Ive been a customer at Lipton Toyota for many years. They always do excellent work. Ive had positive experiences with all of the service advisors, but Matthew Pearson is exceptional. He makes sure I get in and out quickly, and that my car gets the maintenance it needs. Mr. Pearson is responsive, dependable, and courteous. He is one of the main reasons for my loyalty to Lipton Toyota.

I was attended by Juan Curillo, this gentleman is the best service advisor I had, great customer service, fast and quick, I will recommend everyone I know to Juan because I was super impress with his knowledge, customer service and my over all experience was excellent, this is what great customer service is about, personal great connection and a sincere guy. My regular adult service writer was off for the day so I was given to some over employed trainee to handle the ever so difficult task of an oil change. Long story short a cross threaded oil drain plug was to be paid for by yours truly. $400 to do it right, $50 for the quick fix, and subsequently free after the tow truck was on its way. Hunter, the service writer sat quietly as I rented a car from the on site Toyota rental desk (right next to Hunter's desk) with no solution. So another writer offered to fix the threads for free when the rental car was secured and the tow truck was pulling in. Too little too late.Moral of the story? If you are willing to fix your own mistake free of charge to keep a customer, don't try to charge that customer for it first, and don't watch them rent a car and call a tow company before you do it. Oh! And all of this only took 5hrs!! I'm still waiting to book my car into another dealership now...

Got an excellent deal on my new Toyota Rav4 lease. My sales rep was Al Hernandez and he was very professional and considerate. Very responsive and let me know all the specifics of the deal before I even step foot into the dealership. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, clean and full tank of gas. The finance manager was quick to get all the papers signed and we were in and out of the dealership within less than 1 hour. My best car buying/lease experience so far. Do not go near this dealer, especially if you have car problems and you are a woman. I experienced the worst harrasment I have ever had at a car dealer. I repeat if you have car troubles and you happen to be a woman do not go near this dealer, if you are a man be cautious too. They use fraudulent practices, I have never ever seen this before, ever.

I recently purchased a new vehicle last week from Lipton Toyota and had a great experience. I came in not expecting on purchasing a vehicle, but just going in to service my previous car. I decided it was time for an upgrade and purchased a new car. The whole team over there exceeded my expectations and were very knowledgeable about everything. I was in the market for a new Tacoma but wasn't sure if I would get approved since my credit is not so good. Being very skeptical about the situation, I went to see Lipton Toyota I met with Joe Richards he got me the most amazing deal. Then he sent me to Jimmy Lagle he was nice and friendly with a fun personality and he told me he has a lifted Toyota Tacoma. I looked at it out in the parking lot it was awesome! He gave me the financing I needed to complete the deal and worked lots of hours to make sure that I was 100% happy. I will definitely be coming back for the next car!!!

I know buying a car sucks and trust me, most of my experiences have been horrible. But I have to say that the folks here did a great job. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to buy so I had them run some numbers (before my credit) and see what kind of a deal they could do. We did the usual dance and in the end I was pretty happy with the results. The car is great and so far no issues. I have to say this was the easiest purchase I've made on a car in over 20 years - thank you.

I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Lipton Toyota. I was buying a used vehicle but the sales person Joe Richards showed me a new one. He helped with all the paper work so I could see the difference between a new and used vehicles. I had pretty bad credit, but they still treated me like a VIP and they even found me a pretty good financing deal! I will come back here to get my service and oil changes.

We knew we wanted a Toyota because our latest one is 14 years old, still running strong at almost 200000 miles, and we get offers for it from strangers driving by at least once a month. Where we live we have a dozen Toyota dealers within easy driving distance, so we had a lot of choices. We wanted our purchase to be simple, stress-free and honest. Simplicity started with the Lipton website, where we could easily see the current inventory, with features, pictures and prices on a selection of 500+ vehicles. The cars spoke for themselves without pushy sales pitches. Things stayed simple and low-key as we worked with Al by email at first. Once we were ready for a test drive, he made it as convenient for us as possible, working with our schedules so my wife could see the car without a hassle. Once we made an offer, Al then worked with his managers to meet it. We dropped by the dealership the next day, the deal was exactly as we had discussed without pressure to add additional options, we completed all the paperwork in about 75 minutes, and we drove home to enjoy our new Tacoma at a great price. Al even set up our bluetooth so we didn't have to read the manual and futz with the buttons and dials.When it's time to buy a new car, I definitely recommend a Toyota. I had a Toyota Yaris that I took in that morning for service because I was having problems with it. It turned out that it was an alternator problem. I had one more year left on it but I was skeptical on spending to much money on fixing it. Then Sales Manager Alex Bogart asked me if I would like to trade it in and I was still skeptical. He made it so easy he was there the whole time and made me feel at ease. I would recommend him anytime.

Al Hernandez at Lipton Toyota was very polite and professional during the entire lease of my Camry SE. He provided great information and was very patient with my analytical personality. He delivered on everything he said with very limited back and forth. I shopped KIA, Ford, Hyundai, Lexus and another Toyota Dealer but none like Al.I had a bad experience at a prior dealer and it's refreshing to find out there are still good people in an industry with such bad reputation. I bought 2 cars from here. The salesman was horrible and they do very bad job when you go in for a maintenance. They broke my oil cartridge and they broke one of my hubcaps. Never again with this dealer.

I highly recommend Lipton Toyota. Celso was able to turn a not so good experience I had with a different Toyota dealership the month before, into a positive one, by getting me into a brand new Camry at a fair and competitive price. At no time did I feel that I was on guard, or working against him, but rather, he seemed to be on my side, trying to reach a fair price we would both be happy with and also with the help from the manager to seal the deal. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to this dealership to purchase a car.

Worst experience ever. The salesperson I spoke 10 minutes before I stopped at the dealership was not available. He greeted me 20 minutes after I arrived and told me he would come back. I never saw him afterwards. I had to talk with a different salesperson who told me he could not honor the price I negociated with his colleague. The reason was that my credit score was low, however his colleague assured me he ran my credit and that the price we agreed over the phone was correct. And all I had to do was to stop by the dealership, sign the contract, pay and leave with a car. The manager, and the two salespersons did not even apologize for my waste of time (1 hour at the dealership) and for their dishonesty. One of the salesperson told he did not care if I leave a bad review for its dealership. That was the rudest experience I have ever had in my life. I will never recommend anyone to do business with anyone at Toyota Lipton.

Our experience started at another toyota dealership in Hollywood. We went in to look at a specific vehicle, and upon sitting down to discuss pricing the salesman actually came to us with a price almost five thousand dollars ABOVE sticker. When we attempted to negotiate our salesman got mad and walked out. That's when we went to Lipton Toyota. From the moment we walked in, the experience was like night and day, Lipton Toyota was clean and well kept, and the receptionist was professional. When we met with our salesman, Al Hernandez, we explained our previous experience and what we were looking for. He and the other staff members helped us locate the model, color, and features we were looking for, and made it fit into our budget. We drove off that day in our new vehicle.I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a new toyota, you will be treated fairly and with respect. I LOVE! my new car and cant wait to spend more time in it during our road trip this summer. My Sales guy Celso has been there every step of the way, Celso has made sure I have everything I need and Joe Richards helped me understand how to use and operate everything within the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my recent experience at Lipton Toyota. Jimmy, the manager, turned lemons into lemonade for me and I so appreciate it. I had been experiencing issues with my 2010 Toyota Prius with 109,000 miles and after taking it there for repair on 2 or 3 occasions it just never seemed to be totally resolved. Al showed me a 2015 Toyota Prius with 16 miles and I fell in love with it. They gave my vehicle a comprehensive inspection and really pulled out all the stops to make it right for me to trade in on the new one. My new Prius is just what I needed. I just purchased a new Toyota Camry and I love it. I had a wonderful experience from Miguel with Internet Sales for inviting me to look at the Camry we talked about over emails. I have never had a better experience than the one I had with Jimmy getting the black Camry Celso showed me out front. They worked out a deal so I could get the same price as what Miguel told me. I left there with a big smile and a brand new Toyota Camry!

This dealership has never understood the word APPOINTMENT. That obviously starts with the owner who obviously could care less about customer's time. I have been with them for 10 years. However for the past 3 years things are going down the hill. First I caught them in trying to replace my breaks and later garage manager confirmed that that was not necessary. then they replaced them a year later and since then my car is vibrating when I try to break.. Went there ," they could not feel anything" .Now made appointment, took time off from work and when I got there, there were 3 people in front of me with the same service guy. I wrote a complaint to the owner and never heard from him... I have spoken to several friends who all said they left because of poor customer service.

The sales team was very nice. Finance on the other hand was not very open , honest and clear. Watch out for the hidden fees they add to your lease. I found a sticker they added to the sticker from the window stating they added a 3,999 Admin fee to my lease . And insisted I put a deposit down. Which I did of 5,000 I couldn't tell you where it went because it did not come off the cost of my lease. I have been trying to reach them to have this looked into but no one returns my calls. I have contacted the BBB ,and Attorney Generals Office just to get answers. I have since moved from FL and now the Finance Company(SETF) will not work with me NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

From the first phone conversation I had at Lipton Toyota, I was impressed and that was due to Stacey the spokesperson that handled my initial phone call. Her attitude was awesome and really made you feel that they were going to go out of their way to please. She really is a valuable part of the team. The gentleman that greeted me in the drive thru at the service department was great and was directed to the inside to speak with Matthew and he was very professional as well as all that I had contact with.. I just signed my lease on a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Lipton. I mostly worked with Miguel. Celso Leroy was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient as I worked through my color choices and finally deciding on a black Corolla. I recently was in the market to buy a new car. After reading the reviews about Lipton, I thought let me give these guys a shot, they sound fair. Now I understand the game, they have to make their money and they will do whatever they have to inorder to make the most money they can. At the same time it's fair game to haggle. I dealt with Tony Venezia and he was as arrogant as anyone could be. Not only did he not even want to go down on the price, he insulted me because I was from NY. I get the idea that people from Boston dislike NY sports teams and vice versa, but I am here to buy a car not argue and curse about the Red Sox being better then the Yankees. This guy was classless and repeatedly dropped F bombs. I mean who wants to walk in a dealership and listen to a lowlife talk the way he did? Anyway, I walked out, I couldn't stand him.

The sales team, Mark and Celso were very personable, reasonable, and efficient. Celso got my truck ready while I was dealing with finance, which was nice because I didn't have to wait around. As soon as I was done with finance I was ready to go! He also synced my phone to the truck and showed me a few of the features, which was nice. He seemed very willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. The gentlemen in finance was very fun to talk to, I don't remember his name, but I enjoyed working with him.

