MB of Fredericksburg has always exceeded my expectations since my first visit 15 years ago. I have purchased 5 vehicles over the years and each one has been immaculate. My salesman Teddy Parker always listens to my requirements and always finds the right vehicle for me. Rich Slater and the team in Fredericksburg were great - so great that we traveled about 3 hours twice to purchase two beautiful Benz from them. After purchasing a 2015 GLK 350 we were so impressed that we brought home a 2015 C350 just a few weeks later. Rich was knowledgeable, easy going and applied no pressure - the overall atmosphere at the dealership and the integrity of the vehicles coupled with the relaxing approach did the trick. We were also very impressed with the service team - specifically Sean Freund - delightful. Thanks to all for the great experience!

I did a search for the car with some specific requirements. Was contacted by Rich Slater and he provided me with the information on a few that met my needs. Verified the vehicles I wanted to test drive were on the lot and the rest is history. Because of the great price point, I was able to purchase a car that was newer than expected. Over all a great deal, for a great car, at a great dealership. There were other dealerships closer, but MB of Fredericksburg offered me exactly what I wanted at a better price than others.

In search of the Mazda6 GT with the technology package, I found one at Mercedes of Fredericksburg who had the best deal for the car I wanted. Had a great experience with the salesperson, Richard Slater, who went out of his way to drive an hour to pick me up due to Winter storm Jonas. Richard was very helpful in getting me what I needed prior to my decision to buy as this was a remote internet transaction. Everyone I met at the dealership was very pleasant and appreciative of me being there. I am very pleased with the car and the entire purchase process. I certainly will give Richard an opportunity to do business again the next time I'm back in the market for purchasing a car.

Very impressed with this place. They went above and beyond to get me into a Benz despite credit problems and no down payment. If purchasing or having your Mercedes serviced, AVOID Rosner! I purchased a car and initially found the experience to be favorable. However when I returned to the dealership a week later for service that promised provide, it was beyond ridiculuos--unresponsive, slow and unapologetic. Had a similar experience later on with trying to have the vehicle serviced and not being able to get anyone on the phone in 15 tries! Unbelievable!

I was in the market to purchase a new Mercedes for my grandson and our sales guy Ryan Ambrose did an absolutely fantastic job showing me and my grandson the vehicle. He went over the best features of the car and also gave us many different options to choose from. Unfortunately the vehicle was not exactly what we were in the market for so the sale did not happen, which was no negative reflection on the sales rep. If you need a car, go here and ask for Ryan Ambrose! He is fantastic! Took the time to call me on his day off as I was in a bind and needed to make some decisions fast. I told him what I looking for and what I wanted to spend and he found me the perfect vehicle. He was polite, answered all my questions and made the process so easy... he even came in on his day off to help me out. I called ahead and said I was coming to look at a used Mercedes. When I got there, the salesman took me on a hike to find this car in over 100 degrees temperature outside! He walked me over and behind their Volvo dealership building across the street and still did not know where the car was until I spotted it. To make things worse, when we were approaching the car I asked him if he had the keys and he said "no"! I kept walking back to the Mercedes building across the street and went inside. I complained to a few people inside and NO ONE seemed to care! At this point I started feeling sick from the heat and left and had to sit in my car for 20 minutes trying to cool down enough to leave. Very upsetting and disappointed as I was ready to make that purchase! Also, I wrote two letters via email and still did not get any response from anyone! No way to run a business!

In need of a commuter car quickly, my wife found a 2006 Mercedes C230 online at Mercedes of Fredericksburg. After completing the online info request, we were promptly contacted by Mr. Teddy Parker the next morning. What a blessing! Due to the age of the vehicle, I'm certain the dealership did not make a ton on the sale. That did not lower the level of service provided by Mr. Parker at all. In fact, Mr. Parker may be the most customer-friendly sales representative we have ever encountered. He and the staff were very attentive to our needs and made the buying experience as pleasurable as possible (considering its never pleasurable for us to spend money). We definitely will be repeat customers.

The last time I was at Rosner, they turned me down and I went to Select Auto to buy my vehicle. However, I met different saleman and I was very please. Either they had to make or sale or meet a quoter. Regardless, I drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle.

