Poor quality cars and worst customer service. Bought a car with dent and next day took it to them they said, they can not fix it since you did not see while buying the car. They sell poor quality cars and i would not recommend to buying from here,

Just recently bought a jeep from here, and I'm very pleased with my purchase! Full five stars from me. They were all very helpful and did not pressure me what so ever. For any future car purchases I am for sure coming back to Novak Motors.

We were not seriously planning to buy a car today - we thought that we were at the start of a long process based on our previous experiences. Jerry and Tony made this so easy. I appreciate all the honesty and fun that was exhibited during our test drives - it was like hanging out with friends and family! I'm so excited to pick up our car this week! Our daughter has been dreading buying her next car and now we have great information to share with her and I may even go back with her just because they are so welcoming without pressuring.

From the time I reached the dealer and until my purchase was complete, everything went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful. I worked directly with Jerry who was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to explain and show my all the features. Best car buying experience we've ever had. We test drove at several other dealerships before going to Novak - their car was by far the cleanest and their price was extremely fair. They were friendly and honest with no hard sell - they just knew the value of what they were selling, they sold it for the right price, and they gave us a fair offer on our trade in. Best car buying experience we've ever had. We test drove at several other dealerships before going to Novak - their car was by far the cleanest and their price was extremely fair. BUYER BEWARE.....I called the dealership about a 2011 Nissan Sentra and I tried to make the deal as smooth as possible. I called before I drove over an hour to make sure they could sell me the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I spoke with Bill, we spoke about the fact that my time was limited. My husband works at night and I have 3 kids. My husband would be losing sleep to drive me to look at this car so make me the best deal possible. He gave me a price of $12,200 everything included. Great price so we made the drive. Once we arrived he thought I was there for a Mazda and I corrected him and told him we spoke about a Nissan. We test drove it and I liked it. But it all went down hill when it came to the price. He started fumbling around and mentioned the Mazda again when I brought up the price he gave over the phone. He tried to tell me that I called for a Mazda and I told him I DID NOT. He then goes to speak to his manager about the price. When he comes back he brings up that he has in the system that I called about a Mazda again and that he can only sell me the Nissan at the listed price. I am so disgusted that BILL looked me in my face and was lying about what car I called about. He wasted my time and my poor husband went to work tired but do you think BILL will loss any sleep. All I can say is buyer bewar

This was the easiest car buying experience I've had. My wife and I made an appointment to look at two Jeep Liberty vehicles. We test drove both. Each had mid 30K miles on them yet we're very clean and well maintained. we decided to make the purchase. The entire experience took less than 2 hours from walking in to leaving. If you want this same experience call or stop by and ask for Jerry Little. Very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. NO pressure at any time. Will highly recommend and return for another purchase!

After searching for a vehicle to suit or company needs for 2 months, we finally found the right vehicle and the right dealer. Tony was our salesman. He was very cordial and accommodating. He let us test drive the car overnight and when we brought it back the next day we told him we wanted to try another car, same car but different color. We decided on that car, but it had an outstanding recall on it. No problem! Tony sent it to the dealer and had everything worked out (of course, no charge to us). When he called us to come pick it up, it was squeaky clean. It's a 2011, but seems like it just came off the assembly line. We met with many car salesmen these months. Novak Motors is by far the most accommodating, no pressure, friendly dealer we've come across. Everyone there seems very happy to be there. Paperwork was painless. We're very happy with Novak Motors and, next time we need a vehicle, we're there!

If you are considering buying a car from Novak Motors i suggest you bend down and look under the car for rust and or corrosion. All of their cars are from New York and all New york cars have rust and corrosion form the salt used on the roads there. Novak buys these cars in NY because the prices are lower but I'm telling you "buyer beware" you're getting a rusty car with a corroded undercarriage.

Out of all the cars we've ever bought this was by far the best experience. The staff was absolutely great. From the time we stepped onto the lot to when we drove away in our new car was under two hours. We seriously could go on and on about how amazing they are!

