Do Not Fix Your Car Here, You Will Be Overcharged!!!!!! When I ask for the cost details. They lied to me that the mechanic worked from 7:00 am to 9 am to replace the EVAP line from tank to charcoal canister. Ironically the official opening time is 7:30 am. The parts replaced were only $28.95, but the labor cost was about $350. As you mentioned below, that the working from 7:30, finished by 9 am, why the lab time was hours? It was not consistent! When you search the normal labor time to fix this issue, 30 minutes are pretty enough. When you lied to me, you eyes told the truth.

My wife and I started "shopping" back in the spring for a Ridgeline. We met Gary during the process and he was excellent to work with. We gave him our timeline for when we wanted to purchase and he was fantastic to work with. Happy to report we picked up our truck yesterday and couldn't be happier with the experience we had buying from Little Apple Toyota Honda!

We had an awesome experience at Little Apple Toyota! Our salesperson Akira was amazing to work with and the finance manager did not push any extend warranties on us, he presented the options and we chose the one that worked best for us. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

Have had less than warm fussy visits with the service department. Pretty terse and cranky. Overworked? Short staffed? Obviously way behind on getting the work done as they did not feel they could get to us for a month. Whatever, don't care. Willing to go out of town for future service.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. I set up the service online and dropped my vehicle off the night before my early morning appointment. The envelope had a section that asked when I needed my vehicle by so I wrote 4:30 since I work till then. I was called at 4 to let me know that they didn’t finish my truck and they would need to keep it overnight. I had to arrange for a ride again. The next morning, I was called and sent the report. The price of the service was about $60 higher than what I selected online. I was also told my filter needed replaced for an extra $40. The original package I requested included the filter replacements. When I called the guy out over the phone, he admitted to me that I was one of the few people that actually read the service provided. That tells me that your service department knowingly does this to people in hopes that they don’t read. I’m very annoyed with this as I’m a loyal Toyota owner. Now I will drive to Topeka instead and spread the word.

I have been taking my Toyota vehicles to this service center for years and have always been treated with respect. They have never suggested that work needs to be done if it does not. The quality of the service has been and is exceptional! I have taken my cars to other places for work and have found that the quality of that other work is inferior. The service personal is always helpful and friendly. I always feel confident that my car is cared for and leaves in excellent shape.

Went there for regular oil change. Brought a Toyota mail coupon stating oil change + tire rotation + multi point inspection = $39.00 but I was charged $81.00. My car is 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid with below 50,000 miles. I was told by the technician that water pump is leaking while there never is leak underneath or radiator fluid drop in radiator.Also told me that all struts were leaking. That's a total lie too. There is no evidence of leak at all. That place is full of sxxxt. I will never go there again and let my friends know how crooked that service center is.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Had an oil change done, and they recommend to do the tire rotation which I did on 24 July12. I go on vacation out of state to find out I had to get a nail patched. Come to find out Little Apple Toyota in Manhattan, Ks. Cross threaded the studs. Now instead of patching the tire, I have to replace the stud which is an added cost! A $14 tire patch cost me $200 worth of work. Because they don't HONOR the work they do. Keep in mind I 95% of my work is always done by a Toyota dealership. If you do go there, just do only what you go there to do (oil change). I had a Toyota dealership in another state talk with their service manager who in turn talked with his boss and they would not HONOR their work. So customers ask about the warranty work and get it writing. Especially if you plan on going out of state!

Scheduled a routine service on a 04 Toyota. Including Oil change, Rotate and Balance the tires. They also were to look at the CD player for a malfunction. 3 weeks ahead of time I reserved by their web-site a 12:30 appointment. Time to complete was estimated at 2:00 pm. What happened.. We get there at 12:30, drop off the car, get a ride to a restaurant for lunch. They were to call with any issues or problems. No calls as of 2:00. I called the dealership for an update. Nothing yet my rep. Jeff was out to lunch he would call right when he returned. 2:45 nothing yet. Called for a ride back.Arrived at Little Apple Toyota/Honda Service department. Nothing yet...Jeff tells me (lies) to my face that it is getting worked on and that they are having trouble with the radio issue.. I wander around the lot looking for my car...no car. 3:30 I talk to Jeff again, he calls the "service tech" to see progress.. he lies to my face again and says that the tech had to start over with the rotate and balance job... I see a Toyota over across the street..shouldn't be mine. 3:50 walk 50 yards across the street and see that it is my Toyota. Run back to the Service department. At this time 4:00 p.m. there are 6 people at the counter. I glance back over to my car. Service guy just gets in to my car I sprint over to my car and say excuse me sir what do you have left to do on this car? He says an oil change, a rotate and balance and look at the CD player. I confirm that nothing has been done for 3 and 1/2 hours on my car and tell him to drive it over to the service bay I will be taking my car. By this time there is only 1 person at the counter to vent my anger on. No real reason. Kevin the Service Department Manager said he had no reason that it takes them longer than 4 hours to change oil and rotate and balance tires and that he has no reason for it. No one knew the managers name or could spell it correctly, no one knew the owners full name or how to contact him. Near 4 hours of lies and disinformation and no one taking responsibility. This was unacceptable and no different from what I told them at the dealership. I will continue to tell everyone I know this horrible service story for years to come. And the best part..Jeff was no where to be found, just conveniently disappeared. In my opinion he is a worthless story teller at a worthless service department at a worthless car dealer.

In 40 years of owning cars, this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest. The sales staff if polite, pleasant, and knows their product extensively. The Service Dept. always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Honesty and integrity is present throughout their organization and makes buying and servicing a car worry-free. They have demonstrated time and again that "they aren't happy if I'm not satisfied". It's fashionable to make jokes about car dealers (just like lawyers) but there is no joking about the experience of dealing with Little Apple Toyota-Honda. One might find a car for a few dollars more elsewhere but I challenge anyone to find the combination of price, service, and value anyplace else. When they ask what they can do to make you satisfied, they mean it.
