We just purchased a truck for our daughter today and will definitely be going back when it's time to purchase our next vehicle. Mr. Melvin Jones was our salesman and he was fantastic. He took his time to go over all of the details about the truck with her. That really meant a lot to us and her with this being her first vehicle. Even the finance team was great. Thank you again for making this experience an easy one.

I experienced the most phenomenal customer service while purchasing our new Ram from my salesman Bryan!! He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I didn’t feel pressured and he made sure we were happy with our purchase!! He has called multiple times to follow up and see if we needed anything else. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - ABOVE AND BEYOND CLIENT EXPERIENCE are the two things that stood out from my recent experience with this dealership when I visited with my son. Non pushy sales team upon arrival, got to view the entire inventory without disruption until it was time to open a couple Jeeps up and take a test drive. Patient with questions, superb at helping with purchasing situation even with a 703 score. They went above and beyond to do everything possible to assist and we left experiencing the outstanding customer service from our salesman, in addition to Henry in financing and Mr. Seward the General Sales Manager who has gone above and beyond to deliver the above and beyond client experience received with the utmost professionalism. I can see why our sales experience was so awesome based on his leadership. If you are reading this review and are in the market for a vehicle, you must stop in and experience the FIRST CLASS SERVICE like we did. This team is a goldmine of happiness and professionalism, I cant wait to experience the awesome service dept., just saw they gave 4 free oil changes to come in so we can hv this next experience. Scott was absolutely perfect. We were working closely with another dealership and Scott hands down knocked their service out of the park- even working with their "assistant manager". He was transparent and clear throughout the process. Being straight to the point saved so much time. After shopping for the same vehicle at multiple places; customer service is what sealed the deal. Absolutely amazing Sales service. We live 2 hours away so we did a majority of our business by phone. It was Worth the drive especially when other dealerships were adding several thousand for “protection plans”. 100% Ask for Chino. We told Chino our price point and he made it happen. Not a penny more. Chino made sure when we arrived our truck was ready for a quick test drive then straight to detailing so we wouldn’t get stuck in Houston traffic on the way back! By far the easiest buying process I’ve ever experienced. I’d add 5 more stars for the big Red Bow and red carpet roll out! Highly recommend Chino and Mac Haik! Thank you for such a great experience.
