistic for my budget, however, Eddy introduced me to a certified pre owned 2011 Pilot, and it was everything that I was looking for. He assured me of its quality and how honda stood behind a pre owned vehicle. I have always purchased new, he realized my anxiety quickly and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my purchase, and feel comfortable should anything happen post-sale, I can depend on this team to assist me !In the last 20 years, I have purchased nine vehicles, and I will say, that Kathleen was an absolute joy to work with in the final number crunching, paperwork process.. usually beads of sweat break out on my head dealing with options, the note, financing terms and such.. but she made it so easy, she is such an advocate for the consumer, very impessive. I had a very good experience with Nick Davis from the moment he came out to meet me when I drove into the dealership. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining the features of the car. He followed up with me and was very patient. I went to two other dealerships (not Honda) and no one followed up with me and, in fact, no one came out to meet me when I drove in, I had to go inside. I am very impressed with the Honda family and am very happy to be part of that family. I purchased my tag and called Nick to see if he could put it on for me but he said he wouldn't be there but any one of the staff would be happy to do it for me--the first person I saw put it on for me. I attended the new owners workshop which really impressed me. I have never heard of that before--my cousin bought a new car last year from another dealership and this was not offered. I am so impressed with your dealership and I love my Honda Accord. Thank you for the great service and the great experience. I called two days ago about a replacement cruise control switch for a 2004 Accord, which was purchased from you several years ago. I was told you had the part in stock and it would not be a problem to have it installed on Friday (today). We now live 120 miles away, so my daughter drove the car down this morning. Your service department just called to inform me that they cannot find the part needed, even checked with the other local dealers. They can order one and have it by Monday, but, as I mention, we live 120 miles away! This is why i called two days ago. I can understand things being misplaced. And, I told your employee that I could bring the car myself Monday, but would need to have a way to get to a job 30 miles away while you replaced the part. She couldn't offer me any solution! Being a car dealership, I would think you could offer a loaner to your customers, who are going out of their way to do business with you.

In the past, when it was necessary to purchase another vehicle I hated to visit other dealerships other than the one I always used because of the excellent service. Other dealerships in the past had fast talking salesmen who believed everyone but he or she was stupid. The Finance representatives always moved to fast and explained barely the basics. This time around, It was a privilege to work with the salesman who appeared knowledgeable about the vehicles I expressed interest. I know the car sales business is fast paced but the last two days dealing with this young man made it enjoyable. Also, the Finance Representative was knowledgeable and explained what I had to sign before the vehicle could be taken. He did not appear in a hurry to rush me through the process once I made a decision. The attitude reflected by these Honda representatives make me want to buy other Honda vehicles in the future.

Latrail bent over backwards to find out what I wanted and needed out of a new car. I trusted everyone in the dealership that I dealt with and didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. I had also checked with another Honda dealership in the area and although they were closer and had a more modern dealership was not pleased with the experience.

We walked on the lot Wednesday evening and briefly told Nick what we were looking for. He walked us to the last remaining Accord SE on the lot. We drove it and were impressed with the quality. Nick and I spoke / texted several times Thursday and Friday morning. I returned Friday about 1:00 with a trade-in and drove away with a new accord at 4:00. Painless and efficient. Thanks guys.

I had been looking for a small used car that was good on gas for a month or so. I had stopped at a lot of dealerships over that time. Paul Moak was by far the best. I saw the car at closing time on saturday. Called Mr. Allex on Monday morning. Told him I wanted to drive the car and also told him my budget. He held the car till I got off work so I could drive it. Alex did not pressure me to buy. Just let me drive and make my own decisions. The car had blimishes but I was well compensated in the final agreement on price. Mr. Lewis Alaxander and the finance manager Mr.Jonathan Chadic was a "HOOT" to bargin with. The car was a 06 Honda Civic. I am very satisified with the car, the art of the sale, and the Paul Moak experience as a Whole. I totally recomend anyone looking for a used or new vehicle to go by Paul Moak Honda and give these guys a chance. You will be glad you did. Thanks, Richard

My visit to Paul Moak was unexpected. I was planning to purchase a vehicle later in the year, however, due to an accident I was forced to search for a vehicle much sooner. I went to the lot on a Sunday and saw a used SUV and fell in "love". I called the dealership the next day, and had to the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Kraft. I explained to him that I would like to test drive the vehicle, and I was very instrested. When I arrived he had the car washed and ready to go. After my test drive, Mr. Kraft immediately started on my application for credit. He was very diligent in working with the possible lenders. I was very impressed with the time and attention that he gave. The closing process was a dream, also, thanksto Mr. Warfield. The entire experience was stress free, which is what I needed, considering the circumstances.

I went to Paul Moak not expecting anything different than any other dealership. I was never hasseled about making a purchase. I was able to browse the lot without being interrupted by anyone. Alex Lewis gave me his business card and told me to call him when I was ready to purchase. I went back to the dealership to look again because I really wasn't sure what type of car I wanted. However, I did see the diamond I was seeking and it caught my eye immediately. Alex wasn't in that evening. However, I wrote down the stock number and called him the next day. I filled out the application for financing online. Alex took care of everything. I didn't have to go to the dealership that day until it was time for me to sign the papers. Alex Lewis contacted me throughout the process to inform me of what was going on. He even went out of his way to make sure I had a way to get there (I couldn't drive 2 cars). I had never experienced what I experienced at Paul Moak. The buying experience there was smooth as silk. Thanks Paul Moak and thanks Alex Lewis!!!

I actually worked with a salesman from Paul Moak Subaru (see my review there), but Johnny Glass handled all the paperwork with me, including discussing the extended warranty and other options. Johnny was very nice to work with and, this being my first car purchase, he made sure to explain everything to me in a very detailed way. He told me when he thought I didn't need a certain option that was being offered. Johnny was very friendly and helpful.

