I had recall on my Chevy Avalanche. Passenger side airbags. I called to ask if they could repair this for me. They said they had plenty of parts and it only takes an hour or less to have it prepared. So without an appointment I drove up there from Harrisonville they took my truck straight in and within an hour I was out. Wonderful staff clean place. Very nice waiting area

Hands down the best customer service! I know when Aaron says he will take care of my car it will be taken care of!! That said I own a Suburban...so what's to take care of!! Seriously, the dealership as a whole makes sure that everything from buying a car to having the oil changed is the most positive experience you can have! I live over an hour away from the dealership and it is worth the drive, but most of the time they meet me half way with a loaner car....I challenge you to find better service than that anywhere!!

My husband and I were going purchase a Yukon from here. Had a 3rd party do the inspection and some repairs potentially costing $3k+ is what came back from it. The sales rep said his manager wanted to talk and he was SO unprofessional. As my husband and I are both in the corporate world, we couldn't believe this guy treated us this way when we were potential buyers, AND he said "we put all our cars through inspections and these did not come up as needed repairs." Of course he is going to say that, he's trying to sell the car, but didnt have to be rude or disrespectful. Like I said sales rep was great, management was AWFUL and made us question this deaker's honesty as a whole....

I have previously bought a few new cars at Molle Chevrolet before. Never had a problem in the past. This time was better than the past. First off (Alex Madewell-New Car Sales Manger) who we happen to have known for probably 25 years really really listened and took care of us. We were allowed to test drive 4-5 vehicles, take them home over night, etc. After the wife figured out which vehicle she wanted and color, the rest of the process went quickly and smoothly right down to when (Stan) helped go over all the whistles and bells in our New 2015 Equinox LT. I give this dealership a 5 Star rating!!!!!

I purchased my 2011 Chevy Malibu from Molle Chevrolet. On June 2, 2015, with less than 30,000 miles on the odometer, I was involved in a chain reaction accident that totaled my vehicle and sent me to the ER. My insurance company issued me a check a week later. I had recently received a booklet in the mail from Molle with a picture of a bright orange 2015 Chevy Trax on the cover. I'm 66 years old and my daughter had always worried about me in the Malibu because it sat very low to the ground. She insisted that I stay with Chevy because of the OnStar feature, but suggested that I buy a small SUV. I showed her the picture on the cover of the magazine and said "This is the car I want." She drove me out to Molle and we both immediately fell in love with the Trax. The entire sales team was extremely easy to work with and I am so excited with my new car. My 10-year-old granddaughter said "MiMi, you should have bought this car a long time ago!" I found it quite ironic that Molle had the exact car I wanted waiting for me on their lot . . . they say things happen for a reason!

Our salesman Drew was very patient and thorough. On our second visit to make a decision Drew was away for family reasons and Mr. Lumpe filled in as if we had always been his customer. Everyone was polite and respectful. The first price Drew offered us was so good we did not need to discuss any further and we bought our new Equinox. THEY HAD MY PAPERWORK SET TO GO W/ PAYMENT WITHIN 4 DOLLARS OF MY REQUEST. AND SPEEDY, WE PUT TEMP TAG ON AND OFF LOT BY 4:45. WOULD GO BACK FOR NEXT VEHICLE AT THE DROP OF A HAT. THANX FOR THE RIDE. I took my 2015 Chevy Equinox in for its very first service. I called and was able right away to get an appointment and time that met my needs while I'm working off hours and days. I pulled right in to the service aisle and was immediately greeted by 2 service people plus Nick the service manager. I told them why I was there and asked if they needed to see any paperwork, and they said no, they had everything they needed. We asked about places close by where we could walk to get some breakfast while the car was being serviced, and was told about 4 places within a block. We were offered a ride but chose to walk. We went for breakfast, but had to call to request them to pick us up, as my husband had just had some surgery the week before, and it was a little longer walk than he was ready for. In seconds (it seemed) there was a nice gentleman there to pick us up and return us to the dealership. Much to our surprise, the car service was completed. I really expected there to be some hidden charge we would have to pay for the service -- but it was 100% free. I really love my Equinox -- and the Molle service department! Thank you to all!!!!

