I received kind, understanding and informative customer service. I was not ignored nor was I pressured. The sales person showed and explained the features of the car. He considered my circumstances, driving needs and budget so finding the right car was a simple process. The car I purchased was ready for pick up the next day and the sales person reviewed and confirmed I was comfortable with all of the features of my new car. I am very happy to be driving a 2017 Ford Fusion!

Very timely responses to my emails and calls. I had to travel from out of state so we worked out a deal before I traveled out there. Ronnie was great to work with and got me a fair price for my trade and for the car I bought. The purchase price was the best i could find in about a 600 mile radius. Drove home very happy. Everything was done in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend.

I had the "works" done to my car and I had very little waiting time, very quick service!!! I do have to admit, I really DISLIKE the couches and chairs in the waiting room. I am short and have back and neck problems and they made my back ache and my feet are about a foot from touching the ground. I had to move into the next room where there is a strip of chairs that area by the coffee machine. Out of all the waiting areas I have ever been too, this is honestly the worst and most uncomfortable one there is, metal chairs would be more comfortable than those leather couches and chairs. I see people much older than me struggle and sometimes need help to get back up again. I have been coming to Metro for 20 years and seriously have never felt comfortable in the furniture in the waiting area. This last visit it was even "painful" to me. Try sitting in that furniture for an hour or more and you will see what I am talking about. I Love the survice but the wait is very uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

George was very helpful in looking for a new car. I thought I was going to be overwhelmed looking for my first car, but George sat me down and explained all of my options and upgrades, while being very informative and not pushy. He let me test numerous cars with different packages and was genuinely trying to help me find the best fit without upselling me. Ronnie was very straight forward when negotiating the price and was able to work the best deal for me. He explained exactly what I was paying for and why it was this price. They found the exact car I was looking for and had it delivered to Metro Ford extremely quick with George updating me on the status the whole time. Overall great experience!

I stopped to have my tires checked because the low tire pressure light was on. I thought they would check them and add air. Instead they took pictures to make sure there were no dents on all four sides of my car and put it up on a rack. 1 hour and 20+ minutes later I am told there was nothing wrong with the tires and they added air to them. The tire pressure light went out. I went to the cashier office and had to pay $11+ dollars. While I am waiting for someone to tell me where my car was so I could leave, a black ford suv pulls in and says their tire pressure light is on. The service desk man checked his tires and added air to 2 of them and the driver left. I asked why they did his for free and on the spot and I had to wait for mine and pay for the same service. I was told I might have had a nail or a slow leak so they needed to check mine. So I ask the obvious....why didn't you check his? The service man had no answer. E vidently they think and treat women like they are idiots. We have bought multiple vehicles from them and each time I have used their service in the last 3 years I am disappointed. It was my LAST time for service at Metro Ford in Independence.

I want to thank our used car salesman for really listening to the details of what I said we wanted. He quickly identified having two cars on his lot that had the options and price I requested. He said he had a third car but it was $150.00 over the price I gave him as a max. He didn't want me to think he was being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the options on the vehicles and even assisted on some of the programming.After getting the car home I called back about an issue I found and had the full support of management and the service department to take care of the problem. On Labor Day my husband and I went into the Metro Ford Dealership to look at their used Ford Flex's. Upon arrival we were met with Ronnie Vargas. What a nice guy! We asked him if we could look at the used Blue 2014 Flex. He went off and got the keys and we were off. Before we got back from our test drive I knew my husband was in love with this vehicle.Ronnie answered all of our questions and went over all of the features of the vehicle. It was everything and more than we ever wanted in a vehicle. We put in a contract right away. It was just traded off so they hadn't had the opportunity to service the Flex. We came back the following Saturday for delivery and boy did it look like it was Brand Spanking New!We finished up with the paperwork. Ronnie helped us get everything set for us to drive away. This was the most awesome experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I cannot express how much this dealership is so Helpful and Friendly. Not just Ronnie.... Everyone was amazing. My husband and I started car shopping for the first time in MANY years and I was nervous about going through the whole process, especially since I'm not a fan of salesman and the "shmoosh" they put on. Garett was our salesman and we couldn't have asked for a better one!! He was very laid back and funny and most of all VERY knowledgable about the cars. Purchased a new car at Metro Ford, and could not be happier. We looked at multiple cars around the KC area, the sales and service at Metro is what sold us. We discussed price, landed on a number and was done. They had the best deal in town. Ronnie Vargas was amazing, answered all of our questions while test driving, no hard sales pitch. After the sale he sat in the car syncd our phones and went over every button in the car and explained in detail how it worked. This was after the sale at 6:30 in the eve. They detailed the car, and filled it with gas, while we signed the papers. We will definitely be back when time to purchase again, and would recommend our friends to go and ask for Ronnie!

My wife and I went to another dealership to search for a new car. The (Jeep dealer) guy there pointed to the lot of new cars and told us to look around. He then said if we find something to let him know. He promptly went back inside to the showroom. Needless to say we left, never to return. We then went to Metro Ford where we previously bought my F-150 a few years earlier. My wife found the car she wanted and George was a tremendous help. We should have started there first. I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle, and I've done it several times. I would imagine not needing financing helped the process but everyone we interacted with was great. We came in later in the afternoon to look at a vehicle they had recently taken in on a trade. We liked the vehicle but I really expected we would have to return the next day to complete the transaction because we had somewhere to be that evening. However, everyone really stepped up and got the paperwork done and the vehicle cleaned up and ready for us to take in time. Really pleased with our experience. I do not recall the name of the person that handled the paperwork but he was great to work with as well.

I walked in not expecting to get a car. Bad divorce no hope. But Christopher Delacruz worked with me. I told him no need to waste your time, but he had the faith. I know my budget and it wasn't anything. He worked his tail off and when I was overwhelmed he let me walk around and regroup. Never did Chris or anyone there pressure me. I bought a 2016 Escape. The salesman, Erich Phillips, was excellent to work with. Zero pressure, which I require. In fact, at one point, we were ready to leave because we weren't 100% sure. He supported that, said something to the effect of "absolutely think about it - I'm not making the payment, you are, so don't feel like you have to do this. Think about it and if it feels right, come on back in." We went outside, walked around and thought about it, came back in and closed the deal. At no point did we feel like there was pressure. I definitely recommend him - and Metro - to anyone who asks, and I will return the next time we need a vehicle.

Although they couldn't get me approved (Because of my own poor previous credit behavior), these folks tried hard. They knew going into everything that I was a pretty poor prospect for a sale and yet NOT ONCE did Rick or Jamison ever show me the least bit of snubbing or lack of attention. They treated me like I had an 750 credit score at all times. This is professional and I appreciate them trying and not making me feel bad for my situation that I had caused for myself. When I do get my situation right, believe me, I am coming back to Metro Ford.

When I arrived there was a large amount of cars who arrived right around the same time as me, about 6 of them were able to be ahead of me in line for service. I was told my service would take approximately 90 minutes which I was ok with. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful, my service was actually finished in less than 60 minutes. This was my second time here and I will continue to take my vehicle here, always a good experience. Thanks guys.

My experience with Metro has always been good. I have a 2012 Focus Titanium. So I have had in in several times. This time it needed a module in the transmission. It does get frustrating, but I'm sure it is just as frustrating for them to have to keep fixing them. They are always very courteous and helpful.

