They were great to deal with . Awesome time in talking with and looking things over. They had what I was looking for in the next big step in my life. And if anyone was looking for a good car or truck , go see them and talk to Randy. Awesome job guys and keep up the good work.

Randy at Marshall Chevrolet restored my faith in humanity. After having a terrible experience in Cincinnati, I found a car posted online at Marshall Chevrolet. I called and Randy gave me the information I needed with an out the door honest price. No gimmicks, no hard sale and no insulting my intelligence. I highly recommend giving Randy a call.

Redacted 5star rating from last year until my wife's car is fixed CORRECTLY, and the paperwork is done. We're still getting calls about payments owed on the car we traded in. Cars been in shop a total of 4 days so far for ac, and is going back to be fixed again...make sure it's not dumping gas on the parking lot this time before calling to assure us its fixed correctly? And don't forget about the check engine light that never popped up before it was "worked on" Edit.. down to one for putting mine and my wife's private information on Facebook. Bought a perfectly good car and your mechanics wrecked it..not a single person there can offer so much as an apology. Really regret doing business here. I see why everyone I knew that worked here quit.

Just completed a pain free stress free trade with Steve and Chris. Both these fellows were extremely easy to deal with and always ready to answer any questions. We just picked up a great 2021 Chevrolet Traverse with a smoking deal. The Marshall lifetime plan is also a great value and winds up being much cheaper than any of the extended warranty plans you see on TV. I'd readily recommend them for anyone contemplating another car or truck