My husband typically does all of the online research for any new car he is interested in. Once he has narrowed down his choices. I take the "baton" and finish; its usually about a month or so long process. Steve Smith was our salesperson and was very responsive to our needs. He was attentive to my husband's online communications and even more attentive to my verbal concerns on our numerous phone calls. I don't think we have every done a deal so quickly and thoroughly as we did this one. Typically we hem and haw about whether or not we really want to go do the sale, do we really need this vehicle, etc. and we sort of did this with this car...it was during the furlough. Steve convinced us to just come in to see this car, he was sure we would be pleased. I laughed as he did not know my husband; he can be picky....and doesn't jump to ANY decisions..... well.....Steve won. We came in, loved the car, made the purchase AND 2 days later when a car arrived that had the actual black interior we wanted....Steve even ensured we were pleased with every aspect of our purchase....so much that he remembered we wanted black interior and when I followed up him to inquire about the car, he worked diligently with us to ensure the car we had chosen was indeed what we wanted because we had 3 days to contractually change our minds. I JUST KNEW my husband would want the darker interior. Steve had laid all of the ground work to initiate the exchange of cars, and when I reached out to my husband he was very impressed that Steve AND the Rosner dealership were willing to go out of their way to ensure our 100% satisfaction, not the 95% they could have certainly turned an eye too. We loved the car we bought and its interior color combinations better than the one color combinations we thought we wanted from the online research. Financing was a breeze and Dave mad that experience equally as pleasant. We purchased at HBL in Tysons in 1999 and thought we may want that level of a volume dealer again. WRONG. Rosner's perks and our salesman will keep us right here in the 'Burg. Thank you Steve and Ron Rosner~ We will be back once I relinquish my minivan phase...lol

From beginning to end, the entire buying experience was smooth sailing with Mr. Hiawatha "Teddy" Parker at the Rosner Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg, VA dealer. I purchased a New Blue 2014 GLK-350 4Matic with cream/beige colored interior that Teddy located at a Baltimore, MD dealer. Once I gave Teddy my USAA vehicle spec sheet to Teddy, he wasted no time finding a comparable vehicle. He even got me a great trade-in price for my 2008 C300 4Matic. The hole deal was SWEET!!! We are traditional BMW owners but decided to give Mercedes-Benz a try. We are very conscientious shoppers who tend to ask questions for hours on end. Our salesperson, Steve Smith was patient, intuitive and the epitome of professionalism. His knowledge regarding quality comparisons between BMW and Mercedes made all the difference in our decision to purchase our new 2014 Mercedes C350. The entire team at this dealership provides EXEMPLARY customer service...from sales to financing to management to the service department to administrative professionals. In 20 years of purchasing cars, I have never seen such a level of quality customer service. It truly permeates the entire culture at the dealership. I live in Florida and was looking for a very specific car SL65 AMG , i found one online in VA and Steve contacted me.Im not the easy person to deal with and most people shy away as im very aggressive when buying cars.I hung up on Steve two times and called him crazy a few times and really gave him a hard time , But to his credit he stuck with it and was very professional and in the end had me driving to VA from Florida a week later to pick up a car! I would like to thank Sammy Harmoush for a great car buying experience. My parents who are seniors were interested in replacing their Mercedes. They had visited other dealerships but really didn't find the car that fit them. When we went to the Fredericksburg Mercedes, Sammy greeted us and really listened to what we were interested in and not what he thought we should have. It took a couple visits over a two week period to decide which car my parents would be comfortable in and would fit their budget. I would like to thank Sammy for his patience and understanding of my parent's physical needs. Even though we were interested in one of the cheapest MB on the lot, we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Our sales man Steve Smith was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in and our negotiations and purchase went very smoothly and were prompt. We were very pleased with both our purchase and our buying experience. There is a huge difference in buying from a MB certified dealer versus a dealer of another make selling a MB.