Very good car buying experience from start to finish. No real "dealership games" were attempted. The price on car was very fair as I shopped 3 other dealerships for same vehicle and no one else was close. I started search online and spoke with George who paired me with Ronnie when I got to dealership. Rick took good care of us in the finance dept too. Ronnie Vargas listened carefully to my ideas of what I thought the uses would be for an F-150 truck, and he sent me all the right brochures and web site information that was very helpful in narrowing down the options I would like. The truck options I wanted were difficult to find and might have required a custom build that would take months, but after much searching he found one with all of my requirements. I really appreciate the effort he and others put in making sure I found the right truck for my purposes. I was traveling in areas with poor cell and internet coverage just before the purchase, and Ronnie and other Metro Ford staff were very patient and thorough under difficult communication conditions. The truck was ready to go when I returned to Missouri with all the right bells and whistles, paperwork ready to go, and all done in a short time, once I made it back to the dealer. Metro also serviced my Ford Explorer making several repairs in less than an hour while I waited.

Garett made the experience of searching for a new truck very smooth and easy. Despite having trouble locating a truck (already built) to fit our needs, he ultimately helped us decide what we needed to order from the factory. It had been many years since we needed a new truck, so there was a lot of education involved on all the new features and Garett explained all very well, giving us examples on the lot for the different packages and configurations.

I was driving on I 435 with my special needs brother when my 1998 Ford Explorer with 177,000 miles on it literally exploded. I had it towed to Metro Ford because it was a familiar company that I had done business with before, knew people that had retired from there and they have a union shop, and was told that it would be very expensive to fix. I agreed, and was introduced to Garett Gibson one of the sales people. He was so helpful. I did not have time to look for a car as it was late so Garett emailed me pictures of what he thought I would like and what was affordable in my budget. I am single and care for my brother and did not have a ride to the dealership and Garett said he would even come and give us a ride. When I did find a car that I liked Garett went through the entire car front to back and side to side showing me all the safety features, explaining how and why they work and even all the fun stuff. I brought a Gray 2013 Ford Fusion. Garett even came in on his day off to be sure I had everything I needed and was happy. I love love love this car. I want to thank the Metro Ford team and Garett Gibson for all their help.

We are from Wyoming and were looking for a new van for our church. I looked all over the Internet and found what we were lookin for at Metro for the best price, but it was in Kansas City and we were not. My wife has family in Burlingame, KS and we were going to be close for a graduation so we thought we would check out the van. I wasn't planning on buying a car when I brought my 2003 Explorer in for a repair while traveling from Virginia to Oregon. When I found out the repair was going to be delayed because a part had to be ordered the service department told me I always had the option of trading in my Explorer. After thinking about my options I asked what can you show me? Erich Phillips was kind enough to show us some vehicles and take us on a test drive in a 2013 Edge. When Erich found out we had not had lunch or dinner he pointed out a great local BBQ restaurant and suggested we go eat while they get the paperwork started. I came to the Ford dealership looking for a vehicle because I really like Fords but ended up purchasing a 2014 Dodge Journey. Garrett Gibson was my sales person and he was super nice, funny and friendly. I loved that instead of having me stand out in the rain to check out the vehicle he drove us down to the car wash and parked in a bay so I could get out and really look it over and show me all the features. It was everything I was looking for pretty much, smaller then what I really wanted(I had a 2000 Expedition that broke down) but was in my price range and will work for my job. We went in to make a deal on new 2015 F150. Their internet sales manager made great effort to search out vehicles that met our criteria and his offers on the ones we considered were fair from the get-go. We possibly could have pushed a little lower but they really started from an already good target price. Jamison, was very easy to work with and I got no sense that he was interested in gaming us. All in all, this was a very good experience. They found an in-stock vehicle that matched my dashboard, body, and engine so we could get a clear picture of the vehicle even though ours was not on the lot and take a test drive. The aftermarket and finance personnel both explained the options and add-ons available without turning it into a torture session of pressure. Something I GREATLY appreciate. We did need to advocate for our trade-in value but I expected that to be the case.John in the aftermarket department took care of my truck and had it ready on-time despite the bed-liner arriving at the dealer without the proper xxxxx cut. The window tint job was done perfectly to my eye and the vehicle was spotless at delivery. It was worth the drive to this dealer to make our deal.

I love to purchase and service my vehicles at Metro. Most of the staff know my husband and I by name, and they always go above and beyond in order to get me in and out in a timely manner. I'm always greeted as a friend. I'm never given a line of bull to try to sell me stuff that I don't need, and the porters are actually able to use a clutch without destroying it. The best example of this is that I'm able to call ahead if I'm having a tire problem and they do their best to make sure that they have my tire in stock before I get there. Metro Ford will always have my business as long as they keep doing business like they want my business.

oil changed and a state inspection done on my 2010 Ford Escape. The only thing that I have a complaint about is; When my work on the car was done, I went and paid my bill at the cashiers desk, I then went out to leave. My car was locked up, I am not complaining about that( Safety first) What I am upset about that know one told me that I had to pick up my keys at the service desk. I am handicapped and can't walk a great distance at times. I called the service area, I had a very nice man bring me my keys, and informed that I was suppose to go to pick up my keys. I feel that the lady at the cashiers desk should have said this to me. Even a large sign at the cashiers desk would help also! Thank you M.L.Venyard

It was my first time buying a car. I went with my dad and the sales rep Chris came out and greeted us. He showed me the cars that I was looking for. He was very friendly and wasn't like a pushy sales man. He listened to us and answered questions to the best he could. He even got me car within my price range and helped me through it. Then I met Rick and he had me sign all the papers and since it was my first time he explained G.A.P to me and any other info. Overall I would gladly go back to this place if I wanted another car.

Great dealership to put you into the right vehicle. Garrett Gibson did a great job getting us acquainted with available options and our new vehicle. Garrett went the extra mile before and after the sell to make sure everything was right, including the car color, options and accessories. We struggled with the color of our new car, Metro went out to find another vehicle with the same options after we picked up our new Explorer and had second thoughts about the color once it was in the garage. We appreciate the extra effort, making sure we were satisfied. The short story is we kept the first one!