I chose to buy a car at Paul Moak because they have the reputation of being fair and not pushy in their dealings with customers. Charlie Waite assisted me in choosing exactly the right vehicle for my needs. Through our conversation he recognized that I was looking for a reliable vehicle with good gas mileage, one that you can get in and out of without difficulty, and with good driver visiblity. From a list we chose several that I was interested in looking at. I test drove a CRV. Charlie was good to point out the features and patiently explain how various things worked before we set out. (I had been driving a 16-year-old car without most of the advantages and features you find in a new car.) After that test drive I was sold. Subsequently, Charlie introduced me to Jonathan Chadic, who was equally friendly and patient with my questions; he was very helpful in assisting me with completion of my paperwork. I felt confident in going to this dealership, and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Alex was very helpful during the entire process. He had a Honda Pilot that we were interested in and did not try to push a car that was above our intended price. He was very straightforward throughout the entire process and did not attempt to hide fees. The next time I purchase a car, I will definitely see Alex first. I contacted four dealerships by email and they had the lowest price. They did not ask for other dealers prices or try to make me come in before they would give me a price like some of the other dealerships. They also had the lowest document fee and they gave me a price on the model and options that I had chosen. I stated in the email that I was now willing to pay for any dealer installed options. I know those are low cost items that allow dealers high profit margins. They stated they did not have the color that I wanted in inventory but they would locate one for me. I told them that I did not want a car with high mileage if from another dealership far away and that I did not want one that had been inventory swapped before since it would have mileage from being driven to two dealersships. They said they would not charge me for any options that had been installed by the other dealer.They took a few days to get the car to me but they kept me informed without harassing me. We had time limitations when picking the car up and they had everything ready for us. Since we paid for the vehicle without financing, we only spent around 15 minutes at the dealership.The other dealership that we visited to test drive the car called us to the point that we stopped answering and returning their phone calls. They even continued even after we told them that we were busy over the holidays and we wouldn't do anything until after the holiday season so please contact us later. They also told us a price then tried to increase it over the phone. They said they received in a new one that day and that it was the color we wanted. When I told them it was the second color we said we liked he basically said that wasn't true and argued with me.The other dealership lost a sale due to being too pushy. I liked the salesman at first but his true colors came out. He even said that he would honor the original price and give up his commission. I am sorry, but I would never agree to work for free unless it is for a charity I support or for my family and friends. The stupid lifetime warranties and gimmicks (inspection stickers, free tire rotations, etc.) that they offer may fool some but they need to realize that not everyone falls for it. I decided to email and negotiate based on this experience. I ended up saving $800 and more importantly a lot of time and frustration.

My sales consultant Mr. Alex Lewis was very professional and was very attentive to what I desired in a used car. He was very timely in following up with me after my first visit with him. I didn't have time to test drive the first day but he didn't pressure me. This was my very first time to visit Paul Moak and I was very pleased with the service I received. It only took 48 hours from the first time I talked to Alex to the time I took delivery of my 2012 Pilot. Wednesday he gave me all kinds of information and showed me the Pilots they had on the lot. Thursday he located a Pilot with the features and color I wanted and got it delivered to Paul Moak Honda. Friday morning he called to say we could pick up the car. Alex Lewis followed up with us after having our van appraised at Paul Moak to see if he could help us with our car purchase. We called Alex mid afternoon on a Thursday to tell him we wanted to come by to see the Odysseys and would be there in 10 minutes. When we arrived Alex already had a van pulled out and ready for us to inspect and test drive. During the negotiation process and when we came in for signing, Alex was great. He went above and beyond to make sure our front tag was in place before we left the dealership. He also set up our phone in the van and showed the features available.

Nick Davis was very professional and polite. He took the time to explained and make sure we knew how to work everything in the vehicle. He gave us his card and told us if we had any questions after we left the dealership to be sure and call him. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. We went to one other dealerships on the day before and we were not pleased with the price of the used vehicle. This is the second new car purchase from this dealership and was the most pleasant and smooth car-buying experience ever. Latrail was very friendly, professional, helpful and attentive without ever being pushy. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied. There are 3 other nearby Honda dealerships that I could have considered, but I knew from past experience to give Paul Moak Honda the first shot. We went in to look at a used Odyssey. It had been sold when we got there. They showed me a newer model that was certified and then gave me a price that fit my budget. They weren't pushy and I appreciated that. I never thought they could make it fit but they surprised me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had. We had been to another dealership and was pretty much ignored because we were 2 females looking for a vehicle. But Latrel and Johnny did not treat us that way at all. They were both so friendly and professional. Very laid back and not "pushy" at all. They were a lot of fun to work with. We had a very pleasant experience and would hightly recommend Paul Moak! Our daughter is VERY happy with her 2012 Honda Civic. Even though Paul Moak may be smaller than some of the others they were by far the nicest and most helpful. I called Paul Moak Honda looking for a specific Civic. I was very sure about what I wanted and wasn't going to change my mind! Charlie found the car for me within a matter of minutes, while other dealers told me it just was not possible to find. I drove 3 hours to buy my car from Paul Moak and Charlie Waite and I hope to have the chance to do it again one day. Charlie made me feel confident in my decision the first time we spoke on the phone. I felt like I was being treated honestly and fairly and everything was so smooth, almost as if it were too good to be true. I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Paul Moak and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. I had previously purchased a Honda and also enjoyed that experience. Dick Kraft is one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. He was genuinely concerned about my comfort-level with understanding the details about the vehicle and the associated costs. I found him easy to negotiate with. He was not pushy or "slick" as many car salesmen often are. I would definately go to him again for a future vehicle purchase. Jonathan Chadic, the finance manager, was also very helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with him previously when he was a salesmen. In his new role he was very focused on making sure we understood every detail of the transaction. A very nice guy that does his job exceptionally well. Jim Viberg is the primary reason I returned to Paul Moak to purchase my vehicle. Jim is the service manager. Recently, he pulled me out of a very sticky situation with another Honda dealer that didn't properly service my previous Honda and then inappropriately charged me for the work when it should have gone toward my warranty. He even called the regional Honda account executive in California to make sure I got treated fairly. I walked away not owing a dime. Above and beyond customer service. This is my fourth Honda in 15 years. I only buy Hondas and I'll be buying only from Paul Moak in the future.

I found the car I was looking to buy on Autotrader and called Paul Moak to see if it was available. I was lucky enough to get Charlie Waite as my salesman. He was very kind, patient, and professional. He was honest about the popularity of that car and offered to call me if it sold before I got there the next day to save me a 90 mile trip. I actually had fun buying my car because all of the people I spoke to were so nice and personable. I even asked Johnny, who was helping with my financing and paperwork, if everybody there was really as nice as they seemed and he assured me that they take pride in their customer service and yes everybody there is nice. The car was as perfect as Charlie promised it was on the phone and we worked together to get my monthly payments where I needed them to be. The appraiser was so nice and gave me a very fair trade in for my 2004 Honda. I have recently dealt with other companies that were trying to give me less than my car was worth according to NADA and KBB, so the Paul Moak trade in offer was right on the money. Over-all the experience was great!They touched up the car and had me ready for my trip home. Like Johnny said, "Buying a car should be a fun and enjoyable experience" and I would have to say mine was just that! I will be buying my next Honda (my family currently has 3 and I personally have had 4 in my lifetime)from Paul Moak Honda! I know I can call them and get honest answers and a fair trade. Dick Kraft was so helpful in finding the car I wanted. He couldn't have been nicer. I was treated with respect and efficiency in all aspects of my purchase. Not only did I feel I was offered a very reasonable price, the staff went out of their way to help me find affordable financing. I don't often purchase a car, and in the past I have been rushed into buying more than I had intended. I felt Mr. Kraft wished only to help me find what I wanted to buy. The handing of the finance paperwork was efficient and again, no push to buy extras that I didn't want. When I buy another car, there is no doubt that Paul Moak will be my first choice. And I will tell all my friends they need to try a Honda and to get it at Paul Moak Honda. I agree with another's comment, I can't remember when I have felt so happy with a purchase. What a friendly dealership. When given my specific requests for a vehicle, meaning the options on my Odyssey that I just couldn't do without, Alex went the extra mile to find the perfect van for me. The finance department was very efficient. We don't live in Jackson, so a lot of our information was given over the phone. I have never been treated as well at a dealership as I was when I visited Paul Moak Honda. I had been watching their on-line adds and knew what vehicle I was looking for. The sales person, Dick Kraft, was most helpful, but not pushy or manipulative. He provided thorough information about the vehicle, treated me with utmost respect, and let me take it so that my mechanic could look it over. The used but Honda certified Odyssee van was all that Paul Moak had advertised it to be. The price that we negotiated was the exact price I had in mind when I went into the dealership.I think I was happier when I left that I have ever been after buying a car. Oh yes, the rest of the staff, I think their names were Larry and John,were also cordial. The next time I'm in the market Paul Moak will be the first place I look (after checking out their on-line adds!). I'll also ask for the same salesperson, Dick Kraft.

