I was not originally looking at the Atlas but fell in love with all the features of the car from the minute I first sat in it. We test drove other cars and the room in the second row was much more than other brands we were looking at. The customer service from Dave far exceeded our expectations and he made the car buying process so easy. I found a specific like new Ford F-150 on the internet at New Motors. My wife and I drove 967 miles one way to pick up the truck. The vehicle was just as Andrew had described...perfect! Andrew was a pleasure to work with, Allen Yingling had all the paperwork ready when we arrived. It took longer for us to inspect the truck than it did to complete all the paperwork! I wasn't initially interested in purchasing a Subaru. I was shopping for a new vehicle with good visibility and a good safety record. After trying out several midsized SUV's I stopped into New Motors and spoke with Tony Confer. Tony took his time, asked me what I wanted in a new vehicle and showed me all the features comparing the various models. I went home and reviewed Consumer Report. The Forrester was rated #1. Tony was a great salesman, provided me with the information I wanted without pressure. I returned with my husband and the next day drove my new 2017 Subaru Forrester home! Great experience.

Tony was more then awesome! He not only kept that no hassle promise, he gave us a great deal and showed us how to save money on the financing. I must admit that both my husband and I came in on the defensive expecting a little car sales trickery LOL but none of that happened. After we found the vehicle we wanted Tony introduced us to Nicole who was excellent n presenting our finance options and explaining everything in a clear and honest way.We came to Erie Pa to make this purchase even though we live in NY because our previous experience with car dealers in our area had not been that positive. The test drive was great and gave me a good feel for the Impreza! The salesperson, Keith Golembieski, was very patient and willing to answer all my questions. My wife and I were in a situation where we needed a new vehicle quickly but wanted a manual transmission... not easily done anymore. Salesman Steve Lobaugh located our new Forester in transit quickly, secured it for us, cut a great deal and finance man Allen Yingling put together the best financing package imaginable. Steve patiently and thoroughly familiarized us with the car's features at a late Friday evening delivery even while anticipating his son's first birthday celebration immediately after his work shift ! This experience was top of the line. I think the car speaks for itself but I appreciated the attention from Tony. He was very courteous and professional. You put dealer plates on the car and let us take it home. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only concern and it has nothing to do with Tony, was how the car started out 30,000.00 and ended up 32,000.00 on one of the papers, then another paper said 34,000.00 and another said 37,817.27. I realize I signed up for several extras but I really think that was a bit high and way more that I ever dreamed it would be. When filling out paperwork it is hard to keep up with everything being thrown at you. I realize I signed for all those things and it is my own fault for signing up for them. I love the car and feel 30,000.00 is an acceptable price for the car. But how did it go from 30,000.00 to 37,817.27? I think the additional 7,817.27 is outrageous. I just wanted the Subaru company to know how I feel.

We visited New Motors Subaru on a Saturday as we were looking to trade in an older Honda CRV and get a new sedan. Several of our friends have Subarus and they all like them very much so we wanted to check one out. Our salesperson was Tony Confer. Tony met us in the parking lot and he listened to our needs before steering us towards the Subaru Legacy. It was clear to us from the start that Tony was very knowledgeable about the cars. He knew every option on each car and he was quick to tell us the practical value of each feature. We decided to explore a 2017 Subaru Legacy Limited because of the safety features (lane tracking, etc.). Tony checked inventory and even incoming shipments to give us choices and when we picked our ca it was a short path to a reasonable price and we bought it n the spot. Tony was courteous, knew the cars and he treated us with respect throughout the transaction. He did not rush us and I found him to be open and trustwurthy. This was our first experience with Subaru and the New Motors dealer after being long time General Motors and Honda buyers. Two weeks later we love the car and still feel great about the purchase. I rated 5 out of 5.

Buying a car is not high on my list of favorite things to do. New motors and Dan Lynch made it easy. Dan had answers to every question and he never tried to over sell the product. For me he had the right touch of politness and knowledge that made him believable and trustworthy. I liked dealing with one person instead of the higher ups that has been my experience in the past. The closing was straight forward without the usual hype to sell extras. The car tech guru was easy to understand and willing to go out of his way to help me. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I bought my new Crosstrec from this dealer two years ago. Just went to the service dept for routine issue and told my tires need to be replaced. This is 23,000 miles. My last several new cars all went 45k miles or more so what is the deal? The service rep was very insulting (do I look like a dumb woman?) telling me all new cars only last this distance. My mom's Subaru has gone 45k already from the Youngstown dealer so no, maybe New Motors cars only go 20k... We did some research and New Motors must have decided to rip their customers by not disclosing that the low mileage tire is the standard on a new car. Don't we pay enough to get a good tire, especially in this climate. Make sure you ask if you decide to buy from these folks since they don't volunteer the info. They've lost our business for Subaru and BMW because we don't mind driving south to Pittsburgh to do our business and service.

