Patriot Subaru made the car buying experience go as smoothly as possible! You can tell from the second you step through the doors that they truly put the customer first and care about meeting the customers needs. All of the staff are very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. Holly, Luis, and Bobby just to name a few were exceptional. Oh, and it's dog friendly! Always a plus for me!

Today we drove to Patriot Subaru. We expected great service because we have been dealing with them for over two years. We didn’t expect to drive home in a new Subaru. I received a trade up offer and was only willing to trade if they could take both our cars. This would eliminate one car payment. Within 20 minutes we knew we were driving a new Subaru. I have never had a better experience with a car dealership than I did buying my car at Patriot. Dylan M got me set up with a time to come in and do test drives. Sara E was my sales rep and she was incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, and very patient. She made me feel comfortable right away, which has not always been my experience with dealerships. She was supportive but wasn’t pushy, which made me feel like she truly had my best interests in mind. She found me the perfect car, and from there the experience kept reaffirming that I had made the right choice. Luis P helped me find exactly the right price for my car and was very gracious about my concerns. Tim from finance was clear, concise, and very personable. He helped me understand the different warranty options and made the financial side of my experience a pleasure. Sam helped me get my phone paired with the car and helped me learn how to use the control system. Sam was very kind, very funny, and very educated on the car. From top to bottom this was an excellent experience and it was clear that this team truly cares about their customers. If you’re thinking about buying a Subaru, Patriot should be your only stop. I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Holly at Patriot Subaru and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Holly answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with everything about the vehicle before moving forward. I couldn't recommend this dealership and Holly enough. We had an engine die in our old car. Both Matt and Mark worked tirelessly to get us into a newer car with their famous lifetime warranty so we wouldn't have this happen to us again. They really put our needs first and were very patient with us. We have a one month old baby that came with us and Matt and Mark treated us like family instead of just another customer. We sadly couldn't make the financing work for the Subaru we really wanted because we were so upside down. On our next go around we will absolutely be heading back to Patriot, I've been highly recommending them to all of my friends. Customer service this great just doesn't come around often.

Meant to write this in May. While celebrating our anniversary in May touring around southern Maine we heard a noise in the rear of our car that kept getting worse. It was 1:30 Sat.P.M., and we pondered what to do. We were about 45 minutes from Patriot and decided we would try to get there hoping the service dept. would be open. Thank God, they were. They asked what was happening, took us in in about 20 mins., diagnosed the problem, told us the price and how long it would take. They said they may not get it done that day and that we may have to come back for it on Mon.. That would have been a major inconvenience since we live on an island in Penobscot Bay and we planned on being home Sun.. Well he said it would be tight, but they would do their best. Low and behold, it was done in about half the time and we received a 10% discount on a rather expensive part and the labor. We also got a voucher for a free carwash. They made the best out of a mess.

David changed every perception and experience I have had in purchasing vehicles in years past. Buying a car; negotiating a purchase, executing the deal, and staying within budget can be a "circus act" at best. NOT SO in dealing with David and his team. I was distraught. My faithful Toyota 4 Runner (of 15 years) had just been totaled. I was completely ignorant of this entire vehicle buying experience. I had test driven several cars, met with all manner of salesmen and women (several are still missing teeth) and spent many evenings poring over vehicle data and reviews. 4:00 Friday afternoon... Was working with another dealer on a 2015 XV Crosstrek... They told me the color I wanted wasn't available anywhere in New England... I knew that Patriot had one, so I called them up. I had the privilege of speaking with Ashley Poirier. I told her that I wanted to buy the car over the phone, and the car was in my possession by 1pm on Tuesday. I am very happy with the experience, and would highly recommend Patriot Subaru! By the way, the other dealer never contacted me again!

Talk about misrepresentation- sales -service - Being sold a $1500 service contract on a new car that DOES not actually include service....? OH wait Maintenance which is not Maintenance service is actually another $1000- REALLY talk about a way to scheme- and make a buck !!!Shame on us because we bought two cars and just found out -- so we lets be clear Patriot Charges 2,500 to maintain and service a NEW car- ALL free included at other dealerships-- Then they acted as if I was the one who made the error or was confused when it was CLEARLY marketed to rip you off!!! I had to give them the one star because they offered to allow us to take the maintenance package off the car- jeez thanksThey should have a maintenance department and not a service department!!

I live in CT and my son attends college in Maine. He is required to have a car for his emergency services internship, so when the car he took to school blew an engine, there was a lot of stress trying to help him from afar. He thought he found a good option at a nearby used car place, but when we went to test drive the car and sign papers, the whole experience was so off that we walked away. We remembered Patriot from vacations in Saco and checked online to see if they had anything that could be a fit. A quick call confirmed 2 great options in stock and we headed over. Matt was so helpful and helped us work a deal for the better of the two cars to meet my son's budget. Tony got him a loan rate that was 2% better than we had found. All staff were friendly and we were even offered lunch from the buffet that they have every Saturday. A stressful situation and bad experience were completely turned around and 2 hours later my son drove away in an even better car than he had hoped for and a 3 year warranty to get him through school without worry of another major repair. I feel so much better knowing that he has these folks to help him out for the next couple of years while he finishes school.

I was researching multiple brands and was ultimately searching for the best overall price and SUV for me. Jackie responded to my request almost as soon as I sent it in on an Outback. She answered all my questions - which I am sure after weeks of trying to get there was not easy!! I finally met with her and the rest of her team. Ashley and Kaz worked directly with me when I was in the dealership. I have to say they were just amazing and I had to buy a car from them!! I never felt pressured by them and feel like I have made new friends. I will use their service department from now on too! The staff at Patriots listen with NO pressure, they are compassionate, genuinely care. Their goal was to provide me with the right vehicle for my needs, at a price and payment that wasnt going to hurt. Lonny Listened to my obstacles and made suggestions for me to consider. Low financing for 72 months, my car payment is just slightly above my monthly cell phone bill. These are rare individuals, professionals with high integrity that deliver on their word. A refreshing and extremely rare experience in any business these days. Since 1985 I have owned Hondas and Toyotas. The ride, reliability, safety ratings, and value of the Subarus is phenomenal. I look forward to a long term experience with both Subaru and this Patriots Subaru Dealership.

