I dropped my truck off on Tuesday (8/17/2021) at 7am with some issues shifting after a recent computer reset and was told I would hear from someone the next day. I never heard anything from anyone and called in the following Thursday (8/19/2021) and left a message with the service operator for an update. I was told my service advisor would call me back. I never heard back. I called back three times over the next week and was finally told the following Thursday (8/26/2021) that my truck was completed and ready for pick up. The woman I spoke with was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my asking what the issue was. She informed me that they were unable to replicate the issues I was experiencing. I said after 9 days of having my truck and never receiving an update or call back that was frustrating to me. She then informed me that my truck had been completed on the first Thursday (8/19/2021) that I had called in and was given no information. I actually even showed up that day to retrieve some keys I needed for work from my truck and was given zero information . I let her know I had called in multiple times and was never given any information nor did I receive a call at any time. She said they had driven and tested my truck “extensively” and that “abnormal shifting was normal”. That makes zero sense to me. When I was finally able to pick my truck back up I saw they had only driven it a total of less than 4 miles and performed no actual service or repair to remedy my issues. Their customer service is horrible and so is their service in general. I bought the truck (2021 F250) at a different dealer because I had issues with the sales department about a year prior when helping my younger brother look for a truck and at that time and I didn’t want to give them any business. They are close to me and I decided to give their service department a chance and regret it now. They were totally unapologetic and did not care that I was understandably upset about their lack of communication. On top of all that my truck was far dirtier than it was upon dropping it off. I had just had it cleaned and it was covered in dust and dirt when I picked it up. I wish I could leave 0 stars but will have to settle for a 1 star review.

I regret buying my ford Edge 2020 down here in North County Ford!! and will never ever buy a car from here again. The customer service is horrible. Since I bought the Edge 2020 this April, i spent most the time on the service department. I wanted to talk with the General Manager in sales but guess what he is too busy. Them I call customers service Ford to complain about my car that I want to returned and looks like they don't care about my concerns since I called back in July and still for somebody reaching out But nothing my case still open. In sales department They’re great when they’re selling you the car but holding up when you are having issues with a new car it's a complete disaster. Don’t waste your time or money! If you are looking for a new car without any issues I strongly suggest to never ever buy a Ford. pure lies to steal your money, BRAND NEW FORD EDGE 2020 THAT I BOUGHT IN APRIL 2020 A LOT OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR AND GUESS WHAT? NOBODY CARES INCLUDE THE 1800 FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR COMPLAINTS, THEY ARE WORKING FROM HOME BUT NOBODY'S FOLLOWING UP THE COMPLAINTS. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND ENERGY. I WILL POST IN ALL SOCIAL UNTIL SOMEONE CARES AND FINALLY CONTACT ME. YES I WANT TO RETURNED THE CAR I DON'T WANT TO SEE A FORD CAR PARKED IN MY GARAGE. I WISH I CAN GIVE YOU ZERO STAR.

This is the only 5 star review I've ever written on here, so the fact that I'm writing this helps show how impressive the experience was here. This was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I negotiated a price over the phone, and they honored that price without any hidden fees or other tricks. Very upfront and honest. A special thanks to Jesus and Cameron for their integrity, professionalism, and quality customer service. I won't be in the market for another vehicle for a long time, but I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to shop here.

First of all, it was an above average buying experience. The used Ford Edge we purchased was in great condition and well priced, our salesperson, Randy was new, but very pleasant and helpful. Not your typical overpowering salesperson. There was no negotiation in price since it was just discounted which was disappointing. Omar in Finance was also more professional than most car dealerships.

From the moment we spoke to Robert, Salesman @ the dealership it was very comfortable. He communicated with us before we arrived and gave us lots of details about the vehicle we were interested in. He texted us when we were on our way and even came in on his day off. We found our dream jeep and can't be happier. We would be happy to refer family and friends to this dealership. Looking to purchase a used car arrived and there were three sales associates standing outside plus one on the lot I walk the entire lot twice not a single person came to welcome me or ask if I needed help! Now I was the only customer on the lot and the sales associates outside could careless one even walk by me and didn't say "hello" so I finally left and felt frustrated to say the least. I thought about this situation and wanted to talk to the sales manager so I called around 8:20 pm and a sales person answered he said he would get the sales manager then proceeded to leave me on hold for almost fifteen minutes before I hung up. Needless to say I didn't buy a vehicle today from Ford in Vista!!

So I headed to North County Ford with very specific cars in mind from their website. Aaron Thrailkill intercepted me as I wandered the lot. As often when, when shopping for cars, I provide very vague price ranges and interests to check the salesman's integrity. Sure enough Aaron took me to four cars which included my top 3. He was courteous and honest about what he knew and his inventory. A true professional. We test drove all three and he had a great attitude about the process. One was at my price limit, two were in range. When we finally sat down to discuss numbers he was prompt and understanding when my wife called. Immediately gave us privacy without hesitation and was very upfront when our call ended and negotiations began. For the higher priced car I wanted to see if he would lead me on. He never did. He promptly took my offer to the manager and returned with our ranges. We were just out but he made the process quick and respectful. On the other vehicles we found common ground and he worked hard to get my price locked in. Long story short, in half the time we found a great deal for everyone, agreed on terms and the sale was going into the books. Great story but I have to shout out to the other salesman who were kind and engaging while Aaron was busy preparing the cars for test drives. Their was little incentive for them to be so kind but I felt engaged and welcome by their entire staff especially Karl in Finance who was just a hoot to talk to and hang out with. Thanks for making this a great experience and landing me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

I traded in 2 vehicle for one to eliminate 2 car paymento before getting out of the military and with negative equity on both vehicles I thought I was screwed but they pulled through with a great deal and low interest I couldn't pass up. Was helped within 4 minutes of my appointment time. Found out that my first oil change was "free"! Went ahead and upgraded to "full" synthetic at a modest charge (under $29). Vehicle was finished 20 minutes sooner than promised. It doesn't get any better than that!!!

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. The service was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I specially appreciate the help from a staff whose first name is Black (sorry I forgot his last name). He ran so far explaining the car's functions, demonstrated many features on the car, spent a few hours with me, even picked me up from where I returned my rental car. I also appreciate the person who was handling the paper work, loan application, etc. He was also very helpful in explaining all finance options and warranty options. Also I'm very happy with this new car. It has wonderful electrics, much more than I expected!

I usually take my car to a shop across the street for oil changes, but since I received a coupon in the mail I decided to take it to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my cars first maintenance was free so it didn't cost me anything. Scheduling the appointment online was easy, and overall the work took ten minutes less than I was quoted, so that was nice.

Our salesman Alex was non-pressure and easy to deal with. We respect that...Also the finance guy who handled our paper signing was very personable and came across as honest. Our only complaint would be that we had to wait along time in the main office and its difficult to manage two young babies for that long. We are happy with the Explorer thus far and our only complaint so far would be that we were not aware their wasn't dual seat memory as my wife and I have totally different driving settings.

First time at this dealer. When I booked the service, the rep told me it could be up to 5 hours. So I came prepared to stay most of the day. When I checked in and asked if it would really be that long, the SA checked and said he thought I could be out in about 2 hours. It was nearly 2 hours to the minute! Check-out was easy. Everyone was vert courteous. i'll be back!

