What a great car buying experience we had at Moyer Ford! Dennis (our sales person) and I spoke a few times by email before we met in person. Once at the dealership, I felt just like part of their family. Dennis was very kind and helpful in helping us select the right vehicle for us. I met the General Manager, Pat, and he was also a joy to work with. The next process (the one we all dread the most) was finance. Kelly was amazing explaining all the numbers to us. Not once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or they were hiding anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your next vehicle experience.

The young man who answered the phone on my first call was great! Very knowledgeable about the product line and was not the typical "car salesman". Brandon knew what my needs and wants were within 5 minutes of our starting point. He also figured out my lack of knowledge as far as the new fancy stuff they put on a pickup now. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I'll be back for more. As a matter of fact if they don't have what I want I'll wait till they do. No pressure just professional approach to providing the right option. At a fair price. WELL DONE!

From the time we entered the dealership, the experience was outstanding. Pat Francis and his staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Karyn did an outstanding job of informing me and my wife, Kathy, all the benefits/feature of our 2021 Ford Explorer Hybrid Limited. The car has so many options and Karyn explained all of them so easily to us. We felt so relaxed during the entire process. Alaina, in finance, was just as helpful and kind during the buying of the car. Everything went as smooth as it could possibly be.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The salesman, Dennis Finn, answered all my questions and spent significant time showing me the vehicle and going through it's options. I first looked at the vehicle I was interested in on the internet where the dealership had a good write up and lots of pictures posted. I came over from a neighboring city because the dealership had what I wanted. I bought a quality used vehicle (Chevy Traverse) at a reasonable price. It was a good experience and I would deal with Moyer Ford again.

Car Salesman Dennis Finn was awesome in assisting me with understanding my used Lincoln Town car, explaining all the bells and whistles, electronics, safety issues, which are complex. He was extremely kind and helpful, and the General Manager was also very kind when I met him. This is an exceptionally fine dealership, who will assist an individual, with exceptional kindness and integrity of service. I had purchased this used Lincoln about a week ago from an unnamed ( non ford/ Lincoln). dealership, That dealership had not instructed me to any degree, and left some key safety issues unanswered or even unmentioned. I was therefore very grateful, for this very informative and crucially important instruction I received. at Moyer Ford from Mr. Finn. Would highly recommend Mr. Finn and the dealership, as a great place to buy a new or used car, you will get excellent service, integrity, and a great buying experience. The service Department as well was extremely helpful, the service Manager, Mr. Tony Whaley, personally inspected some safety concerns I had. He was very informative, reassuring me about some questions and concerns I had. As mentioned above, I did not buy the car from this dealership, but would return in a heartbeat for my next car purchase. I will also be doing all of my service work at this dealership.

Great dealership and all the staff were helpful and anxious to please in every way. The Sales Advisor, Dan Norris walked up to me with a big friendly smile and was very patient and knowledgeable as I checked out Ford Fusions. I then noticed a beautiful pre-owned ruby red Taurus that I ended up buying and am very happy with but at no time did I feel pressurised to make a decision. The car came with Ford's Powertrain 24 hour roadside assistance and for peace of mind, I puchased the PremiumCare extended service plan. I had an excellent experience with Pat Francis and his team at Moyer Ford and have confidence that they will take care of me in the future and not just when I was a buyer.

I recently set out to purchase a vehicle for the first time and was dreading the process. Horror stories of pushy salemen, all day waits, and no true customer service made me cringe. I visited Moyer Ford and was happy to find they were the exception. Dennis was wonderful and quickly put my firsttime buyer jitters to rest. I have been taking my two fords cars in to MOYER Ford for service and both Leslie Hadley and Autumn have taken very good care of both cars. So it was no problem speaking with Dennis Finn sales about buying a new car. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard to answer my questions that I had on my purchase of a new Mustang. Working on what I wanted I meet Greg and Pat. The Mustang deal did not work. With speaking with Dennis about trading in my wife's Edge we worked on a deal. This purchase went very smooth thanks to Dennis, Pat and Kelly. My wife who does not like to spend time buying a car, came away very pleased with the way the deal went to together and how everyone worked together to get the purchase done.

