tl;dr: Despite great reviews on some sites, this place utilizes many of the used cars sale tactics and scams (detailed below) that you should be on the lookout for.A quick review of my experience with this dealership:* I scoped out the prices on the website and was interested in one that was exactly in my price range, with good features.* Saw and test drove 2 cars around that price range and decided to move ahead with one of them.* Asked several times about: the price on the website being honored (there was some confusion on this part), a $300 off deal offered through their website (was told it would be included, no worries!), foregoing financing, because I know my credit is bad.* Everything seemed fine, then everything went horribly wrong.For starters, I had to ask several times to see what the costs were before I put any money down. I didn't think this was supposed to be the tough part, but I was still walked over to the cashier to put in a down payment before I ever saw the costs or a contract. When I pointed this out, they walked me back to the other building with a half-hearted apology, something about "wanting to save you some time".At this point, I was sat down with the finance manager and given no fewer than 6 things to sign before I was actually shown a contract or bill. When I finally see the itemized list that I asked for in the first place, something is off. Off as in about $2400 extra. I was very clearly, directly told that this was the extended warranty (it was not, more on that later). With a very long day behind me, I let the pressure get the best of me and went along with that.The next day, however, I was doing some mental math on the contract that I had just signed and realized some numbers weren't adding up. I grabbed my copy and discovered I was correct: the $2400 extra was part of the cash price of the car, with another $2000 extra for the warranty, totaling $4400 extra! I drove back down to the dealership to talk to a manager. I was given conflicting reasons for the mix up, but eventually did leave with a fixed contract, minus the $2400 extra. I later discovered you can easily get a refund on extended warranties and did so, bringing the entire ordeal back into my budget.A quick recap on possible scams/tactics at play:* Bait and switch. One of the explanations for the mix up was an overzealous price adjustment system. That line is probably plenty convincing and probably earns that $2400 on a regular basis.* Pressurized signing environment. I was a first time buyer and apparently very susceptible to this.* Extended warranty. It was actually suggested this might be a requirement for getting financing. Some googling after the fact determined this was probably a lie.* Very nice salesperson. Seriously though, they're looking for their commission. Don't trust them.* I'm 90% certain I didn't get that $300 off promotion that was promised.

So Happy with everything. Never had it easier to buy and final paper work that was needed. We upgraded the car the next day and thought it would be a problem. Just as easy to switch and everyone was helpful. Thanks and hope to buy another one this year, for me. Wife got last one and now my turn.

I am being compelled to write this review after the stellar experience I had purchasing from out of state.Was looking to purchase a Chevy SS, which is in limited production numbers, and GM was running a special. After I missed out on a couple local deals in TX, found one at Mike Anderson of Chicago. Called and spoke with the Sales Manager, Emmanuel Kalou. From my first call to the drive-off, I had nothing but exceptional communication with getting all financing and other details worked out. On top of this, despite having other buyers for the car, he promised to hold it for me even before my financing went through.Flew to Chicago and when I got to the dealership, Emmanuel was waiting for me at the door, greeted me and introduced me to Johnathan Mendez from the sales team. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the entire transaction. All paperwork was already lined up for me to sign, car was washed and fueled up, ready to go. Did a quick test drive, completed all the paperwork and was in/out in less than an hour. During this entire time, was never pressured or even asked to add/buy anything. I've had to buy out-of-state before, but this was by far the best experience I've had with a purchase. I will likely end up there again if I'm in the market for another Chevy in the future.

The representative that I had told me the wait was about 2 hours. The actual time my recall was complete was well over 3 hours. When I got my car back there was 2 brand new scratches on the front of my car and my driver-side door.

Our sales man and the finance manager were clearly interested in our needs and met our needs. We were 100 percent satisfied from the time we called leading up to visiting the new showroom the sales man and the finance person. The biggest mistake I ever made was buying a car from here. Once you drive off they pretty much say to tell with you expect when they're begging you to give them 5 star ratings. The customer service department is horrible! I rather pay and go somewhere where I feel appreciated than go here for the free oil changes you get when you buy a brand new car. Jesse, the salesman was supposed to call me back within 24 hours and it's been over a week. They don't care about you, they want your money. Go somewhere else!

