We purchased 2 new vehicles this month.the detail shop is pathetic.after taking up the issues with the sales person and the service dept ,they made things right .although detailing was was still not up to our expectations.heres where it gets real frustrating.car number 2.we purchased !we wanted a remote starter installed but. Seeing how we are from out of town we wanted to pick up the car when it was complete so we didn't have to drive back and forth.a week later after several promises we got the car.it was dark out and the next day I started looking over my wife's new car.once again the detailing was pathetic,in fact the inside was never done and the outside was inexcusable.remember they had this car for a extra week and had ample time to get it right and we found a small dent.i was on the phone immediately and talked too a.j,I was told to bring the car back and they would take care of things.i told him the night before that I wanted it taken care of all the same day,detailing ,and pdr.no problem! As I wastold.well my wife is coming home without her new car,go figure.i even went up there and talked to aj to reinforce the need to get it done in one day..I won't even get in to the finance people.its just as bad as the detail shop.we been back and forth with signatures that they missed on the paperwork.lol.the only person so far that had his act together is ion,our sales person.they offered to deliver the car to our house but the more I think about it maybe not a good idea,it will be dark outside and that would be a easy way out if things are done correctly..I am really hoping they got it right,the xxxx may hit the fan.

I visited a lot of car dealers during my car search and the best experience was at Metro Kia in Madison. Jeff Schreiner was extremely patient with me during this search and did not make any false promises on pricing. When it came down to agreeing on a price they stood by that price and did not try to add any additional up-charges after I arrived. It was nice to not have an over aggressive sales person to deal with, something a lot of the other dealers may want to learn. Jeff took the time to show us around and answer questions when we had them but also gave us our space during the process.

To be honest, I was a complete nervous wreck. Jeff and Jessica were both amazing and made my very first new car purchase one for the books. They were honest, patient and very very sweet. We took the plunge together! I can't imagine having a better experience.

n my 40 years I have never dealt with such unprofessional and rude service. They ruined the interior of my car, after I purchased it and went back to get the car extracted. This is a family business, so the service manager is the sales manager's brother, so they defend it each other to the death even knowing they are in the wrong. I took my car to two detailers to get photos and proof that they did indeed stain and ruin my interior. When I took it back to them they originally admitted that they used the extraction machine wrong (not hot), but then said it was "wear and tear'. When I talked to Adam (the sales manager), and told him politely I was more than willing to send pictures and the report of the detailer I hired, he literally said "You are lying, you hired this guy..it's your word against ours, and I DON'T CARE", and then hung up on me. The other sales manager who is also my sales guy's brother...then told me "The reason you're getting such absent and rude service is that the service manager's daughter has cancer". Now how are customers supposed to know that?? As much as I feel for them as a family...they are still running a business, and need to call their customers back, not be so horrendous on the phone with them, and take responsibility for their actions. I can't even believe how horrendous of a situation this has turned out. The detailing department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Truly...unless you are buying a 2017 vehicle, and don't plan on ever servicing it there or dealing with any issues...DO NOT GO HERE. I am filing a report with the BBB TODAY, and taking them to Small Claims Court. NEVER have I been spoken to by any management team in such regard, THE WORST. Seriously...save yourself the trouble. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul, and thankfully I can take this car to another Kia dealership.

Honeslty, I have bought a few cars in my time and wasn't sure about trying a KIA going from my Nissan GTR to a K900 for the high powered technology/space but as soon as I test drove the K900 and did the math I knew I wanted it guys, seriously!!! The staff was friendly and they answered all my questions in a timely manner via voicemail and in person. Then I meet the finance team and they showed me how to become a Preferred Member to minimize the risk on my investment. I'd recommend anyone who loves Kia or isn't sure yet to come in and be open minded because Kia is the hottest product on the market and it literally was the best decision I've made. Thanks everyone for the easy quick and sales process, I've already recommended Metro Kia to a family member and a friend.

A visited Metro Kia in order to check out interior trims and colors on the Kia Optima. Ken Wall was very helpful, if a little inexperienced at the time, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He was more than accommodating in tracking down a vehicle that allowed me to get my questions answered, and was more than ready to go out for a test drive, though I did not have time that particular day. However, there were some signs that this dealer is still a work in progress - posters stuck to the wall instead of in frames, kind of a "warren" of cubicles, that sort of thing.

This dealership will use misleading information and fail to disclose everything as required by law in order to make a sale. When presented with evidence of their use of false information to make a sale, the dealership refuses to work with its customers to make it right. The sales manager, sales agent, and general manager instead will all yell at the customers on the sales floor and refuse to sit down and have a reasonable conversation about the issue. I have never been treated so poorly by a place of business and would never trust any sale from this dealership. They engage in deceptive behavior in order to hide known issues with vehicles as well as provide false information in response to questions in order to make a sale. Stay clear of this business.

Was told you had the car we wanted to look at. Drove half an hour to see it, & Noone knew what we were talking about. The man who said car would be there "for sure" had gone home for the night! The other person said the car was sent to auction, and, yet, another person said the car we wanted to see was never there... Complete confusion AND the staff left us sitting THERE, with no apparent empathy or compassion, to say nothing of other ideas to help us out somehow. We finally walked out laughing quietly. Will not go there again! Very disappointing & offensive experience.