From my initial contact with Pat Francis, GM, to the purchase (and beyond) of my Certified Pre Owned 2015 Ford Edge, this experience has been extremely positive. My sales representative, Sherelle Turner was a dream to work with. She is exceptionally well versed on all of the bells and whistles that came on my car. The F & I representative, Kelly Johnson, explained everything clearly and made the purchase as painless as could be when spending a large sum of money. I purchased a Ford Transit 350HD from Moyer. Sales rep Dan Norris and Manager Pat Francis are two excellent people to do business with. Being an out of state buyer, with a complicated process to acquire the Transit and satisfy all my requirements, they are second to none. They are Friendly, Professional, Courteous and go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. If there were more than 5 stars I would give a higher rating.Looking for a vehicle? I met Ashley Sherelle, a few weeks ago, learned she worked at Moyer Ford, she invited me to check them out.. Found this dealership by searching for a vehicle on-line. Had a non eventful experience. Alex was a delightful young man who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was there to purchase. He answered all our questions without any hesitation or having to look up the info or ask someone else. Would definitely consider buying from them again.

From the initial phone inquiry, to the switching of the tag, Charlie Andreasen took fine care of my father and our million questions. Kelly Johnson, Finance Manager, finalized the process smoothly, professionally and explained everything thoroughly for Dad. We left happy and felt like we made not just a great deal, but a few new friends! The fabulous ribs they fed us (it was a Saturday) may or may not have influenced that last sentence. Just kidding. Sherelle Turner was great from the time I came in the door till the papers were singed.and if it was not for Pat looking into a better finance rate I would have spent more money than I should. The best experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. I was also told the paper work would be ready when I returned to save time and it was and I and my truck were out the door. The entire process from the excellent sales staff ( Alex Tedder) was my sales person, I would highly recommend him. The used sales manager, worked with me to get the prices where I needed them to be, the finance manager worked to get me the best possible rate and terms possible. He worked in my best interest to find me an extended service plan that fit my budget and left me protected against the unexpected. It was a very relaxed environment that I truly enjoyed, I will do my very best to purchase every automobile from Moyer in the future.

Although I have my entire experience transcribed this website will not allow me to post the entire thing, I assume due to length. I will have to summarize:I contacted Moyer via their online information request and other than auto generated emails I received nothing. I also received nothing in reply to my request via email for information regarding a new F150 I was looking for.I had to walk into the dealer and approach the sales staff to get some information. They didn't have what I was looking for on the lot (they don't have a very good selection). Jay Maclay was able to find what I was looking for within the region. Pat Francis, general manager, worked up some numbers after having my trade appraised. This process took far too long. Over 1.5 hours.I let Pat know I'd review the numbers and make a counter offer within 24 hours. I made the counter offer the following day and received an email reply from Pat Francis' iPhone saying "sounds great, we can do that". I then asked when I could take delivery and requested some dealer installed options I was willing to pay retail price for in addition to our agree price. About 4 hours after Pat Francis had appeared to accept my counter offer he sent an email stating he was sticking with the original numbers. The email he sent was missing the part which he had accepted my counter offer. It had obviously been deleted. I responded asking what happened to our agreement we came to earlier that day, and included the cut/pasted email he had sent me. This began a barrage of emails which included Pat typing in all capital letters stating he never accepted my offer. Other emails included no less than 3 completely different excuses regarding the email I cut/pasted back to him showing the acceptance of my counter offer. One of his excuses included him saying he was replying to something I had not even sent him at that point. Another excuse claimed it was not him that sent the email, although the email was auto stamped that it was from HIS iPhone. All of the above are facts that occurred and I've kept the correspondence for proof if I am challenged on it's validity.If Moyer Ford / Pat Francis had simply come clean and say "Hey, I sent that by mistake, this is what I meant...." I would have been fine with it... but the fact they sent me emails in all caps and bogus excuses shows a character of the type of sales staff I'd rather avoid.At the end of the day it worked out since I found the exact truck we wanted at a better price elsewhere.If shopping with Moyer be sure you've got plenty of time on your hands and make sure the agreed price is really the agreed price.

