I walked in at the dealership and met this great guys who were calm, friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment with Louis who showed me a range of vehicles that I needed. I made my pick and within few minutes I was introduced to Xavier who is a pro on trucks .He walked me through the whole process like a walk in the park . I was able to acquire a Dodge Ram 3500 with no hustles. Jay Finance guy was fast in processing my paperwork . I Like the truck and no doubt will refer my friends to this dealership in the future. I want to thank Leith AutoPark, in Wendell for the excellent sales experience for my new 2015 Kia Optima LX. I was shopping around for the best deal and they gave it to me hands down! I have a very busy schedule and I wasn't able or willing to go spend a entire day in a dealership when I knew what I wanted. I reached out to them initially via the internet and I was contacted by Jennifer who was very pleasant to work with. I communicated to Jennifer that I didn't like the whole car buying experience and didn't need to test drive a car I was already familiar with. I told her I was spoiled by the last dealership that delivered my car to me at work and she said that Leith Autopark would be glad to do the same thing. She forwarded me to Darnell Staten who took all my information asked me what color exterior and interior and what time did I want the car delivered. It was delivered to me at 5:30pm on the dot as requested! The driver was pleasant, had me sign all the paperwork handed over the keys and the rest is history! So I was in need of a ride, and we met Xavier. Xavier had helped my parents purchase a Chrysler Town & Country, so they recommended the dealership and Xavier. When we pulled up he just happened to be outside. We ultimately test drove a 2014 Dodge Journey and decided on that. The experience was great! We came in the day after Christmas not expecting to really make a deal but we had seen a vehicle on-line that we wanted to see so we took a drive. We met Aneta as she came to welcome us, not realising how late it was in the day but she was warm and friendly and after showing her the vehicle we wanted to see she went and brought it up close for us to drive and look at. Being previous van owners we knew all the basics and what we wanted price wise. She was honest in telling us things and as our deal progressed we enjoyed talking with Aneta on a friendly basis. She offered us refreshments and made sure we were comfortable and did all the running around to various other people for us while an acceptable deal was worked out. I wish more car salespeople were as nice and conscious as Aneta.

I was inquiring online for information about the Jeep Renegade and almost right away I received an email from Caroline Peevey internet sales manager for Leith Wendell. I test drove at another location but her due diligence and follow up made me want to work with her. Even though I wasn't quite ready to buy yet she kept me in mind and would drop me an email to see if I was still interested every month or so in a non threatening way. When I was ready she worked hard with the help of in house salesman Xavier Russ to find exactly what I was looking for and for the price I was willing to spend. My ankle is broken so when the day came to get the Renegade, Xavier got the car from the dealership it was at drove it to our house and my husband drove it to Wendell while Xavier explained features to me from the back seat!Throughout the rest of the process at the dealership was great. I loved the small atmosphere and everyone there helped us. Caroline was great in person and made sure I got floor mats that didn't come with the car. Warren the sales manager worked with us until we were happy with the lease and I can't say enough about Xavier. He stayed with us until we drove away knowing all about the car and did the paperwork with us answering all of our thousands of questions.Make the short trip to this Leith location if you want great service and attention to detail! ????

From the time I called with concerns as far as buying my new car the help I received was overly acceptional. Quincy Steele's level of professionalism was immensely appreciated. I decided I would start the dreadful task of car shopping. Not intending to buy but just shop, to get a better idea of what's available and what I liked. Stopped at Leith Auto Park in Wendell and there's a lady at the front of the building. Not sure if she was a customer or salesperson. Then she approached and a wonderful relationship was immediately formed. Aneta didn't appear to be a traditional salesperson and when she spoke I was right, she wasn't. Aneta, wasn't only knowledgeable about the vehicles but she was a team player all the way. She wasn't going to allow me to make any decisions without having all the facts. She wasn't pushy, she took her time and learned about my needs and desires first. Then, she went to work and I left there happier than I've ever been when buying a vehicle. I got more than I expected, my Infiniti Q56 is AWESOME and my payments is just where I needed them to be. When I went to Leith of Wendell to look for a truck I was expecting to be bombarded with salesmen and fed a bunch of sweetened remarks about each vehicle I looked at. But at Leith of Wendell that wasn't the case. I received to the point information about the truck I was looking at, honest remarks about the vehicle, and no hastle. My sales associate was Aneta and she was excellent in helping decide which vehicle to look for. It made choosing so much easier to know the vehicle inside and out. We had my mother-in-law with us and she has dementia, when she got a little hungry Aneta went and got her a snack and helped us out with anything we needed. A strong recommendation to ask for Aneta when you visit. You will get knowledge about the vehicles your looking at, honest remarks about the vehicle, and a non hastle, no haggle sales associate.