Looking for used vehicle and thanked sales rep for info but said that what they had was not exactly what I was looking for. Later a Used Sales Manager called, recognized my concerns and distance (3+ Hr drive from NC) and said that he could cut the price and would make it worth my trip, so I loaded family and drove up. Vehicle looked OK, but my daughter found a defective seatbelt, that could not be buckled and the staff couldnt fix. Finally, after over an hour, they got around to price and the amount that they came off the list price to make it worth my trip may have just covered my mileage, but definitely not cover the repair to the seatbelt that was going to have to come out of my own pocket when I got home (probably just an indicator of more to come.) Wasted 8+ hours and drove >240 miles to have Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg try and wear me out and manipulate numbers to make a sell. Glad that I took my kids, disappointed that we wasted 8 hours on a Saturday, listening to their poor sell tactics. Stay away!

I went to Rosner MB because I heard their service department was excellent and much more reasonable than my MB dealer in Northern VA. I was in the market for a 2014 GLK BlueTEC. There were none to be had anywhere but Sammy was able to find me one that met my specifications and got it here in record time. I picked it up last night and I am VERY pleased with the car, but more pleased with the service I got from Sammy. He was very professional, knows his product, and does everything he can to please his customer. I highly recommend him and will buy my next MB from him. I look forward to taking my car in for service.

I recently purchased a vehicle with the valued assistance of sale representative Teddy Parker. Although he primarily sells Mercedes-Benz, due to my needs and price range he walked me to the Volvo lot and placed me in a previously owned Volvo CX90. This SUV is perfect for me! It felt so good to speak open and honestly about my price range and have someone listen, provide options, and help me to decide on a vehicle that fits all my needs. On the day of purchase I was scheduled to go to work. Due to my time constraints, all hands were on deck. One associate did the paper work, someone else worked on the license plates, and I saw Teddy wipe down the dash to help with detail. He even brought me lunch so I wouldn't be hungry at work. I purchased a 2000 SL500 in April. I loved the car, but it continued to have mechanical problems with the convertible top. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I lost confidence in the vehicle, and regretted the purchase. After discussing the options with Boba and Perez Richardson, we decided a lease on a new vehicle would be a great alternative. I completed the lease in mid-July, and now I couldn't be happier with my decision.The dealership and it's employees (sales and service) were top-notch, and went over and above my expectations in seeing that I was a satisfied customer. Most dealerships would have just left me hanging with the problem., and the frustration. Not the Rosner Mercedes gang!! Steven Smith was a pleasure to work with throughout the buying process. Was prompt to return calls and minimized the "sitting around" time that inevitably comes with buying a new car. He was very thorough in explaining all of the bells and whistles that came with the car. I was recently in the market for a small pre-owned SUV and was considering other models until I came to Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. I immediately found a 2010 GLK 350 which offered everything I wanted and more. In this case "more" refers to the outstanding customer service I received upon walking in the door. Steven Smith greeted us like old friends and provided expert information on the vehicle and services offered through this dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated - the whole process was like just having a very comfortable and friendly chat. After spending 11 years and 212,000 miles with my C230 coupe, she got stuck in limp home mode. Working with Steve Appel, the service adviser and his mechanic we found that the repairs would be extensive. Steve provided me all the information on my cars problem and options. Steve hooked me up with Teddy Parker, a wonderful sale consultant, to work on some more options. We discussed many options, as I was not ready to depart with my C230. I am a mercedes collector with 11 in my collection among other cars. I have been looking for a CL 500 or CL55 AMG for a couple of months. I visited 5 dealers in the last 3 weeks to acquire about cars listed on the Internet and experienced the usual lack of customer service and relationship building. I am in sales and understand the art of client interaction and customer service and how that relates to the ultimate success of reaching your sales numbers and building a referral base. I went to one independent dealer to look at a 2003 CL 500 and the sales guy said the car was outside but was not ready to test drive because a part was on order from dealer -I asked if I could look at it anyway and spent 20 minutes looking and the guy never left his desk. I was the only person on the lot ----unbelievable!! So I recommend mercedes benz of Fredericksburg and sales pro Sammy H. He spoke to me on the phone about my interest and also sent additional pictures per my request. I live 75 miles from the dealer but made the drive Sunday morning and bought the car. Sammy was great!!

