Mario is an excellent salesman! He went above and beyond from start to finish. Pretty fast process considering it’s a dealership. And I’m glad I purchased from a dealership. I like the peace of mind of their 150 point inspection. That’s a lot of points. Definitely recommend.

Started a car search on Saturday online and found one I was interested in at Modern Infinite. I didn't have the opportunity to see it before they closed but I put in an inquiry and was told it was still available and the price. Sent an email on Monday morning letting them know I was interested and a time I could see it. Mario Ruelas set me up with an appointment and when I came in the car was up front for me and ready to go for a test drive. The car was perfect for me so we got the process started and I left out of there with a new to me vehicle. I was given a fair price for my trade and everything was hassle free. Customer service was great and I am happy to be Mario's 3rd sell customer. I recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car in Greensboro!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased here. I have no problem driving from Raleigh to Greensboro for the excellent treatment that I received with both purchases. Tim Clay, my salesman was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make me comfortable without any of the pressure that you get with some dealerships. I’m sure when I am ready I will be returning for my third purchase here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I found the vehicle that I wanted via their online website. I clicked on the link and sent an email stating that I was interested. I received an email immediately informing me that someone would get back to me as soon as possible. I received a phone call within an hour (or less) after that email! Their associate was very professional and accommodating. I was scheduled to come in at my convenience. When I came in I was greeted by very friendly and courteous staff. My sales associate David Senkus listened to what I wanted and didn't give me the run around. He didn't make me feel rushed and didn't rush ME! When I made my final choice he made sure that I understood all my paperwork. If I had ANY concerns regarding the vehicle they were addressed asap. By far this has been the BEST car BUYING experince I've ever had in my 20 years of being able to buy my own vehicles. Everyone from the phone associate, front desk associate, finance manager, all I encountered, to my sales associate presented stellar professionalism! I recommend Modern Infiniti to ALL!

Bad experience for the first experience. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment with Brittany for a test drive. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold before my confirmed appointment. Neither the dealership nor Brittany called to update me on the sell. Their location is not the most convenient location. I made time in my schedule to visit their dealership to learn the car was sold. How inconsiderate or a sales tactic. The car is still on the website as I type. I still haven't received a call back from Brittany. Also note that she was not even in the showroom for my scheduled appointment. They had to ask someone else to help me. Poor customer service especially when you are in sales. I will definitely remember my "Modern Difference" experience. It will be my last.

I called the service department and was told that I could come in anytime between 8am and 12pm for a simple oil and filter change on Saturday morning. Well, I arrived at 10:45am and was told I was TOO LATE to get my car serviced!!!! I then called and spoke to the service manager who was just as dispointing. I was even more disappointed when I called to speak to the General Manager only to find out there isn't one! Once I get rid of this infiniti, I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE, NOR WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY MODERN DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTINGat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am completely blown away by the service at the Wendover location. After purchasing my 2013 JX35 from the WS location, I was very dissatisfied with my service. I experienced a terrible water leak that soaked the interior of my car. When following up with the WS location, I was accused of leaving my windows down causing the problem. I was devastated. I returned the car twice for investigation without resolvement and continued to be treated as if the problem was my fault. My heart was broken that I lost joy in my car buying experience. I desperately wanted the customer experience from a quality dealership versus "other" dealers. And, interestingly, I never received a customer service e-mail such as this one. Finally, we decided to take my JX to the Wendover location. Billy and Tony performed a complete investigation to find that my sunroof was not installed properly and the draining systems were completely clogged. They disassembled my car, replaced the stinking carpet, replaced the pillars and aligned all my doors, sunroof, etc. to ensure appropriate seals. To that end, the folks at Wendover maintained professionalism and never once talked ugly about about their sister dealership. I look forward to my ongoing relationship and next purchase at the Wendover location!

