Sales are awesome problem comes in after the sale with the service department I have a 2013 Honda Accord brought it in Saturday the 23rd 4 battery check and oil change Doug came in and told me I needed something else done I told him I did not have the money in the small space in the waiting area of the service department in front of all those people he turns around and says good thing it's just your battery you wouldn't have money to pay for nothing else I felt insulted embarrassed and felt like showing my butt that day but I kept my composure and told him I did not come in for that today there was no reason to embarrass me in front of all the clients it's not his business what I have money to pay for although I am from Jackson I will wait to come through the week or wait until I go to Meridian to Rick Justice Honda to get my car serviced someone really needs to talk to him a bad attitude is unacceptable and makes the company lose customers this was an awful day for me I receive good sales department service no complaints there just do it in service department everyone else was nice Patty Peck you have One Bad Apple in service department. I've been called the service department Tuesday to make a complaint duck answer the phone and still was rude what a missable person..im s oooo SHOCKED

This is our second Honda Odyssey, both purchased at Patty Peck. We were impressed with the professionalism of the dealership, from the moment we walked in the door 10 1/2 years ago, and still are.

I've been a Patty Peck customer from the opening of her dealership; a satisfied customer. If you sell Honda you are ahead of the game. If your service excels, you get repeat and referral sales. Good people must stand behind all of the above and this dealership has it all. When I come in for service, I tell the employees to treat my car as if I was a member of the family because. . .I feel that I am. My final thought lies in my sales experience with Ted Buck. He is so aware of the inner workings of the Honda and his knowledge is founded on being truthful. He wants to be there for the next sale and in my case, HE IS THE MAN.

On our way through Jackson we developed a shimmy in the front end. We left the car with the service department with instructions to determine what was causing the shimmy. They had our car with them for 5 days, got a call from Ashley. She said one of the tires had a bubble in it. I said to replace it with the exact tire that was on it. When I picked the car up it was dark and didn't get a chance to look it over. They put a Firestone on the car when it was equipped with Cooper tires. They told me they couldn't find the exact tire, after they had replaced it with the Firestone. Had I had known this I would have gone elsewhere for service work. Not happy at all!

In our search for a new Honda Pilot, my wife and I visited Patty Peck Honda where we met sales consultant George Pickett. After selecting and ordering a new Honda Pilot George kept us informed weekly via email, videos and phone calls of the vehicles status. After the Pilot arrived he spent over an hour checking us out on the pilots systems. This was the best experience I have had in fifty-five years of buying automobiles.

I just bought my first Honda this week. My sales person, J Sartin listened to what I wanted in a new car, my current one was having issues. He took time to show me different models in the Honda line, and allowed ample time to test drive several different cars to compare, so I could find the one to best fit my needs. I am very happy with the CR-V that I chose. During the entire process I felt he and the Honda team had my safety and needs as priority. Honda was recommended to me by friends and I would recommend it to my friends. Thank you J Sartin and team.

My first purchase of a Honda was an easy and pleasant experience. My salesperson, Bobby Aubrey, was so nice and knowledgeable of the vehicle. This made my transition from a 10 year old car, with limited features to a loaded SUV easier than I thought possible. I would recommend Bobby to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

First I am sorry I chose this location for my air repair as well as air bag replacements. I was lied to regarding the repair time. One day has turned into more. Plus, they seemed to have wasted valuable time looking for other repair/maintenance tasks that could profit them only. This is probably the main reason for the delay time for requested repairs. First I was told the work only required a day. That turned into a second, that would be ready FIRST thing the next morning. By 10:00, I called because they had not. It seems to me the reason for a lower estimate was to try to make up for it with miscellaneous unrequested repairs. The lower estimate is not always the better one as in this case. I was also told the first day over the phone, there was a rear wheel locked up. It was fine while driving to dealer.Totally Discussed,Ken

My sister and I went to Patty Peck just to "Window" shop because I was considering purchasing a vehicle in the next month or two. They offered me a deal on the 2016 Honda Accord EXL that was too good to pass up. No hassling; just plain professionalism from start to finish. They worked to get me the deal I asked for. The salesman, Mr. Adam Washington, greeted us when we arrived and was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. When I told him what I was looking for, he knew just where it was located. He was a great salesman and was patient while showing me how to operate different settings in the vehicle. I am looking forward to driving my beautiful red car.

Buying from Patty Peck was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Ashley was very attentive to our needs and concerns. The only issue we had was the tech prepped the wrong van, so we had to wait another two hours for them to prep the correct van. Even though we weren't compensated for the mixup/wait, we were still pleases with the service and purchase.

Well I was satisfied with my purchase until I finally received my paperwork. The salesperson and I, along with the Finance Manager agreed on a selling price. This is partly my fault because I didn't review back over the paperwork before signing, but I thought I could trust the dealership. When explaining all of these extra warranties I was getting, the Finance Manager failed to mention it was going to cost me an extra $1,600. It was added to the price that we originally agreed and was never mentioned before. He also promised me that my papers would be mailed Monday after I faxed him the additional papers he needed from me in order to close the loan. I waited until Thursday and called/emailed him, finally got them the following Saturday and noticed the stamp was dated for Thursday. Had a great first car buying experience until I got to the end of the deal. I'm basically paying for this Lifetime Warranty that is advertised as a "value".

My 74-year old mother recently needed to replace what she had planned on being her last car when it was totaled. Having found a very good selection of pre-owned Certified Honda CR-Vs in Patty Peck's inventory and on my recommendation as a very satisfied Patty Peck customer, we went to the dealership late on a Wednesday planning to just look. JJ Thompson met us on the lot and took the time to walk us to and around all the cars of interest. He listened to what my mother had to say about what she wanted and needed and what she could/would spend. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all her questions, and helped her feel comfortable in deciding on a vehicle. He and the finance group worked to get her the price with which she was comfortable and she drove away that night with the vehicle she really wanted. JJ's warm, genuine personality and willingness and ability to listen and work with her gained her respect and trust and her business.

Their "Life Time Warranty" on Certified Preowned cars is a scam. An employee finally adminitted it after my 2011 Accord SE sat there for 3 days. I had to replace both CV Axles myself after having the car a year and followed all of the warranty requirements. Now having transmission problems and going to trade it in for a Nissan. No more Hondas for me.

The service I received for recalled airbag was fine, however the list of things they found wrong with my car and the pricing was exorbitant! Would never let them service my car. Because of this, I would not choose to do business with them. I understand that there were things wrong with my vehicle, but what they wanted to charge to fix it was outrageous.

Don Lee again provided excellent service to me and my wife. It is our second vehicle Don has sold us and our second Odyssey Touring from Patty Peck....he sold us our CRV two years ago. We went back to him because of his good nature and straight-forwardness with absolutely NO pressure. Of course, we went back because of the great Patty Peck service department!!