Jessie Fakhoury was very knowledgeable and upfront. I was not easy on him as I was just browsing and had not set my eyes on price nor what I wanted. He took me out showed me several things asked about a few things and suggested the truck I ended up with. There was no pressure what so ever and I have to admit I got a great deal on a the truck I test drove. Within an hour I was out the door. I would highly recommend that team and Jessie anytime

The sales person Tony Manjarres helped me and assisted in helping me pick a car to buy. I am so grateful to have had him to help me with my decision. he was very pleasant, helpful and most of all his energy was awesome. I went in there with a negative attitude knowing that I did a bankruptcy, he always told me don't worry it will get approve and it did, and I left with a 2016 Malibu Limited 1 LT. I love my car and I am grateful for Tony. I highly recommend everyone to deal with him. Started out on Labor Day to just look at used cars (Equinox) and get some prices. They only had newer used cars so we decided to see how much a new one cost. Talked to Jesse Fakhoury and he asked what we wanted in a car. After a bit he suggested we test drive a Trax. Decided to sleep on it - Went back the next day (Jesse's day off, but he came in to meet with us) and bought the Trax. Jesse was so easy to deal with and he worked hard to get us the car we wanted a a price we could live with. Love the car so far.

I have had two excellent experiences at Mike Anderson Chevrolet. I leased 2 Chevy Traverse SUV's in a span of 9 months - just picked up my second on 09/09/15 as the Chevy Labor Day sale was too good to pass up. Tony Manjarres was extremely attentive to the vehicle specifications/requirements that I needed. I was in an out of the dealership with a new vehicle in a short period of time. Stay away from this dealership. They use false advertisement to get you to test drive a car (free gas card with a test drive, then they don't give you one). Then once they get your information, they call you repeatedly, several times a day, for over a month. If you block their number, they will call you from another number. If you block that number, too, then they will block their number so you can't keep them from calling you. This business is shady. Avoid unless you want to be harassed. When it comes time to trade, I will definitely be going elsewhere. I don't like to trade at dealerships that harass me constantly. I've sent several "stop calling me" emails to no avail, too. This place is like a stalker ex who can't take a hint.

I came into the dealership with my mom to purchase a new cruze. Rachel greeted me at the door right away. I felt comfortable the whole time, I never once felt pressured during the process. She was very knowledgeable with the cars and payed attention to what I was looking for specifically. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to see Rachel! She really cared about finding the right car for me, not just about making the sale. Before I left she went over all the features, made sure I understood the radio and even paired my phone to bluetooth for me. This is my second time purchasing from Mike Anderson. I don't have the best credit but this is the second time I walk out of there with a car I'm extremely happy with. Friendly staff . I drove an hour with my wife and son to look at a used truck. Truck was in overall good condition, but had mis matched rear seat which smelled and one had been chewed " obviously by a dog. Driver side mirror was broke and paint was poorly touched up . none of which was disclosed in the description or on the phone when I called. Then asked the lowest they would go on the price "they were already priced high" and the manager wouldnt even come out of his office. We were speechless. I was paying cash to.

I came in to this dealer to try to purchase a camaro. I was told I did not have enough credit to buy the car I wanted therefore I decided to go for something smaller. Once I decided to get a different car I was getting everything ready paper work etc etc. they gave me the keys for the car at the I was told I didn't qualify for that car either so they picked a car for me and it just a waste of time. All they care about is just to sell their cars they don't even explains things to you nor they talk to you straight forward. One way or another they try to screw you over. Bad dealer bad service bad everything.

The team at Mike Anderson Chevy of Chicago made my experience so smooth and exciting. Every part of the part went great and very efficient. The assistance that Wally provided was greatly appreciated. He educated me about the car and all the fun features it had to offer. He made me feel comfortable and cared for. Mike was great as well as I asked him many questions regarding my credit and he was extremely patient. He talked with me as we waited for all the paperwork to go through and just made the experience that much more special. Last but not least, Rolando is one fun individual. I did not think Finance could be so fun! I guess when you have decent credit life is much easier in that world. I loved his personality and happiness he brought. I came here last week after a terrible experience at a dealership in the suburbs where I dealt with a patronizing, dismissive, loud, and pushy salesperson. My salesperson at Mike Anderson was Ruben Delgado, who was the exact opposite of the salesperson at the other dealership. Ruben was nice, friendly, and not at all pushy. The other dealership wanted to sit in an office and talk numbers right away -- they didn't even offer me a test drive. After being spoken down to after asking a simple question about a feature on the car, I decided to walk and went to Mike Anderson.Immediately after meeting Ruben, I sat down with him for a couple of minutes to talk about what I was looking for (another Cruze, because I'd had a Cruze for three years and liked it a lot, but this time I was looking to go with a model with the technology package) and then we went outside to look at cars and take a test drive. It was only after the test drive that we started talking about price, and Ruben was understanding and willing to help me stick to my budget while still getting me the car and features I wanted. I've bought and leased quite a few cars, and this was the easiest and most positive car-buying experience I've ever had. As a woman, I dread dealing with male salespeople at car dealerships, but Ruben wasn't at all condescending or xxxxxx, which was refreshing. It was a pleasure dealing with Ruben, and I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new Chevy.