This experience started with a internet experience and contact from Caroline Peevey. Wonderful experience to get needed information and start the purchase process. Information provided keep my interest and Caroline was very personable. When I arrived at the actual dealer I was greeted by Caroline and since she was new she also pulled Quincy Steele into the sale to assist in answering questions and support my interest and Quincy continued to wonderfully work my transaction until the actual purchase on another follow up visit. Doug worked with me on the first trip to the dealer and another sales mgr on the follow up visit. The finance mgr was excellent also. Sorry I do not know those gentleman's name. This entire visit was very personal and friendly by everyone encountered. I will start here the next time. I worked with 4 dealers to buy this car and always knew this dealer wanted MY business. Thanks. The only recommendation would to shorten the wait for the finance manager. This was a very busy Saturday but I waited 1 to 2 hours to finalize the deal. There was another couple that waited longer here also after me on another purchase also. OUTSTANDING sales agents, sales mgrs, and finance mgr. everyone was great and the vehicle is great also.

She told me what a great experience it was, no hassles and her sales person Luis Munoz was not a pushy salesperson. When I go looking for a car, I'm very analytical of the dealership and the personnel there...and if I don't like the feel I get...then I will not pursue buying my car there. Sometimes I know exactly what I want sometimes I don't...but for me the experience needs to be like a "chess game" and if you are only a "checker player" ...then we are not a match. And if that makes sense to you, then you get it! If it doesn't ...I really can't think of a better analogy to give you. Luis Munoz at Leith Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and his manager Doug and his finance manager Jose...they all three were great, very personable, knowledgeable, not pushy, genuinely concerned about "what I wanted" and everything was exactly the way it was presented from the Salesperson-Luis, to the business manager-Jose. I have had very good luck at finding used cars at Leith AutoPark Chrysler in Wendell, NC. Last month I bought my 4th used vehicle from this dealer. (3 cars & one F-150) Each vehicle has been great. I have never had a bad experience at this location!! Other dealerships & used car dealers (& I have been to alot of them) have not compared to Leith AutoPark in Wendell. Adding to that, was the quality of customer satisfaction I received from the salesman, Luis Munoz. He was excellent. He knew exactly what I needed car-wise & price-wise. I walked away with a 2013 Ford Fusion. Sure, I could have saved a chunk of $ buying from a private owner, but I like these guys. Luis was very courteous & attentive. He explained the paperwork well & in a timely manner. The whole process went as quickly as I had hoped it would. He made sure that "make-ready" cleaned the car perfectly & I drove away in a beautiful Ford Fusion. My dad sold Pontiacs in San Antonio, TX for 40+ years from 1958 forward. I think he really would have enjoyed this guy! Thanks Luis! Ask for Luis Munoz when you go to buy a car & go to Leith in Wendell if you are going to buy from a dealer.

