Overall it was a great time working with this dealer on getting the truck that I wanted, especially with inventory being so low. One day I had inquired online about a 2021 F-150 they had with all the options that I wanted, and Will was able to respond to me in a very timely manner. Throughout my time there he was very professional, he was able to explain the truck in detail with every feature it came with and he was very understanding of what I was looking for as far as the truck and payments. I was also introduced to Steve the sales manager there, and he too was understanding and very respectful. He helped me big time with making a deal on the Truck, as well as explaining in detail any questions I had, and the process of everything. Although I live a hour away, I will still keep this place in mind when looking to purchase another vehicle.

We were having some ongoing issues with our Escape that was difficult to pin down. After this last visit, our concerns and problems were handled in a complete professional and skillful manner. Super friendly staff in the Service Department! I was given their information in order to get my Van inspected after striking a Home Depot orange bucket while driving home one morning. However, after doing a brief inspection of my own I discovered that a trip to Mac Haik Ford wasn't necessary because I was able to order the replacement Splash guard and install it myself saving me the need to have USAA insurance to cover the work.

Had a great experience with the sales team. I love my truck, and would have given 5 stars, however, I was not happy with the touch up paint job that they tried to cover the scratches with. The truck had a lit of scratches!!! They could have done a better job.

My wife and I stopped in to look at potential Christmas vehicle for our son. James Hamilton was our Sales Consultant and ensured our questions and comfort was paramount. We ended up purchasing the new Fiesta. The purchase was efficient. from the time we arrived until taking delivery with a xxxx of a great price, was an hour and a half. That was unheard of the last time i bought a new vehicle. They did great job to a tough customer like me.

Dealt with a lot of dealerships and salespeople since the search began for our new F150 and knew as soon as I spoke with Nick Bryant on the phone that I had found the right place. Made the appointment to look at the truck, took a day or so to consider what to do without being pressured to make a decision. For the most part the work (oil change and inspection) was fine. However one of my wiper blades was torn and was not brought to my attention or replaced. Don't know how it passed inspection. Also after the work was done I recieved discounts via e-mail for oil change. A little late after the fact.

I came in on Thursday to get an oil change I waited a while to see if they could get oil filter part for a Lexus 460. They explain everything to me. The young lady that works there is only female there. She said if I come back tomorrow she would have the part and get me in and out. After I checked out she offered me discount price from Thursday since I came in on Thursday. Great customer service! I appreciated her generosity.

A TRUE STORY! We brought our daughter a new car form this dealership. The experience was wonder and great customer service. But it doesn't stop here. She was later in a hit and run. Took the car Back to Ford to find out she couldn't get rental due to hiccup on insurance policy. Called Steve and it's not the norm to give loaner out for repairs in body shop. This was truly a special case. She is 4.0 college student trying to get to finals and clinical . He made it happen! He had always stated if there is anything after the sale of our car he could do , Please call me!!!!!!!! And I truly called him on it! He was there with a smile and willing to assist us, And was able to provide a car! The staff overall ( the lady at the entrance front desk friendly and always smiling ). I truly will be buying a FORD again! Steve is above the average of working ! He is working for YOU!!!!! And he CARES!!!!!!!!! Now service did a role also! They provided transportation to pick her up to get the car from the body shop! She called me! The job on repairs was SUPER!!! they detailed and clean the inside and out as if it was out the showroom. That's business for you! Made my baby girl happy! mama is pleased! GO FORD!!!!!!!!!!GO STEVE!!!!! And the crew at the body shop A++++++++.