I am unhappy with the fact that the CMAX charger melts when plugged in and that Ford does not offer an upgraded charger, but was very happy with the service I received from the service manager. Jim Goovine was able to get me a replacement charger in under 30 minutes and I was out the door. He is excellent. It was all thru his efforts that it all went so easily and smoothly.

Everything was good, Shannon is great, the driver for the shuttle was great. Of the two issues with my car, the sinc system still gives me trouble and doesn't connect to the phone about every 4th or 5th time I start the car, but I had problems with my last Ford also. I don't think Service could have done anything differently. The reason I am neutral about recommending you is just that I don't recommend cars to people I know or work with. It's just not something I discuss.Oh, you guys could have some better creamer for the coffee.. But otherwise facility is nice and clean, pleasant place to wait.

I broke down on the freeway and had my car towed to North County Ford, The nice people at North County Ford found the issue and had my hybrid back on the road in a few hours. They even let me borrow a car while it was getting fixed. Jeremy in service at North County Ford was so helpful, and I felt that I could really trust him. I felt that the team at North county Ford was fair, and that they did a very good job fixing the problem and checking out the rest of the car. They also checked and cleared a recall to make sure that my car is up to date and safe. It turns out that I am getting a refund from Ford for the recall thanks to the diligence and attention to detail of North County Ford's team. They did not overcharge me and the labor rate was very reasonable.

Helpful staff and friendly. Best deal a found on a used Prius. Only thing that needs improvement is the waiting I did to finalize and sign all the documents. I waited several hours before it was done and my kids haven't eaten dinner and it was a school night. By the time I was done the dealership was already closed and it was way past the the kids bedtime. Otherwise I would've given it a more stars.

The only reason rate this higher. would be that I stood inside the door for over 10 minutes, prior to being acknowledged. I was then acknowledged and told that someone would be with me in a minute. So, when the first gentleman did come to help me, asked my name, looked me up and handed me off to someone else, I felt that he was just trying to make an SLA and not help me. I had an appointment and should have been expected, with someone ready to help.I also have a plug in, it would have been nice to have it charging when I came to pick it up.

I went to North County Ford with my 2012 Lincoln MKT for new tires. I had checked around and determined that no one had either of the brands of tires I wanted in the right size. One tire was worn down to the cord due to an alignment issue and I did not want to drive the car any distance. Jeremy Collins was very helpful and promised he would have the tires shipped in, installed and aligned before the end of the day. He did so and gave me the lowest comparative pricing. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant. Customer service was excellent.

I have a 2015 Ford Focus that I brought in for my 10,000 mile oil change recently and the service was excellent. They checked everything on the car and rotated my tires as well. the staff was very helpful and very friendly and I got my car back in a timely manner with a report card. We purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Sport in October 2015. In December I noticed an oil leak and brought it in for diagnosis.The technician confirmed an oil leak and ordered parts for the repair. Ultimately, it took a very long time, 45 days, and extensive repairs to rectify the problems with this car. Through out the ordeal the Assistant Service Manager, Steven Burke, was professional, personable, empathetic and reassuring. He opened a case with Ford and responded immediately to my e-mails and calls.The Service Adviser, Jeremy Collins, who was also professional, helpful and understanding, kept me informed regularly regarding issues, delays and progress. At this point the repairs seem to have remedied the problems exhibited by the car and we are hopeful there will be no further issues.

Jonathan Casselman was fabulous! My wife was ill during the process so he brought the paperwork by the house on his own time. The finance person , Jay Hudson, was courteous and very likeable. The awful part of the purchasing experience was when the sales manager walked in on the process looking and acting very unprofessional. We were almost finished with the purchase when I mentioned that I would do some comparison shopping at the Escondido Ford dealership and Mr. Davis said "good bye" in a rude very unprofessional manner and walked into his office with Jonathan in tow.I was on my, way out the door in a minor case of shock and anger when another employee told me the sales manager, Jay Davis, had only been with the company a short time and none of the staff liked him. The person also stated that he was a friend of the general sales manager, William Khouri, whom I had met the previous day. I have been buying Fords since I was 16 and have bought two vehicles from North County Ford but have never been treated with the disrespect or unprofessionalism that was shown by Jay Davis. If he worked for me, he would have been walking off the showroom floor with his last check.We love our 2015 Fusion SE Hybrid, The Ruby red one which I bought for my wife for Valentine's Day.Thanks North County Ford for the last 6 years.

Bought the car in november and had to return it for an unidentified preexisting oil leak that my manufacturer warranty refused to cover. Thanks Scion... So i drove the 40 minutes to North County and arrived to a scheduling snafu, but RC got me in and taken care of. Wasn't happy that the leak wasn't caught before I bought it, but they did take care of it quickly, courtesly and made me feel comfortable. RC followed up the following week to see if everything was cool. I like that they didn't try to pull the "Well that's your problem now" attitude, so excellent aftercare so far. Good job North County!

Jim is my service manager, he is attentive and I feel he is very honest and i can trust him. I can't believe I bring my car to the dealership. North county ford is different, even when I check with a personal mechanic, and his price was close to Ford and I didn't feel like I do here. Knowing if I have a problem they will have my back. Jeremy and the other guys always have been very helpful, and available. Just had brakes and rotors, purchased tires last spring along with my battery. I feel like I can keep my car another 5 years before I will need any new tires or battery. Also, the life of my car I will get free brake pads. Yeah. Thank Service Dept for the great work.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus. What I wanted to buy was a used car about 3 or 4 , maybe 5 years old, but I was charmed by the new cars and their safety amenities. The staff was very, very helpful, the salesman did a wonderful job of helping me. The only regret I have is that I bought more car than I really wanted to buy, and spent much more money than I wanted to spend. On the way home, I regretted my decision. It would be nice if there was a place to sit where the TV was not on.

The customer service was outstanding. Every interaction was top notch from the internet conversation, to the end of the transaction. RC was patient and worked through the deal. When I first arrived the car was waiting there for ready to take home. RC took me to the other lot and showed me every single Ford Fusion that the dealer had in stock. We negotiated back and forth and throughout the whole experience RC was professional. RC is without a doubt the epitome of car salesman. While the service was mostly excellent, the main reason I came there was not accomplished. that being the recall involving the door that I came in for. Very friendly. I suggest you develop a Jiffy Lube oil change type service to process cars faster. It takes to long to get an oil change. You would be able to process and service more cars if you just have two oil change bays.I know it will not happen but you would increase the speed and be innovative in the industry. What a concept, your dealership would have something to offer not available now.

I recently took my 2013 Ford Fiesta into North County Ford for an oil change. Jim with the service department was able to be get me in the same day for an oil change and lube. The technician was able to complete the work in the agreed upon time. I went ahead and purchased another oil change 3 pack for a discount rate. I continue to find North Country Ford a highly reputable dealership. I am currently very satisfied with North County's service department. I contacted North County Ford because you are part of the Costco car buying program. I immediately got a call from Trevor Martin and he was extremely helpful through the process of selecting the right vehicle for me and then through the sales process. The way the Costco program is structured, it takes a lot of the hassle, negotiation and uncertainty out of the equation which made things simple, smooth and comfortable. I am really happy with what I ended up with regard to vehicle, finance, add-ons, etc. Jay Hanson in Finance was also really helpful. I have called Trevor a few times since I purchased the truck (F150 2016 Platinum)and he is just as helpful now as when he was trying to earn my business, which is nice to see. I plan on buying a Explorer this summer for my wife and will be sure to work with North County Ford and Trevor to do so. I will be sure to give you the highest marks when I get the survey from Ford too. Keep up the good work.