I went into Mike Anderson on a Monday afternoon to look at a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder LE. After looking at the car, I noticed the cars check engine light was on and that it required a jump to even test drive. My sales person was ready to do a deal with me but I told him the vehicle needed to be serviced before I did anything final. We came up with a mutually agreed on price and now all i needed was the service to be completed. I was told it would be done by Tuesday night, no later than wednesday morning. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday I called early, spoke briefly with my sales person Rolando and was told I will be contacted later that afternoon. Afternoon came and went, I called back, was transferred to his voicemail, after several times of that, I was told the service personal will contact me back in about ten minutes from Diane. 2 hours went by, I called back, asked for the manager and he finally told me the car needed $2500 of work and therefore was out of my approved price range. This was around 7pm now. I wasted 2 days and never got a car! The circumstances are not what bothered me, it was the lack of communication from my sales person, the lack of info from the secretary and the nonchalant attitude about wasting my time from the manager. Luckily, I did get my pathfinder today, for a better price and a better dealer. I'd never go to Mike Anderson again unless he changes his staff.

The worst, most dishonest, scrooge dealership that has been built. I had bought my Chevy Sonic from Zeigler Chevrolet (great place, opposite of Mike Anderson) and when I blew out my clutch in Chicago and had it towed to them, they did not honor my Nationwide bumper to bumper warranty. Basically they said that this was a user error and completely my fault. I wanted to speak with the GM warranty right away as to why this part was not covered under warranty. They said it would cost me $70.00 just for them to take a look at it and then I could take to warranty people. I paid the $70.00 and they said that 90% it is not covered under the warranty. Finally they gave me the warranty personnel phone number. I called them and they were going to do investigation. Turns out Anderson Chevy service department calls me back says that they will not cover it since this is a user error. They also told me that they can investigate further by pulling the part out and looking at it, however that would cost me an additional $300 + 2.4 thousand to replace the clutch. They also said that if I don't fix it at their location and go elsewhere, they will charge me an additional $30 for each day the car is in their parking lot.I ended up towing the car from their location to another shop which replaced the clutch for $900 dollars with all fluids.Here's the kicker... I go back to my dealership where I bought the car (Zeigler) to change my oil. They treat me treat me there fantastic as always. When I told them about the clutch problem I had, they said, "WHY DIDNT YOU BRING IT TO US? WE WOULD HAVE DONE IT FOR FREE. YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY" Anyways, nothing I can do about it now as I dont have the original parts.Just a BEWARE to avoid this place at all costs, as you will be mistreated and they will try to milk you for every penny you have.WOW! Writing an update after contacting Chevrolet from the response to my review. It is complete absurd and very unprofessional of General Sales Manager Guy Cesario's end since he writes a response to every review and then does not respond back to you when you contact him. My husband called to inquirer about a Jeep Liberty last week to see if it was still there and was told it was. He left work in Wauconda and drove to Chicago to check it out. When he got to your dealership he found out the Jeep had been sold the day before. That was the day you lost our business. We didn't want to do business with a company who either deliberately lied to him to get him in the store or had such lousy record keeping that he was given this misinformation. At either rate our time is too valuable to waste

drove from rkfd il .took two hours to get there.. add on internet showed this very nice mustang conv for sale,,got there and was introduced to salesman,,went ok ,,he took me outside to look at car..car was scratched up in many places,, big chips on hood and bubbled paint on hood and trunk lid..interior was trashed and dirty .. top was filthy and brown with dust..i told him i wasnt interested in this car,, never once did he offer to look at inv or another vehicle,, then once back inside him and another salesman begin to laugh and tell me this is there multi colored mustang..it WAS yellow and now it is blue.the were crass,, unprofessional,, and very not interested in selling a car so i just excused myself and left,, WHAT A JOKE THAT PLACE IS WONT EVER RETURN THERE AGAIN

I decided to bring my 2011 Camaro to Mike Anderson Chevrolet for service after dealing with another Chevrolet service department in the city. Mark, my service advisor was polite, professional and friendly. The work performed was top notch although a bit expensive. Some of the work done on my car involved ordering parts. Unfortunately, the wrong parts were ordered, not really Mark's fault but it ended up in another visit to the dealership. When the work was finished, the car was washed and waiting for me. I would be happy to recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet to friends and family. They seem to be fair and honest just a little on the pricey side. I will bring my car back to them for service from now on.

