Norris Ford is a wonderful place to do Business! My boyfriend and i had called ahead to make sure an explorer we have been looking at all week was still there. As soon as we got there the sales representative we talked to Parker welcomed us and showed us the car we were interested in. Once we test drove it and got back we started the paperwork where we met Jimmy. And he was also a pleasure to work with. They were fast and easy, they got us out within 4 hours! Which was the fastest we’ve ever bought a car. I definitely recommend that you check out Norris Ford and ask for Parker! You won’t be disappointed!

Very pleasant experience at Norris Ford. After spending 2 days at other dealers wasting time, Norris Ford gave us a fair deal up front and was willing to negotiate. Parker worked the deal with us and gave a great offer on the trade and the new Ford Ranger. Everyone else at the dealer was friendly and excellent to work with. Will go back to Norris Ford for my next Ford vehicle.

Richard Posko was the BEST Salesman ever! Richard made buying a car hassle free! He was very polite and informative. He definitely should be given a Salesman of the year award. The first car I ever bought were the salesman didn’t keep me in the dealership for hours. I was in the road, papers signed, keys in hand, all within less than an hour. I wish all salesman were like him.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Had to take my 2016 Ford back because the check engine light came on around 2800 miles. They gave me a hard time, didn't read the code. Told me it was computer software out of date. On a 2016?!? A week later, surprise! check engine light came back on, another hard time to get a loaner (had to contact sales), and they have had my car for 2 weeks with no end in site. Customer service is just horrible. Do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs!

I've been an exclusive buyer at Norris Ford since I bought my first car as a teenager. I love that the don't play games, none of the, "I have to check the deal with my manager" stuff, and they give you honest deals and financing from the START.I've also used their service department through-out the years. Many times their tire deals beat the tire shops around town; you can't beat that, no pun intended.Thanks Stan, thanks Will.

Came in about a week ago and purchased an Infiniti g37. Had the best customer service from Joe Hamilton and Garvey Nushann. I would buy, from these two men again, with no hesitation. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of correctly and guided me through a smooth/easy process. Next vehicle will be purchased from Norris Ford.

I bought a 2013 ford focus from Norris ford about 3 weeks ago. Before I bought the car I did some checking and was aware there had been a recall on the clutch in the transmission. I was told that that problem had been rectified on this model and that it had been replaced.The first week I noticed two things. The first was the car has a hard take-off, it shudders and shakes. The second was both of the air vents; driver and passenger side were broke. I took it back to Ford service and they informed me the hard take off was due to a recall of the clutch in the transmission. They placed both parts on order (the vents and the clutch). I waited a few days and called about the parts. I was told the clutch was still on back order. I called the gentleman who sold me the car and inquired why I was told the clutch was already replaced when it wasnt. I was told simply that I could always take it to another Ford dealership. I asked why I would want to do that. I received no reply.I called the service department again and was told the part was still not in and they had no idea when it would be delivered. I sent an email to Ford Motor Company and received a call telling me it could take 6-8 weeks. I asked why it was not fixed when they received the car as it would be easy to check by using the VIN number and cross reference it on their database. She had no answer.My complaint is two parts.Why it was never crossed referenced and repaired ahead of time before selling.And why knowing it is a problem does it take 6-8 weeks to fix?

I was on the Ford website and built my 50th anniv Mustang GT convertible 5.0 premium and printed it out, took it to the dealer and was bummed when they said they couldn't build it anymore because the line changes over in Aug., so I left only to come back and figured out that somewhere in this country there has to be my car. Zach Tolley, my salesman was excited and together we started searching. We found the car in Michigan at a dealership. I said tell them its sold!!!!! This was on Tuesday, they flew the techs up there to bring the car back and by Friday I was the proud owner of my dream Mustang! Crossed an item off my bucket list! This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. The staff was courteous, caring and had my confidence. My 2005 Ford F150 came from there, so it was a no brainer to go back to them for my dream car. Zach was awesome and made it very easy to deal with..If I decide in the near future to purchase another vehicle, I will definetly check them out first.

Looking to purchase online, was attracted to low pricing. I asked for the total price because I was quoted a different price than was online. I was told "Wow, for someone not buying a car in Maryland you sure are asking alot of questions. Let me see if can be any clearer. $20023 PLUS tax, tags, destination and dealer processing." So again I asked this certain salesman for the final out the door pricing and was told I could not get me out the door pricing because I am out of state and to"Find someone else to answer my questions." Funny thing is if he could have gotten me a final quote I would have purchased from them. Glad I was turned away!

Rip off artists led by Rick martin. I was lied to for a week about where my truck was. They blew my radiator and refused to take the blame. When I contacted rick martin to complain he hung up the phone. That guy is a complete joke. Don't waste your money here

Took my car for a diagnostic because my key was stuck in the ignition. Informed the diagnostic cost $109 per hour. The he tech came to me with a quote of $741 stating the problem isn't the ignition but the shifter. What is a shifter. I left and my car isn't running the right. I pissed off I believe they did something faulty to my car. It actually shut off on me while I was at a stop light. That never happened before. I'm furious.

I brought my F-150 in for an oil change and a labor price for a hood cable, I had the o.e.m cable with me. Service advisor Maurice recommend a coolant flush and trans flush, although I had recently taken my vehicle to a jiffy lube and had my radiation flushed I agreed to both because I've never flushed my transmission with 100 000+ . I paid over 400 buck for these services. I went back to jiffy lube demanding a refund. The tech. took the top off my radiation told me that my coolant still had particles floating around. I received my refund and dashed right back to ford. Meanwhile I noticed ford charged me 32.99 for popping my hood. which the mechanic couldn't figure out which cable I was talking so I popped the hood with a screw driver myself. As I dashed over to ford. I spoke with service manager Dwayne he apologized and promised if I brought it in the next morning he'd guarantee it would be done correct. End result I received the 32.99 refund and the trans. fluid in reservoir looked pretty clear also no particles were seen in the radiator. Finally happy at last

As soon as I came into the Dealership, I met with Chris and Harvey. Both were very Professional, but warm and Friendly. Harvey made sure I had a drink, while he worked on setting up the deal to purchase a new Focus. He let me Drive a Fusion but I later chose the Focus HB. This is my 5th car purchase at Norris Ford, and I keep returning. Wonderful Sales staff, Thanks Harvey, Chris, Kevin and Frank. Plus numerous other folks, sorry I could not recall all the names. In a nutshell...NORRIS ROCKS!