I came in to see about repairing an area on my 2011 Ford Ranger that I scratched when I rubbed up against a hedge. I didn't have an appointment but your shop was able to touch up and buff it in about 90 minutes for only $45! Nice work and very reasonable. 2011 F-150 Supercrew 4x4 oil change and replaced front brakes. Alex addressed all of my concerns. The waiting room was comfortable. Thankfully WiFi was available so that I could hook up to my network and work from the customer waiting lounge. Suggest that you get a new coffee maker. The one you have kept giving error that tank was filling and it took too long to get a cup of coffee. The pod reservoir was overfilling with used pods & was not emptied by staff; I did it. Also the coffee area was not cleaned by staff for the 5 hours I was waiting.

I first visited North County Ford in September looking for a Ford Escape, at that time Zack was very helpful and patient. I did not buy at that time because the vehicle I was looking at was a used Escape and by my standards the mileage was too high. As for the new Escapes there was not one available in the color or extras I was looking for. So I put purchasing a new vehicle off until another time. The Ford end of the year sale of the 0% interest made me revisit the idea of a new vehicle, so off to North County Ford. Lucky for me the dealership had my information of the sale person that assisted me in September- Zachary Morris- and Zach was working 1/3/16, he was available to assist me. Once again he was patient with showing me the vehicles I was interesting in seeing. I was looking for an Escape in red, red being my first choice or blue, there was a blue available with the Ecoboost, and a red without the boost. After working the numbers for the blue with the EcoBoost, I quietly asked if he would mind if I test drove the red one just to ease my mind, that I would not be happy with the Escape without the Ecoboost. He smiled a genuine smile and said no problem. We got the keys to both vehicles and I first drove the red one, I was not happy with how it drove, rode or the acceleration. Next up the blue one- sold, it was a done deal.

RC was my rep and he gave me a Great buying experience! Pretty quick in and out deal, I knew what I wanted and how much I was gonna 2 pay from the jump. Very comfortable atmosphere, good attitude from seller, non-aggressive, and honest. Things I thought could have gone better were the time in between call backs during the negotiations, and he really didn't have a clue about the car I wanted to buy. In all fairness, they are a busy car lott, and I was buying a scion frs from a Ford dealer. Got a good deal though. Now we'll see how the premium warranty service that I purchased fairs out.

I continue to experience the best service at North County Ford. The service department provided me with an accurate estimate of how long the service would require. I had two recall orders which provided me with a car rental that made it possible for me to complete my daily activities. In addition, I had my pre-paid oil change and lube. After the initial inspection it was determined that I needed a new air filter, and several other timely repairs which would be needed for a long family trip we were making that same day. I noticed that after the service that my car operated much better and the fuel economy had improved dramatically on our 1,500 mile round trip. I would like to thank JIM for his excellent and timely customer service on my 2013 Ford Fiesta. I continue to consider my purchase of this vehicle to be a wise investment. Thank you.

Jim in service was ready with a smile and an easy check in to make this fix as pleasant as possible.My factory 36000 mile battery had finally given up the ghost at nearly 49000 miles!! I had a dead battery and you guys got me in immediately and gave me a ride to work. I asked about the chance of fitting in an oil change and u guys did it. When I came to pick the car up, I paid the bill for the oil change (battery was covered under warranty). After paying the bill, I turned around and the car was pulled up and ready. So excellent work overall.

Your Staff ( Jeremy) was very considerate to our needs. The person that picked me up at my home was such a wonderful man, he made me feel very comfortable during my ride to the dealership. The truck feels a lot better know that you have taken care of the shifter box in the truck. I got immediate response (next day) after my comments on the last survey. By that time I had an independent inspection of my tire and found that it was damaged, I replaced all four tires through a tire shop. I talked with the service advisor and the assistant service manger who both said steps were being taken to upgrade training to avoid this happening again. I will return to North County Ford for future service but will read the service report before accepting the car. We shall see in the future.I do appreciate the follow up.

We went back to North County Ford after our initial look 6 months earlier. We ask for Jonathan, he helped us before and we wanted to make sure he received credit for the sale. Jonathan worked to get us the best price and then Braden work hard to get us the best financing. We were in and out in 4 hours, which included walking the lot and the test drive. Went in to have f150 serviced, quality work but didn't clean front window after writing on it with a marker.... inconsiderate. Was also asked if I wanted tires rotated, under the impression that it was a service included, I still had to pay for it. I get my tires from discount tire and they provide lifetime rotation and balance so why would I come to ford to pay for it?????

Decided it was time to purchase a Hybrid and, of course, I wanted a Ford Fusion Hybrid. The ride is fantastic with very comfortable seats (best ever)and a smooth, quiet ride without the jerks of a Prius. Salesman was polite, encouraging without being pushy and listened to MY needs. Sales process was smooth and it didn't take long to reach an agreement. Even the Finance department discussion was friendly and professional and he answered all of my questions. I bought a Ford Certified used 2013 F-150 Lariat. Absolutely love the truck. I started out by buying a 2002, I believe, F-150 King Ranch, but my accountant at the time told me to lease it since my business would benefit. I hated giving that truck up, but Ford came through for me with a new Fire Engine Red fully loaded F-150 Supercrew Lariat. I would still have it today 10 years later had I not totaled it in an accident 2 years ago. Not knowing anyone at North County Ford anymore, I turned to Mr Jeff Friestedt to recommend their best sales person. I was given Mr. Richard Castaneda's name and off we went. He researched, new and old based on the criteria I'd given him, kept up with me when I had to delay for a few weeks, finally, Monday I called and said I saw a truck on their website and I was moving to Dallas and only had a few days to seal the deal. Mr. Castaneda came through and I look forward to my long drive to Dallas in my new truck tomorrow.

I had a problem with my level of air coming out of my car vents...level 1, 2, and 3 did not work. Only the most powerful 4 worked. I have people in my car all of the time and I was 'blowing' them out...because I need the AC on because of the heat/humidity. I called Jeremy/service. I had only a small 'window' to get this fix. Jeremy worked with me and my schedule...appreciated that. As always, very impressed with this Dealership and Service.

Jim's scheduling was helpful and the work done on schedule as always.BUT...This is the second time the interior has been left plain dirty.... grease stained shoes on the carpets... and greasy shoes on the lower door panels.But the worst was a Blue Ball point pen mark on the TOP of the leather steering wheel as well as the door panel pull.... steering with the pen in hand.I got one block away and found these... returned immediately.... Jim promptly took the car back to have them cleaned.Luckily the pen marks came off the leather wheel tho there is a shadow of it yet on the light tan door panel.I know it 'happens"... but dirty carpets, door panels and even seats has been pretty regular. Without a car wash the greasy hand son hood and doors become very pronounced as well.Hoping it provokes a conversation.... it kind of takes the icing off the cake of otherwise great service.... but know Jim and others would love to help make this oft occurrence a thing of the past.Cheers

This is the third time we have bought a vehicle at North County Ford. Each time we shop around, and each time, North County Ford gets us the vehicle we want, at the best price, and with the best buying experience.Note the choice of "BUYING" not "Sales" in my sentence and title above.Unlike every other car dealership I have ever dealt with, the experience at North County Ford has been to respect my choices and preferences and try to match them, as opposed to sell me on whatever they need to push today. This is an imperative in the Internet era, when the CUSTOMER (not the "up", as Ken Grody called me) has already done their research, and knows what they want.Not only did they deliver EXACTLY the vehicle promised on the phone, at (actually BELOW) the price promised, ON THE PHONE. Not only did they get the whole thing done (and this was on Labor Day) from the time I walked in the door, including test drive and the full F&I in less than 3 hours; but they found additional rebates, AND GAVE THEM TO ME instead of keeping them for the dealership.The result was that I got exactly the car I wanted, at exactly the drive off I wanted, and for $16/mo LESS than Zach quoted me.Zach Morris, Jon Kay, and the entire team at North County Ford are AWESOME.My wife, who is on her second Ford Flex from this dealership, loves the service department.The lobby is clean, the wifi fast and reliable, and the kids play area great.