Abhorrent customer service! They will not back their warranty. And they are completely incapable of detailing a car.My father purchased a brand new Oprima here over a year ago and it has been in and out of their service department for months due to ugly defects in the paint. It appears that something in the metal of the hood is reacting with the paint and causing spots to appear. They took it in and took 3 months to repaint a couple areas, becuse every time my father went to pick the car up, he found new obvious scratches in the paint placed there by incompetent detailers.The paint spots are back, so repainting isn't the solution. Replacing the hood is. But they refuse to stand by their warranties and support a customer who bought a brand new car from them. Just to save $500. What pathetic business practices! A new car should be I'm perfect condition, no questions asked.Stay away from this dealer! And check your car for scratches if they ever service it!Metro kia, contact me if you'd ever like to make this right.

They ask you to fill out info before giving you trade in or car pricing. I asked that I don't have my credit pulled until I agree to numbers - well they pulled anyway and said it was a "soft pull". They use it to knock you down on trade in and then if you are at all resistant - you won't even get numbers; they will just not return calls or requests. Most horrific experience buying a car ever. Loyal kia person but changing brands because I can't believe kia would allow their way of doing biz.

Went in looking for a new vehicle all they would offer me is a used one and only one used one told there was no other choices. The used one was the same price as some of the new ones on the lot. They pretty much just shoved it down my throat. So instead of a new one I ended up with a used so I had to buy a warranty add on when I could have gotten a new with a warranty. Also they did not disclose everything wrong with the vehicle. They should not be trusted and I would strongly suggest you check out other options and dealers. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Metro Kia of Madison to anyone who is looking to avoid the typical high pressure car salesman. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We worked with Dain Mason who did a great job in helping us to find our brand new Kia Sorento at an unbeatable price! Jamie Carney in finance also did a nice job explaining the paperwork. Overall we were very happy with our experience at Metro Kia of Madison and would recommend the dealership and brand to anyone who is a fan of getting the most bang for their buck.

I went to this dealership to check into a Kia Sorento. I had done plenty of research on the car online before I went there, and knew some of the pricing. First of all, I had asked repeatedly for an online quote before I drove all the way over there, never received one from this dealer, nor any other Kia dealer. That should have raised a red flag. I will say that Rich was great, very helpful. Things went bad when it came time for numbers. Rich did the typical "check with the manager" game, and brought back a quote that was almost insulting on the trade, and basically MSRP on the two different new models that I looked at. Then Mark the used sales manager comes in and the real trouble started. This man is the epitome of "Used Car Salesman". When I dared to dispute the amount for the trade in, he became extremely combative, and made me feel stupid for even asking. When I explained to him that another dealer had offered me $3000 more, he said it was because that car must be more expensive, I tried to explain that it was not, it was actually about $8000 less than the quote they gave me on a new Kia SXL. He acted like I was lying, and even said that my math wasn't adding up. (It was). I also did not appreciate the tactic of presenting the quote as the monthly payment - not the final price, until I asked. One of the monthly payments was based on a 7 year loan! Who pays for a car over a 7 year period? Of course the payment is going to be low, but the car would be worth nothing by the time it's paid for.I then stated that Kelley Blue Book was actually $3000 more than he quoted me. His response "Kelley is not going to be writing the check, are they?". At that point, I decided I was done. I asked for the keys to my current vehicle (which they had in their possession for at least an hour and a half - hard to leave when you don't have your car keys, right?) They followed me out, and when Rich asked me why I was leaving, I told him that his sales manager was a jerk, and there is no way I would do business with him. Of course, then Mark threw out "What if we give you what you want for your trade?". No way. That guy turned me off to the dealership, as well as Kia.I went across the street and had a wonderful experience at the Honda dealer, and I'm now a proud owner of a Honda CRV, and plan to be a Honda owner for life at this point. Rich was great, everything else about this dealership was horrible. Especially Mark - Sure wish I had his last name.

I had been looking around for a while, but the sales approach, friendly staff and buying process, coupled with the exclusive 20 year/ 200,000 mile warranty made it a no brainer. John Snyder, Jay Peterson and Rory Klossner made the whole experience enjoyable and gave me a great deal on my new car. If I buy another Kia, I know where I am going; Metro Kia of Madison!

The next Dealer was not honest with me about the 20 year 200,000 mile warranty that Metro of madison offered. I went to Madison from the Milwaukee area and bought our Kia. my name is mike and i was shopping for a new 2013 kia rio. i live in humboldt, iowa and was searching dealers throughout the area. i saw that all of the kia dealers all looked a like. when i came upon metro kia of madison. i submitted a request form online and within a hour i was contacted from a salesman. i was preapproved over the phone fast. so we talked about warranties, and was told about a free extra 10yr/100,000. i'm very pleased. worth driving 310 miles. thank you.mike brightly.

I went in there and had an appointment, the salesmen follow you around the lot until you park, it's creepy. I was very descriptive over email what I was looking for and my price range and he assured me that they had what I was looking for. Then the sales person I had an appointment with proceeded to show me NOT ONE car in my price range, badgered me to apply for more credit, pushed cars I wasnt interested in and told me I was essentially "stupid" for thinking I could get what I was looking for in my price range. I finally left, they badgered me for about 45 minutes. I went NEXT DOOR and found what I was looking for, in my price range. I would not recommend going here.
