Two words to describe my experience at Hyundai Parks of Gainesville... IVY LEE! She is AMAZING! She very helpful. She asks you what your must haves are and what you can live without and really sticks by that when she showed us cars. My husband and I purchased a sonata in Miami 3 yrs ago and where in desperate need to trade it in because my husband has been having trouble getting in and out the Sonata. For two yrs we've tried to trade it in but every dealership we'd go to tried to shove us into another Sonata or even worse an Elantra (which is smaller). FINALLY yesterday, I met Ivy and she was energetic, and optimistic that I would find what I was looking for and this would not be like any other time. She was right! I can't thank her enough for the patience she had with me and giving me the very best experience I've had at any dealership EVER!

When approaching the dealership I was met with a very nice gentleman named Blake. He showed me the car I had researched and wanted to test drive. He was very thorough in telling me everything about the car. By the time I left with my new car, I felt like I had been in a new car orientation. During the process of trying to find a new car with my boyfriend. My Best friend referred me to Hyundai Parks of Gainesville. It was definitely nerve racking as I knew that I was determined not to have the dealership break me down into just signing things out of my best interest. Then, I met Andrew, and he went through each process with a great attitude and kept us updated if something was wrong, or if we needed something. While our credit was not at its best, with Andrew's help, we managed to get a Brand new car and it runs like a marathon. Andrew was a great associate and I appreciate him putting himself in our shoes when purchasing a car. Thank you very much, Andrew and Hyundai Parks of Gainesville. Because of you, I even had to break the bad news to Honda, that I would not be purchasing a car from them.

I needed a car! After a negative experience with Toyota I went next door to just look at a Hyundai Hatchback! My friend who is absolutely pleased with Parks of Gainesville suggested I go there! What I had planned to be a 15 look- see turned into a very enjoyable experience of over an hour! Ivy Lee was awesome! She was very patient and wanted to expose me to the right car! She didn't push any car that I was uncomfortable with or try to sell one with stuff that I would never use! Then on Sat. my friend and I returned for most of the afternoon! This was just supposed to be a fact finding mission but I made a decision to purchase a beautiful red Accent! Ivy listened to every question and concern we had! I did want automatic locks and windows so I wouldn't have to get in a pretzel position to unlock or roll down the passenger window while in the driver's seat. She is an effective communicater and if she didn't know an answer to one of our many questions she would ask a co-worker. She followed up with emails even after I made the decision to buy a car! My friend said that this was the most pleasant experience he has ever had with buying a car! We actually had so much fun!We also enjoyed Ramon and Laura! I highly recommend Parks of Gainesville!