I recently purchased a forester from Patriot Subaru and was pleased with the experiencs overall. The salesman was willing to work with my budget and wants and needs but in the end a salesman is still a salesman. Of course we haggled back and forth and came to a reasonable deal with no buyers remorse from me but I was extrmely impressed with the finance department. David was very concerned with making the payment numbers work for me and willing to take the time to explore all options. Beyond that, he made sure that I had his number and has remained a very helpful contact person for answering any and all questions related to my vehicle. It is very comforting to really feel like there is someone in my corner looking out for my continued best interest, unlike some dealers that I have been to who could care less about you once you have bought the car (as long as you keep coming for your service checks). Again, all in all I would recomend Patriot Subaru to anyone, but the finance department is what has made me a customer for life.

Patriot was the last place that I decided to visit after going to 3 other dealerships. I was determined to buy a Nissan everyone told me to see Vinnie at Patriot, so I figured I'd give them a chance. As a Air Force Veteran, the last thing I want is to be treated like I'm some idiot off the street that doesn't know anything. I got the same basic treatment from everywhere but Patriot that day. They listened to what I was willing to pay and found a car that fit my needs. We ended up negotiating a fair price, which ended up being close to over $2,000 off sticker. They seemed happy with the deal and so was I. What impressed me the most was that Vinnie really knows the value of customer service. I've worked in sales for years since my active duty days and I can tell real from fake. If Vinnie is faking it, then he should be up for an Oscar. He was friendly, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I left happy. He even offered to drive my rental to a location that was 20 miles away from the dealership. If you want a great car buying experience and want to be told the truth, go see Vinnie at Patriot. The car is amazing, the service was great, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was debating between another brand of car and a Subaru. I talked with several sales people in various dealerships, and read reviews. After talking with Jon at Patriot Subaru I was sold on the Forester. Jon, has a good sense, and put me at ease. He explained the qualities of both the Outback and the Forester. He was very knowledgable about both cars. He took time to answer all my questions and was patient as I test drove the Forest and asked yet more questions. He was very professional, not at all pushy. He helped me through the whole sales process and later showed me around the dealership. I will encourage others to go to Jon if they are considering a Subaru.And by the way, I bought my Forester in the spring and drove it across the country to Alaska, where I traveled and camped for four weeks before driving back home. Very comfortable car, and reliable. I told Jon of my trip and he asked that I "report in to him" when I returned.Happy customer, Sue

I purchase a new car about once every 12-18mo and this dealing with Vinnie at Patriot Subaru has yielded the most trouble free transactions I have ever dealt with. By far the quickest, easiest, no hassle car buying experience I have ever had. This June I walked into their location, without scheduling anything, at 8:30am, test drove a car, and left their location by 10:00am with a brand new car. No hassle, easy deal. Service here is the best. Prices are decent and hey, cars coat money. I drive a lot, 500 miles a week at least, so Paul, the weekend service manager, sees me every 2months on a Saturday. Paul never has me fix something I don't need to. I've kept up with regular matenence and let me just say...70,000 miles later...I have not had to do any major fixes. Needless to say, I am always pleased. Highly recommend. Also, they are 4 legged friend friendly! If I needed to, I could even bring my dog in. They are always constantly doing fundraisers...just good people and great service here!

Generally my wife and I do not look forward to having to deal with sale-people, but the trip to buy our Impreza what a delightful exception. Upon arriving at that dealship we were greated by Jim C who, although a hulking guy, was very disarming and nice. We told Jim what we were looking for, and he took the time to show us all of our options, pros, and cons with great detail. At no time did we feel pressure from Jim or anyone else at the dealership, even when at his desk filling out some paperwork.Dave assisted us in closing out the deal and we were the proud new owners of our second Subaru.I highly recommend Patriot Subaru, and would recommend dealing with Big Jim to keep your blood pressure down. I did not purchase my vehicle at Patriot Subaru, but it is convenient to where I live, so therefore most of my maintenance gets done there. Just today I was in for a State Inspection. All of the staff was friendly and engaging their customers. They always try to keep the customer informed with what they feel is best, but don't always push their opinions on you either. Patriot Subaru stands above the rest because they also give back to their community. I've been in the dealership multiple times when events were happening. This morning they had breakfast available for their customers, and were also conducting a food drive for a local center. I've yet to have one bad experience at Patriot, and I have a hunch that I will not have that bad experience. I appreciate all the work they do and the way they treat their customers. When I was walking out after having my car inspected for the State, I was very surprised to hear that I didn't owe a penny. She said she needed my signature, and that I was all set. I mentioned "I haven't paid yet". She said you don't have to for a State Inspection. These are the sorts of "little things" that make Patriot a great place to do business with. And, to boot, they even washed my car! I highly recommend Patriot Subaru!

I have not purchased a new vehicle in 15 years. My lastest Van was 9 years old. It had over 200,00 miles on it. I was going to just buy a used Car. Johnathan Layburn explained to us, that buying new was mor econimical in the long run. He was very patient and aloowed me to try out quite a few vehicles befor I settled on the X Trek. I am in love with this vehicle. I am excited for snow just so I can experience the all wheel drive. From Johnathan to getting financed to the Service. They are all Wonderful. Keep up the great work. I live in Boston and have always heard great things about Patriot Subaru. In an effort to avoid the drive to Saco, I decided to try IRA Subaru in Danvers, MA first. This was a bad decision. IRA Subaru has condescending managers, unknowledgeable sales reps, and worst of all, they were showing cars I was interested in after I had just test drove them and was in the process of discussing prices with their manager. In fact, this happened twice in the short time I was at the dealership and two cars were sold out from under me. Following this frustrating experience I decided it was time to drive to Maine and check out Patriot Subaru for myself. Let me start by saying that I am SO happy that I did. The costumer service at Patriot Subaru was unbelievable. All of the employees look genuinely happy to be working there and helping you with your car needs. I was greeted by multiple employees and offered refreshments before I even met Jackie Parker, the sales manager that I worked with directly. When I did meet Jackie I felt that no question I asked could be too silly, and I did not feel that I was being rushed into make any decisions. She was honestly wonderful and so knowledgable. My appointment went very smoothly, I test drove the car that I was interested in (my new car!!), and was given a full run down on every amenity the car had to offer. When we returned to discuss prices, the car was not immediately taken out for another test drive like in Danvers, and we came to an easy understanding that I would be purchasing the car and how I would be doing it. It was at this point that I met Tony Roberts. He was also wonderful! Between his easy going personality and obvious experience in explaining how everything would work, I felt completely comfortable working with him, despite my inexperience with such matters. When everything was settled, Jackie even personally helped me to return my rental vehicle and get back on the road to Boston. Overall, I recommend this dealership with confidence and cannot imagine that anyone would have any less of an amazing experience at Patriot Subaru.