Let me first begin this review by reminding everyone of new motors mission statement. It reads "To ensure that you remain our customer for life we are committed to exceeding your expectations - - - Period!" This is a very strong and bold claim being made. My most recent experience with new motors Volkswagen is one that I will never forget, and has officially driven me away from this dealership for the rest of my life. If you are interested in knowing why I have such distain for this dealership and it's employees, I encourage you to read on as I document my story. It started with a screw in the right rear tire of my 2016 lapiz blue golf r. Luckily no leak, but I wanted to get it fixed immediately. I took the car to New motors and utilized the night owl drop off box. I provided detailed instructions on what to fix down to my request for the wheels to be hand torqued. I received a call the following day while at work from Paul Hunter, the service rep. He stated they would get it taken care of and I could pick the car up around lunch. Fast forward to the point that I realized that without me asking, the dealership had washed my car. If you know anything about the golf r, and especially in lapiz blue, you will know that the clear coat is very soft and susceptible to scratches. Prior to entering the dealership for a tire plug the paint was absolutely flawless. Upon receiving the car back, I cannot say the same thing. I immediately contacted Paul Hunter to let him know that the vehicle was scratched when they washed it. Throughout this conversation I at no point became upset with them understanding that things happen and I would just like the dealership to make it right. Paul stated to me that unfortunately these things happen sometimes and his guys probably used dirty towels. Paul stated that I could bring it back for him to evaluate all of the scratches. I took pictures of each one before the car was driven another mile. I will link a forum post containing these pictures at the end of this review. Fast forward again to when I took the car back to vw for them to review. Unfortunately Paul Hunter was not there but the BMW service rep was. He came out and verified that the scratches were there. He then proceeded to say "unfortunately sometimes you get what you pay for." this struck a sour note with me. This man stood there, looked me in the face and essentially told me that because the wash was free, I shouldn't be surprised that they scratched the car. Let me reiterate that I never asked for or authorized the dealership to wash my car. The BMW service rep made a note for Paul and told me to stop back on Monday so that Paul could see as well. I went back for Paul to see the car and he also saw the scratches. Again I have not gotten upset and just wanted it made right. I was more than willing for the dealership to fix the car in house as the scratches are in the clear coat and should be able to be polished out with relative ease. Paul offered to have the car polished and we scheduled the appointment. I dropped the car off in the morning and took the shuttle to work. I received a call at the end of the day that the car was done. I'll set the mood. It's gloomy and rainy and although it's summer the air is chilled. OK, let's continue. I got to the dealership and there she is, my baby,sitting in the rain. Good thing I thought ahead and placed some clean micro fibers in the trunk to dry the car. I walked into the service center as pail handed my keys and said "have a good day". He did not even offer to come out and make sure everything was OK. I walked out and dried some areas of the car that I knew there were scratches. They were still there. Some lighter than they were but to someone who is a car enthusiast, the scratches were very much there. I walked back into the service center to tell Paul. I asked him if he had looked at the car before he gave me my keys, and he stated that he did not look close at it because it was raining and didn't want to towel it off for fear of scratching it. He then offered for me to bring it back for them to try again that Friday. I told him I would take it home and blow dry it on the highway and when I got home I would fully evaluate it.Immediately upon getting home it was appearant that the car still had scratches and the paint was still swirled. On top of that the "detailer" left polish all over the car. It is hard for me to respect a detailer that does not pay attention to the details. I called Paul and told him that I would like to escalate this to his supervisor, the service manager. I called Paul again the next day and he informed me that the service manager was on business travel but assured that I would receive a call back. I never got that call. Fast forward again and I told Paul I still hadn't heard from the service manager. He gave me the number of Jim valance the general manager at new motors. I though to myself, now I'm getting somewhere. I called Jim and got his voice mail. I left a voicemail asking him to call me back so that we could discuss next steps. I did not hear back. I called again a few days later again asking for a call back. A day later I did get a call from jim later in the evening but was already asleep and did not answer. No voicemail. I called Jim again and left another voice mail. On Wednesday of this week I felt my phone vibrate while in a meeting. It's Jim but I cannot leave my meeting. No voicemail. I get another call immediately. This time there is a voicemail. As soon as I leave my meeting I listen to the voice mail only to hear the words - we have decided that we will take no further financial action. I spoke with Keith Wright and in his words "it is what it is" if you don't like this answer he is the one to talk to -. Unfortunately Jim didn't leave kieths number. At this point I am very upset. It is time to involve corporate. On my way home from work I call corporate and file an official dealership complaint. The customer service advocate I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful. She filed the complaint and stated that I would hear back by the close of business Thursday. I received a call on Thursday from Tamar (spelling?) the regional representative responsible for all dealership complaints. Tamar was also very apologetic and helpful. Unfortunately this is where this story takes a horrifying turn. Tamar tells me that at Volkswagen, the individual dealerships are partners and are authorized as empowered decision makers. Therefore she cannot force new motors to take financial action. On top of that, she explained that when talking to the various individuals at new motors, they told her that they did not acknowledge that they scratched the car, and polished it because I am such a "valued customer". She also stated that both the service manager and the general manager stated that the spoke with me. This is not true. I never spoke to the service manager and I only heard Jim valance speak through voicemail. I explained my story to Tamar (see above), and she was very surprised how different it was. I explained to her that based on these actions I will never step foot in new motors again nor will I recommend the dealership to any friends, family, coworkers, or anyone for that matter. I will now be traveling 2.5 hours for any standard service to Pittsburgh where I purchased the car. She was very saddened to hear this, but stated that she was glad that I recognize the difference between the rest of VWoA and new motors and thanked me for this. I explained to Tamar that my next steps were to get an estimate from a body shop (bonnels) and then continue with further actions. These actions include this review, a direct complaint to the BBB, and if necessary, legal action. She offered her help in any way she could and encouraged me to give her the estimate. I went to bonnels Thursday after work to get my estimate. When I arrived they immediately noticed the swirls and scratches and began generating my quote. The total quote to correct the paint is $212. $212!All of this headache, lost time, and lost customers for new motors is over $212. Every car I have ever owned was a Volkswagen and each one has been more expensive than the last. New motors has solidified that they will not benefit from the next or any service of my vehicles. If you made it this far I applaud you,and I encourage you to think very hard about where you choose to purchase your next vehicle. The great thing about erie is that it is only 2 hours from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo. Do not think that new motors is your only option. Please learn from my mistakes. Make it abundantly clear that they are not to wash your car, ever. To new motors, you have lost at least one customer. I challenge you to step up and provide real customer service and make this right. Remember that it is easy to type a bold mission statement, and much harder to demonstrate it through action.

Did a ton of research online for various cars. I inquired via NewMotors.com through web contact. I was immediately answered with a direct phone call. Most of the important information and negotiations were done via email. I arrived at dealership to check out the car and finalize numbers. We had a strange buying situation in that I was trying to buy a car while in town for my mother and she was in the hospital and unable to come to the dealership. Mike made it as easy as possible and was willing to come to the hospital to sign the paperwork and deliver the car. The team down at New Motors has pretty much perfected the car buying experience. They have taken something so grueling and painful and made it into something that is not so bad. Everything is great, the service, the people, the facility is noticeably clean. It just feels open and relaxed. The staff is very knowledgeable. Me and my wife came into erie auto credit on 8-10-16 and just started my used car shopping process. Well we looked at a few and test drove a couple. They where very friendly and they let us test drive the cars on our own with our 2 kids in the car. Well we fell in love with a used 2013 malibu. All the cars had a carfax right on the seat too. So we go inside and run some numbers and I kept thinking there's no way I'm going to get approved so we didn't get our hopes up. We'll after about 15 minutes Jeff waid comes in and says your all good this is your payment what do we think . Well it was awesome and me and my wife are in shock and needed some time process it. So we slept on it a night went to another car lot on the 11th and what a night mare they were. They were pushy rude and not listening to what we wanted. So the next day we went back erie auto credit and finished our used car purchase from Jeff waid. He made it easy and very fast. I would recommend him to anyone. These guys are fair and knowledgable about the cars they sell. In the future I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Thanks guys your awesome!!

Tony Confer provided great service to us from test drive to driving the car off the lot. He was responsive and prompt to any and all of our requests and questions. Tony even spent most of his day off contacting us to make sure evrything was being handled for us ok as we made arrangements to get the vehicle a few days later. New Motors was the least demanding of any dealer that I have bought a car from. I had researched the car that we were interested in. The salesman provided answers to every question asked. The price of the car was reasonable and the service by the employees was outstanding. I had no idea that buying a car would be so simple. We were driving the car that we bought in less than 1 1/2 hours. We were told about add-ons that were reasonable and protected us as a consumer from any huge expenses that sometimes come when you purchase a used car. The vehicle had very low mileage and was in excellent condition. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.

I've been looking for a new vehicle for two years and visited New Motors Subaru in 2015, and at the annual car show in Erie, two years in a row. I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle as my current car (13 years old, 200,000 miles) was still running like a dream but I was getting the itch to have something newer. I did a lot of research on various vehicles and wielded it down to three possibilities. I went for test drives and spoke to salespeople. New Motors was, without a doubt, the easiest place to shop. Everyone was friendly and I never felt any pressure to buy. It was a great experience. As I narrowed in on what I wanted, I made three visits to this dealership within 10 days or so, and each time was as relaxed as the first. When I decided to buy, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and efficient the process was.

