We have purchased two new cars from Lia in the past year. Both times we have dealt with Andrew Woiccak our sales person. We have found the entire staff and especially Andrew to be professional and great people. Andrew has been a wonderful sales person going above a beyond to make our purchase a nice experience. Andrew is truly an asset to the sales force at Lia and we hope to deal with him again in the future.

If you buy a car from Lia Honda be prepared to be taken for a ride. Not a test drive. I bought a 2016 Civic recently and there were a handful of mistakes made that have turned me off to the experience. I have never bought a car before so I thought they would be able to help me out. Wrong. I traded in a car yet they gave me new plates for my Honda. I thought I'd get to keep my plates, again never done this before. They told me since I never gave them registration they provided new plates. The salesman knew I was trading in my current car but never asked if I wanted to transfer my plates. So that was my fault, that I didn't understand the process. Second the price of the car from when I signed the agreement and put a down payment didn't match the actual paper work once the car finally arrived. I didn't catch that my father did so they were making me pay more money for not being quick enough to read through all the paper work as their throwing it all at you with initial here sign and date there. The worse part of the whole thing is every time I try to ask for help they are so quick to put the blame on me for the bad experience and sweep me under the rug. If you're buying your first car and don't understand the buying process don't buy from Lia. They aren't going to help you out. They are going to take advantage of your inexperience. Now that I have the car the dealership wants nothing to do with me. I just got my title 2 months after buying the car and the bank isn't listed as a lien holder. So the banks unhappy, as am I, but the dealership is just saying mistakes were made and we can't change the past. Well you could at least try fixing the future. For you're futures sake don't buy from Lia

If you want a dealer who ensures your satisfaction not only with your purchase, but throughout the time you own/lease your vehicle, then go to Lia Honda! And be sure to ask for Antoun Ibrahim. You'll be glad you chose him as your salesman and Lia Honda as your dealership!

This was my first time leasing a car ever. Went to a few other dealerships wasn't to happy with their sales people, very pushy and aggressive. Saw your ad in paper and decided to check it out. Excellent customer service , Bill Llamas was my salesman. He was very professional and easy to work with. Very happy that I went to Lia Honda and excited that I came home with my CRV EX. I recently bought a new Honda CRV from Lia Honda, Williamsville. Bill Llamas was my first contact in the dealership and he had been amazingly helpful and honest about the whole process. There was no pressure tactics. Bill and Jackie went out of their way to accommodate my requests for late hour meetings. I was given all the information I needed to make the decision. Overall, I am an extremely satisfied and happy with the whole buying experience at Lia Honda, thanks mostly to Bill Llamas and Jackie.

My husband and I came into the dealership yesterday to look at a CR-V. Mike Taylor was the sales professional that helped us and we are so grateful! He spent HOURS with us. Multiple test drives. We test drove an AWD HR-V, at Lia Honda of Williamsville, Labor Day weekend, but with it being our first exposure to this model, we wanted to try the Front Wheel Drive version. Although one was listed in Lia's inventory, it wasn't at the dealership. Our salesperson, Jacqueline Andrusz, gave us weekly updates on its whereabouts until it finally arrived. We did purchased the vehicle and throughout the process found Jacqui to be courteous, cheerful, respectful, eager to answer any concerns, and working hard to make it as good a buying experience as possible.

I don't write reviews but felt compelled to write one for Lia Honda and Mike Taylor, my salesperson for the second time around. I left the dealership almost two weeks ago with a 2016 Honda Civic. I love it and am very grateful for Mike's honesty and advise. I first leased a CR-V in 2013 which was and is a great car but wanted something different. Mike was my salesperson then and this time around too. No pressure from anyone I have dealt with at Lia. I will be coming back in 2019!

I stopped at Lia Honda to take a look at the CRV. I was meet by Gerald Holmes who treated me with kindness and respect unlike other dealers that didn't take me seriously because I was a women shopping alone. Gerald was informative and patient with all of my questions yet he never made me feel pressured to test drive or to buy the vehicle. I returned 2 days later and purchased a CRV. During the entire process I felt that my needs and concerns were more important then wether or not I bought a car. I would recommend Gerald and Lia Honda to family & friends.

Antoun Ibrahim is the best Sales Rep. that Lia Honda has! He is honest, knowledgeable and respectful. I knew that I had to buy a new car and we have purchased several Honda's in the past from Antoun. He has always given us fair deals with no hassles so I knew I would check out Lia if Antoun was still a sales rep there. I had inquired with another Honda dealer and Nissan dealer and then went to Antoun and my decision was made as soon as Anotoun sat down with us. My husband also inquired about a CR-V on the same day and Antoun helped us make our decision to trade in our Honda and purchase a 2nd Honda on the same day. We are that confident in trusting Antoun with our purchase. He treats his customers with respect and does not act like a sales rep at all. He should have the title of "Customer Relationship Manager" and he should train all the sales reps on how to conduct the sale. We have had so many crazy statements made to us by other car sales and service reps! We usually walk out laughing but instead we walked out with 2 brand new Hondas. Lia is lucky to have Antoun as a sales rep! Antoun also is one of the most knowledgeable sales reps for Honda and this is because he is a veteran selling the Honda product. He can compare Honda features effortlessly to other car makes and models so it is easier to make your decision. He knows his car stuff.

I got a great sign and drive deal on Honda CR-V. The whole process took an hour. My friend was very impressed with the speed of it too. No bs great service dealership. Jerome Hodges was great and answered all the questions:) I do recommend this dealer based on my personal experience.

I just signed my 2nd lease with Lia Honda for a CR-V. Gerald Holmes was my salesman for both cars. He was super helpful as always. He went out of his way to explain and set up the new technology which I'm horrible at. I had a specific color that I wanted and Gerald drove across town to get it for me. I love my CR-V!

I just bought a crv with the faulty act actuator pump. after I signed the papers I started the car and heard the noise. I didn't hear it when I test drove it because the dealer knew to warm it up so it wouldn't make the noise. I will try to return the car, if they refuse I will persue the lemon law and hire an attorney if necessary. the dealer assured me that Honda would have a recall and fix the problem in a few months. but honds has known about this problem for many years so they will not fix it.

We went in for an oil change and inspection and sat down with Bill Llamas at 9:30 to talk! We worked a great deal with Bill and returned at 3 to pick up a new CRV. This was our 1st dealer stop - we were debating between Honda Pilot & Toyota Highlander. Bill started us off and was easy to deal with - informative but NOT pushy. We fell in love with the Pilot and were so impressed with the vehicle that we decided not to even test drive the Highlander. Purchased our 2016 CRV at Lia. Sales person Antoun Ibrahim was knowledgeable about the Honda line and provided an actual pleasant experience, which is unusual at a car dealer. He even came in on his day off the day my wife and I were picking up the car, to go thru the various features on the vehicle and even synched our phones for us. I would recommend him to anyone looking into a Honda purchase.When it came time to do the loan agreement paper work, Lincoln Walker had all of it ready to go, and was professional yet pleasant to work with. I recently purchased a new Pilot from Lia Honda. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and my salesman Antoun Ibrahim. He made the process easy and enjoyable. When I picked the vehicle up Antoun was very knowledgeable and thorough in his demonstration of the Pilot's features. He was also extremely patient with my 10 year old son's near constant questions and interruptions as he was very excited to "test" all of the vehicles features! Three years ago, I traded in my 8 year old Impala for a CRV that I leased. I loved driving the Honda so when my lease was up I decided to lease another CRV. I returned back to Lia Honda in hopes that Michael Taylor would be able to put me in another lease agreement without any hassles or sales pitches. He was great and later that day I signed a new contract. Michael is always friendly, easygoing, humorous, and straightforward. He is very professional without that in your face approach to sales. I like that in a person and that is why I came back to him. Good guy!

This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle (2016 Honda Civic) with Lia Honda after over 30+ years with another Honda dealer in town. My sales representative, Jacqueline Andrusz was very patient with me in taking as much time as needed for me to get to know and feel comfortable with the high tech component of the vehicle. Even after the sale, Jacqueline called me and sent an e-mail letting me know that she was there for me if I needed help. This means a lot to me in the over-all Lia experience. The staff from Lia Honda bent over backwards because we made them work! However, they came through flawlessly. The associate was very patient, gave us reasonable pricing in which we did not have hammer too much. Honda is synonymous with quality and 99% of the vehicles are Made here in the USA. There is always room for improvement so 4 stars for now but we came away happy.

I had leased a car from Lia a couple of years ago, and recently decided to buy a Honda from them. Shawn Martin, the sales associate, was very friendly and worked around my schedule to find me the best car. Shawn was very efficient and worked hard to make sure I had my new car as soon as possible. Purchased a 2016 Honda Fit, although their website gives me an estimate of my trade in and says they will give me $500 more, they were no where as close to the quote. I decided still to go through with the sale and worked with Mike Taylor who said that I wouldn't have to go to any shop to get pictures taken of my car for my insurance because he was going to send everything over to my insurance provider which would by pass me going anywhere to have it done, needless to say after 2 weeks of my purchase my insurance provider informed me they never received them from the dealer and I had to instead go get the pictures done. Also during the time I picked up my new car Mike was trying to show me how to navigate through the cars features and set up my wife's and My cell phone through Bluetooth. We discovered an issue where although my phone was selected as the primary phone and my phone contacts would show, her music would be the only one the car registered. Mike had no idea how to trouble shoot this and went inside for help, no one bothered to help us and he said he would call me back in 2 days and see how we were enjoying the new car and tell me how to trouble shoot the issue so it works properly. I waited a week and still never got a call. Also within the first 20 miles on the car the tire pressure light came on. I called the dealership and they told me I needed to come in and schedule and appointment to have a mechanic look at my car... I checked the tire pressure and realized that they were all 6lbs over filled, so I made the necessary adjsutments to my tire pressure and 20 miles later the tire pressure light stayed on. I called Lia again and they told me to make an appointment, trying to avoid making an appointment I found through Youtube how to re calibrate my tire pressure sensor and never had a problem since.... I did receive a call back from Mike Taylor 2 weeks after I bought the car and he said I needed to make an appointment with the mechanics for my phone issue.... Needless to say I love my car but I was not a fan of the lack of follow up and or assistance from this dealership.