My service advisor Brad is excellent. Always so professional and helpful. He is the only one I will deal with even if I have to wait an extra week for an appt. He is honest about what my vehicle needs and makes it quick and efficient every visit. He answers all my questions and concerns and explains things very well. The porter Jeff is also another good experience for me. Always friendly and funny and very courteous. The biggest plus about him is he takes the plastic off my seat, the sticker off my window and the tag off my key. He says he likes to return my car and keys to me the way he got them. :)

I walked into Lipton Toyota this past Monday at 8:00pm, when the dealership closes at 9:00pm. Celso set me up with Al who was more than patient and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. Between Al and Tony Venezia, I was very satisfied with the figure generated for my new car. Fine but please before I took toyota 4 runner for oil change after I left I start smell oil burning I went to sears to check it they show. Me what is happen you should teme the engine cover when you temple the oil but the employee did not do that he just remove the oil filter and all the oil drip at the cover when I drome at the highway the air push the oil at the engine and I start smell burning oil I have to take off the engine cover panel cleannet and o put it back Thanks for every things and have and have a happy Holliday

This is my third purchase form Lipton. I like everything about the dearlship, with the exception of the back and forth with the sales people, and then the manager etc.Yory financec person is great !I do believe I overpaid this time, but don't have the patience to do anything about it !

Miguel was such a pleasure to work with. I decided on this dealership because they were the closest and lowest price TrueCar certified dealer, even though they are not the closest. I was warmly welcomed, and after talking with Miguel, I got the pleasure of meeting Anthony. He is a straight shooter right out the gate. After discussions on the price of the vehicle, we shook hands and was greeted by Jason in the financing department. He informed me of the other options available for the car, and let me know what financing options were being offered. As I decided on financing through my credit union, Jason was very helpful by placing our paperwork to the side for a week while our financing paperwork was being filed. The next week I came in and dropped off the check, Miguel, Tony, and Jason were available for any additional questions I had. The vehicle drifted a little (expected from being strapped down during transport), and I am currently sitting waiting for that to be checked out.Brandon in the service department is just as friendly as the others I worked with, and would not hesitate to make the extra drive down to this dealership just to work with them again.From the sales team, to the service department, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had, and would not hesitate to refer friends and family to buy a car and service their vehicles here.Mark

I had three recalls on my Toyota,Liton had my car for over four hours and did nothing my window was not working and remaind down.Lipton told me it was not the master window switch that was under recall. Lipton told me the two other parts was broken and told it would be six hundred and fifty dollars.I new that was a lie so I bought a window switch from Lipton for dollars.I went to my mechanic he put the window up and told me the master was the problem, I spent 2 hundred and 40 dollars at Auto Zone.My mechanic installed it for 60 dollars.I went back to Lipton to return the unused window switch,I was told I cant return the part because it was electrical part wen auto zone and other part stors would.Lipton manager Scott was unprofessional.I would give them negative five stars if that was passable.

I had checked my oil before I left my home and saw that the dipstick was showing almost no oil in my car. It was still 1000 miles before my next oil change so I brought it in to be checked out. Bob took care of me. I thought just oil would be added and that would be that. But I was wrong. Bob explained that I needed new pistons and cylinders. I was in shock! My last Camry lasted 10 years and well over 150000 Miles, I bought it from your company. I also bought this car from you. With only 84000 miles I did not expect this to happen! Bob was very kind and walked me through the whole thing. I was beyond upset, but he was able to calm me down and assured me that my car would be fixed and it would be better for it. I am unemployed wright now because I am a caregiver for my mom(100 years old) so the cost was a bit hard for me but with Bobs help it all worked out. I have always been treated with kindness and respect at your company and always recommend it.

I am a hard working mother of three, who is disappointed in the service provided by the upper management and the financial team at Lipton Toyota. I went in with trust and confidence to Toyota on August 23, 2014 and purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger. When I went the first time, the transaction was smooth. The finance manager was very forth coming at the time, however the car was not equipped as describe by the salesperson. I am guessing because it is not a car that he usually sells. Never the less I stayed with the car because I planned to refinance after I raised my credit in the following months plus it was too late to do anything about it, I was told the deal was done. A few weeks after purchasing the car I noticed there were some strange electrical issues occurring. The radio would turn by itself. The charging ports in the car stopped working. The lights would flash. These things had nothing to do with human error, by the way. I called my salesperson and told him of the issues and explained that I would be down to his store by the weekend. Oh yeah, I failed to mention that I am a school teacher that resides in Port Saint Lucie, so it was not a nearby commute. On a horrific Sunday afternoon the car was showing signs and signaling there was transmission issues. October 5, was to be a day of celebration because my middle baby was turning four and we were down in Broward to celebrate her birthday. The car gave a jerk and then it refused to shift gears. The car was stuck in drive and it did not drive as seamlessly as it did before. I pulled into the Publix parking lot and called Toyota to let them know of my situation. I had someone tell me they were in management. I believe his name was Howard, but when I got there I was informed he was a salesperson. I tried to reach Alex because he knew I was coming in because of the previous issues. I had to sit in my car for an hour till someone could come and help me with the car. The car was stuck in drive and I could not get out and there was no way to shut off the car while the car was not in park. It was such a traumatic experience for me and my children. Once the gear shift in the car was manually reset I headed to Lipton to see about getting into another vehicle, because there was no way that I would keep a death trap like that. Believing they would help me I sat down with management letting them know I did not mind getting a new car but We needed to have an equal trade off, because the car was purchased 45 days prior from there dealership with a clean bill of health and was certified, if I am not mistaken. During the lies back and forth on the phone with the salesperson on the phone I was not aware of the service department hours of operation, so using the warranty to get it fixed at that point was out of the question. Toyota had endangered my children safety. Their only other alternative was for me to take the car back to Port Saint Lucie and let them fix it there. I was appalled!!! The car was showing clear signs of transmission failure and I was supposed to drive back to a city an hour and 30 minutes away. I explained to them that could not be an option and I wanted out of the car. Management said they would help and I needed to choose something I wanted to look at. I wanted a Highlander because of the space and roominess. When we got back from the test drive, a manager came over to me and stated that the car I choose would be an $800 dollar car payment due to my credit, of course that was not something I could afford. They told me to look at a Camry. I did not want a Camry, but he explained to me that if I got the Camry now in a year I could trade it in for the Highlander and get the lowest interest rate because I would come in under the loyalty program. I agreed but they asked for another down payment to get my payment to stay the same. They gave the lowest trade value for the Charger and rolled that negativity equity into the Camry. When I went into the finance mangers office there were no numbers on the paper. He wanted me to fill out blank papers. I asked to see the transaction, so he showed it to me on the computer. I had to have my disable mother cosign for me to lower the interest but the payment was still higher than what I was paying for the Charger. Once again the manager sat down and explained you are only keeping the car for a year and in that time there would be no negative equity and I would be able to get the car I really want. No one gave me that statement in writing. Being filled so much emotions, I was not thinking clearly and allowed them to coerce me into a deal that when I sat down to think about it later, I concluded that there was something very shady about that deal.

As an attorney and life long Miami resident, I have always been hesitant about buying cars, Lipton changed my mind. I have had the opportunity to lease and buy three cars so far from Lipton. I found their professional and pleasant service does not stop when you drive your car off the lot. The service department has always been great at helping me by working around my schedule to get me in and out quickly. Also, I have not found any better pricing in South Florida. Helpful, not pushy, great people. Listened, was able to meet and consult with my technician and ask questions (this was encouraged!!!), gave me a rental truck for the day to save me from making 2 trips, took lots of time to help me pick the tires I wanted, Could not have been more helpful or delivered any better service. The list goes on! Ya'll found a free oil change package that came with my vehicle that other dealerships overlooked. The staff is exceptional. From the salesman Fitzroy to Ruben to Marcel. It was truly amazing how they all worked together to put together such a great packaged deal for me. Fitzroy was generous enough to let me test drive a few cars and recommend other cars that would fit my family's lifestyle. Typically our car buying experience is not something we try to remember, but time was different. Several weeks before we were ready to commit to a purchase, we visited Lipton Toyota and were met by a sales associate who was friendly and did not pressure us to buy. 2 months later, when we were ready to make the commitment, we called Celso and he was immediately able to help us. He set aside a block of time for us to come that was convenient for us so that he could help us figure out the best purchase/lease option for our needs. We will definitely do business with him and Lipton Toyota again.

On September 8, I took my car for service to Lipton Toyota located at 1700 W. Oakland Park Blvd. I received a call from Mr. Shiheed two days later offering me a new lease. I told Mr. Shiheed I was not interested on spending more money on a new car. He told me he could let me have a new car with $0 down and continue with the same monthly payments that I currently have. After hearing such a great offer and confirming over the phone what he was saying, I decided to go by the office on the 13th of September to talk to him about it. I was talking to Mr. Shiheed when he stepped away, and Mr. Scott came to me and starting talking about the offer for a new car. The offer was increased to $2,650 down and the monthly payments increased by $20. I told him that was not what I had talked to Mr. Shieheed about, and I asked him to call him so he could confirm what he had told me over the phone. Mr. Steiner didnt want to call him and said that he didnt want to embarrass Mr. Shiheed in front of me. That was not my intention; I just wanted Mr. Shieheed to tell Mr. Scott what we had talked about on the phone, which was completely different from what Mr. Steiner was telling me. Since Mr. Shiheed never came back to see me, so I decided to look for him. I found him in Mr. Steiners office where he had been hiding for the past 30 minutes. I asked for an explanation but he didnt know what to say. He couldnt even apologize. I told Mr. Steiner that I wanted to talk to the Sales Manager, but he said he was not there. He said he is usually not there on Saturdays. On my way out, I asked the receptionist for the Sales Manager, Mr. Ruben Guiovart. She replied that he was in his office and that he had been there the entire time. I approached Mr. Guinovart and explained the situation. He was very nice and professional and tried to fix the situation with a better deal than the one that Mr. Scott had offered me. This type of behavior, in addition to being unprofessional, is also highly unethical. First, I was lied to by Mr. Shiheed to get me to come into the dealership for a new car that I never asked for in the first place, and then Mr. Steiner also lied to me about both the original offer and the whereabouts of Mr. Guinovart.