Recently purchased a used car at Norris Ford. The experience could not have been better. The vehicle was better than advertised, the price was fair, the negotiations were straightforward and the whole transaction took less than two hours. All of the Norris employees were very friendly. Our salesperson, Andrew Hart, was fantastic. He is the opposite of everything you ever heard bad about a car dealer. Went to several dealers (including Norris Ford), before returning to Norris Ford and finally purchasing the new 2015 Ford Fusion. Bruce, our sales rep was not only forthright, but took the time with our questions and concerns with ease and professionalism. I particularly liked how he purposely sat in the car with me and went over all the "bells and whistles" and repeated if I ever need help to call and/or stop by. From Bruce to the financial officer William, the ease and professionalism extended to us was truly a wonderful experience. Norris Ford has revamped their business practices and they have earned "customers for life." We will return to Norris Ford for our next vehicle purchase and hope our experience will be just as pleasant.

After looking at many dealers and finding a really great price for a F150 we decided to look at our last stop because it was the closet to home. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as we met our sales man, Zach Tolley. Unlike most of the salesman we met on our journey he was genuine and caring. The experience was very personal and he worked very hard to get us a great deal. Since we had already found a great price at another dealership we wanted him to at least match this price and we would buy that day instead of running around town again. Zach did so much better than that he showed us a new upgraded F150 and was able to sell it to us for an incredible price. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and truly showed excellent customer service from Jeff his manager, co-workers and financing. Throughout the conversations with Zach you could tell he was truly concerned with the welfare of his customers, which I in my opinion is rare. For example we had to come back the next day because the financing office had closed and he came in the next day when he was off work. I asked him was it difficult for him if deals do not go through when people have bad credit, to my surprise he said yes, but it is most difficult for them. They may really need that vehicle and are unable to get it, so I offer them advice on how to get their credit better so they can come back one day, overall it benefits me because they may use me again once they have the chance. Buying a car is something we do almost every 7-10 years and we will not forgot our experience with Zach. I look forward to coming back to Norris and have already recommending several friends and family to them.

Joe Hamilton was my Salesman, and I can't tell you how professional he is and he's the reason why I purchased my vehicle from Norris Ford. That morning, I was at Al Packer Ford and the Salesman there made me feel like I was wasting his time. Even though they offered me the same deal, I decided to go with Norris Ford based on Joe's personality and how comfortable he made me feel. He really took the time to go over everything the vehicle had in options. I honestly hate buying a car, but as I said, he made it easier than I remember in the past. I purchased a remote start, so let's see if they are as good as Joe in getting the remote installed quickly.

Everyone made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I did not feel pressured. I wasn't planning on a purchase but was shopping. The test drive and Ford quality really impressed me. I lovemy Rscape. Ford really became a cool presence in the SUV marketplace. Foreign guys watch out! Ford is making its presence known in the marketplace. My tire light came on 10/29/14 . I was concerned and went to my dealership 10/30/14. They were very friendly & prompt with their service . They had the time to give me an oil change & rotating my tires along checking the issue with the tire light sensor that came on , found no problem . They also gave my Sally (Mustang) a car wash , I was most grateful for that service .I'm very please with the service from Norris Ford from the first day I purchased my Mustang in February 2014 . From beginning to end, they did their utmost to make my purchase as quick and simple as possible, even down to me changing my mind several times! If they didn't have it, they went out and looked for it. Joe was very knowledgeable about all of the bells and whistles and how they worked and explained them all to me, without being overwhelming.A month or so prior to my purchase, I had done and internet inquiry, Tyler was the only one who went with my request not to call! i have always been treated with the highest respect at Norris Ford. I have been dealing with them for almost 30 years. Our daughter needed a car quick, because her engine died in the other one. Since she was riding with me and we had about 45 minutes until closing this past Sunday, I detoured and went to Norris Ford with everyones' telling me you won't make it. I haven't bought any trucks since my 2003 F150 and it's still going strong. She found a car there and we found salesman Mr. Stan Ma. Mr. Ma is very honest, straight forward and was quick with our paperwork. He than introduced us to Mr. Will Watson their finance man. He was also quick, honest and straight forward. Within 1 1/2 hours we looked for a car, made a purchase and drove off with her car. My father was a ford man, I am a ford truck lady and now our daughter is a ford owner. Everyone that I previously knew at Norris has either left or retired. After this experience I know that Norris Ford still has good people working there.

In all my days of business, I have yet to experience such a thing. I brought one of our fleet vehicles to Moe at Norris, he was instructed to check the vehicle and repair anything that would effect its optimal operation. Also, he was to perform a MD inspection on the vehicle. I made it very clear to Moe that time was of the essence, as we are in the ambulance business and lost time means alot. Originally, Moe told us that the vehicle would be ready on Thursday, which was 4 days. I accepted that. Around $3000 in non warranty work and only god knows how much in warranty work later, Moe said that the car would be ready on Tuesday. Just as Moe was telling me that the vehicle was ready, he also told me that he could not do a MD inspection on the vehicle because it weighed too much. This is very odd to me, we have several of these vehicles and have had several in the past and they all weigh under 10,000 pounds - there should not be a problem. Moe said no, it weighs too much, that they WEIGHED IT! This is funny to me, he weighed the vehicle. The weight of the vehicle is in the door, I have gone by this for my entire life, the door sticker from Ford said 9500 pounds. Suffice to say, I went and picked up the vehicle without an inspection. The next day, I was enraged, I would have to waste another day, getting an appointment with another inspector, making arrangements to pick up and drop off the vehicle, this made no sense. So, I called the service manager Wayne, who told me that the vehicle does in fact weigh 9500 pounds and that the inspector could have done the inspection. The manager, Wayne, told me in clear English that "Moe lied to you, he may have run out of time". Aside from the ethical perspective, this is incomprehensible! This guy has put me behind another day just because he felt like it! Another day of this vehicle being off the road costs alot of money and costs people time off their job. We are still contemplating how we are going to proceed concerning this matter - it may be worth the litigators fee

This young man took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the new technology this vehicle had to offer and explain it well. There was no hassle about price and did not have to talk to the manger not once about price. Which was good for me Tyler took care of all the negations. Mr. Smith was very sure that I had the best offer from Norris, and did not stress me about going to other dealers. This was very important and was one of the main reasons I choose Norris Ford. I had not purchased a new car in a number of years and I was certainly not looking forward to the whole process. I remembered the high pressure sales jobs from earlier purchases. However, this time it was a piece of cake. Matt Dixon was my sales person and he couldn't have been nicer. He never hounded me with emails or phone calls and never did I feel the pressure that I assumed would still be present in purchasing a car. He was the exact type of salesman I needed because I was a woman purchasing a car on my own. All of my questions were answered; all explanations were given to the fullest. I purchased a Honda CRV and love the vehicle! It's great to drive and I like sitting up higher than in my car. Another reason for choosing Norris Ford was the 2-yr. maintenance and lifetime car washes. This wasn't offered elsewhere.