I knew what my pay off was and about what my trade was worth. I asked if they could give me my trade in value without giving info to them until I had the trade amount. They had no problem with that. I have never been able to do that first without my phone # address email and name and bank my car was financed thru. I had worked in dealerships for 28 years in the past. Even as an employee dealerships in the past I still felt like some of the sales reps were dishonest and snakey attitude.I am a single female .I did not tell the salesmen,gen.mgr or finance mgr of my dealership knowledge. The reason Im telling you this information is because not one employee made me feel like I needed a man to help me. They never asked is there a husband that will need to approve this sale nor did they talk to me like I needed everything explained to me like a child. This is my first car buying experience not purchased from a new car dealership. The large dealerships need to send their sales reps to Novak motors for a class on How to treat female customers I really feel This may be the place to make my future purchases. THANK YOU NOVAK !!!!

Prior to purchasing my 2011 4Runner, I had spent several weekends bouncing between 'reputable' dealers in the DFW area, I ultimately purchased my 2011 Toyota 4Runner from Novak Motors. At first I was a little hesitant to go to Novak since I didn't have the most positive of pictures of used car only dealerships. I was given comfort after reading the reviews on sites such as this (would have saved myself a lot of heartburn and hassle had I done that before my last purchase!) and so I made the trip to go and check them out. When I arrived, I met up with Bill whom I'd spoken with on the phone. Bill showed me the two 4Runners that I had called about and we took them for a test drive. (Note: He showed me the vehicles I called about and didn't try to introduce me to the rest of the inventory.) Both were in very good condition and I had just a few more questions. Bill suggested that I take the vehicle to an independent mechanic to get their opinion if that's what would make me comfortable. Additionally, since I wasn't able to do it that day, they told me that they would hold it for a day and would also drop it off at the mechanic (I'd pick up) if that made it easier. So as you can see, they really focused on making me comfortable and while a lot of dealers say they're 'low pressure' Novak went far beyond that. The vehicle checked out and the mechanic said it was in very good shape even for a vehicle with 30k miles and 3 years old. This was a relief and so I went back to Novak intent on making a deal. The posted price was the price and there was no haggling. Financing was simple through CUDL and there wasn't a whole lot of additional selling that occurred in the closer's officer. I drove away from Novak wondering when this experience would go bad. Thing is, it hasn't and I have no reason to think that it will. I've received my plates, the cars registered and Bill even sent me a follow up email inviting me to come back if there were any additional questions that I might have after having the vehicle for about a month now... Bottom line: I'm very high on Novak and have/will encourage anyone to give them a try. Additionally, ask them about their business model and you'll understand how they are able to price really good used cars where they do. This is a really strong operation and I sincerely hope for their continued success.

Extremely low pressure from start to finish. I told them which vehicles I was interested in and they showed me those exact vehicles. Gave me time to ask questions and make an informed decision. Financing was easy and limited upselling occurred at closing. I have recommended Novak to many friends and will continue doing so based on my experience. A really solid operation.

Easiest and most pleasant experience. We looked at several SUV options and were able to find the right car at the right price at Novak. No pressure sales tactics and very helpful on the good and bad points on each make and model we were looking at purchasing. We would definitely shop here again.

I bought a 2010 Volvo S40 last week at Novak Motors. Bill McKenzie and Mark were friendly, straightforward, and the process was as stress-free as a used car buying experience can be. -Without question, they were willing to let us take the car for a day or two and have it inspected before buying -We arrived at the dealer about 10 minutes before they closed. Bill and Mark were incredibly patient and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to get the paperwork done -Did not put any pressure on us to finalize the deal -I was a first-time buyer and did not have auto insurance when I purchased the car. After getting quotes I felt were too high, they even called their own agents to help me find the best deal I highly recommend Novak Motors and will definitely return if I'm in the market for a used car again.