I immediately felt comfortable at this dealership. My salesperson Alex Lewis was friendly and available, but not forceful or trying too hard to just sell anything. Alex worked to find the best car he could in my price range. He presented me with several options and kept in contact with me. I did not decide to buy this car overnight! I did my research. For me, this was a big decision and he gave me the space to make what I thought was an informed decision without trying to distract me with bells and whistles. I felt as if he listened to what my needs were and respected that I was on a budget. I got a GREAT deal, but it has all the frills that I needed and wanted. I didn't even expect to buy a new car. I came to look at used cars (which he showed me as well), but I just couldn't beat the price for a new one! I'd been looking at cars for a while. I looked at other dealerships. I looked at cars online. I even looked at rental car sales at Hertz and Enterprise. No disrespect to those places, but Paul Moak was the front runner by far because of the service Alex provided and the price. I was nervous about the car buying process. But, Alex was up front and stuck to his word which made the process go very smoothly. It is possible to get great service at a really good price.

Upon my last visit to Paul Moak Honda of Jackson, as usual, Samantha Creel was extremely helpful and accomodating in keeping me informed of the progress of my Honda CR-V service progress. Also, the head technician, Jeff Klein came out personally to explain to me the problem and took the time to answer some questions I had that were unrelated directly to the problem related to my visit. I was very appreciative of Jeff answering my questions without making me feel rushed and also taking the time to educate me on other aspects of my engine. Samantha and Jeff are always so professional and I appreciate the fact that I feel like I am always treated as an individual with a unique automobile rather than "rushed in and rushed out" as I have heard from friends who take their vehicles other places to be serviced. I take care of my vehicle as I was taught by my father (he taught us to take the very BEST care of our vehicles as possible) and I appreciate the fact that every single time I take my vehicle in for service at Paul Moak Honda, they treat my vehicle like I treat it.

We purchased a 2011 Odyssey Touring Van by phone. The price was right for us, and their was no negoiating. A trust was established between both parties and Mr Mcloud proceeded with getting vehicle ready for us since we were from out of state. We would certainly do business with them again and definitely be glad to recommend them to anyone else looking for a vehicle. Charlie gave us a good overview of the "bells and whistles" in the vehicle.

The thing the impressed me most was, when I pulled onto the lot the salesmen didn't come at me like I was road kill and they were buzzards. That has always turned me off when looking for a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Super friendly people that did everything within their power to get me the exact vehicle that my wife wanted. They gave me the best price out of the 3 local honda dealerships. Ive always had a strong dislike for new car dealers because of the strong pressure to buy a vehicle, but with johnathan and don i never felt that i had to buy a car before i could leave. I was even told after being told the price on my wifes accord that i could take it to the other dealer that i was working with to see if they could beat it. i would recomend strongly buying from them and im saying that not on comission. I have had service performed on several vehicles at a number of dealerships over the years, and PM Honda probably ties for 1st with a local luxury car dealership for awesome service. Whenever I have taken my vehicle there for a particular service, I never feel pressured into having additional unnecessary/excessive services performed (as seems to be the strategy with other places I've visited). If the staff feels like there is a service that is critical to maintenance that they need to bring to my attention, they promptly call, provide the details I need (i.e. cost for labor/parts, duration to completion, etc.), and then let me make the call. Every part of that office is efficient and smooth for the customer, from the cashier's station to service tech. They make vehicle maintenance as painless as possible...the only regret I have is that I didn't purchase my vehicle from them! Can't say enough good things about them - they rock. :-)

Stopped by late on Friday night and were treated very well by Stevie and Latrail. Arranged to come back Saturday morning with my daughter to test drive. We got there a little early and Latrail was busy but was ready to help us well before the arranged time. I think we got a very good deal on a very good car that will be very safe for my daughter to drive to college. They had to work hard to get us financing we were satisfied with. Throughout the whole process we were treated very considerately.

They answered all my very percise questions. I have VERY little time to run around looking at dealerships because of my job. So I do alot of communicating online via email and I do alot of research via online too. I knew exactly what I wanted and aprox. monthly payments compared to what I had gotten from them before. I always give the dealership I bought from the last time first shot at my business IF they have treated me well since I bought the car. And Paul Moak did!!!

Took Honda Accord in for routine maintenance (B1 oil change, tires, filters, etc.). Samantha met me promptly when I drove up and took all my information. I was delivered to my office. Samantha called to let me know that during the oil change the technician discovered I needed a new battery, new oil filter and new cabin filter. She quoted all 3 prices and then a total. I instructed Samantha to have the technician replace all filters and the battery. The car was ready on time and as a courtesy was washed and cleaned on the inside for me.

It was a great buying experience. Everyone at the dealership from the general manager to the sales manager to the finance person to the sales person were very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking to purchase. the dealings on the price of the vehicle were honest and straightforward and i always felt like they would help me in any way that i asked. I came in without an appointment and Diane and the service team were able to get my oil changed quickly and even washed my car. In addition, they found some things that I needed to look at repairing on the car and gave me a detailed explanation with prices and explained the importance of the repairs. They are always very helpful and friendly and I so greatly appreciate it.

I had not bought a new vehicle in a long time and I was dreading the thought of going to a dealership and being hassled by salesmen. So I did most of my research on the internet before deciding on visiting a dealership. When I first went to Paul Moak Honda, I met Don O'Harroll. He was very kind, courteous and professional. He explained all the features in the different models that we looked at. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything. I then went online and requested quotes from various dealers around the area. The quote from Paul Moak was the best quote that I received. It was a no brainer going back to Don and finalizing the purchase. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Don to anyone who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I have always taken my 2003 Honda to Paul Moak Honda for service. Samantha Creel always keeps me updated on what is going on with my car, also, any variations (including price), and, in general, makes my visit a pleasant experience. All of the above-mentioned people are very professional and I would not take my Honda anywhere else for service. Atmosphere is comfortable while I wait, coffee provided, all in all, I would not take my Honda in to be serviced any other place than Paul Moak Honda.

Finding, trying and buying my new CR V could have been traumatic. It wasn't!Over the past 15 years, I've learned to appreciate Hondas and to trust Paul Moak.Charles Waite(sales consultant)had been recommended by two people. I know why. Within a few minutes, I felt that I was being helped, not sold. After my first visit, he neither chased me as I left the lot nor hassled me at home.My questions were answered,pressure was non-existent, and the price was in line. I wanted a transaction that was good for both of us. That's what I got.Top-notch car, dealer and salesman...can't ask for more than that.