I had an intermittent issue with the passenger seat belt on my new Mustang. Although the technician could not duplicate the adjustmentproblem Moe advised the seat belt assembly would be replaced and this could be completed while I waited. Both Moe and the technician were very professional yet friendly and I am very happy with this service. Based on my experience I will return for scheduled maintenance.

This was the easiest purchase I have ever made and the first Honda I have ever purchased. Everyone worked together to get me the car I loved and at a price that was right. John Burris is by far the best sales person that I have dealt with through the years having bought many cars. I did purchase a 2013 Honda Civic(not on your "selet vehicle purchased/considered" drop down list). He worked with me in the buying process and was very supportive. I had totemporarily post-pone the actual purchase of the Civic from my initial visit and John (as well as the Honda Dealership) held the car for me that I selected.I can't say enough good things about John - he is the best.

I went to Noris Ford to get service on my Escape.The rear hatch window was leaking water in to the car.When Renardo took my information,i explained that I didn't have a lot of time because I had to pick up my grand daughter from her morning pre-k.Renardo told me he would do his best to see It was taken care of right away.I went to the waiting room and had a cup of french vanilla. Customer Service -- When it came to customer service I was able to contact Mark or Chirs at any point whenever I had a question about the status of the car. If they did not answer they would usually get back to me within the hour of when I left the message. They were patient with me and did an excellent job of updating me with the details of the car.Quality of Work -- When I ordered the car they wrote down everything I wanted and ordered exactly that. They were well organized and could find my documents on the car quickly when I requested them. They e-mailed me the details, such as the VIN, so that I could get my insurance taken care of as soon as possible.Friendliness -- They were very friendly. They would make conversation and took an interest in my work. Mark was very understanding of my rookie status with a manual car when I was test driving it.Overall Experience -- Mark and Chris were great dealers and were prompt to answer question or satisfy any concerns I had with the car, or price. Very pleased with the service department. Spoke with Renardo Smith Friday about a problem with my wife's car, scheduled an appointment on Monday. Arrived at 10:30 expecting a 2.5+ hour wait. Not only did the service department get the warranty work completed in 1.5 hours (transmission problem requiring a computer update/reprogram) but also updated the sync system in just 1.5 hours.Renardo and the service provided continue make me feel like I am more than just a car buyer . . . the dealership has that "old fashioned" feeling where you feel like you are part of the Norris family and a friend walking in their door. I would definitely (and have) recommended Norris to family and friends and will recommend their service department and Renardo Smith as well.

While emailing multiple dealers in a geographic swath from southern Virginia up to New Jersey, I dealt with Angelo Molinaro via email for a few weeks, discussing my search for a very specific Mustang: 2014, black V6 Premium, Automatic, Saddle, 201a, Comfort Pack and the tough to find Performance Pack. Angelo performed dealer inventory searches and came up with the same results I had produced in national searches using cars.com and Ford's inventory search function: the car I was looking for had not been produced, so it would have to be custom-ordered, or I would need to compromise.When Angelo presented a price that was extremely competitive, I was glad to choose Norris over the other 2 dealers in the running for a custom factory order. Norris had won on price, but almost as importantly, they won on character. Angelo had an unusually sincere approach that was unstained by even the slightest salesman sliminess. When I found out my car's factory build date, I emailed Angelo a few extra requests, namely that I didn't want front bumper license plate bracket holes drilled or a dealer-ad sticker applied. No problem.When I pulled up about an hour before closing time to finally drive the new car home, it had been waxed to a blinding sheen. There were some tough dirt smudges from the dealer's detailer on the steering wheel, and it looks like they failed to buff out a large spot of wax on the hood, but I can live with that.Everything went smoothly, and now I'm enjoying a great car knowing I paid an unusually low price, and to top it all off, I enjoyed meeting the guy who sold me the car. The bottom line: the Norris rear plate bracket is still on there for the time being. Can't recommend Norris more highly.

As always, when my car needs any kind of service I call Norris Ford and ask for Chuck Burke in service. He's always friendly and polite. He's very knowledgeable. He informs me of the cost or gives an estimate and looks up my warranty information to see if anything may be covered, as it was with the 08/19/2013 visit. It's always a pleasure doing business with Chuck! I choose to use Norris Ford service because I trust them to work on my car. I bought the car from Bob Davidson Ford and regularly get service coupons and emails from them to bring my car in for service, which generally works as a reminder for me to call Norris to set up an appointment to have work done. Trust is a hard thing to come by these days -- so if I trust someone or in this case a car dealer I'll use them for all my service needs, as I do with Norris Ford. don't give out 5 stars easily but I must say I have never been happier with this dealership. I have purchased 5 vehicles in 12 years since I love fast, powerful and rare appearance vehicles. I walked into Norris Ford and walked out with a Country Swag of a truck. Angelo, Stan and William (Business Manager) had to be the epitome of professionalism, honesty and integrity. You will never met a sales team like this anywhere else. Angelo was straight forward, knew everything I was looking for and went out of his way losing other potential customers just to make sure I looked at every truck I wanted. He was patient, calm and truly comical person.Stan helped me sign all my stuff and want to talk about a guy who knows his technology. Stan took himself off the sales floor for over an hour knowing it wasn't his sale and wouldn't being getting a commission but still gave me a one on one tutorial of the SYNC. William, last but not least. William is a old school business manager who has mastered the principles of customer service. William doesn't push you into a car like most dealerships, he keeps it real and makes sure your happy even if the dealership has to lose your business. You can't find that type of customer service like you do with these guys. Although I didn't not have transactions with other sales staff I can say this you will never find a group of happy co-workers. This service was for routine maintenance service. However, my challenge is I work 60 miles from home and very long hours each day. The overnight drop off is great. In addition, I can't always arrive before 7:00 pm to pick my car up. This is the third time I've made arrangements for service. Twice I've had to pick the car up after hours and never had any problems. This time I actually arrived prior to 7:00p and the cashier and serviceman that was still there were terrific. I'd also like to add that the detail service report I was given was also extremely helpful. Not only was this for an oil change, but a tire rotation and a product upgrade. I also asked for the brakes to be inspected. The service report very clearly stated not only what was done, what was found, but also what to expect, i.e. amount of tread currently and the amount of tread that would indicate a need for change. This truly helps me plan for upcoming routine maintenance expenses.Owing a car can have its own set of issues, but Norris Ford service has made maintenance and service a pleasant experience.

