Needed emergency replacement of tire in 2016 Odyssey. Contacted Service Department (Zach) to arrange. Car was towed to Neil Huffman at noon. Unfortunately. the rim required replacement. Zach had the technician put the spare tire on the car. Rim was ordered and by 10:00 the next morning, the tire and rim were replaced.

We scheduled a test drive online and were called the morning of to confirm, but when we arrived, no one had any knowledge of our appointme t or the car we had enquired about. The salesman we worked with wasn't the most knowledgeable, thankfully we had researched the car online before hand and didn't need him to answer our questions. He also gave us misinformation about financing vs paying the total. He assured us there was no difference in what we would pay other than interest. We specifically asked is there was a finance charge and he said no. We should have asked again when we got to the finance office with the sales manager, but after being there for 3 hours waiting for things to be processed, we just forgot to ask again. Turns out there was an additional charge of $270. Unfortunately we did the see it until we had left and they had closed. When we finally got in touch with them, they said there was nothing they could do about it and made no attempt to to right it. Also, once we had purchased the car, they weren't able to locate the second key. There were several employees searching and they pulled out a comical amount of random keys from various drawers, but none of them were the one needed. I'm still waiting to hear from them about my second key. Overall, the office seemed unorganized.

The Service Team is excellent. I have had wonderful experiences with all staff in the Service Department since I purchased my Accord in 2008. Lynn Mallory is an excellent Master Mechanic and explains anything I need to know. Even the team that takes me to work and picks me up are very courteous and we have great conversations while riding to and from. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or service a Honda. Love them!

The guys in service were great to work with at my recent service appointment. When I came in I asked if we could add a service I hadn't scheduled and still be out in time to pick up my son from school. They got the job done and an open recall and had me out exactly when promised. I will be back for all my needed maintenance on my 2006 Pilot. I'm certain they will help me get another 100,000 miles on my vehicle with no problem.

I take my Honda Element to Neil Huffman for regular maintenance but I had to bring it in, without an appointment, to have the passenger side window fixed. They were very busy, but Scott told me to bring the car in a 8:00 and they would work me in. I did as told and they fixed the window that day (Labor Day weekend). They rock! I always have a positive experience when I bring the car in for maintenance, but this was different and they came through for me!

While my initial visit went well, my middle one with my online quote was not. The dealership would not honor the online quote so I left. Ended up leaving but was then contacted by one of the sales managers who investigated and called me back and was able to make the deal at the price given. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Honda HRV from Jerry Baslow. No pressure, understood my circumstances and I feel I received a fair trade-in and good deal on the HRV. I found this dealership on Cars.com and researched the Honda dealers listed. I chose a couple of places that had the vehicle I wanted. I called to make sure the vehicles were still available. Huffman seemed to have the best price, so I drove the 110 miles to check it out. Jerry Garner was my salesman and he was great to work with. We negotiated a couple of times and worked out a deal that, I believe, was the best I could have gotten. Kameron Huffman, finance manager, was well organized and completing the paperwork was a breeze. Jerry went through all of the controls on the vehicle before I left. He was also very sensitive to my needs. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Honda or any pre-owned vehicle. PKC

We had visited another Honda dealership and walked away after the salesman, who we had called in advance with what type, color, etc car we were looking for as well as what time we would arrive, did not appear for several minutes after being paged repeatedly. He came out saying he would get the keys and drove up in the wrong model in the wrong color.It was downhill from there.So we decided to go to Neil Huffman in Clarksville,IN. We arrived at Neil Huffman to friendly greetings and immediate help.Our salesman, Scott Duvall, knew his products well and answered all of our questions. He brought in his manager to help negotiate the pricing once we chose the model we wanted and the entire process went with no glitches and we went home with our new Honda CRV. I have purchased 4 Hondas from this dealership,the last three because I think the service department is excellent. I live in Louisville, so coming across the bridge to Indiana is a bit of a hassle, but worth it, I think.My current Honda is just a year old, so this time I needed only an oil change and a check--but I always receive courteous, professional service. My only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get through on the phone to reach the service department, and it can be a couple of hours before you get a call back.

