I stopped by last week specifically to test drive the Q60. Sales consultant, Gregory Charley assisted me and he was great to work with. Trustworthy person and good personality. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to do business with. I ended up purchasing the car and I love it! Gregory explained everything in detail and made the buying process very smooth. I would definitely do business with this Inifiniti dealership again.

Cedric is great. Down to earth and trustworthy. He was accommodating to my needs and made sure I got what I was looking for. Their facility is nice, clean and safe. They take precautions regarding covid. Masks are required, which made me feel good. Overall, it was a great experience. If you’re looking for a car, come to infinity in Marietta and ask for Cedric.

I scheduled my service appointment online through their chat feature. I spoke to Joy and told her about a rattling noise I wanted for them to look at and fix. I was assured that I'd leave the dealership within an hour: either with my car fixed, or with a loaner vehicle. Spoiler alert: neither of these happened. When I got to the dealership my Service consultant was Jesse. After explaining to him the situation and telling him what the online rep. told me, his exact words were: "That's awesome that they told you that, but we don't have any loaners. Sorry." So with my entire schedule for the day thrown off and ruined, I sat and waited. An hour later, Jesse and the technician came out and told me that they couldn't find the noise and that to find it, they'd need to do a more thorough inspection. I told them I couldn't wait upwards of 3 more hours for them to do the inspection so I left. I don't recommend this dealership at all. Previous times I've waited 2.5 hours for an oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT!I hope they fix their communication problems because they cost me a Saturday and my car is still not repaired. I won't be going back.

I would first of like to say thank you to our sales professional Cameron Ragsdale for responding to our lead in a timely manner with a call and email. Being a former internet sales director at an automotive dealer here in Atlanta, Cameron did everything right the first time and I am greatful for his professionalism. We arrived at the dealership around 6:30pm that evening and Cameron was at the door to greet us. My wife and I originally came in to lease a Q50, and after Cameron took the time to show us the vehicles on the showroom floor, the Q50 did not meet our needs as far as interior space is concerned. We looked at several other vehicles and my wife fell in love with the QX60. Cameron was very knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at explaining the included and upgraded packages. He took us through a seamless process from start to finish. After it was said and done we walked out of the dealership around 11pm with our new QX60. Many thanks to sales manager Anthony and Finance director Brett great job! Cameron even came in on his off day the next evening to deliver the vehicle and introduce us to service and go over all options and features on the QX60. Thanks Nalley Infiniti Marietta!

He didn't want to honor the online price quote that their website had 3 weeks ago, when I had made an appointment for a 30K mile service. Instead he told me that the pricing had been changed and that the website wasn't reflective of the current pricing when I booked the appointment. I informed him that they needed to honor the price (around $400) that the website had when I booked the appointment, but he insisted that he wasn't going to do that and that I should instead pay around $600 bucks that they were now quoting me in person. The service manager was rude and disrespectful in the manner he spoke to me and used words like.... "for the 3rd time, I'm telling you that...."I found this manner of talking to a customer to be very condescending and disrespectful. Was this the way to talk to an adult who has a valid point about a discrepancy between the price for a service booked online vs. the price being quoted in the service dept?He wasn't even interested in trying to make a concession or at least try to understand my frustration and offer some alternative to ensure it was a "win - win" for both parties. Even when I said that I was going to take my vehicle elsewhere for service, he basically shrugged and walked off without attempting to remedy the situation.......I guess so much for the saying that goes..... "The Customer Is Always Right". He also didn't abide by the "I-Promise to treat you with respect" slogan as currently seen on their dealership's website https://www.nalleyinfinitimarietta.com/i-promise.htm I've ended up taking my vehicle to another Infiniti dealership for the 30K mile service and don't plan on coming back to Nalley Infiniti Marietta because of the service manager's attitude and disrespect.I won't be recommending this service dept. either to friends, co-workers, family, etc.

By far this has been the slowest service I have EVER received from any dealership or auto shop. I came in at 8:34am for an OIL CHANGE that was scheduled. 2 HOURS later I am still sitting here waiting for my vehicle. Again I had an appointment and was told 45mins by KENDRICK! This is totally unacceptable service. I take full responsibility for not reviewing the reviews prior to visiting this location! I can only hope people will review the reviews prior to going there! DO NOT GO to this location!

They have gone downhill the past 6 months. I had an appointment for an oil change and supposed to get a complimentary wash. The service advisor told me the total time for the two very basic services would take around 2.5 hours. That's ridiculous. A year ago I could get both items done for just over an hour. They are not managed very good. The have incompetent people answering the phones as well. They are no longer any good. They need another overhaul of leadership or some customer service training classes. People do not want to sit in a customer lounge that long. They don't seem to care. Jiffy lube can do a better job than these clowns. Then I took it back for a recall. I called two days before and specifically requested a loaner car. The bozo who answered could not find my appointment on computer then acted like he saw it and told me to come in and everything will be taken care of. "No problem" he says. Well sure enough when I get there all loaner cars are gone. I think they must only have 5 of them because it's not the first time they had no loaner cars available. This is why I won't purchase another vehicle from them.

I purchased a car here and the service center was supposed to do a bunch of different things including a detail professional detail they said cost $200 6 hours is a bunch of crap When I bought the car they threw in two free details and " Resistall" they charge for on car purchase $1,200, what a joke! I wouldn't pay $25 for what they did. My local car wash does better. I addressed this several times and came back for the car on four different occasions and things weren't done waste of my time. And to top it all off my car was scratched while there and had to be repainted! Inside of the car still wasn't detailed and no record showing they did Resistall protectant. Over-promise under-deliver, untrustworthy. Don't waste your time at this dealership. If you have a choice, go to Roswell Infiniti the best one by far ...that's where I will go in the future for all my car needs.

After speaking to the GM at Nalley, Service Managers, Used Car Manager, Infiniti District Manager I am stuck paying a lease on a car that malfunctions. I've taken pictures, written emails, and been on the "well bring it on in" over and over. I was told by the Infiniti Southeast Rep that these are known issues with the 2014 model.1) In touch unit replaced2) Software updated twice3) rear camera shows up as a blank screen4) Car has shut off on me twice on the highway5) Car will not start with the push button unless we press it several times (the key not found is not alerting). I've even placed both keys on the dash6) The intouch pink screens, freezes up, or just shows both screens as black7) PSOD another words the OS has crashed8) I was advised not to use the USB flash drive to play mp3's as it can cause the Intouch to malfunction9) The car sputters

My experience at Infinity was the best experience I ever had with buying a new car this is my third new car and I felt like a queen everyone was really nice very thoughtful explained everything to me. I recently purchased a vehicle from Derek after owning the same vehicle for 12 years and had no plans to buy a new one until an accident that totaled it. Therefore, I wanted another car that I knew would last a long time and in order to make myself comfortable enough that I am buying a vehicle that will last, I do a lot of homework, and I ask a lot more of a salesman than most people probably do. I found a vehicle at the infinity dealership that I liked and it took me 12 days to finally purchase the vehicle. I took it on many test drives and had it fully inspected. I spent 15 or 20 hours at the dealership over a 2 week long period. In fact, I was such a high maintenance potential customer that one of the older senior sales reps that I started off with passed me off to Derek halfway through my due diligence on the vehicle. Since he never lost his cool, and did his best to honor just about every request I made, Derek made the sale. He is young, so he hasn't learned any of the bad tricks that car salesman sometimes employ, but very professional, so if you want a salesman who is simply there to help you purchase the car you want, on your own terms, while always been straight with you, he is the guy you should go see.