My wife and I purchased a new 2016 Ford Escape in February from Erich Phillips at Metro Ford. It was the best car buying experience that either of us has ever had. Everyone on the staff that we talked to was friendly, professional and very helpful. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. I have purchased over 15 different vehicles from Metro Ford because of the forthright manner in which they allow me to shop. No pressure, and very relaxed manner in allowing me to find the car/ truck I want, at the price I want to pay. Every one at the dealership make it an efficient aboard experience. Metro Ford Treated Me Well Buying My New Car.. The Salesman knew the Product he was Selling.The Salesman Garrett Gibson did a great presentation walk around on the vehicle. The car was ready to pickup on time. When the delivery of the car had taken place, Garrett had taken the time to go over the features with my wife and I. The process went rather smooth. Sadly, Ron Hamilton, the manger, turned my otherwise good experience into a horrible one. I urge anyone considering to purchase a car to AVOID him at all costs. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle earlier this week and less than 24 hours later, there was an engine malfunction and I drove my car immediately back to the dealership. Needless to say, I was very unhappy and feeling uneasy about my expensive purchase. After going to the dealership for the THIRD day in a row to pick up my car, I inquired about having my car maintenance in the future for my extreme inconvenience. Mr. Hamilton proceeded to embarrass me and berate me like a child in front of everyone on the sales floor for asking for "freebies," telling me there was nothing else he could do for me. And this is how the Hewlett's trust him to run their business. My family of four has spent well over $200,000 in cars, warranties, maintenance, etc. over the last several years with Metro Ford, never again will we purchase from here because of the unnecessary disrespect I received this week from Ron Hamilton. I hope no one else has to deal with this lack of customer service, embarrassment and inconvenience.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus back in January from Garett. We had a "series of unfortunate events" you can say from the few days before we purchased the Focus with other members of staff up to the day where we had to go license our vehicle and ran into issues with the title. Garett made sure he took care of us every step of the way! He went above and beyond to make sure we received top notch care and worked diligently to get the issues resolved. He was professional, built a rapport with us, and made sure everything was taken care of. He responded quickly to our phone calls/emails and was knowledgeable about the car he was selling us. I purchased a new 2015 F-150 shortly before the new year. It was a very painless process and I am more than happy with the vehicle. My issue would be the fact that following my purchase, I reached out to two separate individuals who I had contact with at the dealership regarding the monthly payments. I had no idea what my credentials were to log in so I could begin payments on my loan. Twice I was ignored by my salesperson and once I was ignored by the internet sales manager who distributed my lead to the salesperson. I was very frustrated with the lack of service and it seemed that once they had my money, I wasn't seen as somebody who deserved a simple email or phone call back explaining that I would receive the information in the mail two days before my payment deadline. I have zero issues with the truck and would certainly purchase it again. It's reliable and exactly what I wanted. I commend Metro Ford for helping me locate the perfect truck. At the same time, I will likely never refer a friend/relative/coworker to the dealership.

We arrived at 2pm on New Year's Eve (Thursday) knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted to purchase and how much we were willing to pay for it. Tom negotiated in good faith, but kept having to get input from a manager, and the entire process ended up taking much longer than we expected. When we finally drove our brand-new car off the lot shortly before 6pm, we discovered that the main headlights would not turn on--even though the parking lights, high beams, and fog lights were all operating normally. Several members of the sales staff took turns trying in vain to figure out and fix the problem, until David offered to give us a loaner vehicle for a few days so that he could keep our car and get it working right.They were closed on New Year's Day (Friday), and I had to call several times on Saturday for updates; i.e., they were not proactive about keeping us apprised of their progress. Eventually they determined that the Body Control Module needed to be replaced, which required having a new one shipped from the manufacturer. When it arrived Tuesday morning, David realized that he needed both keys in order to program it--including the one that I had taken with me--so he sent someone to my office to pick it up. Another member of his staff delivered our car to our home that evening, and drove the loaner vehicle back to Metro Ford.Along the way, we learned that our car had apparently been a dealer trade, and the previous dealer failed to include the Owner's Manual and other standard documentation. Metro Ford mailed replacements to us a couple of weeks later, and also claimed that the other dealer should have done the typical inspection that would have turned up the defective headlights. We never found out who that other dealer was. To his credit, David apologized multiple times for our troubles, and ended up giving us (at no charge) a paint and leather protection package that we had declined during the sales process. Still, needless to say, our overall experience was less than pleasant.

We were very pleased with the quality of work that was performed, but was not happy with the pick up process, I was asked to go see the cashier and at that time my vehicle would be pulled around and ready for us, it only took about 10mins or so with the cashier and then we returned to the service station waited and waited all while 4 employees were gathered talking and laughing, so after an additional 10mins I walked up the ask one of them and they were speaking inappropriately about something/someone and was started when they seen me standing there I ask about my car they walked over the where the keys were hung pushed the panic button and said oh your car has been in front this whole time here ya go! Well I don't understand how I would of known that and I was a little upset by that. Other than the lack of help in picking up our car the experience was great. We have worked with Emery through this process and he was great! Thanks you.

I have a 2014 Ford Fusion went out in late afternoon to start my car and it wouldn't start.Called roadside service and they came out gave me a jump start. Took it streight to Metro Ford [just a few blokes away] it was getting pretty late and I was afraid they wuoldn't be able to get me in, by the time I arrived. Everyone there was very friendly. However, a while back, we had some body work done on my 2010 Edge. I was t-boned on the passenger side and the front door window still has air coming in. We have had them look at it every time we take it in for an oil change. This last time we were told that it was a broken rear view mirror. If the mirror is indeed broken, they had to have missed it when they did the estimate for the body work. I don't understand how they can say that air coming in around the back side of the window is from a mirror on the outside of the car. Just driving the car, it is not noticeable but as a passenger, it is very annoying.

I would have never thought that I would be able to get a car from a dealership at my age with my credit. I can't thank Aaron enough for all that he has done for me. He was able to get me approved for a used car that is not only close to new but I love. It only has about 19,000 miles for a 2013. Everyone at this dealership is amazing. I came in and saw Jeff Watson, as I was buying a car through USAA car buying service. He made it quick, painless, didn't try to upsell. He worked with me to fit the massive negative equity on my trade in to put me in a brand new Ford Escape titanium well below what it should have been. We're it not for the service department taking their sweet time I would have been in and out in less than 3 hours tops. He was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and willing to work with me. All the staff I dealt with were good, but If you go to metro ford I recommend seeing Jeff Watson if you want a painless, fun, efficient experience.

After the few hurdles am very pleased with my purchase and the efforts extended with the loaner while you were making final repairs. you all went above and beyond, I purchased a used car and you didn't have to provide the loaner during the repairs. You kept my "new" vehicle safe on the showroom floor . Although the tire sensor is still not functioning properly, it is an 11 year old vehicle, there will be hiccups, and I think I am intelligent enough to check the tires occasionally. I have purchased 5 or more vehicles from Metro and always drove away satisfied that I got the best deal around. Great group of people to deal with, everyone is extremely helpful and straight forward. The sales department is top notch and DOES NOT try to sell you something that you don't want. They WILL however do their absolute best to get you into the vehicle of your choice at a fare and reasonable price. They really go above and beyond. Eric Phillips is probably the best (and most fun) sales person I have ever dealt with. Honesty is most assuredly his policy. The service Department at Metro is probably the best I've seen anywhere. Last year, my wife and I were test driving a vehicle from another dealer and mistakenly turned into the Metro Ford lot instead of the intended one. We were met by George Indelicato. We explained, with a little embarrassment. Well, George didn't even bat an eye when he told us he could get us a better deal. HE DID! That was almost exactly one year ago. We returned to upgrade my wife's vehicle but ended up with a beautiful 2014 Ford F150 XLT, with much thanks to Jeffery Watson who introduced us to this truck that I am in love with. In fact we received a better deal than was originally quoted. This kind of service is nearly unheard of in this day and age where 'getting' the most is more important than 'giving' the best. Metro Ford is one very classy dealership. Just like Arnold says: "I'll be back!!"

Everyone that we dealt with was fantastic. Honest, friendly and responsive. Garrett and George worked hard to find the specific car we were looking for. Another great experience at Metro Ford. It's a real low pressure showroom. This time worked mostly with Garett Gibson. He was very helpful. There to answer questions, but also giving my wife and I the space we needed to make our decision. He made sure we were aware of all the functions of the car and how they worked before we left the lot. He's followed up a couple times with phone calls to make sure everything was still good. it is. We'll definitely go back to Metro again.