I went in on a Saturday to get my a trade in value on my car and also to look at pricing for the Chevy Cruze's. Mitch was the salesman who helped me and he was absolutely fantastic! He never once made me feel pressured to buy a car that day and he really made me feel as though he was helping me. We all know car salesmen work on commission, but I never once felt like I HAD to buy the car that day. At one point I even said I wanted to go home and think about it and he said that was totally fine. Of course, I couldnt turn down the deal I was getting and bought the car that day but Mitch really went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend all of my friends and family to see Mitch at Molle!

Ive bought two cars from molle now and this last time did not ended happily for my family and i at all. I'm very disappointed. I had to take my 2013 Malibu into the shop cause it was leaking radiator fluid. hoping to just get a rental car and go home too sleep since i work nights i instead spent the entire day while they tried to make a deal for me to get the Chevy trax. They told me to take it home and come back the next morning. Very tired from no sleep and with my two babies i went to return the car and hopefully get a rental till my Malibu was ready. Instead i spent another day get coaxed into leasing the Chevy trax. The car is too small the hands free calling doesn't work i didn't get near enough for my Malibu and i just don't like the look of the vehicle period. I know I'm the one that gave in and got the car but i truly feel like i was pressured and was taken advantage of And now I'm stuck with a vehicle i hate and does not fit my families needs. I really like the guys at molle and reallyfelt i could trust them till now.

This is the fourth vehicle my family has purchased from Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs. I've always found them to be honest and the pricing to be fair. To this date my purchases have always been for a new car while this latest was for a per-owned 2014 Impala. I found that experience to be comparable to purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Aaron on my new truck purchase. The whole experience went great. I originally came in and then unexpectedly had to go out of town with work. Aaron was patient with the situation , not blowing up my phone or e-mails. When I got back into town I met with Aaron and Drew , and to say the least, I'm driving a new truck. Buying a car has never been at the top of my list of favorite things to do. Past experiences are light a nightmare of never ending pressure, and price negotiations. We decide to try Molle Chevrolet as we were looking at the equinox because of the great reviews, and personal safety stories. They answered all of our questions, showed us what was available, and not just from their inventory. We went in on a Saturday before a holiday, and was able to pickup the car of our dreams the following Saturday. Never thought it could be that easy. They entire staff was exceptional, freindly, and would not hesitate to assist even though they were not your salesman. I will continue to use Molle for any future car purchases, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

My car was recently totaled in an accident. I was not planning on purchasing a new car for some time but the accident left me with no other choice. I has originally seen the Sonic on the Molle website but this was the last dealership we went visited. After driving the car and meeting with Drew we knew this was the car we were going to purchase. We did most of the paperwork in the evening and since it was getting late, we decided to come back the next day to pick up the car. Drew had the car on the showroom floor and it was sparkling. Everyone in the office was great and this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

I don't work well in high pressure sales environments--I tend to walk out. Molle Chevrolet was the opposite! They gave me time to look, time to drive several vehicles, patiently answered all my questions. They got us a great interest rate for a used vehicle with payments my college student can afford while enabling us to get a great vehicle he will love and enjoy for years. They were attentive and gave me lots of information, upsold me on the xzilon but I think it will be absolutely worth it and I appreciate the diligence and input from the accessories manager who is experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. They all gave me their business cards to follow up with any questions--indicated a long life relationship that they will honor and most of the employees have been there for years, which is a great sign as well that the dealership is good to their people.

I did a lot of online searching when I was looking for a new car. A competetor had some "Special" pricing online so I went & checked them out first. Low & behold the specials were no more then a way to get customers through the door & that dealership could not deliver what they advertised. I refuse to give a place like that my money, so I went to Molle Chevrolet. I had already purchased 2 cars from them since moving to the area & knew I would be treated fairly. The sales person was very helpful & no pushy at all. After a test drive & some number crunching we made a deal. They were able to have the car ready by the end of the business day & the sales man offered to stay as long as it took. I am very happy with my purchase & have recommended this dealership to all my co-workers looking for a car. When you work for an automotive company people talk & a great experience can lead to new customers.

