I found a Used Tacoma online and traveled to Lugoff from Charlotte to take a look at it. We were greeted by a salesman who brought us into the showroom to meet with Cody, who we had spoken with on the phone prior to traveling down, who then introduced us to David and thus we began the car buying process. David was very thorough and answered all our questions. We were able to come to an agreement that made me feel good about my overall buying decision. Working with David Acevedo and Cody DeBruhl was a great experience, and knocking out paperwork with Wally Abraham was an equally good experience. Wally walked through all of our options for warranties, interest rates, and what payments would look like. The overall look and cleanliness of the dealership was very luxurious. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I felt as though the hour and a half drive was worth it to be able to leave the dealership smiling from ear to ear driving off in my new (to me) Tacoma.

I bought a 2015 Rav 4 last year. Tyrone was my salesperson and Ralph Harper also assisted in the sale. They were very easy to work with and made it an enjoyable experience. This is the best Toyota dealership I've ever been to. They do not pressure you and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I had such a good experience here that I referred one of my friends to Tyrone and she bought a car too. Even though her credit and finances are not the best in the world, Ralph and Tyrone were able to work with her to get a nice car she can afford. After researching the model of interest.and surveying the marketplace, we visited Lugoff Toyota for a closer look and test drive. Our sales rep, Tyrone Davis, was extremely helpful and patient in addressing our questions. The sales negotiation was straight forward and direct. The time spent with the business manager was also very efficient. I rate this as a very positive experience and will consider Lugoff Toyota for my next vehicle purchase.

I have always gotten my oil changed and any maintenance requirements done through toyota. The service center does a great job with any problems you have with the car. My glove box plastic interior was becoming unattached to the glove box causing it to hang from the dash. David knew exactly what to do to fix the glove compartment, was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to the service center any time I have a problem with my corolla!

This was my first major purchase that involved financing and all the guys at Lugoff Toyota were wonderful! Everyone was happy to do everything in their power to help me. I was assisted by Joe DePasquale, who was so kind and attentive. I never felt like they were trying to gouge me on the price, and no one tried to push me into anything I wasn't interested in. I contacted the dealership about a used truck that turned out was already sold. The salesman, Tommy Lee, began working on a deal for a new truck that would fit my needs. All this was done by phone because I live over 100 miles away from the dealership. Everything was worked out over the phone and the dealership had my new truck within a few days. Excellent sales staff and quick responses. I first spoke with Cody DeBruhl by text. A quote was received and after one phone call to verify a couple of things I was questioning, I accepted the quote. Joseph Pasquale was assigned to getting my car ready for pick up and going over the specifications. Joseph was very friendly and professional when telling me all about my new car. Ira Thomas completed the financial paperwork quickly. Scott Cooper was nice to assist in programming my phone for the GPS app. Ralph Harper was very professional and friendly. After having a bad experience with another Toyota dealership I started to do some research and found Lugoff Toyota. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Clyde Cutino was the sales rep that dealt with helping me find the exact truck I wanted, he is AWESOME! very nice and helpful with everything I needed to know about the truck. I was looking for a used Toyota Tacoma and found one on the website that I really liked so I used the online resource for helping to communicate with the dealership. Cody DeBruhl answered me within hours and told me to come on in and test drive, fastest service I have ever had. All of the employees at this dealership are amazing I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and usually you cant say that about a dealership but this place is the real deal. I never thought the day I would own anything extravagant but they put me in a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and I fell in love, they even got me the exact color I wanted to seal the deal. After taking a test drive in the 2016 Toyota Tundra Truck...I was very impressed with how the truck handled and how comfortable and smooth the ride was. So we decided to try and make a deal. This was a great experience, Tommy Lee was very nice and very knowledgeable about the truck giving us as much information as possible about the truck in comparison to others out there on the market. I didn't think I'd be getting anything fancy when me and my mother decided to go looking for cars at a dealership. Imagine my surprise when I got approved for a 2012 Kia Optima! My stepfather had a Kia Sorento (same year, in fact), so it's nice that I managed to get something so similar and close to heart. The first option was a 2007 RAV4 limited edition, and it was nice as well, but option 2 just feels right. Joe did right by me, and I won't forget it. He even got my mother into a new car when she co-signed for me!

Tyrone has been consistently providing answers even after the vehicle was purchased. My pass experience with other dealer is once you buy and drive away you become a secondary priority and that is not the case with Luggoff Toyota and its staff.

Our son had his Prius serviced at Lugoff Toyota recently and mentioned he was very pleased with the experience. So when a mechanical problem developed with our Lexus hybrid I easily scheduled an appointment on their website for the next day. I was assigned service advisor Tommy Hancock who was very professional and provided a loaner since our vehicle would be their all day. The problem, which was difficult to diagnose, was explained to me in detail. I am totally pleased with the entire experience and will gladly recommend the dealership to my friends and associates.

I received a call from the dealership to schedule my 5000 mile checkup. After I made the appointment, I mentioned that I might be interested in step up bars for my truck. When I got to the dealership, Tommy Hancok was efficient and got my truck back to the maintenance area quickly. I checked with parts and Eric had a printout ready for me with step up options and prices. While I waited, I had a nice conversation with Tommy Lee and Cody DeBruhl about how fair they were about price and trade in when I purchased my Tacoma from them in June and Ira Thomas was also very thorough and quick with financing. We have had great experiences with both a lease and a purchase process. The leasing process took a little longer because it was a first time experience and everyone was very patient with all our questions and concerns. Bottom line: we left each time with a new vehicle and everyone from sales, management, finance and service has been terrific! From the moment I drove on to the lot, Kaitlan was there pointing me to the closest parking spot. She helped me and stayed with me from start to finish. She displayed warmth, caring, fantastic listening skills, and stayed with me, being both friendly and encouraging and positive when I expressed doubt. My wife and I went to Lugoff Toyota on Saturday to just look at the Avalons. We were going to wait until next year to purchase a new vehicle. Jamie Gardner was the salesperson that my wife had spoken to over the phone and greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. We had a 2007 Avalon that we were driving at the time. After Jamie took us for a test drive in two different Avalons and went over every feature on them and the were the Linited Model so there was a lot of features to go over. Jamie was so patient explaining every detail. He made us feel so comfortable the whole time. He then shares the price of the new Avalon and what they would give us for our 2007 Avalon on trade in. After a little negotiating with the numbers we decided that the deal Lugoff Toyota was offering us on the 2016 Avalon we just could not wait until next year. We just purchased a 2016 Toyota Avalon from Lugoff Toyota. We have always purchased Toyota vehicles and this is by far the best purchasing experience we have had. The customer service from the salesman, Jamie Gardner was first class with no pressure at all. We have always purchased silver vehicles. They did not have a silver Limited Avalon, but they did however have a gold one available on their lot. Jamie talked with us about the gold one and explained every feature of the vehicle so well we decided to go ahead with the purchase of the gold Avalon they had on lot. It is absolutely beautiful. I searched dealers online the night before and it turned out Lugoff Toyota had a double cab worth checking out with not a whole bunch of costly and unnecessary distributor/dealer add-ons (the add-ons it did have were what I wanted and made the trip to the dealer worth checking out). While at the dealer, I realized the crew max was what I wanted though, not the double cab. But the double cab they did have on the lot is how I pictured my future crew max would be. The team was able to locate a crew max from a neighboring state with the exact SR5 trim/features/options to include the wheel package. I got the exact color, trim, options, etc just as I wanted and had seen on the double cab. It took a couple of days to drive the truck home as ordered, but Walt communicated with me the entire time and delivered as promised per the sales contract. Walter was super laid back & got me everything I asked for, even after the sale.