We were shopping for a Infiniti Suv. Found exactly what we wanted. Sales consultant Ray was awesome!! He was so patience to explain to us everything about the car before, during test drive and after we bought the car. He walk us through the process to trade and buy the car we wanted. We were very pleased with the price we received for our old car. This dealer really make sure that his costumers are happy with it all! Mr. Ray did above and beyond to make us happy! We bought cars before at other dealerships, and we never had somebody to really listen to what we wanted, and what we could afford and be so professionally to explain it all and do it all to make it work for us! My experience was great from the very beginning. I emailed the dealership the night before to contact me about two cars. The very next day Kat reached out to me and set up an appointment. She was very nice and was very customer friendly. When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman that opened the door for me and asked if I was there to see someone. I immediately told him I was there to see Kat. He searched for her and found out she was with another client (I was a bit early). He asked if I wanted to wait and I told him I would. He said ok but let me know if you change your mind. A few minutes later Kat walks in and greets me. She then let's me know that she is finishing up with a client but she will get someone else to help me. I told her about the nice gentleman that greeted me and she said that was who she was going to get. I was delighted because he was so nice and extremely professional. She then introduced me to John Christmas. He was VERY knowledgeable about the Infiniti cars he showed me. He explained each and every detail about the car. Needless to say...I bought the car! John Christmas is the perfect example of premier customer service! I also had a great experience with Brett in the finance department. I wasn't going to post a review after my 1st visit but since I experienced the same type of service on my 2nd visit , I decided it needs to be brought to Nalley's attention. I originally came in for the 1st service visit on my Q50s. I made an appointment, and arrived on time. The young guy greeted me and asked me to go and sit in the area where the service advisor were and that one would be with me shortly. I went in and sat down, 15 min had past and no one had come to wait on me. Mind you there was a service advisor in each cube but no one looked up or came to assist. After and adl 5 min one came out and ask if I was helped. After telling him no he proceeded to do the paperwork to get the car serviced. I went in today for service because my maintenance lights and pressure notifications came on over the weekend. I went into the service department, got greeted asked if I had a appointment and told to go into the area by the service advisors. There were 4 advisors in the cube's and 1 was with a customer. I sat there again for about 15 min before someone asked me from behind a glass did I need assistance. Mind you no one came out to greet me. I went to his cube and told the advisor of the issue. He asked a technician to come out and assist me. The tech advised that they didn't reset any of the notifications when they did my 1st visit. Which was a few weeks ago. In addition they didn't check the pressure in my tires at that time. I must commend the technician was helpful and understanding and did what was necessary to get me back on the road. I am writing this review so maybe the Service Manager can work with his advisors and understand that you should greet customers and don't have them waiting so long before you wait on them. Good customer service goes a long way. If you provide good customer service a customer will always come back. A good Service Department is what keeps customers coming back. If this continue I will move my business to another Infiniti dealership that I know provide excellent service.

We visited Nalley Infiniti last week to look at a car that we had seen on their website. It was an Infiniti M37. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of John Christmas. John showed us the car. Before our test drive he went over every inch of the vehicle he explained the outside features also what type of engine it had as well as covering the inside features. He knows Infiniti, John continued to educate us as we were performing the test drive. John invited us inside to his private office. We ended up making the purchase that night. John and finance staff stayed extremely late to assist us with every detail. I visited the dealership on a Friday to see what deals they could offer me. When looking through the vehicles on site I spotted a BMW and fell in love. Kathrine, my car dealer, worked with me to make sure I knew everything about the car and got the best possible deal. The car was priced under value and I feel like I got a great deal. I had an excellent car buying experience at Nalley Infiniti of Marietta. I received exceptional customer service from Marquis Alston and Myshia Hill. Marquis worked hard to find the vehicle that would meet my needs & wants as well as to make sure all of my questions/concerns were promptly taken care of. The car I wanted wasn't available at their dealership, but Marquis and Myshia found me the car I wanted at a very good price and had it delivered to their dealership in a very timely manner. Marquis kept me informed throughout the entire buying/transfer process and made this one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences that I have ever had. From the first phone call with the GM to the moment my car was delivered, my experience with Nalley Infiniti of Marietta was flawless. Mike, the GM, was extremely accommodating without being pushy. He made me feel as though he wanted to help meet my needs as opposed to just sell me a car. Isa, the sales associate, was attentive and did everything he could to be helpful. All in all, I was pleased with my experience and I look forward to returning for my next Infiniti.

While the service MANAGER is superior, you will have the worst experience ever before he steps in to make things right. I bought a Volvo SUV with fewer than 60,000 miles and within 3 days the trouble started. Thank goodness I purchased warranty. HOWEVER, that was just the beginning of my troubles. less than 3 mos. later I'm back for more repairs only to be told that they can't fix it and I have to go to Volvo dealership. NOW they tell me? I would have bought from Volvo in the first place if I'd known. ... Service dept kept me waiting for over 4 hours! All that time they kept saying someone would be out in a minute to give me an update, but 4 hours later all I got was more grief. Svc. manager made it right but it's too late. Do yourself a favor and buy someplace else. They can't fix the cars they sell and to think it's ok to keep customers waiting like that says it all ... you are nothing to them after they get your money.

We worked with Katherine Bittler in the lease of a Qx60. She is new to the dealership but has a very strong focus on customer service. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and worked to continually exceed expectations. She personally went and got the vehicle in the color/trim we wanted from a different dealership and personally delivered the vehicle to our house. The pricing Corey gave was very fair and competitive. There was a hiccup with the vehicle delivered but the GM Mike personally took care of everything and found another vehicle promptly. He wanted to make sure our expectations were met.

I brought in my 2006 G35 just before labor day weekend to have an extra key made. Infiniti ran a free alignment test and helped bolt my battery down free of charge (I already had the parts) while the key was being made. Jeremy Craig, my service consultant, was courteous and professional. When I mentioned that I was going to try and walk to find a place to eat nearby, he gave me a brief rundown of what was within walking distance and how to get there. -This was a nice touch & it let to me having one of the most satisfying pizzas all year. 10/10 would recommend

Recently bought an QX60 from this dealership . First communicated with Gregory over email , he was very prompt and understood my requirements and showed me the various options.When i walked in i met Gregory and Myshia , an that was an awesome experience.Gregory took us on a long test drive and showed us all the features of the QX60. He even communicated with us after hours via email.After we liked the SUV, we worked with Myshia, She is no doubt the best sales manager , we have ever worked with . She gave us full personal attention , and humanized the process of buying our SUV.We went to the dealership pretty late, and therefore Myshia and Greg worked with us past midnight with a smile on face.I would definitely recommend this dealership, and recommend everyone to choose Myshia and Greg as the team to deal with.I really wish that there were more managers like Myshia , so that buying cars was such a breeze and not a painful experience.I am definitely going to deal with these 2 again , when i am going to upgrade my sedan.

Everyone is extremely accommodating and takes the time to listen to your concerns and extends themselves far beyond any expectation to meet your needs. If you are looking to purchase a car, definitely ask for Ramona Kerr. She was simply delightful. My husband just purchased a G37 and the process from start to finish was amazing. General Manager, Mike is very pleasant and believes in building lasting relationships, not just selling you a car. Seriously, this was the best buying experience I've every had and I wasn't even purchasing a car, but while I waited for my husband to finish his business, Henry, the service manager took a look at my GLK 350 and charged the battery; just as a courtesy. After talking to Marquis and explained to him what we wanted he strickly told us dont worry he will make it his business to at least find us the car we wanted. After shopping around for a couple pf days starting to give up when Marquis called an said he got something for us and we need to come look at it before he buy lol. So I was hesitant to go back but I went with my instincts and I so happy I did. Everyone there were very perfessional and welcoming an very understanding especially having a 2 year with me. Marquis made sure my son was well intertained as the whole process took place. Ee were very open and honest but felt that not most if what we had communicated was heard as part if tge negotiation. A couple of phone calls and emails allowed us to reach a mutually acceptable deal for both my trade and Greg's certified Infiniti. Derek Felix was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold. He consistently followed up with me during the purchase and during promised repairs. He is the only positive point in the purchase of the vehicle. Management attempted to add a $999 wax and wash service. The vehicle sat on the lot for over two weeks on a minor paint repair. Certification inspection unavailable at purchase. Ten minutes after leaving the dealership realize side view mirror mount cracked ready to fall off. $800 repair. They did agree to pay 3/4 of it after threatening to cancel check. I can't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I'm still dealing with title and tag issues on a cash deal two and a half months later. Horrible experience!

I live in Bessemer, Alabama and desperately needed a reliable vehicle to visit clients during my work week. I contacted Augustus Heyliger and we transacted business via e-mail, text messages and fax. I discussed my financial situation with him and he took it from there. He sent pictures of various cars and I liked some and declined others until we found something that suited my taste. After we found the used vehicle, my next concern was a whether I could get a warranty. He managed to get me a 4yr/48K warranty on the 'major' parts (engine, transmission, axles). Being an 'out-of-towner', I trusted Augustus to 'do-the-right-thing' and he did. From ensuring that the bumper was painted to having the car cleaned to delivery in Bessemer, AL...imagine that. Being out of state, I contacted the dealership through the internet and recieved the most competitive price, as well as a very pleasant and professional working relationship with Derek. Myshia was also very professional and helpful. The biggest kudos go to Derek, though, who handled a dicey situation with ease and composure. He even responded to my communications when he was out of the office.When I arrived to pick up my car, it went smoothly, with no pressure since the negotiating was completed before I arrived. All we had to do was enjoy the test drive and explore the many features of the QX50. Working with Bret Miller was another pleasant experience, and we were on our way in 4 hours. I would recommend purchasing through this team again.

Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I'm from out-of-state so most of the deal was done by email, phone and text. His son got sick during the process and he texted me FROM THE ER to check-in and let me know another rep would be contacting me. He's even called since the purchase to see how things were going. My only complaint has NOTHING to do with Jeff or the sales team; it's related to the accounting dept. They waited 23 days to send the info I need to register my car to the AL DMV. You have 20 days to register a new car in AL and I couldn't do so without that info being sent. I have now incurred a penalty for registering it outside of that window. Other than that, I was pleased overall.

I really appreciated the upfront pricing that we received. Derek Feliz was very helpful from our 1st conversation to the end of the deal. I waited over two months to write this review (has taken about that long to calm down). I would not buy a skateboard from Infiniti of Marietta nevertheless another vehicle. I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought a used JX35 and with three days they could not get the car clean. I realize it is used but I left it at Park N Fly Plus a few weeks after purchasing it and they did a better job than the dealership. They were to touch up the paint on certain parts of the vehicle and that did not occur. I had a list of 20 items that needed to be corrected and they may have fixed half of them. I asked some questions that have yet to be answered and needless to say, no one has called to follow up on my purchase. I like the vehicle (thus far) and that has been the only saving grace. Do need to check and see if I smell oil. I definitely hope not because the thought of doing ANYTHING with this dealership automatically raises my blood pressure. Every time I get in that vehicle I feel like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. The vehicle is gorgeous and I love the style but I definitely have buyer's remorse because of where I purchased it. They do not follow up on promises and I really expected more from an Infiniti dealership. I don't plan to go there for service and I pray I never have to deal with Nalley Infiniti of Marietta again. Please go to another dealer if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!!!!

Great Experience! Marquis and Cory were the best. Would recommend him anytime. He even brought over cars from other (non Infiniti) Nalley dealerships for me to test drive to make sure I was making the best decision for me. He is not pushy at all! He didn't try to "oversell". He let me make the decision based on how the car drove and didn't ever try to talk me into buying a car from him. I don't like pushy sales people!! Highly recommend this dealership!

Zach was wonderful! He answered all my questions and did everything in his power to accommodate me while my car was being serviced. I was afraid that I wouldn't have a car to get to work so he made it possible for me to get a loaner vehicle. He got me in and out the dealer very quickly and explained things every step of the way. Spent almost 7 hours at the dealership looking at both used and new autos. Most of this time was spent with Jeff Davenport. We concentrated on the JX35/QX60 models and soon realized Jeff was an expert on all things Infiniti. There wasn't a question he could not answer or an option on the cars he could not fully explain. We settled on 2015 QX60 and made Jeff work hard to get within our budget. Throughout the entire process he was courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this dealer

I just purchased a 2015 Q50 and am loving it. I worked mainly with Ramona, who was very friendly and showed quality customer service. When I was left alone other members of the team were courteous and made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

I came in for my first oil change and needed to get in and out quickly since I'm a CPA and it's late March! I spoke with Wells, my service advisor, and explained that I needed to get in and out in a hurry. He got me right in, took care of my service needs, and got me on my way in less than an hour! Drove in from out of state to purchase a "certified" used car found on the internet. 1) The car was listed as certified, during the financing portion of the purchase, it was quickly passed over as non certified car. We noticed and questioned. We showed Nalley employees 2 different websites that listed the car as certified. We were told if we wanted the car to be certified it would cost us $899. "If we can add $899 to the cost of the car we will sell it as certified" What??? 2) Added an addition $1000 to the total cost of the car for a paint protection and interior protection "we add this to all of the cars we sell, once we had a person buy a car, park it under a tree then sued us so we add this to all of the cars we sell" ??? 3) My son has excellent credit, added extra interest rate due to "first time car buyer"

I had (key word is had) been interested in looking at an '08 Boxster for sale at this pitiful dealership. It was $~37K, so not exactly a cheap used car. Anyway, since I am out of state I had several questions before I decided if it was worth it to travel to GA. All I received was salesman double talk and unanswered emails. Thus, I sent the email below to them. Of course I received no response. Take My warning and STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are the epitome of cheesey dishonest car dealers....the lowest form of life there is.Fred and Jeff,I guess you are not serious about wanting to sell your 2008 Porsche Boxster. I have asked for specific information several times. Several times I have received no response. When I have received a response it is a cryptic message that never addresses any of my specific questions. I don't know if you are trying to hide something about the history of this car, if you are unable to answer my questions or if you are just lazy. In any event, the lack of response and professionalism is it glowing example of why car dealers have such a bad name and serves as a red flag for me as to why you are someone I am not comfortable doing business with. I guess I should have taken to heart what I read as far as reviews go on autotrader.com. There are multiple negative reviews on that site about your organization which is exemplified by what I am experiencing myself currently. It should have been a huge red flag when the most recent review mentioned Jeff Davenport specifically. I will continue my search for a Boxster at another dealership and/or individual. There are plenty out there who are honest and transparent with their customers and not trying to "pull a fast one." You should not have trouble selling this Boxster since, as you claimed, you have "45 people running numbers" for other customers as we speak."I will just copy this email and paste it onto autotrader.com as yet another negative review of your company. Maybe other potential customers will read this and not waste their time with you. .

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jeff and Myshia on the purchase of our 2015 QX80. I was out of town so, my initial conversations with Jeff occured over the phone and via email. Have driven Nissan's for 25 years and finally elevated to Nissan's luxury Infiniti brand. Level of service certainly takes an entire new meaning with Infiniti. Everyone was extremely friendly, and since the QX70 was a year old and I didn't know the history of the car, Adam looked up the history so that we could better understand what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done.Just an overall excellent experience.

Excellent Customer service ..Very Honest and most important very very transparent.I bought a 2013 BMW X5 Xdrive 35I , i was a pretty expensive car, we were really worried and believe me they made the whole process look so easy. I am from Chicago and we finalized the deal over phone. Greg was very helpful , honest and very responsive. I took the risk and flew to atlanta and was surprised to the see the vehicle was much much better than what I had thought of. The whole financing process was very easy and i was out in less than 2 hours. It was really worth taking the risk and I credit all this to one person, that's Greg. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Greg. He gets into customers shoes and thinks. He really never does pressure tactics. He gives you honest opinions. Even when I was there at the dealership the whole atmosphere was very friendly. I also would like to thank Greg's manager, Sorry i forgot the name for his gesture in coming and talking to me and inquiring about the purchase. Thanks a lot guys, going forward whenever i think of buying a car it will be with you people.

When I was test driving my Infiniti G-37 I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed before I finalized my purchase. I was told, "no problem" from Jeff and Evan. I set an appointment with the sales person, Jeff, and arrived at my service appointment time. I needed sensors put on my wheels/tires because the "!" was lit on my dash. When I showed up, the service department told me that I would have to pay for the services. I called Jeff over and he did not/could not solve the problem. I asked for a sales manager but no one was available. I asked Jeff to get this fixed and call me later in the day but he never called me back. I called him and left him two messages, no return phone call. I called and left a message for Evan, the pre-owned sales manager, and never heard a peep from him either. I even texted him and told him their service sucked and he replied, "Nalley sucks or me?". I asked him to call me the next day but in usual fashion, never head a peep from him. It has been five days since I was told I would get a return phone call but... NOTHING. I have wasted several hours of my busy work day trying to simply get what I was promised. Go somewhere else if you expect someone to "just do the right thing".