I stopped by the dealership Saturday May 11th early morning. The Salesman Fawaz helped me and was suppose to be helping me get a Camaro. I ABSOLUTELY love Camaro! He runs the credit and my score is a 644 but he tells me that General Motors approved me for an amount but him and finance manager are trying to get more money and he will call me back Saturday afternoon.Not only did I not here back from him but I've called him every day this week and he continues to give me the run around. This dealership is not professional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. He has made my shopping for a Camaro HORRIBLE because now that he's run a hard credit inquiry on my report, I don't want to really go anywhere else right now because its too soon and could damage my credit further.Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago has given me a very bitter taste and bad experience!

Beware of Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago on Irving Park Road. My husband went to Mike Anderson Chevy to purchase a vehicle. After spending about five hours there, he was told that everything was okay and he could take the vehicle home. I met him there during the last part of his visit. I was initially told that I was not needed on the financing and that he was approved. They were only waiting for the car to be delivered. They even asked him to take everything out of his other car and gave us bags to put our things in. Once the car was delivered, they realized it was a five speed and they knew we wanted an automatic. They told us the price would increase and I needed to be on the financing. We left in disgust since it was apparent that the sales person ordered the car to be delivered and did not notice that particular car was a five speed. After, I called the Chevrolet Corporation to make a complaint. It was never really resolved but the manager at Mike Anderson knew we made a complaint. Since that complaint was made, Mike Anderson Chevy has run our credit at least 15 times, which resulted in our credit scores lowering significantly. I know this because we keep getting letters mailed to us for all the different banks Mike Anderson made inquiries to. We also went to another car dealership and that finance manager pointed it out to us how many inquiries were made by Mike Anderson Chevy. The amount of times our credit reports have been run appears to be an act of retaliation from Mike Anderson Chevy.

Mike Anderson is the only dealership I will go to. I have been bringing my old car here ever since I moved to the area about two years ago and the service has always been awesome. So when the extended Warranty ran out I decided it was time to trade it in and get a something new. But after two month I noticed that we weren't as happy with the car we noticed a few problem with the car I then return and spoke to Reuben who had helped me with the car that we purchased once I told him of the problems we had he said he was going to see what he can do and what he did was help me to get the right car this time it has the power I need to tow my boat and also the space for my kids without losing the luxury of the look and feel of the car. I went in the dealership for my third oil change, on my way out I saw Ruben who sold me my car, we talked to catch up, then talked about the new model of my car, and I found out that the 2013 model of my car came with exactly what I wanted my first car to look like I was so excited for that so he told me that we can trade if I wanted to, I decided to and I trusted him that he would make the trade simple to understand and I would get what I wanted and he did like before with my first car, he knows me very well in what I want , so on that day I drove in my 2012 Chevy sonic silver and drove out with my beautiful 2013 Chevy sonic blue car with a smile on my face. That was five days ago and I'm really happy with my car,and i wanted to thank everyone that day for all their help on my trade in , it means alot to me, and of course thanks again to Ruben Delgado, I always appreciate your help.

Buying a new vehicle at Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago was a very pleasant , easy and painless experience. From the minute we were greeted at the front door until the moment we drove away in our awesome brand-new Equinox LTZ, every person we encountered was great. We test drove a few vehicles with Jesse and he was very knowledgeable and had all the answers to our questions regarding each vehicle . He was very pleasant , friendly, and made sure we found the right SUV for our family . Mike in finance made sure we got an excellent finance rate with the right company and with rebates . Kerry walked us thru the final steps and was very informative about some incentives that we didn't even know were out there, e.g. First three months, no payment with the bank we went with (option). I cannot stress enough how nice it was to walk into this dealership to not feel pressured at all . My husband used to compare walking into a dealership the same as walking into a dentist for a root canal . Not anymore, as we drove away in our new SUV, he was already planning on coming back within a month or two for another new vehicle for himself ! Going to Mike Anderson Chevy was my moms idea and I even visited their competitor Jennings Chevy so I could compare price quotes and get the best trade in offer possible. Mike Radzinski and Jesse Fakhoury went above and beyond to make sure there was no comparison in the 2 dealerships. I was certain I wouldn't be able to get financed with my credit and sure enough I was approved. The interest rate almost had me withdraw from the deal but that's my own fault for not having good credit. I grabbed a co-signor and drove off with 2.9% financing and happier than ever in my new Chevy Cruze LTZ! I would recommend their dealership to anyone I know and even those I don't know! I'm looking forward to the same experience when I go to them for service!