Service has always been timely and performed professionally.My recent interraction was trading in a 2013 Outback towards the purchase of a 2016 Outback. Prior to my sales visit I did some research of the value of my 2013 vehicle and the New Motors inventory maintained on line. Via email I suggested to Steve Dillon what I felt was an equitable cost differential to trade my old Outback for a new one. Steve contacted me to arrange a visit and within an hour we agreed upon a price and an hour later I left with a new vehicle. A few days after getting the new vehicle Steve contacted me to see if I had any questions. All in all I'd recommend that anyone at least consider New Motors if in the market for a vehicle.

After a long time considering a new car for our family, we decided that a BMW X3 best fit our needs. It was at the top end of our budget, but we feel we received a very fair deal from New Motors that made the purchase possible. Throughout the entire process, our sales rep (Steve Quinn) was very attentive, thoroughly answered our questions, and never pressured us into a vehicle or features that we didn't need or want. Since New Motors didn't have a vehicle on the lot that had our desired configuration, Steve found one at another dealer such that we could have it through a dealer trade in a few days. While we waited for our new 2017 X3 to arrive, Steve took care of all necessary insurance and registration paperwork so the final transaction was quick and smooth. When we picked up the vehicle, he explained the dealership's service hours, shuttle, and loaner vehicles (important since we are from out of town), walked us through the features in the new X3, and made sure we were comfortable with how the car works - not a small task given the complexity of iDrive. Steve also followed up with us later in the week to answer any other questions we had since taking the vehicle home. We were also pleased with the service provided by Allen Yingling on the finance team. Because BMW just changed their free maintenance plan for 2017 models, he walked us through the options for additional maintenance plans. While not pressuring us to purchase any, he took the time to show us how the anticipated maintenance costs compared with the available plans so we could make an educated decision that would economically benefit us in the long term. Overall, we were impressed with the New Motors team and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Bob during my car purchase. He was incredibly insightful and educated me on all that this particular BMW model had to offer. I had never purchased a BMW, nor did I think I was going to purchase one on this particular day, so I was unaware of what a fantastic driving machine it was. He made me excited to get behind the wheel during the test drive and really spoke to the power that it had. I was hooked after that! He made the purchasing process easy and made it one of the most stress-free experiences at a dealership I have ever had (no wheeling and dealing necessary). We had to wait longer than I would have liked but he apologized for the delay regularly and made sure to offer us beverages while we waited. We then had the chance to work with Nicole in finance. She was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured which is something that you tend to expect to in these scenarios. After needing to get some parking stickers removed from my vehicle, I had the opportunity to work with a BMW 'Genius,' Nick. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every feature of the vehicle and made himself available whenever we may have additional questions.I always feel like royalty when visiting this dealership and I would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase!

I was planning a big move from Erie to Denver and had just purchased a new car... not even a week after having the car I was in a bad accident that ultimately left me without a car. Luckily though that car had saved my life and I knew that moving forward in purchasing another vehicle I wanted that same thing. My mother had purchased a car with new motors before and so she steered me in their direction. I could not be happier that she did. I was very determined and knew exactly what I did and did not want in every aspect and I am happy to say that Steve Quinn with BMW and the rest of the team were on the exact same page. There was little communication before I arrived at the dealer but when I arrived (on a cold wet nasty day) I walked into the show room where they had parked what was soon to be my new car! My mother and father stopped into the dealership to see how things were going and if I had decided on anything ... they were also treated wonderfully and again the New Motors team was on the same page as them , working with and for us not against anything. I am now in Denver CO with my new Subaru (safe and in the car I cant live without) and I have Steve and the rest of the New Motors team to thank for that!!!!Long story short if you need a new car ... My wife and I stopped by New Motors while visiting Erie from out of town.We had had a poor experience with another (out of state) dealership while looking at X3s.Our discussions with Steve Quinn were very informative - he is probably the most knowledgeable (and straightforward) BMW sales person we have met.While we originally intended to buy closer to our home, we ended up purchasing a new X3 from New Motors. When we closed on the vehicle the next day, we worked with Allen Yingling, who was equally enthusiastic and honest on the financial side.Overall, our buying experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend New Motors, even if, like us, you don't live in the Erie area.

Both of us are very happy with our purchases and would recommend this dealer highly for good pricing, good salespeople and good service. Our experience with Seth Murphy as a salesman was very satisfactory and I also appreciated the help from Jim Volant, the general manager, who I bought a truck from when he worked as a salesman for another dealer and he was very helpful then, as well. He makes you feel like he genuinely cares about your needs. Our experience with the service department has also been good, although we have had no major repairs that needed looked at and have only experienced having the regularly scheduled maintenance service so far. We currently own a Subaru we bought new for my wife and a used Jeep that I drive that both came from New Motors.

I was eager to test drive the different models of the Subaru after reading and hearing about their excellent rating for the past couple of years. I was somewhat apprehensive about having a salesman play the "sales game" that I was so custom to experience over my many years of car buying. Tony Confer greeted me in the showroom and I told him that I wasn't sure which model I wanted but wanted to test drive each one. We narrowed down to the Forrester and Outback in the showroom as they were both very easy to get into for me as opposed to the Legacy (for me). During the whole experience Tony educated me on the differences of the 2 models but did not once try to influence me with one over the other. Objective, patient, and very informative in addition to his friendly style. When it came down to what I wanted, it was a rather simple and painless negotiation with Tony and his manager. Best experience I ever had going to a car dealer. I drove my new Forrester home that day after Tony patiently went over the infotainment system and other facets of the vehicle. Good experience.

We went to New Motors to purchase a new Subaru outback. We had done our research and knew it was the car we wanted. We went to the dealership and there weren't any cars that matched what we wanted. Our salesperson, Kyle, helped us build a vehicle on the Subaru site and we ordered it. The car arrived 5 weeks later. During the wait, our salesperson kept us informed on the progress of our new vehicle. When we went to pick it up, the finance person was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got the best financing with the lender that we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience and we will defintely be going back for another Subaru when we need our next vehicle!