Went to get me car serviced which went well at first was asked if I want my car washed I stated yes but then asked if they machine wash the cars or hand wash. They stated they machine wash I told the dealership service manager don't worry about the wash I'll Handel it myself. So the car pulls out of service depth all wet not even wiped off and as I see the service manager running to the service tech trying to cover up vs telling the customer hey there was a miscommunication and my service tech accidently had the car machine washed. They reason I didn't want my car machine washed is because my car car is only 5 mts old I bought it brand new I have paint chipping of the entire car I showed it to the service manager which he assured me he will call me and have the professional check my car out yet haven't heard back from the so called service manager it been almost 5 weeks now still waiting. When I was purchasing the car I couldn't stop the sales dept calling me to earn my business but after the sales delivery is done and came to servicing your car it's nothing but excuses. As a service manager I think you should keep you words if you can't have someone else follow up. I understand your busy. I've been having nothing but issues with my brand Qx60 3 days after I've purchased the car my sunroof completely goes out then my paint of my suv is chipping of thru out the entire car which isn't suppose to be happening especially when the car has only 4 miles and I've only owed it for 5 mts. I purchase new cars every 2-3 years from Nissan and first time I've purchased and infiniti will definitely be my last especially with Nalley infinti marietta....

I have always had my 2002 Q45 serviced here, since it was also originally purchased here as well. They have always treated me as a valued customer for the 12 years. I look forward to a long lasting relationship. Darren has and is an excellent representative of this facility. I am lucky to know and deal with him. I have had 6 Infiniti's over my life and all have been serviced by Darren. Makes this dealership shine. I highly recommend him directly. The service team in general is great, but Darren is the crown jewel. Keeps me coming back. It's rare you or your wife does not feel like they are getting ripped off by a mechanic, let alone a dealership service center. But Darren and team don't. They are honest and tell you what you really need, never trying to upsell or pressure you. Thanks Darren

I recently needed an estimate for maintenance work on my Infiniti vehicle and after a very bad experience at another dealership, I was very hesitant to trust a dealership, assuming they would recommend services and repairs I did not need with charges that were inflated. I have also had a bad experience where I do not feel like I am treated well as a customer because I am a female. Adam Ohman was my Service Advisor and he was amazing. When he saw my obvious mistrust and hesitation, he showed me a picture of his family on his desk and told me he understood why a woman might feel hesitant about trusting the recommendations when you come into a dealership. He assured me he would only recommend service my car truly needs, but give me advice on things I might want to consider. When I received my estimate, I left feeling completely informed and prepared to make a decision and prepared to plan on some maintenance service my car needs soon, that I might have been resistant to do before. I feel like I have someone at the dealership I can trust that will be honest. That was not my experience AT ALL with the last dealership I was with despite the fact we had been with them for years. I strongly recommend Nalley Infiniti and that you ask for Adam when you go for service!!

I have worked with Darren for many years on this car and the M35 I had before. I cannot picture a more helpful individual. He is professional in every sense of the word. The Worst Follw Up Expereince On July 3 called to ask Mr. North about service on my vehicle. I had a simple request.... An estimate price based on what I needed repaired. He asked for some information and stated he would get back to me and asked for my contact info. I waited and waited and after 2 hours called back. It went to his voicemail so I left a message. After another 2 hours I called back thru the receptionist and asked to be transferred to him. He still did not answer. Just very poor for someone who claims to be the longest tenured service advisor there. I have over 250 employees at my company and many of them have their cars service here as they own Infiniti but I will tell them all of my experience with him.

Mr. Anderson quickly greeted me in a very professional manner. He remembered my call previously when I set up the appointment. Throughout the service he continued to keep me abreast of the status of my service and future service recommendations. I really appreciated the detailed graphic printout of the services provided. I was most impressed with his genuine demeanor and kindness. Chad and Corey went the extra mile to make my car buying experience fantastic! I went into Nalley with a price that I wanted to pay formy new Infiniti, and a price that I wanted for my trade-in based on doing my homework online. When I arrived, Chad quickly worked with his sales manager to get the deal I wanted. Corey then got me the money rate that I had in mind for my lease, and was extremely friendly and expedient in getting all the finance paper work processed.I would highly recomemnd that if you are in the Atlanta market for a new Inifiniti, do you homework online; and then go straight to Nalley to work with Chad to get your new car.

I wanted to take a moment to write a brief review and recommendation for Chad Douglas. I had actually found Chad's name on this web site before reaching out to his dealership and based on the great recommendations he already had we contacted Chad directly.In most cases when you read a review it is because someone purchased something from someone. In this instance, my wife and I ended up leasing an Infiniti from another dealership. However, even though we ended up deciding to lease the car from someone other than Chad I still felt compelled to share our experience as I believe sometimes reviews when you don't make a purchase are just as helpful.In the end, the sole reason we did not end up leasing our Infiniti through Chad was due to the price of the car. I am very analytical in nature and use the numbers to primarily guide my decisions. When working with Chad, he was always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt every time we interacted. He understood the questions I was asking, and why I was asking them. Never once did he try to pressure me into a sale.At the end of our decision process we were deciding between two dealerships. The other dealership offered a price that Nalley was unable to match in this case. Chad was very honest and direct with me that it would not be a good business decision for them, which I totally understood. He was extremely gracious and appreciative for the opportunity and asked if he could keep in touch so we could talk again the next time we are in the market. I would gladly welcome Chad's call, and will recommend him to friends that are in the market as well.

Overall, I had a great experience working with Chad and the team over at Nalley Infiniti. The new showroom is fantastic and the team was very responsive to me as a new customer. I felt like the dealership was clear on the pricing of the car and was very competitive with all of the other dealerships in Atlanta. The test drive process was great and I didn't feel like there was any pressure to commit. Overall, the process was pretty smooth and I couldn't be happier with then end result. I got a fantastic car at a great price that I felt was a significant savings. I'm a happy owner of a new Q50S. Thanks Chad!

I originally leased my G37 convertible from Myshia 3 years ago. She was warm and friendly then and I felt like I got a great car for a fair price. I had an Inifiniti to trade in and the deal with the trade, the mileage and condition of the trade was very fair (miles a little over, tires needed to be replaced). My lease was expiring soon so I made an appointment with Myshia to review my options. While she is now a manager, she took care of me personally. She gave me three options, one of which was to purchase the car I was leasing. That's what I decided to do and from there it was just a matter of waiting for the paperwork to be completed. The other two options were to lease or purchase another convertible or get an IPL. I love the IPL specs but don't like the limited interior color/trim options. There was no pressure at all from Myshia. We had an honest conversation about the current models (exactly the same as they were 3 years ago) and she respected the decision.Based on her integrity, fair dealing (that does not always mean the lowest price) and overall warmth and friendliness, I highly recommend her.

Myshia Hill as always been my go to person at Nalley Infiniti. I have purchased a total of 3 Infinit's over the years with her. She is amazing. Friendly, professional, efficient, and truly makes you feel like you are her only customer. She is very quick to return phone calls and emails. I tell her exactly what I want and she works to get me everything I ask for. Never tries to make me settle for anything. Meaning so many dealerships really push the vehicles they have on the lot. If I want Black they try to get me to buy a White vehicle. Myshia always tells me what my options are to get exactly what I am asking for.She never rushes my decision and is never pushy. This resent purchase of my 2014 QX80 Myshia was assisted by Ramona who was also amazing. Ramona was so friendly and really went above and beyond getting all my junk moved from my trade in vehicle to my new QX80. Ramona is wonderful.In addition, I spent so much time reviewing my options and deciding between two vehicles that the day got away from me. Then when it was time to purchase I was running out of time due to my schedule. I don't think I have every completed the paperwork to purchase so quickly. I expressed my time crunch and that I might need to come back the next day. They had all my paperwork completed in under 20 mins and I was out the door. I have been a customer of Nalley Infiniti since 2008 and they treat me like family. Not just Myshia. The service department really strive for excellence and are so easy to get service scheduled for times that work best for my busy schedule. Darren Thompson is my assigned service rep and I think he is great. He knows me and my vehicle like it's his. When I call I don't have to recap anything. He knows. I HIGHLY recommend Nalley Infiniti. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The person who showed me the car, took me for a test drive, etc. was a brilliant person. She was very helpful and was honest. However, her manager (B...n) turned out to be a deceitful person. While finalizing the price for the car, I had pointed out that one of the headlights was not working. The sales manager refused to get it fixed and sell it to me because according to him "the price is already very low, and we are not making any money out of it." I had told him that it is just a fused bulb and how much will it cost to replace? He accepted that the bulb was fused and said he was willing to reduce the cost of the bulb (I thought it was $60) from the final price of the car. I eventually get around to taking the car to a mechanic to get the bulb replaced and he tells me that the ballast needs to be replaced and only the dealer can do this because of the part. I take it back to the dealership, and they give me a repair quote of $1000!! My issue is, how can a dealership sell a car, claiming that it is "CERTIFIED Pre-Owned" whereas in reality it is NOT!! I would never recommend these guys to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They never pick up your calls. Make you (even a new customer) wait for ages before they get to you. Just poor service, poor quality of people (few exceptions), poor all around. Words are not enough to describe my dissatisfaction.

