I drive over 200 miles daily and my service engine soon light came on. I took it to the service dept and they got it right in and found the issues. They provided me a really nice loaner car and dealt with the warranty company for me. Libby was awesome to work with and definitely recommend them and her! Thank you so much. Exceeded all my expectations!!! Great job!

A third rate dealership. I bought a used car here. I called ahead twice to make sure the car would be ready, he told me it would. Had to wait 20 minutes while someone "detailed" it. Salesman didn't know the first thing about the car (history, issues etc.) He didn't didn't tell me it had been in accident until I mentioned it. "Oh, I must have missed that" he says. There were two issues with the car, of which I was assured that it was under warranty. Of course they weren't. The person reviewing the fee's breezed past the fact that they charge $450 to put nitrogen in the tires (I'm sure she was hoping I didn't notice and bring it up). I understand that we all need to make some money, but charging $450 for air, and not telling you about it is sketchy!

Price was only good with GM financing. Was not advertised anywhere I could find. Will not be going back. Sure this is perpetrated from the higher ups not the sales team. On the other hand my salesman was very nice. Found the same vehicle I was looking at for 8500.00 less 10 min from my home. From one business owner to another, I dont lure my customers in with a lower advertised prices with out stipulating terms. 63,000 was your price not the 57,000 and change like you advertised and 17,500 was the trade. I was able to secure funding from the bank of my choice. 55,000 for the exact same vehicle "except color" and 19000 for trade. That actually makes 9500.00 in savings. Thank you for your time.

Joey at Highway is awesome! He was patient as we worked through my scenario, was knowledgeable about the car, and I never felt pressured by him to make one decision over another. He made sure I knew payment info and that I was comfortable with that before he pulled my credit. Overall, a really great experience here and I would tell my friends to go here and see Joey!

I've had an amazing experience with Highway Chevy in El Paso. These boys worked as hard as they could to get me in a vehicle that I love by working with me and GM Financial. My sales rep, Christian Hill was more friendly and helpful than I could have ever expected. Everyone who works there that I have come into contact with in this year have all been top notch. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to any friends and/or family. Go to Highway Chevy and get into your dream vehicle placed at an aggressive price with staff that will do everything they can in their power to make it work.