I picked up a screw in one of the tires on my Transit Connect. Rather than deal with changing the tire and taking it to a tire repair shop for repair, I brought my Transit Connect to Metro Ford where they were able to fix the tire very quickly.No appointments for next Tuesday, no sweating in my driveway changing tires. Just fast, quality service at a fair price. I don't expect this type of service every time, but from experiences I have had with other dealerships, I know that I can depend on Metro Ford to do more than just "schedule an appointment for next week" to fix the problem.

The battery went out of my Lincoln and I called Lincoln's Roadside assistance who came out and jumped my battery. Next without an appointment I went to Metro Ford and they got us in without waiting a long time and replaced my battery under warranty. I will definitely use them again even though they are not my nearest Ford dealer

For several months I researched and went back and forth on whether I should finally by my dream car. When I finally went to Metro Ford, I spoke with Garett Gibson. His knowledge, friendliness and easy-going manner made my decision a lot easier to make. Garett answered all my questions, was patient with me, and was very down to earth and went out of his way to get the Metro Ford staff including himself to extensively search for what I was looking for. Garett and the Metro Ford staff made my buying experience very easy and pleasurable. I had gone to 4 other area Ford dealerships and Metro Ford seemed to be the only dealership that actually cared about me as a customer buyer and Garett made sure of that. Garett Gibson and Jason Bills both went out of their way to work with me and found me a great deal on my dream ride. They found my 2015 6 speed, stock GT Mustang in another state and they had someone responsible go and pick it up, and got me a great deal. My experience with the other dealerships verses Metro Ford was like night and day. Garett and his team was also nice enough to follow me and drive my original vehicle back home for me (not a trade in). Since then, he has kept in touch with me to make sure everything is good. I went to Metro Ford to look at used cars for a replacement for my work vehicle that had been totaled in an accident. The first person I talked to was George Rackley. I gave him my needs and went back a day later to see what he had. We looked at several vehicles. I drove one and afterwards asked him to hold it for me for 24 hours. I called George the next day (Saturday) and told him I would be in on Monday to purchase the vehicle. We wrapped it up on Monday, The dealership took care of some recall issues and I picked the vehicle up on Tuesday morning as promised. Everything was handled in a efficient and professional manner. It has been 10 years since I bought a car. It sure got easier. I could not be happier with service George gave me or the product I bought. (2013 Ford Fusion) Thanks George.

As always my visit was not a very long one. I got "The Works" done on my car and I was there less than an hour. The coffee was good but the furniture, even though it is new, is very uncomfortable. I would rather sit in a folding chair than that couch that swallows you up when you sit in it. Very difficult to get back up after sitting in it. I had to help my husband get up as he has back, knee and hip issues. The seating is not for older people or people with disabilities. Only one chair there that is acceptable/comfortable but it was unfortunately taken.

I was having a problem with a light coming on the dash (Service Advance Trac) and just stopped in to see what was wrong. Mr. Stone immediately helped me and had my Mustang checked out. It turns out nothing was really wrong and they gave me a clean bill of health, so to speak. However, MR. Stone assured me that any time the light came on again they would fix anything wrong. He also informed me of the Recall on my Mustang, but the parts are not in yet, so he will keep me informed about those parts. I was very pleased with my service at Metro Ford.

I have a 2012 Focus Titanium. It needed to have the recall on the transmission module reset, and it was done right away. I can make an appointment any time I need to, and they always accommodate me and get me in with a smile. Everyone I have ever dealt with treats me with respect and explains everything they do. I would rate them very good to excellent every time I have been there!

I really don't know if the repairs worked...my repair technician hasn't had the chance to drive it yet, he is out of town all week. The dealership had my truck for 3 weeks, replacing part after part. They were very good with communicating to us the diagnosis of problem solving each day; I guess only time will tell. If everything works great, then they did a great job with the tough situation they were dealt. In their defense, we did not purchase the vehicle from Metro Ford.DH

Your service guy Gary or greg went above the call of duty to make sure I was happy. And he cared because I was upset about an issue I noticed when I purchased my escape. When I brought it to the attention of the salesman they said the tire was low but instead of airing it up constantly. Before it taken 1 yr 1|2 to finally get resolved. I kept complaining about it each time nitrogen was just kept being put in. And it became to constant and insisted I bring it in and I did, I would just say listen to your customer I asked for another tire but I shoukd have insisted. But its fixed now I am happy now thanks.

I went online to look at vehicles and filled out my credit application. Erin from Metro Ford called me back and found out everything I wanted. He called me back with more questions and then never called me back. I called and left 3 different messages and finally reached him with my fourth call. He didn't seem like he was interested in selling me a vehicle so I asked to have the sales manager call me. Kent called me within five minutes and found out everything I wanted and told me to come in. I came in the same afternoon and Kent has Jeffrey help me out. Both Kent and Jeffrey acted very interested and helpful in selling me a vehicle. They worked with financing and Ford and got me everything I wanted. The day I took my 2016 Explorer home they had put a dealership emblem on the back and my husband asked that it be removed and it was. It was put back on the day that I took it in to have undercoating done. My husband was not pleased, however, it doesn't bother me so we left it on. I wouldn't think twice about coming back to Kent and Jeffrey. They were awesome.

I have been a Metro Ford customer through 3 vehicle purchases and have to say this was the best purchase ever. They had the truck I wanted available, in the color I wanted which caught me by surprise. Could only find 2 places that had that particular truck. The staff was professional, friendly, happy. They never made me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions. They handled all my requests to keep the paperwork down to a minimum before I even got there. I was under a time constraint once I decided to buy the truck and all my prepurchase requests were DONE! Good customer service is very had to find anymore and they should train other companies how to accommodate customers. I could go on and on with how happy I am with my new truck but the bottom line is, if you are looking to by a vehicle don't bother going anywhere else. Go direct to Metro Ford, you will be glad you did. They have a customer for life.

I've known George Indelicato for many years and honestly wasn't surprised when my car-buying experience was fantastic. He's always been one of my favorite young people (I'm old!)) and I've always found him totally reliable. I know he's conscientious; but beyond that, I was sure that my pleasure and satisfaction in, and after, the "deal" were more important than just doing his job. I drop in the dealership occasionally and see his care and consideration with other clients firsthand. He never knows when he'll look up and see me standing at his desk. He has followed up the sale of my Escape with phone calls and notes to check up on me and my car. I have dealer loyalty since I am a Ford Motor Company widow, but I get to choose where to buy my Fords. I see no reason to leave Metro as long as George is there. He's amazing!!

We purchased a Ford Transit Connect. I did not know such a vehicle existed -- thought all Transits were commercial vehicles. Metro Ford is the only dealer that has a selection of these vans. I lamented that ford did not have anything close to a mini van like the old days, and Michael Henry showed us the Transit Connect. We went home, talked about it, returned, test drove, and purchased one. We still have less than 50 miles on it, but are pretty sure we are going to like it OK. We have purchased only Fords since February 14, 1994.