My check engine light came on while driving to work. After immediately driving to the Honda dealer, Lourie Bruner took immediate action to get my car into diagnostics. She arranged for Ray to take me to work. Knowing I had a flight to catch, Lourie notified me when my car was repaired and even sent Ray to pick me up right away. I made my flight and had my car back. Lourie and Ray are real assets to Lia Honda and they display excellent customer service.

I called Lia, hoping that I could get an appointment. I was told on the phone that they weren't too busy, but to just come on in. Once we arrived, Ryan Boland took us right into the service department. We were able to get our service taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would like to say what a great experience I had with Lia Honda today and specifically with Antoine Ibrahim as my sales representative. This is the fourth car I have purchased with Antoine and I walked in today and picked out a car and drove away in 2 hours. Not only did Antoine provide me great customer service but he also took care of my needs and brokered a great deal on my behalf. I now have a brand new Honda Accord LX sitting in my garage and I could not be happier thanks to Antoine. I generally don't go to dealers for repairs. They often feel impersonal, dishonest, overpriced and they seem to charge you for every little thing. I came because I had a problem with a repair that they did less than a year ago that had previously been covered under warranty. They fixed the problem at no cost, and Lorie worked with me in such a great way that I returned to have another job done. She gave my kids all kinds of treats, and the work was done quickly.

I was at lia with my daughter for a safety recall on her car and while waiting for the service to be performed, I started talking to Mike Taylor in general got on the subject of my lease of my 2013 Honda Accord which was expiring in April of 2016. He took some information and came with a payment that was less than what I was paying on my 2013 and 5 days later I am driving a 2016 Accord. Mike was very professional and not pushy. Just to my get a quick alignment check. They got me right in and let me know that my alignment was lightly out and that my car would need a alignment.

Gerald Holmes was absolutely wonderful. He has a great knowledge of what vehicles you have and works to assist you in reaching your needs in a vehicle. He returns phone calls promptly and courteous. He is the best I've seen in the business, and I've bought and leased cars and trucks for over 40 years. Kevin Cornell was very helpful. I have never met anyone as knowledgeable about finance, warm, friendly, and courteous as Kevin. WE are now a Lia Honda family, and wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle. This is our third car purchase from Antoun Ibrahim and yet again he made buying a new car easy and enjoyable. He worked with us to find exactly what we wanted for options, color choices and price range. It always feels like sitting down to chat with a friend instead of getting a hard sell by a salesman. This Civic is by far the most comfortable one of all and doesn't let you know it's the "base model" because it has so many features and is simply a quality car. I recommend the car, the dealership and Antoun to everyone interested in a new car.

Our son just started College and we were in the need of a third vehicle. We purchased a 2011 CRV from Mike Taylor at Lia Honda and hoped he would still be there because of the great service we received back then. Mike is still there and we just recently purchased our second Honda from him. Mike was awesome to work with and made the process very easy and enjoyable. No high pressure tactics with Mike or Lia. He took the time to go over the end of year specials and different interest rates which helped us decide on what vehicle to get. This time we went with a 2015 Honda Accord and are very happy with the selection. Hopefully we'll see Mike again the next time we need another vehicle.

In and out NY State Inspection with free Multi-Point Inspection. They took the time to tell me about vehicles that aren't driven that much, since I'm retired. Fluids sitting still throughout the year can be just as damaging as vehicles used everyday that burn up fluids. So I'll get e-mail reminders and coupons to help me avoid problems. Great Service Staff !

Then I went to all 3 local dealerships that had the car on the lot, so I could get a test drive and to see what they could offer me. I was in for some car repairs for my CR-V. Being my second visit in 2 weeks, I was not real happy. Lourie Bruner took care of me and was very patient with my concerns. Purchased a used CRV. I know they are pretty in demand so unfortunately they had the upper hand on the dealing. Made a fair purchase for market but still too much for a 10 year old vehicle. I guess Hondas do hold their value. There were a few issues when I purchased it with service. I was patient and they took care of everything so now the CRV is good for the kids to use. Good overall experience but put on a few pounds eating the free ice cream bars in the lobby and they aren't the cheap ones either!

Back in sept of 1997 my mom purchased a black Honda Accord lx from what was then Honda village. The dealer that help us everyone reffered to as Robert JR. After over 100,000miles and nearly 20years I decided if mom couldn't buy a replacement I should. I figured why not return to the same dealership since it went so well before? Unfortunately the place has not changed for the better. It's full of the typical corporate garbage and has total disregard for people. All while insisting customer service is important to them. Michael Taylor was the only person I still recognize there. On 6/3/15 I went in and was greeted by Gerald Holmes. I spent a good amount of time looking over the inventory picking two cars that interested me. All while being questioned by Gerald "what do you do, who do you do it for, tell me about your family, what you need the car for"? So annoying Then I went on a test drive. While on the drive Gerald told me the sales manager would be willing to negotiate with in reason on the white car. Once we returned to the dealership I asked to examine the car on a lift for rust and such. I was then told its closing time but if I returned tomorrow he would be certain to be there to help me out. I reluctantly agreed to come back yet another day. I returned on 6/4/15 and was greeted by Shawn Martin who said Gerald asked him to help me. Wow! I guess I wasn't important and they didn't want to sell me a car? Shawn got the car on the lift I carefully inspected it and determined it was a decent used car I wanted to buy. Shawn sat me down and went to see the sales manager. I then over hear them discussing how "well versed I am at buying cars and he buy cars". How funny they think I'm a wholesaler. Shawn then instantly returns with a quote for sticker price, plus taxes and fees. How insulting! Since they were being unreasonable I did the same and made a offer. Once again Shawn went over to the sales manager and returned instantly. This time no counter but a "no thank you" it was pay sticker or else! two days wasted on their foolishness. They were so paranoid because I was an educated comsumer they didn't sell a car they have been holding since April. Warning if they are this paranoid about you knowing how to select and buy a good car clearly they are hiding something?? Robin Greenwood (general manager) and Chris Michienzi (sales manager) why didn't you just look up my address and clearly you would see my mom's service history and purchase record from the old accord? You'd clearly see us. As for your claim of me buying cars yes I've purchased and restored cars from the 1960s and I'm very educated in the area. I currently own 4 and played with cars my entire life. But I'm certainly not a wholesaler as you've suggested. But now I can assure you me and my mother will not be customers of Lia honda. I've never been so insulted. Sincerely T williams

My car was in for routine maintenance. I was treated VERY well by the entire staff from the beginning of the write up until the completion of the service. When the service took only slightly longer (10 minutes) than estimated, the service person was apologetic. In fact, he came to me prior to the end to let me know that the service would take a little longer and explained why. I also had NO problem scheduling an appointment quickly and to meet my schedule. Just an outstanding experience.

oil change took 2 hours (with appointment), they didn't even rotate my tires (or ask me) and mandated synthetic oil (without advising me). they also charged me $10 for an inspection for a leased vehicle. cost was $55. HORRIBLE service. NEVER AGAIN. and am back to Ray Laks where I should have when in the first place.

I recently brought my 2010 Honda CRV in for an oil change and inspection. I chose Lia over Ray Laks because my husband just purchased a Pilot from there and the sales service was wonderful. Sadly, I did not have the same experience with the "Award Winning" Service Department. First, I was charged $45 for an oil change, even though your website advertises an oil change for $29.99. No where does it say, "must present coupon to receive discount." Furthermore, my vehicle was not even washed after spending $45 on an oil change! Perhaps I've just been lucky in the past, but my vehicle has ALWAYS been washed after receiving services from a dealership. Needless to say, that was my first and last experience at Lia Honda.

I visited the Lia Honda dealership this past weekend to see if I could afford a newer car than my aging 2008 Honda Civic. I had received a voucher in the mail offering me (possibly) a trade-in value of up to $7,925 for my vehicle. The salesperson I worked with is Dave Hoeflich, and he did a great job of assisting me through the process to determine what I could afford and which vehicle would meet my needs. We discussed the voucher I had received and possible replacements for my car. I test drove a 2013 Honda Fit, the last one in their inventory, and liked the idea of owning a wagon and driving a car with a higher seating profile than my Honda Civic. We negotiated a lease and I am now leasing the 2013 Honda Fit. I appreciated the efficient way that the Business Manager, Ryan, handled all of the paper work. I appreciate the service my cars have received, since the first time I brought my 1995 Honda Accord in for service in 1997. Michael Wright is 'my' service guy and I find that he is trustworthy and helpful and I do appreciate the information he gives me each time I have brought my car in for service. Lia Honda has been helpful to me over the years and have provided me with the right car at a price I can afford. I am grateful, and have recommended that other people consider buying a car there, too.

I am not a fan of the whole car buying process! But Lia Honda and my fabulous salesman Lincoln, made the process a whole lot easier!! We test drove many other SUV's at many other dealerships and this was by far the best dealer and best salesman we dealt with!! From the warm greeting we received the moment we walked in, we never felt like we were in the way or a hassle to anyone. Lincoln's relaxed personality and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. His knowledge of the CR-V and other vehicles was great. His follow-up was perfect! We also had our young daughters with us and they were made to feel welcomed too. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!!