The service manager promised they would have my car ready in one hour, and he did!I lost, or didn't receive my free coupon, he took care of it.After the new owners orientation, I felt like I knew several people, at least faces.One day, I came by to pick up a mat that I ordered for the back floor of my CRV, it was obviouslytime for your employees to go home, I asked a mechanic standing by the service desk a questionI had with how and when to turn on the headlights, he was very kind and helpful, I had my emergencybreak on, so it interfered with the function of the lights, they wouldn't come on without the break beingoff. Many people wouldn't have cared, but this young man wouldn't give up until he found the answer to my question. Your waiting area for customers with cars being serviced is very nice.Every employee I dealt with was cordial and helpful. They all showed an interested and caring spirit.My Granddad was a Chevy dealer in Bay Springs for 54 years, so you could say that I grew up in a Chevyfamily. I love my Honda, also happy that I made the switch from the Chevy to my CRV.

Al the people at the Paul Moak Honda service department are friendly and helpful. The price for replacing the regulator for the driver side window was a little higher than I would have liked, but it is probably in line with standard rates. I have recommended Paul Moak Honda to friends.

The folks at Paul Moak are always courteous, polite, and professional in their sales and service. Today I had some repair work and recall work done. Although I had to wait for the work to be completed, I felt it was finished in a timely manner. As for the price, I don't know how to rate that. I'm sure it's competitive. Wonderful communication w/ service writers, technicians, and the customer. "Upfront" estimates of service cost. Genuine interest in the well being of the client/customer. Our family has experience w/ over a dozen Hondas over the years and the folks at the Paul Moak dealership have never disappointed us. Yesterday's visit for maintenance was typically excellent.

We went to Paul Moak at the suggestion of one of our friends. We were immediately greeted and shown several cars that matched what we were looking for. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. During financial talks with Johnathan they were great in negotiating the price and options. He walked us through everything with the paperwork and the car and even gave us his cell number in case we had any questions.

Best car buying experience ever!!!The first time I have felt comfortable and relaxed at a dealership. No pressure, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Charlie is unassuming, delightful and stayed with me every step of the way. A great change from other dealerships where you get dumped into the ogre's nest alone to finish the deal. The best part is there was no ogre! An entirely straightforward and truly pleasant short visit that resulted in the perfect car for me. I cannot recommend them enough.

I first went to this dealership because it was very close to work. I'm glad that I did. Dealing with Don was a pleasure. This was my first experience in buying a new car, and I was surprised at the professionalism of Don and the other staff. These guys are not the stereotypical wheelin' dealin' sleaze balls that car salesman can often can be perceived as. If you want a no nonsense car buying experience, I recommend these folks for sure. I was in and out in 2 hours, and didn't leave feeling like I'd been ripped a new one.

I had an awesome experience with Paul Moak Honda. I started by browsing the website, then called with my questions. One salesman, Greg, helped me from the beginning to the end of this process. We spoke several times on the phone before we met. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, even after the sale (holding on to a cd I had left in my old car). The man who did the paperwork was also very helpful. He explained all services/options available without being pushy. I felt like they went out of their way to help me. They really performed a miracle getting me out of a very upside-down deal. I also felt throughout this process that I was in control and that the salesmen were there to answer any questions. The hardest part was deciding on a color! This was definitely the best experience I have had buying a car. Love my new car and my new payment! Ow!

Everyone at the dealership has been great. Buying the car was relatively painless. I expect the car to last at least 250,000 miles. The Saturn I had before, had 203,000 miles on it when it died. The car is 2/3 made in USA with the engine made in the USA with the car being produced at the Greenburg, Indiana plant.

initially I was anxious because I feared the high pressure car sales experience most dealerships provide by running out the door trying to give you there card. Alex was very friendly and immediately put me at ease by talking about my profession and things I was knowlegeable about. My sister bought a Civic less than 2 years ago at Paul Moak and she was very happy with the experience. We looked at color charts and interiors until I found what I liked. I wanted all the "bells and whistles" so I purchased the Honda Accord EX-L Coupe. What else can I say, it is loaded and I smile when I get behind the wheel. After I knew what I wanted, we went next to see Jonathan about financing. He worked to customize the payments and get my note where I wanted it to be. The rate I got was 1.9% and the trade in value I got was more than book value on my old car. I highly recommend Paul Moak Honda and especially the two assets that they are lucky to have, Alex and Jonathan (give them boys a raise). This is the second Pilot we have bought in the last two months. We had such a good experience with the first purchase that we had no qualms going right back to Paul Moak for our second trade in and purchase. From the very beginning Johnathan Chadic took such good care of us and helped us through the Financial Process with such ease. Both he and Alex Lewis were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On Saturday, the dealership was so busy. Alex was bombarded with demands that needed his attention. He still managed to take the time to be kind and courteous and made sure we were given the attention we needed and all of our needs were met. Honda prices are similar in all locations and dealers...usually within a couple or three hundred dollars. The reason I came from Oklahoma to Paul Moak was simple...Glass and O'Harroll. They were ethical, honest, up-front by providing me quality customer service and explaing to my wife and I our new Crosstour's operating methods. As a national examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Award...I know quality and concern for the customer. Paul Moak will have a customer for life.

Gerradrd Cook was very nice and easy to work with. He rode fearlessly with me through the waterworks curve even after I told him I had been to Nascar Driver Training School. He is young and energetic and a hard worker who wanted to make sure I got a good deal.Jonathan Chadic was very easy to work with also. He made the financing part easy and didn't add pressure. This is my 2nd purchase from Paul Moak in less than 6 months! I have also sent my best friend to them (Debbie Wahl) . All 3 purchases we handled perfectly. My wife commented on the 1st purchase of ours that out of the last 10 cars we have purchased she had never been treated so professionally. This is a company that really cares about thier customers! They are not simply trying to get a good score on thier customer satisfaction index they REALLY CARE AND ARE TREATING EVERYONE LIKE ITS THIER MOTHER OR SOMETHING. I searched for vehicles at 5 different dealerships including this one. At first I was looking at used cars, but the prices were ridiculous at the other dealerships. In addition, I remembered how nice Greg was and gave him a call. Not knowing it was his day off. He gave me the website address again and made me an appointment on his day off. The next day, I filled out the application online, within minutes the finance manager and Greg called me. I was amazed by their promptness. When I made it to the dealership, they made me feel very important. Out of all the dealerships, they provided the best customer service. I could tell by the quality of their work that this dealership has a great plan of action in place. I felt like all the other dealerships were just trying to make a sale. Greg and the finance manager were very thorough and friendly. The sales manager was very friendly as well. Keep up the good work!