It took some negotiation, but the car was repaired. The parts and maintenance manager really stepped up to the plate when no one else was able to do so. So far, the problem that has occurred twice in 3 months (I've only had the car for 5 months) has been fixed. Let'd hope there are no more issues.

We pulled into Metro Ford looking for a 2015 Ford Escape Saturday August 8,2015 and within a minute we had a sales rep(Jeffery Watson) asking if we needed any assistance or could he answer any questions that we may have. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, Everyone inside greeted us with a smile and the parts/service department helped us get set up with the additions that we were having added to the car and the finance department went out of his way to help get the best deal on warranty/service contract that we were very very satisfied with.

After having test driven a vehicle and leaving a message that we had financing in hand and would be there to get the vehicle...we get there to find out it sold. It would have been nice to know that it had sold (after hours) before we drove all the way to Independence. Our salesperson didn't even listen to the voicemail that was left, and was apparently not given a message from another salesperson. The vehicle being sold, it is what it is, but the poor customer service is too much to overlook. All we got is an "I'm sorry."

I was told up front that there was 1 hour and 45 minute wait for oil change. My car was completed in under that time. However when I went to pick up the keys after paying for the oil change there was only one person at the service desk, who was on hold, and told me that as soon as he got off the phone, he'd be able to help me. At the time there were 2 other people waiting to have service on their vehicles. I believe the gentleman could have multi-tasked in order to take care of the customers in a more timely manner since he was on hold. Or he could have at least called someone to come help him out. This will in no way keep me from coming back but I felt it should be brought to your attention.

I brought my car in for an oil change and also for a problem I noticed with the transmission. Everyone was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is that when I called to check to see if my car was ready to be picked up, no one could find me in the computer, and then the same thing happened when I came to pick up my car. I waited for 30 minutes at the cashier's window (where I was directed to go) while the lady tried to find me and my car in the computer. Eventually the man I talked to on the phone (Craig) was called to find the info, which he did. Also the interior of the cars plastic runner around the bottom of the drivers door and the drivers seat was filthy. I watched the guys pull the plastic off the floorboard and also the seat, but that part was left exposed and was covered in what looked like soot and mud from someone's shoes. As for service, everything was good. All my services were covered by my warranty and I was even provided a rental car free of charge since the service department had to keep my car for a few days.

George at Metro Ford was amazing to work with! We were looking for a new car due to an accident totaling the last Fusion and settled on a 15' Fusion Titanium Hybrid. The closest car was a long ways out and the went and got it for us! We had some extra work done to the car (moon-roof and tinted windows which came out perfect) which was completed within two days. Unfortunately we had a family crisis that delayed our pickup of the car until a time when the dealership was rather busy. Despite this George found a way to go out for a test drive with us and make sure we understood all the new functions, even sharing his preferred presets! I cannot forget to mention Tall Paul, we had a slight wait to go back and see him because I believe he was the only one there at the time but he was able to take care of all our paper work inside of 10 minutes, that includes having to re-do one form due to incorrect signatures on my part.

Not happy with having to go through so many people to get to the final result. Told different interest rates and ended up higher than I expected Was happy that Brent in the service dept took the time to explain the problem with not getting to my car that had been towed in was impressed with him and truly thought he understood why I was upset.from 1-10 I give Brent a 9.George did the best he could to help me find the car I really liked. I was a little pain in the a-- for them I believe. But when you purchase a car with the prices they are today you need to be happy! For George and Garret I give them both from 1-10 a 8 1/2. Your dealership upheld their responsibility to us as buyers and did a quality job of it. The ONLY suggestion we have for improving service is that you could work on fine tuning communication skills between crew and between crew and customers a bit. We were left wondering exactly what was going on a bit too long during our buying and repair experiences. We think there was quite a wait because crew wasn't able to communicate as affectively as possible. However, they do a thorough job and we are always very pleased and it was worth the wait.

During our search for a 2014 Ford F150 within the Kansas City area, we called many dealerships who told us that there were not any available within a 100 mile radius. However, after calling Metro Ford and speaking with George he explained to us that although there were none available within the area he would be willing to drive 300 miles each way to pick one up for us! George, even went on his day off and kept us updated on the process every step of the way. His pricing was very reasonable, best price we found after searching online and the buying process was very easy. George was respectful, helpful and really went above and beyond. I had been looking for a new Explorer for a few months and each time I visited Metro Ford the staff was always friendly and willing to answer any questions without being pushy or overbearing. I had looked at Explorers at other locations when they were closed trying to find exactly what I wanted on the Explorer. Once I had figured out exactly what I wanted, I came back to Metro Ford where Jeffery Watson greeted me asking if he could assist me with anything. I explained I had been looking for a while and was ready to test drive an Explorer. He found one on the lot that had most of the same options I was looking for so I could get the full experience of what it provided. After the test drive Jeffery along with other staff members located the exact Explorer I wanted and worked on getting it from another location. When the car arrived and they put on the finishing touches. When I arrived to pick up the Explorer Jeffery and Garret walked me though step by step all the features explaining how everything worked. I just wanted to say thank you to both of them as well as the other staff who assisted with the after market options and financing. It was a pleasure working with all of them. we have a 2013 taurus sel and we have our share of problems. (1) car would not start and needed to be towed at our expense. a gas sensor(?) was the problem. (2) battery had a bad cell.car is less than two years old.battery was replaced. interior lights do not always go off. before retiring for the night we always check the garage to make sure all lights are off. ford could not find any problem.we are not satisfied with this vehicle.there are other issues with your ford mechanics which i can't go into at this time.

As always, the service department was friendly and courteous, and had my oil changed and the truck inspected with minimal waiting. They were outstanding. I did, however, look at cars on the showroom floor for about 15 minutes, sitting in and taking interest in several, and was totally ignored by the sales staff who were lounging around. I purchased my truck from you a few years ago. Had this happened at that time I would likely have left and purchased elsewhere. My being there for service doesn't preclude my interest in trading vehicles.

The first impression walking in the door says it all. We were greeted within the first few steps of walking in the door, and made to feel as if we've been friends just running into each other. George was both informative as well as personable with our conversation topics, was straightforward in helping make a good decision, all the while putting us in the car we purchased within the first 30 minutes of us being there. We never had a feeling that we were settling on a car, but was made to feel we bought exactly the right car for us. The work that needed to be done to the truck was done in a quick manner to get our truck back to us and the price was very reasonable; especially liked the rebates... the only issue we had was one of the guards was not secured correctly back to the truck. However, when we called back in to get the issue resolved, the service team was very willing to get the truck back in to correct the issue.

Brought my 2015 Taurus SHO to have all weather radial tires put on it because the factory tires had NO TRACTION or STOPPING ABILITY in snow packed roads/inclement weather conditions. The sales manager arranged to have the tires mounted, as well as a spare to put in my trunk, since the vehicle came from the factory with NO SPARE TIRE!!! I brought my Escape in for an oil change and told the service advisor, Mike Russell that I wanted to wait for it. He said that he would tell the technicians I was waiting so it would be as quick as possible. I was very surprised how quick they got it done.Until I bought the Escape I had been getting service at Valvoline or Jiffy Lube service facilities. Because I had a warranty repair shortly after purchasing the vehicle (I purchased it used) I went to Metro for that and also had them change the oil. Your prices are better than Valvoline without all of the upselling that they subject customers to. What I get from you is what I need done, not a list of everything that might need to be done whether or not it's already been done or not.Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with your service staff and Mike Russell in particular in the past year that I've been dealing with Metro Ford.