This was by far the easiest buying process ever. I had contacted Leslie with the exact car I was interested in. I came in and the showroom car was ready for me to drive and their best price was already available. From the time I walked in the showroom, test drove and finished the paperwork it was less than an hour. My son came to pick up the car a half hour later and the car had been filled with gas and Drew set up Sirius and On Star with him and explained all the features of the car. Arleen True, in Customer Service was awesome. She didn't let another customer cut in front of me and she went out of her way to get me into the best loaner car for my situation. She even had the guy back up the loaner car so I could get my belongings out of my car easily. While returning the loaner car, I received the same treatment from Arleen. Arleen ushered us to our car after service, she wanted to make sure we had a new oil service sticker and that the gauge had been reset, it was discovered the oil had not been changed. She went back inside to get someone to come out to car to take it back in. It was an oversight because of other services being done but if not for her we wouldn't have figured that out until we got home. She was very professional and very sweet.

I have had the pleasure of taking my mom's car to Molle several times and alwaysleft commenting on the excellent customer service. Today was no exception!I was quickly checked in and all of my questions answered. When the oil change/tire rotation was complete, Arleen True notified me and walked me to the cashier and then out to my car. She also pointed out some features on the car that I was not previously familiar. Bought a new truck from Molle and have had it in for routine oil changes and tire rotations and also have had to have warranty work done a few times. The service has always been excellent. Arleen True goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of satisfactorily. Due to a problem that ended up to be covered by warranty I had to have a tow to Molle and was very unhappy with the company that provided it. I told Arleen about it and she was on the phone immediately with the Chevy warranty line telling them about the poor tow service.Arleen knows me when I come in, is very courteous, professional and helpful.

Arleen True called us around September 12, 2012, after we took our new Camero to Molle for a recall on the convertible top. She asked how our service experience went. I explained that the service department is top notch and our car was fixed to our satisfaction. My only complaint was that the recall had taken so long to be fixed from the time we received the letter from Chevrolet in July 2012 until Molle fixed my convertible top in September 2012. We took the recall letter to Molle upon receiving it, and at that time they didn't have the parts. They promised to call us when they did. Time passed, and the dealership didn't call us, and we didn't call and ask about it. This was partially our fault for not following up with Molle. But, Arleen True wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, so she apologized for the delay and asked if they could make it right for us by giving us a free oil change. I said, that would be nice, but, we really hadn't called the dealership back after the initial visit with the recall letter, so it was partly our fault for waiting so long to call them back. She insisted that they wanted us to be completely satisfied. So, when I went to get the oil changed in our Camero today (12-17-12) she made sure that we received a free oil change. Couldn't believe how Molle follows through with their customer service and their promises! Very professional and they made me feel like some sort of VIP. I also want to commend our salesman, Jimmy Foley, who always takes the time to ensure we are being taken care of. Whenever he sees us pull on the lot, he comes over to ask if everything is okay and if we need any assistance. One day he even took the time to sink my new smart phone into our car. Most salesmen forget who you are right after the sale, but not Jimmy! Molle Chevrolet is a first class business and we will recommend their sales staff, topnotch customer service department, and vehicle service department to everyone. Saturn knowledge and an extraordinarily high service level make a 65 mile drive worthwhile. I feel confident any service will be handled professionally and have found the honesty refreshing. Even though I am certain I am not using terminology that would assist the Service Advisor, I have never been made to feel I was not car smart but rather I have felt respected. The advice received appears to always have my best interest of prime importance rather than attempting to upsell me on services or products. Frustrated after struggling with other dealerships in the area, I called the corporate office hoping they could help recommend someone who truly knew how to service a Saturn vehicle. Molle was offered and I first contacted the Service Manager, Mike Bradley. After talking a few short minutes, I knew he totally understood what I was saying and that this was the right place. The initial issue with my Saturn was fixed quickly! (I had spent nearly 3 years visiting other dealerships all of which were unable to fix the issue or even understand the root cause)I struggled to find a way to leave my car with Molle on my most recent visit and Arleen came to my rescue with a loaner vehicle. She efficiently and graciously handled the transaction and at the same time made me feel as though it was a pleasure to assist. This added level enabled me to keep my service appointment and avoid downtime by returning to work. Human nature lends us to complain quickly but unfortunately I do not believe that we take the time to share positive experiences as readily. I have not been satisfied with several other dealerships in the area but my experience with Molle has been very impressive. It is a pleasure doing business with you and I fully expect to continue in the future.