Took my car in for service as it would not run. They replaced my fuel pump for $1000 dollars. When I went to pick up my car someone had hit it on their lot. Their lot has cameras and is gated, but they refuse to look back and see who hit my car on thier lot. From the way the general manager is acting, i get the feeling he has seen the video and probably knows which one of his workers hit my car. My car may not be brand new, but it is my car and i do my best to take care of it. This is total xxxxxxxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the best new car buying experience I have every had. I had visited a couple other Ford dealers close by and found them to be either stand off or rude. When I contacted Norris via their web site I was immediately responded to by Mark in the Internet Sales department. He was extremely curtious and gave me all the information I needed without making me feel I was being interigated. Once I got to the dealership, nothing changed, the price I was given was the same as what he gave me by email. The whole process was extremely professional and all the people were great,from Mark to the GM Bill and the finance guy Frank. I will tell others about my great experience, plus I got 2 year free maintenance that I didn't know they give to every one who buys.

I purchased my Ford 500 in March of 2011 at Norris Ford. I bought a warranty with my vehicle at the time of purchase and have been bringing my vehicle in for it's check ups as needed. Mr. Chuck Burke is the service representative that I have been dealing with at this location. My father who also purchased his vehicle from Norris Ford also has Mr. Chuck Burke as his service representative. We are very pleased with Mr. Burke. He is very friendly and he really is concerned about his customers. This is one of the qualities that me and my father really like. While your care is in for service or repair Mr. Burke will call and let you know what is going on with your vehicle, what it may need and how much it will cost before the repairs are made. He then will call when your vehicle is ready for pick up. There is just such a friendly atmosphere. Even when you are waiting for your vehicle they have complimentary coffee and a Television to watch while you wait. The service Representative will come over periodically to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. I have not once had a bad experience at Norris Ford. As a customer of Norris Ford I would recommend this dealership to others. I know when I am ready to purchase another vehicle, Norris Ford will be where I go.

I could not be happier with my experience of buying from Norris Ford. I was looking to buy a Black Focus ST3 with moonroof, and Norris had exactly what I was looking for, at an unbeatable price - literally. I did a lot of research and shopped around, and Norris offered both the best price, the best service, and the best buying experience. My sales consultant was Tyler Smith - he did an excellent job in assisting me, he was amazingly responsive, helpful, and always patient, even when I barraged him with many (many, many) questions. Moreover, perhaps much more importantly, Tyler conducted our discussions and negotiations with the utmost integrity. Not once did he pressure my buying decision in any way whatsoever. Even more telling was how well he acquitted himself in comparison to his competitors (and there were many competitors); while reps from other dealerships were quick to find fault or 'warn' me about the supposed pitfalls of Norris' offer, Tyler did nothing of the sort. The only word of caution he had was right at the beginning, when he rightly mentioned the risk in comparing on-the-road numbers. When I visited Norris to finalize, and when Tyler presented me with the option of buying some extra warranty/coverage/protection options, he did not apply any pressure whatsoever, and neither did his boss, GM Bill Vowles - and I mean no pressure, none! I told them, because I had just spent a lot of money on my first car loan (or loan of any kind), I was gun-shy about spending even more without some thought. When I said that, they told me they understood completely, and that was the end of it, no pressing whatsoever. And this was even when it was clear, from all my research, that their margin on the car was very small (especially when put in the context of national average prices paid). Btw, the price at sale was exactly the price Tyler quoted me, no surprise fees, nothing - precisely the amount I was given before coming in. Another reason to consider Norris is the nice service plans included in the purchase - monthly car washes, oil changes, etc. If you're in the market for a Ford--and you should be, to buy American, and to buy the best American vehicles being built--you absolutely must consider Norris Ford.Btw, my ST3 is amazing, I absolutely love the car!

I found my truck on line and emailed the dealership. I got a quick and informative response from Tyler Smith. I set up an appointment, when I went in Tyler was with another customer so Chris Crocker quickly stepped in. i could not be happier with the deal and courtesy and respect in the way he handled everything. I did not have an appointment. Chuck took the vehicle in to have the service (oil Change) right away. I was also having a problem with a speaker not working properly. I wasn't going to wait but it was completed quickly anyway. The oil was changed and the speaker was replaced. The service tech kept the vehicle clean. Cant beat that for $12. We went through USAA car buying services and Norris Ford was one of their top rated Ford dealers in the area. After a quick search on the web, we found they they also had the best customer reviews for the area. We were originally looking for a Fusion Hybrid Titanium, but decided we really didn't want to the wait required for the options/colors which would require being a custom order from the factory. From that point on, Mark Vowles put in a lot of effort to find the best possible match within an ever increasing radius of our area. He finally found one, but it was a few hundred miles away. After our go-ahead, they brought it down to the dealership, performed an inspection and cleaned it up, then delivered it to the house. Most accommodating! Thanks to Mark we're now the proud owners of a sexy '13 Ford Fusion Hybrid in Ingot Silver with Charcoal Black leather interior with the options we wanted most. Thanks to Bill Vowles as well. Tyler is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable car sales person I have ever met. He utilizes a consultative sales approach to truly understand each customers individual needs and provides real solutions based on those needs. He understood our wants, needs and price constraints and did a wonderful job searching an inventory of over 150 dealerships to find the right vehicle for us. He alerted us to available options but never tried to uncomfortably upsell us beyond what we were comfortable paying for a family vehicle. Good experience in buying the Escape. Was not pushed into anything and the negociation went smooth. Harvey worked out the initial numbers and then Chris stepped in and explained the best way for my daughter to purchae the car. They were very thorough in explaining the cost of the car and the different ways to get all the discounts and rebates available.

I was looking for a 2013 Ford Explorer on line and the response to my interest and questions were given to me in a quick manner. Thomas Askew helped me get the vehicle that I wanted and I am SO happy with my purchase! I traded in a 'Toyota Highlander' which I loved and now have fallen in love with my new 2013 Ford Explorer - what my husband and I say is a hidden favorite/secret. Commercials don't show you what Norris Ford can!