I called Patty Peck looking for some information on a Honda Van. I was connected with Kristy Weaver, who was so helpful and pleasant to speak with. She sent me a video right off and it was nice to see that she was interested in having my business. Other dealerships I spoke with wouldn't call me back or didn't seem interested in making a sale. About a week later, we showed up unannounced and she remembered our conversations and asked me about all 3 of my children, remembering their names. You can't do much better than that. It's hard to find that kind of exceptional service. We ended up buying our van from her. The staff at Patty Peck, Kristie Weaver in particular, were very helpful and friendly throughout the car shopping and buying experience. I have been to many dealerships and these guys were not pushy like most car salesmen are known to be. In fact Kristie was as down-home and friendly as you could possibly ask for. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer my questions. I highly recommend asking for her should you stop by.

Purchased a new Honda civic from patty peck in Jackson ms in May 2015. I shopped online and basically completed my purchase online utimately with this dealership. Katorra was the saleswoman who closed my deal. She was very responsive throughout the process. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less with my new car. Only wish the after service sale was just as great as before the sale experience. I'm experiencing some issues with the vehicle so we'll see how the service department operates...Overall, although I little premature because I haven't experienced a facets of the dealerships, I would recommend this dealership to others.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from Patty Peck Honda. Our experience could not have been any better. We previously had a horrible experience at another dealership so I was really dreading this purchase. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our experience from sales to finance was very pleasant and extremely professional but most importantly we were treated like we were important. My husband and I were honestly somewhat dreading the hassle of releasing another vehicle, but I must say that our experience with Patty Peck went very smoothly and we were very satisfied in the end. We began dealing with Keyah by email and phone and she was always friendly and helpful. The only day we could visit the dealership she was not in so we dealt with George, who also was just as friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and every employee there that day was friendly to us. We had leased previously with another dealer in the area and if we get the same good service the next time we will be back Patty Peck! Thank you!

Recently, Our CRV required service due to a problem with the torque converter. Pat Hall was the person that worked closely to ensure that our car was ready for our family to not be inconvenienced at all. He demonstrated the utmost professionalism and treated our family like his only customers.....when we know that this was not the case. He was extremely proactive and pleasant in all correspondence. When weather caused the part we needed not to arrive as planned he made sure we were given a car to use. He also kept us informed every 3 to 4 hours on the final day because we had planned a long awaited vacation to MICHIGAN. I cant say how much we appreciate all he did to treat my family like we mattered.....I-CARE customer service is such an over looked aspect today. If you want someone who is working for you....GO SEE PAT!!!

Great service experience at Patty Peck. Everyone is very friendly. I dealt with Pat Hall, who was very professional and made sure my Honda was serviced by a great technician (I forget his name, but he did an excellent job making sure my car was repaired properly and professionally). Would highly recommend this dealership and its top notch employees for your service needs.

I went for a diagnostic service, this took another shop 1 hour to complete, however Patty Peck took over a full day and racked up the repair costs 10x. I thought a second opinion from a dealership was a good idea. Not the case. Go somewhere else if you want honest advice, quotes, and mechanics that know what they are doing.

we were on our way to Vicksburg for a soccer tournament when we had a blowout 5 miles from Patty Peck Honda....they took us in right away but when they were unable to fine us a tire in stock Gregory Scott and his associate didnt hesitate and gave us the keys to the courtesy car and had us on our way within minutes of arrival. We made the tourney on time and witnessed our daughter's first varsity goal. Thanks again!!!!

I have nothing good to say about this dealership. We leased a new Carolla for my grown son who also consigned. Less than a year later, my son died unexpectedly. The dealership referred us to Honda corporate who sent us back to Patty Peck. We got promises but no one even bothered to call us back although they quickly took his name of the payment statements, I did receive an email from Ted Buck a few months later wishing my dead son a happy birthday. I replied to this disgusting email that we were extremely offended but, it's been over a month now and we haven't heard anything from Patty Peck Honda. A simple apology would be nice.

We leased a new Carolla for our adult son who co-signed. He died unexpectedly and we were told by Patty Peck to call a Honda 800 number. They referred us back to dealership which said it would look into wholesaling it and check with other dealers then call us back in a week. Someone managed to take his name off the lease documents but we never heard a word from Patty Peck.A few months later I received a "Happy Birthday John" email from Ted Buck. I responded that I was offended by their laziness or apathy or whatever inexcusable reason they would come up with. The whole experience was hurtful to my family and the birthday card was the absolute worst. That's been over a month ago and I haven't received an apology or any response from Patty Peck. I sure hope they don't send him a Happy 33rd Birthday greeting or the usual endless letters when the lease is close to expiring, But it wouldn't surprise me. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever encountered. I'm so happy to have worked with Mr. JJ Thompson, he is a great salesman! Mr. Thompson made my entire experience a very pleasant one and I would be happy to recommend him and the Patty Peck dealership to anyone. Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for purchasing a car. When I decided to get a new car, I did my research, and test drove about 10 different cars and dealt with so many dealers: Toyota, Nissan, Acura, Ford. The service, not to mention the car (Accord) itself, was the best around. Jordan knew everything about the car, took us on a great test drive to show off everything it had to offer. He wasn't pushy, and when we told him that we weren't looking to purchase that day he (unlike the countless others) did not stop giving the best customer service. When I went back to purchase the car he didn't mess around and try to get me to get a higher trim model than I could afford. Him and the Lee Andrews were extremely helpful with us getting to a note that we could afford, and no one got bent out of shape. Once the price was agreed on we sat down with Lance, and believe it or not, was not as painful as it could have been. I have had several cars and have dealt with many a dealer, and finance people and this is honestly the only time I have left with a car I not only loved, but was right on the money, and I did not feel like the dealer tried to rob me, or pull something over on me.

Steve Hawkins went out of his way to help us via email instructions and by posting a YouTube video specific to our issue. We're not "techies" but he stuck with us through several emails until we got it right. We really appreciated his time and effort. We live in MO--if we lived in MS they'd be our dealer of choice.

My wife has had her eye on a Honda Pilot for quite some time now. I was skeptical at first, not knowing if they would be big enough as our family continues to grow. I finally gave in and went to Patty Peck Honda to look around at a few with her. Jordan came out immediately to assist us and answer any questions that we had. Jordan asked us what we were planning on getting and got to know us a little before he jumped into salesman mode. That is what I liked the best. He made us feel very comfortable and we never felt pressured into a decision. We started with the base model and worked our way up. He was very thorough in explaining the differences in features and capabilities with each model. Once we found one we liked, my wife and I both drove it and fell in love. I was very surprised how much room they had. This will be the perfect family car for us. Jordan laid out all of the different options in buying versus leasing and was very open book and answered any questions. Patty Peck Honda and Jordan McDade made our car buying experience the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend them both to anyone.

Great ServiceWhile traveling from Memphis home to Texas, my oil light came on. I notice Patty Peck on the highway and turned around to see if I could get an express oil change. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they provided a driver to take us close by so we could have lunch while they worked on the car. I have a 2012 Pilot. The cost of the oil change was very reasonable. and the service personnel very professional. I wish they were closer to my home !

First I would like to commend salesperson Thunder and Lightning were awesome. I noticed noise in brakes after purchase of certified Used Honda pilot. Left at service dept for 3 days and now brakes making same noise. I now will have to go to real mechanic to diagnoise problem. I see why they offer lifetime warranty. You finally give up on them fixing problem and go somewhere else to have issue fixed.

