Did the deal all over the phone and from out of state. Great price, communication was clear and constant throughout the process. Money wiring instructions were perfect (my first time doing wire transfer). Documents were sent to me Fed Ex with instructions. They arranged delivery in Colorado where the van needed to go. Very smooth transaction all around.

I purchased a car here and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The sales person (Tomas) wasn't pushy and was very down to earth with zero attitude. He knows cars inside and out, and was passionate about them, like I am. He let me arrive at my decision to purchase on my own time frame and was never pushy to sell me the car. Steve in the service department has been so helpful, honest, and kind. We have had some recalls that have been causing some issues for our Sprinter RV. Amazing, fabulous, incredible service department. I normally fear car dealerships, but this place made me change my mind. Dale, my service adviser was phenomenal. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer my questions. They came to Aspen and got the car and then brought it back to me which saved me 16 hours of driving and a lot of cost. Ned, the courtesy car driver was phenomenal. I knew my car was safe in his capable hands. Wonderful customer service, excellent repair work, nice followup to make sure I was happy. I could not recommend them more highly. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships throughout the years and it's nice to be able to trust your dealer and know they want to please their customers.

My wife and I went in to test drive a 2015 GLK. Everything from start to finish was top notch service. Hayden Roberts is fantastic at his job. Knowledgeable, friendly, listens to you and so professional. This is a busy dealership, and yet, Hayden and the entire staff make you feel as if you are the only one there. The gentleman - KB, who took care of the financing was also great. Just an incredible experience, highly recommended. And we got to drive away with a wonderful vehicle!

Jeff McDowell is one of the most rock-solid, unpretentious, knowledgeable salesmen you'll encounter. We purchased a CPO E550 sedan with Jeff's assistance. It's a phenomenal car. As always, there are wants to be addressed. Jeff (and "his team") at MBoW have been my "go to" folks in the paddock. No issue has been too small (and there haven't been any large ones) and they have made me feel right at home when I want them to be addressed. I'm a longtime car guy and can be a stickler for attention to detail. Jeff understands this and has worked with me to get resolutions to things I want. I would highly recommend MB of Westminster, and Jeff McDowell in particular. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the dealership and am still impressed. I live 250 miles away and will not do business anywhere else! They are always accommodating to my schedule and arrange for someone to bring me a loaner vehicle (250 miles away) while mine is being serviced. I must start by saying two things, I am an extremely analytical purchaser who is also a sales professional and I am a "car guy". That being said, Jeff McDowell and his team at MB of Westminster made making the switch from trucks to cars seamless. Jeff is a true professional, an individual with patience who is willing to explain and re-explain even months after purchasing a car. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff and on both occasions never had to play the "negotiate and wait" game that you typically have to deal with through the car buying process. Jeff took the time to understand both my needs and my wants, he understood where I was willing to be financially and did not try to stray from this. He is an honest sales professional and his team will have my business for years to come. I sat down with Jeff a year after my first purchase, the first lease of my life as I still did not quite understand and he took an hour and half out of his day to be sure that I understood every aspect of the lease and what options I have from this point forward. Jeff is a true man of character and does not fit the norm/stigma of the "typical car sales guy". He has changed the way I think and see a car buying experience.

This is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and even came to our home to appraise our trade in. Once they assessed the value they did the numbers and got them to us quickly. They got all the paperwork prior to us going to the dealership. Once we got there the next day we were out in under two hours. The sales staff were great. They offered our kids juice and gave them teddy bears which was a huge it. This was overall a great experience. I will continue to do business with this dealership.

Salesperson Shawna Coyle patiently worked over many months to find a used car that I would love and that I could afford, and when that happened, she worked to make the deal happen with her Sales Manager, Gregg. Our Sprinter van RV conversion went into limp mode in the middle of Nebraska due to mice damage around a sensor. I nursed it by shifting manually for 350 miles to get to Westminster 15 minutes before close. They put me ahead of everybody for the next morning since we were on a trip heading to Utah. Spencer drove us to the local hotels to find a room for the night and they called at 8am the next morning telling me what they found. The van was fixed by 11am and they picked us up to go back to the dealership and away we went on the trip. No problems since they fixed it. They really seem to know what they are doing, unlike my local dealership. Thanks!