I purchased a 2016 fully loaded Ford Explorer Sport. I knew exactly what I wanted on my first trip to the dealership. I did not make the purchase on the first trip because I was still in the process of paying off credit cards to improve my credit score. I made the purchase on trip 2 which was about 3 wks to a month later. I spoke to Andy both trips because I liked him from the first visit. Andy Sattler is the BEST Salesperson I ever dealt with!!! He was very sympathetic and understanding of my request. He listened to my every detail. Let me backtrack. I made one visit to the dealership to check out the Explorer's in person. I am a Google person and like reading reviews and knowing what I want before I go in to make a purchase. This cuts down on everyone's time. The day I went back for the purchase, to my surprise, Andy remembered everything I originally spoke with him about from the vehicle to the personal details of why I wanted a new car (I traded in a 2010 BMW for the Explorer so I could have more room for my 2 new grandbaby's). This really impressed me!!! Andy made this such an easy process. He was so easy to speak with and did not give me run around. Andy explained all the features of the vehicle inside/outside. It was so much information I had to cut him off because I was in brain-overload---LOL. He gave me the comfort of calling him if I have any questions that would come up at a later date. This guy is WONDERFUL!!! I really appreciated his approach with me. I am a single woman and do not like all the smooth talking jive I normally encounter with salespeople. Andy did not give me any of that. He was professional and made me feel comfortable with working with him. I will not hesitate to send all my family/friends to Andy Sattler with Mac Haik Ford. They helped us find an Escape to meet our budget and get most of the features we wanted. Other dealerships kind of dropped the ball when we could not meet our budget on a top of the line Escape, rather than help find what was a good fit for us. As I entered the service dept, I was informed It would take 2-3 hours to repair my flat tire. Fortunately I noticed my salesman Steve Anthony nearby and he was able to assist me! THANK YOU STEVE! When I arrived at the dealership, I hadn't even stepped out of my truck yet, and I had a salesmen waiting for me. That is how I knew it was going to be a good dealership to look at. The gentlemen shook my hand and introduced himself and Jay. I told him what I wanted, and he knew the lot like it was the on the back of his palm (it wasn't, I checked). Unfortunately, the truck I was looking for was a little out of my price range, but that was alright, because Jay had a back up. Infact, it was more suitable for me than what I had in mind in the first place. He was a polite, friendly salesman the entire time, always trying to help me out. Not pressuring me in anyway. If I said no, he wouldn't keep pushing, he worked on the price with me more than I could have expected, gave me more for my trade in than what I expected, and while I was there, I even got some dominoes pizza! Overall, my experience there was great, everybody had a smile on there face, and was very friendly. One thing that Jay kept saying to me that I found very settling is "I don't work for the dealership, I work for my customers." By far one of the best dealerships I have been too. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for either a new or used car.

Walked lot and found car. Eventually ran into Derek. He said car is not avialable was put on hold. I asked why he didn't call me back so I didn't waste a trip. He said sorry. Poor service.

Mac Haik's Brandy, who worked with me was very good and easy to work with. I bought the car!I liked the fact that she stayed with me through the financial paperwork (although she had children at home). We definitely closed the dealership down that night. She understood that I was being overly cautious (I had had a very bad experience with another dealership) and was patient with me. I own a Ford Fusion. I have only been to Mac haik to get my car serviced. The staff was informative & let me know the time window on completion of services. The only complaint I have is that all of my tire stem caps were not put back on. I didn't notice until later that day. I know I may be a small thing, however, I brought it it with all the caps on and would have liked it back that way.Thanks

I was in the market for a mustang. I searched vigorously several dealerships.I'm a credit manager for rent A Center.I wanted to get the 5.0 gt. I left my 2016 Fiesta at the DeSoto Mac Haik location for some warranty work at about 8AM thinking it would probably take all day. I called back an hour later to give Debbie my service department person my cell phone number and she tells me my car is ready. That's the fastest service I've ever received anywhere. WOW! Great work!

We had read reviews on multiple dealerships in DFW. Mac Haik Ford had received very high marks for their customer service so we decided make this our first stop. We were not disappointed as the entire experience was in line with the positive reviews we had read about. Kellys Blue Book use to be the go to resource for car worthiness but Edmonds is the most up to date site of true market value. I actually entered the Jeeps VIN number to do a spot on internet search.Not only do you get the best price, you also get great customer service. I am a person that hates buying cars, going to market in Mexico, and just dealing with price negotiations. I wish what the price was on the car is what you paid at every business that sells automobiles. However, we know thats not the case unless you go to a place like CarMax which I would not recommend. The folks at Mac Haik Ford, in my opinion, couuld'nt be better. I have a Ford Fiesta which was having some transmission problems. Dale Gentry, the service advisor called me at home and eased me through the process of getting it repaired. Everything was explained to me and a time was set to bring the car in. I went in expecting to not enjoy the process of buying a new car. I was wrong. Buying a car doesn't have to be a headache or an ordeal. I have to say everyone at Mac Haik deserves 5 stars but my sales person, Andy Sattler, deserves 10 stars as well as my finance person Elliot. Andy was a joy to work with and super knowledgeable. He did not give me the run around and was very straight forward. When it came time to finance, Elliot was the man! I highly recommend this dealership and make Andy Sattler your man!