I'm a student in the Erie area and when I needed to choose a new vehicle New Motors made everything exceptionally easy. I started, like every student does, by comparing vehicles online. Keisha helped with getting quotes for not only the vehicles I was interested in but also on my trade in value. She was helpful in navigating my in store experience, test drive and trade in inspection as well. Shane in sales was professional and very helpful when navigating the actual buying process. He kept open lines of communication with both myself and my mother who was driving in from out of state to help with the actual transaction. Shane was well organized and had everything ready to go by the time my mother and I arrived which we both very much appreciated. Allen was very friendly in the finance department and I didn't realize you could made buying a car fun but Allen had us laughing the whole time. He explained everything very well and you could tell he legitimately enjoys his job. He reassured me that after I drove away that New Motors would be there for me in case anything went wrong and I could stop in anytime I waist town! I'm deliberately holding off my review because the 2016 Subaru Outback has so many tech features. I'd like to get to know my way around them before I put anything out there.I've been a Subaru owner for decades. This is my fifth one. I don't have to be sold on the strength and safety of the coachwork because I had a very bad collision with one and my wife and I were spared any serious injury, but the same couldn't be said of the car. Poor thing, It saved us but was destroyed in the process.Right off the mark the keyless entry/engine start is neat. We wanted the rear camera and we weren't disappointed. Eyesight technology is quite surprising. Not sure I've seen all its features yet.Adaptive cruise control is the answer to one of my pet peeves. People who don't use their cruise control, causing me to constantly fiddle with the speed selection or else simply give up and turn it off really fry me. So the cruise control in the new Subaru is a pleasant surprise. I can set it and forget it. It was also a surprise when the car used the brakes when the car in front slowed down suddenly.Lane departure warning can be irritating on a narrow secondary road, but it's good on the interstate.We have only driven a little over a hundred miles, so I'll pick up the narrative later.OK, we have driven a few more miles and it's still love. The ride is smoother, partly I think, due to the 18 wheels. By the way, we think the wheel design is pretty nice, too.A big thing for me is the CVT. I was fully prepared to hate it, because I drove and earlier model and really disliked the sound and the feel of it.Somebody must have heard my complaints. This new transmission is great. Thanks, Subaru!Another thing that caught my attention is the greater range. Our '09 had a smaller tank and a little lower mileage factor.I just got the rear view mirror to open my overhead door, so That pleased me too.Our final word on the 2016 Subaru Outback is definitely good. We actually haven't found anything that we don't like and many improvements that make us glad we pulled the trigger.Lastly, our experience with the sales guywas good, too. Both of them were very helpful, never pushy, and gave us the strong impression that they would do everything in their power to get us the car we wanted at the best possible price. We were at New Motors for routine service on our Crosstrek. As I always do I start looking around. My husband saw me talking to a nice salesman and says "no, don't talk to her". You see that is how I ended up with my Crosstrek. I was there for routine service on my Legacy. Mike was vey helpful answering my questions and my husband just said let's talk numbers. They didn't have quite what I wanted but was assured they could deliver. They did. I now have a Forrester and Mike and the whole New Motor team makes buying a car effortless. I love my Subaru. I was pleased with the service from the New Motors team for the purchase of my 2013 Passat. This was my first experience with leasing, so I was unsure of what to expect (final payments, inspections, etc.), but the New Motors team made the experience go smoothly and seamless. Also, the dealership got me awesome financing!

I was very glad that I met Steve Dillion who noted my thoughts in what I was looking for in a good used low mileage trade in. He knew of a trade coming in and kept me informed. Although, we waited for about an hour until the vehicle was finished with detailing, I was very glad to find out that inspection had been done and the tires were new. Steve was patient, friendly and answered all my questions. I also like the fact that PA state inspection fee will be covered. I will probably need another crash course instruction on the bluetooth setup of phone numbers. It was great to deal local too. Appreciated very much the help that Steve called my insurance to have the updated info faxed in the next day when I brought my title in on the car I was trading in. Nicole was very outgoing and great at explaining extented warranties and all the paperwork to be signed. Made it easy and pleasant.

I got a new 2015 Volkswagen Passat from Steve Quinn at New Motors and the process was painless. This is the second car I have got from New Motors now, the first one being a used 2006 Ford Escape. Initially, I was looking for a used car, and started looking at a used Camry, which the monthly payments were just a little out of my price range. Steve could tell we were a little disappointed, but came back with an even better deal that was just right for me being a college student: 3 year lease on a brand new car, cheaper payments, and all the work included except wear parts (I had a lot of trouble work wise with the Escape). And in the end, if I buy the car, I'll end up paying less for the car than I would had we bought it out right. Clearly I've been back to New Motors and I'll definitely be back again!

This is our fourth Subaru, three with Shane Harney whose enthusiasm for the cars and the dealership really do the "selling" for us. New Motors has always taken good care of us with fair pricing and easy negotiating as well as great service and customer consideration. Our new Legacy seems to provide all we could wish in performance and safety - plus it's really nice looking! Now we just have to learn to use all the great extra features.

I love my new Subaru Forester! I didn't even know just how important Starlink was until I drove it home. Wow! Our salesperson tony was great to work with and manager Jim generously offered to buy our dinner! They provided attentive service and didn't keep me waiting for answers. Definitely go see tony if you want an easy going buying experience that you won't soon forget. He's one in a million! The perfect Monday it was on February 21st. 9:03 am and a test drive in what soon would become my New Forester, with Keith Golembiewski. The demonstration of the Eyesight option on I-90 was very informative and the conversation about my expectations ahead in the buying process were listened to intently. Back at the dealership, after a short wait, Keith came back with the pricing for the new Forester and I could see that he listened during the test drive and forwarded the information about my expectations to his sales Manager. I traded my 2002 Outback in on the 2016 Forester and the process could not have been easier, thanks to Keith.Then, the twenty minutes with Nicole in finance was just as enjoyable. She is an excellent listener and seemed as excited for me, as I was with the purchase. I also want to mention Mike at the service counter who I have the pleasure of talking with each time I got either my 2002 Outback or my 2010 Forester serviced. He's another great listener and made the point of coming over to congratulate me on the purchase. I've been a loyal New Motor's customer for a long time and will continue to be one. Attending the Erie Auto show in early Feb., I met Keith at the New Motors Subaru exhibit. His demeanor & knowledge soon put me at ease. One week later, we met Keith at the dealership for test rides & negotiations on Forrester & Outback. He & I spoke briefly on the phone last Sat., and again on Mon. Tues. afternoon we drove our New Outback home to Edinboro. Weather was bad, but the Subaru doesn't seem to mind. In discussing our experience with this dealership. my wife & I were both pleased & impressed. -And she reads people really well. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Two weeks ago, these people were all strangers to us, but it truly felt that we were dealing with friends. Keith [sales], Allen [finance], Mike [svc], & Ryan [parts] were just Great. "Welcome to the Family." In over five decades of buying new & used cars, trucks & motorcycles, my experience at New Motors was simply unparalleled. These people have it together. I met Bob Masi at the car show while I was looking at autos on display. Seeing one I liked, my wife and I visited Bob at the dealership. From the time we walked in for our appointment until our deal was complete, we were treated with respect and made to feel welcome. I felt as though the "no haggle" price was fair and we were able to agree on a deal. On my return to pick up our vehicle the paperwork process was quick and easy. Our VW was actually pulled into the showroom out of the weather to introduce us to the many features that were on it. I feel bad I cannot remember the other salesman that helped with this process. I will be looking forward to working with this dealership in the future and will be recommending them to my friends.