I researched Petty Peck online and Milton saw my name, took the time to look up my old account from a prior purchase at Petty Peck and gave me a call. We discussed what I was shopping for and scheduled an appointment. Milton had done the research of the car I was looking for and what inventory was available and was ready to help me when I arrived. He helped me and my family look at the various models and promptly answered questions and showed us vehicle features. The timing was right for us to investigate new cars since our Leased 2011 Accord ExL with Navigation was about to end. We had communicated with Milton many times during the spring months about our options and choices in vehicles.We decided that we needed to have two vehicles: one to replace the Leased aforementioned Accord and one more to replace an older high-mileage car. Milton was very patient with all the detailed questions that we presented as only a professor and retired teacher might do!He spent a great deal of time and effort explaining all the various combinations of purchasing and leasing that were possible. He is patient, articulate, and a great teacher.Throughout the process, Milton was not only personable and pleasant, but also direct and honest. If we questioned anything, he carefully explained the underlying reasons. We never felt pressured in any way, and we did not haggle. Instead, we negotiated. And we feel that we got a good and fair deal. In short, Milton was a true professional. My husband took my Honda Accord in for a routine oil change and service. Technician discoveredA nail in front driver side tire. He removed the nail and fail to repair the tire. Later that SaturdayEvening, my husband noticed the tire was low. Discovering the problem late Saturday,My husband took the car to Wal-Mart (only place to go) early Sunday morning to have the flat repaired. Technician at Wal mart repairs tire, yet a slow leak remains. I take my car to Patty Peck Monday after work. One thing leads to another and Tom Craft after hearing the events of what occurred, tells me he doubts that they removed a nail and fail to repair tire. Now, I purchased this Honda Accord from Patty Peck And all service has been completed at Patty Peck including the purchase of three new Michelin tires(not cheap).I must say this was not my first incident with Tom Craft where as he was most DISREPECTFUL! My vehicle will soon be paid in full and the warranty is exhausted. I do not wish to buy another car or have my car serviced there as long as Tom Craft is present.

Milton was very nice, he went above & beyond answering my 2,000 questions. He was very knowledgable. The dealership itself had the largest selection we could find from Meridian to Birmingham(10 of the model & package we were looking for). We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES yesterday. So far my family loves the van. My 13 year old says she will drive it for her 1st car. I'm sure that will change over time. They also offer the best warranty I could find at any dealership from Atlanta to Tallahassee. We had a very pleasant experience.

I leased my first 2008 Honda at Pat Peck on the Coast, then my second with Ted Buck here in Ridgeland 2010, then bought my first honda with Ted last year and we just bought my husband his first Honda Accord with Ted today. My experience was great, I traveled down from Starkville because Mr. Pickett was diligent in his assisting my needs and answering my questions. He kept in touch with me and was able to give me an overall better deal than any other dealership. When I arrived to buy the vehicle he had me confirm the vehicle choice and promptly had it washed and prepped for our possession of it. My fiancee and I were looking for a used vehicle to lower one of our two monthly payments. We dealt with a salesman by the name of Doug Smith, beware. She was trading in a Pilot that was virtually brand new, less than 6 months old. They were only willing to offer $5000 less than the original price, which put us upside down. We had no choice as we needed to lower that monthly payment to make some financial room for our first child. As we sat and worked a deal in to the evening, we were able to come to a monthly payment we could agree on. This process took over two hours to get to a purchase point. After the salesman took the final deal back to the financial office my fiancee proceeded to put ink to paper on a number of documents. After some time signing her name she was met by the financial officer who gave her a completely different price monthly. Some $60 more saying it was based on her credit. This is all fine and dandy except for the fact she had already agreed on a deal, had spent over two hours doing so and had started singing her paperwork. I have bought a few cars in my day and for the salesman to lead us to believe in a deal he could not make is terrible. The deal or actually deals he brought to us were not accurate from the beginning. He never ran a report showing what they would be able to offer and assumed an interest rate that was unobtainable. This wasted our time and his. In the end they were only able to offer a monthly savings of $8. Yes, $8. For us to be asked to trust anyone at this establishment is crazy. The way things are done at a business starts at the top and spreads downhill. It is obvious they were just trying to sell a car by any means and were not concerned with our time or well being, only a sale. That's not what I look for in a car dealership. Please heed my words and if you buy from Patty Peck make sure to be careful of what you are being told.- Unsatisfied Customer

I bought my car from Patty Peck Honda in 2000 and i have never had my car serviced anywhere but at Patty Peck Honda. In May 2012 i spent over $1100.00 on repairing the air conditioning system. May 2013 it wasn't cooling properly but our main focus was the engine light being on. My husband told Jennifer the engine light was on but since we were here, the car wasn't cooling properly. Jennifer called my husband about 5 hours later and informed him that the reason the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly was because of the ignition switch so they were going to change the switch and it should cool fine. Total cost $324.57 to change a switch. Jennifer told my husband that when she tried to start the car it wouldn't start after several attempts. I have NEVER had that issue since i owned the car and all of a sudden there is a problem with the ignition. When we dropped the car off at the front of the service center Jennifer got in it and it STARTED RIGHT UP and she moved it to the back of the service entrance and my husband and I saw her do this. We couldn't get the main issue fixed because this ignition issue costs so much which puzzled us because that really wasn't the reason for bringing the car in. My husband went to another certified Honda dealership and the master mechanic told us that the ignition switch had NOTHING to do with the cooling system. The switch may cause the condenser fan to come on but that wouldn't keep it from cooling in the beginning. So basically we were lied to. Engine light issue was never resolved because i strongly feel that you all created this issue to get more money from us and still the a/c isn't cooling properly. That was $324.57 wasted. SO I WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR THERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR SERVICE. I was on the verge of purchasing a new honda but I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

My son and I were extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful staff at Patty Peck Honda. Adam and Jordan went above and beyond in helping me find and purchase the vehicle I desired. I never felt any pressure from them at all. They were so nice. They felt like family/friends, and I felt they went to bat for me. They made me laugh a lot, too, which was great for the nervousness related to purchasing a vehicle. I never realized Patty Peck was a real person until I asked them, and they said such wonderful things about her. I was happy to know that she is a Christian woman who gives much back to the community from her earnings. There was definitely an air at Patty Peck much different than any dealership I've ever been to. I also felt that Wade helped me in every way he could when it came to crunching the numbers and signing the final papers, and was also very friendly. Brandy helped me with the insurance process, and was so friendly and helpful--she knows her stuff! Overall, I was so blessed to deal with such a warm, friendly, honest group of people: I love them all and I love my CR-V!!! Thanks to all!!! You guys are the best!!!

Everything was great - sales staff very personable. Because I've been through a divorce was financed through a horrible company CPS. Please rethink using them. That company does nothing but harass me my family ( elderly parents in a nursing home ) how rude! And my work . After buying the car I experienced some major heart health issues which affected my budget. CPS is aware but no matter what continuously harasses me. Payments are made may be a few days late but they are paid . I've asked what they will accept as a payoff, my car has 10k miles and is a 2012.. I'll gladly sell it - please quit using this company.