We bought a 2013 Ford Taurus the first part of 2015. Dealing with Sherelle, Alex, and Pat made it the easiest purchase we ever made in our 50 + years of buying vehicles. It was so nice not to haggle over price and get an exceptional deal. Five months later we had a friend in dire need of a car, so we recommended Moyer Ford to her based on our experience, once again Sherelle and Pat went that extra mile to treat us all like family and find the perfect car for our friend at an exceptional price.We have used Moyer Service Department for past eight years and always receive excellent service. As far as we are concerned we will do all of our automotive business with Moyer Ford.

I began to do some online researchBelow are the details of my most recent experience with Moyer Ford- ( I apologize for the all caps but its how I kept record of the events) DAY 1:JUNE 8 9:00 PM REQUESTED INFORMATION ON AN F150 FROM MOYER FORD ONLINE VIA THEIR WEBSITE JUNE 8 DAY 3:JUNE 10 3:00 PM SINCE I HAD RECEIVED NOTHING FROM MOYER REGARDING MY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION I DECIDED TO STOP BY THE DEALERSHIP ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK HOPING TO LOOK AROUND AND GET A TRADE APPRAISAL. I DID NOT ASK FOR ALEX TEDDER SINCE HE NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. I ASSUMED HE WAS BUSY. I WORKED WITH JAY MACLAY. HE DID A SEARCH OF VEHICLES TO FIND A TRUCK THAT MET MY NEEDS. THAT PART TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES. FOR THE NEXT HOUR AND A HALF I WAITED FOR MY TRADE APPRAISAL AND FOR PAT FRANCIS, GENERAL MANAGER, TO WORK SOME NUMBERS FOR ME. I WAS PROVIDED A QUOTE FOR 2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES. I LET PAT FRANCIS KNOW ID TAKE A LOOK AT THESE NUMBERS AND MAKE A COUNTER OFFER WITHIN 24 HOURS. DAY 4: JUNE 11 12:33 PM I SENT AN EMAIL TO PAT FRANCIS, AND CCD ALEX TEDDER, MAKING A COUNTER OFFER ON THE ORIGINAL QUOTE I RECEIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP THE PREVIOUS AFTERNOON. DAY 5:JUNE 12 7:49 AM RECEIVED EMAIL SENT FROM PAT FRANCISS IPHONE SAYING Sounds Great we can do that JUNE 12 8:16 AM I SENT AN EMAIL TO PAT FRANCIS THANKING HIM FOR MAKING THE PROCESS SO EASY AND ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING SOME ADDITIONAL ITEMS ID BE WILLING TO PAY EXTRA FOR. JUNE 12 9:17 AM RECEIVED EMAIL FROM PAT FRANCIS REGARDING QUESTION I HAD ABOUT WINDOW TINT AND BED LINER. THE EMAIL HE REPLIED TO INCLUDED THE ENTIRE EMAIL TRAIL OVER THE PAST DAY IN WHICH I MADE THE COUNTER OFFER AND HE APPEARED TO HAVE ACCEPTED IT AND I REPLIED TO HIS APPARENT ACCEPTANCE OF MY COUNTER OFFER SAYING WOW, THAT WAS EASY. JUNE 12 10:00 AM I SENT EMAIL ASKING ABOUT TAKING DELIVERY EARLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. JUNE 12 12:20 PM RECEIVED EMAIL FROM PAT FRANCIS COMPLETELY IGNORING HIS ACCEPTANCE OF MY CONTER OFFER (AND HE HAD EVEN DELETED THAT PART OF THE EMAIL TRAIL IN HIS REPLY) AND SAYING HE CANT ACCEPT MY COUNTER OFFER. THIS IS THE SAME OFFER HE HAD ACCEPTED LESS THAN 4 HOURS PRIOR. JUNE 12 1:54 PM I SENT AN EMAIL TO PAT FRANCIS ASKING WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS ACCEPTANCE OF MY COUNTER OFFER. THIS EMAIL INCLUDED THE ENTIRE EMAIL TRAIL OF MY COUNTER OFFER AND PATS ACCEPTANCE. AS EVERYONE KNOWS, UNLESS YOU GO BACK AND DELETE IT, YOUR REPLY TO AN EMAIL INCLUDES ALL CORRESPONDANCE PRIOR. THIS WAS THE LAST CORRESPONDANCE I SENT. AS YOU SEE PAT FRANCISS EMAILS I BEGAN TO RECEIVE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I CEASED CORRESPONDANCE FROM MY END. DAY 6: JUNE 13 1:25 PM RECEIVED EMAIL FROM PAT FRANCIS IN ALL CAPS SAYING HE NEVER ACCEPTED MY COUNTER OFFER. HE SAID HE WAS REPLYING TO MY REQUEST REGARDING SOME ADDITIONAL AFTER SALE ITEMS. STRANGE PART REGARDING THAT EXPLANATION IS THAT I NEVER MENTION THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS UNTIL AFTER HE SENT THE COUNTER OFFER ACCEPTANCE CORRESPONDANCE. DAY 8: JUNE 15 8:34 AM RECEIVED EMAIL FROM PAT FRANCIS NOW SAYING IT WAS ALEX TEDDER THAT SENT THE EMAIL SAYING Sounds great we can do that TO AN INTERNET LEAD I SENT IN. THE EMAIL PAT FRANCIS SAYS ALEX TEDDER SENT WAS SENT FROM PAT FRANCIS AND MARKED SENT FROM MY IPHONE. I drove up in a rental car the day after moving into town, needing a new car. I left with a great used Explorer that was just like new. Richard Moyer introduced me to his staff: Pat the General Manager, Kelly the finance expert, and the up and coming star of the community, Sherelle. I felt so at home, and I new from the moment I walked in that I would be well taken care of, and that the price would be fair. I've dealt with a number of car dealers in my day, and have never had an experience like this one. So, if you're looking for a car, call Sherelle. She will greet you with a great smile, and will bend over backwards to meet your needs. Thanks to the entire team. I can't say enough about Moyer Ford!