My husband had just purchased a beautiful Sonata off the showroom floor from another dealership. We asked all the right questions, but received misinformation about features that were important to us. Unfortunately, we took the car at face value off the showroom floor and trusted the salesman's words--big mistake. They assured us that satisfaction was guaranteed, even if we had to go to the top. After numerous efforts to TRY to rectify the situation, INCLUDING going to the top, they told us we NOW had a "used" car and it was dramatically depreciated. We left feeling abused and helpless.. Being totally dissatisfied with this new car, my husband decided to leave our home area and pursue another dealership. That's when we found Parks Hyundai of Gainesville. The second we met Ivy Lee we felt a calm we needed. She was warm, caring, listened to our needs, and did everything possible to meet our expectation. Her gift of salesmanship has a style we have not seen before, going way beyond just "telling" about the car. This is a wonderful dealership. They went above and beyond to help our oldest son get his first new car. I cant recommend this dealership highly enough. It is easy to see their goal is making their customers happy. Purchasing a new car at Parks Ford was an extremely easy and stress free. I am a car guy and will walk away from any car dealer that is pushy, try's to sell me something I don't want or need, or plays games with me. I usually know more about the car I am looking at than the salesman, HOWEVER, in this case Brian walked the walk and talked the talk.Brian was very knowledgeable in not just the model I was looking at but many other car makes and models as well. He was very down to earth and willing to see what he could do to get me into my dream car. He never once pushed me into anything but rather let me decide what I could afford and see if that matched with what they could do for me. Even the paperwork signing process seemed much simpler and quicker than other dealers I have been to recently. I went to the dealership to check for a new car, I enjoyed my 2013 veloster but wanted to upgrade to a Turbo veloster. Ms. Ivy LEE saw me at the parking lot to help me find find a good car for my wants. Unfortunately, the 2016 turbo that I wanted is not available in Gainesville but has to be shipped from another dealership. IVY & Ramon help me find the exact car I wanted, they are both very professional and customer oriented staffs. Kudos to this staffs, I did not feel any pressure while dealing with them to sign. Went in for a regular oil change on my f-150 and Mario showed me the new Fusions that were out. I wasn't even looking to purchase a car, but my husband had brought his truck in for an oil change and I had just picked my car up from the Buick Dealer also for an oil change. When we came to pick his truck up, there was such a nice lady finishing up the last touches of his truck that was sparking clean! I did not get any service like that at all from the Dealership that I purchased my car thru. I was shocked how how great the service was for my husband for just a simple oil change. Maria gave me such a great first impression and such wonderful and friendly service that I also wanted! She was why I started looking around on the lot that day....extremely sweet! (First impressions are VERY important and she was great) The next person that was EXCELLENT at his job which his name is not on this site was Kader Kone. If I get a salesman that is extremely pushy thats a major NO sales for me. Kader was wonderful, he didn't give up trying to fit me with what I was looking for. He was great, and stayed with us thru the entire day. He answered every possible question I had and was the most sincere sales person I've met. Like I said pushy can be too much, but Kader Kone was EXCELLENT!

I was very happy with how patient Ivy and Ramon were when we had to wait on my parents to get to the dealership. They also did good with giving me exactly what i wanted. My wife and I bought a 2015 Tahoe from Parks Hyundai on 4/17/16 and had a great experience from beginning to end. Our salesman, Brian Crain, was great from the moment he greeted us in the parking lot. We had contacted him before we drove down and he met us at the vehicle which he had waiting up front for us. He gave us the most in depth walk around and introduction to a vehicle I have ever had. He then took us on a very thorough test drive that really showed us how the vehicle operated under various types of driving scenarios. Back at the dealership the sales transaction went quickly and smoothly, and Brian never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. Once we agreed on the terms of the deal, the sales manager, Scott Wright, was professional, friendly, and very efficient. This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered! I can recommend Parks Hyundai of Gainesville without reservation!

I stopped by the dealership while on a bike ride just to browse the lot. Rudy Porter came out and assisted me and seemed very knowledgeable. I had purchased my first truck through Weir Alexander four years ago, he came outside when he heard I was there and we talked awhile. I recognized Rudy from the tv commercial and felt special having him as my salesperson. Even though I had not planned on buying a new truck so soon, I saw one I really liked and eventually made a deal through Rudy and Jorge Rodriguez. They, along with Brian in administration, spent time talking with me about my interests in bike riding and rv-ing which made the sales experience pleasant for me. I kinda miss my truck I traded but getting over it real quick because the new one is awesome.