I brought my Toyota Tundra to Patriot Subaru for service and new tires after Michael Avery highly recommended their service department. Mike sold me my first new vehicle, (a Toyota truck), almost 30 years ago. My entire family all trust and rely upon Mike for his expertise in vehicle sales. We all have the highest regard for Michael. His integrity and strong work ethic are equally impressive. I actually had a lower quote for the same tires from another garage, but after talking with Mike I cancelled that appointment and scheduled one with Patriot Subaru. I am glad I made that decision. Mike introduced me to the Service Manager, who was very professional, and I was confident my truck was in good hands. Mike told me how to get to the nearby Eastern Trail and I was soon enjoying a wonderful walk while my truck was being serviced. After a while I received a call on my cell phone explaining the Service Department had found a broken sway bar extension in the front end along with some other safety issues. The observant mechanic also noticed the rear brakes were dragging due to a frozen emergency brake system. I am planning to drive my truck down to Florida in the next few weeks. I happily agreed to pay the very reasonable costs for the necessary work. When I walked back to Patriot Subaru, Mike introduced me to the mechanic who pointed out the areas of concern. It was obvious this man took great pride in his work. When the job was finished, my truck was test driven and washed. The Service Manager explained every detail of the work and related costs. I drove away from Patriot Subaru so pleased with the work done to my truck. The new tires that were recommended rode quiet and smooth. I'm glad Mike Avery was so adamant and helpful in scheduling my visit to Patriot Subaru. I've always driven trucks, but I will be a repeat customer at Patriot Subaru. - John Burne

I initially contacted the dealership through an internet search and was in contact with Jackie Parker who is in charge of internet sales. I knew the car I wanted and made an appointment to test drive. I was disappointed when I arrived to find that the car was not in a condition to be test driven and that I would have to return to drive it. I was able to see the car and let the salesman know that the scratches on the car would need to be fixed if I were to purchase the car. Unfortunately, as the process progressed the brunt of communication was left to me to reach out to the salesmen to check on the progress of the repairs. While the repairs took longer than they should have, they were finally done and I could pick up my car. Before doing so, I sent an email to Jackie to let her know that my interactions with the two salesmen I had been dealing with were less than ideal. My experience with her was positive and I had hoped for the same from all the staff but was disappointed to have less than positive communications with others. I noted at least two comments were made to or about me by the salesmen that were sexist in nature and derogatory. When I picked up my car, to my surprise, I was verbally assaulted by the sales manager, Lonny Martin who had apparently read my email intended for Jackie. He proceeded to berate me for over a half an hour and ended by telling me to "get over the women's lib crap" and "just take your keys". Needless to say, I was astounded to be spoken to in such a hostile manner from someone who is in customer service especially on such a topic. I would never purchase a vehicle from them, get service there or recommend anyone else to. This was certainly the most expensive and disappointing interaction I have ever had with someone in the service industry. After sharing my experience with coworkers, I learned that I am not the only person to have had this type of experience and disappointed that this type of salesperson is allowed to continue treating people in such a negative and unprofessional manner.

I have purchased two cars from this dearlership (one new and one used). The sales process is easy and the staff is willing to work with you. The sales side of the dealership is wonderful. The service department is spectacular! They listen, they explain things well and you don't feel that they are trying to push you into service that you don't need. I have recommended this dealer to many friends who purchased Subaru's at anohter dealer that was closer to their home or work. Once they visit the Patriot service department they are hooked! They always buy their next car from Patriot.

I needed help when my new imprezza started making noise and started shaking, fortunately i got to my driveway. I called and had it towed to Patriot. They fixed minor problem and delivered my car to me as I do not drive long distances. I cannot say more abot the absolutely wonderful customer service at Patriot. They take the extra step to accomodate. I am so happy I bought a Subaru and happier that I bought it at Patriot.

I purchased my first new Subaru in 2005. A Legacy GT Limited. I found that Patriot was a different kind of dealership and I knew right then that my next vehicle would not only be another Subaru, but that it would have to be purchased at Patriot, too. I have had all maintenance on the GT done at the Patriot Service Department and love working with them. This time, my wife and I decided it was finally time to get rid of her old car and get a new Outback 3.6R Limited (once you go Limited, you can't go back!). I started my search online and dealt a lot with Jackie Parker for several days. Jackie was very personable and helpful in this process. I was directed to Jim Connolly when I came to the dealership to look at the two models Jackie and I discussed online. Jim was very pleasant to deal with as well. Again, I was treated with respect and found the experience very pleasant. Great job everyone at Patriot! You've got a great team! It'll be a while, but I look forward to buying our next vehicle from you as well!

My husband and I had an appointment with Dan on Patriots Monday to look for a used vehicle that we could go home with as well as trading in an older truck that we had. Dan was very curtious and helpful without making us feel pressured at anytime. I felt he was honest and sincere in helping us find a vehicle that would be safe for our kids and also able to fit our three dogs...the whole experience was probably the best I have had buying a car! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. It was clean and environmentally friendly with a great overall feeling to the whole place! I have had the pleasure of being a Patriot Subaru customer for almost 3 years now. My first visit I was in need of an affordable car that wasn't bad on the eyes and left with a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta. It was pre-owned with very low mileage and was just what I needed at the time. Patriot has an excellent service department and despite my vehicle's make they always had the special oil filters and whatever else was needed to service my Volkswagen throughout my years of ownership (which I really appreciated!). On top of that, when I arrived for my Jetta's first oil change they even had my CD Visor Case waiting for me that I had forgotten in my trade-in! Eventually, the woes of living on a hill were making me wish I had a Subaru more and more with each Nor'easter that hit. When I was finally in the position to trade in the Jetta for my own Subaru I felt like the whole dealership was working to get me into the car of my dreams. The positive energy in the showroom is contagious and comforting, and as a customer it was easy to trust that my salesperson, Dan Walker, and the finance manager, Dave (Lancer was extremely helpful too!), had nothing but my best interest in mind. Searching for and purchasing a new vehicle can be quite stressful, but the atmosphere at Patriot Subaru is not like other dealers, and I felt very confident in my purchase and in knowing that I got the very best deal out there. I hope to have my 2012 Subaru Impreza for a long time, but if I purchase another vehicle you can bet it will be from Patriot Subaru because they simply have the best service and value out there. I mean, where else can you bring your car in for an oil change and have it done in just about a half hour with all fluids topped off and freshly washed?! For me it's a no-brainer when it comes to sales and service Patriot has earned another loyal customer (and I know I'm just one of many)!