I had my tires rotated and oil changed. After I left the dealership I noticed my "Low Tire Pressure Light"was on. I thought maybe if the tire pressure came up, the light would go out. I was wrong. Also whenafter we arrived home, the next morning I noticed oil under the car. I finished the job Patty Peck did not finish. There is a re-set button for tire pressure, that was not re-set. Also I crawled under the car andfound the oil drain plug was just hand tight. I tighten this also. I payed $72.00 for unfinished service.We live two hours away and glad I did not damage my motor. When I called Express service they told me how sorry the were and my next oil change would be free. They did not take any information from me. So how will they know who I am? Very disappointed because the many trips I had before, was very good.

I had a wonderful experience working with Milton. The day before my purchase of a 2013 Civic Si Coupe, we went for a test drive on my lunch break. Milton was very courteous and helpful and a delight to work with. The next day, when I returned to actually purchase and take ownership of the car, Milton ensured that I my time constraints were met and had everything setup, including going so far as to even have my radio presets taken care of. His review of the workings of the car were very well presented and helpful. Jamal was very comfortable to deal with in the financing department and there were no surprises when the papers were presented. The payment was within 50 cents of what was expected based on my own calculations which made me feel quite comfortable with the whole transaction. He explained every document quite well and was pleasant to deal with.Overall, I rate the entire purchase experience an A+ with the Patty Peck dealership. We plan on passing our 2008 Honda Pilot to our youngest daughter and replacing it with a Honda for my wife in 12 - 18 months. We plan on returning to Patty Peck.

I purchased my 2006 Honda civic from Pat Peck in Gulfport. They sold me the car with a crack small block. I knew that Honda has submitted a Service bulletin regarding a defect in the engine casting for 2006 to 2008 Honda civics. Honda American did cover the cost of the engine replacement and the labor. After Patty Peck installed the new engine on 7/15/2013, I brought the car back to them due to severe vibration in the engine (like the car was going to stall out while in drive at a stop light or while idling in the drive way). Tom Craft said the new small engine block has some break in time (which isn't true), he said drive the car for 1000 and return it for service. I did not like that at all! I felt like he didn't take my concern seriously. Tom reassured me that if anything was an issue Patty Peck would cover the cost. I did return after driving the 1000 miles to inform Tom that the car was still idling rough. Patty Peck had the car for 2 days (they stated that they neutralized the motor mounts) what is neutralizing the motor mounts? The did nothing at all to my car. Once they returned it, I still have the same issue. I waited for about 2 weeks and took the car back in on 10/9/2013 for rough idle and seeming like it wanted to cut off. I informed Jennifer (in service) that the motor needed to be replaced and Patty Peck should cover the cost or Honda American due to replacement of my engine due to the defect in the casting of the engine at production time. They charged me $132.00 on 10/10/2013 to do a power train module update which did not fix the problem. I spoke with Bob Aubrey on 10/15/2013 and he has a bad attitude and poor customer service. I just want my car in the proper condition. I purchased this Honda due to the fact they were supposed to be a quality car, but they aren't. Patty Peck ripped me off for $132.00 and did nothing to my car. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Fedral Trade Commission. Dealing with Jordan McDade, a Patty Peck Honda sales representative, relieves the pressure of buying a car. Very knowledgeable about the automobile, very efficient in answering all of your questions and concerns, a real enjoyable person to work with. I first looked online for the vehicle I was interested in buying. I found several. I also signed up for a $35 gift card for taking a test drive. I received several emails from employees at Patty Peck asking how they could help with my purchase. I called to set up an appointment & it was set up at my convenience. I was intersted in a used Odessey, but was also asked about a new one. I drove a 2014 & a 2011 with a few more bells & whistles. Jordan McDade was knowledgable about the vehicles and answered all of my & my husband's questions. He was never pushy. He gave us the opportunity to discuss our options. We made the decision to buy the 2011 Odessey. I feel we got a very good price as we compared this particular model online. We were given the opportunity to use the financing we had planned or let Patty Peck's finance department see if they could give us a better rate. Both Jordan & Wade Folmer(Finance) were very helpful and stayed until 9:00 to close this deal. I would recommend Jordan McDade, Wade Fulmer and the Patty Peck dealership as a whole to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from the time we walked in till the time we drove away in our new Pilot. Everyone from sales to finance was helpful and friendly making us feel welcome and trying hard to honor a short time line I was on. Milton Pickett and Patty Peck Honda will get many referrals from me, he was honest and fair with pricing and had nothing to hide. When we are ready to trade again we will return to Patty Peck Honda.

I always look to Patty Peck when purchasing a new car and service. I have been a customer since 1983. I was given a bottom line ePrice quote which was honored at the time of the sale. Jordan and Doug were able to get me through the whole process in time to be at my next appointment of the day. Patty Peck is like 'home' to us when it comes to cars and I don't want to buy from any other dealer.

My husband and I had visit a local Honda dealership and the service was deceptive, discomforting and alarming (especially the finance manager). Needless to say we left. After long conversation, my husband and I decided to just go to our local credit union (Magnolia Federal Credit Union). The credit Union loan agent listened to our complaint and she said "Honda did that! Wait one minute I know someone at Patty Peck and I am going to call them for you." She called the twins (Ron and Don Lee). This was the best decision we made for as the dealership. These salesmen were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and were so excite to inform us with the financing and the features. We felt like superstars. We really appreciate the time and energy they put into our purchase. To say "Thank You" is not enough.In essence we left with the vehicle we wanted, the price range and the monthly installments. By the way, even the financial personnel was great. He wasn't pushy just really nice and pleasant. Again, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

My experience dealing with Patty Peck Honda is always pleasurable. This was especially on 8/16/2013 with the purchase of my new Honda CR-V. The Sales Associate, Xavier Cole, was exceeding helpful. He explained all the details involved in my purchse and after test drive and purchse, showed me all the features and even paired my cell phone for me. I could not have asked for any better car-buying experience.

Start to finish, this was the best buying experience ever. No nonsense haggling, great price and value. This was the fourth dealership we tried and it was well worth the drive. Price for new SUV was better than a used one locally. We were in and out much faster than expected. The salesman promptly answered our calls, found what we wanted, had it ready to test-drive. We will recommend and return!

We visited Patty Peck Honda on a very busy Saturday in July. We went there with the intent to buy a new 2013 CRV... We were not disappointed. The Staff there was great. Easy to work with. They helped us reach the price we wanted that was fair for both, us and Patty Peck Honda.Jordan McDade was excellant to work with... genuine... courteous. As all the Staff there is.... Jimmy Saunders.... Ted Buck... We purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from Ted 2-3 years ago for our Daughter. So... Yes, we are repeat customers for Patty Peck Honda. That should tell you something. Great Dealership.... It's the little things they do that make a big difference. Ted was always in touch with us by email 1-2 years after the sale... Nothing pushy... I needed a new vehicle. I did not want one, but had to have one. We had two other dealerships that we were intending to viisit that day but never did. The Honda Accord that we test drove was great. The salesman was helpful, informative and friendly. We got a great deal and never left to test drive the other cars. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Their repair shop is open all day on Saturday too. That was a bonus for me. I love the car and am happy that I found a dealership that is close to home and so good to work with.