I was contacted by Lipton and told that they were willing to sell a truck for a previous price I offered. I confirmed with the employee 4 separate times over the telephone regarding the exact truck, the exact price, and the 0% financing. I was told that everything was ready for the sale, just come on in and sign the paperwork to get started. When I arrived, the sales manager immediately acted like he had never heard of the employee that quoted me the price and agreed to the sale. I then played him the voicemail, and miraculously the sales manager knew who to call and speak with. You could literally see his shock when I told him I had a voicemail saved and played it for him. He returned minutes later to start spinning their story and their prices. The sales manger even tried to deny that they had clearly wasted several hours of my time, as I drove from an hour away and had to reschedule many appointment for my business to come buy the truck. If someone calls you from Lipton Toyota and tells you that you have a deal, DO NOT believe them and waste your valuable time!

My Sales Manager, J.R. Merritt, went above and beyond making the deal right. There were some serious issues that arose and he was both honest and professional in resolving said issues right away. He honored everything that we had discussed and ensured the experience was pleasant and expedient when we arrived at the dealership. The finance person, Anthony Spence, was also very professional and polite. Mr. Spence also ensured that all details were covered before we arrived and that the vehicle was ready for delivery upon signature. Both Mr. Merritt and Mr. Spence redeemed Lipton Toyota and my opinion of my experiences with same.

This was our first time purchasing a brand new car and we were a bit apprehensive of the process. Because we went through True Car we were referred to Mounir Bel Mokhtar. Mounir did an excellent job answering our questions, alleviating our concerns and working out a price that we were comfortable with while still getting the accessories we wanted. Even after the sale of the car he is always available to assist with inquiries. We would definitely purchase from Mounir again. Due to his professionalism and positive attitude, Mounir serves as a great representative of Lipton Toyota and the car buying experience as a whole.

We just leased a 2014 Toyota Sequoia for our daughter to drive back to college. Lipton's entire staff, including our salesperson Celso LeRoy was extremely helpful, I give him 5 Stars he was very patient with us, knowledgeable and thorough. Jimmy Lagle is the General Manager and he is just amazing. This dealership made me a happy loyal customer forever. Had quote on 2014 new car with discounts and chosen option. They didn't have the car I was quoted on so they tried to sell me a significantly lesser new car for same overall price.The car that had the options I wanted was then quoted by them to be $3000 extra: Corolla LE Plus to Corolla S Plus with the option I asked for. Stated reasoning was that the LE Plus had some options I didn't ask for, $999 dealer fee and $1258 electronic filing fees.I was then offed a low-ball offer on a car I didn't see and I just couldn't trust trust them at this point. I was very frank when I first spoke that I just wanted to look before coming back to purchase and that I didn't eat and needed to eat dinner.I felt totally disrespected when I had repeat myself over and over on this issue. They simply could have told me they didn't have the car and can't or wouldn't get it for me to purchase. It was a good learning experience for me because I learned much about the cars, but the numbers drastically did not add up and I feel disrespected and conned. The man who showed the the car is not listed below but the man who was supposed to be there for me was Al Hernandez. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to work with him(even though I called ahead and spoke with him to be sure he was there and available), but that seemed to me to be the start of my unpleasant experience.They knew the cars well and were friendly but they totally judged me wrong when they attempted their cons.

Read reviews on other sites about Lipton Toyota Ft Lauderdale before bringing your car there Horrible experience at Limpton Toyota Ft Lauderdale I own a 2008 Toyota Prius and each time I am forced to replace the headlight I am amazed at the cost. I say forced because the manufacturer has designed the car that people can not change there own headlights. believe me I have tried the front bumper has to be taken off to replace the light. This is my third time replacing the headlight the first time over five years ago where they charged me around $365 for the headlight and a class action lawsuit was Filed against them from someone that was way more diatribes them I, so a small settlement check was mailed out. So the next time the headlight went out I decided not to replace it and after 6 months driving around town I brought it in to Limpton and it cost $265, YES, $265 for one headlight! Then a week later I was driving to the gym at 5 am which is my normal gym hour someone told me that my other light went out, I said no way your mistaken! No they weren't mistaken. So once again I drove without a headlight again then finally I decided I had to get it done. Coincidentally there happened to be moisture in the shell of the light. Bottom line as you can see from the bill it cost me $1,020.45 to replace the light. This amount is really suspicious and the fact my other light went out a week later is also suspicious since these days there no reason to lift up the hood I find the sales people fake and i question there method of doing. I will Berber bring my car there and If I chose to by the 2016 4th generation Prius I will not buy from them and will I sit from the company I buy it from a warranty on the highlights if they haven't fixed the headlight replacement issue. If anyone has had similar issues with headlight fees please share Also they took WAY to long to do the job and the driving service reliability was very pour if your time management is important I suggest you find a ride from a friend. Rather then the actual news of the phone call of "we have discover that the ballast also needs to be replaced and that is an additional $240.00". Arthur Compass and James Reese offered me a trade in value of 12,500 on a 2010 Rav4 Limited with under 20,000 miles, leather, back up camera and tow package. Vehicle is accident free. Of course it took them 3 phone calls to relay this information to me, even after spending my personal time last week allowing them to appraise the vehicle. The car has been garage kept and all service records filed after required service. Kelly Blue Book as well as Edmunds place the trade in value around 20,000 USD. I will post this review on google as well as on Realtor.com for client information in making a decision as to where not to buy a car.

I just sent a request for quote, they would NOT leave me alone even though they didnt have the vehicle i wanted. I actually found a car elsewhere and told them this and they STILL called 3 more times! Just go by the reviews and skip this dealership, not worth the hassle.

Complaints:I am extremely disappointed and mad with this Toyota dealer(Lipton Toyota). These people are liars, do not follow on their promises, tricky, and just want to SCAM a customer(like me). They first told me they were going to sell me the RAV4 2014 LE(the most basic) for $22,900. I am financing my car, and after getting to my house, I realized they charged me for $23,800! So I called them back to ask them why, and they would just avoid the question and come up with a lame excuse. The Finance person ( his name is Marcel) would always ask me how much I wanted to pay monthly instead of really trying to help me to get the best deal. At the end, my car came up to almost $35,000!!! They added all the services and packages(without even showing me my options!) The next week my friend went to Toyota in North Miami Beach, and bought a RAV4 2014 XLE at just $25,900 with ALL THE TAXES AND ADDITONAL CHARGES!! This people are just cold hearted, dishonet, and unethical!!

Im from Wisconsin and called Lipton Toyota because Im willing to travel for a fair deal on a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Tino Watkins, the Pre-Owned Certified Internet Manager and I agree on a price (the same price advertised on the internet), I even spend an extra $29,.95 to check on the accident the car had been in. But Im concerned about all the negative reviews about Lipton Toyota, so I mention it to Tino and he writes me back, any review you've read doesnt apply to me our my current staff as we are all new at the dealership. Me myself I've only been here two weeks. I ask you to give us the opportunity to show you that the negative reviews you saw online is not a current reflection of Lipton Toyota. Fair enough, lets do it I tell Tino. He sends me the purchase order and there are almost $2000 worth of added costs (this doesnt include my taxes and license). $998 for a doc fee, which the same doc fee California has capped at $59. And yes, its basically a documentation fee, for their paperwork. The same paperwork that takes you and me 10 minutes to do. Then there was something called taxable fees of $797.98 which ended up being for a combination of the electronic title fee of ($398.98) and Nitrogen filled tires ($399). The benefits of Nitrogen tires are considered sketchy at best, and often cost only $6 per tire. I had always heard stories about used car salesman, I thought it was a thing of the past. Im amazed that Lipton Toyota thinks people are stupid enough to fall for this. (and yes, I didnt buy a car from Lipton Toyota).

After shopping many Toyota dealers around Ft. Lauderdale to North Miami looking for a 2014 Toyota Camry XSP, I had been looking for 5 days via internet, telephone and going to dealerships close to my home and it was hard to get a cash price or to email me car info so I can make a deal. Then I got in touch with Celso LeRoy at Lipton Toyota and I had my answer, the next morning he met me on his off day. He had the car washed and gassed and we did all the paper work in under 45min! By far the most courteous hassle free car buying experience I ever had. I will recommend all my Family and Friends to Lipton Toyota to experience the same deal. I visited other Toyota dealerships before purchasing my car here and no other dealership offered me the amazing deal that Lipton Toyota did! The Sales Associates where nothing but willing to help me find a way to purchase the car I wanted, at the price that I wanted, and because of that I will never buy a car from any other dealership for as long as I'm driving.

for new toyota car prices, they have really good price, I purchased a toyota sienna brand new. then the humongous fees kicks in. they collect $998 dealer fee, and $399 private tag agency fee, $399 nitro fee. that's $1800 just for fees alone. add that to a new car price, no wonder their cars are priced lower than other dealer. in the end, it came out to be the same as other dealer. they collected $407 estimated new tag fee, on the registration paper, it's only $312 for the new tag, so I called in and asked for a refund. they said that DMV in tallahassee will return the money, yea right, I've bought and sold over 25+ cars, it's always the dealership that returns the balance on the tag. they lied, and kept the tag money for themselves. dishonest dealer.

This was my first trip to Lipton Toyota. I spoke with Mr. Richards about a Camry I saw advertised on their website, he told me this was the correct price. I wanted to come on in and test drive the car that minute. When I got to the dealership Celso Leroy helped me out with the test drive. I fell in love with the car right away, this is my first new car purchase. I was completely done with all the paper work in about 45 minutes. My experience was excellent over the phone and via email, and they have always been responsive and helpful. Joe and Celso gave me everything I needed, and I can highly recommend them.

Cannot remember the name of the Sales Manager but he got us the deal we wanted. Shafiul Alam, our Salesperson, was amazing. He ran around to get us the car we wanted and led us to the people who took care of the transaction. He also gave us an amazing lesson about life and we wish him a safe journey back to his home country ... we will never forget him. Because we do not live in the area we will most likely not use their facility to service our car. My only complaint about the Camry is the gas pedal is too close to the radio/backup camera console and there is not enough leg room. The seats are also not anywhere as comfortable as my previous Galant (which blew up on I-95), so I had no time to research and test drive other automobiles. Overall, my experience was positive.

