Appointment was at 1:30 p.m. I arrived at 1:15 p.m. Car went for service & was returned in 30 - 45 minutes. Awesome!! Waiting area comfortable. Complimentary coffee tasty. I had to come in the next day as my Bluetooth quit working. Matt & Kayla were gracious & returned the service. Kayla is my saleswoman. We are soon getting another vehicle & we will again deal with Kayla.

Josh Kissell is an excellent "front" person. He is informative and kind. We moved into the area with a 2009 Sienna and a 2001 4Runner and he sometimes gives me some of the special considerations that are given to people who lived in town and bought their cars at Palmiero. I had searched a 100 mile radius from my home in Akron, Ohio looking for a low mileage used Prius and happened upon the one I was looking for at Palmiero Toyota. The price was very fair and Jason Gawlinski the sales rep who took care of us was well prepared for our arrival and in a few hours my wife and I were on our way home with a very nice prius, low miles and extended warranty. I searched online over a 250 mile radius from my home, covering 7 states, to find the best deal on a slightly used Toyota Tundra. Palmiero Toyota did not disappoint! They gave me the very best deal and Jason Gawlinski worked with me to get me all the options that I was looking for all within the price range I indicated to him! Many of the other dealerships were nowhere as flexible or eager to earn my business as Palmiero Toyota was. Jason went as far as having my vehicle delivered to my house, saving me an additional 6 hour round trip after my initial visit! The caveat is when another dealership that I was working with told me straight out that the deal Palmiero was giving me was too good to pass up!I highly recommend Palmiero Toyota and Jason Gawlinski for a great buying experience and a Fantastic Deal!!!

I was told it would take about 2 hours to service my car . I,said what am I going to do for 2 hours? the service man said He could have one of his men take me to Walmart or someplace to get a bite to eat and when I was ready to return to call and someone would pick me up. I did some shopping and like he said I,called and one of his men picked me up. I got my car serviced and got some shopping done also. thank you.

We chose Palmeiro Toyota and salesman Jim Britton based upon the reviews we read. When we entered the dealership, we asked for Jim. He was busy at the moment, but soon introduced himself to us. We told him what we were looking for, even mentioned the specific vehicle on the lot from our online research. He was knowledgeable of both vehicles, thorough and patient as he showed us a similar vehicle to explain changes from our 2008 Toyota van. When we explained how we planned to deal financially, he gave us a fair quote which allowed us to quickly negotiate an agreeable price. Jim was polite and friendly. He expedited the paperwork and van preparation which allowed us to take the vehicle home with us. With the vehicle ready to take, he again took us through the new features with a "hands-on" approach, to make sure we understood how the necessary things work. He also told us we could stop back for him to further explain any of the new to us equipment. When I e-mailed Jim, he quickly responded with where to find the frame for the front license plate (we live in NY). This was a very comfortable and pleasant buying experience. I had been dealing with two Toyota dealerships about a RAV4. The customer service that I received from Jason made it worth the extra 30 miles i drove to get the RAV4. He was so professional and helpful and got me exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted. He truly is a great salesman. I asked the service department to check the work that was done on my RAV4 after we hit a turkey in Virginia. They found that the molding on the windshield was not installed properly and I really appreciate their service. We did not notice the problem and thanks to the service department, it getting repaired. Also, I always get great service when I visit Palmiero Toyota!

The new online scheduling tool is fantastic & I love that you pickup my cat from my home. However, I had indicated my need for inspection, oil change and detail. My car was returned not detailed. I didn't discover this until 3:00pm when they called to confirm the return.

OK, Jason may well be the best there, can't say for sure, but if he isn't he has a lot of company then at the top! I found my truck online, contacted Jason and he was great in getting answers to any questions and keeping me constantly apprised of where we were in the process. He even worked with me in getting a couple of wrinkles worked out. I flew in, a guy named Mel from the dealership picked me up at the airport, right on time by the way, I was on my way in less than an hour after getting to the dealership, all the paperwork was ready, truck ready to go, fresh oil change, spotlessly clean, and even better than what I saw on the website. All dealerships should aspire to this level of service.

Kim came out to tell me what was wrong. She was low-key and explained it very well. She also told me that they could inspect it and put May sticker on. I was very happy as I did not know when I would be back home. Everyone who walked by said hello or something about my Pirates shirt! Other than the wait it was enjoyable. Also, I was accommodated with an appointment the next day as all I had was rest of that day and the next. I was extremely grateful.

We brought our car in because our windshield was replaced and we needed a new inspection sticker. Not only did you squeeze us in while you were bust but the new sticker was free and our car got washed for free as well. I am not a Toyota person and if it wasn't for a friend of mine working there I would have never purchased a car from you but I am glad that we did.

Easy in and easy out with good updates while I waited in the fireplace Lobby. The (new) popcorn was a good substitute for my lunch. Also, when I was told that it would take longer because of bad brakes, I was asked if they could take me someplace instead of sitting there in the Lobby. That was very good information and new. I met Jason through an online inquiry for a new 2016 highlander. I figured I'd try Palmiero because of their being in the Toyota Presidents club multiple times.Jason was very responsive to my email inquiries. We negotiated a price including a trade in value without me having to step into the showroom. After this process, we met at the dealership. We reviewed paint color and interior color plus options and accessories. Jason searched the area network for an existing car but there were none, so we ordered new from the factory. Jason keep me informed as to the build schedule and arrival time at the dealership.When taking delivery, the transaction was smooth and fast. The paper work was in order and they didn't pressure me with unnecessary add-ons. I spent 5 minutes in the finance office......that's it! Then, Jason then spent all the time needed going over the car in detail. We paired my phone and he went over all of the features that the new technology offers plus all of the safety features. Through the entire process I was impressed with Jason's honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.Now it is obvious to me why Palmiero achieves the Presidents Club award year after year. I have purchased MANY Toyota models from many different dealers in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Palmiero provided the best customer experience BY FAR. I had taken my car to Walmart to get tires on and they basically scared me about a few things. I contacted Lance Hollabaugh on a Wednesday and told him what we were looking to purchase. We were torn between taking advantage of the 0% financing rate on a new Toyota and looking for a slightly older vehicle with lower miles. Lance took the time to clearly put both options into perspective for us. He did this to help us make a decision that was the right one for us and our needs. We looked at a couple of options that were presented on Thursday and by Friday, we were more than ready to make the purchase. We bought a used Camry with low miles and it was exactly what we were looking to buy. Lance truly is a cut above. He was not only extremely helpful, he was also considerate, kind, extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and very obviously completely worthy of our trust. I have friends who have purchased from him as well. Do not hesitate for a minute to work with Lance.

I was concerned that my car might have had some minor damage due to a manhole cover my son hit while in Philadelphia. Palmiero's service department assured me that they checked everything and found no issues. I know of other dealerships and garages that would have "invented" a problem and charged a fortune to have repairs done where they weren't needed. That doesn't happen at Palmiero Toyota, and that's why I will always take my Tundra and Rav4 to Palmiero Toyota for service. Palmiero Toyota has integrity.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Palmiero Toyota and can honestly say it was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Jason Gawlinski and Lance Hollabaugh did a phenomenal job of educating me on the car that I purchased and communicating with me throughout the whole process. Coming from NY, I had to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership and thus had to make sure all of the proper paperwork was in order to purchase the car. Jason and Lance took care of this for me and made the purchase easy! Jason came in on his day off to allow me to pick up the car and complete the car purchase at a time that was convenient for me...who does that anymore? The buying and trading in our existing car was a good experience. We bought a 2012 Toyota Sequoia in May of 2013. It was in great shape and we did get a good deal. Since this was the first time buying a used car, my husband and I decided to purchase the warranty the sales manager highly recommended and even gave examples of it worked for him as he also had a Sequoia. Well - this week we got word that wended new shocks on the car (there are less than 50k miles on the car) and the gas tank door is not closing properly. This safety insurance we bought is not covering either of those repairs. It's safe to say we will not be buying another Toyota (the radio/cd/DVD player was also replaced, but luckily fell u dear the original manuf warranty) or another additional warranty. This is why there is so much distrust with buying a car.

