I offered my price via email and the internet salesman worked to get it approved and he did. We came in and the car was ready to go. Mark showed me the features. Finance processed my payment and contracts. I drove the car home after 2 hours there with full tank of gas. It was a very good experience.

Kyle Blumberg turned what I thought was going to be a horrible lease return/new lease situation into a very pleasant and happy ending. I had a bad experience at Keys Van nuys. This was slightly better. They were much nice while screwing me over. They purposely filled out the Kelly blue book for the car I was returning in a way that decreased it's value by 5k!! Edward the manager is trying to help me with this and he is a nice guy.

Came in to return my leased car and lease a new one. Found the car I liked, test drove it and initiated the paperwork process right away. Very happy with Pedro's service. He asked what I wanted and went straight to the point right away, he listened. This is the 3rd time purchasing or leasing a car from North Hollywood Toyota and it definitely won't be the last. Very pleasant experience.

they never honored the 30 day warranty to look at the brake system that vibrated. or the tire pressure light that turned on during test drive. my vehicle is great !! everything else is awful. i am at court againsy them right now. they waited 53 days and i got negative credit reporting for them to pay off my loan. they refuse every option to help and deny any fault. worst car experience ever. i tried to get student loan financing 2 mos after buying and thats how i discovered the 2 open car loans. i called every single manager on the websiye and left the same messge. zero people called back. not the service mgr not the finance and not the GM. or vice president.

We just leased our new Toyota Highlander through North Hollywood Toyota and we had a great experience with Nowaz Mohiuddin as our agent. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I met so many nice and helpful people, there wasn't one person I encountered that wasn't friendly and personable, they made my first car purchase amazing and I apologize profusely for not getting or remembering the names of all the staff I encountered! Kyle was my salesperson, he was amazing. It was like I was buying from a friend. I had gone to a few other dealerships prior and all the people I dealt with were your grumpy old pepperidge-farm-type-guys that were just trying to get your money. (Offering me Chevy Malibu's when I came in for Jeep Wranglers or RAV4s). Kyle actually listened and knew what to show me, how everything worked, and quickly picked up on my personality and what I liked and didn't like. I knew he deserved the commission immediately and was happy to purchase from him. Sedric handled my paperwork in an extremely timely and professional manner. He was clearly super busy, but I was very impressed with his professionalism and timely manner. David was all business! He was on the phone with my father (helped with the purchase), my lender, and his own staff juggling everything and getting xxxx done! He was super friendly and constantly checking on me. It was very obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and he was able to work out AMAZING deals for us. Cary was the floor manager that helped everything go according to plans and moved everything along smoothly! All in all, I look forward to coming back here for additional features, car problems, etc. As a younger female I'm always aware that these types of places try to take advantage of what may seem to be a lack of experience in car purchasing but not here. I trust this company and their staff 100% with all my Toyota needs and after-market add-ons. I'll be coming back here for a long time to come! Ryan Lambert was an excellent sales consultant. I was interested in looking at the Highlander and 4Runner. I had only seen them on the internet and wanted to see them up front to narrow down the car that was best suited for my needs. I have a vacation home in Big Bear and need a car that would help me navigate the snowy, icy roads during winter. The sales guy was excellent. He explained all the features of the car and took us for a test drive. Overall this was not a bad experience. Buying a car is always a long and somewhat frustrating experience since the price you see is not the price you pay but we were able to negotiate an acceptable price. Again, the sales person and the finance manager were excellent.

I've bought a lot of cars and this was by far my best experience thanks to Kyle. We had a 2014 Sienna and were looking to get a newer one if it made sense payment wise. Honestly didn't think any deal was going to happen but thought it was worth a shot. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, patient and went way above and beyond to make the deal happen. I usually don't like the whole car buying experience but this time it was actually pleasurable and fun. As long as Kyle is at Toyota he has a customer for life!