I had a not so great experience at our local dealership so on a whim, just called Lugoff Toyota. I spoke to Tommy and true to his word, he emailed me some vehicles I might be interested in. He followed up with texts and a phone call but was never pushy. I drove over and test drove a Camry which I loved. Started off as a move from South Carolina to Arizona and in the process to make a long story short we stopped in Lugoff to stay the night. I was hauling a trailer with a Cadillac Escalade that wasn't quite meeting the standard for pulling my trailer. So after waking up and having breakfast we decided to go look at some vehicles as a possible future replacement. I owned a Toyota Corolla also at the time that was the trail vehicle. I never really expected to purchase a vehicle that day but with the help of Tyrone and the great sales management team about 6 hours later we were pulling off the lot in a beautiful Toyota Tundra.. with all the power and space I needed! The staff at Lugoff Toyota were unbelievable to work with. I went in looking at a specific truck, but ended up falling in love with a truck that was out of my budget. That's when Scott Cooper went to work for me. He wasn't going to let me leave without the truck if he could help it and with the help of his financial team the got me to the number I needed. What I loved about the experience was simple...they didn't try to force a vehicle I didn't love just to hit a budget, instead they figured out to get the truck I wanted into my budget!

I came all the way from Spartanburg, SC to buy my first truck at Lug Off Toyota. Jamie was fantastic in helping me pick out the right one. The sales person I worked most closely with, David Acevedo, was terrific. He went out of his way to be sure that all of my questions were answered satisfactorily. When he didn't know something he told me. He'd then check and double-check a response to be be sure he was giving correct information. He was easy to work with, friendly and very helpful. Lugoff Toyota was the perfect place for me to purchase my car. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about all cars, not just toyotas. David did a wonderful job of making sure I understood every aspect of the sale and what was going on at all times. Not once did he get frustrated when I was confused about the warranty or taxes, etc. Scott was also awesome during this process. Before I even made it to the dealership he had answered any questions I had over phone and always stopped what he was doing to assist me. Overall, staff is amazing and I had a great experience. I drove from Alabama to get my jeep and I would do it again! Great job guys:)

I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my glove box was open and was also broken. All the contents in the glove box was in the floor of the truck. There was grease on the driver side door panel of the truck and on the outside of the door. Spoke to the service manager about it and he was very rude and offered no help in the matter. I then spoke to the general manager and was offered a refund on the oil change.This is very poor service on the person that performed the work and on the service manager for not taking care of the customer.

I am a 50 year old, professional white male. ...( I state this for demographic reasons). Over the years, I have purchased many new and used vehicles from many dealerships. I have to say that of ALL of the dealerships, my purchasing experience with Lugoff Toyota was the most pleasant with which I have ever conducted business. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by your Sales Associate, Mr. Joe McComas. Mr. McComas was courteous, friendly, and was sincerely interested in helping me purchase the EXACT vehicle that I sought to purchase! He was not pushy, but actually listened to what I had to say, and with sincere interest!! That was a refreshing experience, considering that Jim Hudson Toyota's sales personnel, once told me, while I was shopping for the very vehicle that I purchased from Lugoff Toyota, that "I was not serious in purchasing a vehicle". Jim Hudson's sales staff should take lessons from Lugoff Toyota's sales and management staff!!!!!!!! I had a similar experience with Fred Anderson Toyota. Their staff, although friendly, showed NO interest in helping me obtain my vehicle!! Mr. McComas not only worked with his manager to get the vehicle that I wanted, but stayed in contact with me during the period in which the vehicle was being delivered to the dealership, to see if I had any questions or concerns. As I was trading in a vehicle, Mr. McComas placed me in a comfortable car to drive, until my truck arrived, and was ready for me to take delivery!! To make negotiation experience come to fruition was Mr. Matt Baker. Mr. Baker worked with me until we had numbers that we both could work with. ....refreshing!! He was so willing to make me happy!!Locating the vehicle was Mr. Cody Debruhl. Mr. Debruhl, was able to locate the EXACT vehicle that I wished to purchase!!! He also contacted me after posing questions to the website, with regards to how he could help to find the vehicle that would satisfy me! He went over the top!! I live in Charlotte NC, about 100 miles from this dealership. They had a 2015 Chevrolet SS for sale that I located online. I worked through the Internet manager Cody who for almost 2 weeks was very patient as I tried to get a deal that worked for both sides, and assisted with all questions I had. 2 weeks after locating the car I drove the 100 miles to see the car in person and drove out with the car I fell in love with online. They all were patient, helpful and even a few weeks after the sale I still feel as if Cody has my best interest in mind and has followed up with a few questions I had after the sale. Tommy Lee was my sales person who was great. Ira Thomas was my sales person who was great. As far as the service department I have little faith. I purchased a 2010 Chev traverse that some one had traded in. The service department didn't do a good job on checking the vechile out. The air was not working and I had to pay for some of that cost. The kicker was the timming belt/chain needs to be replaced. I got the extended warranty. I took my car to Capitol Chev where I'm with out a car and was told that I could get a loner with I took it when I called Megan she said NO they would not give me a loner for this.Its like once you signed it's no longer there problem.