2014 pre owned Buick Encore .. The service was ok .. But the car has white paint splatter all over it . Car should have been properly detailed waxed/buff befor being labeled certified .. Had responded to a recall letter regarding the computer system for the airbag, that I had received in Sept. When I called Mr. Corwin told me I could come in that day which was on January 19th. The time for me to wait while they did that was longer then promise. He did apologize for the wait. He then told me there was another recall on the list (no letter had been sent) regarding the steering column bolts. He gave me the choice to either come back or stay. I chose to stay. He was verify helpful in explaining things. I was pleased with the service.

Due to the runaround and lying I was given by the Mac Haik body shop and repair departments when I had my car in to get the front bumper replaced due to a car accident, I was hesitant to take my car back here for the recall work. In fact, I made my husband take it in and pick it up for me because I'm tired of how all the auto dealership/body shop/repair & maintenance shops/auto parts stores treat women. They always try to upsell, convince you of unnecessary repairs or upgrades or just plain treat you like you're stupid and you're not the one who drives your car everyday and know it well. My husband (of course because he's a man) said he was given no issues and my recall work was definitely completed in a timely manner. I'm sure they would have tried to convince me that I needed something repaired or replaced. My son drove my car home for me and he says he can tell a good difference with the transmission program update I needed and that my car no longer shudders upon acceleration from a stop. I will be driving it today and will be testing out all the car doors as the latching mechanisms were also taken care of due to a recall. If I feel the recall work has fixed my issues, I will be highly satisfied and may actually take my car in again myself for any future work that needs to be done to see if I am treated as fairly as my husband. Otherwise, I have a perfectly good and inexpensive mechanic right here in our town who can also get me Ford recommended parts as they do work on several vehicles for us already. I also have a closer Ford dealership I can try out for my recall work. Mac Haik's service departments really need to impress me after how I was treated last time I was in several months ago.

I found the staff in the pre-owned department extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. I very much appreciated the non-pushy attitude that is sometimes experienced in auto dealerships. Once I decided on the Mustang (over Camaro and others) and the specific options I wanted, I searched through the online inventories of all 274 Ford dealers in Texas. Not only did Mac Haik Ford Desoto have the car I wanted, it was also priced lower than any other dealer with a similar car. My agent, Steve Anthony, was quick, affable, and took care of all my needs. The dealership even got me a better financing deal than Ford itself was offering by going through another lender. I have already told people to check Mac Haik dealerships first, regardless of which brand they are buying. I will be coming back to Mac Haik for my wife's new car when the time comes.

I had the same problem with my Ford Edge last year and had it fixed at Waxahachie. I had same problem and you fixed it. I noticed on the work order from last year it said nothing about replacing any parts, but on your work order parts were replaced. You got my car in and out the next day because I was leaving town. I appreciate the Buick turn around and service.

I have contacted this dealership several times to get a 60 dollar credit for a car under warranty. I received no help from them or FORD Corporate. Shame in both of these entities. U paud close to 30 grand for my car with the extended warranty. No one will help for a 60 dollar reimbursement. Think about doing business wit these entities before you spend your money. MYbe another compAny will care more about your experience with th.

We talked to Bernail on the phone about purchasing a new escape, he knew exactly what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. However, when he arrived, he was no help at all. He was more concerned about other customers, who were not even there to see him. He made us wait in his office for 30 minutes, just to come back and tell us what he had already said. It was ridiculous. After being there for 3 hours and getting nowhere, we decided to just walk out. We were very upset with his "help." He was more concerned about making money than he was about helping us.

First time Mac Haik service dept customer. I recently bought a 2015 F250 for towing a large 5th wheel RV, but the Ford dealer I bought it from is over an hour away from home. I scheduled an appt for my second oil change/tire rotation during a small time window I had between RV trips. Just before the appt, a major issue with the truck arose. It turned out that this would require extensive work. John, the Service Advisor, made sure that all the work needed was completed and kept me updated with status and outlook. We left the next day on an RV trip from Dallas to Minnesota during which the F250 developed a diesel fuel leak. Upon arrival in MN, one call to John initiated a process that resulted in a repair by a MN Ford dealer that Scott, the Mac Haik Service Manager quickly agreed to pay for since it was part of the repair done at Mac Haik. I was in/out the same day in MN with $0 out of my pocket because Scott quickly, with no hassle, agreed to work directly with the MN Ford dealership to pay for the repair. I look for high quality customer service with good communication and fair pricing from any service provider. When a hiccup like this happens (especially for a complex machine like an F250 6.7L diesel) I also look for someone who will stand behind the service delivered. John, Scott and Mac Haik delivered outstanding service when I needed it, in both instances. They made a return customer out of me.