Read previous reviews to note a pattern: trickery and games. Drove 5 hours to see specific car after talking to sales for days. While waiting in lobby for salesman T., whom hadn't answered cell for previous 45 minutes, we physically SAW them drive the car off of the lot. Waited for salesman T., ... Receptionist offered to go find car on lot,... Other salesman offered to find T.,... T., shows up mumbling,... Manager says it sold days ago,... Yuck! I told sales from the get go that we were looking for this specific model of car and if it sold before I got there, so be it. Lying to me for days, hiding in your office when I get there, and playing "hide the salami" with a car is beyond childish and disrespectful. I wouldn't do business with this sales team ever....how can you trust them?!

Having discussed a specific Z4 for days, knowing that I would be driving in from 5 hours away, that I was aware it could sell before I got there, your sales-team opted to lie, stall, and play games instead of being professional and respectful of my time. We saw the Z4 physically being hidden from us while we were waiting extensively for Tom to meet us in the lobby. Multiple people went "looking for Tom and the Z4", even after we saw it being driven around to the backside of the building. Taking the car to the back to be detailed?...nope, just hiding the car from us while sending the receptionist to walk the lot and slowly "look for it". Was Tom was glad to see us drive in from Nashville?...nope, didn't answer cell phone or office request to come to lobby for over 45 minutes. Was Tom quick to recover and apologize? ...nope, attempted to cover up previous lies with more lies about not knowing what was going on, didn't see cell calls, didn't realize we were here, didn't know I was driving in after I had called all the way up to to our 4am road trip departure. Did the manager come out and set the story straight? ...nope, just let my husband and the receptionist walk the lot aimlessly. Did the car sell right before we got there? ...nope, 3 days ago. My goodness I did NOT expect this at a luxury dealership in Atlanta. Just disgraceful!

The new facilities and service at Nalley Infiniti of Marietta are excellent, a significant improvement from the old dealership. Specifically, we worked with Chad Douglas on four separate visits to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles, patient with our thorough test drives and deliberations, and courteous to our time constraints when we had our little baby girl along for the visits. The negotiation process was fast and reasonable, arriving at a fair price and a win-win, including full extended warranty and care packages. Chad has also done a nice job of following up on our satisfaction after the purchase, which is nice in continuing our relationship with him and Nalley. We own a 2005 G35 and now the new QX60, hoping to keep Infiniti's in the family for life. If our experiences continue to be as positive and courteous as they have been with Chad, there is no question our business will be with Nalley Infiniti of Marietta. I was referred to Chad by my cousin, and for good reason. I had been looking for a car a few weeks and every dealership I went to tried to sell me a car outside of what I wanted, or just didn't listen. Chad helped me find the perfect car, at the perfect price, and was extremely helpful throughout the whole purchase. The whole Nalley team stayed an hour past close on a Friday night to help me get exactly what I wanted, and I won't forget that anytime soon!

I brought a vehicle in for service and decided to talk to infinity about buying a used car. instantly the service manager called Greg Charley who responded immediately offering my wife and I coffee and then askede for the kind and size of car we were looking for.He was quite friendly. worked with what we were looking for. He took time to show us cars within the range of our budget and that was really impressive to us. the quality of service was really exceptionalour overall experience was very good. we were happy he worked with us and also introduced us to his Manager (Mr Christian) who was equally nice. If we are to buy any other car again we will surely see Greg first.

My wife and I searched the internet for over 2 months for a car with the options we wanted and priced within our budget. We physically visited over 7 dealers but left without purchasing anything because they either falsely advertised or the condition of the cars were not acceptable. We drove over 40 miles to one dealer on a Tuesday, (after confirming the car was available), and and were told "Oh, we sold that over the weekend but haven't updated our data base yet". After almost giving up we saw an EX35 advertised at Nalley's and called to make an appointment. When we arrived we were treated like a customer should be treated, and the vehicle's condition and price were exactly as advertised. Greg Charley and Myshia Hill were great to work with, and Corey Russell actually beat the interest rate we requested.Over all it was as enjoyable as a car purchase can be. Greg has actually called a couple times in the past few months to see if we were pleased with our purchase and provided prompt answers to our questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. No pressure or bait and switch here. We have not yet taken the car in for service so I cannot rate the service department. Our first visit there is in a couple weeks so I will update after that.

My experience with Greg Charley, of Nalley Infiniti of Marrietta, was outstanding. My initial contact with him was via the internet then over the phone. He was very personable and listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and from the dealership. He was focused on what I expressed to him I wanted, direct and informative concerning the price points and what my options were in purchasing the car. Upon meeting Greg in person he had everything in order for me to immediately start viewing my desired Infiniti Q60 Sport. He was very knowledgeable about the car, it's features and various amenities available to me. He offered me a very low stress/pressure experience which was refreshing. The staff involved with my actual purchase, warranty packages and service options was also very knowledgeable and helpful aiding in the overall positive experience. The dealership itself is a very nice and clean facility offering a comfortable environment in which to shop and conduct business. There were also beverages and snacks available to customers. I highly recommend both Greg Charley and Nalley Infiniti of Marrietta for a full service and low anxiety car buying experience. I look forward to utilizing them again in the future for both car servicing and possible car purchases.

When I arrived to see a specific vehicle it was not at the dealership. Instead of immediately finding where the vehicle was they tried to tell me it was sold and to look at another car. My husband and I were not happy with that and after a long while they "miraculously" found the car I initially came for at one of their partner dealerships. I felt like I received the runaround with the associates here. I eventually received my vehicle after numerous trips to the dealership and dealing with a multitude of people that obviously were just as tired of me as I was of them. I really like Infiniti's, and if I were in the market for one instead of driving a mile down the road to their dealership I would drive all the way to Sandy Springs where my husband received exemplary customer service.

WOW...how do I put this in so many words. Nalley Infiniti of Marietta is AWESOME to do business with. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly, helpful and very knowledgable of all make/modle of vehicles and their new location at the corner of Wendy Hill Road and Cobb Parkway is outstanding. I first purchased a 2007 M35 from Myshia Hill and was so pleased with that car I went back and purchased a 2010 EX35 for my mother which she loves. I currently now am a proud owner of a 2013 M37 "S" which I love. Myshia worked really hard to find this vehicle that I wanted with all the options that I had required and just in a few weeks my new baby was here...and she's awesome....! All three vehicles have been purchased using Myshia Hill and Cory Russell. My husband and I arrived at Infiniti on January 1st on a whim. We have been discussing a new car, but hadn't made a full on decision as of yet. Upon arrival, Greg welcomed us kindly and professionally and we never felt pressured to purchase. While walking through the facility, every representative we passed was friendly and and wanted to ensure your comfort there (we were guided to the coffee, bagels, lounge area, etc). At no time did anyone overwhelm us or make us feel we HAD to purchase, nor did anyone make us feel as though we did not belong there. This dealership opens it's arms and provides the utmost customer service. The financial process was smooth and explained in full. In addition, all questions and concerns were answered (and I had many!) and I never felt rushed. I am glad we decided to come by that day.