I purchased a vehicle for my son who was heading off to college. After visiting other dealerships, I can honestly say I was treated with respect (woman purchasing car) and given a fair price. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The manager was thoughtful and easy to talk to. I am so happy I found Novak and their sales/finance team. The whole group is courteous and professional, and my personal experience with David Hurst was top notch. No haggle, no hassle, just straight up professional conversation to find a car and a financing package best for me. I received a great deal on my new Lexus and top trade in value on my MINI. I had been shopping for a while, on line and at dealerships, and in general most people and places were "okay". That being said, the experience with Novak and David Hurst was outstanding. The car was clean and ready when I arrived, but after we closed the deal, they took it back for more detailing and filled it up with gas! You need to know these guys are not an auction agency, they are a leasing company, reselling their own returns. That's a value benefit. My car feels NEW. Thanks Novak Motors team.

For being a first time buyer and knowing nothing about trading in and purchasing cars Novak Motors provided a spectacular experience and helped me stay comfortable the entire time. I was looking for a nice used car that I would be reliable for myself and my family for many years to come and that is exactly what I found from Novak. We started looking at Chevy dealerships closer to home but felt like we were getting the "everyday customer" experience working with just another car salesman. When I noticed Novak had a similar car I was looking for, with lower milage and a lower price, we made the drive out to DFW. As we arrived Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were considering. We had absolutely no issues through the trading in and purchasing process. The whole team was great, David being very helpful and quick filing all paperwork and Mark making sure we received the best possible experience. All in all incredibly convenient, great service and amazing value!

I bought a 2011 Honda Civic Coupe from Novak Motors about 2 weeks ago. I was looking for something newer and with low miles on it. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Novak Motors. I was helped by David Hurst. He was knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure or haggling at this dealership. The process was smooth, quick, and stress free! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Car sure looked great when I bought it, they said it was mechanically sound, and it was an as is sale. With this type of sale I was sure to check the car over and find all the issues with it. When I got home I found that there was a bad oil leak which of course cost more than it should have to get fixed. There was a lack of honesty about the car and I am not a fan of getting hosed over by a dealership. All in all this is not a dealership i would recommend to others.

We went to another dealer first who absolutely proved why car dealers get a bad rap. David at Novak motors redeemed his profession. There was no pressure what so ever. This was our first car buying experience and he walked us through the entire process and gaveb us advise about what would get us the best deal. They gave us 3 times for my trade compared to what the first dealer offered and worked with the banks to get us the payment we wanted for a shorter term than we expected. Great experience!

I just bought my car this past weekend from Richard Barlow at Novak Motors in Bedford. I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that this place is awesome Not once did I feel pressured to buy a car today. I cannot say enough about my experience how great it was. the civic I bought was price 800 less than any where else and the mileage was thousands less than any other dealer in the Metroplex. Give Richard and his team a chance you will be surprised by his professionalism and laid back atmosphere.

I had never heard of Novak Motors before coming across their name when searching for used cars on cars.com. I was leery about going to an unknown dealership but they seemed to have a wide choice of vehicles that fit what my son was looking for so we gave it a try. After looking at several other well known name dealerships, we went by Novak and were pleasantly surprised. Our salesman David was very professional and very helpful unlike many others we had come across while looking elsewhere. All of the cars at Novak are lease returns and there were plenty of low mileage quality cars to choose from. We quickly found a great car and after thinking it over went back the next day to purchase. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend Novak Motors.

Normally car shopping is a dreadful experience so I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car. That all changed the minute I got to Novak Motors. The salesman, Bill, was super nice and very informative about the vehicle I was interested in! He put no pressure on my at all to purchase the vehicle but instead made sure I was happy with it. After I decided to purchase I was shocked at how quickly and easily the financing went through. With normal dealerships it takes hours but Novak had me approved before I knew it! The entire experience was quick, easy and pleasant. I now have a wonderful new car with low mileage and payments right where I needed them to be! I would absolutely send everyone I know to Novak Motors!