We bought a car that needed a minor upholstery modification.We were very excited to have it and could not wait one more week. Mark arranged for us to take our car home the same night for the weekend and then drop it off in time for the repair.At that time we got a Q50 loaner car with 11 ( eleven !)miles on it ! First of all, let me state that I have historically disliked dealing with car dealerships. I live in the Atlanta area and have not had positive experiences attempting to work with the Infiniti dealers that are local. I found a slightly used QX50 on the Modern Infiniti website that I was interested in and sent an email inquiring as to the availability of the vehicle. Within 30 minutes, I received a very professional response from Alex, the Internet Sales Manager. Alex and I communicated via email and came to an agreement on the cost of the new vehicle, as well as the trade-in of my vehicle. Alex was so responsive and made the experience of negotiating for the vehicle completely painless. I'm thinking to myself, this is too easy .... But it gets even better. As I mentioned, I live in the Atlanta area and really didn't want to make the drive to NC to pick up the car. Alex arranges to have all of the paperwork sent to me via FEDEX and a wonderful man by the name of Don drove to Atlanta and delivered the vehicle to my door step. And what a beautiful vehicle it is! Don delivered it to me in pristine condition and with a full tank of gas. All of this occurred within a time frame of only five days. My experience with Modern and Alex was overwhelmingly positive and I would highly recommend this dealership. I love Infiniti and Modern will have my business when I am ready for my next vehicle. Thank you so much for making the purchase of a new car such a positive experience.

First and foremost, I have never regretted my decision to purchase a new G35 Infiniti in 2004 at Modern Infiniti. Similarly, I am convinced that I made the best decision to always service my car at the dealership. Through the years, I have been highly pleased with the guidance and attention provided whenever my car was serviced under warranty and beyond this point. I tremendously appreciate the special efforts by Mitchell F. Blumentritt to keep me abreast of particular needs for my vehicle. He goes beyond the call of duty to explain critical service points and to ensure that I understand exactly what needs to be done. It is especially helpful to be informed of options as related to establishing priorities addressing service needs. For example, while Mitch might point out to me the need for a particular service, he also advises me regarding the timing for the service. Recently, in September when I needed to replace rear brake pads, Mitch assisted me in determining the best time to schedule the service. Additionally, he shared feedback concerning other matters which would require attention and offered a timeframe for consideration. In short, I realize that I am not required to service my car with Modern Infiniti; however, since taking ownership of my G35 in 2004, it never occurred to me to take the car any other place. I feel extremely comfortable interacting with service representatives, and it is also good that they know me as a consequence of the many years servicing my car. As a satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend Modern Infiniti to anyone shopping for a car or seeking service. Finally, in addition to Mitchell Blumentritt, I would be remiss not to mention two other individuals at the dealership who warrant special commendations . First, I want to acknowledge Michael Bullis, service department, who has also assisted me with servicing my car. Second, I am grateful to Tony Gasgue, service department manager, who went beyond the call of duty to aid me during a crisis. Last winter, subsequent to shopping for grocery just in front of a snow storm, my car would not start. I figured it was the battery. Fortunately, I was near the dealership, and decided to phone the service department for help. Tony Gasque answered the phone saying, "I know who you are" and asked "Where are you?" In a matter of minutes, he arrived at the Harris Teeter parking lot and started by car. I drove directly to the dealership and was quite fortunate that the battery I needed was in stock. Hence, the car was back in service immediately and my food did not spoil. I have shared this situation to merely illustrate another example of why I rate this dealership service department at the highest level. I am truly convinced that members of the service department genuinely care about the customers and exert every possible effort to not only deliver superb service, but also ensure that customers are properly advised, treated with respect, and pleased upon leaving the dealership.

My experience at Modern Infiniti Greensboro, NC has been an horrible experience. My last visit and I will not talk about the first experience but they stated I needed my coolant flushed and that they noticed some fluids spilled onto my hoses. My car was not heating and the service dept. never checked to see if the antifreeze in the coolant tank was okay or if the fluids came from the last time serviced and the fluids exceeded the amount needed. Every female is not incompetent of repairs that are needed for their vehicle. My coolant will be flushed at another dealership if I have to drive out of state to get my next full service.