I was searching for my next minivan (2012 T & C) on cars.com, and there's a perfect match at North Holloywood Toyota. I used the contact feature and fill in the name and phone number. Within 5 minutes I got a phone call from David Lopez. The photos posted already tell the details, but David answered a few questions I still have, and even paid a visit to the car to verify if it does have 2 DVD screens. Very efficient. (In comparison, I also found a couple other matches at other dealership and also filled out the contact form. One returned the call a few hours later, and the other chose to email me on the next day). After the initial call, David and I keep the communications on text message, and eventually setup an appointment Saturday morning. (A side note.....they have 6 properties along Lankershim. If you see a car you like on their website listing, make sure you call first so you know which lot you should go. You can even go to the website and the chat window would pop-up and you can ask there.) Saturday morning DAvid texted again to confirm the appointment and also confirm the minivan is still there. Great. I live 50 miles away so I don't want to drive up and find the minivan is sold. Upon arrival My wife and I were greeted by the sales manager Bosko Petrov, who pointed me the way to the David. David got us seated and offered coffee and water, and told us the assigned sales associate will be with us shortly. Victor Serrano is assigned to help us. He powered up the car, and showed us the features of the minivan, and took note as we pointed out the spots that we'd like cleaned/fixed, and off to the test drive. Test drive on Lankershim on the weekend is AWESOME. It's a wide open road and not so much traffic on the weekend, so I was able to test it slow/speed-up/break and not feeling the pressure from behind. Back to the lot and straight to the business. Victor/Bosko and I get back and forth a few rounds and we have the negotiated price locked. Victor then drove me to the main lot (the new car building), where the finance department is. While we wait for the next available finance person, Victor led us to the BBQ......yeah they got free BBQ on the weekends. I was hungry and it helped a lot. Got the BBQ and go to the break room to finish that off. Brandon was the finance consultant assigned to us. While we worked with brandon on the paperwork, Victor brought the car to the car cleaning department and the repair shop to work on the items that we discussed. Brandon showed us a few features that might interest us, and we opt for the extended warranty, and back and fourth a couple times to lock in a package. After the final paper is signed, Victor led us to the cleaned/services car and hand us the key. The weather seal wasn't repaired that day so opt to leave the car there for them to fix, and I'll take the metro red line to pick it up when ready. (Yes, they are very close to the Red Line's Universal Studio City station. Either a 10 minutes walk or they can pick you up. Conclusion: North Hollywood Toyota is great. They treat the used, non-Toyota cars like their own cars. They have a well organized used car department. Like my journal above stated, things are moving parallel so there's not a single moment that I felt I was waiting for someone or something. Very organized and team work between Internet team and the used car dept and finance. Before I bought my minivan I probably been to 4-5 dealerships and interact with 5-6 sales associates. Many are pushy and sarcastic when you hesitate, but not my sales, Victor, very patient and polite. Look him up. Victor Serrano. Buy your car from him. You'll like your experience.

Arturo runs a really tight ship, and made sure we were always taken care of at the dealership. Even my parents who were with me were impressed, and my dad is a tough customer. Kyle even came in on HIS DAY OFF to take care of us. These guys are awesome and I will be buying cars from them for a long time.

After patient research, we came in to look but felt so assured that we decided this was the right time and place to deal. Kudos and gratitude to our no-pressure sales ambassador Kyle Blumberg. He's a calming, effortless encyclopedia of knowledge who fielded tough questions throughout the afternoon, offering -- on his own -- discounts and savings along the way. There was a genuine vibe of appreciation and courtesy shared and extended by the entire team. And who knew that these guys would make not one house call, but two? A very recent college graduate, I haven't yet totally embraced my adulthood. Buying a car for myself and taking total responsibility for it was definitely scary for me and I walked in to the dealership with a thousand silly questions and absolutely no knowledge. I was treated with respect, patience and kindness, encouraged and taught, and truly given the best experience I could have dreamed up when imagining buying a car. Heads up to anyone who has a Toyota Tundra 2003.This truck has a known braking problem on the TBS-BR004-02 Bulletin issued to all dealers.There are complaints all over the internet from people who are constantly replacing brake pads and rotors.This should have been a recall issue,but because people have not died yet, they will not pay for the repair.This dealer tried to tell me I needed a rear bear wheel bearing job to fix the problem at cost of approximately $2,500.I left the dealer and looked up the problem.This is outright fraud on their part and at the consumers expense.People should get together for a class action law suit.Unless the defect causes people to die Toyota will not do anything.Please do not support this dealer or any others that will not tell you this is a Toyota issue and a defect in the braking system.

I just want to say that I was completely satisfied at this place! Coming from Universal City Nissan, I was already heated with unacceptable service and customer service. I came in expecting the same treatment. I am glad to say that, that was not the case. I was treated by a man who I feel should win the Car Salesman of the year award (if there is such thing)! I had leased a 2015 Toyota Corolla S Plus last month from Kyle. I was extremely happy and satisfied with everything. Unfortunately, 9 days later, the car was stolen from my parking space in the middle of the night! I was obviously very upset. I have gone to north hollywood toyota for several years to service my 4 runner, I have purchased a car from their used lot for my mom in the past, and today purchased a new car for myself. I had planned on doing a trade in at some point this year, and the process was so simple and easy that I ended up doing it to do. Ryan Lambert was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with, he knew a lot about the new toyota technology including the stero/nav systems, crash statistics and details about how the car took impact, and went out of his way to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the whole process. The sales person who I went to see was Paul Nieves, he was recommended to me by a friend. Paul was very, very knowledgeable of the entire car buying system. He was able to help me out even though I walked in there with bad credit. He knew all the ins and outs of the system. He knew which car I would be able to walk out of there with. He knew how to work with the financing department to help me out because I really needed help. If you have bad credit I recommend you go see Paul there, even if you don't and just want a nice car buying experience I still recommend you see Paul Nieves.