I went in for an oil change on my 2012 Honda Civic. I was greeted and signed in on tome by a friendly mechanic. I waited in the sitting room that was stocked with beverages, magazines, news papers and snacks After waiting the designated time, I was checked out and all my questions were answered. Brad, my technician, brought me out to the service bay to explain the repair that was needed to my right side inner tie rod that was loose. After an unsatisfying experience with my last Honda lease at another dealership where I used to live, I did some research on Buffalo area Honda dealerships near the end of my lease term and decided to check out Lia Honda because of their stellar customer reviews. I was not disappointed! I was lucky enough to have David Hoeflich, one of the dealership's award-winning and highly experienced Sales and Leasing team, as my consultant. I wound up turning in my 2011 Insight and leasing a 2014 CRV. Dave worked hard to assure that the entire leasing experience was informative and incredibly easy on my end (and even fun!) Dave DiCarlo, Lia Honda's Customer Buisness Manager, was also fantastic and made sure I got the best deal they could give me. The entire dealership has a highly professional, yet relaxed and friendly atmosphere. My family was looking for a Honda Odyssey starting from Rochester, NY. We came across Lia Honda in looking at offers from Edmunds.com. Lia's prices were very good - better than any place we could find in Rochester.We called at 9 AM to inquire about a price quote from Edmonds. From the beginning things went very smoothly. We dealt mostly with Norm Daniels. He was great. Lia honored the price promise from Edmonds, they had Odyssey colors that we liked, and they could arrange all of the paper work (by phone, email, or web) so that we would only have to make one trip out to Buffalo.We came out at 1 PM for our appointment to finish up paper work and pick up the vehicle (still the same day). The facilities are very nice. I could probably get more work done remotely in their customer waiting areas than in my office. We sailed through the paperwork. Norm gave us a nice long tour of the vehicle to make sure we were familiar with all of the systems.By 3 PM we were on our way home. This is a great new family vehicle for my wife. She was very happy! My wife commented that this is the way we will be making future vehicle purchases (no haggling, no back-and-forth, no stress). It was all very easy!

just took car home yesterday. Our Honda was 10 years old and we resisted going for a new one because of our previous buying experiences. To our delight our sales person (Dave Hoeflich) was especially helpful. He explained all the pluses and minuses of each model and color and made the process easy for us. We felt that he was in our corned doing the best he could for us. We were so impressed by him that we did not even visit any other dealers. I can not give any opinions of service etc. but if the rest of the dealership is anything like Dave there should be no problems. As long as Dave is available to us we will probably be changing cars more often.

Buying a new car can be stressful but the Sales Consultant,Gerald Holmes, really made it a successful experience. I picked one of the sub zero days to go look at Lia Honda's CR-V's. Gerald showed me the different models and I tried some before deciding on the CR-V EX. Then the fun part of choosing the color. Gerald took me through two parking lots where we crawled over snow drifts to find just the right one - Mountain Air. He was a really good sport. He also helped me in setting up the bluetooth feature on my car so it would sinc with my phone. I LOVE my new car. Thanks to Gerald for helping me pick out the right one! Also a word for Ryan from the Business Office. He was so patient explaining all of the paperwork involved and the options available.

We recently bought a new Honda Civic. It was one of the most pleasant experience i have ever had buying a car. Why? Well Mr. Todd Michael Taylor is one of the most courteous, honest and funny people and very pleasent to work with, and may I also say he is a very talented artist. We told him what we wanted a payment to be and they worked with us right down to the penny. My Honda Fit was in for brakes, rotors, and new tires. When I got it back I noticed that it had a vibration at highway speeds of 55 - 60. I brought it back a few times and the mechanics could not figure out the problem since everything checked out on the balance/alignment machines. I brought it back again feeling exasperated. This time Mr. Dave Hoffman worked on it himself. He took a lot of time working with it, driving it, testing it again and finally found the problem. I can't recall exactly what he said was wrong but it is fixed and it runs like it did when it was new. I will continue to be a loyal Lia Honda customer. Mr. Hoffman is a great guy, very patient, and from the get go told me that he would make things right with my car. Even arranged a loner for me. I don't think I would have been as patient and pleasant as Dave Hoffman if our roles were reversed. I was very impressed with Dave Hoffman. It is easy to see why he is the Service Manager. I love Honda's and I will be a lifer at Lia. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff at Lia Honda for a seamless sales experience, Will Litton in particular provided an excellent customer experience from start to delivery. Will explained all my options and moved me from an Lx model to an Ex model in addition to providing me with some great accessory ideas the rubber floor mats came in handy during the storm....i would like to mention the fiancee manager Dave answered all my questions and was helpful in my choices for maintaining my vehicle .... and finally its not to often that the general manager and sales manager thank you for your business, but before i left both Robin the general manager and Chris the sales manager both said thank you.....I pulled away with a 2014 crv ex a full tank of gas in a complete blizzard and enjoyed every minute in the commute home........

Came in without an appointment and was taken in right away. Very friendley service personel, showed me my vehicle when it was up on the lift and advised me of some future service needs. For the past 11 years we have purchased 5 new Hondas from Lia Williamsville. Our experience has been outstanding on all levels. Mike Taylor has helped to make our trading/buying experience pleasurable and easy. The service department is also excellent in setting up appointments and treating the customer with prompt service when waiting. He made sure my buying experience was smooth and worry free. My husband and I both purchased vehicles in the same week. Our first purchase was at another dealership and the difference in the two experiences were night and day. No high-pressure wheeling and dealing with Will and Lia. We were impressed by the manner which sales negotiations were handled. We truly left Lia feeling that our time had been respected and that we had a wonderful sales experience. Good customer service/customer relations is something rare of late, but not at Lia Honda. I was very impressed with how helpful Phil was when I got my car serviced at Lia Honda. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it could be fixed; giving me options to chose from and recommendations for future work. His advice saved me money in the short-term. A service centre that has staff who are helpful and not trying to deceive customers for profit is a rare find. I found the staff at Lia Honda to be very helpful.I was also impressed by the amenities that made the wait more than bearable. I was able to work on my laptop, charge my cell phone, and there was ample free drinks and treats (including popcorn and ice cream!) They also offered me a ride to the mall since the work required was going to take awhile to complete.Thanks to Phil and those who worked on my Pilot. I will definitely return.

Lia Honda provides an automobile buying experience that is nothing short of refreshing. The gentleman I spoke with took the time to ascertain my wants and needs in a new vehicle and show me what was available at a price I was comfortable with. I was greeted with a handshake and good old fashioned manners. I was shown the vehicle's various features and how they operated. I was offered a demo for the day and most enjoyable was the lack of sales pressure exerted by the sales rep and the manager. I will be giving Lia Honda my business and recommending them to others.

Just purchased a 2013 CRV after doing a fair bit of internet research. I met with Dave Hoeflich and Steve Celano. They wrote a terrific deal. Gave me great value for my Altima Hybrid trade-in and additional discounts. This is our first SUV and we could not be more pleased. We drove to DC recently and it performed exactly as represented. Totally comfortable and easy to handle. Plenty of room, excellent fit and finish. We got great overall mileage considering the size and weight. Dave did a marvelous job in finding the exact car and making it ready with our add-ons. The actual delivery of the car was carefully done and well explained. The financial end of the deal was a breeze as well. Efficiently handled by Dave DiCarlo This is a first-class operation all around. And they have free ice cream, coffee and other treats. Everyone was cordial and welcoming.

What a top notch place- I bought a new Honda Accord and the payment per month was great - they did everything they could to get me in the payment on wanted in the car I wanted - but it got better - AFTER I was already driving the car, maybe week into the purchase, the management caught a program that just came out that would help me save even more per month - they actually called me in to LOWER THE PAYMENT even more!!! This was totally above and beyond, and very appreciated. I would recommend Lia Honda for any car buyer in Buffalo

Took my 2004 Honda in for a repair on the ignition switch. I could not put the key in. Car was towed to Lia Honda. I had the switch replaced and an oil change. They charged me 750.00 for this repair. I believe the cost of an ignition switch is about 177.00 if I was to buy it. They way over charge their customers on repairs. I will never buy another Honda. Also, I know there was a recall on some of these vehicles for the ignition switch, and if that is the case, they will get paid twice for this repair then, however I will be checking into the recall, trust me.

Our family just moved to Buffalo in December and I visited the service dept. three times. I have had our two Honda's serviced and NY State inspected. And recently just had a complete four wheel brake job with rotor resurfacing done. The service writer Jerry Genova and The technician Brad, make for a informative visit and keep you in-control of just what level of servicing you want done during that visit. On my latest visit, I was looking to save some money and get just brake pads on our 2006 Pilot, after Jerry and Brad explained the Good, Better, Best pricing options it was easy to up-sell myself for the Best option of using factory Honda brake pads and having the rotors resurfaced which then entitled us to a LIFETIME brake pad warranty! We all need to save money and try to cut corners when we can, but in the long run a proper brake job with lifetime brake pad replacement just made more sense, especially for the most important safety feature on our car. Our family has owned five different Honda's over the past eight years due to leasing and we have lived in five different states. We have seen our share of Honda Dealer's big and small. But I am very impressed with Lia Honda's approach to service and the accommodations they offer for their waiting customers. In all the dealer's we have had service and sales with, Lia is the first where you can review your car's needs with the actual technician who is performing the work. I find that a great value and peace of mind. I highly recommend Lia Honda for service and sales as well based on their customer oriented approach.

My wife and I purchased a used Accord at Lia Honda back in Dec. of 2009. As a result of Lia taking care of something they didnt have to regarding our purchase, we started having the Accord serviced there. The level of service we have experienced these last 3+ years at Lia is second to none. Any issues with the Accord that have come up have been dealt with expertly, which gives us full confidence in the Service Department. Our service writer, Michael Wright, has been most helpful in dealing with us these last few years. As a result of this experience, we decided to purchase our next car there. While our Accord was being serviced for a recall item, we decided to look at new cars. Chad Smith introduced himself to us and we test drove an Insight Hybrid. It was a very nice car, but we talked it over and felt we needed something roomier. We called Chad back up and explained how our Accord EX-L had spoiled us, and asked to test drive a CR-V EX-L. We returned a few days later and Chad had one all set for us. It had all the Accord had and more. Chad walked us through all the features, explaining everything and answering all of our questions. We worked on the figures and made our purchase. I know Chads job is to sell cars, but we were never pressured at any time. It was totally up to us to decide what we wanted to do and when. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We will recommend Lia Honda, and Chad Smith to all our friends.