Every question I had, Bo answered it without skipping a beat. He was very helpful in picking the right vehicle for me. I needed one for work (hauling hardware equipment to job sites), and for being a mom at home. He helped me pick the CRV, and the right one in my price range. I never felt like Bo was being pushy, and that made me more comfortable dealing with him. Rather than other dealers who harass you. I appreciate his help, and I would send someone to him any day to look for a car.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. We were given the bottom line price from the beginning and the best trade-in deal after much searching online and at other Honda dealers. There was no high pressure and every sales and financial personnel we dealt with were very nice. We ended up buying a much more expensive vehicle than I had originally looked for. Can't express enough thanks for all the help and consideration we felt while we looked at vehicles and worked out a deal we were comfortable with. My husband and I are very pleased and would certainly recommend Patty Peck Honda to anyone looking for a good deal on a fine vehicle. We worked with Milton,Leslie,and the financial guy (maybe Steve, couldn't read his signature), but they were all all very nice.

I've been trying to ask about service, parts, they seem to have no information. When showed them the coupon from website they were trying to cover up....They started arguing that their prices are after coupon, if I have coupon then they will have different price. Honda website was offering 15% discount coupon. To me staffs seemed like they just want to complete official duty and were waiting for 5:30 PM to close the shop. Not competitive. Lacking information on what's another Honda dealer is offering. One of colleague told me not to go there at first but I thought might be he had bad past experience, service quality might have improved, let's try I'll raise the stars if I get a more appropriate response

Bo was absolutely awesome. He didn't pressure me into anything and he wasn't super aggressive. He was knowledgeable and easy-going, but most of all he was HONEST. He was genuinely trying to make me (The customer) happy. That felt great. After finishing my business with him and selecting a vehicle, he consulted with the Jamal who again was great. Jamal explained everything to me in detail and with ease. He too was very HONEST with NO pressure. I would absolutely recommend this combination to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle. Steve and Natalie both went the extra mile in the level of service provided. They were always willing to help out....even by offering to bring a car to me. They made the whole process very easy. They are honest, good people whom I trust a great deal. Natalie was very informative providing details and features of the Honda Accord. She went the extra mile after hours to fill the car up with gas when she should have been going home.to her family.Steve and Natalie continue to treat me with same level of service every time I come into the dealership. With two Honda Accords and one Acura to maintain, I am there quite a bit. As for service I would not go any where else. Tom Craft provides a high level of service in the service department. I have since stopped going to the local Acura dealership and now prefer to have all three cars serviced with Tom at Patty Peck Honda.These guys have truly earned all my business !!.

I spoke via email with Mr. Pickett several times prior to coming to look at a vehicle. He was very courteous and never pushy. He seemed genuine. He was very knowledgeable about Hondas and Patty Peck's policies. I was able to purchase a new 2013 Civic for about the same price I was going to pay for the used one!

the reasons for the ratings that I have given were because the service was very great, Ron and Don are very good at what they do. I was treated very well, they were very helpful. Milton is the best salesman you have there. He pursued us from the moment we showed interest in your dealership and was patient, albeit committed to earning our business. And he did. I appreciate that he spent a significant amount of time working out the logistics of my new car purchase...I had some special requests. He saw to it that everything was handled to precision just as I had requested. We like Milton. Though we keep our vehicles a long time...Milton knows this, we hope we can find him when it's time to do business again and certainly hope it's at Patty Peck.

My wife and I bought a 2012 honda accord exl. At about 2500 miles it developed a shutter in the steering wheel between 65-75. We took it to them and they balanced the tires, well in the process they damaged the finish on all 4 wheels. I confronted them with it and they fixed them. We took the car and I drove it later that night and it was still shaking. I called them and scheduled to take it back the next week. This time they fixed the problem but damaged another wheel, this time worse. I called and told them but the service manager Tom Craft said it was like that when we took it there.Needless to say they were never fixed. From now on i will take my car somewhere else to have it serviced. If your sevice dept can't rotate and balance tires without damaging them, how can they be trusted to do anything else. They are quick to sell you a car but thats it. Mr Craft HIRE some qualified technicians.

Patty Peck really did offer a no-need-to haggle, exceptional car-buying experience. My salesman, Robert Mack, was no hype and no smoke and mirrors. He gave me his best price out the gate, and it was excellent. I would not want to purchase a vehicle anywhere else now. Also, their new vehicles come with a lifetime powertrain warranty, which is not standard with every dealer. It made a great deal even better! I HIGHLY recommend Patty Peck, as well as my salesman, Robert Mack.

From the beginning when I was called by Ron Lee, everything went smoothly during the purchase of my vehicle. I later dealt with Don and Avery while at the dealership and I was very surprised and pleased with how efficiently everything went. All 3 of these individuals are proactive and go out of their way to please. We called looking for a Honda Accord for one of my teenagers. My husband spoke with Milton Pickett, when we came in to look at the cars, Mr Pickett was unavailable, but promptly sent his colleague Ted Buck out to assist us. The car color we were looking for was not available at the dealership, but Mr. Buck promptly offered to locate and obtain that car for us as soon as possible. The car was obtained within 3 days, Milton Pickett kept us posted on the arrival and readiness of the vehicle and helped us to expedite the purchase. Milton went over all the features on the car with my son, and then followed up with us regarding our satisfaction within 24 hours. The sales people were very professional and accomodating.

I have not used the service dept. yet but plan to. I spent over 2 days dealing with another Honda dealer and left because they were not responsive to questions and did not follow up on the purchase process. Milton Pickett had responded to an e-mail request and kept checking (not harassing) until I gave him a call and ask if he had what I wanted. Talked to him on Wednesday A.M., he called at 2 P.M. said the car I wanted was available, arrived at Patty Peck at 3:15 an drove out in a new car just after 5 o'clock. Can't beat that!If the service dept. does as well as Milton, Patty Peck will be a great place to do business even if I do have to drive about 20 miles farther for service.Satisfied CustomerR. Ellis

Service and Service Manager were not very helpful in helping determine what might cause a service issue. Told me it was because of an aftermarket part which I purchased because I was given the wrong price from Patty Peck Parts on the part I needed. Service Manager was very non chalant about the fact they had given me a price of $240 for a part that is actually $60. Stated I could just send back the after market part and get my money back. Not a way to keep a customer. Will not purchase a Honda again. Very unhappy.

I had a wonderful experience with JJ at Patty Peck. This was my first time buying a car and he explained everything and made the process so easy as well as being super friendly and knowledgeable. I drove out with a brand new Civic and couldn't be happier with my new car. I would recommend JJ, Jamal, and Patty Peck to anyone wanting to buy a new car. They understood my situation (being a first time buyer and a recent college graduate) and did everything in their power to get me the best deal while still getting me the car I wanted. I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want or couldn't afford and JJ went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed before I left that day. Great experience and I'll definitely be returning when it's time to trade in my Civic for something else!

I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Adrienne Morgan, Leslie, and Avery Collins. I had grown a little disappointed with the whole car buying situation after given the run around by the dealerships here in town. So, the next day I did a google search, and found Patty Peck. I called the Patty Peck 800 number and spoke with Leslie, after giving her the 411 she told to go online and fill out a application. I filled out the application after 5pm, so I call the next day around 9am or 10am to check the status. Leslie was out so I spoke with Adrienne. Adrienne got the information she needed and after I returned from lunch she called me asked how quick could I get to Jackson. We made to Jackson by 6:30pm, I was only in there no longer than one hour and drove away with a 2011 Chevy Impala. Again, Thank you to all that help me get the car that I needed. I will recommend any and everyone to come to Patty Peck Honda when looking to purchase a new or used car. Thanks!!!

