I don’t think I’ve ever had a car buying experience that I have thoroughly enjoyed until now. The sales person Jermaine absolutely blew me away with his professionalism, can-do attitude and all around attentiveness during my experience. Not only was Jermaine super awesome to work with, but also the entire staff at Monroe from the receptionist to the sales manager really delivered excellent service. Jermaine went above and beyond to meet my demands and was honest and upfront with me the entire time, which made me feel really comfortable and at ease unlike other times I’ve purchased a vehicle. This dealership promised almost a too good to be true car buying experience and somehow delivered on everything they said. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone buying to work with Jermaine or any of the Monroe family for their next car. I will definitely be looking for Jermaine the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

Jermaine Winters sold me my 2021 Challenger and I have to say it was the most pleasant purchase experience ever! Jermaine was extraordinarily busy the day we came to pick up our car and stayed two hours after closing hours on a Friday night to make sure everything went smoothly with our transaction. The team at Monroe Dodge doesn't just say they provide excellent customer service, they show you through their actions. You can tell they love what they do and love who they serve! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. This place is worth the extra drive time!

Had a great experience at Monroe dodge. Tynan Campbell was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable about the packages for the jeep wranglers and made sure I got all the upgrades I wanted. After getting the right vehicle for me he made it convenient for me by going out of his way to bring it to our home so I could drive it and look it over to make sure it was perfect for my family before we made the purchase. He took the time to go over all of the jeep programs, set up my radio and made the purchasing process as fast and easy as it possibly could have been. This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.

Sales & Leasing Consultant Denise was awesome! I inquired about a couple extra options the truck didn't have that I wanted. She went to the parts department, got the price and added them to the deal for one-stop shopping. She made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable and enabled me to get the truck I wanted with the equipment I wanted on it.