This facility is top notch in all aspects of service. The service managers that greet you as yo pull your car in are 'real' and friendly. They make sure that you have what you need while you wait and let you know approximately how long the service will take (which is usually uner what they say). Getting back to 'having what you need while you wait' is exciting to share. You walk in to a well organized waiting room complete, with desks to work, flat screeen t.v., kids room, complete with guitar hero- or whatever my kids so thrillingly called it!! I was excited about the free popcorn machine, coffee, and both my kids and I were ecstatic about the free ice cream freezer choices!! On my mot recet visit I even met the dealership dog, -Emma I think her name was. Looked twice to realize what I saw. She is the sweetest thing and quite an unexpected asset to the dealership. I can't wait -well maybe I can wait a little-heehee- to bing my kids in to meet her the next time I am in (for hopefully just routine maintenance). Also wanted to mention that the bathrooms were clean and attractive as well. Now, back to the people. I have enjoyed talking with Debbie (i think that was her name) with the nicely decorated work station. She entertained me so and i look forward to seeing her again. The very tall service man I talked to on my last visit was fabulous tooo as was the other service greeters (i will pay attention to their names next time) who are always ready with quick line and laugh!! I even met the manager of Lia and he is fabulous as well. He shows genuine interest, dedication, and pride in his facility, his employees, and excitement for his job-wonderful see. Once again the 'REAL' in this dealer starts at the top!!! The clerks who take my money- ack- are even sweet at this facility-heehee!!! . I would look nowhere else to take my 2005 Cr-V. I know it is in good hands here and since I plan to drive this baby into the ground (looove the 2005 model-nothing else can touch it) i will take it where both it, and my kids and I will be happy!! But, if I ever changed my mind the only place I would go for a honda is LIA!! AND, would recomment you do the same!!! you won't be disappointed. Way to go LIA!!! Keep up the fabulouse service!!!

I drive exra miles to Lia to get my car serviced because their service dept. is heads above my local one here in West Seneca. I always work with Gerry who is extremely friendly and doesn't mind answering all my questions. Their waiting room is very comfortable with complementary snacks and drinks. Free WIFI is a plus as well. I dont mind making the extra 25 minute drive because of these reasons!

Easy no hassle purchase of 2013 Accord. Internet sales rep gave me great pricing via email. Experience at the dealership was also very pleasant in negotiating trade-in of my car. I live in the Rochester area and drove to Lia Honda in Buffalo due to the great pricing which was better than any Rochester Honda dealer offered.

My husband have been to Lia in Williamsville for 5 new Hondas. We are always 100% pleased with the sales and service department. The employees there always greet you with a smile and a "hello" even if you are not a customer of theirs. It is a comfortable place to go and the service appointments are fairly quick. We feel that our salesman always tries to help get us the payment that we are looking for. In the service department, Mike always gets us an appointment that is convenient with our busy work schedules. He also informs us of what we will be needing at our service in the near future. I always also appreciate his help researching new tires with us for our many cars now and in the past for a price that we can afford. We will keep coming back. Excellent customer service!!! Just bought a beautiful CR-V! Chad Smith knew all about the CR-V and its options, not only the '13 model, but also previous years for comparison. He was respectful, never pushy, offering choices with their potential advantages. No lingo, just straight talk. Took us around the lot - knew the inventory. Urged us to make a 2nd test drive to be certain of our choice of vehicle. Took time with us. Those qualities of professionalism and friendliness also extend to Chris Michenzie (sp?) As a new customer to the service department, I found the staff to be very personable and professional. Not knowing my maintenance history, the service rep spent time expalianing recommended services based on the mechanics evaluation. By the end of my experience, I knew I would return for future maintenance needs due to the sincerety and professionalism of the staff. I also learned that most services are competitively priced and was impressed with my tire quote.

Usually when I go to a car dealer to go shopping my stomach gets in knots. There is usually the hassle of haggling to get a decent deal and then you don't know if in fact you did. This was my 4th time going to Lia Honda to get a car for a member of my family. Everyone at Lia makes you feel comfortable without any pressure to purchase. Robin Greenwood is not your typical salesman or general manager. He talks to you like he is your next door neighbor. He breaks down the stereo-typical feeling of a car salesman instantly. He listens to what you have to say, what you want and what you need. He carefully asks questions that build a relationship between you and the dealership and makes it seamless. He has a team of people that are genuinely nice, no fakes smiles here. I can't say enough about this dealership or how well they treat you. My daughter came with me this last time and she was even able to get a hot dog and ice cream while she waited with me. They even asked her if she would like seconds of ice cream. If they can make my family feel comfortable, they can make your family feel comfortable. Try them, you won't be disappointed !

My 3 year lease was expiring and I went to this dealer to negotiate a new lease. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I was able to lease a 2013 Accord for a little more than what I am paying presently and got features that normally exist only on higher end cars. Mike took over an hour in briefing me and my husband on the operational features of this new car, in the car, so it was a hands on interactive learning experience. This was sooooo helpful. I never felt pressured. I got exactly what I wanted and was able to drive away with all paper work intact 24 hrs. after walking into the dealership. I love working with Lia Honda Williamsville! Seriously.

In 2007 I bought a car from this location, and loved everything about my experience. I trusted Lia Honda with all their services, and would even tell others how much I loved going there. Although recently, I found out that Lia Honda had been lying to me. They told me that I failed my inspection, and that I would need new brakes for $500, plus labor. I took the rejection letter instead and went to Goodyear, and had them perform an inspection, without them knowing that I had gone to Lia Honda just to see if there was really an issue. Goodyear passed my inspection, and told me everything looked great. As a customer, what would you than think about Lia Honda? I completely lost trust with this dealership, and will never step foot there again. Also recently the staff there seems to be rude, and unhelpful. I've also taken my car there for oil changes ever since I bought the car, never had an issue until recently where my car started to leak oil after the oil change was performed. My point is to never trust these dealership until you get a second opinion.

My husband and I worked with Don Kassidy and George O'Brocta. We originally had worked a deal with Don to buy a new CR-V EX without a trade, and were pleased with it. After having thought about the deal, we realized we needed to trade in our current vehicle and while this complicated the original deal, Don was non-plussed, patient and still very willing to work with us. He remained very professional and worked very hard to reach a deal that would satisfy us. My husband, who has a financial background, was impressed with George's knowledge in the credit markets. He directed us to a lender which would best suit our needs and was experienced in dealing with our unique circumstance of frozen credit. In the end, we were very pleased with our choice of Lia Honda, not only because we love our car, but because of the professional way in which we were dealt with as well as the explanation of the service department and hours. On a side note, it was very convenient for us to work with this dealership because they are open on Sundays.

WOW, Will was AWESOME! I started looking for a car back in April 2012. On 10-31-2012, I had an appointment with another dealer up the street. When I arrived there, I wasnt out of my car before the salesmen were right on me. Then the car I was to test drive went on a overnight test drive. Yes they offered to show me something else, but I didnt call them to test dive the car. They called me and setup an appointment with me. Bait and switch Really! Or should I say trick or treat. I asked for my license back and walked out. On my way home I had always wanted to stop in at Lia-Honda, but I didnt want to be mauled by 10 sales men so I would never stopped until 10-31. I had to go in and ask for help, which was what I wanted to do. I new what my budget, what I wanted but couldnt get into due to out of my budget. Will was all so kind to answer questions about a CR-V that I really didn't want at all, but need a car. He even had me test drive it. I was thinking of purchasing something I didnt really want, and knew nothing about. He did all the work and I asked would you please run the figures for the 2010 Equinox you have to ease my mind? He did with no problem. WOW I am now a proud owner of a 2010 Equinox. Thank you to Will for being so kind, caring and understanding and not PUSHY. I called my husband and we went right back up that evening to complete the paperwork for my Equinox. I will highly recommend Will at Lia-Honda to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car to see Will. I can not tell or say enough about how wonderful it was not to be pressured, pushed or treated like I didnt know what I was doing. I purchased a new CR-V from Steve at Lia Honda a couple of months ago. I felt that Lia Honda was honest and gave me a fair price. Not too long later, I needed to trade in my second vehicle, a gas guzzling Jeep, for something fuel efficient. I went back to Steve at Lia Honda to look at their used Civics. I didn't expect to make a decision that day, but I ended up finding a 2009 model that I liked. We came to an agreement on the price and trade in that I was happy with and I returned a couple of hours later to sign the paperwork and drive home in my new Civic. Everyone I have dealt with at Lia Honda has been a professional.

I didn't like the game playing by Lia honda while I was buying a New Pilot. Sales person agreed to a price and made us fill out the loan application once it was final. Loan approved but he came back that manager isn't agreeing to our mutual price. There were some other issues too.

Mr. Daniels was very professional, as well as knowledgeable. He approached me in a quiet manner and asked how he could be of service to me. He first introduced himself to me, asked me to do the same, and then wrote down exactly what I was looking for, new or used, buy or lease, and what I was most comfortable with spending. After I got approved for the car, he drove the car up, opened the car door for me and when I sat down, closed the car door for me as well. He went over in detail the car's features and would pause and ask if I had any questions for him. I had questions that I asked repeatedly, and he was very patient and knowledgeable when answering, and then he made me sit behind the wheel and he coached me hands-on. I feel that Norman is a great asset to your company; I felt very comfortable with him, and he never acted like a "typical salesperson" with a pushy attitude, as he did more listening to me, the customer, than he did trying to sell me a car. After I purchased the car, he walked me over to service and introduced me to everyone there and showed me around. He also told me that he still follows up with customers and answers and questions/complaints they may have after they have purchased a car. He was implying that the sale is never over just because I drove the car out of the dealership. He and the staff will be there to assist me in the future with any problems that I may have. It was also an added touch when he took a picture of me with the car and sent it to my e-mail at home. I would highly recommend Norman to my family and friends and please congratulate him on a job well done. David Hoeflich from sales is great We recently purchased an Odyssey from Lia Honda and the salesman Dave was great and the vehicle is wonderful. But we come to find out there was only one key for the car. We traded in our car and provided two keys. You would think from a customer service perspective that a minivan is usually purchased by a family and providing two keys would be a nice incentive. They dont even bother telling you if there is one or two keys until after you sign that final paperwork. When my wife and I asked if they could help with the second key that costs over 150 dollars, they said you got such a great deal on the van that we aren't going to help you. Ultimately the customer service manager resolved the issue and is sending a check.

