I went in looking for a used car and Steve B. showed me how to get into the new wrangler I have always wanted. Steve was great, there were no high pressure gimmicks and everything was explained in great detail. Because of going to this hidden gem I am not driving in my dream wrangler instead of someone else's used one. Steve has even told me that he will help me take the hard top off and put on the soft top so I know how everything works exactly. I love that this is a local dealer that I can just go to any time I need answers or help. Go here, you wont be sorry

I recently bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins pickup truck from O'Hara Dodge. My salesman, Fred Ford, was extremely patient and helpful as I reviewed all the available options and made my selections. The truck was delivered from the factory on time and as specified. Fred emailed me helpful updates on the progress of the truck build and was also helpful with financing issues. After having endured high-pressure sales tactics and uninformed sales people at other dealerships, both on and off Cape Cod, I was very happy to find sales associate Chris Root at O'Hara Motors in Falmouth. With no pressure, little fanfare, and a great deal of attention, Chris found for me the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that boasted all of the features that I required with none of the extra, expensive accessories that I neither wanted nor needed. When it came time to get a new vehicle my wife and I spent a weekend shopping for an affordable and reliable all wheel drive vehicle at 5 locations both in our home Town of Falmouth and nearby on the Cape. O'Hara motors and our sales man, Chris Root were by far the easiest to work with, most responsive and the best value. My instinct was to go for a four cylinder for gas mileage... the sales man listened and educated me that there was a 6 cylinder model with a 9 speed automatic that got better around town mileage numbers than the four cylinder. It was all wheel drive, on the lot, and being offered at a great price. It is now ours and we are proud members of the O'Hara Jeep family. There is nothing better than a local dealer who we know is there if we ever need anything.

In 2013 I bought a brand new Dart STX. The car was great and so was the buying process at O'Hara. No pressure and no gimmicks. Just recently I bought a brand new 2016 Dart Limited from O'Hara. Once again, The car was great and the buying process was straight forward and pressure free. Steve (Salesman) was very helpful and knowledgeable with the car I wanted to purchase . The Ohara dealership is a little old school, which is good in some ways. The sales and finance staff were easy to work with. My salesman was Chris Root and he located one for me. The whole deal was done in two days. Great experience overall. The place could use a freshening up but that's part of it's charm.

I purchased a softtop and had it installed never have never been treated so kindly I've had many cars serviced at many dealers over the years . The treatment I received from your parts depth was above and beyond. Mr bowse took time to explain every detail of what should be done to insure enjoyment of my top and what to do to make it last what products I can use on it ect. A very knowledgeable person. You should hire more people like him..

After another very snowy Cape Cod winter I decided I needed to trade my sporty convertible that was bad in snow for one that is great in snow, a Jeep Wrangler. I had exactly what I wanted in mind, as close to the iconic WWII Willys Jeep as I could get: 'Tank' green, straight shift, ragtop, crank windows, trailer hitch, about as basic as I could get (with A/C). It turns out at the time I was in the market, 'Tank' was discontinued. Enter Fred Ford and O'Hara Motors! Fred searched long and hard and had just what I wanted driven in for me! Every other deal in this part of the state said they couldn't find one like it, but Fred delivered exactly the right Wrangler! It even had the nicer wheels and tires! Fred made the shopping, the purchasing, and the orientation to this new Jeep as easy as could be. He, supported by the staff at O'Hara, did a great job, and this Wrangler is everything I hoped for and more! An excellent vehicle sold by an excellent dealership. Whether or not this is your first Jeep (it was for me), I highly recommend Fred Ford and O'Hara Motors. They know Jeeps, they know Wranglers, they know how to get you exactly what you want and how to maintain it, and customize it, when you get it. I had something precise in mind, not what the usual Wrangler customer wants, but Fred understood this and delivered just what I wanted, even better than I expected. I can't praise he and all the rest at O'Hara enough! And if you want the most competent vehicle for off the beaten path and/or inclement weather, you can't beat the Wrangler. It can take the trail, it's built rock-solid, the turn radius can't be beat, the workmanship, fit and finish are all excellent. I'm a VERY happy customer!