I service my G37 there because the friendly and very honest staff. The price was very reasonable to upgrade the sway bars compared to another local shop. I was never pushed or fed wrong information for more services beyond necessary ones. Much much better than Toyota dealer for my previous car. I would strongly recommend Greensboro Infiniti for any car you want to service.

We had a great experience at Modern Infiniti of Greensboro. Alex Bullerdick was very prompt in returning our initial email and he worked closely with David Senkus, who was officially our salesman. David was extremely knowledgeable about our 2011 4Runner. We never felt pressured by him to make a decision and felt like he was genuine throughout the entire experience. The dealership is low-volume - but I LOVE that! David was organized and efficient from beginning to end and wasn't scattered in 10 different directions! I leased my 4th Infiniti today, and I had a wonderful experience. I especially appreciated how very well David Senkus understood my needs and me. He worked hard to make sure I got a car that would make me happy. I liked the way he systematically worked to discover the options that would work best to get me what I wanted and stayed within my budget. It was great to know that I had what I considered acceptable choices. Even after I bought the car, he patiently stuck with me to make sure I understood the features and how they worked. I've bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience I've had. No pressure, right level of attentiveness, friendly, and they felt honest to me. Everything was sorted out quickly, and if I hadn't had to wait for my husband to drive my checkbook over, the entire transaction, from first view of the car until I drove it away, could have happened in under an hour. No long waiting during the "let me ask my manager" negotiations, and the paperwork guy was prompt and friendly. Josh was my salesperson and he was pleasant and delightful.

I just purchased a 2012 Infinity QX from Modern Infinity of Greensboro. I was a little hesitate to purchase this car just because of the price; however, both Alex Bullerdick and David Senkus sealed the deal. I live in Winston Salem and did not want to drive all the way to the dealership because I wasn't sure I was going to make the purchase. Alex communicated with me via email up until 9pm (after hours) the first night and several times the next day. Alex even agreed to make arrangements for someone to drive the vehicle to my job in W-S so that I could look it over if necessary. My wife and I decided to make the drive to Greensboro and we are glad we did. David met us outside (in the rain I might add) and greeted us by name. He took us on a test drive and explained all of the bells and whistles of this fabulous ride. David remained with us the entire time. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience that my wife and I have experienced. The process was quick and painless and the price was fair.

My wife was at the Dealership at 9am when they opened to purchase a car we called about the day before. The salesman Mark treated my two kids like they were bothering him and low balled us on our trade; stating that the paint didn't match? What! Our car has never been in an accident. This was just their way of not giving us what we deserved on our trade. Once we stated we were getting financing from our credit union they offered even less for out trade. THEN WHILE GETTING FINANCING, THEY SOLD THE CAR RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER US WHILE WE WERE SITTING IN THE DEALERSHIP DOING PAPERWORK! What kind of business would ever do that to someone. My family has purchased over ten cars from Modern, but will never again purchase another thing from them.

I had been thinking about trading my car in for an SUV for several years. One night I decided to check out the Infiniti SUV's and spotted the QX 60. I liked the look and saw on their web page and the online contact option. So, not thinking about the dealership being closed, I sent an email with questions. I received a pleasant response from the General Manager Rob Allmer who said the Internet Coordinator Alex Bullerdick would email the next day. Alex and I emailed over a week and I received a price online that was very fair. He referred me to salesman Mark Close who was also very helpful and personable. I decided on my purchase method and Mark Cooper, the Business Manager, reviewed the purchasing. All four of these men were 5 star. Very friendly, patient, professional, and low-pressure. I also have a 5 star QX 60. My experience cannot be beat.