Moved to this area 3 years ago. Have serviced my Honda exclusively at Neil Huffman every time needed. Have been impressed with the service staff and quality of service every time. This place is my place for my car. After 3 years owning my car, I started thinking about trading in for a new Honda. Also I had just received a letter in the mail telling me how much Neil Huffman needed my trade. So I go in. Met by a salesman who informs me my mailing was from a 3rd party and he had not seen this mailer. I take a test drive and await a price difference for a possible trade and purchase. The Sales manager finally delivers a price and it was so outrageously high that I knew I was not being taken seriously as a buyer. I am sure it was because I brought this flyer in instead of just walking in. After expressing I thought price was too high, I left because there was no attempt to negotiate. I was not taken seriously and still have a bad taste in my mouth. So, to those thinking about responding to a marketing letter supposedly from Neil Huffman but apparently from a 3rd party marketer, don't waste your time. You will have trouble in securing a new car for a fair price because they think your there only for a free oil change.

Was car shopping online and the Online Customer service was good. Dave helped us and communicated promptly via emails. But my visit to the dealership was so bad, they wouldn't let me do a test ride unless I assured I would buy ONLY from them, so it won't be a waste of time for them. Really??? What If I wanted to compare this with a Nissan or Toyota, sorry good bye..!! If they won't let you test ride when you are in their showroom whats the point ? You are better off going to Cincinnati Dealers to get cars where salesperson treat you well and price is always better than here. I got mine from Cincinnati.

Love my new 2016 Honda CRV. The only thing better then the ride itself was my experience with Neil Huffman Honda, the Sales Representative was great. Bill and I talked about life in general and laughed about our own lives before we even talked business. It was if we knew one another for years. The entire experience from driving on the lot with my 2013 CRV to trade in to driving off with a 2016 CRV was pleasant, professional and and fun. I came in looking for a used car. Julian instantly asked if I had money to put down or a trade. I told him yes and he brought in his manager Kenny. These two make a great tandem. I just bought a used Honda Civic from Neil Huffman Honda. The Neil Huffman focus on customer satisfaction is outstanding and I got a first-rate used car. Tavis Brown listened carefully to my list of expectations and after conferring with his manager brought out exactly what I'd hoped for in terms of quality, model and price. The service team provided a thorough inspection and replaced brake pads/rotors at no cost to me. The detail team had the car looking brand new. I ended up using Honda's financing options because their rates were competitive. The car was delivered to my front door. Searched around with a specific car in mind. Contacted Neil Huffman Honda via the Internet and they gave me their best price upfront. Best price I found. Other dealers said that the deal would change when I got there, but they followed through on the pricing without any hassle. The people were friendly and appeared to be very sincere. I love my 2007 CRV! I bought it new and have 130,000 miles in it. I am about a year and a half away from looking st a possible new car. Neil Huffman has the best service Dept around! My car required little service outside of general maintenance but Neil Huffman has always provided top notch service. I just had to have 3 locks replaced. There was a recall on these locks which had expired. Neil Huffman agreed to pay half of the cost to replace these locks. I was so impressed that Neil Huffman's Servuce Dept went above and beyond to help me out. They care about my 2007 CRV as if it was a 2016 CRV. I can't say enough for their Service Dept. Just remember after the deal is done and you bought the new car. You need a Quaility, Experienced Service Department to take care of your New Car Purchase. You will get that with Neil Huffman Honda. Thank you Dave for your help and all the service guys. Thank you Andrew for replacing my locks and a few other things. You are Greatly Appreciated!

After a truly BAD experience at the Toyota dealer up the street. Our experience at Neil Huffman was greatly welcomed. Salesman did his best to meet our needs and price range, and we ended up with what we considered a great deal on a used certified Honda. I'd definately go there FIRST next time.

I just wanted to say thanks for a great buying experience! I actually had a good time while waiting for all the paperwork to be completed. Big thanks to Jerry for explaining all the safety features to me. No one at the other dealership took the time to do that. Just had my first oil change and that was a perfect experience as well. Our problem with our battery going dead was solved on a busy Monday morning, after the New Year's holiday weekend. Due to my husband's all day appointment at the hospital, I had to drop him off and hope I could get service without a scheduled appointment. Scott in the service department was awesome, taking care of our issues and also got our oil changed and new wiper blades all around. Our battery problem was fixed permanently and the vehicle was checked thoroughly in a timely manner. All employees at this location are top notch, and very friendly and helpful. We are on our 3rd vehicle from this dealership (Clarksville, IN) and will be back in the future. Thank you from a happy Senior Citizen customer!!