Since 2005, I have purchased two Subaru's from Patriot and have had them both serviced by the Patriot service team. I have worked closely with both Dane and Wayne over the years and have developed a complete trust in them. At almost every service I tell Dane that my brakes need to be replaced and 9 out of 10 times he comes back to tell me that they still have plenty of pad and we are good to go for a bit longer. At other service centers, they would just replace the brakes, but these guys are honest with me and as a result, my loyalty is to them. Just recently, after a routine service, I noticed an issue with the car the shaking and brought it back in. My car was just out of warranty, but Patriot covered the issue under goodwill warranty. This truly reinforces why I drive down from Freeport to have this crew service my car. Patriot stands behind their product and their team is just a pleasure to work with.

Dane Zeeh was very very helpful and reassuring. I'm 83 but don't think I imagined a problem when there wasn't. There was a problem with the fuel pump and it has been replaced. I plan to continue to operate the car to see if the battery problem recurs. If it does, I will call Subaru road service and have the car be towed to Patriot at my expense. Until then I will continue to plug in the battery booster overnight every week and hope for the best. I really like the Forester but need it to be reliable. I'm glad Patriot Subaru is there, appreciate the service and specifically the help of Dale Zeeh. Joyce Koch

I went to Patriot Subaru at the recommendation of a friend. I had visited another Subaru dealership the day before and got the same old "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" routine after telling the salesman I wasn't buying that day. Then I got an offer of $300 bucks off the sticker to which I asked the salesman if he was kidding. Then I got a visit from the manager who came out with the invoice and told me that was his "cost". I asked him what about the dealer holdback and suddenly he found another $2000 he could give me off the sticker. I left that dealership knowing I would not be back. After my friend told me about Patriot Subaru I went to their website and got their internet price. It was significantly better than the other dealer. I thought there had to be a catch. I went to Patriot Subaru and met with Doug in sales, drove the car, told him I wanted it, he wrote up the deal and I wrote a check for the car. WHAT A CONCEPT!!! An honest, straight forward deal. No catches. Doug was great to deal with as was everyone else I met while I was there including Jackie, the internet manager and Lancer, who did all of the necessary paperwork with me. They were very busy the day I went in to buy, and I can understand why. I've bought many new cars over the years, and I have never had a more pleasant, stress free buying experience.

Although I live in Portland, I drove to Saco because I was treated so well by the service staff, especially Wayne Durgin. The prices were fair and all work was explained in detail. I have been driving for many years. In the past I have not had a good or pleasant experience when bringing my car(s) in for service. At Patriot Subaru Dane and Wayne in the service department have changed that. This is the only "garage" that I feel comfortable as a woman with no knowledge of cars to visit. They have treated me with courtesy and respect over the years. When I don't understand something they will take the time to explain it in terms I can follow. I feel comfortable going to see them and I know that I will never be taken advantage of from them. I have recommended them to a friend that was in from MA who was having car trouble and they treated her like she was there every week. She was also very impressed with the service she received. I cannot say enough about the service, and I would recomend them to all!

I am a proud owner of a new subaru outback and had the best experience tonight than I have ever had when purchasing other cars. The excellent experience started right from the moment my friend Doug and I walked in the door. We were very warmly greated by Dave the manager who quickly lead us over to Corey. Corey was soooo knowledgeable about the subaru outback and patiently took all my interrupting and questions without sighing or looking upset without ever . I feel that Dave and Corey treated me well in regards to the cost of the vehicle as well. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make the decision, although the talk about getting the best deal on the last day of the month did help to sway me a bit. Both Corey and Dave spoke about their primary goal of making sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with the deal. I have to say that they lived up to their moto of customer friendly. They offered to have my car driven to me the next day if I am unable to pick it up. I unfortunately totaled my 2 year old RAV 4 and have become dependent on buses and generous friends. NOw, I am proud to say that Patriot Subaru is also going out of their way to help me. THank you all so much! And thanks for staying open that one extra hour on Halloween night so we could get the whole deal signed and sealed...now just waiting for the delivery :)

Lonny and Mark were great to work with. We went to "look" and drove several cars, both new and used. They had exactly what we were looking for right in stock. Ended up going with a used car that might has well been new! Basically ended up with the top of the line trim model Forester a year old at the price of a new base model. All the car history was presented when requested - turns out they sold the car when it was new AND performed all the service - previous owners traded in for a new model. Repeat costumers seem to be their norm (it will be for us too)! Price was excellent and there was no "game playing" when it came time to negotiate. Top it all off with a fun, relaxed atmosphere AND a pizza party that just happened to be going on on test drive day. What an experience!!!!

Overall, I had a great buying experience at Patriot Subaru. Tony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My local Subaru dealership was unwilling to work very hard to earn my business. I took a chance and drove the hour distance to see if I could get a fair deal. Not only was it worth the drive, but I will return in the future! Not only did they have a greater selection of the used Subaru I was looking for, but the prices were significantly less with the same amount of miles. They also crushed the competition on my trade! David had the paperwork completed in record time which I generally find to be a major pain. The whole deal was completed in less than 3 hours. At lunch, they brought in about 10 large pizzas and drinks for all of the customers. Tony knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and got it done on the first try. I can't say enough about the whole experience. Kudos to everyone!!