Mark Vowles was very professional and knowledgeable of the Ford vehicles I looked at. He tailored his sales approach and timeline to my needs and desires. He didn't try to over sell me a new vehicle which was exactly the kind of sales person I enjoy working with. He took time to find the exact vehicle I wanted and was able to offer an exceptable price to which I agreed. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future. I visited to other Ford dealers in the area the same day I made my purchase and left both of them when I felt the sales persons were not being up front with me and wanted to push their "inventory" on me without considering my desired vehicle. Stan at Norris Ford was extremely helpful. I called after doing some research online. Stan discussed all options available over the phone with me all while staying in my price range. I told Stan what I wanted and the perfect car was waiting for me when I arrived. He also helped get to the exact price range I wanted. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Norris Ford.

Purchased a new F-150 truck 11/27/12. Mr. Harvey Appleby was my salesman. A more professional,helpful,and easy to talk to man would be hard to find. Saved me 1,000's on my truck. No question too small. Will tell all my friends,family,and co-workers to go to Norris Ford and seek out this man when looking for a car or truck. The whole staff and manager was a joy to do business with. Even after purchase if you have any questions they are eager to help. We have purchase 5 vehicles from Norris and Tyler Smith has been by far the most informative salesman we have had the pleasure of doing business with. I would recommend Tyler to anyone that is looking to purchase a new ford. Also the General Manager Bill Vowles is there to help with any additional questions or concerns you may have. The only negative thing I can say is the finance person Frank Balsamo is not professional in his approach to customers or the sales staff at Norris. I was very disappointed in some of the things I heard and how somethings were handled by Frank. I have never delt with Frank in the past and hope I do not have to deal with him in the future.Overall I do have to give Norris a rating of 5, despite the disappointment in the finance office.

I initially sought service for my 2003 Lincoln Navigator on November 6, 2012, 30 minutes after opening. The air ride suspension light was on and the compressor continued to run. The air bags appeared to be full because the vehicle sat high with a sturdy rough ride. They replaced 3 height sensors for $1,109,46 and the service rep, Chuck, said that this may fix the problem or not. The vehicle appeared to ride OK on the way home that afternoon, but the very next morning the front shocks would not inflate, causing the rear to ride higher than the front, still with a rough ride. The front never inflated again. It was now worse than before their repair. I rescheduled the vehicle back at Norris on November 16, 2012, and they kept it for two days, where I eventually had to call for a diagnosis. During that call, on the morning of the second day, Chuck told me that everything appeared to be OK with the vehicle. I knew that was not the truth. He eventually called back and stated that one of the front shocks had an air leak and that it would cost me $1,400 to repair (on top of the $1,109 I already paid for what apparently was the wrong repair). He then proceeds to tell me about the option of a conversion kit for $1,800. This was still over and above the $1,109 paid for the wrong repair. I refused any additional work and ordered a conversion kit from Strutmasters for $628.00 and completed the conversion myself. My Navigator rides great again. Number one: a professional repair facility only has two goals; complete a proper diagnosis the complete a proper repair. Number two: a customer should be given all options as soon as the diagnosis is made, not after their hard earned cash has been spent for the wrong repair. Finally, how about a rebate for the wrong repair or some sort of concession other than you can spend more money and trust that we will fix it right this time. Seriously?

By FAR one of the best vehicle purchase experiences of my life. The whole operation was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Bruce was a breeze to work with and when asked what we need to do to make a deal happen, he said "All you need is a pen" and he was RIGHT. I could not give a HIGHER recommendation to Bruce and the whole gang at Norris in Dundalk. Made the drive from Edgewater worth every bit.

I previously bought a used truck from Norris Ford and loved it so I went back for my next purchase. I shopped other dealerships and found the best price at Norris so I had to go back. They worked with me on my trade in and gave me what I was looking for. They also did all the financing like I asked up front so when vehicle was delivered my time was cut in half, in and out in a little over an hour.

I just had another great buying experience from Norris Ford. This is the second new truck I bought from them, first a 2008 F250 and now a 2013 Expedition EL. My overall experience has been excellent both times. After shopping around they have always given me the best price. Their sales people are very friendly and helpful in explaining all the new features pertaining to my vehicles. My Expedition came in sooner than expected and when I went in to pick it up the delivery process went quickly. I'll be back next year for my new Mustang.

I am a retired person whose thirteen year old car died. We have a great need for a car since my husband is disabled. Norris ford worked very hard to getting our monthly payments as low as we can afford, Also a great amount of time was given to explaining all the functions of the new car. Brought my car in for a recall and was waited on right away. Arrangements were made to drive me to work which was a good distance away. As soon as my car was ready I was contacted and the driver picked me up right in front of my work and brought me back to the dealership. The driver, as well as the employees, were very prompt and courteous and great to deal with.

Leak, MAJOR, in convertible top of a brand new Mustang. Car was totally dried out and repair done to drain in the top. It did take a few days but the job was well done.

I am very pleased with my experience purchasing a 2012 Ford Focus SEL. I initially planned to purchase a vehicle using Ford's X-Plan, however, Norris was already offering a price below the X-Plan price anyway. Unlike some of the mega-stores that are swarming with "slick" salesmen, Norris has a "hometown dealer" feel. Roy and Chris were both exceptionally nice and easy to talk to. If you want the "warehouse experience," Norris won't offer it. However, if you want to work with a friendly staff that won't hustle you through the process of buying a car, I'd recommend Norris. I will definitely visit Norris again for service and future purchases.

This was our second visit to NORRIS AUTO GROUP and our second interactions with Jim Rodgers during 2012. My initial meeting occurred, March-April 2012, when our daughter was ready to 'up-grade' her vehicle. I was impressed with the professional atmosphere of NORRIS and the willingness to secure vehicles from their 'web' inventory. Most notably, our dealing and interaction with Jim Rodgers. He presents as very approachable and 'down to earth', absolutely no pretense. The deal for a previously owned Mazda 3 went very smooth in all aspects. The end result...a happy daughter (and mom & dad)!So when it came time for me to consider an up-grade (2004 Subaru 190,000 miles), there was no hesitation to contact Jim. After doing my personal research, Jim was very much 'on-board' to secure vehicles to test-drive, etc. Again I found Jim 'great' to work with: returning phone calls, positive communication, clean vehicles secured to test drive, basically all across the board positive experience.I am, presently, a proud owner of a previously owned Nissan Frontier thanks to NORRIS AUTO GROUP and Mr. Jim Rodgers.I have and will continue to tell my friends and associates of the positive dealings with NORRIS AUTO GROUP and Jim Rodgers!

This is the only dealership that treated me as family. Others, once I drove the car off the lot they forgot me.They called after I had my vehicle to see if everything is ok. Also they they sent me touchup paint and other things for the car that the other dealers would have charged me for.