These people here go above and beyond Thier skills to help someone get what they want .. Tommy and Matt ... omg you guys are so awesome ... Tommy brought the new truck to us an hour and half away with paperwork to do a lease .. my hubby as soon as Tommy drove clear here to accommodate us . After driving my car for nearly 12 years, I dreaded the process of purchasing a new one--although I knew it was time. My husband visited Lugoff Toyota and talked with Tommy Lee. He suggested that I make a visit "just to take a look at the Camry specials." Reluctantly, I went--figuring I would spend as little time as possible. Tommy was polite, listened carefully to the features that were most important to me, and answered all of my questions. Sales Manager Ralph Harper also checked-in, to make sure we were all on the same page. I cancelled my plans for visiting two other dealerships and settled on a sporty new Camry! I recently posted a great review for this dealership. I wish I had not, to clarify this was the second vehicle I purchased for this dealership. Process was the exact same.. Here is what I mean I went in ten days ago test drove, negotiated and signed a contract for a vehicle. I received several text messages.. Yep text messages informing me I need to come fill out more paper work. So to simplify here is what's going to happen.. You'll go in you'll test drive your vehicle of choice, they'll run some numbers you'll negotiate, they take your keys if your trading in. They will finally satisfy your expectations. You'll sign your paper work and go home happy.. At least that's what you expect, they let you leave without being approved from any linder. They will call you in 2-10 days telling you they had to go through another creditor your Term will change, Your monthly Payment will also change. It's happens to me TWICE it's also happen to other I know. Will it happen to you? Probably!

Great experience with Cody (internet mgr) and Joe (sales). I had been looking on the Internet and knew exactly what I wanted. It was a pretty extensive list of wants and don't wants. After checking out a near by competitor and having a not so good experience, I went in a bit skeptical. But they turned it around and were able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. My time at the dealership from discussing what I wanted to trade in value, pricing and signing papers was limited to under 2 hours. I left there in a brand new "loaner" vehicle to use until my vehicle was trucked in which took about 2 weeks. I didn't mind the wait because when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted and had come straight from "port" with only 5 miles on it! During the wait Joe and Cody kept in touch. My vehicle was actually brought in on Joes day off but called me to let me know that it was in and what time it would be ready. He also came in on his day off!!

Three months of looking for a used car and dealing with independent dealerships and their financing of high interest and short terms left me ready to give up. I came across an '09 Mazda Speed 3 and gave Lugoff Toyota a call. From then on, Cory set the ball in motion with financing and put my monthly exactly where I wanted and at a great APR. Having traveled by rental car from GA, my new friend, David, came and picked me up--above and beyond what I had expected from a pre-owned car dealer. With a 20 minute drive David was easy to talk to and honest, quickly earning my trust. I am a recent college graduate who wanted to make a fresh new start and have that first "grown up purchase" everyone boast about making after such an accomplishment . Didn't have spare key worked with me an got me a free one along with raingaurd for my door helped me get another one to replace the one that flew off my truck going down the highway.

Went in to inquire about the exchange program for my 2013 Toyota Corolla S, totally unprepared to buy a car and had no money to put down but I left with a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla. I didn't even think it would happen but the sales agent worked hard to get the payments down to a workable rate and he was very kind and not pushy like most are!

I can't say enough about Cody and how I was treated, from first contact on the internet, and being greeted at the dealership. As I stated Cody and his team did exactly what they said they would, gave me above fair for my trade in, and put me in a newer, better equipped vehicle, for a lower payment. Even though my new vehicle doesn't come with cross rails for the roof rack, my salesman Walt was able to get a set of rubber floor mats added. Not a fair trade, but I can live with it. In short, I was treated fair and courteously. Now I'm not saying that I couldn't be motivated to recommending your dealership to my family and friends, coworkers and customers alike by way of some spare roof rails you may or may not have just laying around your service department. But I will definitely start my next new vehicle search at Lugoff Toyota.

The staff was very helpful.While i searched for the right vehicle to buy for myself and my baby girl, I dreaded walking into most dealerships. Let's be honest we all hear stories about car dealerships... I would NEVER car shop anywhere else after going and purchasing from here! 8/10 dealerships I went to they haggled me and didn't seem to care on a personal level, only a business one. I get that. We all have to make a living. I found my Pathfinder here at Lugoff Toyota and I was helped very much over the phone per the specs of the car from a gentlemen named Cody who was very nice. He then passed me onto Scott Cooper who I now consider a friend. Scott was amazing and down to earth. I loved how he let me know right off the bat that he's here for me and not for himself and I never got the feeling otherwise. He was amazing!!! Loved my experience and if I am ever out in that area I will drop in to say Hello to all of them! The team and staff is AMAZING! To everyone here thank you and I love my new car!!!

Tommy Lee was are sales associate , he makes buying a car easy and simple not pushy like other dealers. I walked into the dealership after receiving an email from Scott Cooper it was personalized towards me with warmth and made me feel comfortable making a decision on purchasing a Toyota Tundra! Scott was so professional and didn't pressure me into anything he asked me what I wanted instead of putting me in a truck that he wanted to put me in! Jamie Gardner helped us purchase a used Tundra to replace one that was totaled. They had a similar truck and helped us get the price where we would not have to come out of pocket with any money. The truck was cleaned up and ready when we picked it up. They even worked with us so we could take the truck home before we got the insurance check. We would recommend them to anyone and my husband loves he new "used" Tundra more than the one he had before!

I made the drive to Lugoff Toyota after I had already done my research and decided what I wanted. They offered me the best initial quote through one of the car buying apps and when I actually showed up at the dealership they honored that discount and gave me a good price on my trade in. I drove about an jour to come to this specific dealership because everyone was so nice over the phone maybe I as to black when I got there or my credit score wasn't high enough and that's exactly how I was treated like a 2 and class citizen the dealers went in a room to talk about me and could not give me answers I called and emailed and even texted after my visit because I really wanted this car and I couldn't even get a call back. The best group of people i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I went to a local dealer first (Fort Mill Ford) because of the convenience to my home. Bad idea. They treated me like a commission and not a customer. So i left without the vehicle i wanted and feeling low. Then i found another one i wanted at Lugoff Toyota on the internet. I wrote them and Cody DeBruhl got back to me very quickly and we set up a appointment for a test drive. When i arrived i was greeted by Wally Abraham. He was very polite and assisted me with looking at the vehicle and test driving it. It was exactly as they said it was. No surprises. Also Cody came over and introduced himself. Everybody was very friendly. I had no problem with getting approved. They never pressured me into anything extra. It was how customer service should be and i'm very glad i went the extra distance to go there. Thank you for making the car buying experience very happy for me.