This was the best experience I have ever had finding a car. I was really worried about looking and being able to work with "car salesmen", and it was my first leasing experience, but every single person in the team was awesome. Really nice, sweet people, and totally willing to give me the time I needed to understand and be comfortable with the facts and figures. Kyle Blumberg is a terrific young man, and very clear in answering questions. He showed me exactly the car I was looking for (and eventually made a deal for). I loved the car immediately, but couldn't quite wrap my mind around the costs, but there was no pressure, and I was able to come back, work things out to our mutual agreement, and go home with a wonderful little 2015 Toyota Corolla! The dealership's: ARTHUR DECEIVED me into signing consent for me to buy a $2000.- / 2-year extended warranty by LIE-ING to me: "We are GIVING you a 2-year warranty. Do you WANT it?" Of course, I responded: "Of course I want it, who wouldn't?" SO I SIGNED for it where Arthur told me to sign for it. Only later did I learn from someone else that I was being "GIVEN" nothing! I would be CHARGED $2000.- for this !!! [ I WAS later able to nullify that FRAUDULENT attempt on the part of ARTHUR when I FOUND OUT about it.]Arthur needs to be FIRED!Additionally: "ARTHUR" - assured me that the car that I then purchased from him had had a 160 point inspection, yet he could not even open the trunk with the car's electronic car key! OBVIOUSLY, the car had NOT had a 160 point inspection! Also, he made no attempt to get the trunk problem fixed prior to my purchase.___7/24/2015 NOTE: The Dealer's: "Private Response" dated 23 July 2015 IGNORES my central complaint of ARTHUR's Fraudulent attempt to deceive me into buying a $2000. Extended Warranty! / ALSO, the Dealer's: "Private Response" IGNORES the FACT the dealer's own service dept had to REPLACE my car trunk's faulty: LOCK-MECHANISM (on 21 July 2015 / 2 days BEFORE the Dealer's Private Response) to fix the problem!

North Hollywood Toyota was the single most terrible experience I have ever had with any auto repair service in my life. I agree with yelp user "Em S" above that North Hollywood Toyota should be investigated for fraud. I took my car into them to repair my sunroof, which is clearly covered in the extended warranty that I purchased from them 6 months prior for about $2,000 when I purchased my car. The sunroof had stuck open with a horrible noise on Thanksgiving weekend. They changed their story a few times with the initial diagnosis of what went wrong when I asked why they were attempting to charge me for an item listed in my warranty and told me it would be at least $1,000 just to tell me what was wrong with it. Remember, this part is under warranty.The General Sales Manager of North Hollywood, Chris Darby, actually told me "Evan, sometimes you just 'gotta take your lumps when you buy a car." That was his official statement. Take my "lumps"? Really? What is this, a boxing class? Chris Darby's statement would most definitely be a top nominations for the Bone Head Customer Service Quote of the Year Award. What an idiot.This negative experience began on Thanksgiving weekend when I pushed the button to open my sunroof. Little did I know that a multi-month nightmare would ensue because I did what I was supposed to do-push the button to open the sunroof.They ended up keeping my truck for almost two weeks, constantly changing their story of what parts malfunctioned, and telling me that it would be between $1,000 and $2,000 to fix the sunroof. That is a very expensive button to push, not to mention the fact I just paid an extra $2,000 or so for a warranty to cover items such as this just 6 months earlier.Reluctantly, I paid them a supposedly "discounted rate" over $1,300 to fix the sunroof because my employer was upset with the inconvenience of me having no transportation while my truck was in the shop.They DID NOT FIX WHAT I PAID THEM TO FIX, they actually BROKE MY SUNROOF FRAME, DAMAGED MY ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, DID SOMETHING THAT CAUSED MY GAUGES TO BEHAVE ERRATICALLY, and they made me pay for it! As icing on the cake, they left greasy hand prints on my light colored headboard. Classy, guys.I asked Nelson Buss, the service manger, to send someone out to fix what they broke as I could not miss any more work for this problem. He sent someone out and the guy did not even look at the problem! I called Nelson and he asked me to bring my truck back in (that would be my fourth trip to North Hollywood Toyota during working hours (as those of you with jobs know, that is difficult to spend a day away from work).Nelson Buss stopped returning my calls so I took my 4runner to Crown Toyota. The service manager at Crown TOYOTA gave me a written estimate stating that not only the sunroof was broken, but it would take another $900 JUST TO DETERMINE WHAT NORTH HOLLYWOOD TOYOTA BROKE! Crown Toyota advised me not to try opening the sunroof to see if it works, as there were parts clearly broken and it could cause more damage.This was over three months ago, I have had no response from North Hollywood Toyota. The best I could get is an estimate for over $900 just to tell me how much it will cost to fix what NORTH HOLLYWOOD TOYOTA BROKE IN MY CAR. This is on top of the more than $1,300 THEY MADE ME PAY FOR BREAKING MY CAR.I've driven Toyota's for about 15 years and have never had an issue with any mechanic or dealership. Up until now, it has been wonderful. After this experience, I do not plan to buy another Toyota again. I love the cars, but I really can't swallow the fact that I am out of pocket well over a grand for pushing a button in my car, and the problem still is not fixed!North Hollywood Toyota is THE WORST Auto dealer/Service shop I have ever dealt with. What a nightmare...just for pushing a button.