Terrible! We took our car in for new tires at 40,000 miles. The tire sensors were working fine after installing the tires they said the tire sensor was broken and installed a new one and charged $75 plus labor. The problem was that after that the sensor still was showing the tire needed air. Talked with Mr. Bradley and drove the 45 miles to take it back. Waited close to an hour while they said they re-programed something. I drove it home and the next day the sensor was on again. Check the all of the tires pressure and they were fine so I tried to call Mr. Bradley back. Left a message and he never called me back. Talked with a gentleman named Ron and explained to him, he just kept saying "well bring it in" I explained that I work for a living and didn't what to sit for an hour or two while they worked it in for the third time. I wanted an appointment. Just got another "bring it in"! Call Mr, Bradley again left a message with a young man and never got a return call.Now have a call in for a Mr. Shull, we will see if this gets resolved.

From the purchasing experience to after sales service, they have been top notch. Two minor waranty service calls were done without hassle or question. Molle has decreased in honesty and increased prices in their extended warranty.(shop around if you need an extended warraty other GM dealers will give you a much better price) Service Department Manager this week would rather play ping pong with the customer in between his service reps. instead of being honest finding the problems with your car and getting you out the door for a long time so you the customer do not have to return again in a rapid manner. We do not want to deal with the dishonesty and lazyness of the Molle service department any longer.............BUYER BEWARE GO ELSEWARE FOR YOUR QUALITY GM PRODUCTS........AS MOLLE IS HORRIBLE!

Great people and service! I had worked with another dealership on another truck before I came to Molle and all they were concerned with was money. From my first email all they wanted was a deposit on the truck I hadn't even test drove yet. During my initial and follow up visits, the sales people here never badgered me about putting money down or running my credit as soon as I walked on the lot. They listened to what I had to say to them and my financial situation. From there they were willing to talk on the phone to the financial institutions and get me the financing that worked for me. Overall they were fantastic, very personable and willing to listen, and not over-bearing at all. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership and I hope to continue working with them in the future!

He was straight forward and he was very precise in help my wife understanding the accessories in her new vehicle. Aaron is by far the most friendly dealer that has ever worked with me. Not even for a second did I feel like I was making a bad choice by making a large purchase, and he helped make sure that all of my bases were covered. He made sure that I got the specific car that I wanted and didn't try to convince me they I should buy something else just because it wasn't in his inventory. He just went and found what I wanted, obviously trying to do more than just make a sale. Jimmy Foley was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He understood our financial constraints, and gave us a variety of options with both the vehicles and the financing. My wife and I did our research prior to coming in, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, and what we could afford. When all was said and done, we left with two new vehicles. I never thought we'd be able to get two brand new vehicles for that price. Even after the sale, Jimmy Foley encouraged us to come back when we had more time so that we could learn the vehicles together. I was very pleased in general, but the experience was enhanced by Hugh Welsh, my sales person. He was patient, friendly and he had the right personality to deal with me. All other aspects of the process were conducted very smooth and pleasant. Couldn't be better. I had a purchase in the back of my mind, but I was not sure. We have driven GMC / Chevy products for over 25 years; we had Chevy Truck that was 2 years old, when we had decided to trade it in we went to the dealer we had always used. We felt this time, they were not willing to work with us so we decided to go somewhere else. We had even talked about going with a different brand of vehicle; we just could not do that; we decided to go to MOlle after I had looked online at several different dealerships. I emailed on a Sunday evening, Monday afternoon we had received an email and phone call from Jimmy Foley; we were at the dealership by 5:15 pm and by 8:30 pm that same night we were home with our new vehicle. Great Deals at Mollie Chevrolet. This is the 5Th new car I have bought there in nine years from Charlie Hercules at Mollie Chevrolet. I will be back to get future deals. I live in Oklahoma, a four hour drive there. It is well worth it for me to honor this dealership with my bussiness, as they go out of there way to be friendly, polite, and caring as to your car buying expiereince. Tulsa Oklahoma has the largest Chevy dealer in the state #1 in sales, Etc. and they could not beat the deals i get at Mollie Chevrolrt. Finance Mgr at Mollie Chevrolet was friendly,and ploite , went out of his way to explain everything. I strongly reccomend this dealership to any body in the K.C. area.