I went into the dealership on 4th of July 2012 to trade in my 2011 Equinox 2Lt that I previously purchased from Mike Anderson in ChicagoI wanted to upgrade into a 2012 Equinox LTZ and I was approved but I was unable to get my upgrade. But I will recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a New car ( new or used ) because the customer service here is great , and they are so caring and friendly people to work with that they felt as bad as I did because I was unable to get my upgrade. Today was one of the greatest days of my life. Mike and Tim worked magic to get me out of my old beater car and into a nice used Chevy Cobalt. Being a recent college grad and having a poor credit rating, they were able to work with financing to get my monthly payments into my budget as well as find a car that was fit for me. The experience these two individuals possess in their efforts to help people find a car and obtain financing is outstanding. I visted Anderson Chevorlet by chance. My wife and I were looking to buy a newer used car. We were leaning towards a Buick Enclave. Our salesman Jesse Fakhoury was very friendly he asked us what kind of car we were looking for. Jesse showed us the exact car we were looking for a used Buick Enclave. Jesse also showed us a GMC Arcadia and a Chevy Traverse all right around the same price. He let us drive all three but me and my wife really liked the Traverse. Now comes the interesting part, I never ever buy a car from the first dealer I visted. But Jesse was so friendly and NOT PUSHY as most salesman are, Jesse made it clear he was going to get the best price first time to offer us. My wife and I had a budgeted amount to buy a car and Jesse was so friendly that even though we should have visted other dealers we bought the car from Jesse. Dealerships could take a lesson in his selling technique.

We went in to the dealership specifically to look at a used Mountaineer that we saw online. Jesse was incredibley nice and took the time to explain everything to us. We told him what we were interested in and that's exactly what he showed us. He was very easy to work with and I would definately ask for his help the next time I'm in the market for a car.Kerry was also great to work with. She took the time to explain all our options with the warranties and she never tried to up sell anything. She made sure we undestood what our financing was going to be. My husband and I went to Mike Anderson Chevrolet recently looking for a used minivan. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by friendly staff. We could not have asked for a nicer sales consultant (Jesse Fakhoury) and finance consultant (Terry Fakhoury)! They were both outstanding! They were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. One thing we loved about working with Jesse and Terry is the fact that, while we were working with them, they did not treat us as a "sale", they treated us like family. You don't get that kind of treatment just anywhere! My husband and I went to several car dealerships before going to Mike Anderson Chevrolet, and none of the other dealership's customer service came close to what we experienced at Mike Anderson Chevrolet! Service Review:So I had a problem at first that had nothing to do with Mike Anderson, but the way they dealt with it was horrible. Luckily Chevy Customer Service took care of everything on their end. I had Smart Care service (A specific vehicle maintenance contract that covers chassis lubrication, oil, oil filter and tire rotation according to scheduled time and mileage requirements in your owner's manual.) I told them I wanted done what was covered under smart care. I had already had over 6,000 miles since my last rotation. My owners manual says 5-8000 miles while one Frank says 7-9000miles and another one says 7-8000 miles. So all they did was an oil change and that was it. Chevy messed up on their part and had my smart care under a wrong VIN which was caused by another dealership giving them the wrong VIN number. So Mike Anderson had to charge me until things got straighten out. The day after they said they would refund the next day. But did it almost a MONTH later. That's one issue. Another issue is they order the floor that goes in the trunk that covers the spare tire. This was like 3 months ago. They order the part and never called me. I go in to find out they have it but they ordered the wrong part. Finally they get it, I bring my car to them today and they tell me it will take a whole hour to do which only takes literally 5 min. Reason being, your appointment only means you can bring your car, we'll get to your car when we can. Really????? It takes almost as long as an oil change to take out a board and put in a new one. Never again am i bringing my car here again. I wasn't even going to bring it today but they had the part for my trunk. Oh and lastly I had to bring my car to them at least twice to fix something in the transmission. The first time they told me nothing was wrong until I went on a test drive with them to show exactly what they missed which i don't know how they could. Brought it back a second time because it was even worse then the first time. If you have a positive experience with them, that's great I'm glad, I wish only I had one. And It's frustrating because they are 5 blocks away from my house, now I have to find a further dealership.