Just bought our second vehicle from O'Hara Motors. The thing we notice and love most about O'Hara is that they are not your usual "pushy" salesman....you know the kind that follow you around, try to talk you into something etc. etc. During both purchasing experiences, the whole buying process was relaxed and pressure free. This time around... we worked with Steve Buteau who was fabulous! We knew we wanted a brand new Jeep Wrangler, also knew we wanted a certain color, features, and it had to be a stick shift. Not a problem! Our new Jeep was custom ordered for us in no time! Steve even sent us emails to tell us where our new "baby" was in the process! The car came in so fast, and we couldn't be happier. Steve took the time to familiarize us with our new Jeep, program our phones and even invited us back to help us put on our soft top for the summer. The finance portion was a breeze, they handled everything from car insurance to registration. All we had to do was take the keys and drive it home.... past the beach, with the radio cranked up, of course ;-). We highly recommend O'Hara Motors, both the sales and service departments!

I recently bought a Dodge Dart from Chris Root at O'Hare Motors in Falmouth and I am delighted with my car. I have in the past been something of a foreign car snob; I bought a old used BMW 18 years ago and thought I would never own anything else. But when my beloved car was totaled I was frantic. I needed a car immediately for work. I thought I would just buy an inexpensive used car until I could locate another BMW. But Chris listened closely to what I needed and in a short time was showing me a peppy little Dart. It was comfortable, responsive and the interface was logical. Chris was so straightforward and honest and upfront (not words that I would typically associate with a car salesman) that it actually made the whole process enjoyable. He was also was very patient with my 1001 questions and my indecisiveness. They did all the leg work for me with insurance and plates and financing; I have been loving my car and the incredibly low monthly payment.

I am naturally skeptical about car dealers but dealing with Fred Ford was like talking to an old uncle. I did like the openness and cleanliness of the dealership. They didn't have cars piled on top of each other. When I went in to ask about pickup trucks, I had my guard up but Fred Ford put me at ease. There was no pressure. Dealer Chris Root made the overall experience comfortable. His honesty and his commitment was the best part of our experience. We were not overall impressed with the actual deal. Took several days AFTER a deal wad reached before we had our car but still paid for a week or better for the car. There was confusion on part of money down. And there seems to be immediate issues with the mechanics of the car. Though, so far, the issues have been promptly taken care of. We rate our overall experience average but Chris Root is above average and would recommend any buyer to deal direct with him. Thank-you, Julee & Scott

Jamie from O'Hara was such a great help. She went above and beyond right from the start when i was just "looking" for a new van. She left no detail undone. Calling or e-mailing me with every bit of information I needed in order to make the new van purchase perfect. Not only did she do this BUT she also helped to make sure I got the best price possible for my new 2016 Caravan. It is because of Jamie that I have returned to O'Hara Motors. I bought my Jeep Commander from O'Hara Motors in Falmouth and love it. Jamie listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me figure what I needed. I drove my Jeep down to Louisiana and back with my two children and most of our belongings. I knew we would be moving a few more times and needed the room to pack things and keep my children comfortable for 6+ hour trips. Jamie also listened to my concern with weather and rough terrain. She helped me understand financing and my warranty. It was a stress free and fun experience and I look forward to buying our next vehicle with her help!

I went into O'Hara Motors Nov 2014 this sale person was too pushy, it felt like he wouldn't take no for an answer. I felt so pressure. I left very discourage. I heard a couple talking about O'Hara and how the sale person was so nice, no pressure great deal and I should go back and talk to Jamie. After the holidays I went back. I asked for Jamie and a couple days later I was driving my brand new 2015 Jeep Liberty. Jamie made me feel relax and she also made sure that I purchased a vehicle that I loved as well as one I could afford. She took her time to go over everything with me.

I needed some service; an oil change and a few issues addressed, so I stopped at O'Hara Motors. What a great decision! The technician Jaime was informative and very professional. He had a real enthusiasm for ensuring that my vehicle was fully ready to return to the road and all the issues addressed. The entire dealership seems to have really come to life over the past year. The Service Department seems energized and well run.