Not only did we buy one car, but we purchased a second the very next weekend after shopping around to get a daily driver. Sammy was GREAT! His patience and his knowledge were indispensable in making the first decision on getting our SL AMG. He knew what his inventory was and what we would like based on what we've been looking at. Could not have been happier with the buying decision. The next week we were looking at other vehicles at other dealers. We were looking for something inexpensive as a daily driver. We were not impressed with the sales people especially comparing the service that we received from Sammy so we returned to him to make the second purchase for an S60 as a daily driver. Considering I have been in sales for over 25 years myself, I see all the 'tricks' sales professionals do just to get a sale. There are no 'tricks' with Sammy. He is very genuine and has impeccable integrity. In most cases I will go with a little higher price if I know I'm getting quality product and service. In this case, we had no problem in giving Sammy our business. Since that weekend, we have recommended him to our friends and relatives. We plan on getting all our vehicles from Sammy at Mercedes of Fredericksburg!

Mr. Steve Smith has made our shopping and purchasing experience exciting and I can honestly say he made it fun. He is a down to earth, funny guy who has the ability to make you comfortable as if you have known him for some time while also presenting the cars in a non-threatening no pressure manner. I had the pleasant experience of visiting Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg last night, stopping by just to take a look at a used truck I'd seen online. After a walk-around, I was introduced to Sammy Harmoush who went out of his way to answer questions, offer a test drive, and help me understand my options on the purchase. Sammy and the rest of the sales, service, and business staff, then stayed well past closing time while we completed the sale, and they delivered a sparkling-clean vehicle to me in the parking lot. Sammy even cleaned up my old tags, making sure they weren't a eyesore on the new vehicle, LOL. You just don't get service like that anywhere else. Steven Smith was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the different MB models. He asked questions that were pertinent to our car needs. He then successfully matched our wants/needs with an E350W. He worked with us through the entire process including the financing. The final monthly payment was more than what we wanted to pay. The financing person worked with us to get the payment to where we were comfortable.They are very creative! We purchased a used Porsche Cayenne yesterday. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. I had sent an email a few weeks earlier about the Cayenne, which was out of my price range. When they dropped the price, they let me know. We drove down to buy the car. When we started running short on time to finish the deal and still pick up our child from daycare, Bob Reilly offered to drive all the paperwork and the car to our home that evening--an hour away! Talk about great service! Plus, they gave us a loaner to go home in while we waited. Lastly, the purchase comes with free car washes for life, free oil and filter changes while we own the car and on Wednesdays, I can get a manicure while I wait! It was an outstanding experience.

When I originally stopped by the dealership, Mercedes wasn't even on my short list of cars to replace my 2003 Audi A4 Cabriolet. I was considering a Audi A5, BMW 3-series or a Volvo. Kay was extremely patient with me in ensuring that I took a look at all of the options. After test driving cars and meeting the dealership sales and service staff I realized that I really liked the Mercedes and having a local dealer with a high quality and helpful staff was most important - the Audi and BMW dealers are at least an hour away. I purchased a SL550 last year and had brought the car in for yearly inspection. While I was waiting for my car I went out on the lot to look at SUV's. Even though I loved my SL550 it is not a car that you want to have on the road during bad weather so I was considering an SUV. Steve Smith greated me as I was looking at the SUV's. Mr Smith was very knowledgable about the vehicles and immedately we went for a test drive. I thought I had decided the model (2012 MS350)I liked but when it came down to pricing and monthly payments we could not get the numbers to work for me. Not being discouraged he suggested a later year model. It happended that they did have a later model that was not black or gray or had black interior. After a test drive we decided that this would be the one for me. After some discussion we arrived at a figure that worked. Then it was to the finance guy. I think his name was David. He was the most friendly guy in the world. He did not pressure me into all those add ons but did give me good advise on the options I should take. Thanks David for your advise. Overall this was a wonderful experience as was my purchase last year and in a couple of years I am sure I will be back to purchase another car from Rosner Mercedes-Benz. Also their Service staff is excellant. So thank you to the entire staff of Rosner.

After driving from Richmond to Fredericksburg only to be presented with an offer that was NOT what was discussed the evening previous I got back in my car and pulled over a mile down the road. I called Perez (the sales manager at Benz) who had been recommended to me by a friend. I shared my terrible experience with their sister store (they share a parking lot) and he told me to come back and lets see what we could do. From the moment i pulled onto the MB lot Boba greeted me and took care of me until the transaction was completed. Everyone was patient and nice and I am incredibly happy with the service AND the vehicle that I drove home that day.