Tomas was my cars salesman. I wanted a basic model of a Ford Escape, but unfortunately was not able to. The monthly payments would have been too much for me at the time. Right when I was about to walk away, they decided to lease me a 2015 Ford Fiesta, 0$ down. I am still disappointed that I was not able to get the Ford Escape after having my heart set on it so much. I do appreciate the cars salesman telling me their own advice about how it is easier to lease a car for now in order to get your dream car for later. The process took much longer than I had anticipated. Overall, the salesmen and financial people at Ford were what made the experience worth it. I am very happy about their most excellent service.

Our experience purchasing a new F150 Platinum was exceptional. Our salesman Zachary Morris was efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was the first to respond to our internet inquiry. He answered all our questions promptly and found the perfect truck for us. He guided us through the process and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The finance manager, Braden, also was very efficient and took us through that end of the process quickly, answering all of our questions. We came back the next day for additional instructions regarding the truck. After visiting several other dealerships in the area, my son-in-law took me to North County Ford where he had purchased his Fusion. Originally I was looking at a cross-over SUV and drove the Edge, but decided it was too much vehicle for me (both in size and price range). I've always wanted a red car and the 2016 Fusion in ruby red caught my eye. Sergio was able to work his magic with my trade in, etc., and I went away with a brand new red car! When texting the customer, you should identify who you are especially when the cell phone that you are using has a different area code. It probably would have saved me some money on diagnosis if I had been contacted about what the vehicle was doing. I had been looking online and e-mailing back and forth with Tevor Martin, he wanted to make sure he knew what I was looking for and what was within my budget. I was looking at Ford Edges and Escapes..I was quite impressed at the service and that Trevor wanted tomake sure I was getting the car I wanted and working with my trade in which was a 2005 Ford Explorer, which happened to have a few mechanical problems, so I consider the price I received for it quite far.. My car and I felt welcome and at home. This place gives me the peace of mind that my car will be taken cared of. The other dealership I bought my car from would always tell me that my car will be okay and wait until it's 7,500 miles or 10,000 miles!

My purchasing experience was not great in that the salesman told me my car had features it did not have. Most notably the rear view camera and navigation. My recent service experience was excellent. They attended to my car promptly and answered all of my questions, including explaining that my car did not come equipped with the features promised.

I've read a lot of bad reviews and most likely they are true. I've seen the problems people have mention, not getting acknowledged after entering because the advisors are glued to their monitors. But when I wasn't happy with my guy service advisor, (a younger kid) I looked around to see if someone was my age. Then I found Jim G. They've got a ton of work to do all the time so don't gab with them. Get down to business and let them do their job. Jim G. will tell you like it is and pretty much if he says the repair will take 4 hours, that's usually it. I can't vouch for the other people, that's why I only deal with Jim G. With the work load they have at N.C. Ford, there's really no time to socialize or shoot the bull. It's fixing the car business they're in and if you expect Rolls Royce socializing treatment, go buy that kind of car. Jim G. is polite, always calls back and if I need a shuttle ride, he pretty much has it ready for me because he knows I don't have help to get a ride back. Now everyone will request Jim G. Sorry Jim, your work load can only grow from your fine customer service.

North County Ford was the first place I started to look for a car. I shopped around (for 6 months) to see if there were better deals but I ended up back at Ford. Only they were willing to work with me on getting me a car Even though I had no credit history. I walked out with my car the same day. It was quick and completely painless. They had so many customers and they were really busy, but now it's clear why. Jonathan Casselman was very personable and very helpful in the process. Everyone was so nice and easy going, it made for a great first experience.

Leased a 2015 Fiesta. Just what I was looking for. My sales person, Will was wonderful. Signing forms with Jay was pleasant. The "add-ons" he is required to sell were annoying. The only thing that kept the transaction from being a 10 was Bobby in finance. The hand written w/felt tip pen was confusing & I didn't get a clear explanation of what I was paying. And then I had to come back to sign the correct DMV docs because the VIN# was wrong.

I originally had a lady named Cindy for my service adviser I pulled into service at 815am nobody there , I went in and was told Cindy would be with me . Unfortunately Cindy never came I went in and ask 3 time for help and this time a man named Jim stepped up and helped me right away it took a second to check me in. I asked him if he could be my service adviser for now on . There were a lot of service people walking in and out nobody asked if I needed help and they didn't seem to busy to ask if I needed help. I am so glad you have someone like JIM there he even comed me down . Please tell him thanks again for his help. I will be recommending any future customers to ask for JIM if you go to service. When you buy a new vehicle you want good service to.

I was within hours of closing a deal on a Focus ST with another Ford dealership closer to my house, and a color I didn?t much like. JD called me and I explained this to him. He assured me he could make at least an equivalent deal with the ?Magnetic? color I wanted most. After running the numbers, texting me photos and keeping in contact no less than 4 phones calls; I found myself at the North County Dealership that night. To my surprise there was my new Focus ST sitting out in front with a large VIP reservation hanging inside with my name on it. Soon I was leaving with the exact car I wanted (with an added wheel package) that very night. JD said he would bend over backwards to make a deal and keep his word and he simply did. Wasn?t intimidating and at no time did I feel like I was being put into an uncomfortable spot. Our experience with North County Ford was great! Tex did a great job finding us the car we wanted and for the budget we wanted to stay within. Braden did a great job getting us the warranty we needed and at the same time got us in and out of his office quickly. The customer service was amazing. There was a dent/dimple in the rear lift gate that we didn't notice the evening we purchased the car. I called and talked to Bobby the sales manager a couple days later when we noticed it. My maintenance service there, now for my 2014 Escape, continues to be very good. My Service Advisor, Jim Goodine, is always very attentive to my situation and follows thru.However, I have a problem with the manager of the dealership. When I was there on July 1 for my last servicing, I remembered to go in to try to get my second ignition "wand" explaining that I'd never had more than one. The Manager was unavailable at the time, but the receptionist took my phone number and said that I'd get a call back. Having heard nothing by July 8, I stopped by again to try to follow up. But the manager was in a meeting and was unavailable, and the receptionist took another message. As of today, July 13, I've still heard nothing. Isn't there something wrong with this picture, especially since the Kirby family has been a Ford family ever since my father bought his new Model-A? Sincerely, Frank Kirby

I brought my van in for an oil change. Josh was my service advisor and I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service he provided. My visit turned into a bit of a nightmare when my car broke down on the way home from the dealership. Everyone (especially Josh) was as helpful as possible, and made it as painless as it could have been. It turned out to be no fault of yours. The only negative feedback I have is that the wait time for an oil change has averaged 2 hours the last few visits, even with an appointment. That is excessive compared to other service providers I have used.