I travel from Virginia to Modern Infiniti in Greensboro, NC because I do not have a Infinity Dealership in my town. It was worth my 3 hr trip. I had searched and searched. The entire process was so easy. Josh was fantastic. I purchased my car on Thursday August 30th by 12n. Josh asked when did I want it. I said today. He said I will see if we have a driver today. He contacted me back in less than an hour and said a driver wouldn't be available until tomorrow which was Friday August 30th. I went to Ford dealerships in Statesville,NC and Winston-Salem, NC and the experience I had at Modern Inifinty will bring me back to this dealership for all my purchases in the future. This is the third Infiniti I've leased from Modern Infiniti of Greensboro. I live 350 miles from the dealership.That says alot about why I choose to use Brad and Ken at Modern Infiniti of Greensboro. My local dealership is into the old school of negotiating. You make an offer, they make an offer, you make an offer, they go to the manager and make another offer etc.... Brad and Ken take the hassle out of the negotiation process. I shop for the vehichle I like online. I see what others are paying. I make a reasonable offer via email. I get the approval back via email. To take delivery of the vehicle, they will even have someone deliver the car to my home! It just doesn't get any easier than that! I'm hooked and will continue to do business with Modern Infiniti.

I purchased a used 2010 Ex35 last year and had spent the previous 6 months searching for a specific color combination. I discovered the car with the exact same color combo, year, and features at two dealerships, one locally, and one at Modern, which is approximately 70 miles from my home. Of course, my first choice was the local dealership. I named my price, told them what price I wouldn't exceed and they repeatedly tried to haggle and get me to pay more than I had told them I wanted to. After about 7 days of phone calls, speaking with the manager and emailing, I decided I'd check out Modern before my car got away. I told them my price and with very little time spent discussing price, I picked up my car about three days later at below my budgeted price. I would have picked it up earlier, but I needed someone to go with me and drive my old car back. When the dealership found out I couldn't get a ride until a few days later, they picked me up! Yes! 70 miles each way so that I could get my vehicle. I was very pleased with the buying process. The woman who picked me up was very friendly as were all of the personnel. A special shout out to Kenny Scales, the greatest salesman in the world! Thank you for your kindness and expertise. I have purchased many cars and this was by far, the best experience ever! No pressure, no haggling, beautiful surroundings, great prices. I could give 10 stars if I could.

My wife and I had been looking at mid size GM SUVs (Pontiac Torrent, Buick Rendezvous, Saturn Relay or Chevy Equinox)for a few weeks so we had a good idea that was what we wanted and how we wanted one equipped. When we first started looking I secured a line of credit with my credit union so we also had a good idea of how much we could afford to pay. One Saturday I saw a 2006 Pontiac Torrent on Modern's website. The vehicle was located at Modern's Infiniti of Greensboro, NC location. We live a fair distance from Greensboro so we contacted the dealer and made sure the vehicle was still in their inventory prior to going to look a the Torrent. Our salesperson, Josh Bolen, is a great salesman. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and the dealership. The vehicle met our expectations so we started negotiations. The negotiations were needlessly difficult and drawn out. I let the dealer drive my trade-in and declared my cash, out-the-door price but management would not agree to my price. The finance manager insisted he could get better financing terms than I received from my credit union. He continued to insist I give him my credit information even after I showed the financing terms available from my credit union. I filled out the credit form to get him off my back and advance the sale to the next step. Once he ran my credit we still couldn't make a deal. I gave the salesperson stuck in the middle between me and the finance manager my telephone number and told him if they changed their mind to give me a call. Five hours wasted. When I reached home there was a message that my deal had been accepted. I called and verified they accepted my offer and made arrangements to seal the deal on Monday. That Monday it took about an hour to complete the paperwork. Mr. Bolen "sealed the deal" with a full tank of fuel. A few weeks later I contacted Mr. Bolen about a small problem that developed with the sunroof switch. Josh arranged for the repair to be made at a Modern dealership nearer to me. Couldn't ask for more. I like the vehicle. I like the salesperson. The finance manager nearly lost the sale.