As a single mom and a female the idea of walking into a dealership full of sales people to buy a car is daunting. After a few conversations on the phone with Blake Pertuset, I felt comfortable enough to go in and see what they had to offer. Blake has a disposition that makes you comfortable. He is respectful and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure. While the reputation of a sales man/woman is to go talk to the big guy and come back with offer and explanation and so on, that is not the case with the General Manager for Neil Huffman Honda. Steve Al-Jabiri the GM came out greeted me and we all worked together to come up with what I'm sure was profitable for them but just what I was looking for as well. A win win. On top of the good service this dealership offers 2 years of service on your purchase. That is unheard of. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealer and the people who work there.

My husband applied for financing at NH and he wasn't approved on terms he wanted so I applied through Capital One and got a great offer. I went to Neil Huffman Honda with the Capital One prequalification letter with a reference number/guaranteed financing. As an authorized dealer on Capital One's site, they should have had no issues using the reference number to pull up my offer with Capital One. I had to call Capital One to get the dealer to do it the right way. I made it extremely clear to the sales guy- Tavis Brown- from the start that I didn't want the extended 3rd party warranty or the GAP coverage. They push and push and push this until you can't take anymore. The manager Kenny Gray used this to lie to me about my financing options. After they used the reference number correctly they printed off a piece of paper to show me/told me that Capital One "required" both of these things to use my offer. One was a $3500 7yr 3rd party warranty. The other was GAP coverage at $600. By that point I had been there an extremely long time and felt like I kind of trusted my salesperson- Tavis Brown- so I signed the deal because I was under the impression that this was in fact required to get the APR that Capital One was giving me. I still didn't feel right about it so I called the lender that evening (Capital One) and asked them if they did in fact require these terms. They said absolutely not and that they NEVER do that. They told me they have heard of dealers doing that before just to earn more $ and agreed with me that it is an unethical sales tactic. They advised me to return in the AM and confront the dealer. I went back in the next morning to cancel both the extended warranty and GAP coverage and they denied lying and gave me a hard time about it but I sat there while the finance guy made a new contract for me with both of the options removed. Kenny Gray still maintained that Capital One came back with those terms. He won't admit that he made it up or apologize in any way. I strongly believe the computer system the dealer uses allows the dealer to submit any extras they wish (why wouldn't it?) and that's the paper be showed me. Capital One never said it was required and he absolutely knows this. He huffed and puffed and told me he didn't appreciate being called a liar. Well, guess what? I don't appreciate being lied to, you know? I spent almost $30K on a certified 2015 Honda CR-V after it was all said and done. I love the car but the treatment I received has tainted the whole experience for me. And another thing about the extended warranty- as I said I purchased a Honda Certified Pre-owned vehicle... which comes with a 7yr power train warranty. While pushing their 3rd party warranty they repeatedly told me that it was better than the warranty provided by Honda. Another blatant lie. When reading the paperwork I discovered that the extended warranty they signed me up for was a "wrap" only coverage and didn't cover power train at all. I asked each of the employees specifically about their extended warranty and whether it covered the engine and transmission and they said yes, it covers everything. Beyond insane that they knew I was buying a great car with a terrific warranty but yet they were greedy and dishonest enough to try to get me to sign up for a warranty that was far inferior. I will definitely never buy another vehicle from Neil Huffman and will advise all friends/family to purchase elsewhere. Capital One took a report on this dealer and the salespeople involved from me. I get that all dealers push these extended warranties and GAP coverage but I feel like one firm "NO" from the customer should be enough to move on. Why can I not purchase a new vehicle without being pushed/persuaded/belittled about these extras. In any other sales purchase this would not be accepted business behavior. If I don't want something that should be up to me and I shouldn't have to explain it any further. Please be wary when dealing with the sales department at Neil Huffman. They will clearly say anything to get you to sign up for these extra items. The car came with 2 years of complimentary maintenance but now I'm quite hesitant to use it. Bad situation.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My sales person Tavis was very professional went out his way to make sure all my needs were taken care of. He even called me a week after my purchase to make sure I was still satisfied. The GM Brandon too went out his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall awesome experience!!