As always, working with Jason is a good experience. As a busy, working single woman, we don't like to have to deal with cars, septic and bats in the house.. Jason makes this a smooth transition and I always feel he has my best interests in the forefront. I have known his since he played T-ball and it is nice working local home town employees. He is patient and explains everything easily and makes the transition seemless. Answers questions and willing to listen to my needs /concerns. We were offered an acceptable price early on. The other dealer only came down in price after he knew we were considering a purchase from you. Our salesman tried to sell us a car that would fit our needs, instead of just pushing a more expensive vehicle. He asked several questions about our wants and our transportation usage, then found us the right vehicle.We like the extras Palmiero offers. State inspection,Tire rotation,etc.

Our salesman could have tried to take advantage of our situation, but instead of focusing on his commission he did what was best for us. After conducting research on several makes of vehicles, I decided on a Toyota Highlander. There are two Toyota dealerships within 50 miles of my home. I stopped at Palmiero Toyota first, test drove the Highlander with Jason Gawlinski. Jason offered to have the two vehicles I was selling looked at to see what they could do on trade. Quite honestly, I expect trade values to be low, but I was actually offended by their offers. Jason offered an out the door price on the highlander with a discount on the vehicle and the trade offer as separate numbers. I declined the offer and left. A few days later the " numbers game" started with Jason emailing the actual offer on the trade was the vehicle discount plus the original trade offer. I then asked him to price out another specific vehicle and he sent information on a totally different vehicle than what I had specified. Needless to say, this is why I hate buying a new car. I visited the dealership closer to home, told them what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and with a lot of work on their end, I had the vehicle within a week! I now know where I will and will not be purchasing any future new vehicles.

Jason Gawlinski was extremely helpful and responsive. I was looking for a limited edition car, so I had to look out of my homes state of UT. Not only did Jason get back to me faster than anyone else he was able to also get better pricing to help offset some of the shipping cost. Jason even went further and took videos of the inside and outside, so I could see the car given it was in PA and I'm in UT. I appreciate how proactive he was and the amount of information he was able to supply.

As a woman who knows little about cars, buying my first car from a dealer soon after the death of my father was a stressful and daunting task. I had little luck in months of searching all over the country and my interactions with salespeople left much to be desired. That all changed when I stumbled upon Palmiero Toyota and began working with Jason. He was friendly and patient with my questions, taking time to explain things thoroughly without making me feel stupid for asking. He negotiated a great price for me on a vehicle that I am very happy with. From beginning to end, he followed through on every promise without even a shadow of the manipulation I had come to expect in my car search. I am genuinely grateful for the experience and that there are people like him in car sales. I don't plan on buying another car for many years, but when I do I will look him up from wherever I'm living.

I don't want to go into very many details, but wanted to share my experience. I was in the market of buying a specific model of used car. I came to Palmiero since it was close and convenient. The initial process of showing me what different years and prices was great. I settled on which car I was interested in and started the negotiating process. This is were everything went down hill. The salesman came out stating that "this was his best price." How can your first offer, be your best? We went back and forth, with the salesman visiting the sales manager only a second time. I knew where I wanted to be, and it was only a difference of $500 on the total of the car. He would not move on either the car or the trade. He claimed that the car was taken in on trade for too much money, because that buyer had bought several cars from him. So they couldn't move on it. I don't understand how it's my fault that you only give deals, too good of a deal it sounds like, to buyers that you know? After deciding that no deal was going to happen, I decided to leave, but would keep in touch since I was pretty sold on the car. The salesman made sure to tell me not to wait to long since it wasn't likely that the car would sell quickly since they just recently took it in. I talked to the salesman on and off the next couple days. After doing some more research I found that the car had been on the lot for a month already, not what I would call recently. Also the dealership had dropped the price $500 dollars before I looked at it. I started to look at other dealers since I wasn't sure this was going to work out. I found a car with the same year, less miles, more option, and a few hundred dollars more in price. The downside, which I didn't want, was that the car was in Pittsburgh. I didn't want to go 2 hours to buy a car, but was starting to consider it after my experience at Palmiero thus far. I contacted the salesman one last time to discuss a deal. I told him how I found that his car had been on the lot longer than he said and that the price was already dropped once. I also told the salesman about the other car I found. Hoping that this would get him to actually negotiate, it didn't. He just re-explained about how the car was taken in for too much and there was nothing for him to do. Needless to say I purchase the other car in Pittsburgh. Not only was it the best experience I've ever had buying a car, I will certainly be going back. The salesman there gave me an offer, I told him what I wanted it to be, and he came back with the offer I wanted. The finance manager couldn't get me the interest rate I wanted by about .09 %, so he calculated the difference and took it off the total cost. No great deal of haggling or hassle. In the end I bought the car with less miles, more options, and $17 less a month than what Palmiero would do. The other car is still on the lot, over 2 months now and the price has gone down another $500. Just like the $500 dollars I asked for.

Really wasnt even looking to buy a new truck. met Jim there and he went over every option with me. He even called me when the truck I wanted was sold just to let me know. That sold me to make a deal there because a dealer closer I called was rude as could be and he cared enough to call. So Jim told me about the 2015 Tacoma ran the numbers then introduced me to Shaun. After talking with them all that was left was to sign the papers. They treated me like I mattered even though I was buying the cheapest truck they sell.

I was frustrated with my local Toyota dealer, so drove an hour away to see what Palmiero had to offer. I said a little prayer on my way that if it was meant for me to trade, that I would get a salesperson who was easy to work with, who wouldn't try to take advantage of me (single female) and someone who deserved the sale. When I arrived they were extremely busy but within a few minutes I was assigned to Jason Gawlinski and I couldn't have been more satisfied. He does go above and beyond to try to make it the best experience possible. He's knowledgable, enthusiastic and accommodating. He was the perfect salesman for me and I will return for future purchases and will refer friends to him. I do think I should have gotten a little bit of a better trade value, but that wasn't really in his control, he was exceptional!

I held back on writing a review until the honeymoon period of a new vehicle purchase wore off. it's been over 3 months and over 7000 miles on my used vehicle and I am still in love. I put a down payment on the vehicle from out of state and drove nearly 700 miles to purchase it. Kayla Carson was completely professional, honest, forthright and friendly during the entire process. she was easy to get ahold of and had spot on responses to all questions via phone and email. when I arrived to the dealership the vehicle was exactly how she described. after the purchase there was a minor repair needed ( a used vehicle from the east coast that has seen heavy salt use from the winter, this is expected) and the dealership took care of it. I didn't know purchasing a vehicle from out of state could be so easy. Kayla has completely restored my faith in the car sales industry and continues to uphold the quality that toyota owners are used to. I can honestly say I have never been treated worse or felt less confidence during the purchase of an automobile. The car we purchased was inaccurately represented to us via internet and chat at the get go, and when we arrived to view it was conveniently in service with 'all the oil drained out' so that we could only view it parked face-in in a garage spot while our sales rep, Jason, spewed out something about advising his customers to hurry trade-ins through before Carfax could catch up with accidents. We detected a cracked front grill and broken mirror that Jason had missed during the month the car had been in the lot, but ultimately agreed the following Monday via phone on a discounted price and conditions to include repair of those items, detailing, and a full tank of gas. Then on the day of pickup we found further damage not initially detectable in the dimly lit service garage, but we were blamed for the delays caused by this, our sales reps failure to ascertain the invalidity of paperwork faxed him days earlier, and the lateness of our arrival due to an internet failure at the dealership which stalled our departure. Every one was annoyed that the time had passed closing and all the dealers mishaps were apparently our fault, so we were treated with agitation and a total lack of professionalism and ultimately arrived home with a used car that had NOT been detailed as promised. Our first experience with Toyota Palmiero clearly did not convey the type of treatment and service this family owned business intends to provide its customers.