Came back to patriot Subaru for a second purchase. Was refered specifically to Jackie. She worked with me to find a car that fit my needs explaining the hows and why's and the warranty. Jackie was quick to engage on a personal level and not just be nice to sell a car. Furthermore she was excellent with my kids. The dealership itself is very kid friendly. 1:00 PM Memorial Day my husband and I went to Patriot Subaru, we were greeted by Vinnie, he asked what we were looking for. I said "we were looking for 2 things, a price for you to buy our car outright and a second price if we traded it in". Vinnie replied and I quote "No Problem, they are one and the same".We spent the next hour to hour and a half, waiting and looking at a couple of cars, we finally received the offer in writing (that the manager worked on)and we left moving on to other dealerships to look at other cars that were on our list. We ended up at Prime Hyundai and found the vehicle that we decided that we wanted to buy. (we have since purchased the Hyundai). We called Vinnie and told him we would like to take him up on his offer to buy our car. He then completely changed his story and said he would have to find out if his manager would even want to buy my car we were put on hold for several minutes and then disconnected, he called back and said that they would honor their written quote only if we traded in the car, if we just wanted to sell it would be thousands less. So I guess the "No problem, they are one and the same" was a flat out bald face lie. For the record I am also filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau for their dishonest business practices.

From the moment we walked in the door until 3 hours later when we drove our 2011 Forrester off the lot we had a very nice experience. We knew what we wanted and Corey and everyone at Patriot was there every step of the way to see that we got it. Within the first 5 days of our purchase we got a major snowstorm. We had to drive to an appointment 35 miles away. This is the 4th Subaru we have owned over the years and I have to say it handled even better than expected. I choose Patriot Subaru after a lot of research. Don't waste your time doing the research, I already have done it for you...three times:One of the first things that crosses your mind when you decide to make a big purchase like a house or a car is, "now I have to deal with the sales-people." I had the same thought the first time I decided to buy a Subaru. I'm an anal-retentive person. I do my research. Too much research, probably. After concluding that the best car for me was the Outback I did what everyone does. Start looking for dealerships. I did my search based on dealers within an hour and a half. I figured driving that 1.5 hrs would be worth to deal with the right dealer and get the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I narrowed my search down to three dealers, Patriot Subaru included. I made my phone calls and in the case of Patriot Subaru, was put in contact with Vinnie Martorano. I explained my situation to Vinnie and after a short conversation he agreed to work with me and try his best to stick to my price range. I'm a nice guy, I give people the benefit of the doubt, so I made the hour drive up to Saco, ME.Walking into Patriot Subaru, you would have thought I had arrived at some kind of family reunion. (The only difference being the lack of barbeque, of course). The friendly staff immediately greeted me and directed me to my salesman, Vinnie. This guy pretty much reminds me of a college friend I had and still miss to this day. Very nice, down to earth, loves his family, loves his job...just generally pleasant to be around. I had brought a quote with me from a dealer I found down in South Carolina stating that I could get the car for the amount that we talked about over the phone (below invoice). Obviously Subarus are worth more in New England, but money is money, right? I told him that I could get a flight down there right now for $220. If he could sell me the car for my quoted price, plus the 220, he had a deal. It was that easy for me. I wanted a couple extra things to go with the car that they didnt have. Those were taken care of as well at a discounted price. The kicker here is that the model I wanted wasn't available yet and I wasn't about to settle for a different car. They sent a guy up to Burlington, VT to pick up the car and drive it back to Saco, for free.I left Patriot Subaru two days later with the car I wanted at the price that I could afford. Vinnie understood my situation and helped me make that happen. He is a no-nonsense good person. If he cannot get you what you want, he will tell you. If he can figure out a way to make it happen, I can honestly tell you, he will make it happen. Salesmen like Vinnie are the reason I bought my first Subaru, he's the reason I have bought my first three subarus and he's the reason I drive an hour to service my car at a dealer that I trust. I have the option to drive 20 minutes to another one. It's THAT worth it to me. It's 2011 and I know I'm a man with options and I do NOT waste my time with people that I don't trust.

ok - i have now bought 4 vehicles from these folks and honestly not sure i would go anywhere else at this point. From the greeting at the door to the handshake at the end, all people in there were extremely pleasant to deal with. Even the service tech that came out to talk to one of the salesman asked how my day was! that does not happen everywhere. Vinnie was great to work with. He is always positive, energenic and NOT AT ALL pushy. When you first meet him he goes beyond that car salesman attitude and becomes very easy to talk to. He has that people person ability to make you feel very comfortable. this place makes the car buying experience painless and quick. If you show up knowing that you are there to buy a car and not to just kick some tires, they will get you in and out in a flash. Its a buisness there to conduct buisness and maybe make a few friends along the way. They have my vote on both 150%!! this place rocks. you go in there and it is so comfortable its not even like being in a dealership. i have been in many many dealerships and this place BY FAR is the best one i have every been in. The service dept is good, but honestly they could use a little bit of Vinnie out there as well. They are great people and very welcoming to everyone!! I bring my son to funtown a few times a year and always make it a point to stop in across the street and say hello to my new friends and as usuall looking around trying to make a deal! Honestly - if you are looking to make a purchase on a new or used car; do yourself a favor and make an appt to meet with Vinnie. If nothing else you have made one more friend that will always be on the other end of the phone when you have a question on a car. It cant hurt just giving them a shot, besides they are on the strip where if you dont like what they have to offer, go down the street. (not sure you will get past them thought- they make it SOOOOOOOO EASY!)

From the moment I walked in Patriot it was a completely different experience then any I have had at a car dealership. The whole process was smooth, comfortable and relaxed. Walking in the door I was greeted by Vinnie. He was polite and friendly. Having already been to another Subaru dealer as well as much online research I had a fairly good idea of what I was looking for. After going over my list of wants and my desired monthly payments the team set out to make it happen. I FINALLY decided between 3 different cars (I'm not kidding it probably took me a good hour!) all the while Vinnie, Brian and Keri worked with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. I never once felt pressured, hassled or anything less then in the hands of a team that legitimately wanted to ensure an amazing experience for me. Being curious as I am, everything I had questions on (including what affects trade-in value) were patiently answered. I have never had such an amazing car buying experience. The comfort and sense-of-humor possessed by Vinnie made this purchase surpass most of the customer service experiences I have had in a long time and certainly far beyond anything I would expect from a dealership. I left feeling very taken care of and confident that I had purchased the right car for me and my budget. When I am ready for another purchase I will save a lot of time and headache by heading straight to where I know I'm more than a walking dollar sign. I have and will continue to recommend Patriot Subaru and Vinnie to all of my friends and family!! I could not be happier and I know that anyone who visits there will be in great hands. Usually in dealerships you are expected to give respect and none is given in return. This is not the case here, give respect and it will be given back many times over.