This was my first experience with service department. I made the reservation online. One of the services was a recall which I knew from the letter could take up to 6 hours so I asked for a rental car. The rental car agency was out of cars and I had to wait over an hour for one. They did not know I was coming for a car. Other folks had cars reserved for them by the dealer. To add to the frustration of waiting for the rental car the service on my car was completed in 2 hours with the exception of having to order parts to complete the work on another visit. This was not one on my best experiences for service. At least the rental car agency gave me the dealer rate.

We purchased White Ford Focus SE 2014; our second one within the same month! I am still getting used to the vehicle, we took it on a day trip the other day and put it to the test. I am little unsure of what might be the going, but our driving experience was not so good.At times it felt as * we forgot to release the hand brake off; *the shifting was not as responsive at times; *the idling seemed too high and choppy/noisy;*gas pedal felt like resisting and unyielding;*on the hilly tops the vehicle would shudder and make *cluttering like sound beneath; I think I need to bring it over to the Service, they seem to be very nice there. I think it's more than just a matter of me having to have the computer get used my driving habits, or updating the software on it.We are still awaiting the trade in pay off, our next monthly would be due soon, need to have that paid off if possible please.Otherwise so far coming to the dealership is sure nice experience.I have already recommended you guys to my son in law who is apparently already in talks with you to trade his Hondafor Fusion, and will recommend you to others!Best of allPeter Kicko

My car is approaching the 80,000 mile mark,so I expected the inspection to turn up some problems. Joshua brought to my attention that the 'check charging system' message was on in the car. Much to my relief, he told me the message came on because he had the key on without the engine running. Elsewhere this may have been an excuse to 'enhance' the bill. Believe me,as a woman dealing with mechanics I've had this happen more than once. I appreciate being able to trust the people working on my car.

First thought you were suppose to stay in car when you bring your car in but two other customers got help before me. Then told the guy what was wrong it took hour an a half to say I was right then I guess all of the mechanics go to lunch at the same time so to get my car fix it took seven hours don't know if that is the flat rate for a wheel bearing replacement. When I was there before a year ago you guys did a safety check that wasn't done don't know if they check the other side guess everything else is good but don't know. No upsaleing for any extra stuff I probably won't have use any but they didn't try. But my car feels so good now.

I came in frustrated with my 2013 Ford Focus and its issues with transmission. I actually had an appointment the following Monday with Service. BTW, Steve service manager was awesome! Very kind, and got me in ASAP. He told me that incentives might be available. I had 10 payments left on my lease. I was connected to Dave Knapp, who was so awesome! He listened to me! I told him what I wanted and gave him some options. I expressed my dislike for the back and forth. I knew what I could afford and what I wanted. He made it happen! I am driving a beautiful new 2015 Mustang, paying a little less each month, and no money down. I appreciate him listening to me, and treating me with the utmost respect, and pretty much getting me what I want. I left him with little options by the way. I am saying that because I knew I would have to bend a bit too. I hope he works for North County Ford for a long time coming. My husband and I came in to just "shop around" and had no I intention of purchasing a vehicle. Specifically we wanted to take a look at the Fusions. JD came over to help us out and did a very good job selling the car to us, even though we were at the dealership the majority of the day. Had a routine oil change service. My service writter Joshua Garcia was very nice. I purchased my car here at No County Ford 2 years ago and they all are very helpful and friendly. I have had my car in for service several times. My only complaint this time is they usually wash it, this time it wasn't as earlier in the day it had rained & was supposed to again. Ok I don't recall if on previous visits it was vacummed, but this time nothing and on the windshield was a chalk marking (their codes about what to do/done & time) that I had to remove myself, I'm sure it was an oversight. I am very happy with this dealership & would recommend it.

The oil change as good, asking them not to change the air pressure in the tires, and no grease on the outside of the car. Didn't touch anything on the dash, under our request. Just need to have that double clutch transmission replaced, since it is not done right.

I came in for an oil change. I was told it would be about an hour and was pointed to the waiting area. After about an hour my vehicle appeared back in the service drive through area, apparently finished. I waited for the service representative to come and tell me that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. It was reasonable to give him a few minutes to clear whatever he was currently doing and then come get me. After waiting another hour I finally went to him, about 50 feet away. He told me he'd looked for me twice and didn't see me in the waiting area that has only about a dozen chairs. I sat there for almost two hours. No one ever called my name, nor did I see anyone searching for me. I was seated in one of the four or five chairs that face West Vista Way. Did he actually look at all the chairs? Did he think to say my name out loud in case he had forgotten what I looked like? He said he didn't. He sort of apologized but not really and he acted like it was my fault for sitting in the waiting area. The oil change service seemed fine but why should I return to North County Ford?

Turned my car in and it went quickly for an oil change. Drove my car off the lot and 2 miles away my low tire pressure light went on.Called the dealership, asked if they had checked the pressure. They said they had after they rotated the tires. Made sure it was filled to suggested levels for my tires.On my tired it said 35psi. I had to check all tires, they were at 30psi except for the back passenger tire at 25psi.I filled them up and as of a week later, still no leak. so no possible 'nail' in my tire as was a possible suggestion when I called in.Not sure why I lost tire pressure, but I'm also not sure it was checked thoroughly. I'll judge service after my second oil change.

Josh was very agreeable. I left my cell phone to be called if additional items were needed during the checkup. My home phone was called instead so I did not get the message until after 1:00. It was not a problem this time but next time I will be more firm about the number to call. I don't find having my truck serviced my favorite thing to do but all in all it was a good experience.

Richard was extremely helpful as well as Travis and your finance guy (I think his name was Jay. I was tired by then). Richard was patient and willing to get information on many cars for me. I asked him and Travis if they could save me the time of haggling as I had an appointment to get to and figure out what prices they were willing to sell the cars I was interested for which they did. When I came back in the afternoon I already had those numbers as Richard had stayed in constant contact throughout the day and I was able to show my daughters the cars and pick one right then and there without having to go back and forth. I was pleased with the pricing and we moved forward with the purchase. I did have to wait a while to get to financing but that was due to circumstances beyond your control at that point but when I did get in I was well taken care of, everything was explained and I was able to get out in a timely manner. He is very nice and caring, helpful when there are questions, keeps me in the loop with the status of my car, and very accommodating when there are unexpected set backs with the servicing of my car. I also bought car on Sunday and had to replace the valve stem on tire the next Sat. Called service the said I had to pay $25 to just look at it. I went to a tire place and got it done for $20

My experience with North County Ford continues to be of the highest quality. My most recent visit was for a recall inspection, timing belt and oil change. First, the service that was performed on my vehicle was done in a timely fashion. My car was returned to me when it was promised. Second, I was informed that the recall inspection indicated that the required parts would be replaced under warranty without any expense to me. I was told that the parts needed to ordered and that it would take approximately eight weeks for delivery. I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of service I receive from North County Ford for my 2013 Ford Fiesta. My wife and I are planning to purchase another Ford vehicle from North County Ford for my wife at the end of summer.

Cindi, service advisor, was exceptional. She was friendly, genuine, and professional. The only reason I did not score question #1 with a 5 was because of the length of time I spent at the dealership. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 10 a.m. and all work, including a complimentary washing of my C-MAX, took more than 4 hours. It was very close to 2:30 p.m. by the time I left; that was disappointing.