My wife, three daughters and close friend and her two daughters have purchased 10 vehicles from Lia Honda of Williamsville. ALL of these purchases were made with the personal, professional help of Antoine Ibrahim. He helped us meet our needs and wants in each vehicle. 5 of the 10 vehicles were new . All the staff at Lia have been friendly and professional. The price of the vehicles was fair and up front and the service work was done professionally. None of our questions were blown-off as foolish and we never left wondering what was done or how. Our personal finances were taken into consideration in every aspect of purchases new, used and mechanical work needed. Don was a very friendly and honest person to deal with. The whole staff made us feel so welcome. The deal I got was more than I could have hoped for. Everything they promised when I came to pick up my vehicle they made good on. We drove well over an hour to get there, and it was well worth the trip. When we are in the market for another vehicle they will be at the top of our list. I will recommend this dealership to everybody I know who is looking to buy a car.

My husband and I have driven a Saab for the last 30 years and we had to be convinced that we would be as happy with a Honda CRV. Dave demonstrated, compared and explained why the CRV would meet our expectations. He was very patient with our comparison of the Honda with the Saab and was really patient with our questions. When we decided to lease the 2013 CRV he kept us informed of what was happening while we waited for the car to arrive. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about the Honda CRV. There was a customer in the parking lot picking up his new Honda and he and my husband had a chat. He informed my husband that the service area was "top notch" and that clinched the deal for my husband. We will return to Lia Honda of Williamsville and Dave Hoeflich.

Norman greeted me at the door and it was a pleasant experience from that time on. He listened to what I wanted, showed me the appropriate selection and took as much time as I needed to explain everything to my understanding. He gave me a tour of the dealership, which is very nice, and set me up with a service person for future needs. He also offered his phone number for any future questions I might have (and I will) cause it's a lot to take in all at once. The only thing that would have been better would have been a lower price!!!! But, I got exactly what I wanted it's all good.

I have been a very happy Lia Honda customer for over 10 years. The service department is top notch. They explain when additional services are recommended but they do not try to over-sell. The waiting area is always clean and well-stocked with snacks and reading materials. Dawn Klukowski was my service advisor today and she is a great asset to the team: very friendly and efficient!

From the minute I stepped into Lia Honda, I was treated with courtesy, respect and smiles. Joe very confidently assisted me with the process of purchasing not just a new vehicle, but more importantly....a .peace of mind. Joe's extensive knowledge about Honda vehicles, their reliability, 5 star ratings, and the outstanding dealership were the turning point in my decision. I give this dealer a A+. I started purchasing new lease vehicles every 3 years about 12 years ago. This was my first experience with Lia and my first Honda. I can unequivocally say that I have NEVER experienced the integrity, courtesy, kindness, honesty, and professionalism that I received at Lia in all 4 vehicle leases combined. My wife and I were very pleased with our sales representative, Chad. He worked very hard to get us the car we wanted. He kept in touch with us through the whole process and we felt very well informed. If you decide to buy from Lia Honda (which you should) then ask for Chad. He was very friendly and we felt like we were in the loop the whole time. He constantly called us to let us know what was going on and made sure we were well informed. The whole Lia team represented Honda very well and we will definitely go back when it's time for another car!

I test drove the crv at several honda dealers, Lia Honda did not come on strong as some other dealers did. They focused on being helpful as opposed to forceful. That means alot to me. As I was shopping around, I also used consumer reports "bottom line pricing" service and I also used Edmunds.com for information. Between the two of them, I was able to make a decision that I felt good about. As soon as that was done and because of the way they treated me on the test drive, I went back to Lia. Steve (don't have his last name with me), was truly an excellent sales person. He quoted their price, I gave him by price. He spoke with the sales manager. He thought that it was an "aggressive" offer. I then showed him the information from consumer reports. He spoke with the manager a second time. He offered me a model that they had in stock and it was a deal. The only thing that was different was the car color (the color I wanted was not in stock) I am extremely happy with the crv and the deal and sales service from Lia Honda.

I recently purchased a new car from Lia Honda. Being new to buying cars I was a little nervous about buying a car. I am very happy with my experience. The sales woman I worked with put me at ease and was extremely friendly. I was expecting to encounter a pressure situation. This was not the case at all. She seemed genuinely interested, and helpful. They worked with me to keep the car in my budget. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a car dealer. I would definitely recommend :)

This was the second dealership we visited in our search for a 2012 Honda CR-V. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt comfortable. We met our salesman, Will Litten, and our experience got even better. No pressure, he explained everything and answered all my silly questions. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle from him and Lia. As it was the end of the year, color choices became limited so, with my list of colors in order of preference, he got started. Within three days, he found me my beautiful twilight blue CR-V. We picked it up yesterday and with his instruction of all the fundamentals, we left happily. Oh, and did I mention that the have an ice cream cooler???? I would highly recommend this dealership. I began this search for a new vehicle expecting to be aggravated, stressed and unhappy. I was none of them, it was a remarkably easy experience. Will made us feel like he wanted to sell us a car at a fair price and we all walked away happy.

When it came time to shop for a new car, I was dreading the entire process. At Lia, not only did I find an excellent used vehicle at a great price, but I also had the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. My salesman, David Hoeflich was very pleasant, straightforward and knowledgeable. He was laid back - not aggressive or pushy which I very much appreciated. Lia gave me more for my trade-in than I was expecting, and the finance department found a lower interest rate than my bank. I had a current lease on a 2010 CR-V and was contacted by Jillian of Lia Honda to see if I was interested in upgrading to a 2012 CR-V at the same rate. Went to the dealership to discuss and she introduced me to Sales Rep. Joe Canastraro. He showed me the 2012 model and had me take it for a drive explainng all the updates and changes which are fantastic. Couldn't believe the difference from my current CR-V to the 2012 model. He also was able to get me one is a beautiful new coloe Urban Titanium. Very rich looking. Did the paperwork and a few days later I picked up my new 2012 CR-V with help from Dave in the Finance Dept. who gave me copies of all my pertinent paperwork. I was very please when I got my first Honda and am really, really pleased with my new one. Joe is a great salesman and seems very sincere and helpful with regard to answering any questions I had. Would recommend Lia Honda and Joe to anyone I hear is looking for a new car.

I wanted to find the best lease deal for a 2012 Honda Civic. So I visited the Lia Honda internet website and set up the appointment. Working with Mike Bednasz was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car and dealership service features. I received a fair and resonable trade-in price for our 2002 Saturn. My first contact with Lia was through their website when I submitted an e-price quote which was much lower than the MSRP and no haggling to reach such a price. I had submitted a quote request from other dealerships, but since Lia was the only one open on Sunday, they responded first. So I went in to test drive the Civic and was very pleased with the service at Lia. They used a no-pressure tactic and only wanted to sell me what I wanted to buy. I wasn't pressured to buy bells/whistles and was not pressured in an extended warranty. After my first meeting with Will Litton, I told him I wasn't ready to buy yet and I would contact him tomorrow because I wanted to "sleep on it". The next day after other dealerships responded, Lia's deal could not be beat. During this process, Will was still not pressuring me to come in and buy. There wasn't a "you need to come in and sign before they are all gone" line. I came in at my convenience and when I was ready.Would definitely recommend Lia Honda of Williamsville.

He explained the finanancing and warranty that was available with vehicles. his name was William Llamas.He assisted me with my last vehicle purchase 11year ago. Terrible dealership!! They do not stand up for the products they sell. They are great at giving the company line and playing games. I would never refer anyone to this dealership! All they spoke about was how little of a profit they would make and when the vehicle needed repairs, they stated once again if they made a larger profit on the vehicle, they would repair it. They played games the whole buying process and made it a very uncomfortable experience.

The overall lease experience was positive. I was greeted promptly, provided with information on my options and was able to make an informed choice. Some aspects of the transaction took longer than anticipated (waiting for new vehicle to be detailed). It appeared that the sales associate had to deal with multiple customers at the same time.

The folks at Lia Honda are both competent and nice, which is a special combination. I've been going there for five years, for maintenance on my 2003 Honda Element, which I purchased while living in Illinois. As the Element was approaching its 10th birthday, I figured it was time for a change, and so I bought a new CR-V, which I think I'm going to like very much. Dave the salesman was very helpful in walking me through the various models to find the best one for me, and Dave the finance guy cleared my financing in record time. All in all, a most pleasant experience, and a happy customer.

From the moment we stepped on the lot, Dave Hoeflich greeted us, answered our questions, helped us with decisions we were trying to make. Never once did Dave try to pressure us, sway us one way or another. When we decided to discuss the possibility of purschasing a new Accord, we relayed to Dave the wonderful way our daughter was treated in Spokane, WA & Toledo, OH at Honda dealerships. Not to be outdone, Dave shows up with a bouquet of daisies, had already brought us ice cold bottles of water (on a very steamy Saturday), & offered us ice cream treats! More importantly, Dave Hoeflich was able to come up with a deal for us that ended what we thought would be the beginning of a full day of car shopping. Our first stop was at Lia Honda. We had a list of car dealerships to visit during the day. However, we were so impressed with the way we were treated at Lia Honda by Dave Hoeflich, the receptionist, everyone in the showroom, and Dave Dicarlo in the business office, and with the wonderful price given for the Honda Accord that we decided to end our car search and buy from Lia. Dave Dicarlo was so easy going when we went to work out all of the business dealings. Dave explained everything available to us from Honda, but never made us feel pressured into purchasing anything we didn't want. Dave D. answered all of our questions, even after we returned home and called him multiple times to clarify things for us.We could not be happier with our new Honda Accord purchased from Lia Honda!!!!! It was funny we showed up at Lia Honda, thinking we were at West Herr Honda. It turned out we were in the best place for us. This was such pleasure to be treated with respect. Our salesperson was right on. Joe gave us all the information we needed, he knew his product. It was a new experience, and a true pleasure. This place is different then any other dealership I have been to. I am 64 and I have bought lots of cars at various dealerships, this one beats them all by miles. I would like to thank the people at Lia for having such a good work ethic. This was the best place we could have found, and it was all by chance. This was a huge blessing to us, and we are so pleased with our new vehicle.