I started off with Lipton with my XLE Camry 2003. Once I found confidence with my service rep, Sean Kesson, I stuck with him for every check up. I took impeccable care of my XLE Camry. When Sean left for a short time, I really felt loss and was ever so happy when he returned to Lipton. The other reps in service were very friendly but Sean and I developed a good working relationship through the years. My plans were to keep my car for another 1-2 yrs but an accident changed that path. This is a difficult financial time for me so buying a car I really wanted was not within my reach. Sean and Anthony suggested leasing. Which I am still nervous about as I do put miles on my car but I am hoping within 3 yrs I will not go over the 45,000. Getting a Sport Corolla was a compromise I felt I could make in a more economical car and my payments are within my budget at this time. I felt the entire staff, from Sean putting me in touch with Anthony Lanzaro and meeting Jimmy Lagle who helped complete the deal, were all very supportive of my concerns with my budget. They worked hard to help me achieve getting a car I would be happy with and not disappointed that I had to downsize. I am thrilled to be driving a car with great gas mileage and is cute to boot! I am confident in 3 yrs I will stick with Lipton and be able to upgrade to the Camry XLE once again. I can't imagine working with another dealership. Lipton is not the closest Toyota dealership near my home, but the ones that are have never proven to me to be the same with customer service. Due to such fantastic customer service, I have become a loyal Lipton customer.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car for two reasons: we were having a baby AND we got a boat we needed to tow. I knew we wanted to go Toyota so we were between the Rav4 and the Highlander. The Rav4 satisfied our requirements for the baby but at the end of the day we went with a Highlander because it could accommodate the baby AND tow the boat. We were not expert towers and didn't know much about it. When you look up the towing capacity of a highlander you get a very general answer of 3500lbs. However the owners manual makes a very important distinction between a highlander with and without a tow package (which I only learned after we got the car home). When I spoke with Marie at Lipton Toyota (she was our sales rep) and asked what the towing capacity was she said that it was 3500lbs. She did not take the time to actually look it up and never did anyone at Lipton ever make the distinction between a Highlander with a tow package and one without. Without a tow package, the Highlander only tows 1500lbs with the 4 cylinder. With the tow package it tows 3500lbs but that was never addressed. So we bought the Highlander, only to find out after the fact that OUR specific Highlander does NOT tow 3500lbs. I would also like to say, we drove up from Key West to Fort Lauderdale to buy this car. So we called Lipton Toyota and spoke with Marie who passed us off onto Billy, her supervisor, who also did not know what the towing capacity on the Highlander was and also did not know to make the distinction between one with and one without the tow package. We got passed around quite a bit trying to even get a clear answer from them on what the towing capacity was. When we got transferred to the service department, they were very nice but the man on the phone (I do not remember his name) Googled what the towing capacity while he was on the phone with me! And of course it said 3500lbs (finding the correct answer online is very difficult and only after I knew there was a distinction to be made, could I even kind of find an answer other than 3500lbs) which I knew was not correct because my owners manual said so. So I ended up calling Corporate Toyota just so that I can get a clear answer on the towing capacity and they looked up the owners manual and confirmed what I already knew. I did not for the life of me understand why no one at Lipton Toyota knew to make the distinction between with and without a tow package. This all took place over the course of a few weeks, with me of course calling them, when they said they would call me back. Now I understand these kinds of things happen and mistakes happen but what was most disappointing was the follow through on the resolution, which was zero. We felt like they should have at least attempted to make this right. The way we left off was that Billy was going to call us when a Highlander with a tow pack or a 6 cylinder Highlander came in so we could trade it in. He never did and I watched online for Highlanders that were comparable in price and no phone call, not that I expected it really. When I finally did call back, there was very little enthusiasm to help. Billy tried to pass me off on Alberto I believe his name was, who we had spoken to before but also never got calls back from. Billy and the service department both replicated the problem which occurred in the first place with Marie, which was not knowing the product but still did little to accept responsibility. Which was disappointing. I was hoping they would work with us and help us out considering they were most of the problem. We were willing to accept some responsibility for not knowing to dig really deep on the towing capacity. 3500lbs is what I read online and so when Marie told us it was 3500lbs, I believed her. We weren't even expecting to get off without losing money but we were extremely disappointed to find how little initiative they took, if any at all. So now we have a Highlander, that cannot do what we ultimately bought it for. If I only wanted a 1500lb towing capacity, I would have bought the Rav4 and saved myself money! Lots of it. We ended up buying a crappy truck just to tow the boat because we didn't feel like dealing with being passed around anymore, which was probably Lipton Toyotas goal. I guess a positive thing about them is at least they were nice......

From the moment we walked in the door, actually even before we entered, we were greeted in the most friendly manner. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Louis Trujillo went far and beyond, even searching out a vendor who could outfit our new vehicle with Onstar telephone service, which we are accustomed to and wanted to continue with.We have bought many new cars, but have never encountered a better-run, friendlier, more professional and efficient dealership than Lipton Toyota. Alex assisted Louis, and they make a great team. Jason handled the finances and made it much simpler. The new manager (a few months), was also terrific. They all work hand in glove and make a great team and a wonderful buying experience for their customers. The best proof of this is, after 4 visits, deciding and finally purchasing and picking up our new Toyota, every single time we were there, they were buzzing with customer activity.

Honest-straightforward business dealing, gave me best price for my new RAV4 purchase on 04/16, no other dealer could match their quote, and no unpleasant surprises when we got to the dealership,and when we arrived at the dealership to take delivery, the new vehicle was all ready to go just as promised. The invoice was exactly what was quoted to us over the phone. I visited the dealer on Sunday around 6.30pm , I was greeted by a salesman named Ojo Awe , who was from the beginning , very disrespectful . The reason for my visit was to take a new lease while delivering one I have currently . My visit lasted no more than 10 minutes. The seller could have told me if it was not possible to deal, instead , he gave me an unrealistically high price and turned his back while saying that if that was no good for me I can keep waiting until the end of my current lease, being very discourteous and impolite . I approached the manager ( JR Merrit ) to ask for another salesperson , likewise ( discourteous and rude ) told me not had anyone else. I requested their business cards and the seller gave me his in a poor condition , all written on the other side , I asked the manager how he can allows the seller to deliver the card in that condition, and to talk to the customers like that, his answer was" that is very normal and there is nothing wrong with it, those are stock numbers on the back ". I turned around and told my wife "This is the worst dealer ever" , at that time , the seller came out of the office , yelling in a threatening manner that if I did not come out of the dealer he was going to call the police . My wife and I were so scared, for a moment we were afraid for our physical integrity. Never again would put one foot on the dealer. I regret I ever bought my car there and my advise is : Do not let this people keep doing that, just check all the real reviews before you go there.

I was out on my sales route working and was approached by Ed Lanzaro regarding the possibility of trading my Toyota corolla in for a new one at this dealership. He was very polite and not pushy at all...I couldn't make my first or even second appointment due to work, but he didn't push me and was very understanding. I finally made it in to the dealership and felt like we were being treated like royalty. Definitely would recommend this particular location! They try hard to get you what you need along with what you want...without feeling pressured...all the while being extremely polite!

I was at Lipton used cars for my daughter today. I wanted her to pay for it but I would handle the down payment for her. Because she had only been working a job for less than a year all the auto financing companies insisted on a huge down payment and me as a co-signer. I wanted her to be independent and not have me as a co-signer. Jimmy Lagle helped us get the car financed with Rich Gonzalez. They were great.

We purchased a Ford Expedition 4x4 from Lipton Toyota used car lot. They had a nice selection of trucks and suv's. We needed a 4x4 suv they had a Chevy Tahoe 4x4 and a Ford Expedition 4x4 to choose from both had everything we needed and were about the same price and mileage. We chose the Ford because the it had a more comfortable ride and the controls were easy to use. The sales men helped us all they way through the process even bringing us some food from their customer waiting area. We are now in New York visited family for the holidays a big winter storm just dropped a foot of snow on the roads and our truck is handling it with ease. We are so glad we purchased this truck from Lipton Toyota.

I leased a 2014 Toyota Corolla this week. The other dealers in Fort Lauderdale wanted me to lease a much bigger car, but my mind was set on gas mileage and price. Lipton Toyota was by far the best experience of all the dealers I visited. They gave me a great deal and had me out of there in a decent amount of time. Our sales man was new and trained very well. The manager (Jimmy L) was awesome and took the time to explain the different options we had to make this deal happen. I have a set income and they made it work without any hassle. The sales manager came over to the table to talk to us instead of talking behind our back. I was very comfortable with Lipton Toyota and will continue to be a customer of theirs. I had a great experience leasing a new car from Lipton Toyota and getting the deal I wanted was very exciting.

I have 2013 Camry hybrid I took my car to this dealer service because I got a recall letter. I had to wait almost 15 mins to talk to the service advisor named Eddie when other advisors didn't have any customers. I asked Robert if I could talk to other advisor instead of Eddie bc he seems to be busy with a customer. Robert said he will help me after he is done sorting his paper which took another 5 mins. I told him I came here bc I had a recall and told him please have my car go through a car wash after the service is done. After the car was done, Eddie calls me on the phone and said my car is ready and is out in the front. From my past experience with any service dealers, the advisor finds you in the waiting area and explain what they done to the car. I noticed other advisors were coming to the waiting room to talk to the customers but Not him. Maybe this place just calls you on the phone I just don't know. I finally found him and he looked so unhappy and I asked him if the car had been washed and he said he didn't think so and told me it will be about another 10 mins. I told him I specifically requested the car wash and why it wasn't done and he simply said it wasn't wrote up (once again with didn't care attitude). I waited 10 mins and while the car is being washed I noticed the invoice didn't explain what they've done to the car. I had to find him again and asked and he circles the DOT and said this means they replaced the part. I am not a mechanic nor do I work in this industry so how am I supposed to know DOT means the part was replaced? He should have told me what they've done to the car when he handed me the invoice. I shouldn't have to flag him down and ask him.Maybe he had a bad day or stressful day. I had to rate only on the advisor's attitude towards me during my visit since it was recall and I didn't have to pay for the work. The overall experience with the service wasn't bad. They took it in and finished within promised time. I was actually impressed with punctuality. The waiting area was small but comfortable. They even had a concierge kiosk where a nice lady made me a good cup of coffee. I would have given 4 stars for overall experience but had to deduct a star because of my experience with not so friendly advisor.

My salesperson was Howard Baker and I hand out his business card to my friends who are looking for cars. Thank you for a wonderful car-buying experience Howard! Lipton Toyota worked very hard to get me a lease on a brand new 2013 Toyota Camry on getting me the monthly payment I was aiming for and the money I wanted to put down. I worked with Fitzroy Blake and he was very nice from the beginning and was not pushy at all. He worked hard to make sure I was going to be happy with the payments and the car. My car was shined up and I left the dealership with a full tank of gas!