Great Job, Steve. Had the two little problems handled. Then on the way home, my check engine light came on and I called and talked to Steve. He asked me to return and I did because the I was leaving to drive to Phoenix for spring training and I didn't want to encounter any major problems. Steve called me later to let me know the problem and the solution. He had it done as promised and I was picked up and brought back to N. C. Ford to be reunited with my favorite car ever.....a 2005 Ford 500. Not a rattle on my ten year old baby. Thanks, NC Ford and Steve.

I leased a 2014 Ford Edge in February 2015. I turned in my 2013 Ford Edge. The sales and finance team at North County Ford exceeded my expectations. The team was very responsive to my many questions and were upbeat and energetic at all times even though our sale did not conclude until late evening.

The guys were very helpful and gave us a great price on our trade-in, which happened to be a 50-year old car! My son, who is the one who actually bought the car, is very happy with his new car. The finance team worked to get us the best interest rate they could, even having us come back to do the paperwork to lower the interest rate. I have already recommended North County Ford to two of our friends who are interested in a new car. Zack did a great job and explained all of the features to my son. Daughter's car was towed in for steering failure at 65 MPH and transmission issues for her 2012 Focus. 3 days and still too busy to look at it. No effort to help, just need to be patient. Either a lot of bad cars or not enough techs to handle the load. Might get to the steering today, but they don't have a transmission tech available for 7-10 days. Asked that they contact another dealership for the transmission. Service writer says Luther doesn't have another Ford dealership, so he doesn't have any other dealerships to work with. I have never dealt with a service department this overwhelmed by work. Steering lock-up is a known issue and they have nothing to say about it. Hard to have any faith in them when you're met with blank stares and no answers to simple questions. This is only for service. Sales group was great.

After emailing back and forth with internet guy Jarrett about a used Ford F250 that was listed on multiple sites online for a good price I stopped by to see it. He told me it was being serviced to be a certified used car so he showed me the truck while it was being worked on-didnt get to see much but looked good. Told him I will keep in touch to see when the truck was done. This went on for 2 weeks- emails back and forth- the truck was taking a long time to be "certified" or fixed. Then I finally got an email from him on MOnday (3 weeks after initial email) that the truck would be lot ready tuesday morning and I could come test drive it. Told him great and that my husband and I would be by at 6pm to drive it. We get a sitter and drive over to find out that Dustin would be helping us because Jarrett was gone and then they couldn't locate the keys or the truck. After about 30 minutes they said the truck had been loaned out to a customer with a truck in service. I was shocked. Why would they loan out a truck just finally certified and put on the lot and when they knew we were coming. IT wasn't like we had just called up that day-I was a serious buyer in contact with the internet sales guy for weeks. I asked to talk to the Manager (todd) and he was so rude. I explained that we had been in contact for a while about this truck and how could this happen and his only explanation was that a different sales guy let the truck go. Shouldn't sales people be in communication? I have been in sales for 10 years and I know that and I also know that you shouldn't treat a customer like this. I never even got an email from Jarrett the next day to say sorry or anything. I have emailed Jarrett for an explanation and never received anything and now that truck is no longer on the website. Sounds like this has happened to others before-bait and switch! such a bummer since I liked the truck but I am glad I didn't give them my money!

NC Ford used to provide top notch service - I have three Ford vehicles, and even though I paid more to take them there, it was worth the support and involvement they had. I always used upgraded factory parts. I had a clutch replaced in my 2001 Mustang in 2010. Two years later, it had to be replaced again. At that point they had a new Service Manager, Darin Pearcy, who has completely ruined the operation. They could not procure the part, and had the car for six weeks (a loaner was provided). No one could explain how the original factory clutch had lasted for over 75,000 miles, but their replacement (supposedly a factory part) lasted only 10 percent of that mileage. No compensation was offered, and no responsibility was taken. The car is driven less than 10 miles round-trip to work by my wife (as it had been for the previous six years). No apologies were made for the previous part failing, the inability to order/find a replacement OEM part, NOR for the fact that when we went to pick it up, my new battery (less than 1-year old) was completely dead, and the car was completely dirty. While waiting for them to figure out what was wrong, Mr. Pearcy came out and was standing next to me, but offered no apology OR appreciation for our continued business. Other than using some remaining pre-paid oil changes, I will not use them again for any kind of service, and will strong discourage anyone else from visiting them.

Long story short, if they promise you ANYTHING get it in writing, because once you sign the contract you will never hear from them again nor will you get what you were promised. And if anything goes wrong ie. parts fall off, parts missing you are out of luck. Customer Service is non-exsistant. This dealership reminds me of the shady used car dealers in the movies, so happy you're on the lot but once you purchase, you are nobody.

Last fall, I was referred to NC Ford through the Costco Auto buying program; Jeff Pembleton is the salesperson that contacted me. He came across very arrogant, and acted is if was doing me a favor by calling me. I explained that I was interested in a new F150, and I have very specific requirements to include "goal is is to get the max trailer weight rating possible for this vehicle". I also explained that I keep my vehicles for the long run, and am not interested in a resale. There were no F150s that had the features I need, and I was told this was due to end of model year. Long story short, in early February, after several months of looking though dealer inventories, I get an email from Jeff, here is an excerpt: "Hi Jim,The other dealer finally responded with "SOLD" unit. The only other unit less than 300 miles away was a 301A Pkg. So what I am going to do is order a truck just like you want it equipped. I will order it under your name. I will also keep you updated with the progress. If you want it when it arrives "GREAT" if you do not. Then no harm no foul and we will put it into our inventory. Please let me know if you're receptive to this proposal ?I responded affirmatively. Well, I literally had to send numerous emails to inquire on the delivery status. Jeff never took the initiative to contact me! Finally, on March 28th, i get an email from Jeff, here is another excerpt:"Hi Jim,I have not been avoiding you just looking for a truck to sell you. Since the one that was ordered, was not ordered correctly and does not have the Max Tow Pkg. I put the order together but it is our inventory manager that actually places the final order. Anyway, The reason for my email today is to let you know we have a "Certified Pre-Owned" (see window sticker) that I can make you a great deal on ! "I was dumbfounded! So I email the customer service rep, Joni Teerlink to inform her of the my experience and the poor customer service. I get a response indicating: "I apologize for this situation. I will need to do some research into this to see what happened. I have sent your e mail to Jeffs Manager and the General Manager of the dealership. Thank you for your email. We appreciate customers who let us know when things arent right."Almost a week later and I have not heard a thing from anybody at NC Ford. Apparently, poor customer service and a failure to communicate is corporate culture at NC Ford and they have so much business that they really don't care about how their sales staff treat their customers. Can you believe Jeff actually blames fault, takes no responsibility for ensuring the correct options were ordered! He also tries to sell me a resale...as if this makes everything okay!