Dealership has been great. I had some minor issues they addressed immediately providing great customer service. The Salesperson was also good. Since I had to order the van in a short period of time I did not know all the options I was ordering as I missed some minor but important options. I would have like if the I would have had more options explained to me instead of me just guessing at what was included. Overall things are just fine

I went in to test drive a GLA250 as I was comparing many vehicles. From the entrance into the dealership I was greeted very friendly and made to feel as if I was "the customer of the day". When Hadyn took me out on my test drive he showed me completely everything that I ever need to know about this vehicle. He was very thorough and his follow through was what made me and my husband to get this car. We are very excited to Have our Violet Lights GLA250!!!! My first contact with John was via phone, when I told him what I was looking for and what my specific requirements were. The dealership had the car that met my expectations, and I met with Jeff the following day. He spent a good deal of time with me, going over all of the features, and he was knowledgeable and patient with my many questions.Jeff's style of selling was professional, informative, but never pushy, or "salesmanlike". Both Jeff and the dealership were great to deal with. I believe they were fair in the pricing negotiations, as well as the trade-in of my old ML. I had a wonderful experience having my car service. I requested an appointment two weeks in advance to have a loaner car. The car was brought to my work and the driver took my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Westminster. The service adviser called me and gave me an update. I mentioned I needed the car back by 3:00 pm. Everything was complete and my car was brought back to my work before 3:00 pm.I was able to pay via phone and given a discount for my service. I appreciate the professionalism and great customer service from the drivers and service adviser. I had been reviewing BMW, Mercedes, and Audi vehicles which were all in the same class, when I began a dialog with the Mercedes team in Westminster. Matt Dunn was the sales person I was working with and he was nothing but responsive, professional, and up front and transparent with answering my very detailed questions about the car and the structure of the deal. He never pressured me during the entire process and invited me to visit the dealership once I was ready to move forward. The Mercedes buying experience is truly levels above the treatment I had started to experience with BMW (they were not even close to the outstanding Mercedes customer service). Aaron Buniger was also very helpful in ensuring all of my needs were addressed and met, they definitely earned my business. Once I decided upon my vehicle, the purchase experience with Rick Nicholas (Finance Manager) only continued to verify this was the right decision, he spent a lot of time answering all of the questions I had and ensured I thoroughly understood all of my options. Lastly, I was very thankful for Jeff Shi (product specialist) who spent time teaching me how to best utilize all of the options in, on and around the vehicle. This Smart car for two is just the right size for Major , my Border Collie and I. The drivers seat is very comfortable. I love the dash board, and the "jump seat" that is roomy enough for Major , my Border Collie. The hatch is easily opened and then locked when shut. It's a good, and rare feeling that when you walk into a dealership for any/most vehicles that you know the team will do their best to take care of you. Yes people always smile and people always explain how you are important to them...but in most car dealerships I would argue that doesn't extend beyond the boundaries of the purchase process....In the case of MB of Westminster I think I have found one of the rare exceptions to this whole attitude. The team at MB Westminster comprises of people how have been there for years and know the vesicles I have for service and support (Linda and the team) and people who are fairly new and came up from MB Denver...(Sales, finance, management) together they have really built a location that is comfortable to just wander round and see what's there, through to a purchasing process that's informative, decisive and really doesn't mess you around. When we sit and talk through a purchase I know they will do the best they can for me and I know they will put the MB HQ through the wringer to get the best deal possible....To the above, yes I know they are making money, yes I am aware of how the mechanism works by which they get paid and how they ARE there to build a business...but that process is not stuffed in my face when it comes to negotiations. It's done in a cooperative and civil businesslike manner...and that IS appreciated.To Jeremy, Aaron, KB, and the others in the front office through to Linda in the support AND the crews who maintain and clean the car, their location is professional and they care well beyond the doorstep of the dealership...OK enough for now...basically if you want a decent experience go here.