I bought a 2008 ford ranger with 96,000 miles on it, really nice looking truck, but looks aren't everything, there was a couple of minor things wrong with it and they couldn't fix those right , then I took it in to be fixed and they put a big scratch on it and said it was already there, and they kept it a whole week. I would never recommend them to anyone . I wonder if mr. Mac Haik knows how they treat his customers , or is he in on it. On top of that me and my wife bought a 2014 ford focus and they couldn't match her credit unions interest rate they lied to us about that.

At this point I'm about to give up and a friend gave me a business card and I talked to the salesman via phone and he told me to come in and let's see what we can do. I asked are you sure because I didn't want another disappointment, I told him my credit wasn't that great. I went in and I want to tell you I drove out not only was it a car but it was what I wanted and what I can afford. I was blessed with a used Volkswagen. This place was awesome. I got a great deal on a great car thanks to my salesman Kevin. My Sonata is the greatest. Other places like to play a lot of games when it comes to pricing and the cars are below par. I was able to get a great deal and a great car with no problems. Met salesman Oliver Malcom and he is easy and good to work with. I learned about the cars I was interested in and he helped me narrow down the cars I will consider to purchase. He's very knowledgeable and attentive and professional. And as soon as I am financially ready, I will go straight to Mac Haik Ford to find Oliver to buy my new car.

I recently visited Mac Haik Ford Desoto in search of a small pickup for my son that's in college after leaving another dealer that was playing games and wasting time, I was greeted by a young man by the name of Jose Ortiz I told him exactly what I was looking for he directed me to a sharp looking Ford Ranger. I got heck of a deal on the truck and my son was very pleased as it was a surprise birthday gift.

went to buy a truck prenegotiated internet price, then they secretly upped the price $1500 on the contract. i caught it and became inconsolably furious. they called the cops to get me out of the showroom. they tried to steal $1500 from me and i get removed by force. the sad sad part is i might have bought it without their snake in the grass crooked ways.... AND i really wanted the xxxx truck. but crooks just can't help being crooks

I went to buy a SUV, Victor Valencia was the one that was helping me. He was truthfull and honest no lies behind my back. Not even pressuring me on doing what I couldn't afford. Very good service on maintaining their customer comfortable. But at the end I wasn't able to purchase an SUV with some problem on myself with banks. But in the future would like to go back and try again with Mac Haik ford dealership awesome service. :)

Saw the truck online and called wade smith. Set up finance with my credit union. Drove nearly 4 hours from Houston and was not disappointed at all. Truck was as clean as salesman said and he pointed out what defects were there on the phone. Don't know any of the other salesmen but I sugges u ask for Elliot McCray. Great guy. He took care of me when I arrived. Start to finish I was in and out in less than two hours couldn't ask for a happier way to buy a truck. You can wear my credit union had screwed up paperwork they took care of it like it was no big deal

Came from another dealer where advertised price in cars.com was bogus ........ here the advertised price was the price and the car was all I had hoped for. The two salesmen I dealt with were straight fwd and enjoyable to be around. Good experience....had to haggle on my used car price a little BUT that is part of the deal...definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My online salesperson, Jerry Sparks was straightforward, honest and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Mac Haik Ford has earned a lifetime customer as long they keep doing business like this. Straight up no haggle pricing (that beat anyone else I could find), and great people to deal with. The finance guy, Charwick Reed was the same. Mr. Sparks and Mr. Reed made my car buying experience a breeze. Kudos to them and the dealership.

I took my navigator in for service. Corwin Myles was my service mgr. He is not an honest person. After repairs for our original issues, something else came up and he added notes to my ticket that I declined service, when he NEVER said one word to me at all. When I requested a meeting with managers the truth came out and and there he sat "exposed". He had to admit that he never spoke to me at all. Mr. Miles....the truth will set you free. Stop telling untruths.

My wife and i were recommended to Mac Haik by a friend that worked closely with them. We drove over 45 miles to get here simply based off of what we had heard from them. We were a little skeptical by Jon Jensen as he told me over the phone "we will do anything to make your deal happen". But sure enough he did just that. We did not have to compromise on the vehicles we wanted at all. My wife and i both drove off in brand new cars that day without being there for hours. Thank you Jon for helping us both get our perfect cars!