Overall The expierience was pleasing. I went into the dealship looking for paperwork on a Chevy Tahoe and walked out with a 2011 Suburban....Right, I know. The last dealship i went too I walked away from feeling very dirty, This time it was very good, Jesse went out of his way to help me. While waiting on the credit check a man in a wheelchair came in to inquire about the Chevy Camareo. Jesse, asked me if he could help him real quick. Jesse took the time and showed him everything about the car including lowering the convertable top and showing him the sound system in the car. The man ended up being a veteran. I thought that awesome!!!!!!Mike Anderson Chevrolet was a pleasure to do business with and will get my business in the future.P.S. On a side note there was a problem with the installation of an agreed upon aftermarket accessory. Both Jesse and the service manager Tim Jenney stood by me and got the problem solved in a timely manner.

Words can not express how greatful I am for the help and service that I received at Mike Anderson Cheverolet. I drive past this place every day to and from work and decided that since I had just rolled over 100,000 miles on my current Chevy, it was time to start looking. (While I know that Chevys last much longer than 100,000 miles, I wanted the new car feeling too!) Upon walking in to the showroom on Irving Park I was welcomed by the receptionist and Jesse F. From Sales. He was just amazing. The best thing was that he was honest. Car salesmen have a bad rap for being these pushy, dishonest, people who are just looking for the next sale. Jesse was awesome. Asked me what I was looking for, took me around, and once he ran my info was honest with what I could afford. To make the deal even sweeter, He and Terry were able to pull off a miracle in getting me the credit line that I needed in order to get the vehicle of my choice. Before I knew it, I was driving out of the lot with the new Tahoe that I was hoping for.

Going to Mike Anderson Chevy was my moms idea and I even visited their competitor Jennings Chevy so I could compare price quotes and get the best trade in offer possible. Mike Radzinski and Jesse Fakhoury went above and beyond to make sure there was no comparison in the 2 dealerships. I was certain I wouldn't be able to get financed with my credit and sure enough I was approved. The interest rate almost had me withdraw from the deal but that's my own fault for not having good credit. I grabbed a co-signor and drove off with 2.9% financing and happier than ever in my new Chevy Cruze LTZ! I would recommend their dealership to anyone I know and even those I don't know! I'm looking forward to the same experience when I go to them for service!

The experience I had at this dealership was not what I had been expecting when I walked in due to previous experiences I've had with other dealerships. When we walked in we were greeted by Jesse. I was really nervous about walking into another dealership and having a team of hagglers breathing down my neck. This was not the case with Mike Anderson Chevrolet. Jesse Fakhoury greeted us right away when we walked in, but respected us enough to give us our space while looking around. I appreciated the no-hassle pricing I got from the internet manager before I walked in the door. They gave the most detail over email of the dealers that contacted me. The experience in the dealership matched the experience I had over email. Everyone was very nice and helpful and made sure that we got the car we wanted. My car is still under warranty, which is the only reason I took it to a dealer when my check engine light came on. I was told I needed to do $850 worth of required maintenance: a tune up, a fuel injector throttle body cleaning, and an engine decarbonization. Upon talking to my father, who was a mechanic, I came to the conclusion that a tune up was the only legitimate maintenance needed. They couldn't tell me what was wrong, except the code that came up on the computer. They hadn't even opened the hood. But, they were going to charge me $80 for the computer scan (something a lot of mechanics / auto parts stores will do for free). I went to a different mechanic. He did the tune up, the fuel injector throttle body cleaning, (which actually was necessary because of the oil leak that he found), replaced the the leaky valve gasket, and did an oil change all for $400, which was less then half the dealership price (a price that didn't even include fixing the actual problem of the leaky valve gasket).