Doing business with Lia Honda was a genuinely enjoyable experience. My salesperson Will never pressured me to buy anything, he answered all my questions and made the entire transaction a stress-free one. Most importantly, when I pointed out to him (after taking a test-drive) four relatively minor things on the vehicle that I wanted taken care of, he never blinked and had them done without my having to ask again... which is excellent service. That attention to detail is exactly the kind of thing that is important to customers, builds loyalty and will keep me coming back. My interactions with other people throughout the process at the dealership were just as positive. I definitely got the impression that Lia's reputation is important to them. As a result of all of these factors, I highly recommend Lia Honda.

I am very happy with Lia Honda and the service I receive there. I have been going for years largely because of my salesmen who has always had by concerns in mind. My car is new, a 2012 Civic, which I bought a while ago and on this day I brought it in to have my oil changed. My salesmen, Mike, was just finishing with other customers when he noticed my waiting in the lounge for my car. When he was done he came over to say hello, asked how I was doing, and asked if everything was alright with the car. Everything was fine. But then we started talking about some of the other things going on around the dealer. One of those things, which really surprised me, was Mike's artwork. Mike is an artist. His works, these large beautiful paintings, are hung around the dealership walls. There has to be more than ten of them. I was very impressed by this. It adds a nice touch the atmosphere of the dealership. I like this dealership because they always have wonderful things going on. It is genuinely fun to be there!

I am completely satisfied with Lia Honda. I have bought/leased cars there in the past. This most recent one is our fourth car, and also the fourth car we purchased from the same salesperson, Mike Taylor. He is just tremendous. Here was the thing: my old car, which really wasn't that old, a lease, about to mature in October, was going to need tires. I have to drive alot for my work, which takes me all over the state of New York. I called Mike and asked his opinion as to what he thought I should do. Busy with a customer, he promised to get right back to me. He returned the call within the hour. I thought he was going to point me in the direction of places to buy tires at a reduced rate. But I was mistaken. Mike had taken the time to research my situation and put together, with his managers, a completely new lease on a 2012 Honda Accord. So, for the money I was prepared to pay for tires, Mike switched me to a completely new car. I am pretty sure, this was the easiest sale I have ever had in all my car buying experience.

Lia Honda is a fun dealership. I have bought cars there for years, largely because of the salesmen, Mike Taylor, but also because I am very comfortable there. The people are very friendly, and they try to be different, a different sort of dealership. I found out my salesmen, Mike, is also an artist. His artwork is hung on the walls all around the dealership. This adds a great personal touch. When I was in the market for a car a few months ago, Mike even brought the car to my house when I couldn't get out to see him right away. I was very impressed my this. He even bought the color I had asked for. I wasn't sure of the exact model I wanted. I had an Accord for years and I wasn't sure if I needed that size again. Mike was patient, and he listened. He had me drive both and helped me see how the smaller Civic would be more benificial to my needs. I am happy with the car. I am happy with the dealership. I am happy with Mike Taylor.

I went to two dealerships, Ray Laks and Don Davis before I found my way to Lia Honda. They came highly recommended my a friend at work. I almost did not go. I had been treated so poorly at the other two places. Sometimes, I think these dealers just don't care to take women seriously, which is surprising in this day and age. Anyway, that changed at Lia. My salesmen was Mike Taylor and he was wonderful. He did everything to help me feel comfortable. And he listened to me. Before not too long, I had picked out a car; they put a very nice deal together for me; and I bought it. (Even knowing that I'm not supposed to the first time there; but I felt that comfortable). I took delivery the following day. Mike even went out of his way to make sure I got the color I wanted. I am very happy with my new Civic. Yeah!

I've leased two cars from Lia Honda in the past, but my most recent experience was the easiest ever. My current lease was not quite due, but because of my extensive driving I was faced with having to purchase a new set of tires. My lease was due to expire in three months. I called my salesmen, Mike Taylor and asked his advice as to what he thought I should do. I was at work when I called, and I told Mike that he could get back to me. To my surprise, he called me back within the hour and told me that he could solve my tire problem by switching me early into a new lease. Further, he worked it out so that I was completely done with my old lease. I thought he was joking, but I was wrong. Mike not only set up a new lease for me, my payment went down! I was so elated, after work I went by the dealership and took delivery of my new Accord. The people at Lia, especially my salesmen, Mike, are great. Thanks people.

I will pick up my Honda Odyssey this week and I can't wait. I've had 5 vans but this is my first Honda. The features just made all my other vans look silly. This is the best experience I ever had buying a van. The lady at the front door greated me like I was a VIP and my salesman, William, answered all my questions and listened to what I needed and wanted to pay. The manager, Mr. Greenwood, even took the time to thank me for my business and introduce me to his Golden Retriever, M. I will get my next van from these people as well.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from Lia Honda. The environment in the dealership was very stress free. No people constantly talking over the PA and no high pressure salesmen. They said they would fix the back bumper damage on my car but instead buffed out the scratch. While it was an improvement, it wasn't perfect. However, I would still go back there on my next purchase.

Dave Hoffman is a great person to work with, very friendly, problem solver, and customer satisfaction oriented. Prior working with him, I had some bad experience at this dealership, and the only reason for me to visit this dealership again, is Dave Hoffman. He makes things easy for the customers, and he doesn't hesitate to do some of the service work himself, which is unusual for a Service Manager in these days. From what I observed during my visit to Lia Honda dealership, is that Dave is highly respected by his crew members, and after few discussions had with his crew members (which are happy to work for him) I understand that Dave earned this respect, and did not demand it as other people in the leadership positions. I am VERY pleased with all of my car buying/leasing experiences with Lia Honda (specifically with my salesman, Antoine Ibrahim). Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and always greets all of the incoming customers. I have had 5 Hondas in the last 8 or so years and have enjoyed driving them all. After buying my very first one (a CRV in 2004), I was hooked on this car manufacturer! Antoine told me after this first purchase that "once you buy a Honda, I guarantee that you and your husband will always drive a Honda." So far, he has been exactly right. I currently have a 2012 Honda Accord SE (which I leased last month). My husband currently drives a 2011 Honda Pilot. We both love our Hondas and look forward to using Lia again in the future! My husband stopped into the dealership and spoke to Norman. We both went back a couple wks. later and asked to see Norman. There was an immediate connection. We had planned to shop around a bit before making any purchase but found everyone at Lia so friendly and helpful with any questions we had that we decided not to look any further. We are very, very happy with our new CRV. My daughter will be looking for a new CRV soon and she will make her stop to LIA Honda as well. Overall experience was terrific.

What a week! My wife has enjoyed her new CRV for just a few days and I now have anew Accord. Don Kassidy did a great job on a new lease deal and this 2012 Accordhandles even better than the 2010 that more than satisfied my needs. So glad westopped in at Lia Honda and almost look forward to visits for scheduled maintenence.The quality of the car is a given but the personal service sealed the deal. Thanks Don!

Stopped in at Lia after a less than satisfying visit with another local Honda dealer. Turned out to be a great move. Iam now driving my new CRV and found Don Kassidy not only easy to work with, but also well informed. As a bonus he suggested a new lease deal to my husband and this morning he parked his new Accord next to the new CRV!! What will the neighbors think? Thanks Lia and, Thanks Don.

Our experience with Lia Honda was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly which is very important, and all very knowledgeable. Our salesman was Norman Daniels and we seemed to make a connection with him immediately. We were planning on shopping around a bit but once we test drove the CRV and received such good attention from Norman we decided to purchase right then. No shopping around for us. tHE GM also came out of his ofc. & introduced himself to us and welcomed us to Lia. That rarely happens.

Of the dealers we visited, including one other Honda dealer, our experienceat Lia was the best as far as personal attention and a salesman who wasboth well informed and professional. While the product goes a long way inselling itself, the deal often depends on a sales person who understands thata car is a big investment and this is an important decision. My last car was a Honda Civic which I loved but when it was totaled in a bad accident, not my fault (and I virtually walked away due to the safety features and air bags of my Civic) I decided to take the opportunity to research and test drive many vehicles to find my next car. I visited 6 other dealerships and drove 8 sedans before returning to Lea Honda, I really wanted to buy there again because of the excellent and friendly service I received for my Civic but I was determined to find the BEST car for me at the BEST price. From his first smile and friendly handshake, CHAD SMITH was the best sales person I have ever worked with in my life! He was professional, knowledgable, honest and he listened carefully about my and my husband's concerns for quality, safety and value. Chad was very efficient about getting a new Civic and Accord for us to test drive and he let us choose if we wanted to drive alone or have him join us. While I was driving he pointed out aspects of each car, not really pressing either vehicle, just informing us of details and advantages of each.When it became decision time, Chad gave us plenty of time to decide model, color, he was clear but thorough about features, figured up the best deal on both autos. He was able to offer me an excellent deal so I chose the incredible Accord which suits my needs much better than any of the other models I considered. I just attended the mini workshop for new Honda owners. This is my third CRV EX from this dealer. I have met many of the employees and have no complaints. This workshop was super informative and we were shown all areas of this dealershop. Everything was explained and we were given demonstrations on changing a tire, told about the new windshield wiper inserts, shown where everything is under the hood etc. I also heard from other customers that attended that they had dealt with other Honda dealers in the area and they were much more satisfied with this one for price, service and friendliness. Keep up the good work!

We decided to consider a Honda CR-V as our next car after reviewing the ratings on Edmunds and Consumer Reports for compact SUV's. After seeing and driving the CR-V we decided the Honda would be the car for us if the deal was right. Lia Honda gave us a great deal and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The salesman was very helpful. He explained the features and helped us to make our choice. The car we were interested in was to come in that afternoon. We were completing the deal and the car was delivered. The trade covered our auto loan on the trade which pleased us very much. We got the rate we were looking for on the new purchase which made our payments lower. All in all we were very satisfied. We were able to drive the new car home in a couple hours.

