MINI Mall of Georgia met and exceeded all of our expectations in buying a new MINI. This is the second MINI purchase for our family, our first at this location. Zach our salesman took us for two test drives and was very knowledgeable about the features and options of the new car. He was friendly without being pushy. Sarah, Matt and Milton in management and finance were reasonable and respectful of our time in making the deal. This was one of the fastest and lowest stress new car buying experiences we have had to date. Kalee was the saleswoman who finalized our deal, she was efficient, personal and professional. We highly recommend MINI Mall of Georgia for your next car buying experience. Looking forward to Boots, Bonnets & Bagels every month and visiting our new friends at the dealership. I was trying to help buy a car for my daughter in California. They found the exact car I was looking for, helped title and register it in California, and are shipping the car to her. This could have been a total nightmare, but Mark and Aaron made it simple for me. With so many Rock Hendricks around, this dealership has or can get anything you are looking for. Travis Davis was very helpful conducting 90% of this sale through email. He answered all of my questions, and provided the final out the door price, contingent on inspections, before we ever met. I had mistakenly told him in email that my trade in had 32K miles, then emailed him the day of the sale and told him it was actually 42K miles. When we arrived, Aaron Kniffin spoke with us, and was more than fair in adjusting the numbers to match the mileage discrepancy. I feel that the value he placed on our trade in was fair for both parties. Marisa Moley was very professional and courteous, never pushy at all, and let us take our time driving and discussing the car. This is our first experience with Mall of GA Mini, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car

Zach, Nichole and Aaron treated me with respect as well as working in a timely manner to get me in the truck I wanted! Every employee I came in contact with was very friendly and courteous to me during the process. I had looked at a different truck a couple of weeks earlier and they were upfront with me about what they could and couldn't do! They didn't waste my time! From the first conversation I had with Matt I knew it was going to be a good experience. I was looking at two cars and he had both up front waiting for me. All questions and requests were answered and fulfilled. Marissa took over and was nothing but delightful. Also they gave me the highest trade in value of any other dealership. I recently made the decision to trade in my VW lease and purchase a Mini Cooper. I was torn between the Clubman and the Countryman, but was very excited by the fact that Mini now offered larger models. I have two small kids and needed the additional space. I started the process by chatting with Sarah Holmes on the website. Sarah was very helpful and assisted me with scheduling the onsite appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Sarah Holmes and Marisa Moley who welcomed my family. Marisa assisted with breaking down the features between the Countryman and the Clubman. She was very knowledgeable and addressed all of questions.In the end, I decided the Countryman was the best model for my family's needs. Everything went great! My salesmen Manny handled the first part of the transaction very professionally. Excellent dealer! We drove 150 miles to find the car we wanted and this dealer was one of 3 in Atlanta. They are a new dealer, but totally have their act together. Very professional, not pushy like so many other dealerships. We worked with Josh, and Josh and the complete team was a pleasure to work with and made the purchasing process painless.