Buying a used car can always be tricky, and sometimes in my experiences the dealers are less receptive and helpful than they would be on a new car. At Paul Moak Honda, everyone I worked with treated me like I was the most important customer they had from the moment I walked in. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and a good price on my used purchase. There was a complete no-hassle approach to the whole ordeal. They didn't waste my time either. They very promptly gave me a valuation of my trade and then set out to find a car that matched my needs and price. The selection was great so my decision was tough, but that's a good thing! Once I picked out the car I wanted, we did the paper work, traded keys/titles, and I hit the road happy. The entire process couldn't have lasted more than an hour or so which was great. The car I picked out had just been traded in and had a minor issue that needed to be repaired. The guys I worked with TOLD me about it before the deal was done and offered to fix it that day before I left. I was unable to do it due to time constraints, so they scheduled me a time to bring it back and get it fixed free of charge. I brought it back the following week, got it fixed, hassle free. Amazing service even AFTER the purchase. That is truly uncommon when buying a car. This dealership apparently has top-notch salespeople with a KNOWLEDGE of their inventory, another rarity from my experiences.Without question, the best dealership in central MS to buy a used car from. With service this good, I'm sure they're the best to get a new car from too.IF YOU NEED A CAR, GO SEE PAUL MOAK HONDA!

LOVE OUR EXPERIENCE!!!After obtaining internet quotes from NUMEROUS dealers in Alabama, Louisana and Mississippi, we chose PAUL MOAK in Jackson.We picked them, first and foremost, because they had NO ADDITIONAL FEES(other than MS tax and title) tacked on to final agreed on price, plus their quote was where we wanted it to be.Working with Norman Bailey(salesman), was an absolutely wonderful experience. He truly made us feel comfortable in trying to get to the bottom figure as to what we were willing to pay and what he was willing to give. Please, please ask for this man, you will not be sorry. He will do ALL he can to help you get your vehicle and his sense of humor will never let you forget him or the great deal that you get.As senior citizens we have had our share of car salesmen and car dealerships over the years but HONESTLY this is by far the best encounter we have ever had.The end result is that we did leave the dealership VERY HAPPY with a new 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L and one week later we still feel the EXACT SAME WAY!

Alexader is a great salesman. I went to the dealership to get wheel locks for my 07 Honda but instead I ended up purchasing a new 09 Honda from Mr. Lewis. Mr. Lewis is very professional when dealing with customers, he made sure that I understood the contract and made himself available to me if I had any questions. DiAnn was very helpful and communicated with me prior to any work being done and explained the work to be done and what my options were. She was also able to help me in using a coupon for some of the work being done which helped me make the decision to go ahead and do some work as opposed to waiting. We gave this rating because everyone was great, helpful and efficient. The staff made buying a new car painless. Dwann was very friendly, honest and helpful, not pushy at all. This was the third Honda we have bought from this dealership and we will definitely continue to use them in the future.

My initial contact with the dealership was via the internet. After indicating that I should only be contacted by e-mail and not by phone, I got a phone call. Did not appreciate the approach but I got over it. We bought a new CR-V. All in all a good experience, but they do try to get the most money possible out of you so know what the competition has to offer.

Going to this Dealer was an easy choice. I have Used Honda's cause they last. I purchase my parts straight from the Dealer. Now folks give me heck about this but I look at like this if HONDA makes it then It is gonna last. Paul has always been helpful in the service parts section. This time My Honda Van was acting out and as I told Jim the service manager it was "POSESSED by the DEVIL" This was Friday evening when most places are trying to push ya out the door. They ,the Service Department,were all helpful and even got me a ride to the rental car place in time for me to have Wheels during the weekend. I got an first impression of what was going on from the technician and he told me about how long it would take. Long and Short of it? My van was broke and they could fix it. I just wasn't sure that I wanted to keep that Honda. So the use car guys gave me an incredible trade in and Helped me find a Awesome certified vehicle. Don the sales person the manager on the floor and the service manager were all there til near closing to help me get into my HONDA Car new to me. I remember this experience with fondness and my next part, service or vehicle will be purchased at Paul Moak. Cause you can't make someone care that comes from good people who love their job!

We have been shopping for a vehicle for about 3 weeks now. Vicky was very helpful in guiding us to the vehicle we wanted basted on our needs and wants. I am very satisfied with her recommendations and help even through the financial process. She was not pushy. She allowed us the time we needed without hovering over us. This is my first honda shopping experience and I will definietly come back for future purchases.

Mr. Norman Bailey was very easy to work with. He was knowlegeable, easy to contact, answered his phone all of the time, and had the best price! His skill and kind mannerisms which were interested but not overwhelming or pushy were most refreshing! I really liked Norman and found him absolutely great in every way. I was so appreciative of him delivering my new beautiful grey, Honda Accord LX-P. He had better choices and prices than the dealer in my home town, but was willing to deliver the car to me. This is the second time I have purchased a Honda from Paul Moak. I am most pleased and have had an extremely positive experience with Paul Moak and especially with Mr. Norman Bailey!

I went to Paul Moak Honda on June 26, 2010, to get my inspection sticker on my 2008 Honda Accord. Stephanie was very polite and was able to get the car inspected very quickly. I later brought my Honda Odyssey to get the oil changed. The service personnel said that I needed a new engine mount, which they were able to replace while I waited. I had an excellent experience.

My wife was struggling with purchasing a car, suv, large size or mid size or what. When she finally decided upon the Honda CRV we had a hard time finding the one she wanted. We found the only one in white at Paul Moak and spoke with our sales person Norman Bailey. It turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Norman was great to work with and the usual pains taking process to get to the bottom line was over and done with in no time. We have alredy been on a trip to Georgia and she loves how easily it maneuvers around town. Great experience would definitely but from Paul Moak and Norman again.

Jonathan Chadic called me less than 24 hours after I walked into to his office. He had found exactly what I had asked for in a pre-owned car. He took the car out personally to check it out, and he made me a great deal. After I got home, he called again to follow up the sale and make sure everything was alright. We traded with them in 2007 and again this year in April, 2010. We appreciate their friendliness and help in making our recent purchase of a 2008 Odyssey. We've been looking for a vehicle for quite awhile. We were out test driving vehicles this past Wednesday and decided to just run in Paul Moak Honda to see what they had on the lot. We know the Honda product well, as we have owned close to 10 Hondas personally. Alex introduced himself to us and assisted us. Initially, we had no intentions of making a purchase that day, in fact, we were on our way to the Acura store to look seriously at a used TL they had on the lot. Alex made us a very good offer on the Honda Accord we were interested in and we purchased it that afternoon. The experience from beginning to end was very pleasant and we appreciated the way they did business with us.

The reason for this review is to promote positive feedback on a very positive experience. I was shopping for a new car but had not really decided on what I wanted. After seeing the Honda Accord at one dealership, I made a phone call to Paul Moak Honda. The salesperson I needed answered the phone. Vicky Turk's personality, kindness, sincere desire to help me, and successfully answering my questions, motivated me to go and meet with her. At first I was not sure I wanted to purchase/lease another car. We had a clear title on a car but it was a 2003. Vicky informed me of the low maintenance, quality, gas mileage and other pros of leasing a Honda. I was even leary of using credit with the state of the economy. Vicky answered all my questions and my concerns were her first proirity. She is the first salesperson I have ever trusted and will always come back to her. Paul Moak had my paperwork ready and the car cleaned and ready to go. Never been in and out of a dealership so quickly and so satisfied. Thank you Paul Moak and Vicky for sending my family on a jouney with more peace of mind that we are in a quality car and still financialy secure!