I defiently would not reccoemnd this dealership. They promised me a car they found at another dealer as they did not have one with all my requested options on the lot. They made a deal then failer to deliver and kept tryong to sell one on the lot. They promised deliver at 5:00pm same day then next morning , then next afteroon and then following Monday. They did little to address my concerns and stayed arrogant and disrespectful once they thought a deal was made. GM failed to take any action or return calls and emails and the same for their customer support manager. I feel they definelty did not tell the turth about the car I was to purchase, tried to steer me to one fo theirs and failed in every aspect of customer support.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I was ready to buy a Ford Transit van and the manager Mike says that if there's rebates, then the customer will get them and implied how honest he is. Usually, when you hear that, the truth is quite the opposite. Sure enough an item for the interior which qualified for a full rebate, they only wanted to cover half the cost. They agreed on that , then later came out statingthat I had to purchase $1200 of options before the vehicle qualifies for any rebate. Well, the fool, "Jesus" brings me the statement from Ford, which was correct except in small print on the bottom, it stated the Ford Transit did not apply, which I had to point out to him. The item did in fact qualify, but they were lying through their teeth. I was signing docs, when the next lie unfolded--the $1000 rebate he promised me, just went away, since I refused to pay Ford's absurd 6.99% rates. I could go on and on, but I wouldnt buy a bicycle from these bull****ers! Typical used car salesman tactics!

Brought in my 2010 Ford Escape for service on my passenger-side air vent, which is stuck and almost impossible to move in any direction. After a couple of hours, I was called and told that this is a "feature" of Ford Escapes, and that all of their Escapes on the lot were like that. Just be warned of this "feature" if you plan to buy an Escape, they will NOT fix it.

This place is horrible! I called in advance to schedule service for my 2010 Edge for an alarm problem. I arrived on time, and waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. My service manager was Chris, a new guy with a horrible attitude. He told me I'd have to leave the car there, even though I had an appointment. He said the car should be ready by 3:30pm (dropped off at 10am). I called at 4pm and he told me they hadn't started working on it yet, and I would have to leave the car overnight! The next day around noon I got a call that my car was ready. I went to pick it up, and the alarm problem was fixed but now the key remote wouldn't unlock the doors!!! Chris told me it's not their fault nor their responsibility to fix! He blamed it on another Ford dealer. He became extremely rude and short with me, raising his voice quickly and blaming me. I told him the car is worse then it was before and he said I was wrong, even though I could no longer unlock my car (how is that better???) I asked to speak to a manager, so Chris went to get him, but didn't come back with the manager. He said they would take the car back from me, but I'd have to leave it for another 2 days. I said they made the problem worse and told me my car was ready when it wasn't, so they should fix it now. He said absolutely not going to happen. I asked for a loaner and he laughed at me. I again asked to speak to a manager, since he never came the first time, but apparently the manager "left for a meeting offsite" and I would have to wait for an hour. At this point I was fuming. I stood in Chris' office until he called the manager, who didn't answer. To prove he called, Chris showed me his phone, which had a naked woman as the wallpaper! I told him I didn't appreciate him showing me porn, and he got mad at me and said that's his wife, which certainly didn't make it any more appropriate! Finally the manager called back and said they would work on the car. They still would not give me a loaner, but they allowed the courtesy shuttle to take me home and pick me up later that day.Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had! Chris is a joke. He's new, and should never have been hired. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near this dealership!!!

Right at the start of my conversation with Richard on the phone, I knew he was a straight shooter. He gave me the out the door price no BS. The price was exactly what I expected. It was $4000 cheaper than a dealer I had spoken to earlier that day. When I went to buy my car Richard had everything set up and ready for me. The whole process was very smooth. I cannot remember the ladies name in financing but she was very helpful also. I cannot leave out Jonathon; he went over all the SYNC and Navigation systems with me. This Dealer kicks butt!!!! I'm a employee of Hewlett Packard and knew of a special pricing program offered through FORD. After doing my research online (12/16/11), I looked up our neighborhood dealer: North County FORD. I located the model and found a few different vehicles that matched what I was looking for. I requested a call back regarding their inventory, and was pleasantly surprised to receive not only a call, but an email within just a few hours.So within just a few short hours, not only had I received communication from the dealer but had a price quote as well. We made plans to go into the dealer today (12/17/11). We arrived at the dealer and within a few short minutes were well on our way to one of the MOST pleasant experiences that my husband or I have ever experienced.We are the PROUD owners of a 2012 XLT Explorer today! Did a lot of research looking for the Ford Focus I would enjoy. Realizing I could use Costco Auto Program, I applied on-line. Richard Palid contacted me very promptly with something very close to what I asked for. He spent lots of time on me and gave me test drives. I discussed the packages, the colors and model I really desired. I really wanted the Titanium. He got me the Titanium with the features I wanted. We never went back an forth about the pricing; He got me the very best price for the Titanium and never tried to offer me a car I didn't care for. This car was going fast creating a high demand for the supply with no specials being offered. I highly recommend utilizing the Costco program and working with the internet manager. Richard Palid made my car buying experience a pleasant one.

I was so impressed with the honesty of Rhandy and his genuine effort to find me the right vehicle for me. I dealt with 5 other dealers before I found Rhandy. I was about to give up. The others made it clear they were not interested in helping me, they just wanted a sale. Rhandy was different, he was more interested in helping me than making a sale. Because of the way he followed up right away, and made a real effort to find the right vehicle for my needs, I bought from him instead of continuing to look. He gave me a great price, too. I was very pleased with his service... head over hills above the other salesmen from the other dealerships!

Very down-to-earth, friendly staff. Deal was done in less than 30 minutes! We purchased from them because it's where we go for quality service too. Salesman, finance and customer service reps were great. They detailed the car and explained all of the truck's mechanics inside and out before we left. They even synced my phone before we left. We just purchased our 2011 Ford Edge last week through the Costco Auto Purchase Program. Rhandy was helpful at every turn, staying until 10 PM to complete the transaction and helping us with the basics of the car's extensive electronics. A few days later we met for another hour with Jonathan who helped us further understand the car's functions. So far we are enjoying the car's smooth ride and fun features. We marked down the price experience slightly because midway through our deciding which car to buy, Ford changed its rebates, reducing them by $1,000. In fairness, Rhandy had warned us about the possible change and did mitigate the effect somewhat. We really appreciated that the buying process was very professional; we did not feel pushed or hurried (or harried) into making any decision. We had visited several dealerships and had similar financial offers, but we decided to purchase from North County Ford because of Rhandy. We will recommend him highly to our friends here in our retirement community. We hope the service experience goes as well as the purchase experience.

Not having the best credit, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily they got a deal for me. Ken, my salesman was very nice and helpful and at no time did I ever feel that anyone there treated me badly or looked down on me. I've bought trucks from other dealers, and they always like to put on the big show, like they're God's gift and they try to make you quake in your shoes or feel less then worthwhile. This has to be the most relaxed, and stress free truck buying experience ever. I was a diehard Dodge driver until now. I am converted to the Ford family and looovvveee my beautiful new truck. But in short Jeff at North County Ford was "A GREAT GUY TO Do Business with" I could not be more happy with my experience with Jeff and all the GREAT Folk's at this Dealership!As for the Truck I purchased, Jeff was very helpful with every aspect of this truck, and making the deal. Jeff was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to help get me into a new Ford. I believe that without his efforts, it would not have happened. All the people at the dealership that I interacted with were very polite. The process of going through the financial paperwork was easy, and they even found a different way to get a lower payment. I just purchased a new 2011 Mustang GT from North County Ford and so far I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, follow up, and attention that I feel customers buying a new car deserve. Right from the get go, Ken Burrows sent me the information on a couple of different choices for the 2011 Mustang via email instead of luring me into the dealership. I could then make an educated decision on the exact car I wanted I my own. When I was ready to purchase Ken didn't waste any time in getting the right deal for my trade in and processing the deal. Jason Koen was very helpful in offering solid advice on warranty and financing options which in turn made me feel very comfortable about the purchase I had just made. I was intially contacted by Ken Barrows through e-mail on getting an estimate for trading in a Ford Mustang (2003). He followed up repeatedly with e-mails and I made an appointment. Then Rhandy Reyes, Fleet Internet Sales Manager, showed me the difference between the Focus and the Fiesta models. Next I needed the price on the Ford Mustang for the trade. He matched the price I received on autotrader.com so this was the final incentive for my purchase of the Ford Fiesta. Rhandy was very patient, answered all my questions about the Fiesta, took me for a test drive. What started as a service appointment on the Mustang on Tuesday culminated in a trade and a sale on Friday!!! I am very pleased with the attention given to me by the two sales personnel and the finance department as well.