I spent the day last Saturday going to different dealerships with my daughter, who was going to purchase her first car. We started at Ma Haik Ford in Desoto and went from there to five other Metroplex dealerships. The difference was amazing. Bob Garrow, the Mac Haik salesman, treated us with respect and honesty,no high pressure tactics, no trying to keep our trade in hostage to make us stay there, no trying to make us feel cheap or pressuring us to buy a more expensive vehicle than my daughter could afford. The other dealers were disrespectful and dishonest about pricing, and their tactics were shameful. After literally a full day dealing with slimy sales tactics, it was a great pleasure to get back to Mac Haik in Desoto and complete our deal. I understand that Mr. Garrow has been promoted to finance manager, which is a very good sign that this dealership rewards honesty and fair dealing.

I purchased my first car in Aug. 2013 with hopes of receiving a $500 College Rebate from Ford. I know that this rebate is not guaranteed, but it doesn't hurt to try. The salesman, Mike, had me fax my school information to the dealership so that THEY could submit the rebate to Ford. I never heard back from Mike, the dealership or Ford about my rebate. It is now 6 months later and I have been trying to get a hold of Mike through email and phone calls but he has not responded to any. I know of someone who purchased a new Ford in January and got a reply to their rebate the next month. I do not know why the salesman is ignoring my attempts to contact him, and I am starting to think that they never even sent in my rebate to Ford. All I am asking for is proof that my information was submitted to Ford! Up until this issue, my experience at Mac Haik was pleasant... I had even referred buying customers to them. If you decide to do business with this dealership, make sure anything they offer is put in writing or is added to the contract.

This is my first time to write a review. I am writing after reading several of the bad reviews. Reading them made me wonder of we are writing about the same dealership. I bought a new Taurus. My salesman was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. The price compared to other dealerships. They didn't have the car, but it was there very shortly. I have been to the service department twice with no problems. I would go back and would recommend the dealership to others.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! The following is a true story and I am stunned they call themselves a Ford dealership. I have been to many dealerships and only FORD because I am a FORD guy and I can't believe the service I received from this place. I went in for the following items to get my car fixed up and ready to go: Two new front tires. Fix turn signal on passenger side. Oil change. I went in at 7:00am when they first opened to get these items completed because they were needed. I dealt with a service advisor by the name of Corwin and I explained everything I needed done. He told me that the latest he could have me out is by 12;30 and he offered me a free shuttle service back to my house which was good customer service and I said no thanks, I don't mind waiting and incase you needed me for something. So I waited patiently in the lounge for several hours. I would run into Corwin here and there and he updated me maybe once about my tires, that they were on there way back. Another few hours went by and he swung back by the lounge and I asked him if it was completed and he said he was going to go check and let me know, he did this a 4 or 5 times since I was dealing with him, then he just disappeared for around two hours or so. This is when I was get EXTREMELY angry and talked to another service advisor who showed me on the screen what was going on..... The tires appeared to be on hold and they have been for awhile, even though they made it back to the dealership along time ago they were placed on hold and for NO EXPLANATION. I got TICKED OFF now, and went to speak to the service manger who was not there and then I demanded to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER, GREG JONES! After speaking with him he wrote down all the complaints I had and went to go find out what was going on with my car. maybe 5 minutes later he and the other service advisor came in together and the General Manager said that everything is great and he tested the lights himself and they were good to go. He also said that he will give me a free oil change next time and I went ahead an accepted his apology and free oil change. I go back out to my car after paying and guess what?????? IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED! These people need to know that customer is king and while we may not be right all the time, they owe it to us to make it right when they mess it up!

This is my very first review ever doing. I received a call from a female stating that I had been approved for a car up to 25k. I already know that I am terribly upside down so I asked her to verify that it was me. She explained that my credit report had been pulled and everything was good to go and I just needed to bring in my check stubs, proof of residence. After driving 45mins to the lot I meet with Marc Shearer (SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY) he sits with me at this table in the lobby and tell me to go find what I like on the lot. After telling him my too 3 cars he begins to go over my credit report n tell me how upside down I am. I tell him I know all this why would he tell me to come 45 mins to go over stuff I know. He then ask me if I can call my grandmother, mom,dad, boyfriend to co-sign. I tell him no and he basically just says thank you if u think of someone that can co sign call him, don't need anything but their social n dob. A TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME!!!! MARC SHEARER NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S THE CUSTOMERS THAT'S MAKING SURE HIM N HIS FAMILY EATS SO HE MIGHT WANNA TAKE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES N NOT BE SO DARN RUDE!!!