This is my second car purchased from Lugoff Toyota and Mr. Tyrone Davis. I enjoy working with him. There is never any pressure from him to make a purchase he just wants you to be happy with your selection. My daughter saw the 2006 Scion online and I went to the dealership and knew which salesman I wanted. He takes the time with you one on one. I also had just purchased a 2008 Nissan Sentra from him in October for my older daughter. Both times I was not sure if the financial part would work out but with Tyrone, Chris and now Ira and Matt I don't feel pressured when buying a car. In part I have purchased 5 cars from these wonderful people in 2015. I don't prefer a particular name brand car over the other. I would gladly follow Tyrone and these fine people wherever they may roam. Tyrone is a wonderful salesman and now a family friend! Thank you again Tyrone for making my daughters happy! What an extreme disappointment.I was called almost 2 weeks of having my new car to tell me my loan did not go through, seriously???Than they want to charge me milage on the car. This was a very unprofessional dealership, no one taking responsibility,accountability for finance error almost 2 weeks later.I have filed a formal complaint with Toyota, and plan to file with BBB as well.I will not refer anyone***How does a dealership allow a customer to drive 10 days a new vehicle, with no financing? Lugoff Toyota did NOT finance us! Than called to bring the car back. Oh, and Lugoff Toyota was going to charge my husband and Ia $200 fee for 10 days of milage. YES, they were!This is unethical, unappropriate practices and than to be dishonest to the public?Shame on how you treat your customers!!!Toyota does not stand by their philosophy of: The Customer Come First.Lastly, in my opinion, in the many years I have dealt with dealerships, this is the most shady and unpredictable company...lies, to cover up each other there, again my opinion and experience.

I was looking at one of their used Tundra's that was advertised at $8,028 and had spoken to Cody before making the hour drive to the dealership. When I arrived, Cody referred me over to Jamie who took me to look at and drive the vehicle. Jamie was down to earth, very courteous, and easy to talk to. Not pushy as I have come to expect from Salesmen. Everything was going fine until they brought out the ACTUAL, broken down price of the vehicle. The truck went from $8,028 to $10,160! $1,000 of that was due to the fact that I had no vehicle to trade in and they wanted to charge me another $279 for an additive they supposedly put in the tank to clean the injectors. I was told that "there's usually some fine print". I know there's fine print on these ads but I'm sure they realize that nobody's expecting to arrive and pay over $2,000 more than advertised on an $8,000 vehicle. Below is a the verbatim "fine print" on the TrueCar advertisement. Price may exclude tax, title, tags, governmental fees, any emissions testing charges, and any finance charges (if applicable). Unless otherwise stated separately in the vehicle details, where allowed by law, the price may not include processing, administrative, closing or similar fees. Current mileage may vary due to test drives and vehicle relocation. Actual vehicle options should be confirmed with the dealer.Calculators are provided for educational purposes only, and calculator results do not constitute an offer to lend. Calculator results do not include tax, title, tags, and other governmental and non-governmental fees that dealers may be permitted to exclude from advertised prices in the relevant state.I personally don't see any verbiage in there that suggests that I would need to have a trade in to get the advertised pricing. Anyways, I told Jamie that I wasn't willing to pay over $9,100, and honestly I didn't feel the truck was even worth that. Jamie took the offer back to his sales office and out walks "will not be named". I have never dealt with a more demeaning and arrogant individual. I could tell that he had been in the game a while and wasn't used to losing a negotiation. He did all the talking and wasn't interested in anything I had to say as he began telling me that he's not the type to shop around because it's a waste of time, he just buys. I guess he forgot that I was the consumer and not him. I tried to make it clear to him that I had a bottom line and was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle (not sure if he actually heard me or if he was just thinking of what to say next). I finally realized that the conversation was going no where and told them I was no longer interested. As I was driving away, I received a call about 2 minutes down the road. New offer was the listed price plus tax, title, and tags. Ira took care of my financing, and he exhibited all the same great qualities as Jamie. Bottom line, I enjoyed my experience with Jamie, Ira, and Cody. Too bad one person had to ruin it for everyone. Seems like an awesome stand up dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks for reading.

I was forced to purchase a new vehicle due to the recent flooding in SC - My 2006 scion XA was flooded and I took it to Lugoff Toyota service to ask them to drain the remaining water and rip out the carpet and replace it. Teresa was fabulous. She handled all the dealings with the insurance company and I didn't have to go through that trauma on top of everything else. Unfortunately, the car was totaled. I was devastated. However, Teresa was again terrific. She encouraged me to talk with Jamie re: a new car. So, the following day, I met with Jamie and between his customer service and Ralph's help, I was able to purchase a new 2016 Scion IM - Although I wasn't planning on a car payment right now, I am VERY happy with the experience and my new ride! Truck was listed as having "keyless entry". After the purchase I asked for the remote and was told that they didn't get one from the previous owner. I found a remote and they tried to program it and found that there was a problem with the system in the truck. They have scheduled installation of the faulty part.I appreciate them working with me on this.