Norris ford was very friendly and easy to work with overall. Saw Stan Ma a week before I purchased my new focus. He was attentive, honest and very helpful at getting me the best rebates and financing. No pressure. He made the process very concise. The manager, Chris, also was very helpful and was able to let me leave as a happy new customer. I will definitely refer people to this dealership. I looked at Al packer ford previously and did not receive anywhere near the level of service as I got at Norris.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and was great to work with. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and were not pressured into any particular car and given plenty of time to look around and test drive the vehicle. Worked with us to get a great rate, trade in and to make sure we got the car we wanted. Would recommend to anyone.

It was probibly the best car buying experiance I ever had They were very accomidating very fast and competent with no high presure and a good selection of vehicals priced reasonibly. The 2012 Fiesta is a beautiful well made car car that looks sharp and drives well with good gas mileage I purchased the extended warranty and maintance plan that covers all maintance and repairs with towing meals and accomidations. I'll probibly Never need to use it seeing how I got 200,000 miles out of the Ford Focus bought at Norris Ford. I'll always go back to Noris Ford in Dundalk Maryland and see Roy Berkeridge when i want to buy a car.

Mo and Duane are absolutely the best. It is a shame that the service department at Norris dont have 20 of Mo and 20 of Duane.In fact Duane should have Rick Martins job because he is the most unpersonable person at Norris. Absolusolutely the worst and my family knew George Norris, Landy Cook and Norris as they were patients of my Father and Mrs. Cook a friend of my Mother. The way Martin treats employees in front of customers is horredoks and I also speak for Congresswoman Helen Bentley as I work for her and while my family bought Lincolns from Thompson and Thunderbird Landaus from Noriss I can tell you Gus Thompson, George Norris, and Landy Cook would not tolerate Martins behavior to employees in front of customers. On the other hand the rest of the staff at Norris to include Will Jeff Russ Chuck etc. are the only reason to come there and if it wasnt for Duane Moh and Jeff Grossman bothe myself and the Congreswoman would pull our busines and thats five Ford vehicles and buying another. In fact she is a friend of Bill Ford and I know Bill Ford as well because my trucking company moved all of Fords parts from overdess that came into the Port of Baltimore.amd we may write a letter to him commending the anbive ondividuals but certsinly not Rick Martin. Anyway please give Mo Duane Will ( finance) and Jeff Grossman the highest ratings possible.

Stan was friendly and answered any questions that I had. He was enthusiastic about my new purchase and was always available to me before and after my purchase. I left the dealership feeling good about my purchase, which isn't always the case when buying a new car. The only problem I had during the entire process involved the buisness manager who was dealing with my finances. Stan got that fixed immediately even though it was not his department.

I had a warranty issue with the my vehicle. When I conntacted Moe Qureshey from Norris Ford he instructed me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership instead of driving there. Since Moe is aware that I needed my car back quickly he made the necessary arrangements to obtain the parts needed andscheduled the repair so I had my car back the same day.In the past four years I have purchased more than 10 vehicles from Norris Ford and wil continue to do so. I went to a local Ford dealership to purchase a 2013 Shelby gt500,and made a deal with them and put down a deposit.A week later when i went to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork i was then told a different price,and that there was a 15 thousand dollar fee to the dealer just to purchase the car. I then went to Norris Ford and spoke with Jeff Grossman who gave me a price and sent the purchase order to Ford on the spot.The next day Stan Ma called me and faxed me the confirmation from Ford for my car.I was given their first allocation and eight weeks later i had my car.My dealings in the begining and all thru the ordering and delivery process was honest and exceptional in every way. I recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car go to Norris Ford and see either one of these gentlemen for a hassle free buying experience1

My Ford Explorer had a recall on a certain part to insure that it met safety specifications. When I called the dealership I was immediately transferred to the service department and that's when I met Chuck Burke. His magnetic personality and professionalism exceeded all of my expectations. After my truck service was rendered I then received a warm professional courtesy call from Chuck Burke. People like Chuck defines what customer service is all about.

I brought my car in for a factory recall. Upon arrival my service advisor, Moe Qureshey walked right out to meet me. He retrieved that paperwork and brought my car in straight away. He estimated less than a hour to perform the repairs. Approximately 40 minutes later he discussed the repairs in detail with me instead of just stated the work had been completed.I greatly appreciate Moe's attention to detail and for his continued support and effort. A perk was when I returned to my car they had washed it - nice touch!

We had gone to Chevy and Chrysler dealers and they did not go out of their way to find the car that interested us. Chris Crocker took the initiative to get on line and locate a car that met out specifications, then he made phone calls to arrange for it to be delivered within 2 days. After visiting and calling several Dealers in hopes to trade in my 2008 utility truck, Norris ford was the only one that gave me a reasonable trade in value. Would I have like to get more, yes of course but four other area dealers really low balled me and didn't appear to want my business. Harvey was nice to work with and didn't have that typical "salesman" push. He was very knowledgeable and had been at Norris for many years. The very first quote he gave me on a truck was below what I planned on spending. However that truck availability fell through and I wound up spending a few thousand more than I wanted to. I was disappointed that the first deal fell through but I was impressed with Harvey's patients dealing with a customer (me) that was trying to get the price down on a truck a little above my means. In the end I wound up with a truck that I love and walked away from Norris with a handshake and a smile. I would recommend a stop at Norris to see what they have to offer.

I could have ordered and purchased this vehicle from a dealership closer to my home but I found that this dealership was more attentive to my needs. I went to this other dealership and nobody even bothered to come outside of the building to see if I was interested in buying a vehicle or asking any questions or anything. After my fourth visit I finally went inside and they pointed to where the rest of the trucks were located but never made it out of the building. So I said the heck with this , I can spend my money somewhere else. Maybe at a dodge dealership. When I arrived at Norris Ford, Mr. Mansfield came right out and introduced himself to me and made me feel welcome and answered many of the questions I had. He was the main reason I purchased the truck from Norris Ford. He had a very good customer relationship and like I stated earlier I could have purchased this truck from anywhere. Mark was very instrumental in making this sale and closing the deal. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would reccommend him to anyone. Also let me say that Sebrina Wajer was very helpful also along with another sales person whose name I cannot remember. All in all my experiance at Norris Ford was very good . I will be back!

Stan Ma was an excellent sales man. He was very friendly and he really knew all the detail about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was also very helpful after we purchased the vechile as well as showing us how the navigation system works and all the other voice command feature avaliabe in the car. Everybody at the dealership created a very amicable enviornment for buying the car and everybody was very helpful.

