Overall a great expierience Anne got me the car i wanted a 2014 kia soul!!! I do not have good credit and she made it work. I traded in my 1996 jeep cherokee laredo with a few hundred dollars. I am very happy!!! Thank you anne.!

I had our 2010 van towed in for service. , The service personal was very honsit with me, our van would cost more then it was worth . We have had it for 10 years, and had over a houndred thousand miles on it. So I walked outside and found a 2010 Kia Forte with low milage on it, I went back in and asked to see someone, Well Randy was the salesman. I was very honsit with him, I explained that we had a 10 yr van and that I was looking at a 2 yr old forte. Randy started to tell me all about it, I said hey wait this is the 4th Kia we have owned in 10 yrs. WE have a 2012 Forte and I love it. So after taking a test drive we went back and at 4 pm my husband and I had a new Car. The sales people to the finacial dept really worked with us to get the best deal . I tell everyone if you are looking for a car go to PS Kia they are great people to work with.

Buying a car was not my favorite thing to do. All that changed when I went to Palm Springs KIA. I applied online for the car I wanted then went in the next day and picked it up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely return and refer friends and family. Thank you Palm Springs KIA !

Brian Noble talked to us on the phone first, set up an appointment, and did IMO, a fantastic job as a sales person. The dealership is friendly, not high pressured and Brian handled all the details very professionally. Our appointment was at 2:30, and after selecting our car, we were out of there and on the road in record time. Part of the time was spent with Brian going over every aspect of t he operation of the car (a new KIA Soul), and a visit to the service department for our first service appointment. The service manager was very friendly also. If you are in the market for a KIA or good used car, I would recommend the dealership. I noticed that there was a kids playroom available also.

This is not my first new car but have never had the car detailed to perfection even with a full gas tank. Only had the car 3 days the salesman Andre has contacted me 3 times to make sure all is going well. Andre and the staff deserve a five star rating or a 10

Was in pressed with the sales...person Bo! He was king informative and was concerned about my needs as a Customer. He took the time to explain all details, for buy the car, and Mechanics of the car., called me back a day after to see if all was going Well He was probably one of the best sales persons I have ever had.. thank you Bo... for going those extra Miles! I cant believe it .This is by far the best place to go for a good deal ,and nice car . I have been to every place looking and PALM SPRINGS KIA made it happen !!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so happy that we decided to make the drive and come to Palm Springs KIA. We started our search on the internet after MANY frusterating trips to "other" dealers ! Then we meet online our sales Person Jerry Morales. He is awesome and has a wonderful no pressure approac. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and understood everything we were trying to tell him. He helped us get into the perfect new car! His followup after the sale was awesome too. even the guy from fiance was friendly. we never once felt like "get us out of here" which is what we have felt at EVER other dealer we have gone too !