BUYER BEWARE--Scrutinize all documentation very closely before signing because once you sign you are on your own. Bought used SLK which did not have windscreen- asked during sales process and was told it was an option but quick guide from Mercedes says it comes with the car as does Mercedes USA -dealer also provided a window sticker at time of purchase(2012) which indicated that the car had a wind blocker. After sale I asked again and they said they would send original items sticker from 2006. Should not the 2012 sticker they placed on the car superceed the originial sticker????????????? In the end they offered to sell me the windscreen at their cost of $500 but I declined. I also discovered that they provided me with an inspection certificate that lists the miles on the vehicle significantly higher than the odomoter miles indicate but they have no answer for that either. There are several other discrepancies but I will not bore you with the details. Just a warning- shop with extreme caution. Makes one wonder...............Thought it was a dealership of integrity but found out differently. I personally will never go back and will steer others in a different direction when possible.Will also report to Better Business Bureau

Ive been doing business with this dealership for many years and have always been pleased with the entire organization. Yesterday I decided to downsize and trade my 2005 Mercedes Benz for a more economical vehicle (reitred last year). Steve Smith was my salesman - I told him the price range I was looking for and he found me what I thought was the car for me - 2010 Mazda 6. I had to take the car back today to correct some paperwork and to fix a slight rattle in the sunroof. Steve gave me a 2010 Toyota Camry as a loaner to use until everything was ready. Well, I got about a mile from the dealership and realized that I liked this car much better than the Mazda - DUH! I called Steve right away and told him I was on my way back and that I wanted the Toyota instead of the Mazda - he was ready and waiting for me. He and Dave Bower, the finance manager, made the transition as painless as possible. I cannot say enough about Steve and Dave. They were respectful, kind, patient, professional and I would recommend their services to anyone reading this review. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, this is the dealership to start with!

We bought a new car from Steve Smith and it was a very nice experience from start to finish. We love our new GL450 and will return in the future to purchase from this dealership again! We traveled 2 hours to get there from Maryland but it was absolutely worth it. Steve was wonderful to work with and we will recommend him to our friends!

I had just purchased a used Mercedes from another dealership 30 days prior but I was not satisfied with the payment along with the warranty. I went down to the dealership in Fredericksburg at night just to see what they had and met Boba, I shared with her what I wanted to do and she asked me to come back the next day since they were closed. Upon my arriving at the dealership she had the car that I was looking at the night before prepared for a test drive. Everything else went like clockwork, Boba along with Mr. Perez worked out a great deal for me and made sure that I received what I requested with no hassles just great sound business. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service staff their and will be returning soon to purchase another vehicle

I recently bought a used Mercedes-Benz from Benz of Fredricksburg. When I first filled out the information on-line I figured someone might contact me. (eventually)Steve contacted me immediately and was very personable right away. He came in on his day off to let me test drive the car which I ended up purchasing. He was so easy to work with and I didn't ever feel pressured or like I was inconveniencing him. It was a long night because of the time I had arrived to test drive the vehicle and Steve was right on point the whole time. Very cool guy and very good experience.

I have recently dealt with one of the sales advisors, Slobodanka Radulovic (Boba). She is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the Mercedes offerings. She works tirelessly to help you with your choices and always gets back to you with needed information. She is extremely hardworking and of the highest integrity. I highly recommend her and am positive you will have a positive buying experience with her.Since I was interested in this car and did not live locally, I needed to have a lot of info and pictures sent to me. Boba was tireless in her efforts to get everything I asked for in a very timely fashion. She recognizes that customer service is the number one attribute of an outstanding service advisor, and she goes...the extra miles.