Carlos Valle, Matt, Weir, and their team were great from the start. Being a little leery of the buying process, I did my homework online and presented Carlos with options. He worked with Matt to secure the vehicle I was looking for at a good price. The did not try to pressure me into anything I did not want to do and I appreciated that. We were so blessed to have 3 new grandbabies born within 4 months! Since I'm now a traveling grandma, I let my hubby talk me in trading my much beloved Elantra for something new. There were no Hyundai dealerships in Lake City so we bought another make. The 1st SUV had a complete power steering assembly breakdown at 198 miles so after many hours worth of hassle from the dealership, we traded it for another like vehicle. It was such a distressing time and assuming that this car would feel exactly the same as the first one, I didn't ask to drive the 2nd vehicle for more than the couple of blocks that this dealership calls a test drive. Big mistake - it definitely wasn't the same feel. Those seats were the most uncomfortable we've ever sat in. After two long trips and a lot of discomfort, we decided it was worth it to lose money to get rid of that vehicle - a hard decision to make. I tell you all this so you'll know how stressed I was about having to go through another buying experience. I was SO pleasantly surprised. Ivy Lee was our sales rep and she was fantastic!! I wasn't even sure if I could financially manage a trade so she took a lot of time with me over the phone first asking questions and giving me info enough so that I felt it would be worth the hassle of going to the dealership. It turned out that there was NO hassle!! Ivy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all of the features in a way that a technologically person such as I could understand. Her whole demeanor is very positive and there was none of the pressure usually associated with car salespersons. I was also quite pleasantly surprised to be able to take a long test drive over various road conditions. Because I was losing so much money, I wanted to handle the financial negotiations in a different way than most. Both Ivy and Justin, the sales manager, were willing to talk the way that I wanted to instead of trying to force me into talking "monthly payments" the way most dealerships do. So I am, once again, I am a very happy Hyundai owner with my Sonata. It's great!! It is very comfortable to sit in and the features are exactly what I needed. Because of my great experience with my Elantra, I always recommend Hyundai. Now, because of my great experience at Parks Hyundai, I will always recommend them!

I have been shopping for a new family car for several months and a visited Parks Ford several times. I was always greeted with a sales associate at the front door who was kind, helpful and always professional. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was always given the information I was seeking. This experience eventually led to a decision to trade in and purchase our new car from Parks Ford. While the trade-in and purchase process took several hours, it was worth it...just plan for it. They had the car detailed and presented it was a thorough review of its features prior to handing it over. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln vehicle.

I wasn't looking to trade in my Ford Focus, Mario contacted me because my 2012 focus was in demand and was offering a good deal. Mario was attentive to what I wanted in a new car, price point I wanted to stay in and patient with me as I was reluctant to trade in my vehicle. Over a few weeks time I made an appointment to come in to work the numbers and test drive a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I arrived for my appointment, Mario had an elantra all set up under the service area in the shade for our test drive. I was sold the moment I drove it. Mario worked with his team to get me in the car I wanted. All of the staff at Parks Ford and Parks Hyundai were professional and friendly. While Scott Wright prepared my finance information, Mario made sure my new 2016 Elantra was detailed and ready to drive off. Mario even helped with my belongings from my ford to my new car. Scott was very professional even went as far as comparing multiple financial institutes to find the best finance rate for my loan. Scott even took a photo of Mario and I in front of my new purchase. Last weekend my husband I went to Parks Ford to look at a new explorer, as we're expecting a baby and need a bigger vehicle for me. We were promptly greeted by Mario Lutchman, with a handshake and a smile, brought into the dealership and was asked a series of questions. I wasn't picky about exterior color, just the features. Mario knew the exact car that matched what I wanted, brought it to us, we went for a test drive and then discussed financing and trading in my old car. We left to test drive another vehicle at a different dealership and was unhappy from the moment I stepped on that lot. The service was poor, the vehicle not at all what I expected. We went home, picked up my old car and title, went back to Ford and Mario made the trade and sale happen quickly. I love my new explorer and am happy that Mario is my POC at Parks Ford. I will recommend Parks Ford and Mario to everyone that's in the market for a new vehicle.