Our decision to buy a new Odyssey was a quick one after learning that our previous one needed a new transmission. Linda got the ball rolling at my request by asking Ted to call me. Ted was very knowledgable and friendly from the beginning and very helpful in our decision. Our negotiating process was quick and we were pleased with our price. I was very impressed with how everyone worked together so quickly to get our new van ready to take home, the details of our trade worked out, and the paper work prepared. We even had some delicious cookies during the process. When it came time to take the van home, Ted went over all the important details about how everything worked..which was very helpful! This was our 3rd vehicle purchased from Patty Peck, and we were happy to work with them again.

I bought a 2011 Honda Accord about three months ago from this dealership. The salesman, Mr. Mack, was very helpful. He wasn't pushy at all, he was very laid back and respectful of the time and effort I had put into researching the car's features. He handled the transaction in an efficient manner, and worked with me on the price until we were both happy with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Mack. He contacted me several times after the sale to follow up, and did whatever he could to make my experience with this dealership a positive one.

I bought an Odyssey approx. 9 mo. ago and an Insight 1 mo. ago from Patti Peck Honda. The process for both transactions was very pleasant. Clarence James, Freddie Brown, and Jamal Likkle were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was pleased with the way the terms of the contract was explained. As far as the service dept., I have been very pleased with the servicing of my Odyssey. Haven't had to service my Insight yet. I have already recommended them to some prospective buyers. I plan to go back to them in 3 years.

I was in an accident a month ago. My husband and I have been searching for a good used car ever since. We had been to all of the surrounding car dealerships and even looked at some individual sales prospects. Basically, we were just tired of looking for a safe, reliable, reasonably priced used car. I contacted Patty Peck through an online advertisement and when Errol Dauenhauer contacted me, I told him what we were looking for. He was pleasant to work with and was not pushy! He chose the perfect car for us, we test drove it and bought it. It was the most pleasant car buying experience either of us had ever had. I have already recommended Patty Peck to several of my friends and family...and we haven't even had the car 24 hrs.

I worked with Errol and he worked VERY hard to get me exactly what I wanted and within my price range. He actually cared about me as a customer and not just for a commission and I knew that. I drive an '03 Pilot which has a lot of miles. I love the car and keep it up. It has had a 'mystery leak' for a few years, which I've reported to this dealer in the past as well as to another dealer who is out of state. When I took the car in recently for some other work, I met C.C. for the 1st time and again mentioned the leak. She said she would find out what the cause was and have it corrected. She did it! I want to commend her particularly for outstanding, extra-mile service! An outstanding employee!

Our representative at the Honda place was on time and focussed on helping us. Even when he got a phone call he did not msje us wait long. He asked appropriate personal questions on our dowtime while waiting on processing of our paperwork. He was polite and smiled appropriately. He made us comfortable. Our representative knew what we wanted and did a good job of showing us of the features in a systematic way. He explained each function on our level. He did not push us us or put pressure on us like the stereotypical salesman does.I felt the price quote was fair bx it was below the fair market value.

My experience with Patty Peck Honda was amazing. I do not have the best credit and they were able to work with my current credit situation. My Sales Rep was Donavan Bassett he was attentive and able to answer all of my questions. I am pleased with the purchase I made and will most definelty purchase more cars with this dealer. I was able to make my purchase the same day!!!! Patty Peck Honda has the best of both worlds.... "Quality Cars and Quality Service"

Friday night of this past week on Feb. 11, I test drove the Fit. Mr. Dauenhauer made me feel very comfortable. I had a great Patty Peck experience talking to him and Mr. Redding. Saturday I bought a Honda CRV. There was no pressure. I still had Mr. Dauenhauer as my salesman. He was patient and so knowledgeable. The car and help and customer service that day were great!

We came with my sister to help her test drive a Honda, while we were there we spoke to Steve Hawkins regarding a trade in of our old Ford van for a new Honda Van. Steve was very helpful and considerate. He was able to answer all of our questions and we always return to Patty Peck Honda for all of our service needs.

I have been dealing with Steve Hawkins for a couple of years now. He is very nice, considerate and helpful with my needs as to a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects dealing with the trade, sales and features of vehicles. Steve has helped me with the purchase of two Honda's now. I know that should I need to call on him for assistance and any problems he will be there to assist. He is a great employee and person to work with.

I was very impressed with the attitude and professionalism with the Mr. Hawkins when I came into the Patty Peck dealership. The overall visit with dealership was a great experience. I have looked ay several vehicles at other places but felt I needed to choose the day I went on their lot to drive off in a car. I love my Honda!

I had a very positive experience with Patty Peck Honda, particularly the salesman Doug Smith. He took me seriously and waited until I was ready to sign on the bottom line. I did not feel pressured or felt like I was getting a bad deal on a brand new vehicle. I would strongly recommend buying your next vehicle at Patty Peck Honda because of the outstanding service.

We came about a year ago and purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot. Because we were not able to get the truck we initially wanted, Robert gave us financial advise and prompted us to pay our truck note on time for a year in an effort to increase our credit score. Well we took his advise, came back to the dealership a year later, and now we have the truck we initially wanted. He is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company! We had a great experience and would most definitely recommend Robert to all our friends and family! The atmosphere was welcoming and we always enjoy the cookies and coffee.

My experience at Patty Peck Honda with Minister J.J. Thompson was a great one. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and he was very helpful. Being that this was my first time purchasing a car I felt very comfortable with Mr. Thompson, because he helped me with all the things I didnt know. He was a very friendly man and answered all the questions I had and made sure I understood everything. He elaborated on everything he told me which helped me to understand all the information that was there for me to know. He left nothing out and told me everything about the car. He explained the different parts of the car of the car and what everything was. Mr. Thompson was very friendly while I sat and waited for my information to process he made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know and it helped. He helped me to understand why the price was what it was and he helped me with a price that I could work with and is able to pay my notes. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and that I knew what was going on. I wasnt unsure about anything because anything I was unsure about all I had to do was ask him and he would make sure that I fully understood it. I would recommend this company to someone else because they satisfied my needs and made sure they answered all my questions. If someone was to ask for a specific person to recommend it would Mr. Thompson because hes very friendly and helpful.

This is the third car in 2 months that we have bought from Patty Peck...that should speak volumes! :) They did an awesome job and took care of us. Great folks to work with...Clyde helped us on all 3 and this latest purchase included Ted since they were so busy. I also think their service department is excellent!

This dealer has an excellent staff and web site. I'm 64 years old and have shopped many times for an auto. I consider this purchase to have been the easiest, most pleasant, car buying experience I have ever had. I drove almost two hundred miles to do business with these people and it was wel worth the trip. I will definitley consider shopping here for my next vehicle. Being able to view the inventory and contact someone who can answer my questions and give me a price quote over the internet makes shopping easier and less time consuming. Knowing the price took the guess work out of budgeting for a vehicle. I wouldn't travel to a dealersip if I didn't have a clear understanding of the cost. The finance department answered all the questions I had and explained every item in detail and insured I fully understood everything we signed.