My most recent experience for routine service was consistent with all ten years of service: knowledgeable, professional, efficient, prices quoted are prices charged. They are service professionals! LONG REPORT, BUT PLEASE READ, SO YOU DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WHEN BUYING A CAR, IT COULD PREVENT YOU FROM MAKING A BIG MISTAKE AND COST YOU THOUSAND'SI am very disappointed of the extremely deceptive practices and techniques, specially what they did to me. I hope this report helps other consumers avoid making the same mistake.Last thursday I went to test drive the Toyota Prius II, test drove one, and decided to go ahead with the credit screening background. The first red flag, the sales person DANNY RAMIREZ, tried so hard to get me into the LEASE, when I was obviously asking for a purhase, He pushed, and pushed for the LEASE instead. It was almost getting anoyning. I should have just walked off at this time.Before I was officially approved we went to the second floor to "Pick" a model, I was shown a model with the Sticker Price of $25,400 or $25,600...Sorry, My picture memory is not clear on that part, but i said to myself, not bad, its the second model of the PRIUS and the rims looks good. DANNY RAMIREZ, asked me to turn on the car on so he could see the MILEAGE...It clearly showed ODO 172, I clearly remember that because the display almost look like a OOO 172....Making the D in the middle almost look like as "O", but then I realized it meant ODO for ODOMETER.I came down to the sales floor where the negotiations were to start, and if you have purchased a car from a dealership you can relate to how they can treat you, "Like Family" they say, I hardly believe they treat family like they treat their clients, but that's another story....After, a few back and forths that including them upping up my trade in value for about $1,000 from what the originaly offered, lowering the payment and the interest rate. We came to an agreement.Then we started with the paperwork, I signed a few disclosure forms, then they pushed for the WARRANTY, ok, I saw that coming....The finance guy "Played" with the interest rate, in order to offer me the WARRANTY and keep the lowest payment. Ok, as you know the commissions on these WARRANTIES are in the30%'s, hence their insisted and make you feel like it was a good decision. Ok, I went ahead with the warranty..I was waiting for the WITHE and YELLOW legal forms of the contract after I had already signed some ELECTRONIC forms on a SIGNATURE PAD, but after a few signatures the finance guy told me I was done, gave me some forms and advised me the vehicle was waiting for me. I took the forms, glanced at them....and then just came to see my NEW CAR. My advise, dont let your exictement cloud your judgement.Before the car was actually DELIVERED to me, DANNY gave me a checklist, this was before the negotiations of the car, Yep!!! Another RED flag. But, of course I checked everything was ok.The car was parked in front waiting for me, I did notice the RIMS lookes different, I checked the rims, tried to make sense of it, but then I tried to convince myself I had not payed attention to the tires when I picked the car, when I looked at the car that was my picked I saw it had rims. But it was late at night, at this point I really had no motive to have any type os suspicion, you know I was treated like family, remember.I took the car home, the next morning I went to work, made some errands and going back home I saw something really ODD, it was the ODO reading...it showed 88 MILES...I was in shock, but nonetheless, waited to get home to check. To my surprise, the Sales Contract said the car had 172 MILES when I purchased it, Why in the worl would it have the 88 Miles?Came home and checked all the paperwork, IN THE BACK OF one of the forms I signed I saw the PURCHASE PRICE of the vehicle, it was $25,630.....I checked the WINDOW Sticker left in the car and saw $25,630.....Now, at this point I was in shock....And started to put all things togheter. I checked the car, and double checked all the car....the PRIUS is MODEL II, the Sticker price or MSRP at TOYOTA's web site is $25,765....Start price, and the vehicle I had in possesion did not have any OPTIONS or ACCESSORIES other that, the carpets and cargo mat priced at $225. This was my WOW MOMENT!!!I texted DANNY RAMIREZ, the sales guy, and just asked him if he was going to be there the next morning, told him I was going to be there, without giving other specifics, I only told him, "I think you may have an idea" as the reason I was going to be there.Got to TOYOTA of NORTH HOLLYWOoD, but before that, he called me to tell me he was running late, and that he had asked his manager about the mileage the day before and that the manager told him that when he saw the odometer he was acually looking at the MILES TO EMPTY reading...Remember, at this point I hadnt really mentioned the REAL reason I was coming down to the dealership.I told him, that I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but I strongly believed the had SWITCHED the car that I had originally picked with a lower TRIM vehicle....To make up for the $1,000 that they offered on top of the original offer made on my trade in. He denied my suspision, I then met with CARY, whom I had closed the deal. Who also denied they were capable of doing something like that.He asked me for the contract, I told him that I had intentionally left it hom, just in case it was removed from me and I was left without any paperwork. I asked him to just re-print the contract from their system, he said they had a PAPERLESS system, and no PAPER copies are kept. At this point, I felt patronized, I work in the insurance industry, and know that any paperless system, actually allows you to PRINT any document if you desired. He asked me to go back home for it.My suspicions were starting to be confirmed, He asked DANNY RAMIREZ to go back to the car with me and checked the ODOMETER, jokenly stating "I need a witness"...SO we went down and verified, at this point the mileage had gone up to 102, my daily commute is about 62+ miles, hence my need for a HYBRID. I told CARY of TOYOTA OF NORTH HOLLYWOOD than, my intention was to resolve my concern, I mentioned that I knew things can go wrong when operating a company that big as TOYOTA OF NORTH HOLLYWOOD.He stood his ground, denying that they could switched a vehicle after it was viewed by the client. I gave him my facts, he mentioned that my FACTS were merely an ASSUMPTION of what I believed, not the the REAL facts.I was not able to work wit him on a possible cause or solution for the problem, I believe the vehicle that I saw, was in fact the PRIUS III not the PRIUS II that I was delivered. WHy was the ODOMETER less than 100 when I had clearly seen it at 172? Hey, Its easy to ger persuaded since all new cars look alike.MY RECOMMENDATION: To anyone buying a car, new or used, always ask what the actual PURCHASE PRICE of the vehicle it is, and when you SEE the car or PICK one car from the dealer and before you go back to the sales room.....WRITE DOWN THE VIN NUMBER AND MAKE A CHECK LIST.THE PURCHASE price of MY CAR is over $1,000 of the MSRP, from TOYOTA's official website. How did this happened? Simple, I saw a car on the lot, liked the price, but then GOT a LOWER TRIMMED vehicle at delivery instead of the model I had seen. Sure, If you want a good deal, go to TOYOTA OF NORTH HOLLYWOOD, where you pay $1,000 over MSRP.Believe me, I love the PRIUS, and I dont think I mind paying MSRP, considering the facts but I do not approve this dealer of TOYOTA OF NORTH HOLLYWOOD, showing me a PRIUS III at $26,000+ and deliver me a PRIUS II with an MSRP of $24,000 (From TOYOTA's OFFICIAL WEBSITE).MY SOLUTION: Deliver the car that I saw, Adjust the Price of the car I was deliver or Rescind the contract, the later being the legal solution, but I really want to keep my car. I do not want to return it. But this is UNFAIR business practice by TOYOTA OF NORTH HOLLYWOOD.DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!