Me and my husband got the best customers service in one day from this dealership/salesperson we got actions, answers from our questions and different options in our situation. In compare to the other dealership, all we did is to wait can't even call us back, and when i gave them a call they just said they can't do anything about our concerns... I will miss the honda odyssey i used to lease from but i bought a pilot touring and we're all satisfied and happier now thanks to Mr. Bill.

Mr. McKinsey had our paperwork ready and we were on our way within 1 hour. We are very happy with the deal and the financing just as we were with our Tacoma that we traded. The reason we traded was to have a bigger vehicle to pull our camper. We always received great service on the Tacoma and don't feel that will change either.

We are always somewhat nervous to enter the process of buying a car but Palmiero Toyota and Joe Gugliuzza made it easy, pleasant and very quick. We actually went to Smith Gray's Interchange Auto used lot first and talked with Cortney who seemed nice but never called us back regarding our offer. We then saw a newer Honda at Palmiero and asked if we could drive it about 30 miles to Franklin for our mechanic to check it out. Joe told us he would drive the car to Franklin then also let us test drive it in our area. We couldn't get in to the mechanic at a good time so decided to drive to Meadville. When we called Joe he answered all our questions and said he would have the car warmed up when we arrived the next day. Once there we drove it, he let us inspect everything, let my husband see it from a rack in the garage and didn't even seem irritated by our crying baby. We agreed to terms and the process was so fast. Joe also filled up the gas tank and said to let him know if any problems came up since they stand by their sales. In closing we wouldn't hesitate to do business again here and also will recommend them to anyone in need of a car.

When we went to Palmerio Toyota I wasn't sure what vehicle I had in mind to buy. We talked with Lance Hollabaugh and he showed us multiple trucks .Lance was super knowledgeable and polite. The whole staff was very friendly. Lance made us feel at home. He answered every question that we had and walked us thru every process that we needed to do. He walked us thru there new facility showing where we would need to go when my truck was in for servicing. They had the truck filled up with gas and cleaned out and ready so we got into a nice cozy truck when we left. Definitely the best experience we ever had at a car dealership! great job guys! This was my first purchase from Palmerio Toyota and I have to say that they were very welcoming and MORE than accomodating. I wanted the car starter installed before I took my new car and they gave me loaner for three days! Then they drove my new car to the shop to have the car starter installed and brought it back to the dealer. This is above and beyond the norm! I also ordered husky mats and they went out in the frigid weather to help me put them in. I would HIGHLY recommend Palmerio Toyota in Meadville, PA.

Heater died on my 2007 Tacoma, used it as an excuse to get some numbers from Bill Barnes on moving to a 2014 Rav4. Service department resolved the problem. Bill gave me the numbers. I now own a 2014 Rav4. Third vehicle I bought from Bill Barnes (1995, 2007 4x4 trucks and 2014 Rav4). It would have been convenient and less freezing of myself (40 mile drive in 10 degree weather) to go to the local Toyota dealership,3 miles away, but I trust Bill and your service department (second to none). In doing research on the Rav4 Toyota I was contacted by the closer Toyota dealership, made an appointment to get some numbers on 2014 Rav4. I ended up cancelling the appointment explaining that I would only buy from Bill Barnes and only allow the service department at Palmero Toyota to service my vehicle. Having worked for a high volume Toyota dealership in Colorado in the 80s for several years I understand how things work. Needless to say I am delighted to have a dealership the caliber of Palmero Toyota and that they are only 40 miles away. Love the new building.Dave

I stopped by Palmiero Scion/Toyota, my Scion dealership, because I had read that Toyota was considering 'retiring' my current car and the future car I was hoping to purchase. I explained this to the woman who greeted me and she helped me with another request and said she would get the Salesman who could better answer my questions. When I returned a few minutes later Jim Britton introduced himself and assured me that the Scion of my 'dreams' the Scion Xb was very much in the future of Toyota, it was going no where! The article I read was correct in reporting that the Xd would have a short life span. Jim went on to share his appreciation for the Scion brand and started to listen to my interest in upgrading when I was able. He politely asked appropriate questions to find out why I did not feel I was ready now. He shared his knowledge of sales vs. leasing as I shared my love of cars and my love of the Scion Lab and surveying of the drivers to better the product. He assured me that Scion is dedicated to using those surveys to improve their product. He asked me if I wanted to sit down and see if we could work something out on the last 2013 that he had. I was excited about the possibility. There was no pressure. We spoke openly about the pros and cons financially for me just as I might do with a friend or colleague. Jim was not an individual that was pushing for the commission or looking to unload 'that old inventory'. He was looking for a good fit, happy customer-happy dealership. I have a three year lease. I have always taken my Scion Xb to Palmiero for all the service and I will continue now with my new Xd. Sales, Service, and Quality-Win, Win, and Win.

This is the third new Toyota my family has purchased from Palmiero Toyota in recent years. In all three purchases, Jason Gawlinski went above and beyond to assist us. The first sale involved finding a specific vehicle at the end of the model year. Jason was able to secure the exact 2010 Toyota 4Runner we were searching for from another dealer, and deliver it to us at a fair price. This extra effort was something a competing Erie dealership was not willing to offer us. With my second vehicle, a 2011 Tundra pickup, Jason was willing to meet with me on his scheduled day off and spend considerable time assisting me. The most recent purchase occurred just after Christmas, and at that time we were undecided on the type and size of Toyota we wanted. Jason was very patient and knowledgeable as he showed us several different Toyota models. We finally decided on a model that met our needs, a 2014 Venza, which had not even been on our original model short list. The negotiation process was again fair and hassle free. After the sale, Jason even contacted my insurance carrier with the new vehicle VIN number and details. On pickup day, he gave us a very thorough review of all the new car amenities and even connected our cell phones to the Bluetooth system. I might add that since our first purchase, we have been impressed with the quality and professionalism of both the sales and service staff at Palmiero Toyota. Jasons help and expertise was certainly a factor in our multiple purchases. During several of our scheduled free Toyota Care service visits, I have also watched as the construction of the new facility progressed, and feel that this is the finest dealership in NW Pa.

On New Year's Eve, my husband and I saw a 2013 Toyota Camry on Auto Trader. We called and spoke with Dennis Barrett. Since we were 80 miles away, we were hesitant to make the drive to only be disappointed by the condition of the vehicle. Dennis offered to visually inspect the car and he called us back and told us that the car didn't have any dents, dings or scratches. We easily negotiated a price over the phone, and drove the 80+ miles the same day. When we got to Palmiero dealership, Dennis greeted us and offered that we see the car first before doing anything. The car was pulled into the garage out of the snow and cold and washed. The car was in great condition, exactly as explained to us by Dennis on the phone. As we examined the car, Dennis explained various features of the car. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had due to the professionalism of Dennis and efficiency of the transaction.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Jim Britton, was fair on the price for my trade. He went over all the things I needed to know about the car. He took time to listen to what I needed in a car and he never pressured me in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the car and when it was delivered he spent an hour explaining how everything worked. I felt I got an extremely fair deal and never once did I feel like I was getting talked into something I didn't want. He is just really an honest and fair man.