We felt we did not get treated fairly and felt we were a burden to the dealership for the following reasons:-We made an appointment to visit Lipton Toyota to see a specific vehicle on Friday, October 4th to come in on October 7th. When we arrived, the car still had the prior owners blue tooth settings on the car and the car had no gas. The car should have been ready prior to us arriving.- We were lied to as far as the pricing of the pre-owned vehicle and the new vehicle. When we originally spoke on the phone, we were told to not pay attention to the quote we received online and that he would work with us. He did not budge at all from that price. The fees added to the pre-owned car are bogus, such as taxable fees and doc fees. When we originally asked if the price given to us was the best for the new car we were told, that was it. However, later when reviewing payments and financing somehow they came down on the price. I also know that is not the lowest because when I received a quote from True Car for this dealer the price came in at about $3,500 less than what we were quoted.- We were lied to as far as the 2014 Highlander features. I researched on the Toyota website and the 2014 Highlander contains new features when we were told nothing would change on the newer model. - On the pre-owned vehicle there were flaws in the car that I questioned and the dealer acted as if they could not repair them. What is the bumper to bumper warranty available for if that is the case?- We were very upset about the amount offered for my trade in car. Car max was able to offer us over 50% greater than what the dealer was willing to offer us and again, that was not negotiable. These are just a few of the things we encountered when we visited. We have already purchased a vehicle from this dealership and felt this is not how a returning customer should be treated. We drove in horrible weather conditions to visit the dealership to make our appointment. We do not expect to have a red carpet rolled out but the least they could have done was have the car that we were expecting to see ready to be seen and driven, especially when there was a four day notice. We will never recommend this dealership again, in fact we will probably deter other customers from visiting your dealership. And to follow up, we bought a brand new Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Hollywood who took care of us wonderfully.

Mr. Nagle, Thank u for taking the time to send me the e-mail letter. I would like to let u know of my unpleasant experience with your dealership and why I wouldn't recommend it.Initially, I walked in to speak with u regarding my feelings re: purchase of this auto but u were in a meeting and I was told to make an appointment. In your absence I spoke with Ira Greenbaum who was most pleasant and cordial and followed up with the promised work order initially requested by me to Alberto Cepeda& Billy Goodger.. which was agreed upon but not delivered. I feel they both took advantage and added on charges that were not disclosed properly..They kept saying it was Florida's State law . I don't understand why they charged me $400.00 for Hydrogen Air. On Facebook and anyone I spoke to never, ever, paid for Hydrogen Air,,, and they also come back for Hydrogen Air free of charge whenever needed. That's #1#2..Also, why do u charge $998.00 for Pre-delivery Service when Honda charges $600.00 for a brand new car (Honda Accord which I purchased in 2012) You see, my Honda was stolen and I was led to believe It would never be recovered as Honda is the #1 car for car thieves.. I foolishly went and bought the Avalon and that very same night I got a call from the police that my car was found. It was involved in a shoot-out but my car was not damaged in any way. I wanted to return the Avalon (I only had it for 1 day) but your Mr Gonzales was very adamant about it and would not accept the keys back. Incidentally, I do not find him to be the mot pleasant person So, here I am with 2 cars but I finally did sell the Honda. Getting back to the $998. charge I strongly feel that's outrageous and u are overcharging. I don't believe the charge went up $400.00 in one year, I can show you on the purchase order from Honda the charge was $600.00#3. I implicitly told Albert and Billy this was a cash deal and they gave it to the Finance company. They also ordered a new plate and tag for the Avalon when JaSON WAS TOLD NOT TO ORDER A NEW TAG AS i HAD MY TAG FROM THE HONDA. I must admit I told them that I would pay in full by the End of Sept. and I did not pay till Oct. 9 but they did have my phone number to call me about the matter. I never gave them authorization or in writing to give it to the finance company, Jason did take care of it (he's a wonderful person) and it has been paid in full. Also, It was Mr Gonzales (I'm told) who informed Jason to give it to the finance company and when I confronted him about it he always has an answer.I'm Sorry Mr. Lagle, to burden u with all my complaints however I hope u understand and commiserate with all I had to deal with in purchasing the car. I was using USAA for purchase of a new car and was looking at the Toyota Prius and the Camry, Chevrolet Impala, Volkswagen Passat, and Nissan. I had started out for a car with great mileage and had come down to the hybrid Prius or Camry and the diesel Passat. Then my wife said she wanted a red car with black leather interior and a back-up camera. So most of my planning went out the window since I could not find one for the Prius or Camry and she did not want to go with a diesel car. I had talked with Lipton internet manager and he could not find anything in this area of my original request of a hybrid Prius or Camry. Another dealer found one in Tampa, however the cost was out of line for my budget. So I was going into Fort Lauderdale and thought I would stop into Lipton since I had not meet the internet manager. He was busy with a customer so he asked Celso to handle me. Celso took me around the lot and we just came across the car we bought which was red, black leather interior and a back up camera, plus a lot more. We took it for a drive around the lot and he came back with a price I could live within my budget. This was Saturday and I gave him a deposit to hold until Monday when my wife could see the car. we came back on Monday and Celso took a great deal of time to show my wife the car and all of the features. We agreed to purchase and Juan was great in handling the paper work. It was a great transaction and we are both satisfied with Lipton and the employees.

I wanted to thank Fitzroy Blake for helping me with my all blacked out 2013 Toyota Corolla. I saw this corolla sitting on the showroom floor and I thought it would be a lot more than a stock corolla, turns out it was only a little bit more. I told Fitzroy I had a 2005 corolla trade in so he asked his manager Jimmy Lagle if I could get the upgraded black corolla with my trade in for the same price as a stock corolla. They took my trade and gave me the same price as a stock on. I love my new car and the all black looks excellent, I have an appointment later today to get the windows tinted it will look so cool!!! My email to Lipton Toyota" I emailed you previously in regards to my purchase of a 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid on Sunday 6/30/13 that is infested with ants. I purchased a new car because I wanted a clear and free driving experience, with no stress. This whole experience has been beyond stressful and frightful (due to my new car being infested with large red ants which I am allergic to ant bites).I did bring the car back to Lipton on Tuesday July 1st for service. Andrew from the service department, Juan from internet sales and his boss assured me that this problem will be taken care. But unfortunately it has not been taken care of. I received my car back from service on Wed July 3rd only to discover the red ants are still invading my "new" car. I contacted Lipton on July 4th only to speak to the manager Hakeem he advised me to bring the car in again July 5th. At this point I am outraged, stressed, annoyed and afraid of the serious health effects they may occur from an ant bite.The customer service is I received from Lipton on this matter has been unacceptable. The energy I have spent on phone calls, emails and travel to resolve this matter with no results is intolerable. To sell anyone a car with an ant infestation is unacceptable, dangerous and a shady business practice".After all that my "new" car was finally fumigated again and is ant free.

Alberto Cepeda was a great salesman!!! I've never been treated so good at a car dealer. He did all that he can to make sure I got the car I wanted. He is wonderful and always kept checking up on me about the car. He always explained all the sales and how the car deal would go. He was very honest to me. Really loved his service!!! He was the best!!! I loved that he speaks Spanish so that my husband could understand better!! Overall, Alberto Cepeda is my favorite salesman!! I would only go to him to buy my next car.

Bob Stanisich took very good care of me and my car!!! I had a horrible experience at Delray Toyota! I was told rust stains in my car were food, but Bob knew differently and had it fixed in one day!! Sofia was great. I contacted her thru the internet and gave her descriptions of vehicles I was interested in. When I arrived we reviewed the vehicles. She did a great job directing me thru the purchase of my new car. Penny Sullivan was an outstanding Customers Relations Manger and was extremely help full. Both Hakim Youssef and Lincoln Clarke were excellent to work with upon our introduction to Lipton. They were truly customer service oriented and were knowledgeable about their products and finance plans. They were also both upfront and truthful in handling the promotional aspects of the deal I came in with. JC Gallegos was customer service friendly and made the finance piece seamless. Penny Sullivan was a pleasure to deal with, and very warm and customer service oriented. It was a pleasure, and I'm sure will continue to be, doing business with Lipton.

Our son was returning from Florida State we wanted to get him a truck as a graduation present. We were unable to find one in South Florida after a couple weeks of looking. I went to Lipton and met with Louis Trujillo and let him know what we were looking for. Louis let me know that he would find a truck for our son no matter what he had to do to get it. I was shocked, and thrilled, when he called me two days later to inform me he and his manager Jimmy Lagle had the truck. It was too good to be true so I had him send me a couple pictures.......within two hours of receiving the pictures I was in Louis's & Jimmy's office to sign the papers for the truck. Needless to say, he did what we had decided was impossible. Louis went above and beyond to find us the perfect truck. He truly was an angel to us and made our son's graduation one he will never forget. I was very happy when I was able to send Louis a picture of our son with his truck. I never thought a salesman would do so much to help us out. He truly is one of a kind. I can't end without commenting on Rich Gonzalalez in finance. He was just as great as Louis was and made the paperwork almost bearable! We bought a truck for our son but ended up with a new friend. Not many people can say that happens when buying a new automobile.

Fantastic service!..there was no run around and no wait. For starters I have NEVER had a bad experience at Lipton. I am a former Nissan owner, but after numerous issues and poor service I decided to look at Toyota's in 2007 when looking for a new car. I purchased a new Corolla at Lipton, the process went very smoothly and without issue. No pressure, no up sell, and as a woman I expected that may happen. They even had a " new owners reception" at the dealership a few weeks later, it was great! When my daughter was ready to have her own car, she got the 2007 and I went shopping at Lipton again! Once again, a great experience, this time an upgrade to a 2010 S model, love it!! Thank you Mr. Clarke! Another smooth transaction, I wasn't pushed to buy a more expensive car, they understood I was on a budget. Reliable was most important, and that's what I got with my Corolla's.I have NEVER had a problem having my cars serviced, and do so on a regular basis, and yes I drive from Boca Raton because the Service Dept is excellent. Actually enjoy going! I usually see Andrew, Service Advisor, and while you don't always get to see the person who works on your car, Garth is one of the best! Nelson, the Service Manager is spot on, never had an issue that wasn't resolved. In fact he and his staff went the extra mile to help when my daughter's car was broken into, by way of smashing out her windows. Everything was taken care of, even the window re-tinting, which was a perfect match! The waiting area is well thought out, clean, pretty much anything you want, and spotless restrooms. Over the years I have sent many people to Lipton without reservation, have always been thanked, with positive feedback. A friend had purchased her car with the "tires for life" deal, unfortunately part of the deal was that you had to follow the rules, ie. have your oil changed there, she didn't, she understood. She is now a loyal Lipton customer. I have had many opportunities to observe while there, I was impressed to see how often customers brought goodies to the staff, clearly they are doing something right!I wish there was a plus 5 stars!!!!!!!