We leased a Mercedes Benz at this dealership on the basis of a referral and because they offered pick-up and delivery for the 10,000 mile service required. The round-trip from our home is approximately 500 miles. At first they put the vehicle on a truck after removing a loaner. That only happened once, with our first car and it was only trucked one-way. Now they leave us a loaner and tell us to make sure that there is the same amount of fuel in the tank when our car is returned.They then put the 500miles on our car, that had a full tank of gas, and returned it serviced and repaired with substantially less than a full tank. Other than the change in policy in terms of transporting the vehicle and the petty complaint about the gas, we are satisfied that we didn't have to make the drive and spend the two or three nights it would have required to make the repair to the turn signals, we have appreciated our relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. I didn't rate the quality of repair because we haven't driven enough to know.

Called Westminster Mercedes Benz and spoke to sales rep Jeff McDowell, I told him was interested in a new GL 550. He explained what was available and asked what options I was looking for. Never during our conversation was I pressured about what payments I could afford, how much I wanted to spend...etc. I made the trip up to Wesminster MB and walked the lot with Jeff, settling on a Black GL. We negotiated a price, the total transaction took only one hour, no sales pressure, either we agreed or we didn't. After the contract was signed, sales manager Jared Young came over to congratulate my wife and myself explaining that if we were not 100% satisfied, we could still walk away. He told us even after the sale, to call him anytime if we had any issues. The whole process was professional. It was well worth the drive up to Westminster even though there are two other MB dealers in Denver that are closer. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED !!!

Had an A service and at the end of the day told I need new brakes on the front of the car- had to leave my car for two days without a loaner car. Even though given a discount for the work, the brakes and rotors cost was outrageous!

While this is the only Smart Car dealer in Colorado, I took my Smart from Canada, where I had experience with the dealers there. Westminster is excellent service for my Smart. In Ottawa, Canada I had multiple issues with my dealer (and there were two, so they had competition), and was planning on leaving them, but moved to Colorado instead with my Smart. Thank goodness. Westminster Mercedes has helped me with everything from bizarre requests to change the faceplate on my speedometer (due to only have KMs on it) to routine maintenance. Always with quality information, constant communication, and care. I used to joke in Canada that I got half the service, because I only had half a Mercedes. But I never feel that with Westminster. Smart Car owners get the same treatment and respect as everyone else.

I read all of the reviews and had an uneasy feeling from the beginning...My treatment at 2 other Denver area dealerships was nothing short of sad, disrespectful, and lacked all sense of professionalism. I brought my ML350 in for a routine service and I was extremely disappointed with the overallprocess.I dropped my car off and was given a loner car and assumed that I would pick up my car at the end of the day. I received no phone calls to update me. I finally phoned late that afternoon and was informed my car would not be ready until the following day.The next day I heard nothing so I finally called around 2:30 to check in and was told my car would be ready in an hour. I arrived to pick it up in an hour and was told it just needed to be washed. I waited another 46 min. and had to go find my associate who told me it was still not ready!!!! At this point I insisted that they bring my car around as I would now be facing rush house traffic and late for an appointment.I went home in a dirty car an hour and 1/2 past the time I was told it would be ready and 1day later then I expected.Very disappointed.

Made an appointment to have my Sprinter serviced. MB Westminster provided a nice reminder phone call. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, and was escorted to the waiting area (I chose to wait onsite while they were doing the service). The service took the time they had estimated, and I enjoyed the refreshments while I was waiting. The service advisor thoroughly explained the service, then escorted me to my van. What a surprise -- they had completely washed and cleaned it as well. They have a great process. Highly recommended.