Having had a prior negative car shopping experience I was a little apprehensive about buying a new vehicle. My husband and I decided to start at Leith Autopark of Wendell because our neighbor Warren is a sales manager there and we knew if we had any problems he would help. I was so clueless about what I wanted and after walking the entire park and I was overwhelmed. We sat down with Quincy Steele, he asked what were we interested in, I name 5 models 4 of which were sold in the Autopark. Then thru a series of questions about what I wanted in a new vehicle and features he began to help me form an opinion about each vehicle. When I listed my wants he asked had I looked at the Dodge Durango I hadn't he had me sit in the model in the showroom. Quincy continued to ask about my thoughts while explaining the vehicle features. Now I was even more confused because there were 6 vehicles I was interested in. We left with more knowledge and questions about what we wanted. After a night of researching the vehicles I was able to narrow down my choices to two models. The next night we returned to test drive at least two vehicles but I only drove one vehicle, the Durango. When I listed what features were important to me Quincy LISTENED and he help by guiding and informing me NOT pressuring me to make a quick decision. We returned on the third night to purchase the Durango. Dealing with a sales team who guided but never pressured, informed without bias, and listened and heard made our experience at Leith Autopark of Wendell a positive vehicle buying experience. Warren, Quincy and Nolan were a great team for us and can be for you as well. Leith Autopark has an awesome selection of makes and models this is a huge plus if you are looking to compare different types of vehicles with out ever leaving the lot.

I have been searching for the perfect Jeep Wrangler for over a year! I finally got in touch with an excited, HONEST and super sweet sales person. Caroline was great! We emailed back and forth for about 2 weeks, and then I finally got a chance to come in. I work at Rex hospital and never get a free day. She was very patient with me!!!! When I came in I was introduced to Luis. He was funny and also very patient. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable of his product. Traded my 2008 Mazda that i got from here for a 2012 jeep compass. Stephan Leymeister helped me when getting my car and again for the jeep. I told him I wanted something bigger than a car for my kids so he worked very hard to find me the jeep that had more room but still had good gas mileage. I had a lot of questions about the truck I wanted and he was VERY patient and informative RAM had been my dream truck for a long time and the team at Leith made it a reality! The entire staff made me feel like my purchase was as important to them as it was to me. This was the best experience ever!! I had several conversations with Brian Cunningham and he listened to what I liked and what I didn't like. He picked out the perfect car for me. He got all the information he needed and all I had to do was drive to the dealership and he had everything else taken care of. While I was doing the paperwork he had already taken out my personal belongings from my old car to my new car. He pulled the car up under the awning as it was raining and he had the heat on and the car running. All I had to do was jump in and take off. Looking at cars has always been a nightmare for me and took at least a half a day but he took care of everything!!! Had the dreaded N23 recall update 2years ago and had problems with no 4 LO other Dealers could not fix.But Leith knocked it out of the park. They were nice ad concerned about the problem Carrie Le was great to deal with!!!!!! we will be dealing with them from now on!

I drove from Charleston SC to Leith Dodge because they had the best prices on Rubicon Jeeps (including Georgia, SC, FL and NC). Because of my tight business schedule, purchasing a car from most dealerships is a burden. Xavier Russ kept the dealership open just for me on a Saturday and he worked out price and finance via email so everything was ready by the time I even arrived from my 5 hour drive. We bought an excellent Rubicon Unlimited far below NADA value and Xavier made the whole process painless. I'm a happy Jeep driver today and I thought I was going to have to wait another week just to find the time.

Since 2000 when this dealership was built, I have taken all my vehicles to be serviced. Sometimes this included up to 7 vehicles due to a business I owned. Issues were identified with the vehicles and repaired properly. Once there was an issue and it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Not only is Jerry, George and the rest of the staff are very friendly but also polite and well experienced in knowledge with repairs done on a timely basis. We live 4 1/2 hours away out of state and recently drove to have two vehicles worked on. I highly recommend this dealership and that you ask for Xavier Russ. I just completed a debt consolidation plan and had less than perfect credit. I thought that he would treat me as less of a customer because of that and that mu choices would be limited. Xavier got me the car that I wanted and at a price that I wanted. He even followed up with us after the sale of the vehicle to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. My husband and I will definitely come back to him when we look for our next vehicle!!!