I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V. The salesman, George, was very nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I also had a nice conversation with Jason. The finance guy, Paul, worked through the paperwork quickly at my request. The entire staff and experience was great. No one was pushy. The only thing I did not like was the interior was overly moist and in some places still wet the day after bringing my vehicle home.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion SE with the luxury package upgrade. The vehicle was in stock with the interior and exterior colors I was interested in. I inquired about the car over the Internet and "casino George" sent me an email with the car price with all discounts and rebates. I went the next day to test drive the car and wanted to purchase it. I had some extra accessories I wanted done, and it was ready for pickup on time as promised. The staff was knowledgeable on the car and helpful with the finance options. Had a nail in my tire. Brian in the service area was awesome. Though the tire wasn't instock, he ordered one and had the service tech quickly put on the spare for me, so I could go ahead and drive home. I was able to come back on the next business day for the new tire, mounted and balanced, and was on my way very quickly. Everyone in the service dept is very friendly, professional and courteous. My oil lamp lit up on my 2006 Ford Exploerer when I was idling or stopped at a traffic light. The service writer, Mike Russell, explained to me what was the procedure to diagnose the problem, and had a technician immediately perform the diagnosis and repair while I waited in the customer waiting area. The problem was resolved, and I was very pleased with the cost of the repair and the expediance in which my problem was handled. The service department at Metro Ford should be recognized for truly outstanding customer service and satisfaction. A job well done and I am a very happy customer. Have taken the Mustang to Metro a number of times for servicing in the last five years. Never have had a bad experience. Service is performed quickly and thoroughly. Staff is professional, friendly and knows what they're doing. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Like getting small town customer service in a large suburban dealership. I like Metro Ford.

This was my first purchase from Metro Ford. I am a lifelong Ford owner. Word around town was Metro Ford was the best Ford dealer in town. I quit getting my service work done at Blue Springs Ford and started coming to Metro. I was tired of getting my car back dirty (greasy fingerprints etc) Although my experience at Metro has been very good, let me share with you my experience at Honda. We recently bought a Honda pilot. When I get service done there, my car is always washed, and I generally receive a follow-up phone call the next day to see if it went well.

2015 Ford Fusion SE purchased. Enjoyed the experience despite the cold weather of looking at several versions and colors of Focuses and Fusions. Brought in my car to find out what was hanging down in front of the back axle and they told me in short order what was wrong and set up and appointment to get it repaired and also told me about what the cost would be. Brought in on the appointment day and they were ready for me and got it done in about and hour's time. Lots of room to walk if get tired of sitting while waiting.

I came to the sales floor and asked for the oldest sales man on the clock and I got the youngest, Jordan, so I was a skeptic. He braved the cold with me to look for a car for my husband while my husband worked his shift. Jordan talked to my husband on my cell phone to get ideas of what he wanted. We came in the next morning and the first Fusion we test drove was the car we bought. While he wasn't the sales guy I went in expecting he did an AWESOME job. We had some laughs and were out of the dealership in time for my husband to get to work. THANK YOU Metro Ford, and especially Jordan on his first week back.

Went for an oil change and a 33,000 mile check up for my 2011 Ford Escape. Ask the man (,I think his name was Brian, very nice man) that helped me to check my radio as it sounded like it was not on station and I could not figure it out. While I was waiting he told me there was a problem with the passenger door speaker and he found it was under warranty and he would order the speaker and I could bring it back in for them to install ALL under warranty. WOW! The speaker came in yesterday and I was there at 7am this morning and left about 7:45am. That was super fast! I love that service department. I am so thankful to Brian for his help with the speaker!!

I was very pleased with the overall experience. The car we purchased was fairly priced and the salesperson, Jason Bills, and the finance manager, Paul, were both helpful and friendly. The only negative was that the next day we realized that the CD player is not working. We know that we signed an As Is agreement, but it would have been nice if that was disclosed.

It was a pretty nice experience considering I had to take my new car in for several problems. Now that I picked it up, there are more problems :) Not a good experience, but that has nothing to do with the dealership, it has to do with the manufacturing of the automobile. They treated me extremely well, took care of all of the problems listed and explained to me the what and whys. When I picked up the car, it was clean and all of the requested work and been done and problems fixed. They had the car for several days but I was given a rental car which was extremely nice. I would recommend them to others :)

Your Service Manager, John Davis, is totally awesome, personable, friendly, helpful, couteous, I cannot help but tell you that my experience is never an inconvenience when working with this fellow. Keep him around. My service included the replacement of the belt, and I talked with the mechanic who did it. He was very knowledgable about my truck and the belt that was replaced, and even told me why it was important to replace it at the time I went in to have the work done. I truly appreciate your employees professionalism. Good Job to all!

We came in to buy a newer car because ours kept having recalls. We had an amazing experience and a wonderful sales associate named Michael. They were all wonderful to us while we were there and even let me bring my puppy inside out of the cold weather (which was much appreciated). I ended up getting a 2012 Ford fusion and I love it!! I bought my 1st Escape at Metro and when it was recently wrecked they were the only place I went to look for a replacement vehicle since my prior experience was so easy and hassle free. I wanted the same make/model/year I had and they were able to find exactly what I wanted ( 2012 Escape). Each member of the staff I talked to was very nice and considerate of my condition since I was still injured from the wreck. Nicest bunch of people there. Went in for the 48,000 mile check and "The Works". Took only an hour until my name was called to pay at the cashier. Then I was out. Wish that a member of the service team had made a point to welcome me then talk to me about what was done to my car. They make a point of going over everything that was done when you go to Jiffy Lube, why not Metro Ford? Just a little extra personal service would have been nice. But I can't complain about the time to get me in and out.

I went to Metro Ford not knowing what I was looking for in a car. I was approached by a salesman and told him my history with cars. In the past I have bought cars and later found out that they were very difficult for me to get in and out of, either too high or too low. I also have had bad experiences with seats seeming to be comfortable only to find out later that they were no good for my back or hips. The salesman listened and heard what I was saying. He showed me a car and understood when I said that the seats were too hard. He went out of his way to find a car that would fit my budget, and my needs. After talking to three wonderful friendly men, I left there in my beautiful 2008 Ford Edge. This car is everything I needed, and so much more than I ever thought I could own. When I had to take in paperwork a few days later, the staff treated me like one of the family. We were joking and laughing together. Thank you Metro Ford for making a very stressful day in my life like a day in the park.

When I started car shopping, I spent weeks talking to sales person after sales person, filling out credit apps left and right. Everywhere I looked I was shown vehicles that were well out of my price range, assured that we could 'make it work' then denied financing. I had pretty much come to the conclusion that I wasn't going to be buying a car any time soon before I went to Metro Ford. They ran my credit first, only showed me cars that I could comfortably afford and sent me home in a 2013 ford focus that same day. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, and did everything they could to find the right car for me! I absolutely recommend them and plan on doing business with them for many years to come!

