Found the perfect Used Escalade at Matthews. With matthews one price it was selling for thousands under book price. other dealer were selling about the same suv for thousands more. I got the best deal from matthews and Frank Vallely. This is the 3rd new car I've bought from Matthews and not the last. Thank-You Matthews and Frank .....

Shopped at all the area chevy dealers . I found the perfect impala at matthews. Other dealers had the same car but Frank Vallely made me feel good about buying at Matthews. we spoke to scott to see which traverse we wanted. after going back and forth on what suv, we decided to get the one we origonally wanted. This experience was over- acceptional ( Scott personally delivered this car to my house in norwich when he didnt have to). so pleased that we will be buying again shortly!

We went to matthews just to look not to buy but we came across a vehicle we really liked a salesman came right out and answered our questions . His name ws mickey blanford what a great salesman he was not pushy at all with us let us take it out for a test drive .when we got back it was late for us so we left our information and the next day it was ours . Shopped all area Chevy Dealers and Matthews Chevy was the lowest price and offered more after the sale with there awards program. Been buy trucks from our local dealer fot 25yrs and Matthews was still a better fit for us and price was way better. Salesman Frank Vallely is the best. We just purchased a new Avalanche in January 2013. We had a great sales representative (Ken Burton). He made our buying experience a very positive one. Ken was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He was very helpful in our vehicle purchasing process. He was not at all pushy but very eager to answer all our questions. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, Ken made the sign off go very smooth. He gave us very complete tour of all the features of our new vehicle and of the Matthews facility. Frank Vallely is an outstanding salesman. We actually left our last dealership to follow Frank to Matthews. We feel that we can trust him explicitly. While purchasing new vehicles is stressful, have found it to be almost enjoyable since we belive in Frank. This vehicle is the third one we have purchased from Frank Vallely. It actually is the second vehicle we have purchased from Frank in the last five months.

David Reyes is a perfect car salesperson. With the non-commisson program I assume that makes it a little easier for him but for the customer, it is a great thing. Never feel pressure for the sale, always feel a good deal is being offered. Purchased several cars from this dealership and will never buy anywhere else. Recommended many people over the years and always been a positive result. Great product, sorry to see the Saturn go away, but okay with Chevrolet, but by far David is the best. Honest, always follows through, never hesitates to help solve issues.

I would like to thank David Reyes and Tammy Evaninski for their hard work and dedication to me and making this process work for me. The people at Matthews are efficient and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and fixed the problem in very little time. Scheduling the appointment was easy to do. They were able to fit me in at my convenience and offered to provide me a ride if I needed to get anywhere. The people in the garage and in the reception area are friendly and easy to work with. I will continue to go there for years to come.

Great dealership. Love that I can bring the car in for an oil change without an appointment. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Love the coupons for the free car wash. Never had a problem with a service repair. Work is done right the first time. Higly recommend.