I would never buy from this dealer again. I asked for a 2016 CRV and thought I purchased a 2016, however when I purchased the plates I found it was a 2015 leftover on the lot. The Salesman (Trent Nunn) never said it was a 2015. When I called the dealer they offered to change it but were going to gouge me for another $2600.00. I had the complete specs of what I wanted wrote down on paper and gave it to the salesman. For sure watch these guys very close.

I recently bought my 2nd Honda and both times, I've come to Neil Hiffman Honda in Clarksville! I highly recommend Tavis Brown to all my friends and family, if they are in the market for a new car! He is a fair and honest sales person who is extremely helpful and down-to-earth. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were great as well! Genuinely friendly and not pushy. A lot of the staff have been there for years - which says something about that dealership.

We just bought a new Honda Pilot at this dealership. We had a TERRIFIC experience. We had bought a 2015 pilot and traded in for a 2016. We were thrilled with the sales guys (Jerry and Steve), and the overall buying experience. We would recommend them to our friends and family. I bought my 2006 Odyssey from Neil Huffman and I live in Louisville. From routine checkups to anything I need done, I go back because of Dave Grover and Kris Carr in the Service Department. They are honest, Professional and I TRUST them. They don't try to sell me something I do not need and I know that when I leave everything is going to be fixed and running perfect.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and wanted a 2016 Honda Pilot. From visiting their web site a salesman phoned me. Over the phone we agreed on a sales price. I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and sign the papers. The test drive went well then went inside the dealership to sign papers. All forms were completed and I signed the papers then the salesman said he had to go get a number. When he returned he said he had bad news. He said the car had sold for sticker price. I understand sometimes this can happen, but first you would have thought if it was sold why were the keys not pulled. Why was I not offered a comparable vehicle at the same price? No, Just sorry about your luck. Why lure me into the dealership if you didn't want to sell me the car for that price.

I just bought my third car in less than 12 months from Neil Huffman Honda, all 3 from Trent Nunn. Teamed up with Steve Al-jabari this team takes care of its customers. We have bought a brand new Honda, a used BMW and just this week a used RAM truck, and NEVER once did we feel pressure of uncomfortable. Trent has delivered on all his promises and we left with 3 great deals this year. When I walked in this week, Trent walked right up to me and said "welcome back"! He remembered me after 9 months! Thats personal service! LOVE this place! Thank you again Trent Nunn, Steve Al-jabari, and Neil Huffman team!

I bought a used 2012 Honda Odyssey. Courtney , Trent ,Kenny and Shawn treated us well. They were very rigid on the price. Due to time and light, I could not notice some issues in the car. There is trim on the driver side window was coming off. I noticed that while driving back home. I called them. But they refused to fix it and told me to find a way to fix it. Trent tried his best. The management might have refused it. It was a certified vehicle. I expected them to fix it before selling. Also last row interior has number of scratches. Tiny leather is coming off from 2nd row seat.

I have bought 4 vehicles and my daughter has bought 1 from N Huffman. I called ahead needing an inexpensive vehicle for my newly college graduated son still searching for his dream job. After hearing about several used cars on their lot, I drove 25 miles to check them out. We saw a vehicle we liked but the salesman said the manager had put it back for his daughter. The manager came out to say he purchased something else for her, and that the only thing wrong with this car was the A/C wasn't working. We drove it, and he got an estimate for the A/C of $250.00 or less, so we were excited and bought it. Within 2 weeks of the purchase, the car would not start or run because of something that the whole dash would have to be removed to correct....for a mere $1,200.00!!! After swallowing that he drove for another 3 weeks before the whole radiator/antifreeze/water pump combo died.....so there went another $850.00! I called the store to speak to the manager but he was too busy to answer my call. I sent numerous emails, to customer service, to the manager himself, to the salesman, -- no response. It is very disturbing to me that all these issues came about in such a short time and that the ONLY thing wrong with the vehicle (as we were told more than once) was the A/C problem. I am afraid for my son to even drive the vehicle !!! It seems to have a timeline of every 2-3 weeks for a breakdown!!! What really sucks is that the personnel won't even acknowledge my emails or phone calls! No more business from us.....we have learned a very expensive lesson!!!