They gave me more for my old car and had the best sales price for my newer vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was covered front and rear for the future by offering us insurance. N ever had any New York dealers offer us bluebook value on my vehicle. The 2 1/2 hour trip was well worth it! Lance Hollabaugh went the extra mile to get us the best deal and the best financing. My husband and I went to Palmiero Toyota to look at a couple of used Toyota Siena's. The customer service rep, Jim, was there to assist us. He was professional, and honest from the very beginning. They had a good selection of used vehicles for us to look at, but Jim also encouraged us to be open minded to all the dealership had to offer, and was willing to work with us to get the most for our money. And we did! We ended up getting a great vehicle, that is perfect for us and our family. Unfortunate circumstances lead us to require another vehicle which brought us to Palmiero Toyota today. The only place I could find one that met all of our criteria was at Palmiero Toyota which was over 80 miles away from where we live. I got in touch with Kayla via message chat and then email. Kayla was very helpful, she answered all the questions we had about the vehicle and even some things we didn't think to ask. She knew we would be traveling a good distance and she made sure we had all the information we needed before we made the trip out to see it and test drive it. Once we were there and we took the vehicle for a test drive, we were not disappointed. There were no surprises and we purchased the vehicle. We are all very happy and satisfied with our purchase. I have had nothing but good expiences with Palmiero Toyota since my first purchase of an '05 corolla in 2004. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Sales and past service have always been outstanding. And now that I have purchased my '10 Tacoma I have no reason to believe things will change. And I am still planing to keep my corolla for a few more years. 184,000 miles and going strong!!!

I was in the market for a new car. Since owning a Toyota, I will not buy anything else. I looked under Kelly Blue Book and they forwarded me to the Toyota site. I found one I was interested in and sent an e-mail. Dennis called and I made an appointment to see the car. It was the most welcoming, friendly car-buying experience I've ever experienced and he gave me a good return on my old vehicle. He wasn't pushy like most car dealers I've dealt with. I took the car home the same day and am very happy with it and with the dealership.

I have known Jason for years. I have been a loyal Toyota owner for a long time, but have had negative experiences at two other dealerships. When it came time for a new Toyota, I called Jason. I live two hours away, so I did not want to make multiple trips in order to find a vehicle. I worked with Jason remotely to track down a vehicle with the exact specifications I was looking for. Jason was very responsive, honest, and not pushy (the reason I wanted to deal with someone I know rather than the dealerships in the big city). When I arrived at the lot, the car was there and everything was exactly as promised. Unfortunately, thanks to flooding, the car was totaled. The good news, I went back to Jason and have had the same easy, stress-free experience. My family has been so impressed that they have gone to Palmiero as well. Without question, the quality of customer service made it worth the two hour drive to Meadville.

For once, we had a great experience purchasing a car. Kayla was a very nice, friendly and helpful salesperson. We also met the owner and he was very nice and honest with us. I can see this is a company built on integrity. We know we got a great deal as we had been to other dealers and we did not have to go through a terrible negotiation as we knew the price was very fair. Kayla knew her product from top to bottom. My parents are older and after purchasing the RAV4, she explained everything inside it to them and showed how to use it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We purchased a used RAV4 at Palmiero - since they had the exact model we'd been looking for. The purchase process was very positive - everyone was helpful and expedient. This was not a certified used so a basic safety check was done. It turned out the RAV4s battery was strong enough to do our test drive at the dealership and get us home to Ohio, but had been getting weaker and failed to turn over the engine once we were home. The battery was not explicitly part of the used car powertrain warranty but Dennis was happy to send out a check for the replacement battery anyway. We will happily recommend Palmiero to our friends in the future.

We found a vehicle on AutoTrader.com and it led us to visit Palmiero Toyota. We were interested in a couple used cars and had called ahead. When we arrived, Kayla had all the vehicles located and ready to view and/or test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had an easy no pressure manner. At no point did we feel like she was rushing us or pushing us into buying. We chose a vehicle and started the buying process. We are in a complicated transitional period in our life with changing jobs and moving across the state so the paperwork got very confusing and we were not immediately granted a loan. One of the dealership owners, along with Kayla and other Palmiero associates went above and beyond in calling Toyota Finance on our behalf to get us great financing. It took an extra day and Kayla personally drove to our house to pick up additional paperwork to help the process. We finally got our beautiful Toyota Venza and couldn't be happier with it. Even though we will be moving a couple hours away we will likely be returning to Palmiero Toyota for inspections and other service. We will highly recommend Palmiero Toyota to family and friends.

When I first contacted Palmiero Toyota via email, I was amazed to get two email responses within hours, the typical auto responder and an actual sales rep. Jason was more than helpful going out of the way to keep in contact and ensure my wife and I got the vehicle we wanted. Even though we were stationed in Japan he was still answering every question and waited patiently for our return. The day of arrival, three months later, he showed us two Highlanders. It was great to know he personally had a highlander himself and trusted the safety factor with his family. But the service did not end there. Once the vehicle was selected it was a matter of 30 minutes and we were walking away owners of a brand new 2013 Highlander. In that thirty minutes he was able to get us a better deal through Toyota ( I thought my bank had a great deal with a 1.5%apr.....can't beat 0%(Toyota for five years)) and they even acknoledge armed forces and gave us a discounted price. Thanks Palmiero Toyota for making buying a vehicle feel so easy and affordable.

Three months ago I contacted Palmiero Toyota in search for more information on a 2013 Highlander. They were very professional even after I broke the news that I was stationed in Japan and would be returning stateside in a few months and wanted to ensure my wife and I had a vehicle that was not only affordable but safe. Jason was more than helpful through the three months of talks via email. Once we arrived he was more than happy to show us the vehicle we had been asking about, and his professionalism did not stop there. Once behind the desk he showed that Toyota clearly had the better deal comparing my pre approval through Navy Federal Credit Union. After giving me a military discount my wife and I were owners of a 2013 Highlander SE, all and all in about an hours time.

I bought a 4Runner on 5/10 and worked with Lance Hollabaugh and then Allison Brady. I found both to be very accommodating and easy going. Allison made us feel welcome and we were unaware she was an owner. Lance made the process easy with a no pressure approach, which was appreciated. I hope the follow-up service is as good as the sales service. I would recommend them.

I purchased a used Toyota Sequoia from Palmiero Toyota Scion after a several month internet search. These vehicles,used and with low mileage, are very hard to find. I traveled from Buffalo, NY to Meadville, PA to make this purchase due to the CarFax on the vehicle and the mileage. I was fortunate when I called to come into contact with Lance Hollebaugh. He was very professional and courteous in every aspect of our relationship. This dealership has a small town, family feel. Everyone you come into contact with makes eye contact, smiles, and asks if you have been taken care of. Purchasing this vehicle was a very pleasant experience, and the price we paid for our Sequoia was extremely fair. Even if you have to travel some distance, as we did, you should consider this dealership if you are in the market for a Toyota or Scion, new or used.

Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He was also very personable and easy to work with. He took time to answer all our questions, and went out of the way to make sure we were informed about all the features of the SUVs that we were comparing. After the sale was completed, his delivery process of the vehicle was thorough. He took the time to integrate our cell phone with the vehicle's bluetooth system, and completed a final minor detailing point that was missed during the vehicle prep. I was very pleased with Jason's service to us, and would recommend him to others.The only reason that I gave the "good" rating instead of "great" was that I felt that the dealership could have given us a better price than we received.