Great thanks to Lugoff Toyota staff! We live in upstate SC about 2 1/2 hours from Lugoff and it was worth the trip to purchase our new car. We found an Internet sale price on a new 2015 model and they worked with us over the phone to make a deal and promised no hassle or extra charges added. I purchased Toyota Rav4 2015 from Jamie Gardner, and i must say that of the three new car purchases, i left Lugoff~Toyota feeling treated fairly and completely happy about the whole experience. This is not your average dealership. These people follow through on what they promise. I didn't have time for them to explain my new cars electronic functions or get my complementary car wash but Jamie told me to bring it back whenever i could and he would take care of it. I expected them to do it but not with the level of enthusiasm and quickness they displayed. My point?, Usually after signing on the dotted line, the effort to impress slows or stops but not at Lugoff-Toyota. I asked what was wrong with the vehicle before I bought it. Was told about minor things. But they failed to mention the 2 broken motor mounts, bad a/c compressor, oil leaks, rotors, timing belt, serpentine belts all bad. 2500$ later, I have a drive able van.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and went to the Toyota dealership closest to me but the salesman continued to push me towards more options and vehicles i wasn't interested in. I made it clear what i wanted and the interaction wasn't connecting. I headed to the Lugoff location, close to a 40 minute drive from my home, and it was more than worth it. Jamie was more than accommodating and made the experience a breeze. When he delivered the vehicle to my home he walked me thru in even more detail the features and was extremely knowledgeable. I am 73 Years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. I sold cars at one time and I can say at Lugoff Toyota was the best experience of any. Ralph Harper along with Tyrone Davis put together the best deal on this purchase. We came to an agreement on my trade and the bottom price within 30 minutes after test drive. I shopped around in person, internet and phone to four other dealers and they were the most friendly and made me and my wife very comfortable the whole time. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a 2015 Camry. From the beginning, the Sales Rep, Tommy Lee made very clear the car advantages, which helped me take an educated decision. Before taking the car he went through every gadget in detail making sure I didn't miss any feature of the new car. Words can't express my appreciate to Jamie Gardner for all the help he has provided me since I got my HIGHLANDER in June. Went this past weekend for my 5000 mile check and once again, LUGOFF TOYOTA was so professional. Jamie told the service department that I was coming on Saturday morning and the service did not hardly take any time at all. Jamie and Walt both came to the waiting area and talked with me and that was a good feeling knowing they took to time to talk and that I was just not another ####. Thanks Jamie and Walt! I came in to just look and see what type of vehicle I wanted to trade mine back in for. I was offered help by James. I let him know what type of vehicle I needed compared to the one that I had. They were able to find the vehicle I needed that met the criterias I requested. He made sure I had all questions answered and was able to make a deal on the day I was there instead of waiting another month and deciding then what needed to be done. I was very happy with the service given all the way to the end. All the way down to making sure I was familiar with how to use the blue tooth features and the back up camera features that came standard on the car. I am very happy with the results and my new Toyota Camary. It far exceeds what I want / needed to accommodate declining health. Thank you very much to the ones who were able to make me happy and glad I came back to the same place I went last year to purchase a vehicle. I plan to keep this vehicle for many years to come as I am very pleased with the results of waiting and coming to Toyota in Lugoff to have my vehicle transaction completed.

Definitely would come back for another vehicle with better internet homework, checked 3 other dealers and they all disappointed me. One delaer had one special and tried to sell me much higher than special one(I asked that saleman if I look like a stupid buyer). I felt like I was tricked to come to the delaer, at another dealer I was not well recepted because they must assumed that I was not a easy buyer.all that fancy TV advertising seemed like trick and sell pitch.Its sad that toyota makes very good vehicles but they have to sell through these dealers

I am a very hard person to sell a car to. I do a lot of homework before I actually decide to go into a dealer to buy a car. The internet price has to be within range for me to drive 3 hours. I was very pleased that everyone continued to be very pleasant and cordial during the process of reaching an agreeable deal. I was especially pleased with my sales person Jamie Gardner he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Sienna that I was interested in. I really appreciated the time that he spent with me in setting up my phone and the navigation system. I recently bought a brand new Camry at Lugoff Toyota. My salesman was Scott Cooper and he was awesome from the minute he met me at the door. He was knowledgeable about the car and proceeded to show me all the bells and whistles when we went on the test drive. I honestly didn't think I would buy a car when I stopped in but I felt so comfortable with Scott I decided it was the right time. Jamie Gardner and Ira Thomas were wonderful to deal with! Within two hours I had purchased the vehicle of my choice with the options and color I selected and signed all of the paperwork. I explained to Jamie my expectations and level of trust and I was amazed at the level of service and cooperation and friendliness of, not just Jamie, but the whole entire staff there on Thursday night. I arrived at the dealership around five having let Jamie Gardner know by phone earlier in the day that I was coming by. I had not told him by phone my specific plans, just that I was coming by to look and negotiate. When I arrived we sat down and discussed the make, model, color, options and price range. We test drove the model I expressed interest in and he showed me its features. I left and had supper and came back to find that he had located my red 2015 RAV4 XLE in S.C.. I signed papers with Ira Thomas who was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and was out the door by eight p.m. Jamie contacted me Friday afternoon around 5:15 to let me know that my car had arrived and they were preparing it for me. I drove it home late Saturday afternoon! I just don't think you can have a better car buying experience than that.

Worked with Jamie Gardner and Cody to buy my son a car who is finishing up his senior year in college and purchased his first car. We came to purchase a car and drive off the lot and Jamie and Cody worked with us to make this happen. We both had driven hours away due to what was advertised on autotrader.com as we were looking for a quality car with a low price. This was a tall order and Lugoff Toyota came through and worked with us. We drove off the lot with a vehicle that is both reliable and safe for my son.Jamie was very cordial and seemed genuinely concerned with our wants and desires, rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive car that he could manage. He was also resourceful in providing us with options; he resorted to showing us a car that had just been traded in and wasn't even posted for sale yet. This ended up being the car we purchased, so our car-buying success may not have been possible without the help of Jamie and Cody.

I came in to possibly trade my 2010 Toyota Corolla while it had low miles (39,300). I put the Dealers through some changes I guess. I want what I want, and at the price I want it. To make a 5 hour visit short, I ended up leasing a 2015 Toyota Camry the day before my birthday. The biggest thing I would change is the length of time spent there after decision was made.Mr. Lee was very patient and always with a smile. The after care was unexpected, but nice to see you're not forgotten once they have your car and your money.

I don't understand how this place stays in business. They have great prices on their website, but when you get there they want to add ridiculous fees to the car. I found a car on their website and went to talk to them. After an hour of waiting, they say we can get the car. I think, great, then they say lets talk numbers. Are you kidding me, the numbers should be the price quoted on your website plus tax, title, and license and a doc fee if you must. Then they throw in a 2000.00 locate fee. Total waste of time, I could say so much more but I won't. I go to a different dealer, get the same car and there are no crazy locate fees, even though they had to trade for the car I wanted. Needless to say I am almost positive all the reviews on this site are probably made up by Lugoff Toyota. If you have time to waste, by all means go visit. Otherwise I would look for a more honest dealer.