My husband and I just bought a new CRV from this dealership and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional and they went out of their way to make us feel good about spending our money with them. Kameron Huffman was our salesperson and he was outstanding; he took a lot of time with me (us) and all of the features of the car, helped me set up Bluetooth for my phone, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better team to sell me a car. My first new car ever and they made the experience great--also this dealer provides 2 years of maintenance with your new car purchase which just makes the experience even better.

I bought a 2015 CRV from Neil Huffman Honda on Friday. My salesman was Luke Moreschi. He was professional, not pushy, and treated me like an equal. I have been talked down to by others salesmen, treated like they thought, as a woman, I had to be an airhead, and even called "Little Lady", when shopping at other dealerships. That didn't happen with Luke at Neil Huffman. I found one of the other people who was securing the financing to be a little overbearing, but I was able to hold my own and insist on the financing the way I wanted it. I actually made 2 trips to the dealership before I got everything secured. But that was because I had not gone the first time expecting to buy that day. This is the second CRV I have purchased at Neil Huffman. I have also taken my son there to buy his first car, a Civic. My first CRV was still running well after 14 years, thanks to their service department, but I was ready for something with better gas mileage, and more technology. Once the deal was done, Luke helped program the car to my parameters. He showed me how to work the technology, although it was somewhat overwhelming. I will definitely have to study the manual. They sent me off with a full tank, and a spotless new vehicle that I hope lasts another 14 years.

From the moment I walked on the lot everyone was extremely friendly. My salesman, Trent Nunn, was a wealth of knowledge on the vehicle I was looking at. He answered ALL of my questions, no matter how silly they may have been. We purchased our dream vehicle and have been in love ever since. Even a week later when I went into the dealership, Trent was right by my side the whole time, still answering the questions I had after I had time in my new vehicle. Shawn Baxley did a great job in working the best deal at any other Honda dealer within a 100 mile radius. I sent one email and he gave me back the lowest price out of any dealer the first time around. The staff there is great and will do what it takes to get you in a new car (possibly even shave their profits).

Travis and Bill were very knowledgable. I had done my research ahead of time but the information they provided on the cars both technically and on the availability of deals from Huffman and elsewhere was accurate. The deal included factory fitted options. There were some unforeseen issues with these but they were handled in a professional and timely manner, 5 stars for effort and satisfaction here. This is the second car my family has bought from this dealership with no issues or concerns.

For my first car buying experience, I had some trouble with other dealerships. Neil Huffman Honda was a completely different story!! The employees made sure to get me into a car that I love and was able to work on prices with me to get into the range that I needed!! Facilities were extremely nice and I felt like I was working with honest and good people the entire time. I would recommend Neil Huffman Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or used car, and who doesn't want to deal with the typical frustrations that happen at other dealerships! These guys are great.

I was looking for a used car for a good price but had my heart set on a Honda CR-V. Prices to buy and lease were over my budget. After I had looked at one of the used CR-Vs it was sold to someone else, which didn't bother me because I wasn't going to buy it. I really was considering leasing but again expensive monthly payments. I was about to call it a day when Luke Moreschi said he found out he was able to lease me a brand new 2015 CR-V within my budget. After much thought I decided to go ahead and agree. I'm glad I did. Love that car.

I was very happy with my experience here at Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville. Steve (the sales manager) and Brian (a sales representative) took great care of me. I've never been car shopping before and I felt very comfortable leaving here with my 2013 Volkswagon Passat. Everyone in the facility was very nice as well.

I really wasn't planning on buying that day, so felt somewhat not-ready. However, I quoted a price that I felt like I could afford on the new vehicle. I stuck to my price, and they finally came to a price very close to mine. I felt like I was treated fair. I dealt with Steve al-jabiri and Jerry Bassow. Both were kind and didn't put a lot of pressure on me. I was really in a rush that day, so it was good that I was not sitting there all day. I refuse to do that anymore anyway. I won't even begin to bargain until I have my keys in my hands. Overall, I had a good experience. Both salesman were considerate and kind.