This is the first car I have bought and I cannot say enough good things about Jason, the dealership, and the overall experience. I called Jason with the exact car I wanted (model, color, and extras) and he did everything he could to get me it. He was able to approve the price to be within my budget and guided me through the entire process of what I needed to get financial approval and registration. When I picked up the car, he took the time to go through the navigation and setup of the car and even extended his knowledge and services anytime I need them. Amazing customer service! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Kayla was great to work with. She was patient with my hesitance and really tried to find a car that worked for me. The financing guy (who's name I can't remember) was fabulous. No one was high pressure and everyone was very friendly. My only (minor) complaint is that the dealership was so busy, it took about 3 hours to get the deal completed. Minor complaint like I said. Very happy with my car so far!

Palmiero Toyota is the best car dealership I have ever worked with. They are very professional and not pushy in any way. Bill Barnes is an outstanding individual who made us feel very comfortable from the first time we met him making our first deal there 8 or 9 years ago. Kayla did an outstanding job of explaining all the features on the vehicles we test drove, and explained how to operate everything. This was the first Toyota we've ever had and the first new vehicle we have purchased in 10 years, and a lot of things have changed. She answered all the questions we had and kept us informed of how things were progressing, until we were able to pick up the car. Everyone at the dealership that we talked to were very friendly and knowledgeable. Before driving away, Kayla refreshed our memory on all the new controls. We would definately recommend this dealership, and Kayla as a salesperson.

We stopped at Palmiero Toyota truck shopping on Saturday. We were only SHOPPING. We were undecided about leasing or buying and which brand of truck we wanted to get. We were greeted at the door and asked what brought us in - told the guy we were shopping for a truck - he said he would find someone to help. We were then introduced to Jason who was very friendly. He asked us what we were shopping for and we told him all our needs in regard to a truck. He listened to every detail, got some keys and took us out to look over one of the trucks on the lot. We took it out for a test drive and then went back to the dealership to crunch the numbers. This whole time Jason understood that we were not purchasing on this day but gave us his full attention and explained all the ins and outs of buying versus leasing. We spent several hours going over numbers, warranty, service etc. and wrote a lot of information on the spreadsheet we had made in order to compare many vehicles. We never felt rushed or pressured and Jason could have been using his time to sell a vehicle as several other people came into the dealership while he was working with us. Finally, after going over everything Jason said he would make us copies of the papers showing the numbers he had worked up so that we could be on our way. The truck though was really exactly what we were looking for down to the color and because Jason was so attentive, informative and so NON-PRESSURE we decided to go ahead and finalize the deal without spending the next several Saturdays going to other dealers. We are thrilled with our lease and with the truck! Would definately recommend Jason and Palmiero to anyone looking for new or used vehicles and it will be our first stop when it is time to replace our car - thanks Jason!

I think Palmiero Toyota is "great" in all of the above categories because of the way Mr. Bill Barnes handled my unique situation. First, I am a non-resident under working visa stationed for the meantime here in Meadville, PA starting March 2011. Knowing nothing about cars because I was so used to the public transportation in NYC, I went around looking for something that would fit my budget. However, I have set my heart on a Red Rav4. Knowing I would not yet be able to afford it with my current savings, I went in and asked about my options in Palmiero Toyota as suggested by one of my co-workers living in Meadville. Mr. Bill Barnes had no assurance I would buy the Red Rav4 but I felt the respect and concern he had for me as a client. I visited many times with different people accompanying me and every visit proved fruitful. Mr. Bill Barnes even updated me with the options that I have. Throughout I felt his sincerity without being pushy. He remained honest with my limitations in purchasing (especially since I have no credit history being fairly new here in the US), but he did it in a way that did not discourage me (e.g., gave me options like "wait for your credit history to build up"). On my 8th visit, I finally bought the Red Rav4 and he assisted me to the person who helped me with the final paperwork. It was a very smooth and quick process. I also bought an All-Weather Mat for my SUV that same day and the staff in that area even helped me install my mats! What a service! I will definitely recommend Palmiero Toyota to my friends!!! This dealership is truly a blessing!

We went looking for a truck last Sat, we got the run around from another dealership, we went into Palmieros, very straight forward, no pressure. We felt we were getting a fair deal for our money. Dennis was great at helping us out, very friendly, down to earth. This is actually our 4th car from Palmieros (including our daughters) and we have always had good luck, so why not stick with what works!

I drove almost 400 miles to pick up my car, (45th Anniversary 2012 Camaro Convertible), so it was very important that all the details be correct. Everything was as promised and Jason was very helpful and honest. Good price, no hidden fees, no last minute surprises, not a scratch on the car, and a full tank of gas. The business I recieved at this dealership was second to none. Without a doubt, it was the easiest, least stressfull car purcahse I have ever made. I was not from the area, so I did deal a little online and over the phone before actually being at the dealership, but the level of professionalism never dropped. Dennis Barrett let nothing in the way of providing me with great service over the phone and online. He was very helpful and polite with each call, and even inisted on calling his cell, even if he was not at work or if it was after hours. What I took of Dennis, was that he actually wanted to help me, and not just sell a car. Talking to him seemed more like a friend than a salesman. But the best was yet to come. When I arrived at the dealship I was greeted in a way like I had known the staff my whole life. I was offered refreshments and my needs came before any car talk. Now, this might be usual in a car buy to a lot of people, but I've never had such a pleasent experience in a dealership. He then sat me down and started to tell me about the car I was buying, which I already knew a lot of- but this was the best part. Dennis knew almost everything about this vehicle. I was blown away. I could not believe that he actually knew the story of the car, how all the compentents worked, I bet I could have asked any question about the car and he would answer without hesitation. This was huge to me. Every car I purchased previously, the salesmen at the dealerships couldn't even tell me what engine was in a car. Not this time. Even the finance associate Danny, kept his cool when I neglected the extra coverages on the car. The experience made me feel like I was treated right. You could tell I was a special customer to them. Granted, I was buying a premium performance car, but it brought me back to the 90's. When I watched my parents buy cars and it was more professional and personal. It wasn't just sign and forget. The day when you walked into a dealership not to buy a car, but a piece of enginerring marvel, the best thing that the manufacture could create and offer. If you want to buy a Toyota the right way, go to this dealership. That's why I drove 3.5 hours to this dealer when there was one only 5 miles from my house. On a closing note, Palmiero's website is fantastic. You can actually chat with the staff in real time without the need to install anything or wait for stuff to load. 5 out of 5.

Jason is very knowledgable about his dealership and the vehicles that he is trying to sell.He seems to understand that the customer is likely going to need time to decide which product is right for him and sometimes her as well and is willing to present the pros and cons involved with making the choice that makes the customer feel comfortable. I found the car I wanted through autotrader.com, called the dealership and when we arrived, Jason had the car warmed up and ready to go for a test drive! He was so friendly and down to earth. He was not pushy, and knew all the details about the car so me and my husband could decide on what we needed. Then when when we got back, he listened to our budget and made it happen. The finance manager was also very nice and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. We would buy from him again!

Everyone that works in the service department and the parts department have treated me exceptional. They explain everything to me in detail. To be honest, I would mention everyone's name, but can't recall some of them. The one's I do remember is of course Darla, Nicki, and Josh. Like I have said before I wish I could remember everyone's name because they all deserve a "10". I have not had the experience of buying from them yet, but the next vehicle will be bought from them. Other customers I have encountered have only said nice things about the sales department. Thank you for making things easy on me.