I walked into Toyota North Hollywood yesterday 7/21/2014 looking to buy or lease my first car and was greeted by a young man named Doug. Very friendly and caring but he really did not know anything about specials or cost figures, he seemed new. I test drove some prius's and camry hydrids and loved them all. We sat down and tried to crunch the numbers. His boss Alex was the deal breaker for me. He came down and starting writing on a paper saying "well, it would cost you around $375 or $500. I was so shocked; he didn't say anything about my credit score, what my value for my car was? Could he lower my payments? Any specials? What the down was? Something was off.... You would think he would have something in writing confirming all this...then I mentioned I am just looking for numbers and I do not want to buy today? This seemed to make Alex very; very uncomfortable...An older gentleman from corporate over heard the conversation. Kicked everyone out of the office and said I am here to help you? He was a very nice old man., he did not want to pressure us at all...we laughed...and then offered us a special...$0 down, 3 year lease at 12,0000 mile for $199 a month. I said sounds great...lets do it...Now, mind you I have been here for 3 hours and we finally are getting a deal on a Prius C Hybrid....Doug is excited and goes back to his boss Alex...Here we go, what now? Doug comes back and tells me the Prius C I picked was not the package deal. It had leather and would be more expensive...it would be $275 a month....So I go and sit in the non-leather one, pick a color, and go inside, it did not feel comfortable, felt like a box...but I say "It's a good deal, right?"I came back to the office with Doug and a new finance guy came and finally showed the numbers. He said I would have to pay extra now for upfront cost, 1st month, DMV, etc. for $749.96 or so out the door? Now remember, the old corporate man said $0 Down right?So I continue to get more stressed and start to negotiate more. I ask for 15,000 miles a year to compensate the cost? Doug goes back to his boss Alex, then comes back and says no...then I say "So now youre telling me we are up to $237.45 a month or so with taxes and $595.40 down, with a car you said was a package deal? They all say Yes...I get another surprise...There are only 2 colors on the lot for me to choose the "special 0 down $199 a month" blue and grey. Doug was trying to talk back and forth on his cell with Alex while I am trying to pick...time continues. We are up to 4.5 hours here and no solution. Can you FEEL my headache anyone?In the end, with more and more talk...I decided to walk out and say to Doug and the finance guy "there are too many discrepancies here; I need to confirm this with my fiance"I would like to say that I would never come here again... I learned so much after 5.5 hours with these car salesmen and how and why they get such a bad rap... and hopefully Toyota North Hollywood will learn to treat customers like human beings with facts and figures and not with "this is a great deal!"

I consider myself a tough shopper and I set out to find the best deal over the 4th of July weekend. After visiting other Toyota dealers I had become an angry shopper by the time I got to NoHo. I encountered much sleaziness at the other dealers. Every dealer I went to gave me a price and when I left told me to call them with the best price so they can beat it. I went to NoHo Toyota and they first price they gave me was significantly better than the best price I had been quoted. I did give one dealer a chance to beat it and they could not. I am thrilled with the price and the service. The salesman also followed me home a good 30 minute drive so I could get my old car home without multiple trips. I had one misunderstanding with the salesman regarding which satellite radio t he car came equipped with. I had asked if it had Sirius Satellite Radio as that is my preference. Apparently he didn't realize that even though Sirius and XM have merged, it is still different programming. In order to hear Sirius channels on a XM radio, you have to buy a extra subscription. When I expressed my disappointment, NoHo Toyota offered to pay for the extra subscription!!! This blew me away. It was obviously very important to them that I was happy with my purchase. Thank you NoHo Toyota!!!!!!