Both Greg Charley and Myshia Hill gave great customer service. I would recommend working with them both again, so much that I brought my husband in a few days later to get a new vehicle from them as well. They were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested in. Greg and Myshia both worked extremely hard to get the price down to what I was comfortable paying, even if that meant walking miles between offices, several times. I would definitely recommend not only Greg and Myshia but the dealership as a whole. Everyone was friendly, the service was great, and it make the car buying experience very easy. Greg Charley was instrumental in ensuring I had everything I needed prior to coming to the dealership for my new vehicle. His communication with me throughout the entire process was timely and beneficial, to ensuring I came to Nalley Infinite of Marietta prepared to sign paperwork and pick up my vehicle. My experience had peaks and valleys but ended very well. I arrived at the dealership on 1/31/14 during the afternoon. I was greeted and welcomed by the receptionist. I had an appointment with Tamara Hackett, she was with another customer so she asked another salesman to assist me. After spending 15 minutes with that salesman he had to attend to a customer that just drove up. He asked Rob to assist me. Rob was great! He knew every feature of the QX60 and Q50. I became interested in the Q50 and was allowed to take it on a test drive to pick up my wife from work. I really liked the car and my wife liked it. We got back to the dealer around 5PM and was ready to do a deal. I was able to meet with Tamara and she was awesome. She is direct and straight to the point...Which is what my wife and I liked about her. Once the negotiating started it and we signed all the paperwork it was around closing time so I couldn't get the car detailed. Initially, I thought it was the same vehicle I test drove but the next morning I realized it wasn't. Still not a problem for me or my wife. I brought the car back to the dealer for detailing on 2/1/14. I met the Customer Relations Manager she was VERY NICE and assisted me with Infiniti Connections. The detailing took about 2 hours. When I arrived home, my wife and brother in law come out to see the car in the daylight. We immediately notice flaws in about 4 places on the car. I call Tamara to inform her that we're coming back. She listened to my concern and welcomed me back to have a look at what I discovered. She told me if she wasn't available when I arrived to asked for Evan Klien. When I arrived at the dealer Tamara greeted us but had to attend to a customer. We waited for Evan, instead Chris Vineyard comes out to meet with us. We take him to the car to show him the flaws we found. He listened as I told him I didn't want parts ordered for a brand new car, I wanted another car. He agreed and made it happen which made us very happy. I didn't bother bringing the car back for detailing because I wasn't that impressed the first time so I'll get it cleaned up myself. I don't fault Tamara for the issues I discovered because it was dark when she delivered the vehicle to use. Once discovered she was determined to assist us and get them fixed. Tamara was awesome and I would shop with her again in the future. Rob was awesome...Chris was awesome...The customer relations manager was awesome and the Finance guy Corey was awesome. In the end my wife and I are satisfied with the car. I traded an Audi so I'm adjusting to losing a ton of features, but I'll make the transition. I wish I could have gotten the Windows Tinted before leaving the dealer but oh well.

I was trying to buy an SUV for my wife as a birthday present. Myshia was able to get me in the dealership, test drive, and able to get everything ready for me to pick up on a certain day at a certain time. Corey was able to get all of the finance paperwork prepared for me to sign early. The detail department had the car the day before so it would be ready at a specific time for my arrival. Everything went off perfectly. I appreciate all of Nalley staff for being so willing to work with me to keep this a secret from my wife until her birthday. This is the reason I purchased a second vehicle from them.

I was looking for a Infiniti G37 coupe and checked internet pricing for 250 miles around our house. Nalley by far had the best price, so much so, it was well worth me driving 150 miles to drive the car. It was exactly as published. I was previously offered a good price for a trade in and wondered if they would reduce the price since I had driven so far. But in fact, I got a slightly better price than offered over email. We bought that day and after a few hours, were driving our new G37 home, happy with our experience, our used car trade-in deal, and most of all, the Infiniti we had been eyeing for several years.

To begin with, I was originally informed by Nalley employees the car was certified with a clean Carfax report; however, I NEVER received a copy of the Carfax report from Nalley (even after requesting it TWICE). The car was being transferred from another Nalley dealership on the July 30th. I Spoke with Christian Brooks, the used car manager, and informed him of my expectations due to just purchasing a used, certified car for our daughter. I went to the dealership to look at the car after it was transferred on July 30. It had several scratches, but Mr. Brooks assured me they would be repaired. I purchased the car on August 1st and took it in for the re-owe list.When I arrived at the Nalley service department (August 6th at 6:30pm) I noticed the right side view mirror had been poorly screwed on with a SCREW. Additionally, the back trunk had a piece missing and the spare tire was exposed. I called Brett Miller, my original sales associate, the next morning, August 7th and was informed he was out for the day. I left two messages for the manager, Christian Brookes, on August 7th explaining the side mirror issue and another message on the following day. My calls were never returned.I arranged to meet with the Nalleys GM, Todd Dickerson on Saturday August 10th and explained I did not want this car due to all the issues and misinformation. I felt betrayed because I had trusted everything would be fixed and perfect on a certified car from Nalley. He was very rude and snarky. I asked him how this car could possibly meet Nalleys criteria to be certified and he could not answer the question. He said I had two options:1) Trade it in on another car for the sales value of the car2) He would fix everything to my approval. Knowing I would lose money on a trade in, I was forced to go with option two and trust Mr. Dickerson and Nalley again.Nalley provided a loaner for three weeks. The service department ordered a new mirror and deodorized the car due to the cigarette smoke smell. Megan, in customer service, was phenomenal. She kept me updated on the car. She called me on Friday, August 23rd to say the mirror was completed. I left her two messages regarding the other issues and I spoke with Mr. Miller about the key, floor mats, missing trunk parts and cigarette holes in the ceiling. He informed me how the Nalley dealership had already gone above and beyond for me already. I explained how he had completed the list of "we owe you" items, which included all of these issues being fixed by Nalley to my approval. He transferred me to the GM, Mr. Todd Dickerson, and I explained the importance of the trunk being fixed. Twice he responded, This is important to you? I explained, Yes, very. I picked the car up the following day on August 27th and the trunk had STILL not been fixed! Megan suggested I speak with the GM. I went upstairs to the receptionist. He told her I was good to go. I responded I was not good to go. I wanted to know why my trunk was not fixed. Mr. Dickerson came to the waiting area and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him three times why did he not fix the trunk after promising to fix the car to my approval. He explained how this is all part of buying a used car. I asked why this issue with the trunk could not be resolved and he told me to call the Nalley Honda dealership (at my expense) and enjoy the car. I took the car to two different bodyshops on September 4th and was informed this Nalley certified car had been wrecked and had an extremely poor paint job with bondo was used. He said I would have to have the car repainted in 30,000-40,000 miles and the trunk will leak when it rains. After having the car back roughly four weeks now, the trunk is getting harder and harder to shut and white paint around the edges of the trunk and hood are beginning to show through. I took the car to a Honda dealership to be serviced and there is NO cabin filter , the blue tooth is broken and only 1 of the 3 interior lights work. This entire ordeal has been time-consuming, a waste of money, extremely frustrating, belittling and stressful. Avoid this dealership and its employees!

I wanted to share my experience in its totality. Our overall car buying experience was great! I initially visited the Infiniti dealership alone without my husband just to get a look at the QX60 he wanted me to view. I walked into the showroom and was not acknowledged. After looking at the cars in the showroom, I finally asked the lukewarm receptionist if she can get me a salesperson, which she did. Harold, the salesperson was extremely friendly, explained the features of the vehicle and offered me a test drive which I declined. I was there just to view, not to drive. Before I left, Harold introduced me to his manager, Evan Klein who asked me more questions about the vehicles I was considering and also offered me a test drive, which I declined. My husband and I came back to the dealership on a Thursday. The dynamics of our visit changed. My husband approached the now friendly receptionist and asked for Harold (who happened to be off that day).....so he asked for the best salesperson in the house and his request was granted! Tom Sicheneder was absolutely AWESOME! I cannot imagine a better salesperson. Tom knew the QX60 inside and out, he answered every question, countered every objection I had with logic and reasoning. Tom insisted that I get a feel for the QX60 by driving it. I drove the QX60 and what a wonderful ride, amazing technology and safety features. He explained the various packages and the benefits of each piece of technology. He didn't stumble or stutter, he knew his product well and as a professional, I love to see that!The new car manager, Evan Klein, introduced himself to my husband at some point in the process and remembered my earlier visit, remembered what I was currently driving, my objections to going with a smaller car, etc. My husband started discussing the various packages and price. Evan and Tom worked together beautifully to construct the right deal. It was getting late in the day and we knew we wouldn't finalize the deal that day, we were close on price but not close enough. We were offered an extended test drive overnight which I gladly accepted. Before we left though, Evan insisted that we come to agreement on the price. And I'm glad he did. No sense in taking the car home if we couldn't agree on the right price. Before we left, Tom made sure I had his cell phone number just in case I had any questions about the car or couldn't figure something out.When I returned the next day, I was limited on time and told them I had to leave by 12:30p, they moved the process along quickly. By the time we got back to the Finance Manager, Corey, he had all the paperwork printed out and it was a matter of signing. Corey explained everything well. He knew his stuff and that made the process so much easier. We signed all the paperwork and was leaving the Finance Manager's office on time. I realized I would not have time to clean out the car I traded in and would need to return later to do so. They were very accommodating. I came back about 5 hours later to clean out the traded in car and to my surprise, Tom had packed up everything for me and had it waiting for me in a box. Now that is SERVICE!Tom makes it his business to ensure even after the sale, customers know the car they are purchasing and are comfortable with every feature. Once again, I was limited on time and could not go over the car with Tom that day but told me to let him know when I can come back in for 45 minutes to go over every feature but in the meantime, feel free to call him on his cell if I had any questions at all. I came back in the following week and my goodness, what an overview. Tom knows his product and that is so important!When I buy my next car, my first stop will be Nalley Infiniti and I will ask for Tom Sicheneder, Evan Klein and Corey Russell. What a great team of sales professionals. Car buying is no walk in the park but these 3 made the experience more enjoyable than it usually is.