We just purchased a 2011 Certified Pre-owned Mercedes GLK 350 and traded in our 2010 Certified Pre-owned GLK 350. This is our 5th Mercedes and 3rd purchased from Teddy. I can't say enough great things about Teddy. He is a wonderful person to work with and will do everything in his power to get you in to the vehicle that you want. He will be there from beginning to end, making sure that your experience at Rosner Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg is nothing but a positive experience. I often see Teddy while waiting for service on my vehicle. He always makes a point of saying hello, asking what I'm getting done to my vehicle, can he help in any way, etc. We worked with Dave in Finance and our experience was nothing but pleasant. Dave went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best finance rates, worked in a timely manner, explained all of the paperwork, asked if we had questions and finished the process very quickly. We bought our new GLK 350. This is our first MB.Boba made our buying experience a memorable one. Just because of Boba's promising best deal we drove all the way to Federicksberg to just give a test drive and when we saw the car just fell in love with it and ended up buying the car same night and the whole buying experience was memorable is just because of the service and none other than Boba. Thanks Bobs and I enjoyed the whole time driving back home with my new GLK.

I went into the dealership really unhappy about a car I purchased the day prior at another dealer. Every person that I came in contact with at Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg was AWESOME! They went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best I have ever had. I left not only a new Benz owner but, was saved from a terrible car purchase. The VIP customer service was top notch!

Stephen was wonderfull, I know that this is going to sound scripted but he is what a sales consultant should be. He found out what I wanted and the went to work on making it happen. The car was exactly as their web site stated and Stephen made sure that everything was in order and ready for us when we arrived. He even made sure that the financially was set - take about drive and sign. I only wish that I didn't live so far away so that I could take advantage of the free oil changes for life benefit. Unfortuneatly an 8 hour drive just to get a free oil change doesn't make sense. Actually I wish that Rosner would buy the Baker Motors Dealership here in Charleston, their customer service is so sub par. If only the mercedes dealer here in town was as helpful!

When I first found the car on Cars.com, I had no idea how good the car ran or if it looked as good as the pictures showed it did. The pictures of the car from both their website and cars.com were spot on. I gave Rico Ellis notification that I wanted to see it that day July 13, 2012. When I got there, it was *Boba* who test drove the car with me. She was very kind, and wasn't pushy about the car. She really sold me on how the car both felt and looked. When it came time to buy the car, the dealership itself was closed, but Rico had the car and paperwork ready for me even then. You two really helped me when it was hard to find this car at such a solid price. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The staff there are friendly and attentive. Thanks Again!

THE EXPERIENCE MY WIFE AND I HAD AT MERCEDES-BENZ OF FREDERICKSBURG WAS INCREDIBLE. OUR SALESMAN WAS RICO ELLIS. RICO WAS ATTENTIVE AND PATIENT FROM THE BEGINNING. HE UNDERSTOOD OUR SITUATION, WHICH WAS WE WERE LOOKING AT A NON-MERCEDES USED VEHICLE THEY HAD ON THEIR LOT. RICO JUMPED THROUGH EVERY HOOP AVAILABLE TO MAKE US HAPPY WITH THE CAR AND PURCHASE. Buying a car can be a very exhausting experience. But, this is the best experience I ever had in buying a car. My salesman, Rico Ellis, was very professional. I asked alot of questions, sometimes the same question over and over. He never showed any frustration and exhibited enormous amounts of patience in explaining each step. I was not sure if I wanted to go "all the way" with the purchase. And at one point I told him that I did not want to continue. He was very nice, and accepted my decision which showed true professionalism. I decided to make the purchase and I'm very pleased with the results. I would surely recommend anyone, looking to purchase a vehicle, to visit this dealership.Job Well Done!!!

Purchased a new GLK a few weeks ago, The dealership was very clean and organized. The sales person "Boba" although a very nice person, really needs to work on "listening" to her customers wants, needs and desires rather than trying to force her will or what she has available or what she thinks you need while negotiating. Again, very friendly but new to sales, she does what she said she would do and follows up, which is great. Mr. Perez was pretty good, tried of course to really, really short change you on your trade. Overall, honestly tried to make the sale work and did have some sales points to consider and not just talk. You need to go in informed, numbers in hand and with a strong negotiating angle to get the best deal, they will not give it to you.In the end I got a great car at a great price especially after using U.S.A.A care buying service.Now, lets talk about "Amber" in customer service, this women is most likely the greatest service assoicate I have most likely worked with. In fact she is the reason I purchased my car here instead of Arlington MB. After getting my wifes car fixed at FMB I decided to buy myself a new GLK here. She and acutally the entire service dept is just great.However the last thing is they need to find a new front door receptionist which I assume is the same as the phone receptionist, she is rude, short mouthed, not friendly and is the face and voice of the dealership. My first impression was not good and took me a while to get past her. I might of have left just because of her. She is awfull. This is not the first time she has been reviewed poorly.So, there you have it an accurate and fair assessment of this dealership. I will continue to use them for all my service, I would possibly use a different sales person in the future and avoid the front receptionist.