If I could give a negative review I would. We went elsewhere for a deal. So check this out....1. We finally find the lot we thought we were supposed to be at.2. Are told it is not the right lot, go down the street and look for the BBQ on the left3. We find said BBQ and pull in, mind you we have 2 cars cause this deal was for my daughter.4. Get parked ~ not the right lot... again (mind you we called the very incompetent receptionist who just kept giving me the sales guys voice mail. His name was Paul (used cars, AAA, Costco "manager")5. He drives us down the street to the right lot, oh get this.... we couldn't get one of our cars out of the parking lot because the 4 people we asked to move a car they parked in front of ours wouldn't do it. So basically a car not involved in the deal was held "hostage"6. We begin talking price, go for a test drive. They can't work a deal.... yea not buying it.7. Our salesmen goes to talk to his manager to get the price down, takes forever to come back. 8. Salesmen has to go back to the lot where our car was held hostage... my hubby hitches a ride, comes back with our car and no salesmen.9. His boss then tries to work a deal - we walk away.10. We ended up going to Northridge Toyota and DROVE away in a 2014 Camry at the payments we wanted with less down then we were going to give at NOHO toyota.We were open to lease, we were willing to talk. Problem was they were willing to NOT MAKE A DEAL. Oh and the people they had BBQ'ing are liars - kept saying out, but serving salesmen. WOW customer service SUCKED. Our car was held hostage, we were practically deserted HOLDING THE KEYS to the car we were negotiating. Oh and they had some offer about a gift card for test driving - never got it.Glad we walked away.

So, if you don't have time to read the plethora of negative reviews below, then I'll make it easy on you: Avoid this place like the plague. My daughter took her Toyota in for a minor repair and they told her she needed a host of repairs. On my advice, she paid for her desired repair and left, but was concerned enough to take the car into a local garage for a look. NOT ONE THING on their list actually needed replacing! So, buyer beware. This dealership is full of liars who will gladly fleece you and laugh about it behind your back.

WORST dealership EVER!!! SO SHADY!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!We bought a brand new Prius here in December and worked with a brand new sales associate, Camille and her Sales Manager, Erick Perez aka "Guapo." STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE LIARS!!After a bit of negotiating, we were told that we be getting a $1500 rebate from the dealership since we purchased a Plug-In Hybrid. Before we signed paperwork - I specifically asked - do I need to do anything, fill out any paperwork, anything? - to get our HOV sticker? They said no, it would come in the mail and their in-house DMV person would take care of all of that! #LIES!The sales manager "Guapo" specifically told us that because of the rebate - it was like our down payment was actually going to be half! Sounds like a great deal....until your rebate never comes!!I've called and emailed the sales manager, "Guapo" and emailed back and forth with their supposed "Customer Relations" person, Gina Vasquez. I've showed them proof from the IRS that the dealership gains the tax incentive from a leased hybrid - everything i could do!! I've asked to speak a their General Manager and now THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!WHAT EVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT and STEAL - AND F*xx YOU OVER.

I was very nervous about purchasing my first car from dealership. I had only purchased cars from owners before. I thought it was going to be a far more painful experience than it was. Charles, the sales guy was very patient as I vacillated between a Camry and a Corolla as was Dave, the finance guy was also when I made him go over all the costs in detail . I'm very excited about my new Camry. I feel that I got my dream car for a good price.

Toyota of North Hollywood dealership is not willing to negotiate price at all on a purchase of a new vehicle. I have tried many times over the years when purchasing a new Toyota to work out a deal with them. They are arrogant and insulting. The price they offered for my used Toyota trade in was ridiculous and about $4,000 less than blue book. I give up trying to purchase a new car from them anymore. I will go to a dealership where they actually try and work with you. For all you customers that go there to purchase a car, GOOD LUCK - unless you don't care how much you pay for your new car.

We service 2 cars with N. Hollywood (one of the cars was purchased from NH). We've been servicing cars there for 13 years. . A dealership is only as good as its service department. Every person we have had contact with represents your dealership well. Our service tech, Gary Sawyer, is very efficient. He is respectful of customer's time and can assess each person's concern right away. He works well under pressure. At times, on a Saturday morning there is a line of customers. He is patient and pleasant with each one. We have been satisfied with the maintenance of the cars. We have not yet had to go back after service with a problem. Also, Julio has helped us on Gary's days off. He is just as knowledgable and personable. The cashiers are courteous and friendly.Thank you.

It has been a great pleasure to work with North Hollywood Toyota. After searching a few months for a Toyota, I found what I wanted at their website. I got a hot of Luis. I thought he was very pleasant on the phone. He answered all my questions, and we set an appointment to test-drive the Camry. We met in person at the dealership. The car was ready. When i decided to move back to Los Angeles from Switzerland the first thing I wanted was a Toyota. I have only had Toyotas they are reliable cars. I have been to the North Hollywood Dearship twice now and the service is 5 star all the way. The first time was Ross Otis who totally took good care of me (thanks Ross) and today 4.23.2013 Willy Moreno and his broken arm totally went all out to make sure my car was service and answered any questions that I need. Thanks Willy. Funny People alway say NEVER take your car to a dealer once you buy it, just take it to a cheaper Mechanic. I love my Rav4 and to love it even more is to make sure it is in good hands with good service and that is why i believe will happen if i continue to take it to ONLY my Toyota Dealer. A place I can count on giving me good car service.