Rhandy contacted me through my inquiry to the Costco buying program and was very helpful with information that my husband and I could use to complete our decision to buy a Ford Edge.Rhandy when we finally were able to get into North County Ford to speak with Rhandy he was already busy with another customer and asked Jesus to help us while he finished up. Jesus was very helpful and friendly and we were made aware that Rhandy was checking in on us & our experience as much as possible and made a suggestion that about leasing that was very helpful to us in the end.When we finished up with the lease paperwork Rhandy was available to help us get started with some of the many features that our new car had. He even helped program the bluetooth feature for my phone so that it was available immediately.Mostly car buying has been a time consuming ordeal and this experiance with Rhandy & Jesus and the rest of the staff at North County Ford was a throughly enjoyable experience.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, the price was very good and Ford Credit carried the loan. I was amazed how fast the paperwork was completed. The car was exactly what we needed and the followup to assure that the car had the options and features we wanted was outstanding.

Never got my name right after 5 attempts when scheduling an appointment. When I showed up the next day my "service" manager was too busy to deal with me. The service area was a complete mess, disorganized, no one in charge, no one monitoring what was going on, people standing around outside in the rain looking for service people. I finally tracked someone down who acted like I was bothering him. When I asked what was going on, why was it such a mess, the service person said they were "overloaded" the last couple of days. Then why are you scheduling appointments when you can't handle the work?

The dealership and their employees were professional and knowledgable. My salesman, Richard Palid, was responsive and helpful without being overly agressive. He was also willing to accomodate my scheduling needs. Whether working with Richard or Justin, in the Finance department, I felt they treated me fairly. The overall experience was outstanding.

Everyone in the service area were very friendly and I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in. I have recently been to another dealership for service, and I waited over 15 min for someone to even greet me. That is not the case here. The service area is clean and everyone from parts to service seems to be willing to help.

Regular Full service for my ranger work truck. I really feel comfortable with this dealer as I know they will look at everything important and service or fix anything that is necessary but recommend things that are not yet necessary. Would recommend them highly to my friends.

Talking to Paul and Tim was like talking to old friends. They called me and informed me of additional issues that they had found on my truck that was missed by the previous person and had solutions that were cost effective. I would recommend North County Ford to family and friends.Hop Sanchez

I always get personal service and I feel like and I am visiting friends when I am there. I feel that the prices at get for service are very fair. I also like the flexibility of the service department with options for repairs and timing of service visits.

I recently had to take my F150 in for service at North County Ford. The friendly and professional service I received was top notch. They take into consideration my schedule, and make car repair as easy as possible. I also have an 01 Taurus, that is starting to give me some trouble. I spoke with with Paul Cole, worked out a time to take it in, and I KNOW that I can trust they will do quality work for a fair price. I highly recommend the Service Team at North County Ford!

This dealership and representative was very attentive and helpful. He made the car buying experience painless. I will definitley go back to Travis at North County Ford if and when I am in need of a new or used vehicle. I had an opportunity to meet the owner of the dealership as well. He shook my hand and took the time to ensure that my experience at his facility was of the best. It is very rare that an owner will take the time to interact with the customers. I was a very pleasent surprise. I will be referring friends to this dealership and Travis.

Service Dept did not replace oil filter cap after routine Oil & Filter Change. I discovered the error when I returned home. They did arrange to have the cap dropped off later in the day.They sold me 3 New Tires that had a production date of 2004, which is nearing Fords recommended service age for tires, and 1 with a production date of 2008. Although the tires were same size & make, the tire pressure requirements were different in the older tires (41 PSI) vs 51 PSI in the newer tire. When I questioned my service adviser about the different tire pressure, she said it was no big deal. Ultimately, I paid the installation & mounting costs to have the tires replaced with newer tires....I don't think I should have had to pay this cost!! When I spoke to the Service Manager, he acknowledged the tires were "older than dirt", but did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, nor the Service Dept lack of quality control.Courtesy wash is a quick rinse and wipe with a towel at best, I often arrive to pick up my vehicle, only to find the Courtesy Wash was not performed (even though I requested it at the time of write-up).

I bought my 2000 used Ranger for work. It has been a good truck-- perfect for work and driving a lot of miles. I dealt with Matt and another guy, who was very nice and on top of things. They got me in and out without a sweat. I have taken it in for service many times and everything was done well and professional. I'm glad I went with NCF and will buy from them when my family needs another car. I have since recommended a few friends and they have had a same experience-- which is nice when you refer someone.

We bought an Edge from North County Ford in Vista. Our sales guy was very nice and the managers were professional too. They made sure we got what we wanted and could afford so the payments were good for us. Also, when we have taken our Edge to get serviced, with an appointment, we have been in and out fast. The service department is good and have friendly people! Overall, great experience and would send a friend to buy from them.

I brought my 2000 ranger in for the engine light. They were able to diagnos and repair my vehicle while I waited, even though I did not have an appointment. The had additional recomendations that I returned for. I found this staff not only professional, but very helpfull and knowledgable. Than you North County Ford! I will recommend you to my family and friends.

26 point service inspection was a joke. found fluids low, tire and brake info. missing, attempt to sell me an expensive clutch replacement instead of shift adj. "Wash with service" Was cursory rinse off.Slack, unprofessional, dealer rippoff. At least at WalMart I know to ask if ALL check points were done. NC Ford service didn't even bother to check off what they didn't do!

I stopped in 2 months ago and got a awesome deal on a trade in. so thinking i would get the same treatment i returned with my wife to trade in her car. we had done some research of our own prior to this, anyway we were given an offer of $5,000 less then what KBB had our trade listed for. the salesman was rude and condesending. the manager wasnt much better. oh and when i did get a good deal on my car i was there for about 7 hours so that tells you the pace they work at. i like ford and their products but this dealership is the worst one i've been to in 24 years. my rec, take your money to a different dealer.

I purchased a vehicle from them a few days ago. I have to agree that their service is just the worst. Also they made several mistakes processing my order, specially with financing. In addition this "finance" guru Beau, was absolutely rude and tried to belittle me because I was not agreeing into purchasing his GAP insurance and other junk he was offering me. Basically saying, I am stupid and if I had brains, I would get his "extras". My learning experience here, deal with my bank directly and skip all these middle people.

This ford dealership has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I have bought several fords and like the product but would never return to this location. The employees are rude combative and condincending to the customer...They are more than willing to make a sale but will not back up the product and will charge you for thier mistakes....My suggestion would be to go to other locations...