One word to describe my experience - AMAZING! I have been browsing online and going to dealerships for a few months now until I finally found the car I've been searching for, about a week ago.Lets start with the best part (other than the car of course) our sales guy, Don Kassidy. As we walked onto the lot he greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. I was shady about dealerships - it was new to me, and all of the ones I visited prior to Lia were pushy about cars they had in their inventory that I wasnt interested in at all. Lets just say Don made it easy. He let us test drive the one I spotted right away, and gave us all of the information up front along with some ice cream and lemonade for my fiance and I. He was patient with unpreventable timing restrictions I had, and also with ALL of my questions that came up throughout the week before I made the decision to buy. I never waited for a response from Don, he was always there. Whenever I called he answered right away, even on his own time. When we closed the deal he was still as friendly/fun/easy-going/knowledgeable/courteous/patient (should I continue? ?) - as when we walked onto the lot. Im happy that he was the person to help us from day one, and everything worked out smoother than I could imagine. I am now one happy owner of one HOT Honda Civic!This was my first purchase at a dealership and I'm so glad that I went with Lia. I was undecided between a Toyota Rav 4 and the Honda CRV. I went to another dealership first and drove the Toyota. My experience was horrible!!!!! The salesman was unfriendly, rude, and had to be paged 4 times before I even drove the car. When I returned the car he was paged 2 more times before I walked out. As I left he was chatting with a group of other salesmen. Completely disgusted and convinced my car buying adventure was done for the day, my girlfriend talked me into going to Lia HOnda. It was like I walked into heaven!!! From walking in the building to driving away with my new HOnda CRV I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone in the building!!! We were very pleased with the prompt attention we received as soon as we walked in the door. We found the vehicle we wanted and we received good trade-in value for our old automobile. My new Honda is performing on the road very well...I wish there was a litlle bit more of air output from the fan inside the cabin...I bought a roof railings with the 2 cross bars as an extra item but there are no points ( loop holes) to attache rubber straps. Very nice instrument layout and easy excess to all the controlls. Overall, that was a good vehicle to buy .

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. From the minute I walked in the door to the time I drove off in my new ride. My dealer Don was very friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous of my time. He showed me around the dealership, explained how things worked, and even fed me. Lol. He gave me a fair amount for my trade in and follow up with me after I took delivery to be sure I was satisfied. I can't say enough nice things about the dealership or my sales person. If dealt with several dealerships and sale people in the past, including other Honda dealers. This is by far the best service you will find in the area. Hands down. Thanks for going above and beyond.

As we approached the entry to Lia Honda, the door was opened by Chad Smith and we were with him all the way. He sold us the car with his personality, knowledge, patience and persistence without being overbearing. He guided us in making a decision to purchase a CRV as the size best fit our needs and wish list. He answered all our questions and kept checking availability, pricing - any and all requests with a smile. It took several weeks to consummate the deal because of health issues but Chad was patient and worked with us every step of the way. Upon delivery, he explained all that we needed to know and I am very comfortable with a follow-up session (if needed) to review things I may have missed because we were distracted with a health issue. Chad was there for us and spent as much time as was needed - thank you for the patience.We have not needed service yet but again I am comfortable with the approach of a team that will be "ours". I would recommend Lia to our friends and actually we came here because of location and recommendation from friends who have dealt with them for many years.

We are serious buyers with steady income, good credit and a strong trade in. We were given an eprice that they raised $2500 when we test drove. They said it was a mistake and would not honor the price we were quoted. They offered us an insulting price on our trade in. When we mentioned that we'd had the car appraised elsewhere and quoted that price, the salesperson basically called us liars and stormed off. I felt like they looked down at us and had no intention of working with us. Go see Heidi at West Herr Honda if you want to be treated like a human being and get a fair price. West Herr quoted a price and didn't change it when we got there. They did everything they could to get us into a new vehicle and were kind all along the way.

Lia Honda sent us an eprice for a vehicle we were interested in. They had us wait four days to test drive. On the day of the test drive, they raised the price $2500 and the car had 1000 more miles on it. It had also never been cleaned or detailed. They said the price was a mistake. I wasn't happy, so they offered me $1000 off, which was still $1500 more than the original quote, so that's pretty much nonsense to begin with. We did like the car and were prepared to make a purchase. The salesperson, Don, offered us $3000 LESS than what another local dealer offered us for our trade in just a week before. I felt like they didn't want us to purchase their car, like we weren't good enough, which is funny because we have great credit, a desirable trade-in, and were ready to buy on the last day of the month!When I told Don that the other dealer offered that much more, he acted like we were lying and stormed off! Seriously! I'm so sorry to have tarnished their precious salesfloor with my presence. We drove down Transit to West Herr and ended up driving our new car home that day! I can't recommend West Herr Honda highly enough and I will let everyone I know how terrible our experience was at Lia.

If you are looking for honesty, integrity and personality in your salesman, Will at Lia Honda is the guy for you!! Hands down, Will and the other team members treated me with respect and compassion, as this was a tremendously upsetting and stressful situation for me. Their time and patience in explaining details, and making me feel understood was paramount.Not only did the financing department resolve my situation, but they also did so in a timely fashion! Once approval was received from the bank, the car was prepared for delivery only 2 hours later!! At delivery (6pm and Will stayed beyond his scheduled hrs), the Accord was immaculate, barring a minor blemish found on the vehicle. By 10am the next morning I was contacted and scheduled for my loaner car and the blemish to be fixed. I received an email confirmation moments later... By 11:30am that same day, I was also contacted by Will, just to 'see how things were going'! Considering no one is perfect, Lia Honda sure comes as close to perfect as possible in covering all the bases, making things right and ensuring your experience is one to share!! I couldn't feel more confident, comfortable and proud of the decision I made to follow my family and friends over to Lia Honda!

Saleman was great and has been very helpful on this purchase as well as my last purhase, I highly recomend him.Credit manager never contacted us after the initial deal was written up on 02/18/12. George told us he would work to get us the best rate possible and he would contact us on 02/20 or 02/21 after he spoke with Chase and the other banks who offer auto loans. We were given an approximate payment but no firm rate. Since we had not heard anything we were in contact with Dave 02/25 regarding the car and he apologized for George not calling and said George was very busy and working hard and we would hear something when the new rates if any were announced by Honda in March. On March 2nd we received a call to come in and pick up the car without ever having been given a rate we would be contracting for on the car. We came in to close the deal with Dave and and still had not been contacted by George, while a finance contract was set to be put into place with no disclosure of the rate in advance. I expressed to Dave our disapointment with the lack of detail being shown on our behalf. He did then speak with George who came out and apologized for not following up. We then finished signing for the car and making our payment. I mentioned to Dave my surprise that i was not spoken to by the credit manager regarding the extras such as rustproofing, simonizing, insurance or rustproofing. Dave asked me if I was interested and I toldl him I would be passing. I have been dealing with Lia since 2003, this is the first vehicle purchased after 6 leases with Lia and I feel the ball was dropped.

However my sales reperentative was difficult to reach and whenever i called the dealership it seemed like no one knew where the person i was lookiing for was. Other then that I LOVE my car, Having been a previous Honda owner I know that they are reliable and GREAT cars to own!!!!

Great dealer experience...I worked with Steve Celano on a 2012 Pilot lease deal. I had been shopping for a mid sized SUV for several weeks and Lia Honda came up with the best overall lease terms. Steve Celano was very honest and straightfoward during the lease negotiation. He had to locate the specific color we wanted...The Pilot was located and delivered on the date promised. The dealership is friendly and clean. They even offered my son ice creame when we picked up the vehicle (nice touch). Overall experience was great......

The buying experience was very enjoyable and the staff was very helpful. Don Kassidy, our sales consultant was friendly, knew his product line, put together a nice deal for us and walked us through the whole buying experience introducing us to the dealer manager and made sure that we understood all of the computerized functions and mapping. He asked if I would consider upgrading and I said I didn't think he could give me an offer that would tempt me to get a new one after only two years. We were pleased with the friendliness of the sales staff. Questions were answered courteously. Of course, we would have always wanted to get more for our trade in vehicle, but were satisfied with the deal that we made. The only thing that we were not in full agreement with, was that we were told by the Internet Sales person, Jillian, that we would get the vehicle for the Internet price, which was not the case. After we haggled for the trade in value we were then told we could not have the internet pricing. We felt that this was a misrepresentation.

I needed to replace my old Chevy truck and was looking for something more economical and dependable. Word-of-mouth led me to Lia Honda and I was not disappointed. They were all amazingly helpful and friendly and the showroom was downright cozy. Coffee was better than any bank/auto shop/dealer/ doctor's office I'd ever been to. Bonus points for the Ice Cream machine and Sales DOG.I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new/used car and they will even help you if you're not looking just at Hondas, apparently they have a wide network of cars available.

Bought a used Mustang from this dealer. Car was making a rumbling noise coming from the driver's side front since day one. Took it in about a week after purchase. They said it was just aggressive tire noise. Took it back about 3 weeks later, Lia's mechanic noted there was an unusual noise. He and srvc mgr said wheel bearing. Couldn't find anything. They sent it to Ford, who's mechanic told me "it could be a tire, I don't know". My mechanic said wheel bearing. Car still makes noise and they refuse to look into it further .

Worked with Mike Taylor once again on the purchase of a new Accord. He explained our option to buy or lease. He took the time to promptly reply to follow-up qestions I sent him via email. He called regularly to update me on the status of paperwork and delivery of our new vehicle. Paperwork was in order upon pick-up of our new car.When we initially discussed pricing, it was based on trade-in of our old vehicle. Price was okay but could have been better if the assessed value of our trade-in was better. So we decided to do a "clean" deal and sold our old vehicle on our own. We were satified with the price.As usual, Mike was very friendly and treated us well.

I was hesitant to start the car buying process as it is never a good experience and I get sick of the salespeople trying to do anything to get my money. From start to finish, Lia Honda was amazing. On first visit, the general manager came out to talk to us and informed me he would guarantee to make this a fun experience......he was 100% correct. Not only did I get a great car at a great price (without haggling back and forth) but was able to have an effortless trade-in through a wholesaler, and outstanding customer service from the salesman to the general manager to the finance person. I brought a family member with me throughout the process as they have knowledge of carsales and he was amazed how easy Lia Honda made our experience and kept telling me I don't understand how great they were and that he has worked sales for years and never had a smooth transition such as this. Kudos to Lia Honda for making a stressful situation not stressful!!

I couldn't have had a better experience with a Dealership! Not only were our salesmen friendly and informative, but they seemed to truly care about their customers and making leasing my car a easy, non-stressful process. We had gone to look at a few other vehicles and I was surprised that the sales people rode along on the test drive. But at Lia Honda, we were given the keys and sent on our way. I'm already planning to head back to this dealership in 3 years for another lease.