I went on to Metro Ford's website to browse their inventory and see what they had available in their used vehicle inventory. I filled out a Black Book evaluation on my trade and got a response back from the dealership thanking me for checking out the website and asking if there was anything they could do to help. I responded back that I had not seen any vehicles that were in my price range and that I had a trade in. George Indelicato responded back and we exchanged several emails until I decided to come in and see what kind of deal they could work out with me on a trade for my current vehicle. They gave me a fair trade value for my vehicle and were able to find a truck for me that fit my family and work needs. Both George and his manager were courteous and attentive to my requests. When I buy a vehicle, I know everything about it before I set foot in the door. Most sales people want to throw out their pitch and come off pushy when they think a deal isn't going their way. From the beginning, my experience with George at Metro Ford was a very relaxed one. No talking down to me, no pushy tactics...just an honest conversation and a positive outcome for both of us. Glad I went to Metro Ford.

Wife and I purchased a used Edge LTD recently and really enjoyed the overall experience with Metro Ford. Brought Mom and she bought one too. Came on recommendation from our kids as they also purchased an Edge. Great bunch of folks to deal with, though they need some touching up on communication and organization. We had to return to get our MVI slip so we could get the tags transferred. Also, before we took delivery we (I) indicated that the car had no license plate bracket in front. When we got there to pick it up, it still had no bracket. This is only a minor thing, but a bit inconvenient to have to come back. Also, updating the online photos would be appreciated as my son-in-law came to look at a pickup that he believed was black only to find it was not. This is why I rated our experience as good, but not great.

The whole experience of buying the truck was great, George is excellent at his job, he does a very nice job in explaining the vehicle to doing the paperwork. I've bought several new vehicles in the past and no one else has ever done this great of a job. George Indelicato went the extra mile to put us in the "right" vehicle. We started out looking at Certified Preowned Cars due to a previous Ford product I purchased in 2008. With all the great rebates going on in Truck Month George found us a new 2013 F150 100 miles away that fit our needs and budget and came with a 100000 mile drive train warranty since it was truck month. We couldn't be happier with the whole buying process at Metro Ford. No high pressure sales and the whole experience was wonderful. Kudos to George and the staff at Metro Ford

I recently came to Metro Ford to purchase a vehicle. My experience was one of the most satisfying. The service went above and beyond my expectations. I would like to compliment George Indelicato and Kent Martin, along with the entire team for their excellent service they provided me. I was pleased with their professional manner. George is a real asset to your business. Anyone who treats customers with care and respect is truly and edge over your competition. I will definitely go out of my way to patronize where I was treated so well. You definitely gained a new customer!

George was most accomodating answering all of our questions and going out of his way to get us the best deal. He has also made follow-up contact to make sure we are enjoying our new car. At one point, when the car needing a minor service repair, he delivered the car back to our home.

We have bought MANY cars over the years, and I must say this was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had. It wasn't the easiest situation to deal with since we were trading 2 vehicles in for 1, but the guys at Metro Ford (George Indelicato, Dave Barber, John-accessories, and Rick-finance) made it happen without any hiccups. Honestly, dealerships are not my most favorite place to be, they tend to take hours, waste time and not listen to the customer about what payment they need to be at - by bringing back these ridiculous offers that are no where near the specified payment from the customer. So naturely I was expecting the same from this dealership. WOW! I must say, they did none of the things I was expecting. They got straight to the business at hand, which was to sell us a vehicle. They didn't waste our time with nonsense, the entire visit was rather short which was great. When it came time to discuss the numbers they were actually listening, because when George came back with the first offer it was very close to where we said our payment needed to be. This is where other places would have come back with an offer several hundreds of dollars above where the customer needs the payment to be. John and Rick were also great. My husband was able to get everything done to the truck that he wanted at one time. We do not live close to this dealership (90 miles round trip), Dave Barber gave us a loaner truck and told us to keep it until our truck was completed. It took a couple of days to get everything done on our truck, but because we had the loaner truck, we were able to do our regular weekly routine and not be without a truck. We got our payment where we wanted, GAP insurance, all accessories my husband could ask for, and an extended warranty for the full term of the loan, and most importantly one of the BEST buying experiences we have ever had!! I've said a lot, not much more I could say other than "Thank you all at Metro Ford for this wonderful experience". We will definately recommend your dealership to family and friends whenever they are in the market for a vehicle.

I negotiated the trade-in and sales price ahead of time with Paul. They were the only dealership that worked with me this way. Coming from out of town, I didn't want to waste a trip unless the deal made sense. Paul was very easy to deal with and not high-pressure. Although the finance step was a little long, the guy was upfront and didn't try to sneak in extras (like many other dealerships). Having the deal already worked out is just an easier way to do things. Overall it was great experience and I will return.

George is amazing! He went above and beyond for me in my purchase of a Ford Taurus. As a female car buyer most salemen try to take advantage of females by pressuring them into cars or treating them as they know nothing (personal experience.) George went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was interested in. He even offered to show me other models they had on the lot. George and his manager Emery made sure to get a payment that was comfortable for me. I never felt pressured by the numbers they were showing me. I told them what I could afford and they made it happen! Out of several dealership visits, Metro Ford was amazing with my trade in and was actually a couple of thousand over what all the other dealerships were offering me. I will definately go back when I am ready for another car. And I will DEFINATELY recommend Metro Ford to anyone that is looking for a car. A HUGE THANKS to George and Metro Ford!!!

I had been to another ford dealership 3 weeks ago to trade my 2012 Ford Edge on a 2013 Ford Edge with a few updates. I have been going to that dealership for several years and was very disappointed when the salesman did not seem as if he wanted to sell me a car. What's up with that; isn't that his job? There was no car on the lot that I either liked or could afford. So I went home and got on-line and saw that Metro Ford had the vehicle I wanted so I went there to see if I could make a deal. As I was driving through the lot Casino George happened to be walking by and I asked him where the Ford Edges were located. Even though he was carrying several items and his hands were full he took the time to point me in the right direction and then came over to help me. The car I saw on-line was not an AWD as I thought so George and I discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told George all of my must haves and made an appointment to come back on another day after the Fourth of July holiday; that would also give George time to see if he could find some differnt options for the vehicle I was looking for. I came back to the dealership on July 8th and George was there waiting. George found several options for me in my price range and took time to go over all of the different options on in each vehicle to be sure that I understood what I was buying. George was always very patient and friendly even when I didn't think I was being offered enough for my vehicle in the trade. At one point I thought the deal was going to fall through because I owed more on my vehicle than I thought I did, but George kept working on the deal and we finally got to a payment I was comfortable with and got the exact vehicle that I wanted! I will recommend Metro Ford to any one looking for a new vehicle. George was fantastic! I beleive if it wasn't for George I wouldn't have a new car. I go pick it up today; can't wait! Thanks George!!

Arranged for my son's car to have brake work performed at an estimated cost of $350. Additional work was identified bringing the total bill to $1400. With this additional work, the dealer informed me that I would have to pay in person. The price for the original scope of work could be paid over the phone. I was not informed of this payment requirement until after the work was performed. I am 83 years old and could not drive that far. They would not let my son leave with the car to come get me, so I had to call another son who lives 30+ miles away from the dealer to drive over during rush hour to pay on my behalf... This type of customer service is what i would expect from a fly-by-night organization - not one that Ford has selected to represent its brand.