Each and every person we dealt with were more than happy to help us purchase our new car. Each person explained what was next and after we signed the paper work, we were taken to the car and all the controls were explained and we also were helped to install our phones and set up things like destinations in the GPS program and also were shown how we could do all of the things by just talking to the computer in the car. I am sure if it were not for the help of the customer service people, it would have taken us some time to figure out what goes where and how to do the things we were shown. The instructions in the car manual were perfect but the hands on of the people were a lot better. Thanks you for all your help and you can be sure I will recommend you to anyone that I know is looking for a relaible and knowledable car dealership.

I had been researching getting a Hybrid Camry and Sienna on a lease for some time. My recent contact with Lipton Toyota was through Barbara and Jason. Even though there no response to my email but when I called Barbara she immediately got Jason involved and surprisingly Jason remembered me from two months ago when I was looking for the car originally but had to hold back any credit changes for two months due to home loan refinance closing.Jason got back to me within two hours with actual stock #s of the cars and the pricing. I decided it was best to walk in discuss pricing as I was ready to do the lease. Jason took time to find the cars that matched my criteria and fortunately the two cars available were both right. Jason handed me over to Ojo who I think is a good salesman because he knew I had already made up mind on the cars and now it was important for me to work on the numbers rather than test drive any other cars.I love working with numbers and I knew what my price point was. So I gave my prices for those cars to Ojo. A few minutes later I met Ira who was the sales manager who decided yay or nay on the deals and he was very surprised on how I had come up with my pricing. Even though he was surprised at the price I wanted, what I really liked is that at no time during my dealing with him he was disrespectful or discounting of my research on pricing. Ira's approach was so much different than attitude of the so called managers that had made me walk out of two other dealerships. Having gone back and forth a few times and explaining to Ojo and Ira, how I came up with the numbers, we agreed on numbers not very far from what other dealers were offering but the the way Ira treated me made the difference between me doing the deal vs walking.Once we finalized the deal, I worked with Jeff in finance. Jeff is probably the coolest finance guy around. He explained everything in detail as this was my first lease and even though it was 10 pm, didn't show any sign of hurry but took the time to answer my questions. I could not take delivery of either car that night because I was alone and had my own car with me. Next morning I called the dealership from CarMax where I had decided to sell my cars and Ira and Ojo arranged pick up. Ojo drove himself and picked us up and spent time explaining the features of the Sienna to my wife.Bottomline, I got a pricing very close to what wanted but what stood out here was 5 different employees of a car dealership all treated me with respect, listened to me and made this deal possible. Kudos to everyone at Lipton Toyota.

Joe Richards was AMAZING!!! The entire experience was actually enjoyable which is rare in car shopping. Joe was very personable, patient, and great to work with. Joe got me into a 2013 Toyota Corolla S. When this lease is up, I will definitely be going back to Joe for my next vehicle.

We were just "looking" at new cars. No plan to buy that day. Dalton listened to us instead of pressuring us. So positive experience ended of purchasing that day. I just purchased a white 2013 Toyota Tundra 4x4 from this dealership, the sales person was excellent. The main reason why I purchased from Lipton was the price, I got my Tundra from Jimmy for $229 a month it was called "The General Manager's Special" this price was much lower than any other dealer in Fort Lauderdale. My husband and I came in the dealership looking for a second car. At first, we were priced out of our budget, but they were willing to work with us to where we needed our payments to be. Once we selected the car, it was a very smooth process to sign and drive. They also had great additions- a fill up gas card and tint on the windows! I had the best service here! I purchased a camry fully loaded, I am not very technological and I am grateful Barbara had so much patience and was able to assist me. She even helped my friend that purchased an Avalon in Orlando and like every dealer the sales person just gives you the keys and goodbye... Yes, I bought my 2012 Prius here, but I would not recommend anyone to buy a new car here. The only reason why I bought the car here is because our sales person was nice and friendly, and the finance guy got me approved for financing. BUT, the sales manager is an a**hole!!! When negotiating for the car, the tone of his voice was very condescending and I felt like he was talking down on me like he's better and smarter than me. Showed him an ad for a Prius V from another dealer see if he can match it, but he tried to sell me a regular Prius Three instead, which I thought was very unprofessional and dishonest. Promised me I will get a load of free accessories if I buy a car there, but after I signed the paper works they said the parts department is closed and I should come back on Saturday to pick up my free accessories. Went back on that next Saturday and first pretended they didn't even know me, then said too bad you already drove the car off the lot so they cant give me anything. When you make a promise, you better keep your promise!!! I am not talking about buying a match box car at Toys R Us. This is a major purchase of over $26K, so honesty is very important! Not to mention a lot people already felt most car sales person are dishonest people. So don't just lie and say whatever to me in order to make a sale!!! I got 2 years free maintenance with my new Prius and guess what? I am NOT going to take my car back to this dealer for the maintenance. I am going to take it to the dealer near the place I work.

Do not go here if you could possibly be perceived as naive, because the salesman/managers will assume you're an idiot and try to rip you off. I dealt with Steve Goodman over the phone, who was very friendly but did not assist me at the dealership. At the dealership, Abraham Donaldson was very kind and knowledgeable, but I mainly dealt with a "manager" while negotiating the price of the car I was interested in, the 2013 Prius C. He was unbelievably condescending and arrogant, assuming that because I am a young female I must be stupid. I was there for two hours until I was finally so fed up that I left without purchase. The next day, I received several phone calls from Mr. Goodman following up on the service. When I informed him that I was unsatisfied with the way I was treated and would not be purchasing a car from Lipton, he hung up on me. A few days later, I received a phone call from the "manager" offering me a deal a thousand dollars less than I intended to pay. By then, I had already purchased a car elsewhere. Had he given me his lowest price, we both would have left happy that day. They say buyers are liars, but salespeople are full of crap.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I just got hung up on by JC in Finance because he can't understand why I'm angry. I bought a 2011 Camry 2 months ago. Since then my tire blew out and the roadside assistance I purchased failed me. The tow truck driver never showed up. Fortunately, State Farms' Road Ranger came and fixed my tire for free. (they charged me 250$ for a new tire!!!) I then tried to cancel my roadside service and it hasn't happened. This was 2 months ago and I've made repeated phone calls to BOTH JC and his Supervisor Keith to no avail. I FINALLY got ahold of JC and he didn't understand my frustration as he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Lastly, Leela keeps harassing me for my out of state title since they sold my trade in w.o it and now its my problem, when the salesman and JC told me it should be no issue. I'm seriously considering cancelling my contract and turning in my car b/c the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS SOOOO BAD!!! The only good thing I can say is that Robert Velez and Andrew in the Service Dept. actually know how to do their jobs and are courtesy to the customers. AGAIN, DON'T ASK FOR RESPECT JC IF YOU CAN'T GIVE IT IN RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a new Toyota Corolla from Lipton Toyota on 8/10/12 and would not return or reccomend this dealership.Salesperson Wayne was ready for us when we arrived but stated that he ONLY had two colors available in our choice of car. I did not like the dark grey color and my husband decided on red since we did not have another choice. There was a lot of back and forth with the managers on price it was time consuming and stressfull. I had printed out my black book value of trade in car and competitors advertised internet price for identical car which was not to the liking of the "managers". They also flatly refused to honor their advertised $100 rebate and $25 Visa card offer that I had printed out from their web site. They also refused to give us 0.9% interest rate advertised by Toyota on their web site. We bought the car and took it home but our daughter did not like the red color. Also we realized that there were some mistakes in our paperwork that we were supposed to hand over to the bank for loan on Monday. We called next morning Saturday 8/11 and Wayne miraculously had a white color in stock and was willing to exchange the red toyota with white color and also agreed that the dealer would give us 0.9% interest rate IF and only IF we gave them approximately $1300 more. We went that day along with my daughter . On arrival my daughter wanted to know if we could get the blue Toyota parked outside the showroom. Wayne once again was ready for us but when I asked Wayne about the blue toyota he seemd to be upset because he had already gotten the white corolla ready and washed for us and it seemed to me that it was too much of a hassel for him to even discuss the possibility of that new blue toyota parked in front of his dealership showroom. This was upsetting for my daughter and in turn for me. I was already too tired from the previous days experience of going back and forth and did not want to deal with ANY OF THEIR so called "Managers" because I felt they were rude, unprofessional, and did not show the basic decency of honoring their adverstised offers of petty amount or taking care of their customers. They just wanted to get as much amount for the car from us as possible. I asked wayne if they will at least take off $125 from the $1300 difference being asked and he said that would be not be possible and that I should not even mention about it because they had aleady refused it the previous. I paid the full difference amount asked and got the paperwork corrected and and drove the Toyota Corolla home. Overall this experience of buying a new car was unpleasant and stressful and would not want anyone I know/ care for to go through it. I will NOT reccomend this dealership to my friends, colleagues, or family members.

Everyone is always nice and accommodating and have never made me feel pressured. I have had my car serviced at Lipton for 2 years now. The dealership is fantastic. Unlike other places, I don't mind waiting at the dealership for my car. The facility is new and clean and the service guys are the best. Andrew and Bob are always helpful and kind. I have brought my laptop so that I can browse the net and work while I wait and once when I had a meeting scheduled, a driver dropped me off to my office and picked me up when my car was ready, so convenient!

Miguel is a great sales rep, he was very helpful and friendly. Anthony Spence the Finance Manager is very professional and provided excellent customer service. Wayne Feldman was very excellent as well. Wayne Feldman explained all of the different features of our new vehicle. We have lived in many different states and this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I bought a used toyota camry hybrid. The dealership and used car manager was polite and completed the few items that needed servicing. This was a good experience. I had been looking for a camry at this price with navigation and leather for over 6 months. I bought it on a rainy Sunday right after it came in on a trade. It needed some repairs, and all of them were completed. They even delivered the car to my house when they were complete.

