I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. 6 of us and a dog traveling and we end up breaking down. We find ourselves stranded at this dealership and we couldn’t have ended up in better hands. They were so kind and so accommodating. Today I met with Maurice D. about a 2015 Suburban. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. He also tried to help me make the best decision financially. The sales manager, Allison also helped me so much in pricing, and attempted to get me my best deal. Unfortunately, due to a technicality, my bank was unable to provide financing. I just wanted to say even though I was not able to purchase, they went above and beyond to help. Plus Ms. Allison was outside polishing a new Bronco in the heat!!! It was awesome. Took time off work after scheduling service two weeks prior. Got there to drop the truck off and the did not have a loaner for me. The service advisor said I could wait 1.5 hours for sales to get there or we could reschedule later that afternoon. Still waiting on that phone call. Called back 2 days later and still haven't talked to a service advisor. Great job.

2013 Escape. Warranty would not cover loose fender trim. New tires already worn because of rear camber adjustment. Tires rotated as recommended but adt. wasn't caught. I depend on the service department to keep my car safe and ready.

As with all dealerships I've dealt with, they find ways to raise the cost of the service after you come in and ask for a very specific service. For instance, I came in to get "The Works" for $39.95. I ended up paying over $78 when it was said and done. They found things I needed to have done because I have a hybrid. I believe it was 3 additional additives or something. I have no idea if this stuff was really necessary or not, but I erred on the side of caution and had it done. At least they're cheaper than BMW when it comes to maintenance.

I had to have my brakes replaced for my Crown vic. I started to have another place do the job, but they didn't use Ford parts. I chose Parkway Ford as they had a decent price going on for the service. They took me home and when they were finished, they picked me up. You can't beat that kind of service. I have nothing but praise for this service dept.

They diagnosed the problem, and made a recommendation on how to avoid it going forward. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but then again, I didn't have an appointment. When the cylinder misfired, and the engine light came on, I took it in anyway. They still had me in and out in about two hours, and that also included a tire rotation and oil change. Not bad overall.

Was in Advance, NC in my RV after having a new engine installed in Buffalo, NY. Engine light was on so I called Parkway Ford about 7 miles down the road. "Frankie", one of the Service Advisors, immediately made and appointment for me for the following Monday (unlike another Ford dealer in NY State that told me they couldn't even look at my RV for 2 weeks). Antonio, the ASE Certified Tech started analyzing the problem shortly after I arrived tracing the wiring from the "Knock Sensors" (that were supposedly making the check-engine light come on all the way to the computer where he found the problem....not the Knock Sensors but THE COMPUTER. The computer was basically giving a "false-positive" reading from the Knock-Sensors thus causing the "check-engine" light to illuminate and both he and Josh, another service Advisor, agreed that because of what Antonio had found, the RV could be driven until a new computer could be located and installed. I would HIGHLY recommend Parkway Ford Lincoln-Mercury to anyone looking for top-not service and to be treated like a human being......not just "another Ford owner with a problem". Hats off and Kudos to Parkway Ford Lincoln-Mercury.

So I brought my Focus ST in for its first oil change and routine checkup. She received a clean bill of health, but man she was thirsty! 5.7qts of oil for the ecoboost. My tech was very knowledgeable since he currently owns a Focus ST as well, and answered all of my questions about the car. So I knew she was in good hands! After a thorough inspection, air in the tires, and some washer fluid, I was on my way!

We purchased the 2014 Chevy Sonic, as you know. Our salesman, Chuck, was kind and not too pushy. I did like that the salesmen name tags let us know that they are salary. Just 5 days after we drove it off the lot, the car had to be taken back because we heard a squeak. Parkway Ford did a good job of taking care of the problem. I am not happy that because it is a Chevrolet product that they could not work on it in their own garage, although I understand.

My wife bought this car for her commute to the Baptist Hospital, 27 miles away. We had excellent help from our local Parkway Ford dealership in Lexington, NC. They found exactly what she requested with the right equipment and color. She is still getting used to the wide array of controls and options available to her. At first she had trouble getting the steering wheel, pedals and seat just to suit her driving style. After a few days she began to find all the right adjustments for everything she uses. From this, I take that she is more enamored with her car as time passes. The buying experience at Parkway and the salesman, John Cole, was excellent to say the least. We got a fantastic deal on this new Taurus.

I just moved here from El Paso TX. We bought our 2013 MKZ in April, 2014, from Casa Ford Lincoln in El Paso. I love my car. The people and service at your dealership were fine, with the exception of the car wash. My dealership in El Paso always washed and vacuumed my car very thoroughly when I came in for service. Is this also your policy? When I picked up my car there were still bugs on the grill and on the windshield. I had just completed the 1800 mile drive from EP, and admittedly the car was filthy. Purchased ford fusion 2014. Had to wait for it to come from the beach. They were all trying so hard to make this happen for me, and would go above and beyond what I've experienced before to do so, however, I was not even convinced I wanted a focus, and really wanted to see my car in person or at least know about the features before I signed the dotted line, but that didn't happen and once the car actually came around from being cleaned, which it was stunning and I do love my car, there was an issue with the upholstery of the back of the car..for a car that has never been used, I was a little disappointed, just because I am a very type a person and it should have been fixed

I had already done research and found the truck I wanted at Parkway of Lexington. After a couple of weeks of convincing myself I could manage the payments, I went to the dealership, only to find the truck I wanted had been sold the evening before. Even so, Freddie was able to help me find a 2014 F-150 that I liked nearly as much as the one I'd come to look at. David spent a couple of hours working out the financing so that I could get the vehicle at a payment I could manage. I'll probably go back there for my next vehicle.

The experience was very pleasant. However, sales rep was not fully knowledgable with specific pertaining to the truck. Also, the detail job on this used truck was more of a regular car wash than a detailing. However, sales rep has agreed to have the truck properly detailed next week...hope this time they can get it right, otherwise $200 at SAMs car wash will do the job right.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Parkway Lexington. The service was great! When I pulled up to test drive, Robert knew which car I was interested in from talking to my parents earlier in the day. They were ready for me. I took the trsr drive and knew it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and extremely service oriented. From the moment we walked in, were met by a nice gentlemen. He offered his assistance and was helpful. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. There was no hard sales pitch. The information was given to us and then we were left alone for a little while to talk it over and decide. We purchased at 2015 all wheel drive Ford Escape. It was the most pleasant and beneficial experience we have had in buying a car.

I was at Parkway Ford due to a recall on my 2008 Ford Escape for the power steering. When calling to make an appointment, person on phone was very courteous. After arriving, everyone greeted me and asked if I needed anything while I waited. I was only there 25 minutes and my car was ready. Frankie was person who came to waiting room to go over their service prices, etc when my next service is due. She was so nice. While I was on way to waiting room, polite salesman came up & asked If he could help me. I told him why I was there. He offered to show me new Escapes if I was interested. When I told him I wasn't ready yet since mine was paid for, he did not pressure me at all. Just ask to keep them in mind when I am ready. Very positive experience. I will be back. Thank you.

I came in for maintenance and the staff knew me; it was like visiting friends. They pulled my history and we reviewed what was necessary according to my current mileage. We set-up what I could do this time and we planned for the next visit. They did not have a part on hand, as I had stopped in without making a proper appointment, so they gave me a car for the afternoon and called me when mine was ready. It is great being part of Ford's family.