I purchased a G37 over a month ago. Not only was the process of buying the car painful, but they failed to register my car in a timely manner. This dealership did not display the care or respect that would be expected by a low maintenance customer. After I agreed to a price, I waited 3+ hours for them to file my paper work before getting up and walking into the finance office (The sales guy took multiple smoke breaks leaving me alone in a poorly lit office, so I had no clue what was going on). The finance guy told me "it won't be much longer, maybe 1.5 hours." I told them I would be back in the morning and they had an hour to have me out of there. I showed up when they opened and the sales guy and finance guy were not there. When they arrived they tried to hurry and I was out of there 1.5 hours later without even an apologize. Then 4 days before the temporary tags expired, I called the dealership and left a message that I had not received my plates (NO returned call #1). I then went to the DMV, and they told me that they could not issue me a temporary tag because the dealership had titled the car 1 day ago (mind you this is 26 days after I bought the car). As such, I called the dealership again and again through the expiration of the temporary tags. My temporary tags expired two days ago, and I still do not have my plates nor have I received a response from the dealership after 4+ calls. What happens if I get pulled over?! I should have never had to go to the DMV, but it looks likes I will have to go for a second time and take more time off work. I am not disappointed in purchase (I did my research and love it), but I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I wish I bought and supported a dealership that was accountable.

The experience was terrible. The car was not cleaned as promised. The part they promised to replace took 3 weeks and multiple calls for them to finally order and replace. And then they waited till the last minute to process my registration so I didn't get my tags till the day my temporary tag expired (after making a call to their GM and complaining when I went to the DMV and they told it hadn't been done 5 days before my temp expired). Add to that they didn't seem to have inspected the fluids. I had to add oil and coolant within 2 weeks of buying the car. Both we just above the minimum level. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. There are many dealers out there that can blow this place out of the water by just following up on their words

I recently bought a G37 sedan from Nalley Infiniti in Marietta. They had an incredible lease offer and offered me a better deal than Infiniti of Gwinnett. The entire process took less than three hours, from picking the car out on the lot and driving off. I like that they keep their website updated with current inventory and not just stock photos. It was worth the drive from Norcross.

Megan Orr has been my service adviser since delivery and I couldn't be happier with the relationship I have had with the dealership to date. Great on the sale and they are taking care of me since purchase. I definitely plan to return for additional service needs!

I was interested in purchasing a JX35 and sent an email to the dealership inquiring about their pricing and received a quick response from Brett with a reasonable price. I scheduled a Sunday test drive and Brett was at the dealership to meet me, he let me and my wife take the JX for a test drive alone, so that we could really get a feel of the vehicle and focus on the things that were most important to us during the test drive without a salesman's distractions. Overall the whole purchase experience was fairly quick and mostly stress free.

I was contacted by a salesperson regarding the Honda Odysessy but unfortunately, she had no knowledge about Honda much less the Odyssey. I then was bombarded by her so called sales manager and pressured about just when I was coming in,etc.. I may have gone in but that call ruined any desire to deal with that dealership. When a customer has talked with a salesperson and made contact the call from someone else is nothing but annoying!

Just wanted let everyone know how impressed I am with the paint and interior finish protection package I purchased for my JX35 back in December. Included with the package is a reapplication of the protection materials on a bi-annual basis (essentially and excellent detail service). I just had my first "re-application" and I must say that I am impressed! I had returned from the beach with my wife and 3 kids and was a little embarrassed to bring it to Megan Orr for the detail, but I needed my 11,250 service before I leave on a long trip next week and wanted to get it done in advance. The car was definitely a real mess. Well everything went great and my car is looking like new before its off on the business trip! Thanks Megan and Nalley Infiniti Marietta. You guys are keeping me happy with my purchase and service decision! Note, they are apparently moving to a new facility in the coming months which will be a WELCOME IMPROVEMENT and the only thing that is less than excellent for this dealership. However, even in their current facility, I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase and have my JX35 serviced here!

I had my second service (7,500 Mile) performed today again with Megan Orr and I can't say enough about how I have been treated by Megan and the dealership as a whole! It is truly an outstanding experience. Having bought many different vehicle brands in the past including (Mazda, Honda (2), Toyota (2), Volvo, Acura, Lexus) and Now infiniti I can say that so far this has been the best dealer in Atlanta that I have worked with (over 25 years of purchasing cars in the Atlanta area) and the best Service Associate (Megan Orr) that I have I have seen. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!

After reading the glowing reviews here, I am not sure what to think of my Nalley experience. Today we went to look at a used vehicle at Nalley. We had set up a 12:30 appointment to view the vehicle, but happened to arrive way ahead of schedule. Our scheduled salesperson (G.) was not in yet. We looked at the vehicle with another salesperson (T., who was very pleasant & professional). The vehicle had some hail damage, and the dealer had set the list price at a fair starting point to reflect this. After talking with the initial salesperson (T.), we agreed that we would come back when our originally appointed salesperson (G.) arrived for work. We went and compared a couple of similar vehicles down the road, and I contacted our Nalley salesperson (G.) by phone to ask him some specifics about the vehicle he was selling. We exchanged several calls, and it was clear he had an interested buyer. I told him we would be back at 12:45 (15 minutes after our original appointment) for a test drive. Great. All set. We arrive at Nalley around 12:40 and meet up with the salesperson (G., also pleasant and professional). He says, Oops, someone else has taken the car for an extended test drive; despite our appointment. Can we hang around for an hour? We agree that he will call us when the car comes back in. Meanwhile he starts mentioning the sales price and what Nalley can do as far as working with us on the vehicle. I tell the him that I would really prefer to actually drive the vehicle before we negotiate a price. We are ten minutes down the road when Nalley Customer Service calls my wife and I (simultaneously on different phones) to ask how we enjoyed our visit and what they can do to get us back in and keep our business. I say, you can still have my business, but you have to actually possess the car you are trying to sell me! A couple hours later I track down my salesperson(G.) after several calls. "um yeah, sorry, the other salesman (T.) sold the car". I guess it's a competitive market and the car was fairly priced, so I shouldn't complain too much. And I'm sure the world of car sales can be dog eat dog. But it seems like a strange way to do business. I am not really sure how to rate Nalley. The people and facilities were very nice,and the advertised price was a very reasonable starting point. But the whole experience was kind of surreal. And wasted a lot of my time.

I brought my wifes M35 Infiniti for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and transmission service. While the car was there I was told the top radiator hose was leaking. (Strange since the car parks in my garage and I have never seen any antifreeze on the floor, the vehicle never ran hot and the instrument panel never showed low fluid. I did however at the mechanic suggestion replace the hose. They also replaced hose two clamps and added a gallon of antifreeze. I wonder now if the hose clamp could have simply been tightened to stop the leak.That however is not my complaint. My complaint comes from the price and the expenses fee I was charged. My bill totaled $578.46. I decided to call 3 other local Atlanta area Infiniti dealers to get there prices. All 3 dealerships were $100 - $150 cheaper than Nally.I have used Nally Infinity simply because of their location to Dobbins Air Force Base and they have always been friendly. I guess I will start going to Roswell Infiniti for t he cost savings. Being a Military member I cannot afford to give $100.00 away for no good reason. I was also charge 33.60 for environmental waste management SUP. Im still trying to figure out what waste came from rotating and balancing my tires. That added $8.99 to my bill. Here is my final complaint, My c ell number has been incorrect every since I have been coming to your service center and I have told them every time, my email address is incorrect and I have told them every time and it is still incorrect on my invoice. Having been in contact with Lee via email, we visited the dealership and met Lee in person. His approach to assisting us was very personable and no pressure. He was extremely informed on the two vehicles we were interested in (EX and JX). He was also able to answer all of our questions with ease.We also met with Mark Mosley, who is the Finance Manager, as well. I recently bought a used Infiniti from them and told them I was not a skilled negotiator. They gave me a fair price up front and were accomodating in my requests for the maintenance to be brought up to date without charge. They had said that the pre-purchace safety check had been done which included verifying that the parking brake worked. It did not work in the slightest and I discovered that someone (they?) had un-ajusted it as far as it would go so that the petal went to the floor and never engaged the brake.