I have chosen to rate Lipton Toyota based on several positive experiences that I have had with them in the past. I purchased my vehicle in December of 2011 where I was offered three years of free maintenance, roadside assistance, and a personal assistant with my purchase. This was an excellent perk considering that they deducted the price of this program from the sticker price. I recently visited the same dealership to do my first oil change in which I was treated with the utmost courtesy. I was offered half a sandwich, a cookie, and coffee while I was waiting for my vehicle to get the oil change. They then called me when my vehicle was ready which was within 30 minutes and they even washed my car before returning it to me. I must admit that I am quite impressed with the treatment that I have received so far! The facility is fairly new, extremely clean, and has a service area that will make you comfortable inside and out. Deerfield Beach, FL

I have visited this dealership many times and have had many great interactions with them in the past. I purchased a 1995 Toyota camry grey, great price, no mechanical problems. I also purchase a 2002 Toyota Highlander silver, all maintenance costs included in the price of my vehicle. Recently, I have also purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry hybrid and was treated very well by rafael when there. I have also received maintenance this time around with the lease of this vehicle. I enjoy my camry hybrid more than any of my previous toyotas and would think about possibly upgrading to the prius. I will continue to buy toyotas from here in the future.

I had SUCH an amazing experience at Lipton Toyota this past Friday. I am a female, and leased a 2011 Prius. Car dealerships can be intimidating, especially for solo shopping females, and I must say that of all of the dealerships I went into on my long car hunt, this one gets the highest mark in terms of customer service. Miguel Catalano was the man who helped me out with picking my car, hes a great sales rep he was very helpful and friendly. Also, despite what I'd heard about the dealership being over priced, they actually worked with me to get an extremely competitive deal that I am very very happy with. If you are in the market for a Toyota, buy it here! You won't be sorry.

I am solely rating the car rental department at lipton toyota. A few weeks ago, my kids were on spring break and I called around to get van rental pricing. Many places were overbooked and/or overpriced. I found lipton toyota online and was able to rent a seinna mini van with tints and a dvd system. When I cam in the van was ready to go, all I had to do was provide a copy of my license, a credit card, and a copy of my insurance policy. No limit on miles or anything, great rental experience, no hidden fees!

I will never return here. I came to TOYOTA looking for one. I clearly stated to Louis that I was looking for a used car and what my budget was. We sat down and he came around with an '04 Mitsubushi Galant. He was pushy and kept trying to push the Galant and stress to me that they were working hard to get it for me. Then I met Jose. He seemed more reasonable and nicer. I told them my budget for monthly payments would have to be under 300. I didn't want the Galant although they still tried to push it so I went to look at the trade ins. One silver sport Corolla and one red corolla. The silver was good but the price tag was 10,300. I'm not stupid, they got the trade in for less than 5,00 and wanted me to get it for 10! Plus the monthly payments were 330! If that car doesnt sell it'll go straight to auction for wholesale price. So I decided to check the red corolla. They tried to sell that to me with obvious interior stains, a small dent, and chipping paint on one door. I was told to just paint the door and not the entire car at Maacos. They would do the best they could and that was it. After being there for 4+ hours I decided to leave because I didnt feel as if i was getting what I asked for so I left.As I walked out, Louis followed me and told me that they called the GM and would work with me and try my best to get my lower payments. He even told me that its Saturday and they wanted to meet their quota and wanted to do the best they could. So they dropped the price by 500 to 9832 BUT I would have to put an extra 500 down payment to make my payments 295. I still felt pressured and told them i'll sleep on it. They close at 9 and it was maybe 5 after 9. When I said no Jose got up and went over to the other men and said (with an upset tone) "Its a wrap fellas so go home, she said no. They responsed "she didnt want the Galant, its the obvious better deal" (STILL PUSHING A CAR I DID NOT WANT) and he storms out after making a comment that no other dealership will treat me as well as they did. (COCKY). I put 100 down to hold the vehicle and slept on it.I decided not to buy and told them the next morning. I offered to pay 8300 cash for the car including all fees and Jose said no. *shrugs shoulders* I had to go in anyways because they held my license as well as my sister who would cosign with me and forgot to give it to us.My sister went in the next morning for service on her car and I called to speak with Louis about her getting my deposit and he was quick to rush me off the phone and hung up so I called again and he finally told me that it'll be returned to debit card and I would have to come in. Got my deposit easy and when I got there Louis still tried to push that gotdamn Galant on me yet again..It was my first time buying a car, and I was treated like a number and I didn't want to be pressured into financing a car with no warranty and I would have to get full coverage. If he was confident of the value of the car they would not have been upset that I didnt want it. I laugh because I had 4000 to put down and 3500+ to pay for one year worth of payment UPFRONT and one year full coverage insurance upfront! But when you treat people bad and make them feel like garbage they take their money elsewhere.I should have known better especially since they trapped my dad a few years back into leasing a toyota sienna for 5 years when he thought he was just financing. I wouldnt recommend this place Rick Case Hyundai in plantation treated me much better!

We recently purchased a new prius c at Lipton Toyota. We were very happy with the friendliness of our salesman, Joe, and because he was so friendly, we let down our gaurd. This toyota adds $3995.00 to the MSRP to every car on the lot, which I'm assuming is negotiable but we were told that is not. I feel like this is outright theft, since you are now paying more than the car is worth. Being a first time buyer,and not knowing what I was doing, this did not raise flags However, upon research, after we paid for the car, we realized that this is absurd. I feel robbed and I honestly would never recomened anyone to this location. Richard, who did our paper work, is also very misleading in getting the pricing. After we left, we noticed that he had included gap insurance, and a 100,000 mile warranty that we did not ask for nor want. I know that this is my fault for not being a smart shopper and knowing how to buy a car but I felt that he cheated us. My reflection from this experience is that I would now know what to look for in buying a car and all the ways that they steal your money. I personally have always felt like toytota was supposed to be a reputable company but after this transaction, I no longer feel this is true. The car works fine but is not anything special, it does not come with back speakers which I find odd and all in all is not worth the money. My advice to anyone going to this dealership is to make sure that you dont pay more than the car is worth if you choose to come here at all. I will not be coming back to this location or toyota in general. We have a nissan ( that my dad helped me buy and it was 15000 with tax, title, and all the other things that add up) that we did not pay above the MSRP and they did not try and sneak other things into the price without telling us. Again, I know that this is my fault and take responsibility but I am let down with the integrity of the company for allowing a dealershipt to sell the car for more than its worth.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and was referred to lipton toyota by a friend of mine who purchased a new vehicle from luis. Amanda ranted and raved about the way that Luis had treated her throughout the ourchase. I decided to give luis a call because I was in the market for a Toyota, even though it wasn't a new one. I scheduled an appointment and I met him up there on a Saturday where i was even given lunch (hot dogs and hamburgers). I was also treated with great respect and not like an object. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Toyota Corolla sport edition and I love the look and feel of this car. More importantly, I loved the pricing and way that I was treated, it was nice to be treated like a human being at a car dealership for once. A++++ experience!

I needed a costly repair on my '02 Lexus. I shopped a couple of small mechanics because I thought their prices would be less than a dealer. After a friend recommended Lipton, I went in for an estimate. To my surprise, their quote was MUCH less than the others I received. The employees were friendly, the service center is clean and new, they even had a driver drop me off to work and pick me up when my car was ready. As expected, the actual cost of the work was slightly higher than the estimate, but I still saved a lot by coming here. A+ service in every way.

All i can say is to stay away from here!!! the sales men stand around like they are looking at prey!! one person tells you one thing then another comes and tells you something else. They get your attention by telling you that you qualify for this or that and then whoops you don't you need more money down! waste of 3 hrs of my life never again!!!!!

The advertisement in Saturdays Sun Sentinel newspaper stated they would be open Saturday, Sunday, and Monday until midnight. I got there at 8:30, they were already closing. Lincoln was not even aware of the no money down lease offer they had on their website. He showed no interest in selling me a car

My wife and I went in to Lipton Toyota to purchase a new Sienna on a Saturday afternoon. We educated ourselves about the vehicle, price, and options and had realistic expectations for price and payments. We initially dealt with Angela and Don through email. Their response times were very quick and professional. The price we were quoted was accurate and there were no tricks or deceptive practices. The finance department was a pleasant experience as well. We were given many different finance options and felt comfortable with the process. The finance person worked hard to keep our interest rate low.We purchased an additional option that needed to be installed at a later date. We were told that the service department would call us in a few days to schedule an appointment. The service department called us first thing Monday and set up our appointment. We brought the vehicle in and were told it would take about an hour for the install. The promptness of the service department showed when our vehicle was ready within the hour as we were told. Don made us feel very comfortable and showed us around the dealership introducing us to the parts department and also the service manager. The whole process once we arrived at the dealership was only a few hours and hassle free. There was no stress or aggravation. I feel that we received great customer service, price, and experience with the whole dealership. I would recommend this dealership to others and already have.

I went to get a new visor for my Toyota Camry. They changed the visor but somehow the clock of the car stopped working. I left the dealer and then called Customer Service to express my frustration. Nelson, from Customer Service was very diligent, he took care of the situation. He really wanted to make sure I was happy with their service, and he was successful with it. Met Miguel while servicing my 2004 Toyota Corolla. Walked over to the room where they show car and Miguel was warm and friendly without pushing. Car sold itself, I mean Toyota sell itself because very good product. Bought a new Corolla with upgraded radio- nice option, it drove real good, quiet, smooth. Got very good price thanks to Miguel. Recommend Miguel and recommend Lipton 100% for sales and service. Will go to Lipton in future because of 3 year free maintenance and nice service.

I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime from California to Florida. By far the best experience I have had was at Lipton Toyota. I dealt with the Internet Sales Manager Jose Quintero who treated me with respect and honesty from begining to end. If you're in the market for a Toyota, I strongly recommend that you visit Lipton Toyota and ask for Jose Quintero. You will not be disappointed!

Jose Quintero (Cell 786-399-6625) did a fantastic job. He got the car I wanted from another dealer, we negotiated the price upfront and I spent only 2 hours at the dealer to get all paperwork done. Great experience, my 2nd car at Lipton. Very honest folks.

I went to Lipton based on an advertisement in the newspaper. I had to put a little money down but I was able to lease a brand new Camry at $169 a month. I have a great low payment, two years of free maintenance and a personal assistant. So far things are looking pretty good!

Very rude people , Am treated better at burger king ordering from the 99 cent menu , Heres a tip Lipton Toyota If someone comes in and wants to buy a $20000 car try being nice and not acting like your doing them a favor ! offered $10,500 for my trade and refused to go any higher , even though I new trade was worth at least $12,800 , price on car was good but by the time they ripp you off on trade your paying more than sticker plus $1000 dealer fee and all the ad ons , when i turned down the deal then they tried everything ,telling me I overpaid for my current vehicle and just have to take the $2300 loss , comparing payments { only this much more }, then the interest angle , yeah right I will pay you $2300 extra to save $1200 worth of interest on my current loan , DUH ! Then when none of that works they call me into there little hole and all start to try and gang up on me to intimidate me into the deal ! What a bunch of scum ! Needless to say they got nothing out of me and I warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague ! Made the deal I wanted with another dealer and saved $2300 Cha Ching ! Update 06/05/2011 Dealer contacted via internet sent a free tank of gas and a car cleaning kit and apoligized for experience we had which I thought was nice but then sent email wanting me to change my feedback . Once again do not buy anything from these people !!!!! Not honest or trustworthy !!!!!

