NFY Auto had just the right clean and newly worked on Honda CRV AWD for sale at the best price. Othman worked with me to keep the price within my budget. I did buy the 3 month or 3000 mile warranty just in case... So far I’m really happy with my experiences with them and my new-to-me CRV!

Please do not do business with this company. Read the Better Business Bureau complaints. The BBB gives them an "F" rating. They also do business under the name NFY auto sales be aware of their deceptive practices. Salesman Ben took my very good friend Robert's $7500 in cash towards and $8000 Nissan Altima. Ben provided no paperwork all business was through text messages because Ben said that he had to tell his boss the car was being purchased by himself in order to let my friend take the car. Seeming that he had to shuffle things around for this deal and therefore my friend could not contact anyone but him regarding the car. After receiving a letter with no letterhead just plain white sheet of paper with request for final payment in cash my friend got ahold of Ben through text messages to pay the final $500 using his debit card rather than hand over cash it became a problem so much that Ben charged the debit card then did not accept the transaction causing my friends bank to have the funds on hold before credit back to my friends acct. That same day a tow truck came and towed (repo'd) the car and my friend cant reach Ben and when he went to dealership both Ben and the Manager were out sick. Asked where the car was being stored so my friend could retrieve his personal belongings from the car the dealership refused to give him that information. So the car was repo'd a week ago and I got a text yesterday saying the car was being sold today 2/20/21. I am seeking legal assistance for this and everyone should be aware of the deceptive business practices going on at this business. The reviews that say this place is good are all family members or friends of the owners. Look at the BBB rating and beware.

My first review on the internet. The man we dealt with was Othmed forgive the misspelling of his name. He could not have been a better salesman. He made a point to stay in contact throughout the process and showed classy respect for his customers Purchasing a car for some people can be a very nerve racking experience. He could not have handled it better. I hihgly recommend this car lot. It will always be the first place I look in the future.