Excellent service made for great experience. A no nonsense dealership. Our salesperson Sherelle has made new Friend with us. Every member of the staff was fantastic. Very professional. We tried to buy a vehicle this week from Moyer but they didn't have a good selection but worst part was the sales guy didn't seem to care to help us. He didn't return calls in a timely manner. We ended up buying 2 new cars this week but from a different dealership. We had to drive 70 miles to get good service and find a good selection. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought 2 tires and they did not balance correctly my husband is an certified auto tech and told me they did not balance them correctly. I made an appointment to come back and asked them specifically to rebalanced the front tires. My appointment was at 9am and I did not get my car back until 11:40 and they wanted me to pay for my rear tires being balanced when I did not even want them to touch the rear tires since they were just balanced not even 5 months ago when I purchased my rear tires. When I got there to pick up my vehicle not only did they not apologize ,since they expected me to call them as if I were a mind reader, they had the nerve to insult my intelligence and ask for me to pay for something they had no right to do. I will NEVER go to this dealership again and I have decided to never purchase Ford again since they give there dealerships free reign to treat customers like this ! I have purchased Fords for 12 years but I no longer will consider them.

I wanted my brakes repaired on my truck. They know to use only OEM parts but they installed o'reilly parts and the truck went all over the place when I braked. Then I found out about the o'reilly parts. Then they charged me for more parts because they threw away the brake lines which didn't fit the o'rielly parts. What a mess. I don't get nothing service there anymore since Harold left. Chiver, he is rude. Not so much to me, but to my daughter until he found out who she was. I have used moyer since 1980 so I used to get all my service on my ford thru them. NO MORE

Mark Kranz is a great salesman. He is very honest and deserves a raise. His knowledge in the automotive field lead us to purchase a Ford vehicle. Although I was not impressed with the shop manager, Chiver. He was most rude and his knowledge of Ford automobiles was not very great. For example, I took in my 94 Ford Ranger to have a squeak looked at. I told him that it was my hanger bearing. He disagreed saying that my truck didn't have a hanger bearing. After three hours of dumbfoundedness he finally decided that my hanger bearing was out. Even though I had a bad experience with Chiver, Moyer Ford is a great place to shop for automobiles.
