I recently traded in my little car and upgraded to a Grand Cherokee! I am OBSESSED with it and it hasn't even been a full 24 hours!!!! I am super thankful for both Zach and Julian for making the sale go by quickly and hassle free! Zach is very persuasive with his customers without coming off pushy! He seems to really care about getting his clients the best deal possible without going in a financial hole. I really appreciate how Julian did not swarm towards me when I first arrived (like most dealerships) He stayed calm and affirmative, which is a characteristic I look for when getting ready to purchase a new vehicle. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would recommend Mac Haik CDJ to anyone, but specifically deal with these two incredible guys! I can't wait to continue business with this amazing group of sales associates. Amazing guys!! Thanks for all the help :)

Ask for Armando G.!!! if you want your purchase to be pressure-free! Check out my super clean Ram 1500 after my salesman's had it detailed and filled with fuel before my family hit the road.for a family reunion. They detailed it the.night my husband purchased it for me, plus Armando full-filled his promise of 2 free cleanings. Everyone here is super helpful. Anthony Berry was most efficient at completing our finance package also. I'm going to enjoy this gift 😇.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep North Houston. I was actually just going in to look around but was so pleased with my service that I ended up buying it that day. Alonzo was a new sales rep but was very helpful and for any questions he couldn’t answer he was honest about it and then partnered with a Certified Jeep representative, John Arrant. John was helpful, courteous and accommodating. I would recommend these folks and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep.

Mac Haik dodge was great to work with virtually. All things were done via the phone, then I literally I came in to test drive and sign on the dotted line. Henry was a great sales rep and was very knowledgeable when it came to my Dodge Ram 1500. Mac Haik was offering discounts on trucks during a low inventory point in time when no other dealers were offering discounts. I would highly recommend them!

The service team at Mac Haik CDJ are the best I have ever dealt with in all my years of owning vehicles. The Express Lane Team they have on Saturdays are true "Customer Service" oriented to help council you and help maintain your vehicle with the proper service and advisement to what your vehicle really needs, and what you will need in your next upcoming visits. I bet this dealership sells more vehicles because of their service department.
