I went there to get a new car and I was really amazed by the deals and the service provided by the sales representative.That guy name is Nayan Pandey and he does his job at his level best.He is very informative,friendly and a good person.He has a high level of patience level as I asked a lot of question which I will because I am getting a new car.He dealt everything perfectly and didn't let me down.He gave me a good deal which I couldn't refuse and got a new 2016 Honda Accord-EX.Thanks Nayan and thanks to Marian Honda.

I am out of state buyer from Portland, Oregon who purchased a 2015 Lexus RC350. I first contacted Mike Atkinson of internet sales back on June 28th. Buying process was smooth at first, I placed a $1000 deposit with my credit card to secure the sale. Car was as described and delivered to me on July 12th. Communication and everything was great until it came to getting the title. I sent Marin Honda a cashier's check for $41,500 over 30 days ago and still have yet to receive my title and 2nd key fob as of July 29th. Kept getting excuse after excuse after excuse. First, they were missing 1 document that needed to be signed. Then another document that needed to be signed... then another document. This happened 3 times. Mike kept saying that they do not do a lot of out-of-state but this is getting old. So many excuses that it made me dizzy. Every time I received a phone call, it was because of another 'issue' or missing document that needed to be signed. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I feel like I was getting the run-around. It should not take 17 days to get the documents together to get me the title that should have been sent as soon as they have my payment. Very frustrated. Spoke to a Manager named Shawn today. He promised to call me back in a few hours, yet, that did not happen. If this is how a customer that paid $42,500 for a car is treated, I could not imagine what would happen to a customer paying less.

I recently decided to trade in a car of significantly higher market value than a Honda Accord. I was direct and straightforward with the new sales fellow, Al, and I was able to converse with the manager Eric Schiller about my expectations to make a deal happen. Although I had hoped for a couple grand more for my trade, ultimately the new car price and the trade in made enough sense and felt like a win-win so now I own a Honda Accord with styling cues, wheelbase, and exterior features that almost mirror a Mercedes C Class. This was a no nonsense, straightforward dealership and a great manager to work with. An added note, they were extremely pro-active after the deal and delivered my reimbursement check via overnight mail (my trade-in was worth more) as soon as humanly possible. I walked in to Marin Honda and was greeted by the Sales Manager Justin. I asked for helped and he offered a new sales man named Ferris. Ferris was great. He answered our questions and was helpful in our test drive. The reason I would not buy from Honda of Marin is because of Justin. At one point I asked if the Honda Civic was ever offered with a 0% financing deal. He quickly stated that Honda was so popular that it did not need to offer 0% and that I should go to Toyota. I asked him the lowest percentage for financing and he stated in a condescending tone, "Well do you want to buy a percentage rate or a car? I replied, a percentage rate........ I later told Ferris that I really appreciated his help but would not buy from Honda because of his manager. My husband and best friend discussed the visit later ( they were with me) , and they also felt he was entitled and portrayed the typical idea of what a car sales man should not be. Maybe because I am a woman? I don't write reviews often because they are usually written by people that are pretty unhappy with things as opposed to the opposite. I hate writing bad reviews, and do not feel good about writing something disparaging or negative about someone. Perhaps he had a bad day, but Ferris........ do not do what he did. We all did not appreciate it and he came across as condescending and elitist.

When Fedex lost my parts shipment, the parts manager called around and "found" it in a distant dealership. When this did not work out and FedEx DID deliver it, he personally delivered the part to my door. Better than Domino's.

What more can I say? Tom Knight was our salesman and I certainly appreciated his sales technique. He was ready to give any answers we asked without being pushy. He let us peruse their selection without us feeling rushed or pressured.

Marin Honda was such a wonderful experience compared to how I have been treated at other dealerships. From the moment I walked into the showroom and was greeted by the friendly female receptionist at the desk by the door I had a good feeling. I was then fortunate to have Earl Buskirk introduce himself and offer to help by listening to my needs. I cant praise Earl enough for his helpfulness and professionalism. He immediately led me to two suitable cars and one of them I ended up driving home and am very, very pleased with. The finance lady - I think it was Yvonne -- concluded the very relaxing and friendly purchase experience. Both Earl and Yvonne are very knowledgeable and answered questions in a very direct and clear manner. Although it was late on a Sunday night Earl took his time to introduce me to the features of the new car so I would feel confident driving away that night. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know. As I only wish to drive newer cars I plan on shopping again in about 3 years and my plan is to return to Marin Honda and work with Earl again.

This is my 4th Honda Civic lease over the past 10 years from Marin Honda. It gets better every time. My new 2016 car is outstanding, with extraordinary features. The best yet! Tom Knight, sales assistant was most professional and made the process very enjoyable. He even invited me back the next day after I'd had a chance to drive the car home and around San Rafael, to review any questions I had and provide much reassurance. I know I can call Tom at anytime with questions. He is my registered sales person! Thank you Honda of Marin for your continued support!

I came in looking for a deal and I ended up getting the best car buying experience I have ever had. Michael K. listened to all of our needs and was not pushy at all. We found exactly what we needed at a great price. Marin Honda is the only place to buy a car. Well worth the drive from the South Bay.

Thing I appreciate the most about this dealership is that no one, including Earl, is pushy. Everyone is extremely helpful, polite. Feel like they truly care. They treat me like a human being.

So frustrating! We've had our 2010 Honda in to Marin Honda's service center 4 times for the same problem. Every time, we were told it's been repaired, we find that it has not. My husband and I both work full time in the city, so it's really difficult to get the car in for service. Finally spoke with the service manager, and she was as rude as can be. Not only will we make the extra effort to have our Honda serviced at another dealer, we also will never buy a Honda again due to the poor service and quality of work at Marin Honda.

You cannot find a better Honda Dealership in the Bay Area. Truly impeccable, professional, and personal service at it's best! I live in the South Bay and the drive to Marine Honda was well worth every mile I made to reach these folks! Worth the drive.

Avoid the service department at any expense, even if it's for warranty work. I brought my 2008 Accord for warranty work in July, 2008 and had a horrible experience. I had a new drivers seat frame installed, because I was having an issue with it. They replaced the frame, but now the seat was mounted at an angle. I immediately brought the car back and the service manager said it was fine and it would settle, which was a lie. The manager kept denying that there was a problem. I brought the car to my personal mechanic. It took him less than 5 seconds to see that the seat mounted at an angle. I brought the car back to the dealer and finally the service manager saw the seat was crooked. I was told that a new frame would be at the dealership in two days. Therefore, I was being inconvienced, because they installed the new frame crooked. The next day, the part arrived and they fixed the car. I have never been back to the dealership, because I don't trust them to work on my car.

I went to have a headlight replaced. The repair took 50% longer than they said. When I started the car to leave, my windshield wipers would not work in INT or LO and would not retract completely when turned off.When I brought this to the attention of the repair people I was left waiting for 15 minutes before someone came to take a look. He said that the repair had nothing to do with the wiper problem, but if I would leave the car for another hour, they would take a look. I could not do this and when I got home, I called the service advisor to discuss the problem and asked to talk to the Service Manager. He said the Service Manager would call me back - he never did.