They were vry eager to please me and get me into a vehicle that I would love. These employees proved to me that they were not out to choke me like the previous Honda dealer did. I could not have asked for any better service!

These 3 ladies help me out so much to get my car at lunch time. I bought my car in yesterday and the ladies call and told me what they did and how much it was. I called back to see if I could pay over the phone and they said yes because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. They had my receipt ready and my car out front. They are always so sweet to me any time I come in.

Alex was a great salesman and helped me select a car for my grandson. He was patient, cooperative and enthusiatic while assisting me and my family with the deal for the car. He went out of his way to help us surprise my grandson on his 18th birthday. He did not pressure me or my family members. I would highly recommend Alex Lewis to a friend or relative interested in buying a new or used car.

I was just coming in to look, not necassarily to buy yet! I was tired and spent because I had aready been in the heat much to long looking...Vicky came up to the car and asked if she could help and I showed her a computer printout of the car I was looking for...well long story short Vicky put me in a car, that day, I didn't have to walk more than half a dozen steps, she brought the car she wanted me to see right to me...I looked at it and my daughter drove it around and came back with a smile on her face that told me this was the car...Vicky worked with me and we came quickly to an agreement with the car and I am a proud owner of a 2007 Honda Accord...Vicky went out of her way to be kind and considerate of me and working diligently to help me get the car I was hoping for...go find a car at Paul Moak and ask for Vicki Turk..Thank you Vicki, for making an enjoyable experience buying a car

I have often used Paul Moak as my service provider because they are conveniently located, and take a personal interest in helping to solve your problem. Paul Moak Honda's service department has always been easy to work with and the people are very friendly. I am always pleased with their work. A few times I've had problems that have taken more than one attempt to repair, but they have been pleasant to work with always.

I purchased my Honda Accord from Paul Moak 3 years ago. Before this purchase I have never used the dealerhip's service department however decided to give Paul Moak a try. Since my first visit DiAnn and staff have done an excellent job taking care of my needs. I travel a LOT and am always very busy. When I go to Paul Moak I take my laptop in & take advantage of their free WiFi which allows me to be productive while I wait. Typically I am not finished with my work when my car is ready.A few months ago I was out of town & my wife had my car. There was an issue with the battery so I called DiAnn. She quickly looked up my account & told me that the would replace the battery at no charge. My wife got the car cranked & drove straight to the dealership and the battery was replaced quickly & easily.I look forward to purhcasing addtional cars from Paul Moak in the future!

Of the many car dealers I've done business with through the years, I would rank Paul Moak as one of the top two (the other one being Roper Toyota in Tupelo, which I think no longer exists). All of the sales people seemed friendly and knowledgeable, my negotiations were smooth and pleasant, the parts and service people were efficient and skillful in installing the cargo-cover I ordered, the location of the dealership is good (since I prefer to spend my money in Jackson, not in one of its suburbs). I try to throw in something negative when writing any kind of review since doing so indicates that I've given the subject thought, but in this case I can't think of anything negative to say.

I rated this dealer as good because of the assistance I received when I stepped on the lot. I wasn't on the lot 5 minutes and received assistance. I was shown the vehicle I was inquiring about and information about the vehicle and price. I was allowed to look around and any question that I had were answered. The salesperson, Mr. Lewis was very friendly and helpful and explained the deals that they had at this time. Mr. Lewis was efficient when it came to the paperwork and again any questions were answered. The price was in my price range. I wasn't hassled like I had encountered at other dealerships that day. Overall, I had a good experience in buying my new vehicle and and very happy with it.

I went to Paul Moak Honda yesterday and was greated by Alex Lewis. He showed me two Honda Civics and offered me a great deal if I took one from the current stock. There was no haggling or hidden fees, just great customer service. I was given a low 1.9% interest rate when 30 minutes earlier another dealership tried to sell me a car at 7.9%. The paperwork took only about 15 minutes. My next car will come from Paul Moak Honda.

Since the Honda dealership closed in Greenville, I have been taking my Honda Civic hybrid to the Vicksburg dealership, where we had originally purchased it, for service. When we needed more service than they could provide, Paul Moak Honda was recommended. We found the service and people to be efficient and reasonable, and are very pleased.

I purchased my 2006 Honda Pilot from Paul Moak Honda because of their friendly and helpfull employees. I never felt pressured or treated like I didn't know anything since I was a woman purchasing the vehicle like I have been treated at other dealerships. That is why I will never set foot on their lots again and relay my experiences to my friends. I do let them know Paul Moak Honda has treated me GREAT and it is appreciated. I love my Pilot and will continue to have Paul Moak Honda service it when it is needed. I drive from Meridian, MS to Jackson just to have them take care of my Pilot!

I am always welcomed with a friendly smile and a highly-skilled assistant when I pull into the Service drive, even if I only need someone to re-set my clock on the dashboard. Samantha Creel always takes care of my needs in a timely and efficient manner. She seems to go beyond what is even asked for. Today, I knew that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. A few days ago I was told by a local tire dealership near my house that I badly needed not ONE, but TWO tires, and that I needed them NOW. I had pulled into that company on my way to work since one of my tires was very low and I needed some air in it. I told this to Samantha and she assured me that my tires would be checked thoroughly and that she or someone would call me. I was very happy when she called within an hour and advised that my tire could be plugged and that my tires should be fine through at least several more oil changes! Also, I had mentioned how dirty my car was and that it needed to be vacuumed. As I was walking out to get in my car, I could hardly recognize it! It had been washed and vacuumed at no extra charge! Samantha is an asset to Paul Moak Honda and I appreciate her assistance. I also appreciate Diane at the drive thru. She is always friendly and helpful as well. Even when you are checking out at the Cashier desk, everyone is friendly. Jeannie was the person who assisted me today and I enjoyed speaking with her. Before I bought my 2007 Honda Accord from Paul Moak Honda, I had been of the opinion that maybe the dealership where you bought your car would charge more for oil changes, tire rotation and other services. Paul Moak Honda offered a free "welcome class" and I was advised to at least "try" their Service Department with any of your needs and to see for yourself. I did that and would never let anyone else perform a service on my car! Thank you for your good service and devoted employees.

We did not go in to buy a car. We were simply looking. Mr. Lewis was very helpful even staying far past closing time, and we never felt that he was rushing us. He answered all of our questions and worked to get us the best price possible. We would definitely recommend this dealer.