I have purchased my last 2 vehicles at this dealership, both pre-owned G35's. I have not only been pleased with the price of both cars (very competitive vs. the market), but I was also happy with my experience in dealing with the sales staff and management. I also currently have all engine service performed at Modern Infiniti in Greensboro. They provide me a loaner vehicle, which is a huge help, and also clean my car thoroughly with every service (at no charge). I would highly recommend this dealership for either vehicle purchase or service.

I was looking for a specific G37 and Modern Inifiniti had one. After a few emails, we came to an agreement on price. The process was fairly painless. I gave them my offer, they countered with something reasonable, as opposed to another Infiniti dealership that was closer to me, and they accepted my counter. Everyone was polite and professional when we came in for the purchase which took about 1.5 hours. The sales manager acted strange though, he didn't act like a typical car salesmen :-), which was refreshing.

WORST dealership in history. I came to these folks with a wrecked G35 I had originally purchased from an Acura dealer. I loved that car. They claimed it had an excess of $11,000 in damage upon inspection, and offered me a measly $1,500 for the car. I ended up buying a 2006 M35 from them, apparently looked over thoroughly and checked, with a clean CarFax. No wrecks reported or substantial damage. I had also been a regular customer for a year, and always had my G35 serviced there. Every other oil change they tried to tell me I needed unnecessary repairs, but I ignored because I knew better. I just wanted Infiniti techs to service my car. No more than 1 week later, the MECHANIC at the dealership was driving around my old car, completely fixed and running well. So much for more than $11,000 in damages. THE SECOND DAY of ownership, my newly purchased car's tire pressure light came on. Upon further inspection, I found a small slit in the side of the tire. I had not hit anything, and the car had been kept in the garage. THE MANAGER, "Bill", seriously tried to charge me for a new tire. After debate, he finally had it replaced. TWO MONTHS into ownership now, I'm on the way to work, and the radiator SEPARATED IN HALF, not cracked, SEPARATED. The dealership told me it would cost in excess of $900 to replace. I had to go inside the dealership and raise a fit while talking to the manager to get them to work with me, fairly. They agreed to replace the radiator for a couple hundred, and cheaped out with an AFTER MARKET, NON INFINITI OEM, radiator. THREE MONTHS into ownership now, I go in for an oil change. Upon picking up my car, MITCH, the service advisor, informs me that I have a "serious" problem and that my ENTIRE STEERING RACK AND PINION SET would have to be replaced. This is a $2,000 repair bill, and they said they would just be o so nice as to give me $200 off. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS, and their mechanics as well. I took the car to a mechanic, whom I trust, and he informed me that it appeared the car had been wrecked at some point, and not fixed properly. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of service I received from a "prestige" dealership that sells high end automobiles. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your Infiniti, or any car for that matter, from anywhere BUT these dishonest people. All they want is your money, and do not do honest business.

Dealer sold me a used car. They claimed to have checked it with a paint gauge they had recently acquired and stated there were no accidents or paint work. Also the rear tires are the incorrect size. The alarm is broken and the keyless entry does not work. The alarm goes off for no reason. The engine continues to heitate and stall after a breakdown on the first night. Sometimes the traction control light comes and stays on and then the engine will have flat spots in the power band. The dealer had $389 in fees. What a load of dog doo.They promised to have the car washed and vacuumed for delivery. That didnt happen. The original detail job on the car was horrible. The paint has swirl marks all over it. The interior is greased up with some kind of crap. The real dirt wasnt even cleaned. The engine was steam cleaned on the top side only. And also greased up with gloss. These guys are pretty shameless and ignorant. What else is new.*The car is now leaking like a sieve. It turns out the car had synthetic oil in it its entire life. Modern Infiniti's Service Manager said that they never use synthetic and put mineral oil in the engine. There guys really suck.