I purchased a CPO BMW 750 from New Motors and it was a terrific experience. I live in Louisville and was frustrated by the run around I was getting with my local dealership. As such, I began my search fro my new car online. My New Motors experience began with Taneeka Shetler. I was cross shopping a number of BMW dealers from across the country and Taneeka was consistently the most responsive and helpful. Once getting focused on the BMW I eventually selected, I was seamlessly handed off to Bob Masi. He went out of his way to answer my questions and make sure that I had all the information I needed to make my decision. The support continued through to delivery of my vehicle by Dick (missed the last name) who was terrific and made sure I was happy with the car (including driving with me to a car wash after the snowy trip from Erie). Overall, New Motors delivered at every connection point and truly made this the best car buying experience I have had. Thanks all.. keep it up!

I made my first "big" car purchase in October and was not pleased with my decision. I was constantly getting repairs done to my vehicle. Every time I was there, the service staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. After a few too many repairs, I went back and asked about my options. Between Steve Dillon and Allen Yingling, I was able to get a car that was exactly what I wanted. They did everything they could to get me into that car, and they did with a smile the whole time. I would recommend New Motors to anyone that asked.

I was wanting a Subaru Crosstrek, Mazda CX-5, or Nissan Juke. There were a few other dealerships I started at within Erie and Meadville that attempted to play games as opposed to actually help. The whole "well we can't talk price because there are a bunch of other people interested, you better hurry" game. So I just cut that short and they are still texting me about their cars that were previously "hot items". But the guys at New Motors Subaru section (Steve Dillon specifically) were the opposite. Straight forward, no BS, he made sure I got the car that I wanted without going over my budget. There was no pushing me towards upgrades I didn't want to pay for or higher end models I didn't have the budget for. I would definitely refer their team to anyone in my group of family and friends or anyone who reads this.

We purchased our honda pilot with new motors and the service was top notch. Our sales man was helpful in answering all of our questions and was very personable with us. A few days after our purchase, we experienced a few problems with the vehicle and took it to the local honda dealership, in hopes of having the warranty cover the costs. There was an issue with getting the warranty company to pay so we called back to new motors. They had no problem picking up our car from the other dealership to fix it and even paid our deductible for having problems with it so soon after purchase. This truly is a wonderful car dealership, and we will be happy to return for future purchases!

The Forester was the car I thought I wanted, but when I saw it's size, I was concerned. So I looked elsewhere, even drove seven other vehicles, but came back for another look at the Forester. Seth was very patient with me. He answered all my questions thoroughly and courteously. The overall look of the dealership was clean and welcoming and I found all the employees I met to be very friendly. I'm still getting used to my new Forester's larger size and how all the bells and whistles work, but I'm feeling very comfortable driving it. Have been buying Subarus from New Motors since 2000, including several Foresters and two Crosstreks (the latest of which was delivered yesterday). Since I live in southeastern Erie County, I am close to a couple Subaru dealerships. I always come back to New Motors. They are the tops in both sales and service. When I brought my Forrester in for its first inspection, I was having some difficulty synching my phone book because I had a new phone. I called ahead to ask Seth Murphy if he could help me out, since he had been so helpful when I purchased my car a year ago. He was very patient and showed me how to enter all the information, and also said to call him again if I need further help. He is a great employee and very knowledgeable!

Overall Experience: DISAPPOINTED! Sent an email to Mr. Larry New explaining my less than desireable experience, never received a response. Not impressed with the ownership/leadership. My BMW was in the shop for 9 days because of a less than professional attempt at a camera repair performed at New Motors. I realize many customers may have had a positive buying experience, but for me, I would not consider purchasing again from this dealer, mainly based on first impressions....memorable, but not favorable. Still waiting for a response from the owner, Mr. New....a great example of customer service at it's best.

My wife and I had come to New Motors months ago when we started thinking about getting a car. Even though we didn't intend to buy, the salesman, Keith, was very helpful. So when we got our tax return we remembered him and went back. Keith did a great job in getting us the car we wanted based on our previous meeting. It was very snowy the day we cam to visit, and the cars we wanted to look at were hard to get out, and I was impressed that he went to the trouble of pushing it out of the snow. I'm glad he did, because the Elantra had the space we wanted in the size we needed, and was able to meet my own secret dream of having heated seats all neatly within our budget. I would certainly recommend Keith and New Motors to anyone looking to buy a new car.

My wife and I bought a used car from them in 2014. Unfortunately, we found out after the purchase that there were some problems with the airbags. We took the care back to New Motors and they immediately took the car into service and gave us a loaner car.Once our car was fixed, they called sent us and email and we picked it up the same day. I don't have a bad word to say about New Motors!

Seth Murphy seemed to understand my concerns correctly. Other than a few quips and jokes from both sides, it was mostly all business and as I said above- no humbug, no nonsense- Seth was professional and helpful. He made me want to buy which was also what I wanted to do, of course. Not once did Seth deviate from the business at hand, nor did he divert me from the business at hand. I am certainly glad I came to New Motors and I am particularly happy I met Seth. I am also very happy and pleased with my new Forester. I shopped for a month test driving cars. Had a beautiful Lexus Is250 convertible, but going to cleveland for service was a hassle. They will pick up your car but put a lot of miles going back and forth.Tried the Audi...sales was not impressive and the car drove very stiff and soft top was loud. Tried the Mercedes, beautiful car but dealership was not impressed with didn't like how the car handled in the road ...very stiffLoved BMW dealership. Sales was extremely knowledgeable and friendly love the service package...cannot be beat and love the way my car handles. Waited a month while car was on order and they loaned me a brand new 5 series to drive while I waitd for my new car... Car arrived the 22nd of December what an awesome xmas surprise.Couldn't be happier no regrets switching from Lexus

I came in to get a Volkswagen Jetta with one hour left before they closed. Steve Quinn from the BMW side was asked to help me. I was asked what I wanted and when I told Steve what a single mother with 2 teenage kids could afford, Steve made it happen. I had never leased a car before and wasn't sure if it was the right decision. Steve explained everything in detail and made the process quick and easy. Even though he sells BMW's, he answered all my questions about the Jetta and if he wasn't as familiar with something, he found out right away. Steve was very personable and I would recommend him to everyone. You won't end up second guessing your decision.

It' been a month since I leased a new Forester. I was impressed with Damien as soon as I entered the dealership. He approached me but was not pushy. When I decided I really did want a new car, he answered all my questions about the models, what was in stock and the changes since my last purchase 4 years ago. He's a fairly new sales rep ( 2 yrs) but was quite knowledgeable. During my visit he repeated a couple things, which I appreciated. He showed me the new features on the car and how to find help in the manual. Damien was patient ( I am 69 yrs old) and made me feel quite comfortable with my choices. The dealership was clean and well staffed. My car has been performing extremely well and I am sure I will visit New Motors and Damien the next time I want a new vehicle.