First off let me start by saying that I never write reviews on anything... but after my experience with lugoff toyota I felt it would be a shame to keep it to myself... over the past 2 months or so my family and I have been looking high and low for the perfect vehicle to suit our needs.. I spoke with with a salesman at lugoff toyota by the name of Tommy Lee I told him what I was looking for and he instantly started searching for vehicles that fit my price and expectations.. unfortunately the one vehicle I showed interest in sold before I could get my hands on it. Tommy Lee told me he would keep an eye out for another vehicle and that he most definitely did.. over the next several weeks Tommy Lee would periodically send me pictures and detailed information on vehicles that would work for my needs.. finally he stuck gold and I was able to purchase the perfect vehicle.. Now let me share my experience with the financing and purchasing of my truck.. this was no easy task being that i had 2 young children with me while sitting in a dealership with dozens of other people.. this is where tommy and the staff at lugoff toyota really hit a home run..not only did they get us in and out extremely fast they even kept my kids occupied while my wife and I filled out all the paperwork... NOW IF THAT'S NOT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS!!All in all this was the best experience with any dealer I've ever had... I came in for a new car, and ended up going with a barely used car due to a great deal (owner only put 4000 miles on it and had decided he wanted a Prius instead.) Tommy Lee was great to work with, as was Ralph Harper. I love my (almost) new Toyota Corolla! The finance staff was also great, even when my bank gave them issues and was slow getting the check to them. I should mention, Tommy even went out of his way to help me return the rental car I was driving. I definitely look forward to doing business with Lugoff Toyota in the future, and would gladly recomment them to friends and family. Couldn't be happier!

Last Wednesday, my parents bought me a new 2015 Highlander. I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Jamie Gardner sold this car to my parents/myself and he went above and beyond helping us. The first contact, he was so help over the phone and then when we went two days later, I could not of asked for a nicer person. No pressure on us at all. I had actually gone to other dealerships and told them up front that I was not giving them my name, number or any information because I did not have a clue as to what I was looking for, which was the truth. Jamie explained everything on my new car and that was greatly appreciated also. He introduced me to several different people and that was very polite of him. Lugoff Toyota had the best price in the area - and I shopped all over the State. The dealership with the next closest price to Lugoff was 5% higher. When looking for a new vehicle, I would advise going to Lugoff last. You won't be disappointed.

We went in with the mind set that we were not going home with a car today-we were just shopping around. We ended up going home with a new Tacoma because Jamie was so helpful in finding us what we were looking for. Mr. Jamie Gardner was our salesman at Lugoff Toyota. He was friendly and communicated well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. He paid close attention to what we were interested in buying. We could tell his objective was to deliver excellent service without being pushy. We live 1 hour from the dealership and we saw a vehicle on line that we were interested in,so when we arrived at the dealership, it was very close to closing time. Mr. Ralph Harper was the used car manager that assisted with the deal, he made sure that all of our questions were answered. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. Mr. Ira Thomas handled all of fiance work in a very timely manner. He was very professional and courteous and was great at explaining all the papers that required our signature. We received incredible service tonight and will be returning to Lugoff Toyota the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

I had recently been searching on the internet for used Toyota Prius'. I found about 4 or 5 that I wanted to look at so, I set out on Wednesday morning to make a day of it. I started out in Augusta then made my way to Columbia. Needless to say, I did not find what I was looking for. Some of the salesmen I encountered were nice people but a few were very unprofessional and down right rude. Then, I finally made it to Lugoff Toyota, which was my last stop on an already long day. I arrived about 45 minutes before they were to close. Tommy Lee was the salesman who greeted me and within a few minutes I new this was going to be a great experience. The used car I went to look at was not what I was needing so Tommy asked if he could try to get me in a new model of the one I was wanting. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes because 4 other dealerships could not get me in a new one within my payment terms. With the help of Cody DeBruhl, these guys hit it out of the park. Not only did they get me in the car with the monthly payment I requested but they were also very personable, pleasant and most importantly, respectful to me as a customer. This goes a long way in my book and a lot of other dealers need to take notes from Tommy Lee and the guys at Lugoff Toyota. They also stayed well after closing hours to get me in the car I wanted. This is how customer service should be. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If only I would have started at Lugoff Toyota, I would not have wasted the entire day at those other dealerships.

We were in the market for a car and searched around at many dealers. I was referred to Jamie by a friend and right off of the bat Jamie truly lived up to his accolades. We called Jamie and he took the time to get a complete list of what we were wanting in a vehicle. We were interested in a vehicle Lugoff had on the lot and I did not tell Jamie that until we let him know everything we wanted. He indicated that the vehicle we were interested in had all the features that we listed. We then discussed our concern with getting the payment around $275/mth. He ran some numbers and said it would be a stretch and we wouldn't know the actual numbers until we went through the credit/finance process. We drove from Florence to Lugoff with no guarantee of anything working out. The car was absolutely impeccable. Clean inside and out with a great carfax report. 13,000 miles on the odometer and it looked like it came off the factory floor. It drove like a champ! We then decided to run credit and because of a lack of sufficient credit history the price was higher than we could afford. We don't have money to put down and only could apply our trade in value. Jamie, their finance guy, and his manager added value to the trade in, took money off of the price of the vehicle (they had already discounted the vehicle $4,000 on the internet), and cut the 7 year warranty price in half. They got the price down to $288/mth and we could afford the car! We were pumped! Because it was after 6 and their detailer had left, Jamie went out while we were signing the paperwork and detailed the car inside and out. Talk about customer service! He could of left and gone to see his family that Saturday night, but he chose to help get a car that was already in pristine condition showroom ready. He went above and beyond for complete strangers. If you are in the market for a car and want the best in customer service, go see Jamie and the crew at Lugoff Toyota!