I visited Mac Haik Desoto for the first time ever on Saturday 6/1/2013. The salesman Randall Lilly was nice and polite. However his communication skills and overall knowledge was not the best. I did not encounter an issue until after processing the paperwork. I noticed a discrepancy on the price of the vehicle that was on the paper work and what the salesman and I agreed to. Mr. Lilly stated he could not assist me with the number breakdown as he had no knowledge of the process (but told me when I entered the dealership he had been in the business for years). He then asked for the sales manager, Roland Lynn to assist me. Mr. Lynn acted as if I was calling for WW3 by asking him to leave his desk to explain the numbers to me. His attitude was horrible so he pushed me off onto the sales director, Sam Campbell. Mr. Campbell was the absolute rudest sales person I have ever met. He continuously made out of line rude comments and on three occassions threw his pen forcefully onto the desk as if customer service was a problem for him. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service. Had I not already signed the paperwork I would have left the car that I purchased. I am very scared as I see many other reviews stating that their service dept has bad customer service and I purchased a warranty with this dealership. BUY ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THE SALES PEOPLE DO NOT CARE.

I hope you read this before you consider using Mac Haik Desoto service department. My experience was terrible. They do not communicate well. I am suspect of their honesty, and amazed that any organization that treats customers with such disrespect can stay open. Help them out with their workload. Make sure they have less customers to bother them! There are too many companies that work hard to provide a honest customer focused service. Let's help keep them in business and avoid these lazy entitled companies from taking business from them.

I am only going to state facts. My wife and I test drove a Suburban. We talked with 2 salesmen, Will and Bruce. They appraised our trade in. We were very close to a deal. It was 8pm on New Years Eve, so we discussed talking the next day (New Years), to work it all out. I call Will on New Years and say that with a few hundred, we have a deal. He says he will talk to the manager and get back with me. Nothing. 4 hours later, I call Bruce and tell him the same thing. He says that the dealership is closed, but "a few hundred should be really easy". He says he will talk to his manager in the morning (1/2) and get back with me. The morning of 1/2, Will (not Bruce) leaves a message at my house. I call him back and tell him again what I had told Bruce. He says he will talk to his manager and call me back in an hour. Nothing for 3 hours. I call Bruce. Bruce says "I'll find out where we are and call you back". An hour later, Bruce calls and says "well, it's sold". Those are the facts, as I feel stating facts will help you in your decision to use or not use this dealership. I have bought 15-20 vehicles in my lifetime so far, and I have never had such deceitfulness happen until now.

I have purchased 2 cars in the last 3 years and Steve was my salesman both times. His knowledge and follow up must be commended! I came back to Mac Haik because of his great follow up! The dealership has so many cars to choose from!

I had told Larry Sparks that I would be out to look at a vehicle. Upon arrival, Larry was there to greet my wife and I. I told him what I would offer after looking and driving the vehicle. He stated that he would check with management. They gave me an offer and I counter offered and we came to an agreement. They got the paper work ready and Sam Haidar, sales manager, got me a better rate than expected. Larry followed up with a call a couple of days later to check on our happiness with the vehicle. Everything went very well

I bought a vehicle there a few months ago and had a horrible experience. I talked to 2 sales man and both were completly worthless and unprofessional. I went to look at the truck and drove 3 hrs away. When I drove up the sales person I had talked to wasnt even there after I told him I would be there. They gave me another sales guy. this guy had one of the dirtiest mouths I have ever heard. He bad mouth some of his employees and didnt know his facts on the car. Only reason i bought the car was because of the deal. Other than that I will never go back. they made no effort to make me feel like a valued customer. This place only cars about the profit and is going to eventually see how they are doing business all wrong.

Stopped by several times within the past month looking for a vehicle for my daughter. Test drove a vehicle and was talking to the sales rep who excused himself because of anither customer issue with the promise of returning soon to help us. 35 minutes later, my family and i walked out the door with no help or anybody questioning why we were sitting there by ourselves or why we were leaving. Second time, got in a car to test drive and a minute down the road, ac shut off, warning lights flashing, no coolant, engine overheating. Heard the same from another customer in the showroom complaining about a previous purchase too. Avoid at all costs!

Saw a good deal on cars.com, called about what appeared to be some damage from the photos, was assured the damage was minor. Got there major damage was present which the guy just sort of said, "and now you know why that car is such a good deal." Saw several other people stop in and look at the same car. I think they were using it as 'bait'. Just want to show their other cars, none which have prices on them.