I bought a 2012 avalanche at this dealership. The salesman MitchBohmann was very friendly and informative on this vehichle. He showed me how to use everything on the truck. In my years of buying new cars this was the best experience i have ever had. The manager Art Wright was also very friendly and helpful. The finance man Max was also very friendly and helpful. Our experience was very positive with the whole Molle team. We would recomend them to friends or relatives and do return business with them. The car we bought(2009 Malibu LTZ) was cleaned and detailed beautifully the day we picked it up. I forgot the finance Mgrs. name but he was also very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Jimmy Foley is a fine young man and showed the upmost in professionalism in the whole way he dealt with my wife and I throughout the entire process. He is an asset to Molle Chevrolet. Salesman Great. Dealing with Finance department was not good. I was very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. The finance manager was not prepared when he called me. "I was told I was to call you", were his first words and it went downhill from there. I was to have received a call the day before, but since I did not receive the call to tell me of the available financing (expecting good rates with my credit), I called my salesperson, who then asked the finance manager to call me. I then proceeded to tell the finance manager that I was expecting finance information. He only gave me the 2 normal rates. When I asked if that was all, he asked me what I had in mind. Really?? My expectation was that I would be given the best interest rates possible. Was the expectation not correct as a customer? I told him the interest rate that I had quickly looked at on the internet and the response I got was, "I think the bank will match that. I will call them now and if you don't hear back from me, just assume that is what you can get". Really?? In other words, if a customer is to get financing through the dealership, customer beware that they do not have your best interest and service in mind. That is the message I got. Needless to say that I was pretty angry with the customer service/relation with the finance manager and obviously decided that financing would not occur through Molle since I was doing all of the leg-work on interest rates myself. To further add insult to this customer relationship, this same person was the person we dealt with when coming in to purchase the vehicle. When he was introduced to us, he was told he had talked to me on the phone. His response, "I am glad we talked". Really?? He said that, but didn't remember our conversation until a minute later, when you could see the light bulb come on in his mind. The whole experience in the office with him was a cold and impersonal as it was on the phone. He never offered to shake our hands and was very distant, which is probably for the best as it would not have been sincere. At least there was no pretence there. The reason it has taken a couple of weeks to write this review is because I wanted to have time to reflect and make this a "good review" of the events and not be clouded by anger. While this email is under my husband's email, I am the one that dealt with the finance aspect. I do want to say that I do not feel that the finance manager dealt with me this way because I was female. Even in my husband's presence in the office, he did not extend any customer relations to him either. What I hope comes from this, is that someone will determine if this is just the finance manager's nature or if maybe he is overwhelmed by his job and needs relief so that he can provide more cordial and better customer service. This review is written so that the company can help to make the finance aspect for the customer more satisfying. Thanks for reading this. This was meant to be helpful and not hurtful. Marla Childers

From the moment we walked in and talked to Alex, we were impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he was not pressuring us into buying a vehicle. he answered all of the questions that we had and went out of his way to find the exact vehicle we were looking for and get it to the dealership. We were offered a full detail (we were told would be 1-2 hours max) on the new vehicle as it was purchased around closing time. Upon returning for the detail, had to wait 3.5 hours for the vehicle to be finished only to find the windows were dirtier than prior to the detailing and there was wax all over the rear view mirrors.When we went to obtain tags for the vehicle (after being told everything we needed was in the packet we were handed) we found out that we did not have a copy of the trade in title, which was needed to proceed with tagging. Being a Saturday this was locked away, and unable to be returned to us until the following Monday.