Everytime I come into the Dealership I am accommodated. I have been driven to work and never been inconvenienced for very long at all. They are always very friendly and helpful with information about maintaining my car. I trust their service and opinion about what needs to be done. I have been dealing with her at Paul Moak Honda for several years and hope that she continues to work there.I've known Edward for many years and enjoy talking with him about Honda cars, even if I'm not interested in making a purchase at that immediate time. He is friendly, does not indulge in any "hard sell" techniques,knows about features and prices, and I feel that I've always gotten a good deal at Paul Moak Honda. We have purchased two cars and a van from Paul Moak Honda. The salesmen are no hassle and knowledgeable. Additionally, we service our vehicles with Paul Moak Honda and have been very pleased with the training and tenure of the service term. When we bought our car, the dealership hosted a "get to know your car" session on Saturday. They demonstrated how the safety features worked (including an airbag deployment demonstration), discussed the way the car was designed and how the service reminders worked. It was very helpful and informative. We will continue using Paul Moak Honda as the dealer of choice.

Even though my car is out of warranty, I take it to Paul Moak Honda Dealership because I am so satisfied with their service and extremely competent people. The only thing I would suggest is that Paul Moak Honda DO MORE ADVERTISING!!!! TV, Radio, etc. Let people know how GREAT this dealership is!

Service with a smile is the key. You are met at the vehicle with a smile. Taxi service is provide to local job sites. Once you leave you don't have to worry about return before the next service is due. I get both vehicles (Honda Element and Honda Ridgeline) serviced here.

I bought 3 new Hondas from Charlie Waite at Paul Moak Honda. All aspects have been positive. He listens and helps me find the right car. Not pushy; just helpful. He remembers my name and needs. These folks really take care of you! Not only do they handle your service and repairs quickly and efficiently, they will give you a heads up about other potential problems they see and help you resolve them as well. They go the extra mile for you! I remember when I brought my son's car in to see if they could replace the tail light that was damaged when someone backed into his car in a parking lot. Not only did they replace the tail light, they banged out the bumper so well that you couldn't even tell it had been slammed! Also, one time when his Accord needed some repair work, they discovered that whoever had worked on it previously didn't correctly install something and missed some other glaring items (tires on wrong, missing some protection panels under the car, etc). SO, they called the place that had worked on it and got them to pay for that portion of our repair bill! Never in a million years would I have expected that - ususally all you get is 'too bad, so sad, not my problem'! We were elated! Plus we learned not to bring our cars anywhere else for service because only Paul Moak is really looking out for us!

We came in "just looking" without really planning on buying a car that day. Don made it hard not to buy a car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us a really good deal on a great used car. The paperwork process after we decided to buy the car did take longer than expected. We were in the dealership most of the day. The morning after we got the car home, the battery was dead, and we had to jump the car off and bring it back. That process took most of another day, but we did get a new battery and were given a loaner to use while a new battery was installed. Overall, we would recommend the Paul Moak team to our friends.

My wife contacted the dealership while we were in Tampa looking at a similar vehicle there. She worked with Don over the phone and obtained a good price. We would prefer to buy local if everything else was equal but the price was even better than in Tampa. The truck was everything Don promised. He and the staff were easy to work with and very professional. We had a very good experience.

When I called Paul Moak, I did not intend on buying a car the same day. My call was given to Mr. Lewis and he asked several questions concerning my interest and it took off from there. I jokingly stated to Mr. Lewis that he was really utilizing his salesman skills to get me a car. He replied, "I have only been doing this for two years." Mr. Lewis was very patient with me and helpful in explaining the process. He found what I was looking for and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Mr. Lewis should be commended for his great personality, being friendly and genuine at the same time. I really did enjoy my experience with Paul Moak Honda and I do plan on recommended others to this dealership. I was completely satisfied with the services and this was a great experience.

By far the friendliest people to deal with. Bruce was very informative and willing to give me the best deal possible. The car was for my daughter and Bruce took alot of extra time to explain all of the options on the car to her. This was her first experiance with a dealer and she was very pleased.

This is the 5th Honda we have purchased. Four of these were purchased with Charlie Waite as the salesman. The other Honda was purchased used from our brother-in-law. The first time we met Charlie, he understood that we did not want to dicker over the price of the car. We wanted to know the bottom line. We had done our homework and knew exactly what we wanted. Charlie worked with us to get a good price. He took his time to go over the car and explain everything to us. He called to see if we were enjoying the car and every time we have been back to buy a car he has called us by name. We have recommended Paul Moak and specifically Charlie Waite to a number of people. We look forward to buying our next Honda from Paul Moak and Charlie Waite. As we left the dealership my husband said, "Well, I guess until we get a lemon, we will continue to buy Hondas." I certainly don't expect to ever buy a lemon. Our Hondas have been outstanding cars. The 1994 Honda is still in the family and running fine. Thank you, Honda! Keep up the good work!

We gave Paul Moak the above rating due to their friendliness, courtesy, and ease of doing business with the dealership. We were greeted by Bruce Stewart moments after arriving at the dealership. He was very helpful in offering us the current brochure on the CRV. We were able to take our time, look at several CRV's and make our decision. Jonathan Chadic was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly when it came to financing. We have no experience with the Service Department as of yet.

I recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Paul Moak Honda while visiting from out-of-state. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle during this trip, but from the moment I stepped onto the lot, our salesman, Bruce Stewart, made a remarkable impression on my wife and I. It did not take long to realize that something was "different" about this dealership. Mr. Stewart was extremely friendly, helpful, and certainly knowledgable about the Honda Brand as well as the current inventory. However, we did not experienc the usual sales pressure to make any commitment or feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. In fact, I was surprised that Mr. Stewart spent so much of his time showing and test driving so many vehicles when we had so clearly indicated that were out-of-state vistors with NO immediate interest in buying. We were, at best, undecided on which vehicle we needed to replace our aging mini-van and still meet our family's needs and budget. Mr. Stewart gladly showed us every vehicle we expressed an interest in and explained, in depth, the features of each. Mr. Stewart patiently listened to our requirements and needs and recommended that we look a certified 2008 Honda Pilot which we liked a great deal. After a through showing of the vehicle, Mr. Stewart let us know what the purchase price would be. We left the lot that evening without purchasing any vehicle, or feeling any pressure to buy. However, we were clearly impressed with our experience with this salesman. We went back to the hotel that night to do our research and settled on the price we would be willing to pay. The next afternoon, we returned to the dealership, took another test drive, and let Mr. Stewart know we were ready to do business. We fully expected the previously quoted price be completely forgotten and our "battle" with the dealership to begin. Mr. Stewart quickly returned with a price less than what he told to expect the previous day. I could have fell over: not only was the price less than what I had been qouted earlier, it was within $80 of what my final offer was to have been. I had never purchased a vehicle without out the usual back and forth and normal sales manager-salesman tactics. Mr. Stewart and Mr. Chadwick were extremely helpful providing all the documentationn I needed to have the vehicle registered in Louisiana during and after the sale. Mr. Stewart followed up, as promised, after the sale; overnighting a missing accessory and an item we left in our old car. Lots of salesman say they're going to do something, Bruce follows through! What a refreshing change! Paul Moak's slogan "Deals not Ordeals" is more than a motto, it's their business practice! I HIGHLY recommend Paul Moak Honda to anyone interested in no-haggle, no pressure car buying experience! Thanks to Bruce Stewart for all your help! You definetly made the trip from Baton Rouge to Jackson worth the trip! I'll make it again when I buy my next car!

