I came to Dalton from Chattanooga to find a car for my daughter. I contacted Eric Hefner to assist me. He was the only reason I came down there. He was able to help my daughter find the perfect car for her. She is thrilled with her new car. I can not say enough of how Eric Hefner was able to help her with her first purchase. Great experience here at the Nissan in Dalton dealership! Staff and everyone was helpful. We were able to walk away with something we loved! I recommend y’all talk to Robert Gil, the man provided professional service, that ultimately led us into purchasing our vehicle!

Jake was fantastic! He kept me informed with everything that was going on with my vehicle! He went above and beyond! He’s a fantastic service advisor and a great guy! He has a wonderful attitude and his attention to detail is fantastic! I’ll definitely recommend anyone to use Jake as their service advisor.

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They understood my specific needs from financial to logical. They answered any questions without judgement and with patience. They even had the car delivered out of state for me. Will only buy from them in the future. Eric is the best!!!