The salesman Bruce Eskay was one of the best sales people I have ever delt with, my son is a finance manager for a different dealer ship and I still bought from Bruce. Bruce answered ever question I asked him, and answered some I did not ask which was great. When I buy another car he certainly will be fron Bruce and Norris Ford.

I have been coming to Norris Ford for 25 years and have had all of my vehicles serviced there. Chuck has been my service manager for at least 10 years. He does a great job, very friendly, always has the work done timely. I love my Ford Expedition. I just sold my old one with 175,000 miles on it and 8 years old. I know Rick Martin, a Norris employee, and he recommended that come to Norris for my F-150 truck. I checked the dealership on the web and Chris Crocker sent me an e-mail inviting me to the dealership. I went to the dealership and met Chris and found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the F-150 series trucks. I had found a vehicle I liked online but it was sold a few day prior to my arrival. Chris located another truck and had it sent to Norris. Chris was extremelty patient and helpful during the process of purchasing the vehicle. He completed most of the paperwork for us before we actually came to Norris to pick up the truck. We financed the vehicle and met Will who helped us through the process. He was also very pleasant. My vehicle was cleaned and prepared for dealery while the paper work was completed. Chris Crocker spent a lot of time exdpalining the many features of my new truck.I spoke with Rck Martin during the process and after purchasing the vehicle.Norris Ford should proud to have Chris, Will and Rick as employees. I will recommend Norris Ford to friends and family in the future.

I had 2 probelms #1 the rear axle sits 1/4 inch off center to the drivers side. exp; car designed this way checked other mustangs and found to be the same. (excepted) # 2 the transmision did not shift smooth. exp: service bullettin to change hydrolic cluch fluid, same completed . shifts smooth overall clutch feel is mush better. The dealer ship is clean not a lot of broken cars on the lot ( good sign ) and the personel were friendly and curtiuos

Having just purchased a used Explorer a month ago, it was unfortunate to learn that our new used car would be in the shop for a week due to transmission issues. Jeff Battaglia offered to cover us with a loaner, and was in touch with me everyday with updates on our Explorer. This was an extremely positive car dealership experience, which is why we went to Norris Ford.

From the moment I called chuck to the completion of my repairs , I was totally impressed. He was able to get my car in and out in just two days. We asked for a price on a Ranger and within several hours we had our price. Chris broke it down showing discount,rebates,tax and title fees. We had done are homework and knew that we were getting a great deal.We went to the Dealership and the truck was parked out front and was ready for a test drive.I it for a ride while my wife went in and started the paper work. By the time I got back all that was left to do was to sign the loan and MVA paper work.I will go back again to buy my next truck.There are other dealerships out there who will give you a low ball prices and when you show up its "we just sold that truck or we made a mistake and the price is really...". Not at Norris Ford what Chris quoted was what we paid !!

Chuck is friendly and is a great help. If he is not there when I call for an appointment or information, I wait until he is avalable. His knowledge of automobile information is refreshing.Dewayne has also been valuable with information about the Ford Company.

Norris Ford provided exceptional service from my initial vehicle research through final delivery. All of the employees, from top to bottom, were a pleasure to work with. The dealership priced the vehicle very competitively and offered some innovative financing options. Overall, I was very impressed by the staff and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Chris took his time, made sure we were happy and answered any and all questions we had. He even stayed past 9pm when the dealership closed to make sure we were comfortable with the car and it's features. Synced both my blackberry's and even offered a return visit if we wanted more assistance or info on the features. Chris made sure we were perfectly happy with everything before he had us sign anything. He even offered to help us clean out the trade-in car.

The salesman I dealt with, Matt, was about as nice and pleasant as can be, as was his helper that day, Larry. Unfortunately salesmen don't make car dealerships run. The management at this place, Jim (others?) has a problem. When the salesman agrees to a price, the manager has to approve it before it's good. That's the way the game is played. But once the manager agrees to a price, they prep the car, you sign the papers, are ready to give them a check, and then the manager reneges on that price -- you have been had. When you the customer make a mistake, you pay for it -- sometimes dearly. When the manager makes a mistake, he needs to take responsibility for it. The managers at Norris Ford need a lesson in responsibility. To compound matters the manager Jim had the audacity and cowardice to blame the salesman who wasn't even there that day. He should be ashamed of himself and be sent back to management 101. It should give you some idea of how they likely run their entire operation. Id be suspect that their service department might operate similarly given the manager sets the example for the entire business. If they break something while working on your car do they make some excuse and charge you for it anyway? That's not the type of organization that you want to do any business with. I took my business elsewhere, you should too.

I was very impressed with how Stu Curtin was so easy to work with and help me along the way. I emailed Stu that I was looking for a certain kind of vehicle (Dodge Dakota 4x4 Auto Quad Cab) and he had one in stock. I will be using this vehicle to do estimates in our Lawn & Landscaping business (Groshs Lawn Service) and to take equipment to be repaired also.Stu got back with me and sent me the information by email. Stu made arrangements to meet me halfway to test drive the truck (we are 2 hours apart) that Friday.This is the first vehicle I purchased from Norris Ford and it WILL NOT be the last. I did not look anywhere else because I truly trusted Stu and wanted to do business with someone whom I could trust. My experience with Norris Ford and my sales rep., Stan, was extraordinary. Stan immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we entered the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all questions satisfactorily. Our experience with Norris Honda specifically with Ms Becky Stafford was truly exceptional for start till finished. We never felt any pressure in the buying process unlike other sales representatives that we have dealt with in the past. Becky treated us in a most professional manner yet so friendly and very accommodating seeing to it that everything wis taken cared of to meet our needs to the best of her abilities. We came from a very hospitable country and knows the true meaning of customer service. We have been living here for more than 1o years now and this is the first time that we experienced customer service the way we know it and Ms Stafford brought back those good memories. Its only been a week since we bought our 2011 Civic. We have heard of Norris Honda's impeccable after sales service reputation. We are very eager to find out for ourselves and hopefully they would meet our expectation but we pray that it will not happen soon.