Just wanted to take the time to thank Jesse for taking care of everything with my car. I was very frustrated after waiting for a few hours to fix an electrical issue with my buick. Not only did he keep me updated but he saw how aggrevated I was with the waiting time and he took it upon himself to take me to grab some fastfood so I wouldnt be waiting starving. I had no way to leave the dealership so the fact that he offered meant a lot because I was getting really hungry. Not everyone has such great attention to detail, or would take time out of their day to make sure a client is taken care of. He went above and beyond and i thank him for that because after three hours of waiting, I was starved! I will definitely recommend others to this dealership because people like Jesse are great at what they do and obviously care about overall customer satisfaction, which is not something ive found at other places. I recently had a very enjoyable experience at Mike Anderson Chevrolet. We visited 4 Chevy dealers to discuss purchasing a 2011 Chevy Equinox. The sales staff at 2 of them were just okay, and at the 3rd we got the hard sell--a real turnoff. That third dealer searched for a car and sent info, but there was no follow up. I happened to have my old Saturn in for service at Mike Anderson Chevrolet, and while I was waiting I met another customer and her very friendly salesperson, Chris Zaug. Chris was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the Equinox. I went home that day and told my husband that since we were going to purchase an Equinox, I wanted to work with Chris Zaug. Mike Rzadzki (sales manager) ran several searches and Chris Zaug stayed in close contact every time they found a vehicle that looked closer to meeting our desires. I enjoyed working with both. There was never any pressure to buy. When the car was delivered, Kerry Utpatel handled the paperwork beautifully and seamlessly. We ended up with a beautiful vehicle that we're very happy with. I would definitely recommend this dealer. BTW, their service department is also top-notch.

My experience at Mike Anderson Chevrolet was a very positive. I knew the car that I wanted and Jesse Fakhoury went out of his way--all the way to the warehouse-to find my car. I was very pleased with Mike Anderson Chevrolet. I would recommend anyone to buy their next vehicle from Mike Anderson Chevrolet.

This was the best car buying experience ever. I told them what I needed what I could do and they were honest in terms of how they could help me. Jesse was very friendly and did his best to make the process go along smoothly.I called on a tuesday and was in a car the next day.The key for me was that I did not feel pressured. They didn't try to get more money out of me put me in a car i did not come to see sell me extra features or make me take a payment I was not going to afford. Need a car? Go see Jesse and his coworkers they will be fair.

Tony was very helpful with our purchase of an 09 Silverado. He seemed very fair and honest throughout the transaction. I will be recommending him later to friends and co-workers. Dora was also very friendly on the phone and helped us prior to the day we came in to the dealership.

Wally was very professional and very helpful and pleasant. Was very easy to talk to and listened to what i was looking for. Made every step very smooth. I will recommend him to as many people as I can. This is a salesman that seemed like a friend just helping you buy an automobile. Now thats a salesman!

I contacted Mike Anderson Chevrolet over the phone initially because I did not want to waste my time or theirs due to the fact that I knew obtaining financing for me might be problematic at best (I fully expected to be turned down). Not only were they able to obtain financing for me for a great new car (2011 Malibu LT) but everyone was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured in any way and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense (particularly Jesse who was the sales guy I worked with - he told me not to give up hope for the financing, and he was indeed right!).I had previous experience with this dealership when I brought my 2008 Cobalt in for work in the service shop which was very quick, friendly and efficient which is why I returned for this purchase.I will definitely keep coming back here for future service for my new car and when I'm ready to purchase my next one and will also be sure to recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for their next car and/or service.

Jesse Fakhoury took care of me when i came to purchase a car, actually, i just came in to make enquiries, but i ended up leaving with a a 2011 model car, hahahahahahahhaha...the best day of my life, he really took extremly good care of me, i think he should train other people with his skills to work with Chevy, he is great and i'd recommend him in anything.

when i came into the dealership i did not have wait for a salesman. I was greeted at the door and told the salesman what kind of vechicle i wanted to buy and we got started rightway. I did not have to argue price and the process was very fast. I would and will reccomend this dealership to any looking to buy a Chevy.

I believe that Mike Anderson Chevy has hard working people that want to tae care of you. They want to help get you the best deal possible for all new cars. They have very good rebates at the time I want. The people that work are great and friendly. i do recommended this dealership to all my friends and co worker.

Jesse was very professional. He knew the car inside and out and was able to answer every question we had. We purchased a Tahoe and did not realize the spare tire had no lock on it. Jesse called the parts department and made sure that was taken care of.When we were looking for the car he responded quickly, but was not pushy.