I came into palmiero just looking for an affordable, gas efficient 4 wheel drive. I owned a Camry and was looking to trade but keep my payment the same or lower. My Camry had high mileage since I drive 90 miles a day just to work alone. I went in with the feeling i wasn't going to be able to get the deal I needed. I talked with Lance about where I needed my payment to be and he went to work for me. I ended up driving home that day a beautiful 2009 Rav 4 for a little less of a payment a month! I absolutely love the staff at palmiero! They helped me get what I needed without having to hassle with back and forth on pricing, when they say they price bottom line pricing they mean it! If we didnt love this dealership we wouldn't have just purchased our 4th car from them. Wonderful job guys! Keep it up!

I had never leased a new car before, so this was a new experience for me. J.B. made it all so easy! He even offered to bring all the paperwork up to Erie for me. I ended up making the drive down and they had the car ready and waiting, the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was in and out quickly. He answered all my questions and even took the time to set up my bluetooth. I would recommend Palmero to everyone and JB especially. As a matter of fact I already have!! Thank you all for such a great new car experience!!

After shopping at a couple of other dealerships and several phone calls to dealers with a limited choice of Tundras and the normal back and forth approach of most dealerships, it was truly a pleasure to deal with Bill and Brian. They presented their best trade value and purchase price on the first attempt and we were on our way to buying our Tundra over the F150. I would highly recommend this dealership simply because it was my first experience of buying a truck and not leaving upset.They knocked way more off the sticker price than I hoped for.Also,they gave me full blue book value on my trade-in.Bill Barnes is a no BS.type salesman.Considering I had to drive 45 minutes further than their local competitor,I would say they are doing something right.Simply put,the atmosphere at their dealership is laid back and "NO PRESSURE".I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up!

The ratings were determined based on the sales representative's overall approach to selling a vehicle: it was not high pressure; he determined our needs and preferences; he was friendly; he was professional; and was genuine. Jason also made sure that our noted concerns regarding the vehicle were taken care of for delivery; he even went so far as to do a final check on the vehicle, during which he found an issue that we didn't notice, and made arrangements for it to be corrected. Prior to delivery, Jason was receptive and responsive to our communications, and brought a recall to our attention, and advised that the issue had been corrected prior to our acceptance of the vehicle. Based on this experience, we would return to Palmiero Toyota, and Jason, for our next purchase. I visited the Palmeiro Toyota dealership because of its community-oriented profile in the Meadville area, because of its service department's excellent reputation, and because it came highly recommended by a couple of my colleagues. While purchasing the used car I bought, I dealt with Jason Gawliski. Jason is a very personable and knowledgeable young man. We went to this dealership to look at a Rav Toyota. We took a ride in two different Ravs and considered the comfort, the needs of our future travel and the car in general. While Dennis listened to our discussion he stated perhaps we should look at the Venza. We tried the Venza and decided it had comfort, all wheel drive and everything we were looking for in a vehicle. We had no pressure by the salesman or the dealership. It was a great day and we came home with a satisfied experience. Thanks everyone.

Walking into your dealership,and dealing with Jason was truley a good expirience that I will always remember! I went in Nervous,and came out feeling more like I had visited a freind instead of a "scary,pushy salesman" Jason explained and answered every question so thoroughly, making it easier to understand!! We have been looking at vehicles for at least seven months. Seven months ago we were able to test drive vehicles, our salesperson, Sandy Janes, was very gracious and understanding when we did not make a purchase. The time was right to purchase since they were offering 0% financing. We are loyal to Toyota as we have had many over the last 30 years. It was natural for us to again explore Palmiero Toyota since they have the best selections. My husband wanted to check out the Sienna 4 Wheel drive and a Highlander with all of the options ~ they were both on the lot. Yep, they have the best selections. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to make the right decision. We purchased the Highlander in Cypress it is extremely impressive. Thank you, Sandy and Palmerio Toyota.

Working with Jason was a wonderful experience. He was friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions, even more than once. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy and didn't give us the run around, like some dealerships did, in my most recent hunt for a new car. The only rating that I feel is just a little less than perfect was for the price. Of course everyone wants to get a lower price. But leaving this dealership I didn't feel like I had gotten ripped off. Maybe not as good of a deal if I were buying used, but I felt it was fair.Overall, this is my favorite dealersip in he area. And, no having worked with anyone else, Jason Gawlinski is the one to talk to for an honest car sale.

I had been looking at purchasing an SUV and was referred to Jason Gawlinski by a coworker based on the experience they had when purchasing a vehicle. Jason went out of his way to get the detail of what I was interested in purchasing and provided me with a number of models and options that he thought would be best suited to my wants and needs. His follow-up was very timely and spot on, and he even provided useful info that I did not even request. The best part of the follow up is that he was not pushy at all during the whole process. Although I did not end up purchasing my vehicle from Palmiero Toyota, I would highly recommend Jason and the Palmiero dealership...you would not regret your choice!

Bought car from them and down the line the toyota got damaged from a wreck. After a makeshift fix on the front/headlight section of my car(because this was all I could afford at this time and I needed my headlights for use)- months later the very same thing they fixed- THEY WOULDN'T PASS FOR INSPECTION. If you know and have the foresight that my car won't pass inspection if you agree to fix damage in the price range that I can afford- THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE AND PROFESSIONAL TO EXPLAIN THAT TO ME. Instead- I paid somewhere around $500-$750 to have the car "fixed" and needing it fully fixed months later. Criminal.

We purchased a used Corvette from Jason in October, 2011, after looking for about two years, and after inspecting between 30 and 50 vehicles, at all kinds of dealers, including Chevy dealers. Jason was knowledgeable, efficient, and even disclosed repair work that had been done in order to get the Corvette ready for sale. When we found this at, we were able to conclude that it was exactly what we were looking for, and Jason simply made the buying process as clean and easy as it could have been.I've been buying cars for 40 years, and only once have I ever returned to a dealership to thank them for a superb purchasing experience; that single revisit was to Palmiero Toyota, and Jason Gawlinski!!!

He is very knowledgeble of the Toyota product and makes the whole process a pleasant experience. Mark was very helpful in my purchase-- I looked at new and used cars at multiple dealerships in PA and OH, and I'm glad I ultimately ended up buying my Lexus so close to home at Palmiero. It's great to have a dealership in Meadville that carries used luxury vehicles at very competitive prices. Always have had very good experience at the parts counter. Truly a single source for Toyota parts.However, when tools were left in the engine compartment, the follow up from the team was lacking. I feel the service technician to be very helpful, but the concern for the customer by the service desk was non-existent. I would not discourage anyone from seeking service here, but this experience should have been better.

Last evening we went to finalize and pick up the new RAV4 my husband had decided to buy. We had the pleasure of working with Mark Schlaudecker over the past week since our visit to Palmiero's the previous week-end. He had been answering our questions via phone and e-mail for several days and was always gracious and responded quickly. We are very happy we came back to Palmiero Toyota after being a bit lazy for a number of years. The 36 mile drive is worth the wonderful, honest, no surprise, friendly atmosphere! We will be back to get my new car and we will most certainly tell all of our friends and family.

What in the past has been a been a very stressful experience, purchasing a car this time with the help and guidance of Sandy Janes was relatively easy and stress free. I was looking for a certified RAV4 and after a discussion about my driving commute etc, Sandy suggested a couple of options. I ended up purchasing one of her suggestions. I traded in my 2008 scion xb for a certified 2009 toyota highlander. The money I recieved for my scion was fair and I found the price of the highlander to be very good. I have driven the highlander for a week now and have already put 500 miles on it. The highlander has met my expectations in every way and can say I am thrilled with my purchase. I felt Jason was friendly, informative, and honest. I felt the first offer I received on both vehicles was good based on the hours of online research I did before contacting this dealership. I live in Pittsburgh and I dislike every toyota dealership in my area. I have worked with three of them and they are either rude, dishonest, or both. It was a pleasure to work with Jason and Palmiero and it was clearly worth the two hour drive!