After a 9-week wait for a vehicle my local Ford dealer supposedly ordered for me but could never provide an update for, I decided enough was enough and reached out to Parks Ford in Gainesville. The internet sales team immediately sprang into action and got me in touch with Ian Peebles. Ian was tasked with a very tall order: Find me a 2015/16 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium with very specific trim levels, and get it to me in 30 hours. After visiting the dealer the next day and reviewing color options we knew what we were looking for and he went to work. Ian exhausted no less than 5 vehicles that kept selling right out from under us before he found my Guard Metallic and having a driver travel 377 miles one-way to retrieve it for me. I came back the next day and spent 5 hours with Ian, Cedric and Jorge to finalize my purchase. When they realized the other departments were closed they extended an offer of two tanks of gas, a detail and more due to not being able to give me a "perfect delivery." Having done my research and been reading up on the car for 9 weeks after attempting to order it through the first dealer, I knew most everything about the vehicle already so it wasn't even truly necessary but appreciated nonetheless. I returned the next week and they installed the protective coating, performed my detail, fixed a tire I was having issues with, gave me Nitrogren in all tires for free, and filled my tank. Also, every time I go they make sure to plug my vehicle in if it is not being actively worked on. I cannot speak highly enough of Ian. I have been able to text him with questions and concerns and he always gets back to me quickly. I am the Store Manager of a corporate AT&T store and have been raving about my experience to any coworker or customer who will listen. Well done Ian and crew!

I am not a "lets do it now kind of person". I like to take my time and not rush. I explained this to Mr. Peoples up front and he was wonderful. In fact Mr. Nesbitt, once he learner how I like to do things, was also very kind, patient and allowed us to take our time. Mr. Peoples seemed like a very understanding and friendly person but he was also very knowledgeable with each and every question we came up with. He did want to know what we were wanting up front. He did allow us to wander off course a few times and was very good as guiding us back to center mask. We finally bought a vehicle from him. Signing our name and giving our deposit did not stop his service. He went the extra steps to ensure we knew how to operate everying in the new vehicle. He even engages our phone (it would have taken us forever). We had a wonderful time and will certainy let other know.

Finally I've found a customer-centric dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. As a retired Navy officer and quality manager in my second career, I admit that I have very high expectations in the area of customer service. Parks Ford Lincoln of Gainesville exceeded my expectations. We dealt with four employees, Cory Thornell, Liana Rabinovich, Michael Grimaldi and Jackie Fralic. All of them were professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful in the purchase of our new Ford Edge. Liana Rabinovich was our initial sales contact, and she was most helpful in our selection of the Ford Edge. Cory Thornell handled the remainder of our purchase and was the epitome of my vision of the perfect sales consultant. Michael Grimaldi, General Sales Manager, reviewed our offer and we quickly settled on a price that made us happy. Performance of the vehicle in entering and driving on the interstate was a primary concern for me as was the question of whether the vehicle would fit in my garage due to a fairly steep slope at the entrance. Michael Grimaldi readily agreed for us to test drive the Edge on the interstate and take it to our home to see if there was a problem getting it into the garage. We drove down I-75 to our home in SW Gainesville. During the drive, Cory Thornell answered many of our questions about the vehicle and its many features. It was like taking a drive with an old friend. At our home, Cory kept a lookout for clearance as I drove the Edge into the garage. There was ample clearance, so our decision was made. Back at the dealership, Jackie Fralic handled the financial portion of our purchase. Jackie has a very pleasant personality, and she professionally and quickly completed our purchase paperwork. Cory Thornell delivered the Edge to us, answered all of our remaining questions, and invited us to call him if any new questions arose. Overall, this was a great car-buying experience, and I would most highly recommend Cory Thornell and this dealership to anyone who wants an outstanding customer service experience.

Iworked with Ian Peebles. He was courteous, knowledgeable, cooperative, went the extra mile to help us work through a very acceptable deal. I think he is a credit to the organization and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. I also worked with Jackie Fralic and found her to be friendly and efficient.