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a very approachable, unassuming, but very professional individual named Shawn. Shawn is an upstanding and forthcoming individual, even answering questions I knew were odd, but they allowed me to judge the quality and integrity of his character and of the quality of the dealership. As you can see by my ratings, they did not disappoint. The price I got on my vehicle was very good and fair. Of course, one always wants a great deal, and after receiving a "free" 2 year maintenance and service plan as part of the "thanks for buying from us", I knew I had found my vehicle and my dealership. The test drive was quite fun and no I am not an employee, nor am I related to anyone or have any ties to this dealership. Its quite a relief to have found my car and the staff at Neil Huffman made things go so quickly and smoothly. When purchasing a vehicle, do your research, but know that Neil Huffman Honda will treat you fairly.

After leasing my vehicle with my salesman Tavis 3 yrs ago I arrived to end lease. I really wanted to keep the car because the civic was such a great car. After weighing if a new car or buy out would be better I bought out my leased car. The sales staff was extremely helpful & they worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. After everything was said & done my payment for purchase of car was less than the lease payment. They cleaned the car inside & out and made it beautiful before I left the lot. They did such a great job. I have purchased from them, my sister has, & her husband is looking & will go there too. Great sales team, great facility, great car. Love these guys.

Consumer rip off tactics. They tried to price a car for over 5k the price it was worth and they lie to you about needing to do a credit check. Whatever their price is do your research and don't waver at all. Be prepared to walk because you'll get your price somewhere else if they won't. The process took way too long. They sell your extras, don't do it. Get it from the manufacture.

I was in touch with sales reps for 2 weeks. Only when they assured that they have my specific model in stock - I agreed to drive to their dealership. I clearly told them it was 3 hrs drive for me. They assured everything is ready and I can come to test drive. As soon as we reached there, we were told that car was bought by someone else 15 min back. Everyone knows that these deals do not happen in matter of hours. I do not understand what do they think about the customers - can't we figure out that they are manipulating us ? They treated us in completely unacceptable way. I never expected such a behavior from any dealer - not surely from manufacturer of repute like Honda. Please be professional and ethical, not for your dealership but for the brand name of trust of American people - Honda.

In my opinion this dealer will try to get over on you if you are not a well informed buyer. The first red flag was the vehicle was advertised as accident free but after checking the carafax I realized it had been in a minor collision. I spoke with Mark and Tim prior to making the 2 hour drive and they both assured me it was just a typo not a deliberate attempt to false advertise. I should have listened to my gut but instead I made the 2 hour drive to look at the vehicle. The men on the sales team were not professional. When I test drove the vehicle I asked both the sales person, Josh and the manager Charles, to confirm the vehicle smelled of smoke. Both men said they could not smell anything. The sales team wasn't willing to make repairs to a head light that was damaged or even investigate a slight right pull I noticed when driving the vehicle. The sales manager, Charles even tried to make a poor joke, stating he'd trade me the headlight for the rust on my 2002 Toyota trade. Thankfully, the advertisement offered the original owners contact information and after speaking to her about the vehicle I asked for additional money off because she confirmed that she and her husband smoked and the accident damage required a new driver door which they never disclosed. I asked if they had any additional information about the accident but they said they did not, however according to the previous owner the repairs were done by Neil Huffman in Louisville. She even said Neil Huffman had compensated her minimally for the trade-in due to accident damage and encouraged me to negotiate the price down. She did however reassure me that the car was reliable so I was still willing to purchase the vehicle if they came down in price. Unfortunately, the sales team was unwilling to budge on the price stating they'd only make $238 on the deal. I left relieved and in my 2002 Sequoia with a little rust!