Bill did not push but assisted me at my pace. I omitted to get my wife's signature on the title to my trade-in, which meant I then could not transfer my old plates. Bill jumped on the problem and solved it in a short time and I was able to drive away in my new Tacoma with a new plate. What a thrill. I thank Bill and appreciate the fact that Palmiero had the capability to issue a new plate.

The first part of December, I ordered a new tacoma TXPRO for my husband. It was for his birthday and a surprise. Mr. Barnes was very helpful in finding the exact truck my husband had mentioned he liked. Mr. Barnes was able to deliver the truck with a huge red bow. My husband was very surprised. I have been a customer of Palmiero Toyota for a very long time, and I will continue to be. They treat all their customers with respect and make you feel that your deal is important to them. I am going through a divorce and needed to trade in my vehicle for a new used one. I was concerned that it would be difficult since the old car was in my spouses name. Everyone at the dealership made the transaction very pleasant and easy! When I am in the market for another vehicle Palmiero Toyota will be the only place I go!

Our experience with our sales person, Jason Gawlinski, at Palmiero Toyota was super. We especially liked their casual approach to sales. We fully expected the typical "hard sell", but there was no pressure whatsoever. In addition, he was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My positive experience with this dealership began 3 years ago when I noted some electrical problems on driving 3 friends to Meadville on a Saturday morning. Since I was transportation for 4 people for a 40 mile commute that evening I needed to have the problem checked out. Their Service Department was booked solid but they said to come over anyway and they'd try to squeeze me in. They checked out my 2007 Corolla but found nothing wrong. (It was probably a loose fuse which I had corrected by the time I got there.) They never charged me a penny but kept me on their mailing list. When Toyota called about trading in my Corolla I got a sticker price quote on a new vehicle from my local dealership and a lowball offer on my trade. Since I'm in Meadville 2-3 days a week I decided to see what Palmiero could do. Right away they made me a better offer and they still were willing to negotiate price. I (and the bank) are now proud and happy new Prius owners! (Who could resist 0% financing?) Jim Britton and another young salesperson couldn't have been nicer to work with. Both owners introduced themselves as well. The bottom line is this dealership treats its customers fairly and with a great deal of consideration. I look forward to a continuing positive relationship though I'll need to visit their Service Department only once every 5,000 miles and the first 2 years are covered by Toyota Care!

The salesman, Mark Schlaudecker, was great to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made our purchase experience a pleasure. I got a great deal and felt like I was dealing with friends.I also want to mention Shaun McKinsey, the Finance Manger. He handled the financial part of our transaction and expedited the process. We did not feel pressured to buy any additional products or services and was the best dealership finance person I have ever dealt with.

At 67 years old I have bought a lot of new cars. The last four at Palmmiero. I actually look forward to buying a new vehicle from them. They make my wife and I feel like family. The last three vehicles, we have had Mark Schlaudecker as our salesman and its just a pleasure to be around him. I can not get over the difference in the way the dealership is to others I have gone to. No pressure, no pushing you into a vehicle you don't want and they always work with you on price. I can come and look and not get phone calls about when am I coming back. Mark lets us look and take our time in making a choice of vehicle. Mike Ross also has been extremley helpful and I have yet to catch him without a smile on his face. We use to check around other dealerships when it was time for a new car, not anymore. I have to also put in about the service department. They are the best I have ever been around. I don't even mind going the 25 miles to have our cars serviced. I highly recommend Palmaiero Toyota to all my friends.

Being unhappy with the attitudes of a local dealership, my son-in-law recommended this dealership. Upon his recommendation I drove 6 hours to purchase my new Rav4. I was extremely please with my sales representative, Jason Gawlinski, as we worked via email to complete the initial sales process. Arriving at the dealership the remaining process was well organized and informative; I never once felt pressured into purchasing anything including working with the finance officer and the options available for extended warrantees. I would highly recommend this dealership with there straight forward no nonsense approach in a struggling economy

After buying a truck from Jason back in May and having probably one of the easiest car buying experiences of my life, I promised that when I needed another car for the wife, we would be back. Well, we came back, and I brought my mother-in-law. Once again the service was superb! Jason helped take care of all the details for my mother-in-law over the phone so after she made the 6 hour drive all she had to do was sign the papers. My wife and I made the 1 hour drive and looked at a few different cars we decided on a used Rav4. I highly recommend Jason and Palmiero Toyota to anyone. Jason has been super responsive and has a great sense of humor! I will send family and friends up that way in a heart beat! Even thought I have a Toyota dealer 6 min away, I will make the one hour drive anytime I need another vehicle!

Great Service, very honest and helpful. Jason was awesome. I usually hate going to dealerships, but for once it was a pleasant experience. I will continue to buy cars here, even though I live in Pittsburgh. I got a better deal here than all the other dealerships I visited in Pittsburgh, so it was worth the drive. Not only did i get the best deal here, I felt very comfortable and I appreciated the great service I got. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, even 100 miles away.

All the people at the dealership were friendly and ready to be of assistance. They had a good selection of vehicles to choose from and the price was comparable to other dealers. It was the trade they offered me for my car that impressed me. I had been given other trade prices that were just about half of what they offered. This is the second car I bought from this dealership, and I will probably come back when I want another one.One thing I suggest is that the sales people make sure they know just what vehicle was purchased and the correct equipment that will fit it. I am having a cover put on the bed of my pick-up and the incorrect size was given. A trip to have it installed was wasted, they had to order another one the correct size which means another trip there which is over 25 miles each way plus the time waiting for the second one to be shipped.Otherwise the experience was good.

Our search for the "right vehicle" ended on 8/30/11 at Palmiero Toyota/Scion. No words in the english vocabulary can express how satisfied and pleased we are with our choice. It was a pleasure of working with our salesman Josh and finance manager Shaun. Josh, hit our needs out of the ball park! There was no way I could have imagined driving off the lot in our new car that very same day. Thank you Palmeiro for having the calibur of staff that you do. The level of care your staff dedicates to customers far exceeded my expectations. I bought a brand new Blue color 2011 Toyota Prius from this dealership and had a wonderful experience with very easy buying process. The people were good to deal with, the buying was hassel free....the paper work was perfect...and I got the loan sanctioned in no time... Overall a 5 star experience. Though, I have given it a 5 star rating... I wish I could give 4.9.... because of following three things: - They didn't negotiate ... didn't reduce a single dollar for me (they threw in couple of brand logo caps) - The vehicle I bought had 170 miles on it already....but then it was the only piece left! - I got a very low price on my 2004 Ford explorer eddie bauer trade-in

Previously I had purchased two vehicles from Palmiero. I was interested in trading my '05 Prius for a 2011. Dennis Barrett was the salesman I dealt with and he was helpful and put no pressure on me. They had a car I was interested in but the trade-in value for my '05 Prius was too low. Dennis then told me about a new program Palmiero had just started using called autotrader.com. Autotrader offers a price for the vehicle and then sells it at an auction. He pulled up the site and we filled in all the information about the '05 Prius. In less than a minute autotrader offered $2000 more than Palmiero had offered. Dennis talked to his boss, Brian Harrison, and they accepted what autotrader had offered. Brian told me that my '05 Prius would be taken to an auction and if the car sold for more than was offered I would get the difference. That sealed the deal and I purchased the '11 Prius. I just found out that the '05 sold for more than was offered and Palmiero is sending me a check for the difference. I highly recommend Palmiero Toyota in Meadville.