William was very very helpful throughout the entire process from the moment we walked into the dealership. He was very honest and seemed very trustworthy. As this was my first experience purchasing a car, I was looking for a dealer that would treat me with respect and understanding of the situation. I went to a few Honda dealers before going to Lia Honda and was not impressed with the other dealer's level of service. When I walked in the door at Lia, Joe Canastraro greeted me and was the nicest salesman I've spoke to. Many of the other dealers were very pushy about price or features. Joe understood what type of vehicle I was searching for and never pushed me to purchase, which made me feel extremely comfortable. Ultimately, Joe's level of service and commitment to helping me purchase a car (stayed 2 1/2 hours after his shift ended to finalize our deal), led to my vehicle purchase at Lia Honda. Lindy Petrishin was also very helpful with some of the paperwork!

Michael Wright is an excellent service advisor. He always treats me with respect. When he makes recommendations for service that I should consider, he always qualifies whether is it absolutely necessary, probably a good idea, or optional. William Litton was a pleasure to work with. We were given excellent service and he took the time to really go over the Honda Pilot LX with us. I had the most terrible experience with service here that is so absurd, anyone who reads this should take heed and avoid this dealer at all costs. i took my 2009 honda fit in for a lost motion spring recall. first when doing the maintenance, they broke the windshield. then, the engine light came on, and the car was towed back. a full week later i picked up the car again, and it ran horribly. even after all this time, and the errors, no quality check was done. it was obvious almost immediately that the car was screwed up. it spend another week there and was returned and ran well (24 total elapsed days). the dealer admitted that the windshield and both engine malfunctions were the result of their errors. now the cowl is out if place and broken due to the shoddy windshield repair, and it leaks oil as well, presumably from the shoddy recall work, rework and re-rework.they effectively ruined my car, which never had a single problem before this service (30K miles). avoid at all costs, at least for service.

I leased a 2011 Honda Fit sport - I absolutely love it! This is the greatest car I have ever owned, and the customer service at Lia was great. It was quick and painless to get my new vehicle. Working with Rob Greenwood made me feel like I got the best deal on the car I wanted. The customer service since I have had my vehicle has been equally good. The atmosphere in the dealership is friendly and outgoing. I would recommend this experience for anyone looking in to leasing or purchasing a Honda.

This is our second time dealing with Lia Honda and the experience was great both times. Mike taylor was fantastic to work with. We went back to Lia because of Mike and the service we received on our previous Honda. The time spent purchasing our new CRV was stress free and the coffee and popcorn added just the right touch. I brought my car in for service a couple of weeks back and I was still having problems with it once I picked it up. I called the dealership and they were able to get me back in and after hours of diagnostic testing they were able to pin point the problem. The tech working on my car, Brad, said that he had never seen that problem before and he finally figured it out. He kept me in the loop the entire time that he was working on my car. He explained everything that he found and everything that he was going to do to repair my car right down to the exact cost so that I wasn't surprised when I got my final bill. I was met by Jerry when I came into the dealership to pick up my car and explained the bill to me. As usual checking out went smooth. I always appreciate the kindness I receive when I service my car at this dealership.

Everything about the experience this morning was great. I talked with the tech about getting tire wear on all four tires. He gave a price for four new tires and told me about a price match if I could find a better price. He also recommended to can an alignment if I can four new tires.

Lia Honda truly ranks as the best car buying experience so far for me and I have purchased 8 cars in my life. I spent the last 4 months looking for the best "deal" possible and walked away from a few. Our salesman was very pleasant and impressionable. There was no pressure during price negotiations. Our salesman was always respectful and we only dealt with him. I wasn't multi-teamed (as in other dealerships experiences) by an another sales associate, sales manager, or even finance manager that I was getting the best possible price. We agreed on a price in less than 5 minutes and I believed (most importantly) that I received the best possible price. I couldn't realistically have asked for a better experience!

Mike Taylor was wonderful in helping me find the right car for me. I went back to Mike after my first purchase there in 2007. I was going through a very difficult time-middle of a divorce- and this was first big purchase on my own. Mike was very patient with me--walked me through the process and for that i am very grateful. I bought my used 2003 Honda Odyssey at Lia Honda in 2005 and have returned for service exclusively ever since. Why? Because I can rely on great service, prompt attention to recalls, performance issues and warranty work. They keep at every maintainance or service problem until everything is right. Their price is competitive and I know the work and parts are just right. I have over 200,000 miles and going strong. The service manager, Dave, is hands on and Jerry is the best service manager I have ever had in terms of knowledge and dedication to my satisfaction. Brad, usually my technition, is solid and can deal with any problem that might come up. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Honda service...why would I? Joe, the guy who gets us back home or to work and will pick us up, is great too, and always willing to accommodate.

I went for a break check, I hear a grinding noise and wanted to have it checked out. I made an appointment for 10:45. When I arrived I was greeted and then was asked to wait in the lounge. When the guy came out who was working on my car, he brought be back into the service area and showed me my car, with no tires. He showed me that my breaks were fine but the "lubrication" between the sliders was dry. He suggested that I have lubrication placed in-between these sliders. Then when I told him it was okay to do that he proceeded to tell me that if I did not get four new tires my car would not pass inspection, then I proceeded to tell him that I just got 1 new tire last June. He looked like I was lying and then said "well then just get three new tires". I told him I wasn't worried about that right now. I waited 2 hours for my car to be finished when I was told it would only take an hour. On top of that I was charged over $200!!!!! I then showed Michael Wright my coupons and he said that they would not work. When I read the coupon it said it was for LUBRICATION BETWEEN THE SLIDERS!!! I was so angry at this time I just wanted to get out of the place. I asked Michael for an estimation for how much it would cost for 3 new tires, he provided me with a piece of paper that said it would cost me $660!! I then told him how they sold me a new tire for $120, and did not charge me for alignement as well as a tire roation. Now on this new estimation it was charging me over $100s for both of those, and then on top of that $500 for 3 new tires. When I called the other Honda Dealer, Ray Laks I was told that LIA Honda over charged me for everthing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! JUST BECAUSE I WAS A GIRL I WAS OVERLOOKED BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS.

Lia Honda gave me the best deal, period! Toyota was much more expensive and didn't even try to make me happy. Antoine has sold us 3 vehicles and he is top-notch. I will always follow him, wherever he works. This is our 3rd Lia Honda vehicle and the service has always been professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Lia and Antoine to anyone interested in getting a quality car at an amazing price. We love our new Honda Pilot!!

This is the third Honda Civic I have purchased from Lia and have been very happy with all of them. Last week, I purchased a new one from Antoine. He listened to me, was helpful, courteous and friendly. I went back to Lia because of the great service dept. they have. Jerry, the service manager and Brad, the mechanic have been great -- never talked down to a woman, explained in detail what needed to be done and why and then carried it out in an efficient manner. My husband and I were interested in a new Honda. We chose Lia Honda of Williamsville because they had a great display and presentation at the Buffalo Auto show, they have a good performance rating and they have a large inventory. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff in the showroom, especially our salesman, Steve Celano. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful without being arrogant or insistent. We felt we received a fair price for our trade. The showroom is clean with nice displays. There a waiting room with a play area for children. I like being able to schedule service on the internet. We're looking forward to great service.

This is my first Honda (I purchased a 2010 CRV) and my first visit for service; I went to the dealer for an oil change/tire rotation.From the telephone call to make the service appointment to the final "thank you" for your business, I had a great experience.I dealt with one individual, Mike Wright, who was very professional the entire time.I was able to get an appointment within one week of my telephone call. I was greeted promptly when I arrived, and my service was completed within one hour. I have to admit that my car was not very clean (from all the winter weather we had been having) and much to my surprise, Mike came to ask me if it would be ok to keep my car a bit longer because he wanted to wash my car! I was absolutely thrilled! This was a wonderful surprise and a perfect example of going beyond!When the service was complete, Mike explained what had been done, handled the payment transaction, and walked me to my shining clean car!This is the best service I have ever received at a car dealer. I would highly recommend Lia Honda of Williamsville.

The dealership identified some optional services that were recommended, but not required. They were not pushy in saying those additional items were required. The service area and waiting room are extremely clean and comfortable if you need to wait. They also have a courtsey shuttle if you need a ride while they work on your vehicle. Thank you Lia!

I experienced only fair, direct, friendly service and attitude from everyone at the dealership. We're a long-term Honda family,who dealt for many years with another Honda dealership in downstate N.Y. Going to Lia was a seamless transfer of ourbusiness and loyalty. . .as we intend to stay with Honda cars in the future. I have used the Lia Honda service department since I purchased the 2004 Accord. This includes all mechanical issues, and oil changes. The Service department has always been very helpful , professional with as quick a turn around as possible since I usually wait for the work to be done or have the shuttle drive me back and forth to work. The work being done has always been explained and if need be shown to me. The cost is inline with what I pay for my other car. And I have never had to return due to the problem not being fixed.

Any time I am in for service, Chris has been more than kind and helpful in setting up my service. I drive away confident in the reliability of my CRV. I always have it looked over before any trip and enjoy the peace of mind in knowing there should be no "surprises" on my vacation. I've never had a bad experience with this service department or the mechanics.

My visit to Lia Honda was very successful. I was treated very well. They were very careful to explain all service to be done to my car. I was overcharged on an item but when it was brought to their attention they made the matter right and offered me services worth more than the mistake. I will surely return to Lia for more service and to purchase another Honda. I have to travel past other Honda dealerships but think the distance is worth my time.

I am always impressed at the friendliness of the staff from the time I enter the service garage, to the waiting room reception, to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. Lia Honda makes the sometimes tedious and time consuming task of getting one's car serviced, an enjoyable one. I appreciate the honesty of the service advisor when he promised that he would not let me wait more than two hours for any service, without providing me with an update or option for transportation. I have previously worked with poor service departments at dealerships and it is refreshing to know that a dealership really understands the value of 'service after sale'. Good service equals repeat business; a lesson that more dealerships should learn! Thanks Lia.