I had a Honda Cross tour so I went street track and trail in Conneaut lake, Pa. I assumed I was going to get another Cross tour. Now this is a dealership that my brother worked there many years ago. My parents drove several Accords home from there and I have bought a couple of cars from there. Four years ago when I bought the Cross tour I worked with a sales man who, use to work with my brother but I did not care how I was treated which was nothing special. I felt like I was just a number. So I went there again and they were not willing to deal and offered a low figure for the vehicle. So I left and I went to New Motors and I ended up getting a great deal on a 2014 cross trek and Mike Francis was amazing to deal with. No pressure but I learned things from him and between him and Allen Yingling I felt like I was wanted as a customer and I will never go back to Honda again. I will buy another vehicle from them. I love how they made me feel. I am not a number I am important to them and Thank you so very much for such a pleasurable experience!!! I have nothing but praise for New Motors. Darcie T.

The service dept. is very expensive. They charged $9.00 to replace an air filter( I can do that in 3 minutes). There was a $30 labor charge to change a cabin air filter(about 15mins of work). I will do most of my service myself. Routine maintenance on a 2yr Impreza cost $200!

I had a 2008 Legacy and was interested in the 2015 Legacy with Eyesight since I first heard about it in June. When we decided to buy a new Forester, he took the time to find the color we wanted. When we picked it up, he spent 3 hours of his time, going over all the controls. We own a Kia Sedona that had a recall. He took the van into New Motors to have that work performed. They did not do the work on the recall, as part of the recall was that they were supposed to undercoat the van. When asked why they did not do that part of the job, they said they didn't have the undercoating. When we made the appointment, they were aware why it was being brought in. Worse than that, less than a week from them having the vehicle, the van started leaking oil. In taking it to a different dealer who actually would perform the work, we were told that it had had the oil leak for awhile as the engine was covered in oil. There is no way that they couldn't have seen all this oil(as it was a puddle on the ground) and did not say anything to us about it.When we spoke to the GM, he had no problem with any of the things that were done and actually said, "The only reason you are bothering me is to vent?" WOW!!!! Customer service at its WORST!!!!!!! They also refused to give us a loaner and were very difficult to get an appointment with. Never would I ever purchase a vehicle from them and be stuck dealing with these people!!!!!!!

Purchasing 2014 Subaru Forester was pleasurable. I appreciate Larry New's attention to me the customer on more than one occasion. Sales is very good; service professionalism & Service personnel are great. There were follow thru issues negotiated with the sale of the car. One has been completed (to my satisfaction) and two others are pending as of this writing. Email reminders are sent out when service is scheduled; very helpful. I am treated well at the dealership and my car is washed after service. Loaner cars are offered if service visit is deemed lengthy. If I decided to wait on site there are customer refreshments offered in a comfortable environment. I particularly appreciate Gary's assistance in service for answering all my questions and seeing to my needs. Mike Z.

I love the leather heated seats. Our daughter purchased a Legacy a few months ago and that definitely influenced our decision. All features of our car were explained to us in detail. We had inquired about the possible purchase of a new Subaru Forester but were unsure of whether we would be able to work out a satisfactory trade with our old vehicle. Mike Francis made every effort to accommodate us, going as far as to offer to come to the dealership on his day off to meet us. Mike spent the good part of the day with us, encouraging me to drive both a Forester and an Outback when I expressed some indecision as to which vehicle I preferred. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to finalize the purchase of a new 2014 Forester. He explained all aspects of the vehicle, even synced up our cell phones with the Bluetooth system. Mike epitomizes the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction for which New Motors has become known. While traveling out of town, I had the misfortune of stopping at New Motors for warrantee service on my car. They did not do what they said they would do and completely wasted my time. Apparently, if you do not by your car new there they have no interest in helping you. Dealers like this are to be avoided in my opinion.

I have bought three cars from New Motors. A brand new Forrester in 2004, A used 2004 Focus in 2010, and a new Crosstrek today. I've received courteous and fast response from the Parts and the Service Departments when I've needed them. The Sales Department has gone out of their way to answer my questions and fill my needs. I've been to this dealership on a couple occasions in the last two years. I've always had a pleasurable experience until now. It almost seems as if their sales tactics have changed from being helpful and informative to spew as many cheesy lines as possible and get the customer into the dealership. While browsing the new cars on the lot all the salesperson wanted to do was "get information so I can put you in the right car." "Why don't we head inside so I can get some information and put you in the right car." Seriously, I don't need you to put me into the right car. I need you to go get some keys so I can make that decision myself. Luckily, I live equidistant to New Motors and Mikan VW in Butler. We decided to purchase our new car from them instead.

I HAD 2 BAD EXPERIENCES. OVERCHARGED THE FIRST TIME. REP SAID HE PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON. SECOND TIME I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THE MECHANIC SAID I NEEDED NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS. I BOUGHT MY KIA RONDO BRAND NEW IN JANUARY 2008. I HAD 34,000 MILES ON MY RONDO. HAVE HAD MANY NEW CARS AND NEVER PUT ROTORS ON ANY OF THEM. I QUESTIONED WHY AND HOW. DOUG SAID THE MECHANIC SAID I NEEDED THEM. I HAD THEM PUT ON. TOLD THE REP I WANTED THE OLD ONES BACK. NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE STATE POLICE AND THERE WAS NO WHERE NEAR WORN OUT BRAKES OR ROTORS. STATE OFFICER CALLED NEW MOTORS. I WENT UP LATER AND PICKED UP A CHECK FOR $308.00. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND FROM NOW ON I WILL QUESTION EVERY ISSUE THAT ARRIVES. I NEVER QUESTIONED THEM UNTIL THEY OVERCHARGED ME $26.00. AFTER THAT I WILL QUESTION EVERYTHING.

I do not understand why there are any good reviews on this place. Please Do not do business here. The staff at this place is very lazy, unorganized, and do not deserve to be making an income from you. Many of my friends and I have had numerous problems with work done to our cars. In my case I was just trying to schedule an oil change/ brake pad replace. The salesmen I talked to tried said they wrote me in and would call back with a time for me to come in. 3 TIMES I called and never had a scheduled appointment.. And for my friends that got an appointment for similar services, they got there car back with overpricing of labor, and mechanical problems. This dealer is a disgrace to the Subaru name. I now have to drive an hour away to a respectable dealer in Warren, PA. But let me tell you it is worth every lost minute then doing business with New Motors. And for who ever runs this site if your reading this, I really doubt all the good reviews on this place are being written by true customers.

I could not have asked for a better experience when buying/leasing my first vehicle. Mindy was just great! very sociable, and informative. It was very nice to have someone listen to what i wanted rather than do what needed to be done to meet a quota. Mindy took the time to run different numbers to get me as close to the monthly payment I felt comfortable with. The general manager did my financing and got me the best deal possible. There is nothing that could have been done to make my experience better.