I met Blake while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He told me about a loyalty program that would give me 0% APR and free car maintenance for 2 years. Much to my surprise everything that he had said was true. Needless to say, I bought a new 4runner from Lipton Toyota and I love the truck!

I was debating between buying a Camry and Accord Coupe. After emailing Rick Case and Lipton, I found the service at Lipton to be absolutely welcoming. I agreed on price and when I came in, they didn't try to change or add anything to what was agreed upon. I then signed all the papers and the Wonnell (sp?) was helpful enough to set up our bluetooth and educate us on the navigation system in the vehicle. Overall, I give this dealer two thumbs up!

After my 2005 Toyota Matrix (that I bought in Oct.09 for $8995.00) was totaled when I was rear-ended 8 weeks ago, I needed to replace my vehicle & decided I wanted another Matrix. Found an '04 Toyota nearly identical online & visited the lot. No price listed on line, I was quoted $11,444. The final verbal offer was $10,400. I put $5000 down, and was talked into financing the rest. My credit is bad, so my best friend co-signed for me since her's is great. After was felt like a shell game I signed paperwork and drove off the lot thinking that I had just purchased my car for approx. $12,000 TOTAL after taxes and fees. Upon review of my contract, I am paying $12,000+ financed ON TOP of my $5000 down payment. I am flabbergasted. It is stressful enough to endure a severe car accident that isn't your fault, but to be mislead and conned on top of it is disgraceful. A 2004 Toyota Matrix XRS is not a $17,778 car, not when it's nearly 7 years old.

I was forwarded to this dealer after I submitted a credit app via a financial institution. I was told that I was approved, received an email from "a finance person" at the dealer and was called 3 times to come in and meet with him & his sales guy, and just pick a car from the lot and drive home. On the date & time I visited they were both not there. Another sales person said "he works with their dept" and wanted to help me.First he insisted that I fill another credit app, even though the dealership had one on file from just 4 days ago. Even though I wasn't comfortable getting my credit run again (which wasn't extremely good to begin with), I went ahead.After that point I was literally pushed in to buying a "pre-owned" instead of a new car. Later I learned that the people & dept I was sent to only dealt with used cars and I was repeatedly told that buying a brand new car wasn't such a good idea, due to the depreciation etc. Way to make sales - tell your customers that it is wrong to buy a new car. I am fully aware of depreciations & residual values etc. I just didn't want a 2-3 year old model just to save 20% from the cost. If I didn't have a trade-in, I'd have gone the pre-owned route but I had done my homework before I walked in the dealership...After that I was told that my current trade in would bring in %40 less than what I estimated (black book/blue book trade-in values). I asked them why this was, and I was told that the car had "airbag deployment (accident)" in it's carfax history. I should have realized this was a trick when they asked me if I bought my previous car from them and/or if I was the original owner. They were hoping that I was dumb enough not to check the carfax history when I was buying my current car. I told them that I knew for a fact that my current car had a clean history & demanded to see the carfax report that they have just received. The sales guy disappeared, came back 30 seconds later and said "sorry you're right, the carfax person was talking about somebody else's car, not yours, your car has no accidents". Whoop my trade-in value goes up to where it should have been in the first place. A dishonest trick to lower my trade-in value...Talking further, I kept asking to get the out the door price on a base model Camry with automatic transmission and no other options. I was told twice that the car was $25,000 plus taxes, fees, plates etc... In reality that car has an MSRP of $22,000 and invoice price of $20,000. I know people who have purhcased the same car for $20,500, cash, after all fees & taxes. Right there from my phone I went to Toyota's website, showed the pricing of $22,000 and asked where the $3,000 difference was coming from. Apparently, the $3,000 is the cost for the labor to put the car together... Who knew Toyota Camrys were really kit cars, shipped in small plastic bags from Japan, and the good people at Lipton Toyota assembled the whole thing bit by bit, right here in Oakland Park, Florida. Later I was told that the $3,000 was ADM (Dealer Profit) but was assured "Oh don't worry, we won't charge you that anyway"...Starting the minute I walked in the door, I relayed crystal clear that I was an educated customer, who had done his homework, knows a lot about the car, options, prices, warranties etc, had approximately 50% of the car's cost in down payment & trade in, would have no problem securing financing from my credit union or pay in full if needed yet I was still treated like an idiot and had every cheap trick in the book thrown at my face...Even though Toyotas had some safety issues in the past few months, they are still popular cars that literally sell themselves. Had I bought another Toyota from Lipton, it'd have been my 4th one. I'll buy another Camry in the next few days, just in no way on hell from Lipton Toyota...

if you need to buy a car and have not so perfect credit, stay away from marty pollock-he called me on and said that i was approved for a car loan and that all i needed to bring was my paystubs and a few other things for the bank to verify,and all i needed to do was just come in and pick the car out. what a waste of time, marty is a lair and he will do whatever it takes to rip you off. long story short-the interest was over 20% and he wanted 5000- to 6000 down payment for a car that had over 50000 miles on it.this guy is a scam artist. stay away from this salesman.

Lease a car from Lipton 2009 Carola. The head lamp went out. We went there on a Saturday at 3 PM and were told they are closed. The web site says open till 4pm- Wasted my afternoon. Went back for the same thing at a later date. Car went in service came back OK. Had the car for 2 days and the light burn its wires around the light bulb socket. They admited to me there was a loose bulb. So instead of inspection of the socket and wires to trouble shoot. They placed the buld back in the hole causing a wire friction of some kind and caused this wire burning. I called the Manager and he said just bring it in. So Again I brought it in and they wanted 200.00 for the parts and 200.00 for labor. I believe this should be coverd under warrenty. The car only has 11,100 miles on it. I spoke to customer relations and she went to talk to them. The all agreed asgainst me. I own 2 toyotas and have since 1979. Over a couple hundred bucks and lack of caring and stand by their product - the simply refused to thumb their nose up at you. The service manager writer errased my information from the computer so when I went there to pick up my car there was no record of it. I had to wait and be embarrased at the casheir desk while they laughed at the whole thing that happend. They found the key and gave to me. I asked the service writer were can I find my car, he replyed its out there somewhere. I had to go find it instead of them driving it up to the service doors.

I was contacted by Mitch Nathan from Lipton Toyota on 6/2/2010. I informed him of my budget and what I was looking for and he managed to match a vehicle to my needs. He was extremely kind and accomodating as I was extremely picky. He followed through with everything that was promised (price and accessories) and I received an outstanding deal. I definitely think that Mitch as well as the managers that I dealt with are note worthy. Thanks for an excellent experience and I love the Toyota 4Runner that I purchased!

Marty Pollock is the most arrogant, unprofessional car salesman I have ever met! I have had my share of car's and along with them car experiences. Due to life's circumstances I've had some up's and down's and unfortunately my credit reflect's that. I had to be reminded several times by Marty of my credit situation and felt as if I was at his mercy in my car buying experience. Not only did I have to ask Marty several times the price of the vehicle I was interested in, but I was asked to put down double what we agreed upon initially by the closing of the deal. When I got through the financing (which was the most pleasant experience, as it was fast and the gentleman I dealt with was extremely professional) I agreed with the finance manager to return with my down payment the following day (signed the promissory note). I was then "hunted" down in the parking lot by Marty and requested to give at least $200 to drive the car off the lot, when I refused it went down to $100, until I advised him if we couldn't resolve the situation without me having to pay anything, I would leave the car and come back tomorrow with my down payment. At that point, Marty advised it would be ok to take the car. But not before making a gesture to his rear-end. If you have "less than perfect" credit, do not patronize this establishment!

I called the dealership prior to arriving to arrange a deal over the phone. I talked to the general manager who was extremely pleasant and polite. Jim Riger treated me with respect and never gave me the run around. I arrived to the dealership and Jim had me work with Lincoln and Ira to locate the proper vehicle. I picked out an SE Camry and it is truly a wonderful car! I then signed all paperwork and got out of the dealership quickly with a wonderful car. I recommend Lipton to any and everyone.

Went to buy a new 4 Runner for cash. Made an offer and told the "Sales Manager" I wasn't interested in paying dealer fees. Eventually Ira was so rude and arrogant when I mentioned other dealers that don't apply fees he said "enjoy your drive to them". I said excuse me what did you say? He replied same again. With this I walked out. The other sales guy came out and apologized. If you want an experience that is not rude, arrogant and down right unpleasant save yourself some time and money and steer WELL CLEAR of this place.

I did a ton of research before I bought my car (unlike Roxie). I was shopping online for the best price when I received a quote from Angela. I was a little skeptical when I read the reviews on Google but I had to check things out for myself. I got the lowest price that I was able to find for the 2010 Camry SE from Angela and I was very surprised/pleased when I came into the dealership and they honored their ridiculously low price. To top it all off, I was served cuban coffee as I was waiting. I then went into the finance office, got a great interest rate, and wasn't sold anything extra/unnecessary. I truly had a great experience and definitely recommend that you check out Lipton Toyota for yourself. After my experience, I'm pretty certain that the negative reviews are coming from competing dealers, SHAME ON YOU!

LIARS!!!!Bought a used car from them for $12,750. They started with an asking price of $13,888. Thought i got a good deal, saving over $1000. Boy was I wrong. A few days later checked out their online site and saw the car listed for sale, only it was $11,888! Either they hadn't removed it from their website yet, or they put it online AFTER I bought it, to lure prospective buyers in, knowing no such car was available for sale! Either way, they're typical used car salesmen. Don't trust a word they say!!

I was in the market for a new car. I stated specifically what car, features and the price I wanted. When I needed more time to think about the changes Jose Oliu proposed, he basically said thank you in a mean tone and hung up. Then Jose Lopez starting calling. Sure he could get the car I wanted. I even drove to the dealership to sign the papers. After I sat in the office for 30 minutes, it seemed they could not secure the car. Jose Lopez promised to call quickly to resolve the issue. Never heard from them again. They refused to return calls and/or emails. I would NOT recommend using this dealership. They were horrible!!!!