While the sales associate was sweet to me and took the time to show me all of the cars that I described were my style or near my style. Talked to me about affordability and trying to make me able to buy my car without a co-signer or anything. The moment we sat down to talk about actual prices, his manager asks me what my plans are and what I would like to do then tells me we will start with running my credit. This is normal for a car dealership to want to do, but as I had many things to think about, I knew I needed prices and fees close to what I would need to pay, but I could not get a car that very day and didn't want to run my credit quite yet. I wanted to see some samples of payment plans, how much the downpayment would be to make the monthly payments a certain amount, etc. I have my facts and I just need to fill in the blanks of approximate numbers. He only insisted he could not help me without a real credit score and I told him I knew what it was, but I was not ready for him to run it. He asked me if I wanted to do it the right way or the wrong way. He asked me that as I kept talking for the next 5 minutes and then got up as I kept teling him I know he can write samples of how much I would pay per month for different down payment options even if those numbers fluctuate at different interest rates for different credit. He stood up and began to walk away without finishing the conversation. He turned to me and said that the associate would give me what I wanted. Funny thing is the next paper the sales associate pulled out had all the numbers i needed to see, but because of the older white manager that was speaking to me so rudely, I did not want him to get any commission and I feel very bad for the sales associate because I really want to buy from him. He told me how it would differ if my credit score was good or bad and then he said of course he cannot determine my payments at all, I did all of the math to see between 0 downpayment and $2000 downpayment and the small difference I would end up paying. All this math I could easily do to decide if I wanted to buy the car today, but the manager was so rude to me, walking away mid-conversation as if I did not know anything about finances. I bet he could not afford the top cars he sells and yet he has the nerve to rush the decision making of spending $30,000 for a customer. Go somewhere else if you want the managers to help make your car buying a dream come true, not a forceful nightmare.

Came in for 2 recommendations, a minor servicing, a car key battery replacement that I couldn't do myself in fear I would break it, 2 recalls, a back window wiper replacement, and a back right tire paranoid about the lower air pressure compared to the others and it would cause me a flat at any moment as it has once before on the freeway. I thought it would leave a large dent in my wallet, and it would take all day. Neither was the case. Ross Otis was very nice and professional, the system already took into account any discounts and current warranties, and left with the vehicle purring in a timely fashion. Also the shuttle service checked in on us at least 3 times.

I was recently rear-ended and had to come into Toyota of North Hollywood Body Shop to get my back bumper repaired. I was greeted with very friendly people and had great service. I want to especially point out the front desk girl at The Body Shop, Nancy. She was super friendly, handled my claim great, and even called the rental car for me. When I came back to get my car, she remembered me and asked about some interviews I had the previous week. How nice! The man who actually took care of my car was named Rich Carillo. He was also very friendly and my car came back perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any future work needed on my car because of those 2 people. Thank you!

I know it's part of a sales person act to be all chummy towards potential customers, but the sales person I dealt with put it to a whole new level. It was off putting that he was pretty much a Yes-man, who wouldn't give me his opinion, I asked him which car he preferred, and he said that only my opinion mattered.

I brought my car here for body shop repairs. Did not realize my tonneau cover was missing. I called and left a message with R. Carrillo several times and never received a call back. I had to call Corporate on 10/12 to even receive a call back from the dealership. Mr. Carrillo called me back and said he would order me a new one. As of today 11/02 I left Richard a message and had to say if he did not call me back, I would call Corporate again. Well he called me back, but informed me that my tonneau cover was not ordered, and he found one, but was not sure if it was mine. And I would have to wait till Monday when he talked to his supervisor. He also informed me that they would not ship it to me. I explained to him it would take me 2 hours to get there, and it was not my fault the tonneau cover was not put back in, and I should not have to come down to get it. I still dont know, if they will replace it. So once again, I had to call Corporate, where they told me the dealership reported to them that the case was closed and (me) the customer was happy. I explained I am not happy and North Hollywood Toyota is lying about the situation. At this point I was told they are independently owned, and I would have to take them to small claims court. Well guess I will be going to court next week, just to get my tonneau cover.

I was very happy with the sales department (Paul Nieves was the sales person) as Paul worked very hard with sales and Toyota Financial to get me the best deal and a beautiful new Corolla - when we were not even sure we would qualify. So far, we have been very satisfied.

My experience with North Hollywood Toyota was outstanding. The day before making our purchase at North Hollywood Toyota, we found the model and color of Prius V we were seeking, but after having such a bad experience at the Santa Clarita dealership, we walked out frustrated and angry. The next morning I met with Pete Kern at NoH oToyota and within hours, we had come to an agreement on the price and by Noon, I was on the road with my out new Prius V. While I was waiting for the finance manager to complete his paper work, I spoke to several in the waiting room about what they thought of the service department, both ladies that I spoke to told me that they both loved the service depart. They couldn't say enough good about how well they are treated and the excellent follow up they receive after each time they bring in their car in for service or repair.

You are, without fail, the BEST service shop I've been to and I've had a car in my possession since 1987. You are timely, affordable, polite and you do amazing work. Even if I didn't own a Scion I'd probably come to you guys.

Gary and the mechanics fixed my car for an above reasonable price, showed me why my brakes were squeaking and what they did to fix it. I appreciate knowing about my car, not just paying to get it fixed.