I started out with the Internet Sales Manager, Dave, at the Neil Huffman dealership in Clarksville, Indiana. He offered me a "no haggle" proposal for a used 2010 Accord, set up a time for me to test drive it and said it would be ready when I got there. When I showed up, neither Dave nor the car was in sight. Instead, Ralph happened to be strategically waiting outside for me and I had to wait for him to retrieve the car. I test drove it and then another one and then needed to get back to work. The manager, Charles, kept interjecting his suggestion for me to lease a new car. I told him from the very beginning that I could only afford a certain payment amount and a new car was too much. I kept telling them I had to leave but he eventually wore me down, even though I clearly did not want to make the deal, but his up-sell for a 3 year lease on a new 2014 Civic was complete. The first day I had it there was an issue with the tire pressure. I had to make a special stop at the Acura place to check it, no problems were found--HOWEVER you have to recalibrate it by driving 30-60 miles per hour for 30 minutes or the warning light will never go off. Plus, the new technology system on these Hondas is extremely dangerous. You have to take your eyes off the road to do the smallest task. And I can't afford the paymentthey lied about how much it would be, as it was more after I signed the papers. I will never go back or recommend that anyone go there. I told them I wasn't happy with the car but the manager, Charles, won't even call me back now that he made the deal. Never did see Dave and am thinking he was just a farce.

I understand that dealerships have many fees when naming the price. Whilst signing the buyers agreement I asked the dealer multiple times "What is the total price including every fee along with tax?". The dealer wrote number on the Buyers contract paper and told us that it shouldn't be more than $200 than what was on the paper. Mistakenly I trusted him. Once signing the agreement they told us the total price was $800 dollars more than what he said was the "total".

I brought a 1996 van in due to a bad oil leak. They ran a diagnostic check and said it was the distributor but also found thousands of dollars in repiars were needed. They called in the evening and tried to sell me a new one. I paid the $70 for the faulty diagnostic check and drove it to another repair shop in town. These models and Accords had a seal that under extremely cold conditions would crack and allow oil to run out. The seal was around $5. In the meantime I went ahead and got timing belt, water pump, PCV, thermostat, etc. It had 160,000 miles on it and it now had 209,000. The shop with part charged me $900. I called and explained later that my distributor was fine.... their diagnostic check was a joke and the van was running fine. They would do nothing for me. All I wanted was the $70.... oh and I had a coupon for a FREE diagnostic check that they said would not apply. I bought an Accord for the wife three months ago but it came from somewhere else... I would stay away from these jokers.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the prompt and professional service we received from Brandon, Kameron and Tavis. While evaluating vehicles, Kameron actually brought a Honda Odyssey to our home to test drive. Their follow up was prompt yet not pushy. I really appreciate their efforts. We ended up leasing a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring edition. My wife loves it, and she is the one who will be driving it. You know...Happy wife, Happy Life!

Bought a car there with cash and a few days later I found out they ran a credit check on me even though the sakes rep assured me they wouldn't. I didn't finance the car and never asked financing so there was know reason for them to run that. I have asked them to remove their inquiry from my credit report and they have refused.

Everything thing was good until I found out they ran a credit check on me when I paid cash. Sakes rep flat out told me they were not running a credit check. A few days later I find out from credit karma that they did indeed run one even though I never asked for financing. Shady business practices.

Our experience at the dealership was great. Brian has excellent customer service skills and was very friendly. He also worked very hard to get us a price we wanted. The overall experience was great, he did his best to make the entire process from beginning to end as easy as possible. Lastly we had our one year old child with us and he understood how valuable a quick and easy buying experience would be to us and he made it happen. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him and the dealership to others.

We went to the Honda dealer to check out a used car we saw on line. We did not end up buying THAT car but Andrew found us a car I liked even better! Andrew was patient & kind. We were not pressured in any way! Everyone was very friendly and overall the car buying experience was a great one!!

I worked with Jeff Merida in hopes of purchasing a used Honda Odyssey. Unfortunately there wasn't one in stock at the time I needed to make my purchase so I went with a Toyota Sienna from a Toyota dealership. Jeff was lovely and very helpful and genuine. I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal but there is always the future!

I had inquired through the internet about one of their vehicles. I received a prompt reply from April and we have kept in contact the past couple of weeks. I've not had the chance to visit their lot yet but I expect it to be worthwhile when I do.

