All people at GMC dealer were great, even those not directly involved in sale. Logan did good job in presentation & closing deal. Sales manager, Jeff, was very helpful, enjoyed meeting him & finding out our relationship through my brother. Courtney was very helpful & cordial in showing us the pickup. Other sales people were involved that we talked to and assisted as well. Service people come across as friendly & helpful.

Wonderful people with wonderful customer service! They are always on top of reaching out to me with any updates, be it during the sale process or if I’m bringing a car in to the shop for some work. I couldn’t be happier with how I’ve been treated as a McGrath Buick customer!

Was met upon arrival and the service advisor, Kyle, was ready with all the information and a loaner ready to go. He text me a few hours later with an update and later called to request they keep my truck overnight to ensure that the repairs had cured. Very happy with the service.

We were looking for a GMC Acadia with a very specific set of options and we could not find what we wanted locally. You had what we wanted, so a trip from Minnesota to Cedar Rapids Iowa did not seem like too much of an inconvenience if it meant we could get the exact vehicle we wanted. Victor and everyone else involved in helping us seemed like they were doing their very best. Overall, it was a good experience and we really like our new Acadia. Victor was especially helpful, as he returned all of our call and emails promptly, the information he gave us was accurate, and there were no unpleasant surprises. We would definitely at least consider another trip to your dealership the next time we need to purchase a new vehicle.

Jordan made it really comfortable when purchasing our new vehicle. Jordan was not pushy and got me the answers to any questions that I had. The whole process from the numbers to getting all the paperwork together and signed was quick and to the point! Will be continuing business with McGrath for years to come!