I just recently bought my third vehicle from Vinnie and the folks at Patriot Subaru and, not only will I continue to buy Subarus for a hundred reasons, I would ONLY buy from Patriot - and Vinnie for as long as he works there. In each of my three experiences buying there, I have found that Vinnie, his colleagues, and the finance manager bend over backwards to make sure that I get a price I'm comfortable with and have a positive experience. I have never felt pressured, nor have I been neglected in any way. As a matter of fact, before buying my 2010 Forester I was very impressed by how patient Vinnie was during my many phone calls to him as I was researching and deliberating my decision of which new vehicle to buy. He made sure that I got an AMAZING trade-in value for my Legacy and a great monthly payment - not to mention a car that I love.In the past 5 years I have referred about 7 friends and colleagues to Vinnie and Patriot Subaru and no one has been disappointed with their car or with their buying experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - even when I am simply there for service - that it almost feels like family. I highly recommend Patriot Subaru, and Vinnie in particular, for exceptional customer service.

I started my relationship with Patriot a number of years ago when I bought Vinnie Martorano's old car (2005 Legacy GT LTD). I got a great deal on the car at that time, it was in awesome shape, and it was easy to buy. A few years later I was tempted with an offer on a 2009 turbo legacy that I just couldn't pass up. I bought the car, my wife bought an outback, and the professionalism and lack of BS with negotiations led me to recommend a few of my friends purchase from the same dealer. I was talking with Vinnie about this recently, and we think at least 8 cars have been sold because of my positive experiences and the resulting recommendations. Vinnie has always been friendly, courteous, and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends to him, and that's not something I'd do lightly.Vinnie is awesome. He's energetic, charismatic, and he's like that after the sale too; we've talked plenty of times about cars, hobbies, etc, with no intent on my part to buy a new vehicle. It's easy to see that Vinnie loves his job. I've had good experiences at Patriot but Vinnie really sells it for me. I don't trust anyone with my hard earned dollars, but do your research, get an idea on what a good price is, then go talk to Vinnie and see how the numbers match up. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I bought a new Subaru Outback from Patriot Subaru recently. First, let me say I love the car. However, the buying experience at Patriot was a different story. The sales person was very pleasent at first, but then turned very rude and resorted to high pressure and intimidation tactics that made me very uncomfortable when I said that I wanted a day or so to think it over. This was my first new car buying experience and I don't ever want to go through that again. I would purchase another Subaru without reservation, but certainly won't ever be going back to Patriot, not even for service.

When searching for a new vehicle we read many good reviews about this location. After the initial greeting, which seemed genuine enough, it just went down-hill from there. We made it know that we were very interested and if the right price was found for the right car, we would consider buying it. This was a first new car purchase for my GF, and she was very nervous. They were polite until we simply asked to sleep on the numbers. They blew up like the fourth of July. We asked for a quote, to see where our numbers stood. The nice lady brings back a sheet and said that they can do a credit check and get us some numbers if we sign on the line. After not saying much to this point I perked up and made sure to ask "now if she signs on that line, it does not mean that we are buying the car correct? It is just giving you permission to check her credit and we do not have to accept the price correct?" The answer I got was "yes, this is just to check the credit, and it does not mean she has to buy the car.At one point I mentioned that we had been there for quite some time, hoping to let the salesman know that we were getting irritated with the 2 hours in the dealership. He responded with "you would take a lot longer if you were buying a house". I was like HUH? What does that have to do with anything. After the numbers came back, she asks if we like them. My GF decided that she liked the numbers, but wanted to think about such a large purchase further. After telling this to 2 different people, multiple times, they bring the keys to the new car and place them on the desk. They say congrats on your new car. At this point we ask to take the quote with us so she can show it to her father. They continually ask "what is wrong with the price". I smirk because we are tired and this is getting ridiculous.The they ask us to come into a room off of the showroom. We are again drilled by 3 different people this time as to why we are not buying the car. At this point we have had enough, but they continue to push. I interrupt the pushy salesman, and let him know that at least 9-10 times my GF has let THEM know that she wants to check the numbers with her dad, and would like to go. This arrogant individual leans forward and tells me that "We never told him..."At this point I stand up and politely tell the salesman that I will be outside in our car. Could he please let me know where the keys are. He stands up and says "no problem, the keys are on the counter buddy" hahah I was like WOW... this person has some major issues with rejection.I walk out of the room, grab the keys off the counter, and am smirking because I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life. As I get to the outside door the Sales Manager says very loud in my direction "what is your problem".I turn around and ask what he is talking about. He tells me that I have been smirking and being disrespectful to his sales people all night. I tell him we have been there for over 2 hours (I have proof because of multiple phone calls to family members) and are ready to go. We have been pressured, and treated very poorly.This is when it gets good. He looks at me and tells me that when we signed the sheet that we signed, it usually means that we are buying the car. (we hadn't even gotten a quote yet!! I explain to him that we specifically asked, and the sales woman told us that it was only to check out credit. He tells me "well I wasn't in the conversation, so I do not know what was said." I tell him that I just informed him what was said. He tells me he doesn't believe me.It was just them that My GF came out of the room all flustered. We turned to notice the dealer putting the plated back on our car. Really? We hadn't even said we were buying the car yet. I informed them to have a good day, and we left. On the way to the car, I was told by my GF that she had to argue with the salesman to get him to print the quote.We were planning on buying the car, AFTER she had talked to her dad. I gave this review the short version, but there were many other things that were done to us that were completely disrespectful with no regard for our wishes. They had a car sold, if they had just let us think about it and come back. Not only did they loose a sale, but I will be spreading the word to everyone that I know that this dealership gets POOR marks across the board. DO not buy anything from these individuals. I can not imagine a worse experience for a first time car buyer.

We recently bought a Subaru Impreza here, after searching other dealerships. Patriot subaru was, by far, the best dealership we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their prices were the lowest around and their customer service was outstanding. We were not hounded in the parking lot the minute we drove in like were were at Pape Subaru, which was a blessing. Corey greeted us with a smile and a friendly Maine "How's it going?" and worked with us every step of the way. He was truly amazing. He listened, he could answer every question we had, and was honest. He found every military discount and rebate available for us, and didn't give us the "How much do you want to spend?" spiel. He straight up gave us the lowest possible price, and we commend him for that. His outgoing personality and knowledge is what keeps us coming back. We always ask for Corey, and when it comes time to purchase our next Subaru, we know who we will be purchasing through. Thank you, Patriot Subaru, for employing such great people.