I had just exited my car and a woman salesperson, smiled and greeted me. She asked if she could help and I replied that I had an appointment. When I entered your building, a young man asked if he could get me coffee, soda or water and showed me to a chair to wait. Mark was very friendly, answered my questions in an understandable fashion, and directed me to cars that fit my budget and needs. After I had chosen the Mitsubishi, Don Lang came over to Mark's desk and assured me that it was a very good vehicle and should give me many miles. I really appreciated the fact that he made an effort to reassure me, as I have known Don and his family for years and greatly respect his opinion.Everyone that I saw was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I found a 2006 Buick La Crosse at Palmiero's when shopping for a "new" used car on the internet. They are located 35 miles south of my town. It had higher than average miles on it, has several scratches in the windows and paint finish, and the leather seats are worn and stained, but the price was $2-3k below market for comparable models in better condition. This was fine with me since I could get this new of a car for a low price. My salesman, Bill Barnes, was helpful because I was having trouble getting the car financed bc of the high miles. His finance mgr. got a local bank there in Meadville to finance it for me and I got a reasonably low payment. However, when I went to pick up the car last weekend, my experience was not great. I brought my brother down with me and met Bill at his desk for our 1:00 pm appt. After trying to solve a problem of the car key transmitters not working, he said the finance mgr. was doing the paperwork for a customer ahead of me and that it would be a little while before he prepared my paperwork for me to sign. He did not offer us a drink or a snack while we were waiting, as most other dealerships do and is the polite thing to do. And he just took off, and waited on someone else, never checking back with us or the finance guy. We waited for two hours until the finance mgr. was ready for me, which took five minutes. The car had on it's window and on the website that it came with a 30 day/1000 mile ltd. warranty and the finance mgr. wrote "no warranty-As Is" on the paperwork, when I immediately told him it came with one. He said they don't usually give a warranty with cars that have 100,000 miles on them. I told him I wouldn't buy the car without it because that is the minimum I would expect from any car lot I bought from, to stand behind what they are selling me. Well, he said he had to check with someone to okay it and went around the corner for a minute. He's the one who makes those decisions, and I let him play his game. He came back and said he would give me the warranty. So I signed the papers and took the car and left. The info on the car and their website said the car came with floormats, but there were none. I let it go bc I was satisfied with car and the price I paid, as well as the financing they got me. I was disappointed with how they were giving the bare minimum in service and trying to take away something as basic as a 30 day warranty. But, all of these dealerships and lots are the same anymore. It's all about the bottom line and they no longer give the customer anything to enhance the relationship for return sales and reputation building. Bill did fill the gas tank though, like he said he would. I was grateful for that.

Palmiero Toyota Scion was my last stop for a used car. I tried everyone up in Erie with no luck, just hassles. Someone recommended that I try Jason at Palmiero's, and I am really thankful that I did. He was so kind, and had started the search for my vehicle before I even got there. He made everything quick and painless. I am going to recommend everyone I know to go to Palmiero's and ask for Jason. He really made buying a car nice instead of stressful. He even called the next day to make sure I still liked my car. I stopped on the lot to look and ended up dealing with Jim Britton who found a car to match my criteria. He worked with us for the best possible deal and I left satisfied as the new owner of a Toyota Corolla. I never felt pressured to spend more than my budget and I was treated respectfully from the beginning. If the service deptartment turns out to be the same experience down the road as the sales dept., I will be a returning customer. I was very pleased.

The follow up was good, the car was always ready to be viewed when I came down (from Erie ) and at the time of dale all of the little details were taken care - clean, plates installed, emission sticker added and it ncluded a tank of gas! They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, so I called on the phone before I made the hour drive from home. Worked with Jason over the phone. Jason recommended the auto trader appraisal form to find the value of my trade. The deal was made over the phone. After driving to the dealership, met with Jason. Jason was friendly and funny. Financing was fast, and we were on our way.

I have purchased 2 used cars from Palmiero Toyota over the years. Most recently, a 2005 Toyota Corolla that I love. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgable, their service department is efficient and priced very fairly, and I've never worked with a better sales team. My salesman, Mark, was fantastic. He worked within my budget to help me find the perfect car. He had an answer for all of my questions and was always very honest and upfront. I didn't feel any pressure, like I have at other dealerships that I have visited. When I drove off the lot with my "new to me" car I knew that I had made a great decision buying from Mark at Palmiero Toyota. Since purchasing this car I have moved out of state, but I still try to schedule my maintenance visits for when I will be back in the area, and guaranteed will make the trip back to purchase my next car!

Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful, especially Jason Gawlinski, our salesman. Much better experience than many other places I've bought cars/trucks. Salesman (Mark) was low key, informative, unrushed. Everything he told us as to price, trade in, final figures, etc turned out valid, with no last minute nonesense that some dealers pull (from personal experience!)

I have rated Palmiero Toyota A+++, because they have been the best dealership we have worked with. My wife and I bought 2 Vehicles from them within 2 weeks. We bought a 2006 Kia Sportage and a 2007 Jeep Liberty. Both were serviced and delivered in perfect condition! Jason was our salesman and he will continue to be the person I call when I am looking for a vehicle. I recommend Jason personally and Palmiero as a dealer! They will always be up front and honest. They will also make you feel like you are important to them! I would say that if you need a vehicle and want a dealer and salesman that does not play the usual car dealer games, Palmiero Toyota and Jason Gawlinski are the match you have been looking for. Also as a side note, Palmiero Toyota has a great asset in Jason. I have never dealt with a car salesman who really appreciated my business. He made things quick, simple, and enjoyable! I had a great experience with Palmiero Toyota. I tried dealing with a Toyota dealership in my town, and they were making the deal very difficult. I called Palmiero and within 15 minutes we were on track for a deal I was looking for. So I took the short drive to see them the next day, and in less then 2 hours I was driving away with my new truck with a deal a little better then we had discussed over the phone. I had a terrific experience with them, and would absolutely recomend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

I must say buying a car is a stresser! But this was not!! Jason was more than helpful, even did the deal in our new van so my kids could be kids!!! I will be back! And recommend them! I feel my experience was above and beyond! The big jump to a minivan is worth it!

Jason was great to work with and the actual sales transaction( paperwork processed) was completed in less than 20 minutes. Of all the vehicles that we have purchased in our home town (Columbus), we have never been able to complete a sales transaction so quickly. We appreciated the fact the Jason had everything waiting for us after we arrived as we drove about 190 miles to get to this dealership. I had a lot of questions regarding the vehicle that we purchased. Jason did a good job getting me the answers to these questions which allowed us to reach a comfort level necessary to purchase the vehicle. As you know, a toyota will typically have a very specific maintenance schedule. Jason was reasonable in bringing the vehicle up to speed with the recommended maintence as part of our purchase agreement.I did note that the inside of the dealership looks a little dated and I would recommend that it be remodeled. Our dealerships here in Columbus have a lot more flash and create an atmosphere of excitement. I noticed that you had the popcorn machine which I think is a good idea as I have done a whole lot of car shopping with small children in tow. However, I would recommend that you add a cooler of cold drinks( even if it is just bottled water).I also noted while driving around the dealership that you had a good inventory of vehicles which I think is very important.

Truly baffled and appalled how they could have a car sitting on the lot with major structural damage, look and act annoyed and bothered when a customer says "oh, this door won't even open". Might have kept looking at non-damaged cars but for the reaction.