Errol was my first contact via internet. He made a quick good impression and i knew that the dealership was interested in helping me find the car i was looking for. the conversations with Errol were friendly and respectful and we reached an agreement for me to purchase. i was comfortable make the long distance drive of about 4 1/2 hours because i felt i could trust the dealer. i appreciate the manner in which the dealer was participated in the sale and i would make the drive again to find the car i would be looking for. to put it plainly, there were no sales gimmicks or wasted conversation...

When I contacted JJ Thompson was interested in purchasing a used car. He answered all the questions that I had and gave me information that didn't even know that I needed. I feel that there is a scam going on with your contract signing; you sign at one rate then called in and you have to sign an new contract; at a higher rate; this is after you have signed all paperwork; you trade- in is to be paid off; So you purchased a beautiful new car, signed all the necessary paperwork and drove it right off the lot with a big smile on your face. The dealer got you approved on the "spot". Or so i thought.A few days or weeks later, the dealer calls and asks me to return to "sign a few more papers". The dealer may even have delayed paying off a traded vehicle loan or refused to mail registration papers,( I have signed resistraction papers and purchesed my tag). Will there be pressure placed on meSound familiar? It gets worse.If I refuse, willthe dealer may threaten to repossess the car, tell you that you have no legal entitlement to keep it or even make you wait for hours at the dealership under some excuse, to wear me down. is this a most common involving consumers certin , since dealers perceive that such people are vulnerable and easy to take advantage of.Most consumers assume the dealer is telling the truth and will do whatever the dealer says, resulting in higher payments, additional money being spent over the life of the loan and/or thousands of dollars in increased "hidden" costs. Mr. Dauenhauer was a true gentleman! They are in short supply these days. I enjoyed working with him and I am loving my new civic! I had researched the civic but also considered a CRV. The CRV did not best meet my needs. Mr. Dauenhauer was very thorough. Patty Peck is in a convenient location for me and I consider that a big plus in the future for any servicing my car wil require.

We live in Louisiana but drove all the way to Mississippi to purchase a new 2011 Honda Accord. We received excellant service. Mr. Errol Dauenhauer, salesman had talked with us serveral days prior to us going to Mississippi. We had expressed to him what exactly we wanted. It was such a pleasure having him work with us. He had the car waiting on us to look at and drive when we got there at around 9:30. We left in a new 2011 Honda Accord a little after 12:00 with all the paper work complete. I will definetly go back to Patty Peck Honda to purchase my next vehicle. Once again I would like to say thank you for the pleasant experience we had and the wonderful service.

Even after copious research, I was nervous about purchasing a car, but Errol was thoughtful, courteous,very knowledgeable, and put me at ease immediately. We discussed my lifestyle and my preferences for a vehicle: I wanted a dependable vehicle, a pretty one, of course, one that looks more expensive than it actually is, and one that would be safe for carting around grandchildren as well as friends of a certain age who no longer can get in and out of vehicles with ease. My salesman was very nice and helpful...If he was somewhere else I would recommend him. However the vehicle that I purchased was used and a lemon....I have had problem after problem with my 2005 GMC Envoy. I have only had it for a month and a half and have taken it back 8 times. Each time I am told there is nothing wrong with it. I am very dis pleased because the service manager Tom Craft don't know what they are doing to correct my issues. I have went as far as speaking with the GM. I was ensured that my concerns would be taken care of however they have not. I have filed a complaint to the attorney generals office as well as hired an attorney. I WOULD NOT REFER NO ONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!10/8/2010 UPDATEDI WENT BY THE DEALERSHIP ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2010 AND SPOKE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER BOB AUBREY AND HE WORKED OUT MY ISSUE. Donna showed me what I came in looking for- the Insight, but was able to figure out I'd probably be happier in a Crosstour. I wasn't familiar with it, but it WAS exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressure from her; she communicated with me via email, my preferred method, worked with my hectic schedule and offered the car overnight. In addition to working at the dealership since 1988 (and knowing Hondas really well as a result), she knew the Crosstour inside and out and gave me a tutorial. I feel comfortable taking her up on her offer to call or go by at any time to get help learning the really cool Navi and HFL system.Max, in finance, also, no pressure, low key. Heard what I needed; worked with my schedule. I wanted to walk out with a good price and a relationship with a dealer that would take care of me and my car whenever needed. I was able to leave with that feeling. Over about 60 hours of research to find the right car to replace my 9 year old perfect Subaru, and test-driving half a dozen cars, I left knowing I'd found the perfect replacement and feeling great about the whole transaction.

I was in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted to spend and had my mind pretty much set on a Nissan. I went online a found several Nissans I liked and proceeded to email the dealerships and made an offer. Two days past and no one called me back. I contacted the dealer and they were completely rude and acted as if they didn't have time for me. A friend suggested just looking at a Honda. I went online found one I liked and sent an email. Errol contacted me in less than two hours and while we couldn't agree on a price at first he went above and beyond to try and help me find something I liked at an agreeable price. He took the time to listen and explain anything I had questions about. I ended up with the Cr-V at a great price and Errol made the whole experience easy and fun. Everyone at Patty Peck is great but Errol takes the cake. I will definitely do business with Patty Peck and Errol in the future.

I went here to make a suprise purchase for my daughter and did not need the car for three weeks. They did not have the car I wanted on their lot, but were able to get it in a couple of days. Ed did a great job getting the deal done quickly and let me know as soon as the car was on their lot.I am disappointed in this dealership for the following reasons: 1) I was not given an additional $500 for my trade as part of the "Preferred Value Package", 2) I had letters from Honda show up in my mailbox that my daughter got to see after I asked them several times not to mail me anything until after we traded vehicles (this was to be a suprise graduation gift), 3) I had to take the car back for service because the tire pressure monitoring system light came on after only a few miles and as I was headed out of town. 4)Finance Manager Max Presgraves tried to ROB me (to the tune of $600) when offering an extended warranty.Things I appreciate this dealership doing include: 1) Allowing me to pick-up the new car before giving them my trade so that I wouldn't tip my daughter off by having to take her car.Overall, my expetience with Patty Peck not good and the experience I had with Max will keep me from ever going back there.

Doug Smith was a good saleman and went out of his way to please the customer. I did have a problem with the service department (Al). I wanted 3 tires to match one new tire they replaced before I bought the car. I had a appointment for 8:30 on a saturday morning and had planned to wait, but I slipped on a patch of "black ice" in the back sales lot and had to leave. I told the service folks I fell and their response was to ask if I needed a ride home. I called at noon to see if the car was ready and was told it was not. At about 2:00 the called and said it was ready. When I was driven to pick the car up (in pain from my fall) most of the staff had already left and I noticed on my invoice they had installed 4 higher priced tires minus the price of one. They indicated that they gave me a discounted price, but the point was that they did not consult me before they made the change. I left there and went to a clinic to get x-rays on my hip and neck. No broken bones, but was very lucky according to my doctor. I told the general manager about my slipping in the lot and asked him to follow up on it, but have yet to hear anything. I have to give this dealership a mixed review, with the negatives slightly ahead of the positives.