I have brought my car there for oil changes and an inspection. I am always pleased with the service. EVERYONE is extremely friendly.Today my husband and I returned to purchase another used vehicle and were again impressed with Doug and the other associates. Patriot Subaru is a really great place to do business. They truly strive to be conscious of your budget and get you the best vehicle for your money. They listen which is really important. We have bought alot of cars in our lives and the number one most stressful thing is haggling about price and what your trade is worth. We promised ourselves that we would do our homework as much as possible BEFORE visiting the dealership. We were stuck on 2 makes. The first dealership we visited did not seem to care about what we wanted as much as what we wanted for a monthly price. After 4 hours of sitting in the dealership, the manager came up to me, shook my hand, and said we're sorry but we can't meet your terms. Heck, we didn't even hear THEIR terms yet. So, we left very dissapointed.Within the following few weeks, we decided to take a different approach and come right up front with what WE wanted and let the chips fall where they may. 1st, we picked the car. No if's, and's or but's, we were going to buy a Subaru Forrester. BUT, where would we go. We knew what we wanted for our trade, interest rate, monthly payment and what we were willing to give for a down payment. I made copies for ourselves and the dealer. After looking at all the online listings, we noticed that Patriot Subaru in Saco had a HUGE selection of vehicles. (58 Forresters at the time). This was considerably much more than any other dealer near us.Sooooo, we proceded to Patriot Subaru. When we walked in, we were greeted by Jessica who immediatly tried to find out a few things about us. I thought this was great. Someone who wants to actually know something about us. 1st impression was priceless. We sat down and immediatly told her what we were looking for and not to waste our time for 4 hours. She asked what car we were interested in and we went for a drive. When we returned, She gave us a final price. We gave her our copy of the terms WE wanted. She came back $3.00 more. I was amazed. She didn't have to go out back 5 times to get a new price. We said "YES" and it all went UPHILL from there. Jessica made us feel at home. We were served lunch, and the waiting time was minimal. The sale was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Their service was impeccable. This dealership strives for quality at the same time maintaining a "GREEN" atmosphere.I have never met a more friendly and knowledgable staff. We got the price we expected, the service we expected from the 1st welcome to the handshake of David in the finace dept. They also followed up twice within the 1st week of ownership.The staff of Patriot Subaru is the best of the best. I WILL recommend this dealership to everyone.

What a great experience. Fast, easy and comfortable. Keri Lavoie and I spoke before I came into the dealership. She knew what I wanted in a new vehicle and had it pulled up and ready for a test drive as I drove into the lot. I enjoyed working with Keri from the beginning to end of the deal. Everyone we dealt with ay Patriot was very nice. Jessica Nelson was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable of the product, answered all questions, and was particularly impressive at closing the sale - and was as personable as could be throughout the process. I was ready to walk and she got me to drive off with a new Outback. She followed up with a call the day after the purchase and I'm quite sure that she will always be helpful if we ever need anything in the future. Having been in sales for 31 years, I know a good salesperson when I see one. If I wasn't retired, I'd be trying to lure her away from Patriot. Jessica made buying a car a good experience and I haven't ever said that before.

My sister referred me to this dealership after her boyfriend had a great buying experience. What I found was; everyone at the dealership was laid-back and extremely helpful, especially the sales gal I bought my new car (impreza outback sport) from. At no point did I feel pressured into a sale, she even somehow made trading in the impractical yet very fun car I was driving (s2000) as easy and fun as it could be. I haven't been in for much service but the oil change I went in for recently was quick and painless. Overall I was and am very satisfied with the car and the dealership.

I worked with Patriot for over a year to research and debate and decide and FINALLY bought a car from them. They were awesome and very patient, and thorough and accomidating. The only very minor point I had was that when I finally sat down with them they ried to origionally quote me a price of MSRP, with I thought was a little unsetting, because who whould evr pay MSRP unless you wern't paying attention? Further their web site quotes a price on the car of significantly less than MSRP. Anyways I wanted to say that they really went out of there way to accomodate the fact that I was 3000 miles away and most of our communication was done by email. They even came down to my home in New Hampshire to help me get an unregistered car up for a trade in. I would totally recomend them, do your research of course and be honest and reasonable and I think you can expect the same from them. Oh and work with Jess, she is awesome, but make sure you open the door for her, because apparently most people don't and whats up with not holding the door for a women?

Patriot Subaru, is the best dealership I have been to so far. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. What ever was requested was given to us. They are educated people with the attitude to lead in their fields.I am from Canada and was there to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I was not disappointed what so ever. The product was about 99% of what they had described. When the deficiency was flagged to them, they immediately wanted to work it out. They felt very bad that it was overlooked and offered every possible solution. Unfortunately I was restricted on time because of the travel time to go back home. They helped me out as much as they could with my time constraint and accepted to reduce the price in order for me to fix the mistake.All in all I enjoyed myself very much and Patriot Subaru, well actually the staff made sure that the experience was THE least stressful car purchase experience yet. Bought 5 cars so far. It is a shame that they do not sell ALL brands because I would purchase all my cars from them. I have now been in customer service management for 6 years and could only hope to obtain a staff like theirs before I go on my retirement! KUDOS to you Patriot.P.S. I love my SRT-6!!!!!! Working with Jackie at Patriot was a terrific experience from start to finish. Her prompt call in response to my internet inquiry provided me with all the information I needed to head down to Patriot and test drive two different vehicles I'd been interested in based on the web listings. I'd never owned a Subaru before, but you look in the employee parking lot at Patriot and that's all you see - you know these employees are genuinely passionate about their product, because they all drive one themselves. Everyone on the sales team (and it truly is a *team*) was fun and playful; these guys really seem to enjoy what they do, and working with each other. I'll definitely return to Patriot for service and my next vehicle; it's a great dealership with a great staff.