I brought in my Saturn for service and while waiting, visited the showroom floor where I was greeted by Miguel Medina. I told him that I was happy with my Saturn but I did want to get another SUV and Miguel along with Rolando worked with me and we came to terms on a new Equinox.

Except for the wait for the porter to bring up the car, the service experience was very good. That experience led to a trip to the internet used cars sales nad ended with a purchase.Sales personnel were very friendly and non-pressure. Mike and Tony worked hard to get me a deal that I was satified with.

I was pretty intimidated about buying a used car or leasing a new car from a dealership. Miguel was very friendly the whole time and whenever I had a question he could not answer, he would figure it out right away for me. Everyone was very friendly and explained what each part of the lease was and what it paid for on the vehicle. I appreciated that I knew where each part of the money I was paying was going.

Good experience at the dealership. This is the second time buying at Mike Anderson. I will make it a 3rd time in the future. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager/costing was amenable and flexible. They were respectful of our time and effort.

We walked in Mike Andersons's in Chicago to check out a the Chevy Aveos and found our new car within a couple of minutes. thanks to Jesse for all the help on getting the deal arranged and explaining in detail our financing options. we have been very happy with the service of the whole team, their flexibility and can only recommend to experience this dealer on your own if you are intersted in Chevrolet. we'll definitely come back in case we need another car. thanks once again for your support.Sarah and Wolf

Our experience at Mike Anderson Chevrolet dealership was pleasant and we were greatly impressed by the exellent service we received there. Our sales person Jesse was the best sales person we've ever met. He was professional,truthful,courteous and knowlegable. Eventhough we were not easy costumers(demanding and fussy),Jesse with a great attitude and patience answered all of our questions. He understood our requirements and needs. I was greeted at the door by Robert as soon as I arrived. He was very pleasent and helpfull to us. He did not hesitate to show me the vehicles that he had avaliable in the lot, that I was looking for. He was very thurogh in explaining all the features in the vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicles was exceptional. When I had made my decision, he was also helpful with the pricing of the Truck. My overall experience with Mike Anderson Chevrolet was a very good one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Friendly service, great help, kept me focused, gave me a variety and I picked a brand new 2011 Black Chevy Cruze that I love. Car smelled like dog. Did not clean it or rotate tires. Overall I liked the vehicle I purchased, the price was competitive with the other dealers in the tri-state area. However, the car should have been detailed as promised which now causes me an extra expense.

I had a phenomenal experience at this dealer. My salesperson, Jesse, was friendly, informative, and helpful. I drove a long way to get to this dealer because they had the particular vehicle I was searching for at a great price. The staff there certainly made my drive worth it. Buying a car can be an intimidating process, buying a car when you live in another country can really make you nervous. From the very start my experience with Mike Anderson Chevy was top notch. I saw a car I wanted on the internet and my call was transferred to Miguel Medina. Miguel made me feel very comfortable dealing over a long distance.I had to trust who I was dealing with before I was willing to take the next step which was to travel to Chicago to test drive the car. Miguel picked us up and took good care of us all through our two visit from Canada. The rest of the satff gave us excllent customer service ensuring the documents would allow us to import the car into Canada. Traveled all the way from Green Bay to get the best deal for this vehicle. Gave me a good value for my trade and an incredible deal on the new vehicle. Miguel was great to deal with and even bought pizza for our daughters. Maybe the only negative would be to have a seperate area for the kids to play in to keep them entertained. Our daughters did great but it may have been a little easier. It was a long drive but Mike Anderson definitely made it worth the drive. Thank you Mike and Miguel!!!

My daughter took in a car which was over heating. We were given a quote of under $400.00. They then said it would be $875.00, as the car had a different engine than previously thought!When my daughter picked up the car it overheated in 10 minutes.She returned the car and were told it MIGHT have a leaking head gasket or cracked head. It would cost $1400.00 to find out.

I have brought my 1993 S10 in for work a couple times over the last few years. The service advisors have proven very knowledgeable and fixed the problems right the first time. For example, the last problem I had was with the truck not starting consistently and the engine would just kept turning over. When I replaced the battery and it kept happening sporadically, I thought it was the alternator. After I described the symptoms the sevice advisor thought a valve in the engine needing replacing, ran the test, replaced the valve, and the truck runs fine again.My only reservation is that they seem somewhat pricey on service. Both times the actual bill has been above the estimate, and the estimate seemed high to begin with. Admittedly, however, I haven't shopped around on service prices so they could just be charging the going rate.