This is my second new Mercedes purchase due mainly to the sales representative that I have dealt with. Mr. Parker makes the buying experience enjoyable and the finance manager Mr. Perez, made the painful part, less painful; dare I say enjoyable?! This dealership is heads above the others with their service and professionalism. My first purchase was the 2010 E350 and my latest purchase is the 2012 E350 and it will not be my last purchase. My wife and I just bought a 2012 Mercedes E350, White, with black interior. We havd Steve Smith as our salesman and he was great. We were looking at a used car about a year and half prior at this dealership and decided not to buy. Steve kept in touch with us every so often and it just so happened we were in the market when he called around Memorial Day. The car was beautiful and a lower than average price for that car.It was such a easy and pleasant purchase. My previous sales and service experience was with American Service Center("Mercedes Just Mercedes"). I decided I was going to buy my next Mercedes from Rosner because of the excellent service experience I always had when taking my 2001 C class in for service. Now enter Steve Smith of sales. It wasn't my intention to buy a new car when I did, but I texted him one late afternoon, that a particular car on the lot "spoke to me". Steve worked with me and we made a sweet deal, that's why I call my 2012 C 250 coup "sweetie". Steve is very knowledgeable and accessible, he goes beyound the call of duty. Steve called me one Saturday morning to see if everything was OK, and as luck would have it, at that very moment I was having trouble programming the blue tooth phone feature. (I thought I was smarter than a 5th grader and Steve did offer to do this before I drove off the lot.) Steve didn't hestitate for a moment and walked me through the process step by step and when I still didn't get it, he said come on in and he programmed the phone for me. When folks ask where did I got such a beautiful car I tell them to see Steve Smith at Rosner Mercerdes-Benz of Fredericksburg. I jokingly tell Steve I need a residual fee (because even though there is a Rosner bracket on the car people still ask). Thank you Steve Smith, I recommend you to everyone that is looking for a great sales experience. I'm extremely happy with "sweetie".

I originally went in to get my older Mercedes repaired. After inspecting my car there was a significant amount of work that needed to be done so I decided to trade my car in for a new one. Although the repairs to my old car were substantial, I was still offered a fair price for trade in. I was very satisfied with the overall service and quality of care I received. Steve Smith did not once pressure me into getting anything I did not want and is the best salesman I have dealt with to date. Dave Bowers also did an outstanding job and knew the exact procedures of how my bank does business. I will continue to do business with Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg and would recommend them in an instant!!

I purchase a pre owned BMW a few weeks ago and I live about two hours away I spoke with Kay on the phone and with email for a few days before making the trip. When I arrived the car was exactly as she described. I am grateful for her honesty and her product knowledge. Everyone one I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. My schedule is very tight at the year end. I talked to Mr. Steven Smith over the email for the whole morning and he could not say ANYTHING meaningful or useful. I couldn't beleive that they let this guy sell Mercedes Benz. No wonder several of my closed friends, who bought Benz recently, told me to try to stay away from this dealership.

Called the dealer prior to driving 1.5 hours indicating I was looking at an identical car for 3500.00 less (i liked this interior color better )When I arrived they were courteous to show the car and the test drive went well, When pricing the sales person left HIS OWN OFFICE stating he would rather wholesale the car , than come off on the asking price two hundred dollars , I can understand not agreeing on a price but I never heard of walking out, of his own office leaving me there, Its hard enough to buy a car but who would go through this kind of treatment on your day off Mercedes should go to the dealership and see this for themselves, as we walked to the door the gsm stopped us only to state how his cars are cleaner than the other dealerships , I felt really bad like a scolded child when I left