Checked around 3 other Ford Dealerships in the area, settled with Norris Ford because of the staff, they all were friendly and make the whole purchase worth the trip down to Baltimore. The excellent customer service extended from the salesman Chris, all the way to the top, Bill the sales manager was very personal and helpful and made us feel welcome, and the finance officer Will had all the paperwork ready quickly and the whole purchase was made very easy. My experience with Norris Ford was wonderful. The service that they provided was outstanding. This is the third car that my family has through Larry Jaworski and we will Continue to go back to him for future vehicles. They were very understanding and had alot of patience as I made the decision on the car that I wanted. I was infuriated when I left. I was put off for almost 20 minutes before being sent to Dave Cook. Dave first informed me he needed to "make a call" which he did while I waited. It just happened to be a personal call on his cell. Then he shot the you-know-what with an employee for another 5-10 minutes before asking if he could help, deciding he didnt want to or couldn't, and then asked me to return next week. Unacceptable. If he had asked up front why I was there at least I wouldn't have had to listen to his annoying call and BS-ing with an employee....

I have no complaints, got a great price (and I do mean a great price!) on a used Sport Trac. Everyone I talked to at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I have to say after dealing with other car dealers over the years this was actually a pleasant experience, in and out with my new (used) car in less than three hours and no B.S., Hats off to Norris Ford!

This is my second time dealing with Norris Ford . My first was with a purchase of a new truck . Now the second was a used car. They continue to satisfy me every time. I even went to Carmax first and they tried to low ball me for my trade in . Then I tried another dealer and they never even came out to say hello . I particularly hate that because I feel that they are profiling me . I do look young for my age but that's no excuse. Anyway Im glad to say that I was extremely satisfied with the trade in value , the car, and the overall handling of the deal by there employees. I guarantee that they will be my first option for my next vehicle.

Just purchased a 2011 Ford Focus SE at Norris Ford from Stan Ma and my experience could not have been better! At no time was I pressured, rather the salesman took the time to explain everything to me that I wanted to know. Stan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. If I purchase another vehicle in the future it will be at this Norris Ford and I will request Stan as my sales person. The finance manager was not pushy with other options and explained the benefits of additional packages that fit my needs as well. I purchased a used Ranger 4x4 a few years back. I was actually just "window" shopping, but wound up purchasing a truck the following week. By far one of the best deals I have received. Friends and family were amazed at the price. Process was smooth, people were cool. I consider myself a tough customer. Before entering a dealership I resolve to walk out for any reason. Norris Ford employees passed all the tests. They were forthcoming with information and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Norris. Larry, the Salesman, was very knowledgeable about Ford trucks and Katey (I'm sorry, I don't remember her last name) gave a very indepth description of Ford's services, manuals, and options. All employees I encountered couldn't be more helpful.

Horrible horrible horrible. Bought my 2011 Mustang from Koons, now that's good service. Sales guy gave me the speel, then left me to the finance guy. Wanted to give barely anything for trade, made the whole the thing sound so negative. Called the next day saying they need to talk about financing and making it sound so bad, yet Koons Ford had everything ready to go same day, with a great rate, trade-in, and price. Shady at best in there...

Bought my 2010 F150 truck from Jeff Grossman at Norris Ford, he made sure that I got all the options I wanted, and calculated the prices of an XLT vs the XL so that I did not overpay.No stress, no games, just a fair price and excellent service. I was familiar with Norris because they serviced my previous truck for several years, a 1998 F250 4x4.Long time Ford Truck owner, this silver F150 is really a nice truck, the 6 speed transmission and 4.6 liter multi-valve engine is a really nice combination, I got 22 mpg on a highway trip shortly after buying the truck.

We went to Norris to purchase a "gently used" Explorer. When they didn't have exactly what we wanted, they asked us to wait a week and within that time they were able to track something down and sell it to us at a more than fair price. I bought my new Ford F150 from Norris. I had a great experience as everyone I came in contact with during the sales process was pleasant. I did not feel like I was being nickeled and dimed which was important to me. I did not want to start out at 1 price and eventually end up at a much higher price by the time I walked out the door. The staff made the transaction as easy as possible for me. I plan to buy my next vehicle there when the time comes.

Not your typical dealer! Sales. Service department. They assisted me with a friend that had a broken down car. My friend had no money to repair the vehicle. I called Norris and asked if they could pick up the car and I would pay them directly. They treated my friend as if they just purchased the most expensive car on the lot. When I received the invoice, Norris actually covered part of the repair.

I have had a lot of experiences with car dealers over the years, but had never visited Norris Ford. I went to a couple of dealers before I went to Norris looking for a Ford Edge. The other dealers were the same as every other dealer visit in the past...not answering questions, hemming and hawing, mumbo jumboing and trying to pressure me into taking the vehicle they wanted me to buy...even though the vehicle did not match what I wanted. Stan at Norris listened to what I was asking for and was able to match me up with my new car immediately! Stan gave me the facts and I bought the car! He treated me as if I were family. I really appreciated it!! Next I talked to Katie. Katie explained the features and benefits of some "extras" and I purchased a protection package. Her informative selling technique made it easy for me to make a decision! This was the first time I ever bought any extras with a new car...and I'm glad I did. Actually it was the first time that anyone ever explained the extras clear enough to make them appealing.I am glad that I found Norris Ford and will be telling everyone I know about them!!Thanks for sending me this survey!

From my first contact with Bruce, my experience was nothing but great! No pressure. He listened to my "wish" list as well as my concerns financially, and offered his suggestions, then let me decide when I was ready. Bruce located the F150 that he thought I would really like, and he was right! What an eye catcher it is, too. Katie stepped in, and again no pressure, going over what was available, before sending us to Will for the closing. Everyone was just so pleasant to work with.

Very responsive (but not annoying) internet sales team, helpful sales and financing team at the dealership. I knew the car I wanted before-hand and already had a good price from another dealership, but Norris was able to beat the price and even bring the car I wanted in from another location when they didn't have it on the lot. This was a very pleasant buying trip! We spoke with Matt on the phone after looking at the cars from Norris Ford of Dundalk on the Internet. We told Matt what we wanted on a 2010 Fusion and also told him the price quote from another Ford dealer who was much closer to where we live. He told us that he would make it worth the distance to come to his dealership because he could sell us the car for less.He was true to his word and we bought the car 30 minutes after we walked into the dealership! It truly was a "no hassle deal!" Susan was informative and respectful telling us about all of the warranties we could add and Frank was very responsible and quick getting us through the purchase paperwork. Matt,our salesman, was not only nice but he was honest, too! We are thrilled with our new car!

My family has been a faithful customer to Norris for many years and I'm sad to say that the time has come to change our dealership. I have suffered through numerous service issues and could give many details of poor customer service but I am so tired of re-hashing the misery. Only months in my 2010 Ford, I couldn't take it any longer and traded it in for a Chevy. The service I received at my new dealer was outstanding and only confirmed that Norris is failing. I've never been happier with a dealership and just wish that I hadn't waited so long to make the change!