I was provided details of the prices discussed, all my questions were answered and we were able to negotiate the best vehicle and price for my family in a harmonious manner. I have had a horrible experience with Hyundai Parks of Gainesville since buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They failed to tell me that a spare tire was not stocked in the trunk, and when a had a flat tire on the Florida Turnpike, they wanted to charge me $800 to tow my car to their dealership, plus the price of a new tire and placement of a spare in the trunk. They're claim is that most car companies do not stock a spare tire anymore, which all consumers know is nonsense. To make matters worse, their representatives lack the empathetic qualities and the drive to help that is a central tenet of customer service. They have also failed to address my contiued complaint about the care shaking when standing still, usually by dismissing my claims and stating that the car just does not do so. I would not recommend Parks Hyundai for anybody.

Buying a Car has never been easier. The Staff is friendly and really treated me like family. This is the 4th Fusion I have purchased from them. Will be back for my 5th. Liana was awesome.

I had a really bad experience with this dealership and especially their service manager Richard C. Earlier this dealership painted my hood and trunk and during that service something happened to my bumpers as well. Richard promised to cover 50% of expenses of painting of the bumpers. I wanted to hear another opinion from another body shop and when I did that, Richard told me that he is not anymore willing to pay any of the expenses. He could not keep his word. This dealership lost my customership. I even asked a quote for 2015 Mustang last weekend from them, but after this incident, I will give my customership to someone else. I am not even sure anymore do I want to get another Ford, because I do not have reputable Ford service close by.

My father was looking for a new vehicle. He walked into your dealership. He was greeted by a very nice young man Robert Brigante. Who treated my father with such kindness and respect. My dad and Robert both had moved from IL to FL so they had a lot to talk about. The whole car buying experience went so smoothly dad could hardly believe when it was over. He told me that on his way home he just started laughing to himself. About how painless this experience was. The problem relates to the fact that I brought my car (trade in) into the service department for repairs and after a week and half and 650.00 dollars later my car was returned to me with the same electrical problem it had when I brought it in. I was forced to trade in the vehicle after having no faith in the service department to get the car fixed. All in all I bought a used Hyundai from them on 11/5/2013 and on 11/12/2013 the alternator went out on the vehicle. The reason the alternator failed is because during their cleaning process they made sure they cleaned the engine to hide an oil leak from the valve cover. This leak shorted the alternator and I am left with another 600.00 repair the dealer is refusing to cover. I will be sure to tell everyone I meet about the way I have been treated from this dealership (and I meet a few hundred new people a day).

On 4/24/13 I brought my 2009 Hyundai into Parks for warranty service. Specifically deterioration of a door seal. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very polite young man who was to assist me. He asked if my car was in warranty. I said yes, it's only three years old. He began by telling me that everyone seems to think Hyundai has a 5 yr, 50,000 mi. warranty but thats wrong. It is 3 years and I may not be in warranty, but he would check. After approximately 20 minutes he came back and said he was sorry but hyundai would not replace the seal because my wife, who is the only driver, enters & exits the vehicle incorrectly. He further stated that If I had been bringing the car in for non warranty repairs and service, the seal would have been covered and replaced, but in the absence of this extra work, I would have to pay for the repair. He remained very polite and said he felt bad about this, so even though the repair was $179.00, he would only charge me $40.00. I did not have it repaired as yet. I think the matter needs more investigation, and I intend to do just that. In conclusion, I would like to clarify a few things. My wife & I are retired. I am a large man and have a large pick up truck that I drive. I very seldom drive the Hyundai as it is too small for me. My wife is average size. She is the only driver of the Hyundai. There are passengers only very seldom. After leaving Parks, I arrived home & gave the car a closer examination, & noted that the passenger side door seal was also deteriorated. I hadn't even looked at that side, as she seldom has passengers. I would further like to mention that my wife drives an average of 7,500 miles per year. We purchased the car 12/28/09, so it's 3 1/2 years old. We simply haven't had any repairs that were not under warranty. We probably would have taken it to Parks if it did need non warranty repairs, but it is such a nice little car that it simply did not break down. I don't think warranty work should be contingent upon other work anyway. In conclusion... I would buy another Hyundai with a 5yr warranty, but not at Parks. I recommend that you run from this dealership.