I was looking for a dependable car to travel for my work but I was a first time buyer with no established credit and limited down payment. Clyde had me approved for basically any car of my choice with a very small down payment within 15 mins! He then showed me a few Corollas, which was what I wanted, and within 20 mins he had me in a beautiful 2013 Corolla! This was the best experience I have had with any dealership! We had been looking for a while to purchase a 4Runner Limited. Not a hard task however I wanted it black with leather interior. We looked into Overstock (yes Overstock.com) and found one at Lugoff Toyota. We made an appointment and headed off to find my baby. Once we got there they did not have the truck in stock, which disappoint me to no end, but they did everything within their power to find me the truck that I wanted. Not only I left happy and excited that they were going to deliver the truck "to my house" the next week, they gave me another brand new 4Runner to take home with me. I received daily updates from Wally on the progress and once they had the truck in their lot, I received emails with pictures of it!! You will think that once they deliver the truck they forget about you; well no. Wally still calls me to make sure I am satisfied with my truck and he is always available to answer any of my questions. I have purchased several cars from different dealers throughout the years, but the experience with the crew at Lugoff Toyota is one I need to praise and talk about. I recently went to Lugoff Toyota with an exact idea of what type of car I wanted, including color. My salesman was Tommy Lee. He listened to me as I told him what few things were important to me, and came back with a 2015 Corolla for me to look at and drive. It met everyone of my requirements. He went over all the details of the car, and even walked me through the engine. He spoke to me with explanations and didn't talk down to me at all like I have experienced at other dealerships. I had the honor of meeting Scott and his manager Ralph. They made me feel so at home and comfortable! What I'd call down-to-earth people! I wasn't at all pressured, and they left me plenty of breathing room to make my decision regarding their offer on the Chevy I was contemplating buying. I cannot begin to express the gratitude and confidence I felt walking out of Lugoff Toyota today. I met with Scott Cooper to go over options for a car. I was hoping to buy a Hyundai Sonata, but luckily it was sold the previous night and I was back to square one. I thought I would have to begin the process over... but Scott came to my rescue and Ira just knocked my happiness through the roof. Scott was extremely helpful, he made sure my father was comfortable and safe and his "carside manner" is one I have never seen or heard of before. People are always discussing how rude and how much car dealers do not care about their customers, but I beg to differ. Everyone at Lugoff Toyota smiled (well maybe not 1 or 2 of them but that's okay) at me, greeted me, gave me hugs, and hi fives and made sure my first car buying experience was something that is through the roof. Please stay in business a long time, I will be buying my cars from you all in the future. If you move anywhere... make sure to give me a heads up. I appreciate all of you from the bottom of my heart. With my poor credit history and high anxiety, I never expected to drive out of anywhere with a car, better yet a brand new car with on 3 little miles on it. I had a specific car make, model, and milage that I wanted to stay in range of, as well as price range and lugoff was the only one of three that I could get to be on the same page as me so we could work something out. This was my first car to finance and have absolutely no credit but Lugoff was able to get me into the car I wanted without slaughtering me with outrageous apr percentages and monthly payments. Very happy with my Infiniti! Alicia Martin helped get info about vehicles and arranged test drives for my wife and me in a very friendly effective manner. We began looking at Camrys, and ended buying a RAV4. Sales manager Ralph Harper helped us to narrow our choices for a better fit for us. Cody very kindly answered several questions one day when Alicia and Ralph were not available. We did not feel pressured during dealings. The day after we bought the RAV4, Alicia called us to be sure that the purchase went well, and was there anything that she could do for us. We are anticipating that the 2012 RAV4 will give us many enjoyable miles of traveling.

My evakuation rates two things; 1. Attitude or intent on the part of the staff2. The process or Experience affecting my attitudeI give the dealersship high mark for (1) and average for(2). There were some slopiness in paperwork and lack of attention to details that caused the dealer owing me $199 in overpayment The specifics entailed doublecounting of an option already included in the original MSRP. There were never any ill intent but simply absence of percisin in paper work. Once the error was discovere by me, it took far too long to receive a check for that error. I would still go to this dealership because the staff do their best eventhough at times appear powerrless. My special thanks to Joe Scott, Ralph Harper, Mat Baker and Chris Hardin for involvement to resolve my issues.

I was a bit nervous coming to a typical "large" dealership, because I had in my head they were all out to rip you off in order to cover their large overhead. But after finding such a great price on the exact car we wanted, I decided we'd give it a try...fully prepared to leave if I was the least bit uncomfortable or pressured. But what I encountered was a pleasant surprise. Nice people, gave us a reasonable amount for our trade, and worked hard to make sure we got the needed financing (at a respectable rate). It was worth the hour and a half drive to this small town to get such a great experience! Thanks Lugoff Toyota for giving us our dream convertible! Will be back :)

Lugoff Toyota is a car dealership that certainly lives up to the stereotypical sleazeball sale guys that many have grown to dread dealing with when trying to buy a new car.There setup is your typical pawn you off on a sales associate to try to butter you up for the sales manager to make the close. Unfortunately our sales rep seemed more interested interested in what was going on outside the window than my wife and I and and didn't know a darn thing about the vehicle we wanted to buy. The sales manager Matt he swoops in and says they don't have the specific car we want but has found one and will order it for us. He scurries away then swoops in again and proclaims he has found the vehicle we want. He then starts calculating numbers so fast you would need to be IBM robot to compute. Then we come to the bottom dollar, which I agree to before he scurries away. I get papers to sign only to find on the last sheet they have slide back in the document fees. Since I still have a limited ability to add I refuse to sign and asks Matt to return. He tells me they got to charge those document fees. I tell him well I don't have to sign then because it was not what I agreed to and we walk. It gets better from here.Two weeks pass and we really want a RAV 4. I check Lugoff again they just received the exact one we want. My wife calls Cody and tells him she has been pre-approved and is waiting on the check from the bank and we will buy the car. Cody tells her is personally taking the key and putting in the safe for her. Her check arrives within 2 days and she calls Cody back to tell him we are coming. He doesn't answer so she leaves two messages. She gets no reply so she leaves a message with the General Manager and still gets no reply. A week passes so I call and happen to get Cody and ask him whats up. He says car is still available so I say great get me the final price and we will come tomorrow to buy the car if the price is what we expect it to be. 2 hours pass and no reply so I call back and finally get Cody again and he says he will call me back in 5 minutes. No reply for another 2 hours. I call again and get transferred to Mike. He tells me the car has been sold and tries to sell me one of a different color. These guys are the absolute sleaziest bunch you will ever deal with and I am taking my business else where. Honesty is everything to me. If you can not stand by your word you are nothing and that what Toyota of Lugoff is a Big Nothing.Happy ending to my story I contacted Will Scott Toyota in Sumter SC. They honored their price and personally delivered the RAV4 to my work and handled the paper work on the spot. This was a 2 hour drive for them so they went out of their way to make us happy and it was appreciated.