I have to say that buying a new car isn't always a great deal of fun. However when we started looking for a new car and now our new JEEP! I have to say that Fred Ford was excellent to work with. We did not have to play the game of back and forth pricing with Mr. Wizard, and he took excellent care of us from start to finish. No pressure on his end at all, we researched for months and every time we went in to O'Hara's just to look and see what was new Fred always treated us well. We ended up buying a new 4 door Jeep and we could not be happier with our purchase. It is a blast to drive and we can't wait to put the soft top on! I would not hesitate to work with Fred again and our overall experience at O'Hara has been good one because of who we dealt with. I would recommend Fred Ford to deal with should you be in the market for a Jeep :-) Thanks Fred!

O'hara Motors is a phenomenal dealership. I have purchased my last two trucks from them. I am very impressed with the honest and upfront approach they take to business. I was looking for a new Ram1500 and stopped by the dealership one afternoon. They gave me their best offer upfront. I took the truck on a test drive, and they had a very fair value on my trade in ready. I was very happy with the deal I got, and it was an easy stress free negotiation. I have a busy schedule, so efficiency is critical. I took the car home that night and came back the next morning to sign the finance papers. They worked everything out over the phone, so I was in and out of the finance department in 10 minutes. O'hara is a local small business on the Cape, and they run their business around their valued customers. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know & certainly use them to purchase my next truck!

He quickly assessed what we needed in a vehicle and found a vehicle that met our needs and budget. Purchasing a car has often been something that has been a source of bad memories, but the staff at O'Hara made us comfortable and did everything they could to assist us in the purchase. I recently purchased a New Chrysler 200 Limited From O`Hara Motors In Falmouth, and I have to say that the whole experience was refreshing. I was recommended to O`Hara`s by one of the Nurses I work with who had purchased a New Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and had said they we`re great to work with. Molly had told me that her salesperson Steve was easy to work with and had given her a great deal. So when I got to O`Hara`s I asked for Steve. She was right ! He knew a lot about the car, and I didn`t feel pressured to buy. At the end of the day, I drove home with a new car that I really love, and a great dealership to recommend to my family and friends. After buying my car and being a loyal customer at O'Hara for 4+ years, I am disappointed to report there has been a drastic change in the service policy. Over the years I have seen quite a few faces come and go but the service department remained somewhat constant and outstanding, and I had recommended O'Hara to many people. The people working in the service department remain pleasant and courteous, but it is obvious the department is not there to service the customer but to become an additional sales/ revenue force (hence a more complete staff turnover). Before going to the "ExpressLane" quick oil change service, I called to inquire about the wait time. I was told there was one customer being "finished up" and no one in line, so I told them I would be right down. When I arrived the bay was empty and there were no other customers in the service area. Imagine my horror when overheard a conversation about needing room to get another "expensive" job in for the day, then saw a car being moved from another bay to the ExpressLine (in front of me) after I had sat down to wait. Close to an hour and fifteen minutes later I was finally done. Looking back- I should probably have walked out when the other car was put ahead of mine. I will not make that mistake again. Although O'Hara's is a 5 minute ride from my house- I will be servicing my Jeep at the "other Cape dealer".

I had brought my vehicle down to be repaired, It was currently under warranty. I had a very short time left on my warranty and the battery light kept coming on. I informed this mechanics that the clip that plugged into the alternator was loose and broken and needed repair. I also informed them that there was a clunking in the front end. They fixed the front end but failed to replace the clip that plugs into the alternator. When I picked my vehicle up I pulled out of the service department took a right towards 28 and the battery light came on again. I immediately called the service department and informed them by leaving a message. No one returned my call. I called back and informed them that the light was on so they set up a time for me to come back in. When I went back in my warranty had already expired So the service department refused to repair the vehicle. If you're going to conduct business you should always listen to your customer and do what they request you to do.

After buying a 2011 keep liberty used from O,Hara I can safely say I will never go back. After a week of owning the car it began leaking oil. The dealership was to send a rental and take my car for repairs. The salesman showed up with a rusted out pickup, which was his personal vehicle, and 2 wet dogs. He put the wet dogs in my car and drove away. Needless to say I called the dealership and freaked. After the oil leak I discovered the tail gate was broken and would not lock. I took the jeep to a different dealership (premier jeep in MA) where they fixed the tailgate and found other problems as well. I am now sitting at my mechanic where I was just told I have water in my washer fluid tank that could have frozen (Ohara was the last to fill it) and I have the same oil leak from before. Oh and a leaky shock that needs to be taken to a jeep dealer so my warrantee will cover it. Thank Ohara for all the head aches.