Purchasing a car at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster was a delightful experience! We met Brian Pippitt after having the most miserable experience at other local dealerships... poor customer service, selling a car out from under us and then haggling with a very untrustworthy "used car salesman." Brian was an absolute breath of fresh air and the entire experience was such a pleasant departure from other local dealerships. Westminster had the largest selection of vehicles we were shopping for. We settled on a car that we really liked but it was lacking some of the features we were hoping for. From the very beginning Brian was willing to accommodate our needs! We LOVE our vehicle and honestly could not be happier. Brian became like a friend and walked us thru the purchase process in a seamless fashion that was stress free! While we were unloading our old car it started to pour rain and my husband was soaked, Brian was so courteous to purchase my husband a new shirt! Brian takes customer service to a new level and offered to drive down to our home which is 30-40 minutes away to offer us a full tutorial on our car! We plan to take our new car to be serviced at Westminster. They are willing to pick our vehicle up and offer us a loaner. For a Mom of little ones this is serious piece of mind and not to mention much more convenient than waiting in the lobby of a dealership! Do not hesitate to purchase a car at Westminster. You will not regret your decision. They are fantastic! I wish all large purchasing experiences were this enjoyable!

Overall, from initially booking my phone-in service appointment to the parts manager's customer service, the waiting room atmosphere, and the speedy parts installation and general servicing, my experience was a breeze! I credit all the above to Doug Vollmer, the #1 Service Advisor extraordinaire!! I've worked with Doug a few times in the past for similar servicing, as well as with two other Service Advisors in addition, and definitely feel comfortable saying that I will ONLY schedule future servicing with Doug, no question! In fact, my experiences with the other two Service managers, in comparison, were absolutely the opposite and were both less than acceptable, to say the least.. One of which involved repair work from my vehicle being in a collision in which that particular Service Manager decided to quit his job before even processing my service request. Because of this he left behind a logistical nightmare that caused an extra 3 week's worth of parts order fulfillments and servicing delays (...that's 3 weeks without a car too!). In the other instance, the Service Manager was simply rude to begin with, and had actually forgotten to notify me once my vehicle's servicing had finished. I ended up waiting around for an extra 3 1/2 hours before I finally walked back to his office to remind him that I had been there for a grand total of 6 1/2 hours.. The long and short of it: Doug's the man!!

I contacted Mercedes Benz of Westminster about an Acura MDX that they had listed on the internet, the internet Salesman who's number was listed contacted me back and informed me that that car had sold. I had also called the dealership directly before he called me back and dealt with another Salesperson. Between the two Salespeople someone called me every other day until they talked me into buying a used Mercedes ML 350. I was told that I had no worries I was getting a good car. They thoroughly go through these cars before they put them on their lot and I was reassured numerous times that I had no worries I was getting a great car. So I bought the car. That was when the problems began. I didn't get a good car, I got a piece of junk! On the way home from the dealership a maintenance warning came on regarding the front passenger air bag, took it to the dealership fixed it. A few weeks later the check engine service light came on, took it to the dealership fixed it at my cost. Got car back front drivers seat quit working, took it back to the dealership, fixed it at my cost. Then around two months after buying my car it quit running all together. had it towed to the dealership this time, Now it's a major problem, $6000+ is what their service manager told us! Needles to say we didn't have that kind of money and didn't feel that this car was worth putting that kind of money into also their internet salesman that we dealt with felt like Mercedes would take care of us because of the amount of problems we had with this vehicle. So my husband test drove another car and we thought that we would buy that car, until we looked at the sale agreement that they presented us with. They took our car that we had just bought from them as trade minus the estimated $6000 to fix it, still leaving us with a $6000 dollar loss??? Obviously we didn't agree to that and wanted them to do more, try and get someone to call you back when you have a problem instead of when you are buying a car, no one would. So we had our car towed to a Mercedes mechanic and had it fixed there $2290 dollars later we are back on the road and Mercedes could care less about the kind of cars they are putting on their lot!!! The day I got my car back I called the Sales Manager and told him exactly what I thought. I informed him that I might not have bought a brand new car and that they didn't feel that I was a customer who was worth the effort because my sale wasn't huge but, I do know people and he could be reassured that I would tell everyone and anyone who was buying a car to not by a Mercedes!!! He apologized and said that he would look into it and get back with me, that was three weeks ago haven't heard a word!!! So a good friend of mine who wanted a Mercedes is now driving a Lexus...