This dealship needs to concentrate on some customer service! I have had my honda for over 10 years and was misled and then "ripped off" on repairs. When I tried to talk to a saleman about purchasing a new car, or used car he was more intereted in telling me what a great sales person he was, than selling a car. I was offered a "whopping $500 discount off a new car and $500 in trade. Times are tough for everyone, but I can find a better deal elsewhere. Selling a car is not just about the sale, it is about the service after the sale too. I have always had good experiences with Honda dealerships until now. After living in several different states, and meeting other dealers, this one is the worst. UPDATE 11/4/09 AFTER CONVERSATIONS WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER, OUR OPINION OF PATTY PECK HAS CHANGED. BOB ASKED US TO ALLOW HIM TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS AND HE HAS MADE A VERY POSITIVE EFFORT TO RETIFY OUR EXPERIENCE. THEY OFFERED TO CORRECT OUR SERVICE ISSUES TO THE POINT OF DOING WHAT WE THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO DO TO BEGIN WITH. HE HAS ALSO WORKED WITH US ON THE PRICING AND TRADE IN VALUE OF MY DAUGHTERS CAR, BRINGING THINGS MUCH MORE INTO LINE WITH WHAT I EXPECTED. MY DAUGHTER IS NOW TRYING TO DECIDE IF SHE SHOULD CONTINUE WITH THE REPAIRS OR MAKE THE TRADE.

I was in the market to purchase a new car for my mother. She wanted something economical, yet attractive. Sometimes, you don't find those two together! She decided on a Civic and I began my search. I checked with several dealerships--most responded, some didn't. I purchased a Honda Accord in 1993 from Patty Peck Honda, so I was glad to receive a friendly response from Patty Peck. I contacted Ted Buck and we began the process of what would prove to be an easy, friendly and great deal on the Civic she wanted. Ted found the exact car she wanted and had it delivered to Patty Peck. When we arrived, he covered all of the information in detail and with great knowledge of the product. Never once did he seem hurried, uninterested or condescending like so many other salesmen at other dealerships tend to be. Since the purchase, Ted has been in contact on several occasions to make certain she is happy with the car and to see if she has any questions. As for the dealership itself, Patty Peck Honda is clean, inviting and all of the employees at Patty Peck were extremely friendly and professional. They all seemed interested in making certain my mother was comfortable not only with the new car, but with knowing that each of them would be readily available to make sure her "Honda" experience is a good one for years to come. Since we live in Greenville, MS and our Honda dealership is permenantly closed, we went in search of our new Honda in Madison, MS. We got a late start to the rainy day on which we decided to test drive a Pilot at Patty Peck. The entire staff at Patty Peck was all smiles and welcoming. They were very accomadating and ready to make sure we were happy with the purchase at every stage of the process. They invited us back to get the vehicle cleaned up since it was raining that evening. Two weekends ago, we were able to finally make it back down that way, and again, it was a complete customer satisfaction garanteed visit. We really appreciate what a wonderful job they did to make this process smooth for us. Clyde is a great sales consultant and represents Honda very well. He is proud of the Honda product and of his home base dealership. He made sure to answer any questions about the vehicle and has followed up with us. He is just a great all around guy that we had a lot of fun visiting with. Our two boys are asking when we are going to see Mr. Clyde again! Thank you for the wonderful service. And we love the Honda Pilot!

We told him when we arrived that we were a little pressed for time and we really didn't think we would have enough time to find a car and do all the paper work but Ted got us in and out of there in only a few hours and didn't miss a beat. Most importantly we left happy. We love our new Honda and we would definately recommend Patty Peck to our friends and family. Everyone at Patty Peck was very friendly. Patty Peck also had a much better selection of vehicles than the other Honda dealerships in our area. This was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from Patty Peck Honda. I recently purchased a New Accord from the dealership. Donavan Bassett was my salesman, Donavan was very upbeat, professional, friendly as well as patient. Everything that you would want in a salesman. He did not pressure me at all to make a purchase. He allowed me to take my time and browse the inventory so that I would be satisfied. Everybody that I came into contact with that day was "very" polite and friendly but I would personally like to thank Mr. Bassett for everything!!! I was extremly surprised at the timeliness of the experience, my only reason for not giving all "5" was that i never was given a copy of my sales contract. I intend on returning to the dealership this week to get a copy. The salesman was focused, attentive, and flexible. The finance manager was polite and the entire process happened so quickly, pressure free that it seemed unreal. I have made several car purchaes in the past and they seem to drag out, on and on with pointless waiting, and being forced into vehicles out of my price rage. This was not the case.

After deciding that I liked the new Honda Accords, I wanted to test drive one. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the Patty Peck dealership, I test drove a car, my questions were answered, the finaning part went great - so I am very pleased with the entire experience. I bought a car in a few hours, met great staff and I am still very happy and expect to continue to be so. Ed has checked in with me after the purchase and service like that is rare. I was very impressed with the courtesy and customer service I received from Patty Peck Honda. Clyde McCearley assisted my father in the purchase of a new CRV. I was so impressed with him that I returned to purchase a 2006 Ridgeline from him. His friendliness and compassion with my father made me want to return to Patty Peck for my purchase.

Wonderful experience with Patty Peck Honda. Recently purchased a new Honda Accord from one of the sales guys, Ted Buck. He did an outstanding job in selecting a car that I could not only afford but also love driving. They go out of their way to make you feel very welcomed and to meet all your demands. Would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. Was in an out with my new car within the hour! They also did a great job in handling all of my financing.

Went in to purchase a Honda Element, and my sales associate kept telling me about the wonders of the Fit. I told him no, b/c it looked too little. Wound up testing the Fit, and, needless to say, fell in love with the solid ride and the surprisingly roomy interior. So, instead of an Element, I drove out that evening with a Fit. It's a fabulous car!!! Wish I had the $$ to purchase one for each of my daughters.

Buyer beware of the friendly impressions of this dealership. Buyer beware of the deceit the associates of Patty Peck Honda can tell without a conscious. Understanding contract terms, I still deem the audacity to under mind a customer and so audaciously without any sense of humiliation at all isnt competent for the business. Customer service may seem as two small words, however the meaning of those words speak volumes. Our purchase was a used car, however Bob Aubrey backed his service manager Doug saying he couldnt fix the automobile we purchased from them. The statement on website is, (...at Patty Peck Honda serviced and inspected by our Certified Technicians), leading us to believe the issue was masked, not fixed and/or previously aware and injudiciously sold. In a conversation with us, Bob stated, Thats why we sell them as is. No warranty was mentioned until the paperwork was submitted, however having a cashier check for the total amount of purchase we couldnt deface the check, nor were options explained to us. He also backed Keith Kellum who cowardly wouldnt even face us after many phone conversations, the lies he told about rectifying our situation by trading the vehicle for us, which is now believed a known lemon car. And in the middle the happy go lucky sales representative Dwann Vaughan displaying great training to produce a sale even if deceptively. Patty Peck Honda seemed to have been a reputable business which is why we ultimately traveled to the dealership only to obtain a headache, frustration, a bunch of unfulfilled commitments and deceitful practices of doing business.