The service department is TERRIBLE - thats an understatement.I acquired a 2011 G37 convertible, new, from the dealership last year. Two months ago it required some warranty work on the convertible top it was not going down correctly. The car had two dents in one of the top panels and required body and paint work. A few days short of a month in your shop, the car received wheel damage, headliner damage, top-seal damage plus multiple repaints because of color mismatch. The two front, clear, mats were never returned.Now, we had our first good rain since picking the car back up, and the top is leaking in a half-dozen different sports parked or driving. The headliner has been saturated in multiple spots. This, while entertaining clients for work the car had to be parked and we had to take another vehicle because everyone was getting wet inside this $57,000 car.This has been an absolute nightmare! Your dealership has offered nothing but excuses no compensation for my repeated trips to the dealership or anything. I will again schedule service lets see if this takes another month to resolve.At this point, I will NOT return to the dealership for another car purchase or service.

RUN RUN RUN!!!OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST UNEXCEPTABLE. SOLD MY DAUGHTER A $40,000 LEMON AND WON'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. ROMAN SOLD HER THE DIRTY INTERIOR, DIRTY EXTERIOR, BROKEN GRILL, AND A NONPROGRAMMABLE KEY FOB THAT DOESN'T EVEN GO THE CAR. DICKSON BACKS HIM ON THIS. WE'VE TAKEN SEVERAL STEPS IN GETTING THIS RESOLVE WITH THE DEALER, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP. TODAY SHE TRIED GETTING TAGS FROM THE DMV AND SHE WAS TOLD THE DEALER HASN'T SUBMITTED AND PAPERWORK AS OF YET, AND SHE PAID FOR HER CAR TAX IN FULL IN CASH. SO WE'VE TAKEN MORE SERIOUS STEPS, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, BBB, AND BECAUSE WE ARE MILITARY, JAG. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR EXPERIENCE BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY SINCE WE PURCHASED THE CAR. Dealer is taking advantage of the lack of regulation regarding Doc fee in GA and charges $599 doc fee. This is after stating a "complete disclosure policy". Started good ended up bad experience when it was time to close. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do regarding the doc fee. We agreed on the final price and I separated the fee because we are a full disclosure as I mentioned previously. I apologize we couldn't make a deal. Let me know if anything changes but we are gonna put the vehicle back out and make it available. I appreciate the opportunity.Thanks.Brian Paugh

We have purchased a total of three cars from Nalley 2 Lexus , 1 Infiniti (last purchase) The manager at Infiniti Marietta is rude and unprofessional I will purchase a car that dealership again. I had to call the Nalley Lexus dealership to help me with my questions on my new Infiniti.

I had a problem with the nav screen. It took 3 tries to get it fixed, but the mechanics diligently pursued a fix until they were successful. My service rep, Rich Huffman is the best.

We are on our third Infiniti from Nalley/Marietta (2 M35's and 1 FX35). We have had nothing but exceptional experiences over the last 5 years. The Service Department consistently does exactly what they say will do. I think their pricing is fair, considering an Infiniti is a luxury vehicle. I work with Darren Thomas and Rich Huffman and feel they both are exceptional.

Everyone at the Nalley Infiniti were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. My salesperson Dean walked me through every part of the dealership while I was purchasing the car, took the extra time to do a very through job of explaining all the features of the navigation system, and features in the car. The sales manager came out after I purchased the car and shook my whole families hand and said congratualtions!

I have been in the market for a used car for my wife, after visiting several other dealerships we just about had it, the whole bate and switch, time consuming game these dealers play! I have to say we found a slk 350 at Nalleycars Infiniti in Marietta, Ga on Cars .com. I called the dealership to see if they had this car at 4000.00 less then any others we looked at. We made an appointment and went to look, not expecting much! We were so impressed with the whole experience. We got a great car at the price as advertised, no games great,great experience. We would recommend this dealer and Cars.com to any one. I would not by a car any other way or place. Thank you to the sales staff to the finance department. What a wonderful way to buy a car.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Nalley, especially Jim, with whom I worked most closely, and Cory in Finance. The guys at Nalley made this transaction as easy as any I have ever encountered when buying a car and I was able to get a great car at a great price. It was a seamless transaction without any of the hassle that I have encountered at other dealers. I would absolutely recommend Nalley Infiniti when it comes time to purchase a car.

I got the lead for the car from USAA and was immediatly contacted by the dealership. The service was outstanding and the car was prepared and ready to go. The inspection had been performed and the car was fueled and ready to go. The advertised price even was flexible that I had to decide to accept the offer on the spot. Very positive experience.

Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a Toyota Avalon but really wanted an Infiniti. When I was finally ready to purchase, it wasn't a pressure sale. Even when there was a misunderstanding they more than took care of the situation. If you are looking to get into a quality car and work with a staff that cares about getting you into the right vehicle, I would recommend going to this dealership.Kudos also to Myshia she was GREAT to work with, if I know anyone in the market to buy a car, I will send them to her always.A very satisfied buyer....

Bought a new G37 through USAA car buying service. Reggie and Myisha made it easy. No problems. I would recommend.We test drove the car, Reggie did a great job explaining the features. There was very little haggling as the price was set beforehand on USAA. There were a couple more small options that added additional invoice cost, but this was not a big problem. It was a good experience with them.

Great Experience. The sales experience was painless. I came in...did a test drive and told Luis what I needed for my trade and what I wanted the monthly price to be near and he made it happen. I was also able to use a loaner for 24 hours while waiting for the paperwork to get ready. Everyone from Luis (Sales) to Cory (Finance Mgr) to Darren (Service) were great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone and will be a repeat customer!

Good company with bad management. I have purchased 2 cars from Nalley. Both were leases. The first was a returned lease, and I leased a second car, and then eventually bought the lease from Nalley. I have never felt so DIRTY in my life as when I walked out of Nalley, after giving them over 25K for a G35. My first sales person, for my Fx35 was very pleasant. But alas, he left the company. My second sales person (David White) was good, but sat in a stock room, that was a little uncomfortable, but all in all he was an OK sales person. Now, my 3rd, and I guess 4th, sales people were absolutely terrible. My 3rd, was Miesha. She was so disrespectful that she would not even pick up the receiver to talk to me over the phone. It was constantly speaker phone chats. Really? Is that the customer service a company like Nalley supports? So when I went to drop off the check, with Corey, the Business Manager, I wanted to throw up in my mouth at his complete lack of professionalism. When I arrived, Corey could not be found for 10-15 minutes, even though I called DAYS in advanced to make sure they knew when I was coming. Once they found Corey, I was escorted to his office. The harassment began. Between Miesha and Corey, I was asked to offer to let them Finance my loan, at least 5 times. Even as I handed him a check for over $25,000, he still brought it up. Once we got past that, he moved on to the warranty high pressure sales. Telling me how GREAT of a deal it was to spend $2000 for a 2 year warranty. Really? How is that a good deal? Are you telling me that Nalley expects there to be over $2000 worth of work on a two year old car?Once we moved past the warranty, his wife called. So he answered, and had a nice chat with her. He did make sure to turn the volume down a bit so as to reduce the intrusion in to our sale. Once his wife was squared away, we began signing the paper work. This is where he really put on the mud.He asked me to sign TWO title transfer papers, one was completely blank. When I questioned him on it, he told me, trust me, it is for when we make mistakes... I mentioned, as I nervously giggled, "This is like signing a blank check, what stops you from registering an additional car in my name?" His response was "Um, that's not a check!" So I relented, and signed. Then he asked me to do the same for a Power of Attorney. Which I refused. Then a third document arrived, blank, and I simply handed it back to him and said "This must have slipped in the package, and is simply a blank page" - At this time I think he finally got that I was not a happy camper and he did not pursue the signing.Upon leaving the dealership I saw a sign that read "If you are leaving this dealership and NOT buying a car due to customer service, please contact the General Manager." - I noticed, and laughed, and walked out.Upon driving home, I felt so dirty about giving them my money, that I called the General Manager, and left a message... No response. NONE. I guess since I already left my money there, I don't mean anything to them anymore.I will not do business with ANY Nalley Dealership ever again.