I called to inquire about a used 2011 Sienna LE. To see if they have the car available because I would be driving almost a 100 miles to get there. I tell the person on the phone I'm still in the looking process and will let them know if I'll be coming in. The next thing you know there calling me leaving bezar messages, "Some one from this number is looking for used Sienna" and the next message is "Mrs. So&So called looking for a Sienna" first of all I'm not a Miss, I'm a Mr. and I suspect because of there caller ID they see the name of the person the phone is registered too. The way they handal my phone inquiry was a big turn off. I just can't imagin what it would be like to deal with NOHO in-person. The kind of people they have working for them is a reflection of the dealership. Thay need training in phone manners..and so much more. I suspect they look at customers as pray's. They treat there customers with disdain. Stay away from NOHO!!Thomas

Took my car to North Hollywood Toyota for the first time for my 30,000 mile service, and was really impressed by the professionalism of the Service Rep (Willy Moreno). I will definitely be back for all my future service needs.

I took a test drive, and they called me 3 times a day for the first 3-4 days after. For two weeks after that they called me twice a day. They lost my business because of it!

We recently took in our family car to have the vehicle serviced, oil change, filters and transmission oil replaced. After having the transmission oil and filter replaced two days went by and the transmission completed DIED. the car did not move. We had the car towed tot he dealer. They opened up the transmission and said the torque converted was damaged. They said we will not cover or do anything to it. The transmission died 2 days right after they did work on the transmission. So they simply would not repair it. The next day we had a transmission shop repair it. The shop said the gears INSIDE the tranny was all damaged. Which tells us that Toyota of N Hollywood was lying and said it was not inside the tranny that went bad but the converter. LAIRS. The repair cost us $1,500. I HATE THIS DEALER. NEVER WILL I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.

Bait and Switch. Very shady company.We were given a quote on the phone. I asked three times "so this is the out the door price, right?" I was assured by Terry that it was. My husband and I jumped in the car and drove over to the dealership. The salesperson said "We can't give you a car for that little!" and added $2400.00 to the price. I showed them the quote from Terry, and they said she was wrong.Ralph Gammal, the floor manager, then told me to be reasonable... After I was the victim of a bait and switch! He bet me $14000 that I couldn't go to Toyota of Hollywood and buy the car for the price they quoted me. He insinuated that they practice the "bait and switch" as much as Toyota of North Hollywood.Bottom line, I walked into Toyota of Hollywood. They honored their price. I drove away in my new car. No hassles. Toyota of North Hollywood has a lot to learn from Toyota of Hollywood and Longo Toyota. This is my second experience with Toyota of North Hollywood. My first experience was just as bad. They lie, and treat their customers with disdain. Stay away.

DO NOT GO HERE!! the sales man are bullies!! after the 3rd guy walked up telling me they wanted to help i said what i was looking for and told me what i should be in. they dont care about customers and all they do is try to make a sale. I dont let any of my friends and family come here.

Overcharged for a used vehicle that irreparably broke down a month later. Bad news! Getting financed was arduous and then they kept calling with more hoops to jump through. The dealer and the fiance company are one and the same. Sloppy slipshod service and sub-par cars

I sent in a review and by accident marked off the wrong numbers.. this dealership should be all "5's" for their excellence in service, their professionalism, friendliness, and care and concern for their customer.I would highly recommend this dealership and our sales rep Gary, for the way they showed us the great features of the Prius, and how we were to handle the car. They set up our bluetooth for the phone, and explained the navigation system, where we were able to understand.They handled our tradein fairly and gave us a very good price on our car that we traded in.. This is an excellent dearlership. I thank them everyday we drive our car.

Everything about the experience of buying my new Prius was really very pleasant - and exciting. I felt no pressure, although I could tell the young man who was waiting on us was really trying to make a sale - after all, that's why he was waiting on us! The gentleman who handled the money part of the sale was very professional and courteous. I would definitely go back to N.Hollywood Toyota for service and for my next car. How can I say more? I found everything about the dealership to be very satisfactory, everyone was helpful and pleasant, I came home happy and will happily return.

I live close to this dealership and have visited three times with friends who wanted to buy a new car. During two of the three visits we overheard the sales people using the worst profanity to bad mouth their customers, or people who test drove and didn't buy. I don't know how they stay in business with such unprofessional sales people. Great location, OK inventory, bad people. (Good cars!)

Went in for major tune-up. On the way home smoke started coming out from under my hood. I stopped at the nearest mechanic because I was afraid of further damaging my car. It turned out the timing belt had slipped off and had melted a hole through the casing. Cost of repair was over $400. In the major service, they specifically list that they inspect the timing belts. When I called to complain, they just flat out denied they had anything to do with it and that they didn't inspect the timing belt. What a bunch of liars. I'm sure they fiddled with it thinking I would go back to them to get it fixed some time later. Bunch of crooks, avoid!!!

Horrible experience. Wanted to charge us $620/mo. for 66 months on a $17,900 Camry. That adds up to just shy of $41, 000. We still owed $16,500 on our trade-in, but even if they gave us nothing at all for it -- and they would not disclose the trade-in amount or the interest rate, but kept playing the three card monte "monthly payment" game -- this would still be outrageous. I actually can't believe that sales practices like theirs are even legal. Stay away from these guys.