I wanted a newer car but dreaded the thought of enduring the typical buying experience. It is so hard to know who to trust, and the hassle and hustle is exhausting. I also happen to be rebuilding credit after bankruptcy so I expected my options to be limited. I hesitated for weeks and then finally decided to inquire at a few local dealerships. Leith was the farthest away and my first call. From that first contact, I knew the experience would be anything but typical. Scot Trew was the salesman that took the call. He listened patiently to me as I rattled off my wishes and concerns. Afterwards he assured me with the utmost confidence that I could get the deal I sought. He described a few of the vehicles that might potentially satisfy my needs and encouraged me to fill out the online credit application. Shortly thereafter Scott followed up and discussed options and scheduled a time for me to visit the dealership in person. When I arrived, Scott had the car of my dreams sitting parked in the front of the dealership. It was like he read my mind! From the moment I saw that Mustang, I knew it was the one. The rest of the purchasing process was smooth as can be. I sat leisurely while Scott attended to the details --as if I were a celebrity. I could not possibly be more pleased with the service. Additionally, I have to give kudos to Sherry, the Finance Manager. Her warmth, humor and professionalism definitely lessened the anxiety of signing the financial contracts. I also thought it quite impressive that the Sales Manager came out to thank me and wish me well as I was leaving. In all honestly the entire staff was exceptional. I can give no higher recommendation to Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Scott Trew's expert care than to say I plan to return the next time I decide to buy. I recently purchased a used Kia Sportage from Quincey over at Leith Auto Park East's Chrysler Dodge Jeep lot. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and gave him a very specific budget. He showed me a new Jeep Patriot and a used Kia Sportage. Both were excellent vehicles. Quincey could tell my apprehension as a first-time car buyer, and did everything possible to make the experience quick and easy. He knew after talking to me that I would be happier in the Sportage than any of the other cars I'd shown interest in. This was important, because the Kia was obviously not a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep, and proved that the sales staff was more focused on my needs as a customer, rather than just selling cars at high volume. We were looking to trade in our minivan for something with better MPG. We contacted our previous salesperson Xavier Russ to see if he would be available to show us something. We have purchased two vehicles previously from Xavier/Leith of Wendell and have been extremely happy with them. This is a no pressure dealership with a knowledgeable team that truly cares about what you want and how you feel. We investigated one vehicle that we were interested in, but when we drove it, it was not what we wanted. However, Xavier, with the knowledge of what we were looking for recommended another vehicle that we would not have looked at otherwise. We went home to discuss it and then contacted Xavier about taking another test drive to finalize our decision. Upon arrival, sales manager Doug Durham had approved for us to take the vehicle out on our own to really get a feel for how it drove and to make sure we were happy with our choice. All of the sales team is friendly, courteous and provides you with a neighborly feeling. My wife and I had emailed to Sales about a PT Cruiser that was listed. We connected with Xavier Russ from emails prior to our visit. Our trip to formerly meet Xavier and test drive the Crusier. On the trip to the dealership our car (our trade in) overheated and stalled. Fortunately we have AAA, called them and they were there in 20 minutes. I had the car towed to the Leith dealership. We met Xavier and after a test drive and having the deal explained to us we were sold. The price was right, the amount for our trade was great and any items of concern were promised to be taken care of quickly. (Actually as of today the body shop called today and scheduled the Cruiser for drop off next Wednesday for the work to be done. My wife really enjoys the Cruiser-the ride is very smooth and comfortable and she loves the the color and best of all its a convertible. Xavier took us through every step with answers and commitement to make our experience the best. He has called several times and emailed frequently to keep us informed about the upcoming repair work. I would recommend the Leith Dealership and especially Xavier to my friends and associates. The prices are amazing and the sales staffs commitment to customer service is great from sales, to financing to the guy who removed a front license from my trade for me with a smile. I purchased a used 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Inaugural Edition from Xavier Russ. I asked for two things before taking possession of the vehicle. I asked for them to replace one of the rims that was not factory, but instead was an aftermarket knockoff and a reprint of the window (monroney) sticker. Since this is a limited edition vehicle, I wanted to it to be all original. I took possession of the vehicle with the promise that these two items would be resolved. Unfortunately, that never happened. At first, Mr. Russ was responsive to my emails and phone calls. After several weeks, Mr. Russ stopped responding. Buyer beware!