Working with the staff at Novak motors was a fantastic experience. No BS, or run around, wasting my time, etc. David Hurst was great to work with. He went out of his way to get us the best financing deal out of all the competing offers I had received before going to Novak. Excellent range of vehicle types, styles, for the most part all very low miles. All in excellent condition, cosmetically and mechanically. No pressure, fair offer for my trade in. I highly recommend Novak Motors. I will definitely go to Novak Motors for my next vehicle purchase. Other dealerships could learn a lot from the folks at Novak in how to create a great customer experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been researching Volvos for some time, and in my search, Novak had the best inventory, price and quality of cars. I was exhausted by other car dealerships, I had almost given up my car search. But I found the Volvo I wanted yesterday at Novak, and Bill McKenzie was knowledgeable, honest, helpful and respectful (being a single woman paying on my own-I wasn't taken seriously at other lots). He worked with me and got a GREAT deal, and had me off the lot in my new car in under an hour. Car salesman pride and honesty is not dead!!!!!

I discovered this place while doing a search for used vehicles in the DFW area. It turned out to be the first and last dealership I visited to buy a used car for my nephew and his family. An absolutely great buying experience. All the cars we looked at were in immaculate condition. All lease turn-ins with low mileage and in like new condition. Had a hard time deciding, but thanks to Bill, our salesman, it was made so easy. No hassles, no pressure, just a pleasant buying experience altogether. This is where I'll go next time I need to buy a car.

My wife and I are new to the area and decided to use CARS.COM to help us narrow our search for a new vehicle. The website was very easy to use. It allowed us to change our search parameters, compare vehicles, and contact the dealer before we drove all the way across town. The ability to chat with an online representative from the dealership was very helpful for us. Once at the dealership, we were met with a friendly and professional staff. We went there looking at one particular vehicle but noticed that most cars on the lot were newer models with low mileage. This has been one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. We will look at NOVAK MOTORS first next time we are looking for another vehicle.

We had been in the market for a new vehicle as we are expecting very soon and already have 2 kiddos so it was imperative to find something reliable for our growing family. We found a car that we liked on Cars.com and it connected us to David at Novak Motors. We had never been there nor had we heard of the place before but were impressed with the previous reviews from others and the overall performance of this vehicle. What a blessing! We were so impressed with the relaxed yet impeccable customer service and the very relaxed and inviting atmosphere we received from David and the others that we have not seen in other dealerships. He was honest and did everything he could to help us get into the vehicle of our choice within the budget we set for ourselves.

My wife and I bought a beautiful Lexus RX350 this past Saturday from Novak Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. After test driving the car, we needed to run a few errands before lunch, and told Ron our salesman that we'd need some time to think about the car. He tossed me the keys and said, "Take it and run your errands in it, then just bring it back when you're done... we close at 5 tonight!" There was NO pressure, NO cheap tricks and NO "let me talk to my manager" games that car dealers normally play. When we sat down to talk price, the dealership was extremely easy to work with, and got me an interest rate a full point under MY OWN CREDIT UNION, saving me hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan! From the time I said "Yes" to the deal to the time I was walking out of the front door with my new keys in hand was about 15 minutes max. This was certainly my BEST and one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had. I WILL be going back to Novak next time I need a car. If you live in the area, you can't go wrong paying Novak a visit. There's good folks at this place!

My wife and I bought a Lexus RX 350 from Novak Motors today, and I can tell you it was one of the absolute best car-buying experiences I've ever had. The staff was beyond friendly, and actually gave my wife and I the Lexus for a test drive and told us to stay gone as long as we wished. We told Ron, the salesman, that we needed to go run some errands, and didn't want to keep the car out for the 2-3 hours that the errands would require. He said, "No problem... take the car... we close and 5:00... bring it back when you have had a chance to really get a feel for it."Novak's prices were significantly better than other dealers in the area, so we didn't have to play that "car buying game" with Ron. Not only that, when we were talking about the possible financing options, Ron got on his computer and got me an interest rate more than half-a-point better than MY OWN CREDIT UNION! That saved me hundreds in interest and cut my payment to exactly what I wanted to pay.I cannot recommend the friendly folks at Novak high enough... owner Jim Calvert and his staff have something special going on there on Airport Freeway in Hurst. You'd be making a HUGE mistake to not give them a chance to earn your business. I can assure you they've earned MINE!