Curtis did a wonderful job listening, understanding and helping me find my Expedition. He answered all of my questions and spent alot of time with me explaining the vehicle, options and financing. More outstanding was vehicle pick-up. A full 1+ hours showing me things, paring my cell phone, nav, satellite radio, etc. All in all an incredible experience.

For my experience, my 1st large purchase on my own George, made sure I was taken care of. He worked for me and helped me get the best deal for my budget. George made sure he listen to what may needs were and took them into consideration. My overall experience is that I would recommend my family and friends to pay a visit at Metro Ford and ask for George. :)

I was looking to purchase a van and my father found the chevy I bought online. When I called to ask about it I was able to talk to a salesman right away. Franklin had that van ready and waiting for me when I got there and I was able to test drive it straightaway. From then on it was smooth. Franklin walked me through all the paperwork that I had to sign. Emery got me started on the finance and what I needed. It was such a good experience they are great guys. Franklin kept me laughing the whole time and Emery was trying to get me the best possible loan. Franklin even walked me through the whole dealership to show me where everything was and who to ask for any questions I may have. This is a dealership that I would recommend for any person looking for a new or used car. I will always go back to this dealership for all my future car needs.

Going to Metro Ford was the best "dealer" experience I have ever had. I drove from over 100 miles away to purchase a truck from these car professionals. They got me right in, none of the " long waiting for credit approval" like most car dealers. We all know what I'm talking about too, the part where you find yourself all most asleep in a tiny office with the smell of yesterdays burnt coffee is in the air! What a great experience, it pays to go to proffesionals at Metro Ford on Noland Road. These guys have been doing this for a long time and it shows. You get in and out with your new car, no hedaches, and still have the rest of the day to drive it around and show it off to your all your friends. Kudos to the team at Metro, making car buying fun and exciting again. P.S. practice your free throws before you go!

We purchased a new Ford Escape at Metro Ford in Independence, MO. This was our first purchase at Metro, however we have had our Fords serviced at Metro several times. Our experiance was great. Bill Bechtel, our new car salesman, was awesome. He was very patient and not pushy at all. His concern is that we find the exact car we wanted and that we would be satisfied with our purchase. The finance dept. (even though he was a new employee) was very good and it didn't take an extra long time to finish. I would say that Metro Ford on Noland Road in Independence, MO is a good place to buy a new car and will certainly be a repeat customer in the future.

I purchased a set of 4 mischlin tires which cost over a thousands dollars and when I picked up my vehicle the tires were dirty and my rims were left smugged and dirty. I think if I spend this kind of money on tires the least that they could do is send them out the door clean. I have done alot business with them and expect more than this. I may think twice next time on doing business with them.

The people I worked with were very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome from the time I arrived on the lot . They were so patient with me and made sure I knew everything about every car I test drove. Even though I told them I wasn't that picky, they weren't willing to let me sacrifice anything that I really wanted. I went in looking for a nicer used car beucase I didn't think I would qualify for a new car, but they got me into a 2013 Ford Focus and made it fit my budget. This is the 3rd car I have bought from a Ford dealership, but this by far has been the best car buying experiace I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

John in service is the reason we looked for a truck at Metro and no where else. He attention to serviceing our older fords, is what sold us on Metro. Curtis went above and beyond by driving the truck we fould on their website, to our house. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest so now besides reccommending Metro for service, we would reccomend Metro Ford for sales.

Curtis has been our family car salesman through four vehicles. It is getting easier and easier to buy a car from him. He never forgets what you wanted in teh previous years and is always helpful in the search. I have recommended friends and family to him and would feel comfortable doing it again. Each department I went through when buying my vehicle was just as pleasant. Everything was explained throughly and if I didn't need it, they said so. Thanks again Metro Ford

My wife is interested in the new model Escape,I Knew it was time to trade in our old car,since we moved to Independence, Mo. I wanted to buy locally so I went to Metro Ford,was met by Barry as soon as I got out of my car,very friendly and wanted to know how he could help. Barry asked what type of vehicle I was interested in,showed me one of the top line Escapes, and I also drove it,enjoyed it very much, while we were doing this my car was being looked at for trade in value. Barry thought I should bring my wife in to see the vehicle, we came back later that day and test drove it. My wife was very pleased, we left, I checked to other dealerships on pricing and was happy with Metro Ford,so we purchased a new Escape SEL from you folks,the reason why is because of pricing, where dealership is located from our home, word of mouth on how your dealership treats it's customers and service on their vehicles.

The whole experience was very nice. My salesman, Brian, listened to what I needed and wanted and stuck to that. Everyone at the dealership that I came into contact with was very nice to work with and I never felt any pressue. I was also hapy with the fact that it did not take all night to purchase my car. Everyone was very aware of my time and respectful.

Erich took his time with us when we came in. He found out our needs and our wants. He went the extra mile and didn't waste our time. I had just totaled my Explorer and we needed a vehicle. After visiting with us we ending up buying two vehicles. He didn't stop there. We have had to have one of them in the service center a couple of times with warranty work and each time he has showed interest in our problem and followed up with service and us. I don't feel like I know a salesman that I trust but I feel like now I have a friend who is my salesman.

George had great customer service skills. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He introduced me to the general manager, the customer service manager, the after market manager and the finance manager. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He treated me with respect and was efficient with the paperwork process and helped me transfer all of my personal belongings out of my trade in vehicle and into my new purchase. He also helped me understand the snyc system and program my phone contacts.

Contacted Curtis Owen via phone regarding a used truck at the dealership. Mr. Owen answered all my questions and we agreed upon a fair price for the vehicle. Traveled 637 miles to KC, Missouri. Mr. Owen picked up me and my wife at a motel near airport saving us a $200.00 taxi ride to the dealership. Vehicle was exactly as described. Most excellent experience. Will certainly consider this dealership for future vehicle purchases. Love our new truck.

I had a good experience negotiating back and forth on the price of the automobile. Everyone was nice and friendly. Chris Bell was the salesman that we dealt with. He came outside to greet us. He was very nice and polite. Very knowable of the Ford Edge that we ended up buying. He was instrumental in the decision we made in buying from Metro Ford. Great person to deal with. We would highly recommend him as the salesman to deal with to anyone buying a car from Metro Ford.

The reason I went there in the first place was the fact they wanted to look at my trade-in to see if they could offer what I was wanting. They came very close and with the extra Ford incentive was actually a little more. They didn't have the exact F150 I was looking for, which was very specific, and couldn't locate one either. I went with ordering one and when I went to pick it up it was in their showroom and it looked awesome. Several people were involved throughout the process and I can't say anything negative. They were friendly, stuck with the deal we made and got me out of there in good time.

I purchased a vehicle on Ebay and Metro Ford of Independence (on Noland Road) was the seller. I paid their Buy It Now price for the car. I drove 90 minutes to finalize the transaction and drive the car home and at the very end they tacked on some never before mentioned dealer fees. BUYER BEWARE, if you think you have settled on a price, you have not. Even if it is a legally binding contract like Ebay, they will not sell you the car at the agreed upon price unless you pay their additional dealer fees. There was NO MENTION of these fees in the auction or on the phone when I spoke with the dealer MULTIPLE times. Granted, the dealer fees were $200 and that is not a lot of money considering the price of the car but it is the principle of the matter that made my buying experience one I will not repeat, ever, and I recommend you find a more honest dealer. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME.