Our salesperson, Andrew Vollant, was low-key. Had this been a high pressure experience, we would probably have walked away, not only to another dealer, but possibly to another manufacturer. We trust that this, customer-oreinted, polite attitude will extend into our service dealings with the dealership. Quality of work was marked as N/A since this dealing was to purchase a new car, thus no work was performed. Mr Yingling the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing a breeze. I never knew buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. I have a friend who I would hate to deal with if I sold cars, and he loves this auto group, and has purchased several vw's. I liked the friendliness that I received from Mindy. She greeted my husband the first time he came on the lot when he was alone and then the day I stopped in she came right out to meet me. Had e-mailed Carol Bianchi(she was recommended by a relative) expressing my interest in an Impreza Outback Sport. Your website indicated none in stock. After several weeks, she phoned me to politely state that, due to the Japanese tragedy, they were not sure if and when they would receive that model. New Motors just received 6 specially-equipped Impreza Premium vehicles, and she professionally explained the difference between the two models. I decided to look at and test drive the 2.5i Premium model, and couldn't have been more impressed. Carol called me on a Friday, I test drove it the next Tuesday, placed a refundable deposit down on Wednesday, and purchased and drove it home the following Friday. At that time (within one week), there was only one of the 6 vehicles left on the lot. My vehicle priority was all-wheel for our snowy climate --- gives me rare cause to look forward to next winter. It was wonderful to work with Carol. I will not hesitate to recommend her, the vehicle, and the dealership to family and friends.

My wife had decided on a new Kia after driving her friends Sorrento so I approached all the Kia Dealers within 100 miles of Bradford PA. First we contacted the Kia dealer in Jamestown where my wife tried out the Sorrento and also the Sportage EX which she preferred, however it did not have navigation but because the color was right, Techno Orange the dealer agreed to contact us with a cost to install navigation, unfortunately the cost was too high at $5,000. I then contacted the remaining dealers in the area, in the main the responses from about half of the dealers were either none existent or not very helpful, as a last resort I contacted New Motors of Erie and talked with Andrew Vollant. He could not have been more helpful, he took our request of must have features, Techno Orange or Signal Red together with navigation and came up with a Techno Orange Sportage SX. We arranged to see the vehicle on Saturday two days away and he agreed to call if anyone else showed interest in the vehicle, in the meantime I arranged insurance cover in advance and following my wifes test drive purchased the vehicle on Saturday morning. We arrived at the dealer at 10:00am and the transaction was completed by 1:00pm.Those are my reasons for giving the rating, the reason for the four on price was because of the large difference in the price of the SX over the EX but that is a manufacturer issue not a dealer problem. Great service guys.

When I needed some repairs a few months ago, the service department was extremely helpful and honest. At that time, I had asked Joe (internet sales) to keep an eye out for a specific type/price car for me as I would be willing to trade in my Subaru Outback Wagon for the right car. Our experience at New Motors was wholly positive. During our 3 month research and search for the new car that we would buy, we visited New Motors and requested a test drive. Allen Yingling was professional, direct, not overbearing, and explained what we wished to know. When my husband Mike contacted several dealerships the following week in a attempt as he had planned, to get the best deal possible, Allen was instantaneous in responding to Mike's email and gave us an honest answer to the "out-the-door" price that we sought. New Motors' "bid" and one other were the same and the best, and Allen's professional forthright handling of the previous week's test drive cinched the decision for us. Mike commented after the buying process was concluded, "impeccable," regarding Allen's overall demeanor with us. We add at this time the very same regard for Brett Vollant who was a pleasure to converse with in the finance office, making what ordinarily could have been a mundane, even annoying aspect of buying, instead, a highly agreeable one. This is the fourth car that we've purchased from New Motors in Erie. We keep coming back for several reasons. First, they respond quickly to email inquiries. This is an area where we've found other dealerships fall down. Second, once we were at the dealership we found their sales person, Carol Bianchi, to be friendly, helpful, and not pushy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and did her best to find exactly that. She didn't try to talk us into something other than what we were looking for. We were up front about what we were looking for in a deal and found them easy to deal with. She had to search for the color car we wanted and had located it within a very few days. They were willing to make sure the car had all the features of the one we had test driven. I am very pleased with my purchase and never felt that I was pressured to make a decision. When I did make my decision, Phil then moved quickly so I did not have to wait long to get the car. He kept me informed as the vehicle was located and it's arrival in Erie. He also told me if any maintenance is required I can call on him to arrange it if I did not want to call the maintenance department directly. I plan to let anyone who is looking for a car from New Motors that they should ask for Phil. I am educated and believe I can spot someone who just answers what they think I want to hear. I purchased the car because I was not treated that way.

I came to New Motors just to look, as I had been having trouble with the car I currently owned. I honestly had no intentions of leaving the dealership with a new car, but that's the way it went! Andrew was my salesman and I would work with him again without hesitation. He was very informative and made sure I knew everything there was to know, without being pushy. I contacted the dealership via email and had no one with whom I was working when I entered the dealership. Shane immediately approached me and told me that I would be meeting with him. We had an informational visit about a Subaru Outback; he showed me the car and all of its new features in the 2011 model; and then we took the car for a test drive. He and I discussed pricing before I left. I returned after having consulted my husband; we knew we wanted a particular car on the lot. Shane and I arrived at a price (based in part on a trade) that was hard to turn down, and I bought the car. I appreciated the fact that Shane was not pushy but was totally informative.

I bought my car from New Motors and was treated great by the sales staff.The problems began about 3 months later when I took it in for the first oil change. VW service department was trying to sell me things I didnt need and I felt a bit disrespected at the time.I decided that maybe that was an one time thing. But it was not. I took the car in for service again, and because of a bad coil my engine light was on. I was told that the rapair was going to be $1700 and only $800 of it was covered by the waranty. Told the guy to only do the repairs covered by the warranty. He was so unprofessional trying to tell me that if I didnt "fix" the other recomended things, my car will break down again.I took the car to a local mechanic and was told that there was absolutley nothing else wrong with the car. I have been driving it for 30 000 miles after that and no problems at all.VW Service department at New Motors is so overpriced and a rip off. If you dont kn ow anything about cars they will rip you off.

Scott was very nice and told me about the Suburus. I owned one in the late 70's and I wanted to own one again. He apologized when I came to get my car as they were so busy but I understood. The only thing I was disapointed in was that the tape under the gas pedal was not removed and no information was written on the tags on the inside windows. I would come back and get another car in a heartbeat.