These guys are the ones that give car dealers a bad reputation. First time I went there they pawned me off to a sales assistant that keep looking our the window than paying much attention to me. There game is to have the sales manager swoop in for a moment talk fast numbers then scurry away. I actually agreed on a price of a vehicle they didn't have but were going to get it for me. I start signing the papers and the last page I am to sign they slide in the document fees which should have been included in the price we had agreed upon. Obviously I am perturbed about the situation so I tell them no deal and walk. I later find out they have the exact Toyota Rav 4 we want and my wife contacts the internet sales guy Cody and tells him she has been pre-approved and is waiting on the check from the bank. The check comes and she calls back he does not return her call for a solid weekl. She contacts the General Manager and he does not return her call. Finally I call and get Cody on the phone he says they still have the car and I tell him give me the final price we are coming tomorrow to get the car. He doesn't call me back so I call him back says he will call me back in 5 minutes. He never calls back. I finally get the Mike back on the phone who does not even remember me and says the car was sold then wants sell me a black Rav 4. Do not deal with these guys they are dishonest and bottom feeders.

I had an extremely subpar experience with the folks at Lugoff Toyota. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was by far the worst experience of them all. Lugoff offered me the exact car I wanted, at a good price. They never actually delivered that car, however. After waiting long enough, I decided to move on to another dealership. I found that the management at Lugoff Toyota will tell you exactly what you want to hear, and then deliver exactly what they want to deliver, even if it's not what they agreed. If you have to deal with these people, get EVERYTHING in writing. I would even jokingly suggesting bringing a notary along with you. My real advice: save yourself the trouble and find a better dealership, like I did.

I am hoping my next truck purchase will be from Scott Cooper. He is such a nice, easy going, laid back kind of guy. I like that in a sales person. Please ask for Scott when you go to buy your next vehicle!!

Scott is a nice easy laid back guy. I hope to buy my next Toyota from him! He seems like someone who would treat you fairly. I would definitely recommend you asking for him when you roll up!

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist us in trading in a 2011 Corolla. Wally worked diligently with his managers to help us come up with an affordable plan to purchase a 2015 Corolla. Very happy with the 2015 Corolla purchase!

Purchasing a 2014 Toyota Highlander from Lugoff Toyota was great experience. Walt Triemann was wonderful to work with. The whole sales process was smooth. They had to find a car exactly like I wanted, and they did within the time frame we set up. I am very pleased. They made it seem like I was doing them a favor by buying a car from them. Another Toyota dealership I dealt with made it seem like they would be doing me a favor if they allowed me to buy a car from them. Lugoff was a great example of customer service.My initial experience with the service department has been equally as good. They have sought to please me, and to this point they are hitting a home run.

I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a while, and not only did the vehicles sell me but the service did as well. David Besaw was my salesman and he was very professional and actually listened to what I needed in a vehicle rather than try to sell me just any old car. Very happy with my new Tundra, definitely recommend David and Lugoff Toyota.

My son purchased a new 2014 Camry LE Tuesday evening and by Thursday the engine is rough with an obvious clicking noise. WOW, we were expecting the notorious Camry quality, whatta a downer, within 72 hours we are scheduling a repair appointment. Yek!

Traded in a 2011 Avalon for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. Our salesman, Tyrone Davis, worked so very hard to make me happy with the choice I made. We are very happy with our car and the buying experience. Everyone was so nice!

This is the email I wrote to the general sales manager on July 14, 2014: "Dear Samar, I just wanted to follow up and say thank you on behalf of my wife and I. I came in this afternoon and purchased a Prius Four, with assistance from Frank Smith, Cody Debruhl, and your finance and inventory managers [Matt Baker & Chris Hardin]. Everyone was extremely professional and straightforward, which I truly appreciated. In particular please congratulate Frank who is well on the path to full salesman-hood, and Cody, who heard my long story about how Dick Dyer Toyota betrayed my loyalty (I won't repeat it here - too long), and then gave me a very straightforward deal based on the TrueCar discount you offered. The fair price and no-nonsense dealing resulted in a very satisfying buying experience (and about $1500 saved over what Dick Dyer wanted). Also please thank the inventory manager [Matt Baker], whom we troubled this evening when I realized I had selected the wrong interior color. It turns out that my wife actually prefers the color I selected (lucky me), and your inventory manager [Matt] helped with valuable insight (even offering to email us pictures). I get the feeling he would have made things happen if we wanted to change. Anyway, we're looking forward to completing the paperwork and taking delivery in the next day or two. Thanks again, and please thank your team for us." Also kudos to Chris Hardin (finance), whom we enjoyed meeting; he efficiently completed our paperwork and completed the sale. Our delivery experience was flawless. We have even now purchased some extra accessories for the new Prius as well as had some service on our 2008 Prius. We will be bringing all of our service business to Lugoff in the future.

I bought 2008 Tundra LTD in March and am very pleased with it.There were some issues I needed fixed and Alicia and Perry and Laurie have made sure that all was taken care of.They were always able too work with my schedule.The service has always been quick and done right.Even as late as yesterday(7/18/14) they handled a paint issue that I didn't know they were still pursuing.I am extremely happy with the work and I couldn't have asked for a more patient and understanding sales person as I am not the easiest person to please or deal with.I will be back to Lugoff Toyota for another one when it is time to buy again

At Lugoff Toyota my husband and I were greeted promptly and courteously by Megan. She asked about our interests, listened carefully, and then drove up a 2014 Camry that was perfect for us. We loved not having to wander the lot on our own. This is our fourth Camry from Lugoff Toyota, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Our friends are envious of the beautiful new "cosmic grey." I was very impressed with the excellent customer service at Lugoff Toyota. The overall experience of purchasing a vehicle was enjoyable from beginning to end. The friendliness of employees, the fair pricing, and the entire car-buying process were all beyond my expectations. They are not condescending to their customers like Dick Dyer Toyota. They were respectful and fair and wanted to meet my needs. I would recommend Lugoff Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Just ask for Clyde!

I have purchased 4 and had service performed on 6 Toyota vehicles at this dealership since 1999. Sales, service, parts - I feel like I am visiting family when I go to the dealership. Alicia was great to work with on this most recent purchase, and Walt on the vehicle before this one. Perry and Ryan are very customer-friendly when I have my vehicles serviced, always willing to accommodate my schedule.Laurie is new - have had one contact with her which was positive. Perry, Robbie and David have been around for a long time, and they know me well. It is good to have long-time, consistent personnel to turn to whenever I need something.

Ell, Ira, and Ralph were great to work with. Ira is very knowledgeable and seeks to earn the customer's trust from the outset. He introduced me to Ell, who worked very hard to earn my business. The dealership is new and modern, and the sales staff are all very friendly and polite. Ell and Ira were amazing to work with, and I'm pleased that they were involved in the sale of my car.