My most recent visit was to the service dept which always does a great job. I have no problems with them. I do not feel the same way about another employee there not involved in the service department and plan to submit another survey on that topic.

Due to the misfortune of hitting a pipe in a parking lot, I called Paul Moak Honda for assistance. The wonderful staff helped me to get a tow truck rushed to me & Mr. Jim Viberg also came to check on me while I waited with my car in the pouring rain. They assisted me after hours, and made sure my car was sent to the repair shop in good hands. They were greatly appreciated.

She explains the service needed and tells me how much the bill will be before they take the car back for service. My husband and I have two hondas that we always get serviced at Paul Moak Honda because of great customer service they give.

This is my third time to lease from Paul Moak Honda. I had some dis-satisfaction with my most recent lease terms after I left their office. However, I called back and spoke with them and these issues were rectified. Customer satisfaction is very important to them and they want you to be happy with your vehicle. I would definitely do business with them again.

I have dealt with this company for years in the GM area and now in the Honda area. I could not be happier with the service I have received and also the sales division when I purchased the car in April, 2007. The service department is to be commended for their courtesy, kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and etc. Everyone at this dealership is of the highest caliber and it shows in the length of their service with this locally owned business.My car went in for a scheduled maintenance and a problem was discovered. The service manager and technician explained the problem in terms I could understand and were very patience with me. I recommend this dealership whenever the occasion arises.

These are great people. Paul Moak greeted me when I go out of the car. The service manager buffed out a spot for me - no charge!! The ladies are great. They always ask about my family and asked to see pictures of my granddaughters. The waiting area is great - cable TV, USA Today and magazines.

Paul Moak is the ONLY place I will take my car for service, from oil changes to repairs. I thoroughly trust them to be honest and give me the best value and service. Jeff always goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is working properly, and alerts us to any recalls or other issues that could apply to us. I recommend Paul Moak to anyone I know who owns a Honda vehicle.

I was very pleased with the low pressure approach that Lawrence used. I don't like to be called over and over. He answered our questions and took care of our requests. ie.- replaced damaged tire, obtained new floor mats for the vehicle, etc. I would probably use this dealership again in the future.

I came in the dealership for a service issue, upset about honda's parts warranty. I acted out a bit; however, Mr. Viberg kept his cool and went out of his way to answer my concerns and resolve the issue. Not only did Mr. Viberg resolve the issue but bent over backwards to make me feel good about returning to Paul Moak as a customer. I seldom take the time to write good reviews, but knew this was one of those times when 100% good customer service needed to be recognized. Thanks Mr. Viberg.

The salesman was very friendly and tried very hard to get the best deal possible for me. I really enjoyed the entire process and it didn't seem to be be as much of a hassel as I remembered my last car purchase experience to be. Alex even came to pick up my car to have the running boards installed, so I didn't even have to take it in for the addition. I feel that they go out of their way to help the customer and the friendly enviorment was a welcomed change from what I've dealt with in the past at other dealerships.

We met Don looking for a cash for clunkers car about 6 months ago. He made such an impression that when I was looking for a car 6 months later we remembered that we wanted to do business with him. I told him what I was looking for and he went out of his way to bring a price down on a car that I am very satisfied with. We treated each other with a mutual respect.Afterward, I left my garage door opener in my car that I traded in and it became a full dealership effort to get it from the off-site detail shop. Everyone was very friendly and showed concern in helping me get it back.

I STARTED DEALING WITH "PAUL MOAK HONDA" IN DEC.'05. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY,KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROMPT. WHEN ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR NEIGHBORS ASK ABOUT INFO ON GOOD "HONDA SERVICE", I RECOMMEND "PAUL MOAK HONDA" TO THEM. MY WIFE PURCHASED AN '07 HONDA CIVIC FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. BEFORE WE PURCHASED THIS CAR WE ASKED PAUL MOAK FOR INFO ON THIS CAR AND THEY ASSISTED IMMEDIATELY. THEY HAD INFO ON THIS AUTO IN THEIR SERVICE DATA BASE. First the bad news. The service department. While it is not bad they could be a little quicker to greet arrivals. I have had to go inside and look for someone to check my car in for repair. Also, they have certain mileage service recommendations that are different than what Honda requires. That can be confusing to the customer. Now, the good news. Charlie Waite has been my salesman for many years and I have owned several CRV's and am currently leasing an Accord. I have the utmost confidence that he is being fair about pricing and ALWAYS treats me like the "good" customer I am. That goes a LONG way when I start to consider buying/leasing a new vehicle.

My family has bought 3 cars from Paul Moak (Accord, Ridgeline and Subaru Forester), and we have been pleased with all of them. We drive our cars for about a decade, and we have never had problems with any of these vehicles. The sales and service staff at Paul Moak are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Paul Moak Honda to anyone.

I have been a longtime Paul Moak customer, mostly due to the friendly atmosphere that has been created at their dealerships. It's not your normal car dealership for sure. While I have historically been a Honda customer, I have even begun looking at their Volvo dealership recently. I still price around to make sure I'm getting the best deal - but all else equal, I choose Paul Moak.

I've bought 3 new Accords at Paul Moak, a 99, an 07 for me and an 08 for my wife. When I get another car, I'm sure it'll be a Honda from Paul Moak. All my service work is done here. I see them pretty often.What more can I say. I'm 72 years old and have bought a few cars. This is the best dealership, in all areas, that I've ever done business with. This is one friendly, competent, dedicated bunch!!

The employees are personable and professional from the Service Manager who checks you in to the Parts Dept. manager, the cashier and the tech who services your vehicle. The service department accurately estimates the time it will take to service the vehicle and the final bill is extremely close to the estimate for the service. The service department informs you if the job will take longer than estimated. Twice I have thought the vehicle needed an alignment. The service tech checked tire wear and test drove the car and reported you don't need an alignment now.

I was very impressed with the level of service and attention that I received. I had been exploring lease options for several months, I was pleasantly surprised with an even better lease quote than I had originally received. I leased a new Accord, and when it was time for the end-of-lease options, the great service continued. Wally was very thorough with my options. I had been so pleased with my Accord that I decided to lease it for another 3 years. I would definitely seek out Paul Moak for future purchases.

I love the fact that Diane knows my name and recognizes me as soon as I exit my vehicle.I also very much appreciate the fact that staff keep me informed and give me a heads up as to anticipated costs.The explantions are always very thorough.Staff are very pleasant and professional.Service is consistent whether I am physically there or am interacting over the telephone.I live in Clinton but don't mind the drive at all.

My wife and I leased a new Accord in 2006. We were very comfortable at the Paul Moak dealership, and were well treated. We also test-drove a couple of other models. We really like the sales strategy used by Paul Moak, as compared to other dealers. Confidence, and not pressure, seem to guide them there. We won't hesitate to visit a Moak dealership again.

Nobody expects to have a good day when they have a transmission problem. By the end of the day, my wife said she felt like she had won the lottery. Transmission problem found. Problem fixed.