I was hesitant to buy a car at this dealership for fear that I would not get a fair deal. To my surprise, the salesman was straight forward, experienced, and from the area. I was looking for a low mileage car (BMW) with my trade-in. Quickly, I looked at a 750 IL. Discussing that it was too large for me, Steve told me of a 745i with low mileage that was to be a trade-in within the week. It was what I was looking for regarding low mileage and in good shape. I was even able to speak with the previous owner. I asked to have my New Motors Resident Mechanic to take a look at it for his opinion - which he did. With his OK, I knew it was the car for me. I took it on a road trip to New York just after purchase, and I am thrilled with the purchase. It was a "Fair" deal and does fit my needs. Congratulations to Steve and Dennis (can't leave out my service manager Mark) who thrilled me with their communication throughout this transaction. I did think of going to the BMW store in Mentor (prior to meeting with Steve)as well - but given that NEW MOTORS continues with this type of relationship with me, this thought will be erased by me forever. My wife and I were looking to trade 04 Accord thought we wanted a Honda CRV looked at one test drove it, quality was poor at best compared to the Volkswagon Tiguan. Sean our salesman was excellent very helpful! We were not pressured into a sale we took a few days to think about it look at the Toyota the next day. I would recomend New Motors to everyone they are very profesional and I repeat the best part is you feel your not pressured into buying, we walked out after the test ride and were asked if we had any more questions or needed more information to please come back. I was extremely happy with Scott as a salesperson and am happy with the vehicle that I purchased. I did not have the opportunity to meet the sales manager but felt as if he was pushing me into taking home the vehicle before I was ready. I am also in sales and understand the concept of having the customer appreciate ownership but after a customer says "NO" several times the subject should be dropped--I was very close to walking out and purchasing elsewhere. I was a bit disappointed at the detailing of the vehicle upon delivery. The windows on the inside were very smeared and dirty and overspray from shining the tires was all over the car. I also discovered after purchase that vehicle was due for an oil change. Overall, as I said before, I am happy with the vehicle, the customer service on the other hand could use some work.I would recommend Scott Hodges to a friend, however I would advise them of the sales tactics that this company uses. Again, I do not feel that Scott was being pushy, I feel that he was being driven by his sales manager. Scott was extremely professional, he listened to my needs and concerns and took a lot of time educating me on the differences between the Subaru models and discussed at length the features and benefits of each.

Waited on immediately by friendly salesman. Salesman was very knowledgable about vehicle. No pressure or salesman's "spin." Final price lower than my expected, researched price. The quickest transaction time I've ever experienced (paperwork, wait time, etc.). Location convenient, very nicely appointed, clean, modern and cared for. Large selection of model I was interested in. Salesman listened to me to understand what I wanted rather than trying to convince me of his point of view. Finance was easy - they found a better interest rate than I found myself (and I'm a CFO with more than a few contacts). Offered dealer installed options (window coating, longer warranty) with a thorough explanation of benefits but did not oversell. Salesman took time to go over the vehicle to acquaint me with it's operation. Full tank of gas (a little thing but one that adds to customer satisfaction). After sale follow-up by email and phone, continuing with the customer satisfaction theme. I normally despise the whole car-buying experience. However, this purchase was not only painless, it was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a new car in over 35 years of car ownership.

We took our time in deciding exactly what features we wanted in our Sorento and during that time Andrew was very helpful in answering all of our questions without being pushy. I have rated the overall experience as great because of the way we were treated by everyone at the dealership. I didn't initially notice due to my excitement in taking delivery of the 328xi, but the detailing of this vehicle was not great, leaving dirt/stains on the headliner and sunvisor, dirt in the the door handles and a film on the carpeting under the floor mats.

This was our first visit and subsequent purchase from New Motors. We found the experience to be a very pleasant one. We were very interested in the 2011 Kia Sorento and stopped to look at the current inventory on display in the lot. We were greeted by Jason Green within a few minutes of arrival as we were browsing the lot. We told him we were interested in the Sorento and he began by showing us a nicely equipped unit and offered us the opportunity to take it for a drive. He showed and discribed the many features of the vehicle and knowledgeably answered all questions asked. He offered to locate one for us in the color of choice and equipped to our preference. He discribed the various methods of financing available. We made the required deposit and Jason told us he would let us know as soon as he located a vehicle matching our preferences. Within a week we decided we would prefer to just order one direct as opposed to waiting on one being located. We were told it would be in on or around April 15. It arrived at the dealership on Monday 4/19 and we arranged to take delivery on Saturday 4/24 as I was out of town on business the early part of the week. The delivery experience was also vey pleasant.We were contacted by Jason as a follow-up to taking delivery, and again he told us to feel free to contact him if we needed anything or ever had a question.

I leased an Outback strictly on the presentation of Carol Bianchi, one of your fine salespersons at New Motors. She was superb during the test drive and effectively prodded me into appreciating the strengths of the vehicle. Handling, comfort, smoothness, feel of the road, gas mileage, snow handling,... etc. Not to mention Carol's very pleasant personality. By the time we returned, I was sold.My experience since leasing the Outback? Having a bit of spinal stenosis, in the past, on longer trips I would hobble around for a while after getting out of the car until my back would stretch out. Recently, I've taken several trips to Cleveland Clinic and was quite surprised that I got out of the Outback and walked like a champ,... thanks to the heated lumber seats and a great ride. What a pleasure it was.I'm totally satisfied with my decision to lease the Subaru Outback. It's a very impressive vehicle.And if I don't miss my guess, New Motors will get some additional business from my lease. My son Bob and I owned Car Care II, a car wash and detail shop on west 8th Street. My Outback is black, but because of our business, it will always look clean, shiny and great. I park it right out front where all of customers can see it (400-500 per day). You wouldn't believe the number of good comments I receive on the vehicle. I express my complete satisfaction with the Outback to our customers and a number of them have expressed on interest in pursuing one for themselves. I give each of them Carol Bianchi's name and endorse her professional presentation.As a matter of fact, if I could have a supply of Carol's business cards, I would be more than happy to hand them out to any of our interested customers.Lastly, thank you, Carol, for your efforts in leasing me the Outback. We've purchased and leased vehicles from New Motors in the past, and have come to know some of the staff. We've had our vehicles serviced at New Motors in the past, and have found the work of the service department to very good. More than that the service department has treated us very well. In recently leasing a new car for my wife, the freindliness of the service department was an important factor in my leasing the car from New Motors. The previous salesman we worked with we liked very much, as he assisted us in taking European delivery of our 5 Series. He since retired, and the new salesman we worked with we found very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The dealership let us know that they were eager for our business (which we appreciated), but not overly aggressive or pushy in terms of closing the deal. I should also add that I like dealer's website. It contains up to date informaation. I was tracking their new inventory, as I was looking for a blue X5 for my wife. I knew when it came into their inventory and we called the dealer immediately. I would recommend this dealer to my friends, family and business colleagues.

Having not bought a car in 15 years, I was anxious about bickering with a dealer to find the right deal. On the other hand, I had a limited budget, and needed a reliable, AWD vehicle for our challenging winter weather. On our first visit, I asked to simply test drive a car, explained I was test driving cars for a weekend, then coming back to revisit my favorite two. Phil thoroughly explained the car, took us on a long drive, answered all my questions, and then took me at my word - no pressure, just a simple card and hope to see you back soon. He did - two weeks later we revisited, talked through financing and I took home my beautiful new Forester. I found the entire staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. And I love my little SUV.

After researching through vehix, and seeing several used subaru foresters in 2 other dealerships, i was convinced by Mindy Moses to give new motors a try.She provided 3 vehicles on line for me to see.When i arrived these vehicles were not there to be seen!Ron Ellis assumed the task of telling me this discouraging news....along with a cup of coffee.We did make a deal for the car,at the price i wanted,and Ron drove the car [ one hr.ride ] to my home ! Now that is what i call service !