The people and facility were excellent. We will definitely recommend and would buy again here. The only thing I would change is the length of the buying process. The buying process was not bad - in fact it was better than any other I have experienced. But it just should not take so long. My time is more valuable and sitting in a show-room while data is entered into multiple systems should be a thing of the past. A dealer should have one front end system that is integrated with whatever other systems they require. It should allow customers to enter data via the web in advance. If I fill out my personal data into that system, and am approved for purchase in advance of arriving at the dealership - which is what I did in this case, I should be able to arrive, select the specific car, and 15 minutes later be signing papers and walking out. Instead, it tends to take hours to complete everything. I know the back end process is complicated - but it can be automated. Process and software are my field. This is just something that has not yet become a priority for dealerships.

I had my GL350 picked up from my house and have to say that service was great. My car came back to me when promised and clean. Only minor complaint I have is that the windows were not all that clean. The entire car was clean, but seems as though they forgot to clean inside of the windows too. If that is not part of the service it should be. Overall, I am very happy with my car and the service. I received a near immediate response from David Boerman, who advised he had 3 vehicles to choose from. I drove up to look at the cars and we agreed on an acceptable transaction within 30 minutes of sitting down. And the kicker, is that I decided to purchase a new vehicle for my wife also. Price was right, and trade-in value for our existing cars were fair. For me, this was impressive as I was a 23 year customer of a luxury competitor brand. Highly recommend this dealer.

While shopping for a new Luxurious SUV we stopped by Littleton Mercedes Benz Dealership. The salesmen did not give us the time of day. We made eye contact with two different salesmen and they did not respond to us at all. In the Littleton inventory we did not see the ML350, the GLK was too small and the GL was too big. We almost wrote MB off and went with a Lexus or Infinity. At Westminster Mercedes Benz the front desk receptionist met us with a smile and had salesmen with us in a couple of minutes. The salesman was knowledgeable of the MB products and went through all the options available with the ML class.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were very impressed with the excellent customer service. This is the first time that I have found a car buying experience to be enjoyable. John was wonderful to work with. I found his "non-hard-sell" approach to be extremely refreshing. I can honestly say, I felt he truly did want me to be happy with my purchase, not just at that moment, but 6 months from then as well. In the past, I've left the dealership questionimg myself as to whether or not I made the right decision to buy. The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. I'm SO happy with my car. I can't say enough about the professional and friendly atmosphere throughout the dealership. The training I received was great. Alec was extremely patient and very informative. He went over all the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable with all the buttons and knobs in front of me. I have never left a dealership feeling so confident with my purchase. I especially like knowing if I have any questions or concerns at any time, I can go back and get answers without feeling like I'm "bothering" them. Once the deal's made and the car drives off the lot, the relationship is over at all the other dealerships I've gone to before. I definitely do not feel that way here. My overall experience was beyond excellent.

10/20/2012 Smart cars, you love them or hate them. I'm one who loves them. I had a 2005 smart (My wife and son also drive smart cars) and thought about moving up to a 2013 so I had a little time so I stopped by Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. I found a smart that I wanted and told the sales staff they didn't need to sell me the car, they just needed to get me the price I was wanting to pay. Joshua put on the gloves and went to work. Instead of a an employee for them he came across as a good friend of mine working for me and what I wanted. In minutes I had the deal I was hoping for. I don,t know why they don't rate smart cars higher on fuel mileage. On my 2005 I was getting 50 mpg and my wife gets 47 mpg on her 2010 smart running around Denver. I got 47.3 mpg on my 1st tank in my 2013 smart. Do the math, these cars pay for themselves in fuel savings. To me the cars sell themselves. Mercedes-Benz of Westminster makes it easy to own one. If you have never driven a smart, stop by and try one you will see what I am saying. Before I drove one I told myself, NO WAY!!!!!!!!! I drove one and now love them. Thanks, Rick

You expect quality mechanical service from a Mercedes dealer...but this process is exceptional and something I had not done before. I set up the appointment, and they came to me, picked up the car, delivered it back to me the next day, serviced, and washed and would have filled the tank had I needed it! They were courteous, introduced themselves, very professional. Highly recommend this service and the dealership.