This dealership has a great service department. They have always been friendly, honest and quick at repairing my current vehicle. If they treat their car repair customers great then I know they would be great to purchase a new vehicle from. My husband bought a Malibu from them 3 years ago and had a great experience and no car problems. My old car was starting to have something go bad every month or so, it was apparent that it was time to trade old faithful in for good. I purchased a Chevy Cruze about a month ago now and I LOVE IT! Runs great and gets great gas mileage. Mitch Bohmann was very thorough and gave me great service. He is the same salesman we used three years ago. Another good sign, they keep the same service and sales professionals around. If they treat their staff well then they are bound to also treat the customers well. I will be going back to them again in a few years when my son will be old enough to drive. I look forward to buying another car or truck or SUV from them when the time comes around again. It's a very good feeling knowing where your next car is coming from and that I WON'T have to search a tons of car lots. I will just go back to them and we'll find the best car for my son together.

I had to bring my car in for a recall and everybody I spoke to from the cashier, receptionist and two service techs were beyond helpful. They got me in the very next day and they said they would do everything possible to get it done the same day. They did. I was impressed with how I was treated. I don't expect much in the auto repair industry from past encounters with mechanics and this time actually made me think twice. I can't comment on pricing because repairs were considered warrenty. But I was extemely happy on my entire visit.

I was pleased with the service at Molle Chevrolet. Stuart went above and beyond to ensure I bought the car I really wanted and was willing to work with me with my budget. I had saved money for a while and wanted to pay cash and could not deviate from my budget. When we encountered a problem with the family discount, Stuart worked with us to ensure satisfaction. The only criticism I would have is that the entire process took longer than I had anticipated but the outcome was fantastic! I am VERY pleased with my new car and am saving again in order to help Greg get the new truck he would like. We'll be back!

I purchased a new Traverse today and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Jimmy responded promptly to my email inquiries and phoned me with additional information and is great at communicating/keeping in touch. Once we arrived at the dealership Jimmy was patient going over all the details of the SUV. The general sales manager and the finance manager were also great to work with. Molle has an all around easy-going staff with no high pressure tactics. Jimmy got our Onstar and Bluetooth options set up before we drove off the lot and emphasized to call with any questions. I was very impressed by the smooth manner that everything was handled including trading in my previous car. I will definitely recommend them to others! Thanks again for great experience.

In all the years we have purchased cars, this is truely the best experience we have had. There was no hassel, no stress, and we got a vehicle we could afford with the details we wanted. Bruce is a true professional without all the high pressure push many dealers have given us. We gave him what we were looking for and he brought the car that fit our needs. Then he took the time to show us everything about the car and when we drove it gave us tips about the functionality of the car. When it came to pricing he didn't argue, but worked out a price we could afford - again without making us feel we were "killing him" as other salesmen have said. Then, he filled out the paperwork and sealed the deal. He had the car cleaned and filled with gas. Then showed us the service department, introduced us to various individuals at the dealership, then took a very long time in setting up our on star service, setting the radio, and just making sure the car was set and ready for full use. We really appreciated his care and concern about making sure we understood all the workings of the car and it had made it easy for us to enjoy. My husband has been a dodge man for a long time, but when he gets his next truck, he is going to Bruce at Molle in Blue Springs. It is amazing to us that this level of customer service is even available in this finanical climate.

Broke a verbal contract and sold the car we agreed to a deal on the day after we agreed to terms. After they lied and broke our contract they tried to sell me a vehicle I did not want. They did not even try to find a replacement vehicle that would meet my wishes. I would never trust this dealership again.

My recent purchase of a 2011 Cruze Eco makes it the third vehicle I have purchased from Jimmy Foley at Molle Chevrolet. He has gone above and beyond my expectations each time by finding the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Why.... well these two men were wonderful.. first Drew I meet thru a round about way with his Mother.. which ended up... good!!!! Drew convened me to make the trip to Blue Springs and he would have the Equinox for me.... the price was right.. car was perfect.. the deal was sweet...... I meet Mitch thru Drew.. Mitch showed me alll the ''buttons-bows"" on the SUV.. which I might add he did a great job... I would ask questions about the radio... lights... etc.. just to enforce what he had told me.. He was good. And than when I came back to pick on the SUV he went over it again with me... Mitch explained alll very good.. I work in the public at Fantastic Sams in Osage Beach, Mo. so I will be telling lots of people where I purchased my 2011 Equinox.I had a very good experience with Molle Chey.. plus being a women buying a car... some dealers just laugh at us... believe me I buy all the cars in our family.. and it was nice to know they did believe me when I said..