I lost a 2003 Baja in a storm and wanted to get a Good one to replace it. Patriot Subaru found a GREAT 2006 Baja for me in NY and brought it home for me. I am SO happy to be in a Baja again. Any extra cost I may have paid to have them get me my car is well worth the peace of mind I have(knowing their service department, and the 160 point inspection...carefree driving once again!) Buying a used vehicle can be scary, but I am confident I got a super car and will be happy for years to come. The owner and his Katrine Rescue Dog even came out to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I found this dealership to go above and beyond to make me happy in a very quick timeframe!!Give them a shot, they'll make you happy too!

My wife and I went car shopping last week. We went to Patriot Subaru in Saco. She was interested in a new Subaru Forester, and test drove one. We came to an agreement on a price, but the only thing we did not like was the color of the car. The salesman told us that he was going to check other dealerships to see if they could find one that was not silver. They called a few dealerships and said that they couldn't find one yet but they would let us know by 8:00 that night or first thing the next morning. The salesman told us we needed to make a deposit of $500. I specifically asked him that if we didn't like or want the car that they got from another dealership at that point, what would happen, and he said they would refund our deposit. I paid him with my debit card and he said he would call us. By 11:00 the next morning, we had not heard anything from them. I called the dealership and asked for the salesman and they told us he had the day off. I told them that we were supposed to recieve a call from them about our car, and they said that they would have someone call me. I picked my wife up at work and she was disappointed that they had not called. We were driving by another Subaru dealership in South Portland called Pape, and we pulled in. They had the car that we wanted there. While we were at Pape, the salesman from Patriot texted me and said they found a car and that "our payment was going to go down significantly because it doesn't have all those accessories." To make a long story short, we ended up buying the car from Pape because the car at Patriot was just not what we wanted. I called the salesman and let him know and told him I wanted by deposit back. He said I could come in and get it back. I went to Patriot to get the deposit back and was told that they will not give it to me. I have a reciept for the deposit and no where on it does it say it is non refundable. The sales manager was really rude and unprofessional, and then the owner came out and told me flat out that I was not going to get a dime of my money back and called me a liar. They were definately intimidating me out of a deposit that I was told was refundable.I would not deal with Patriot on anything. When you are buying a car they act very friendly and helpful, but I saw a different side of them and you would not want to be treated the way I was. A car is a major purchase you make very rarely and I would make sure you deal with a dealer that is honest and will treat you the right way ad Patriot is not that dealer. This situation easily could have happened to you. Good Luck.

After spending months looking for cars and settle on the Outback with specific options, I test drove at Patriot Subaru and later contacted one of the internet saleswomen: Keri Lavoie. I had read good reviews about them and they were the closest dealership to me. Keri was very professional and we exchanged a few emails and calls until we agreed on a price. The car had to be ordered but it turned out later that one was available and they would add accessories at factory prices to move the car.Scott Kaufman did the paperwork and was also very professional and helpful. I ended up trading in my old car and getting extended warranty for my new outback.I was introduced to the service department and all of the managers and absolutely everyone at Patriot was so helpful and amazing. EVERYONE SHOULD BUY AND SERVICE AT PATRIOT SUBARU! :-)

I wanted to trade my truck in for a new Impreza because of the gas mileage difference but I owed a lot of money on the truck. I contacted Jackie on the internet and she was able to help figure out what they could do to help without making my payments go up too much. She was honest with me the whole way, and even though I lost a little bit of money on my truck, she made it very worthwhile for me to trade because I get MUCH better gas mileage in my new car and the lifetime warranty is a huge bonus. It was really easy to get the information I needed to make a good decision - most of our communication was done in email. I live 2 hours away from Saco and it was totally worth it for me to buy my car at Patriot because of the people and the warranty, and the price I paid for my new car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

My fiance and I had been thinking about getting me a Subaru, i stopped at Patriot and from the minute i met Vinnie I knew this experience was going to be a non-forgettable one. Vinnie talked to us like grown ups and didnt hold anything back, told us everything up front. Explained everything to us, had fun on our test drive, explained the car extremely well. Out of all the dealerships i have went to i have to say this is by far the most professional one i have ever been too. The price for the car was great, and worked with my trade. Everyone there said hi regardless if they were helping us or not which was great. When we drove off the parking lot in the new car it felt great, and we are definately going to come there in the future for a new car and recommend Patriot Subaru to anyone looking for a new Subaru or first time buyer.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Patriot. At the negotiation I was adamant that I would not purchase a car that day if I was not pre-approved on my own. If I needed a cosigner I was going to sleep on my decision. The dealer knew I had a cosigner if need be however I wanted to find a loan without one. I was pre-approved but only because the dealer accidentally put down the wrong amount of monthly income (a number I had never mentioned nor had written on my credit application). Once I had taken the car home for a few weeks they came back saying I then needed a co-signer to keep the car. At that point I had already registered it and wasnt about to bring the car back. I felt the dealer fraudulently got me pre-approved just to make the sale, knowing I had a cosigner and I wouldnt have the heart to return the car after a month of ownership.

We had an OK experience when we bought our car at Patriot. A few shenanigans regarding trade-ins and price, but they tried to make good on the problem with a promise of free oil changes for a year. The real issues started here. When we returned for our first oil change, they told us they had no record of the promise. So we paid for oil changes. For the past couple of years, we've noticed that every time we come in for service, we have a salesman all over us trying to get us to trade in our car. These guys are quite friendly, but very aggressive. I just don't feel like I trust them. I'm concerned that the service guys are trying to scare us with big repair bills so we will trade the car in for a new one.

I had just learned that my car had a bad value and actually went to the Toyota Dealer down the street from Patriot. They did not take the time to speak with me. I drove into Patriot Subaru and was met with a curtious hello and if I needed assistance please let someone know. The staff was friendly cooperative and positive from the start. Two days later I purchased a new 2009 Subaru. When picking the car up I received two unsolicted positive statements from people having their cars serviced. I feel that this has started as a postive experieince and can only grow from that point. I am glad that I stopped at Patriot and look forward to many miles and years of a postive relationship.Thank you!

We have purchased 5 cars from Patriot in 5 years, my Mother, my Husband, mine and 2 of our kids all have Patriot Subarus. They are the best, whether for a car or for service. Before Patriot we were buying and servicing my Subaru at another dealership that is no longer around, as good as the car was there service was horrendous. Maybe the most important thing I can tell you about Patriot Subaru is that everyone that I deal with has been there for us and they don't change people every week, we will always be Patriot Subaru customers.Colby the dog is the best.