I'm not sure if it's because we were from out-of-town and they thought they'd never see us again or if they just try to take advantage of everybody who comes in, but they've ensured they'll never sell to us again. I knew the car we wanted was overpriced, but I thought they'd work with us a little. I let them take advantage of me and the fact that we were unfamiliar with the values of the car we bought and hadn't had a chance to conduct appropriate research before-hand. We had actually visited the dealership to look at a different make & model that they had in their used car lot. When it didn't pan out, we felt that since we were there, we would see what else they had to offer. They were treating us well at this point and if a dealership treats us well, well stick with them for all our purchases, as we did where we previously lived. In ten years, we including our extended family purchased five cars from one dealership. As we entered the negotiation phase it became uncomfortable; my gut kept telling me to get up and leave and I should have listened. In a way, because of their desperation to make a sale and the way in which they pretend to be your friend and share stories about where they grew up and things they know about the area in which you live, we actually kind of felt sorry for them and wanted them to be our new dealership of choice. The end result is that we payed way too much for the car we bought. Although we felt the value they were offering for our trade was fairly reasonable, they later turned on us and blamed us for the reconditioning they alleged they had to do to it. This was after the dealership inquired as to our satisfaction with the purchase and we then expressed our concern about having paid too much, based on our after-the-fact research. The value a dealership offers for a trade-in is based on what they think its worth minus the anticipated investment to sell at a reasonable profit. Their reconditioning costs are NOT the customers responsibility, and its inappropriate for them to even bring it up. My dad was a car salesman. I know how it works. We love the new car. We just hate the fact that we got taken for a ride on it no pun intended. If they had just let us go, without being so desperate to sell, we would have gone home, done our research, and very possibly returned to try to negotiate further. But well never know now. My recommendation: Go somewhere else!

Our salesman, Brian was very informative and very personable. He explained everything to us about the CRV and showed us how to use the electronics inside of the vehicle. He was very nice and made our car buying experience painless.

This was one of the best / worst days of my life.I had wrecked my vehicle and was looking for a replacement. I had set a price I was willing to pay and Neil Huffman worked with me to meet that price. Ralph and Bill the salesmen worked extremely hard to see I was able to get into the vehicle. Waiting to fill out the paperwork was exhausting. Four days after buying the vehicle the check engine light came on, I called the business and they told me to bring the vehicle right in. They fixed the oxygen sensor and I was on my way in a couple of hours.Overall the experience has been great. The facility is extremely clean.

I live closer to another dealer but the 2year service agreement Neil Huffman Honda offered was worth the drive to Clarksville. I actually started my search for Certified Odyssey over the Internet on Cars.com. By searching on Cars.com I was originally looking for a dealer close to my house 3 miles away. I found some vans at the closer dealer but I found a certified van and much better service agreement at Neil Huffman Honda 12 miles from my house. So worth the trip The Internet manager was excellent. Answering all my questions and walking me through the details of the carfax. At no time during the sales process did I feel pressured. The service agreement of 2 year free oil changes made this a no brainer for me. I am a sales rep and know service makes the difference. The service was excellent at Neil Huffman Honda that is why I chose this dealership and will choose it in the future. So worth the drive from Louisville.

When inquiring about a new vehicle they took our potential trade off for an "appraisal" as we went on the test drive. Upon our return we began to crunch #s. they would not share the bottom line and kept focusing on monthly payments. Once the payments sounded manageable we went in the finance office to sign papers. Once I saw the bottom line, I told them I wanted to sleep on it. We were told that our car (the one we came in with) was already in detailing and it was too late to turn back. We had a tired, hungry (by this point) baby with us and felt trapped. It was the most terrible feeling ever. Looking back, I wish I had called the police. The next morning I called Honda in hopes of returning the car and getting our old car back and was told it was up to the dealership. The dealership refused. We also got charged for a product that was never applied. We asked for that money back multiple times but the dealer said Honda finance had that money, Honda finance said the dealer had the money (makes sense since it was a dealer product, and not a Honda one). No one would take responsibility and there fore, return our money. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

I wish there were more colors to choose from. But other than that I had a good buying experience! And btw the coffee machine was broke.

I would recommend doing your homework before visiting this dealer. I was a return customer to this dealer after a previous good buying experience. I looked at a used vehicle and decided not to purchase it because of what I feared was an over valued vehicle for the miles and age. I came home and found the same vehicle on-line for considerably less dollars than it was presented to me.

I have used this service dept. since I bought my 2000 accord. They do excellent work at prices comparable to the other Honda dealers in my area. No dealer will be cheap, but if quality workmanship and knowledgeable techs are important, then I would highly recommend Neil Huffman service dept.
