Misleading to say the least. Initially, this location was chosen based on the positive reviews. Experience was less than positive. Classic dealership inflated costs for estimates and work. Misleading information about diagnosing, needing additional time, of course, costing twice the expected amount then. Staff are arrogant and looking to get over on customers who are less knowledgeable about repairs and actual costs of parts and service. If you need diagnostic tests or repairs, go elsewhere. Save this dealership for warranty covered work only. Pros: updated building, hours, accessible location. Wish I could offer more positive on their service dept, but my overall experience, will have myself & recommend others to save your time and money to go elsewhere that is honest!

This was only my second service appointment and it was better than the first. I worked with Eric who was more than accommodating and kind. He wasted no time walking out to my car, getting the keys, covering all the details and set me up with everything they have to offer while I waited. I brought in my 2018 RDX for service and could not be happier ! Working with Mark from the service department made things easy and smooth. From the time we walked in to "Good Morning" and smiling faces it was a pleasure and professional, our service paperwork was ready to go for our appointment and Mark answered all of our question before we started and asked if we had any other questions before we left. We were also able to drive a new RDX while our service was being done ! ( Nice upgrades ! ) We will definitely be back for all of our service needs in the future.

The service team at Lehigh Valley Acura truly went above and beyond to make my experience remarkable. My car had barely exceeded the manufacturer's warranty and the service team negotiated a settlement with Acura Corporate which resulted in a tremendous savings to me. As a longtime Acura customer I am always impressed with the level of service I receive at your dealership, this visit was no exception. From the time I pulled in to the service bay until the time I got back into my clean, washed car my experience was exceptional. I applaud the entire staff for really going the extra mile to make the service experience quick, comfortable and stress-free. I will continue to visit your dealership for my regular service and recommend your facility to others as well. The newly designed/decorated customer waiting area is wonderful but I do have one complaint...the desk chairs need to have wheels on them so they can roll, the flat rubber feet on the chairs make maneuvering awkward and cumbersome. All in all, if that is the only complaint I have then you are absolutely doing everything right, keep up the great work!

Make sure you stop these guys in their tracks before you commit to anything. Make sure the car is properly details before delivery. Make sure you understand that the Q-Warranty is pretty much useless as the state any failures that occur from a gasket or seal is their out to not provide warranty claims. Secondly, $30,000 dollars for a Mercedes (I did not haggle over their advertised price) and they could not clean the engine compartment or the storage area between the driver and passenger seats. Did just a rush job while I was waiting in the lobby. Very disappointed by these last two items. Get a full explanation upfront on warranty and what your expectations are for delivery prior to pick up. If not for these two points I would have given them a 5 star rating.

We were searching for a low mileage used Acura MDX. We met Vince Luburich on the lot, and over the course of a week and a half he worked with us to find the right vehicle. He was professional, courteous, responses, and best of all NOT HIGH PRESSURE! Vince is top notch, and although we went with another used vehicle from another Vinart location, I would highly recommend you seek him out if you are in the market for a used or new Acura.

The service manager, Rex, at Acura provides first class service and leadership. No problem is w/o a solution. He communicates openly, whenever something needs to be done you can trust it is completed, and he will ensure time is spent enjoying the car and life w/o the hassles. In the 13 years that I have owned Acuras, Lehigh Valley Acura Service has always been exceptional service. Coordinating the Takata airbag recall was no different. From securing a rental car, to fixing the recall, and also coordinating other service due (inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades, etc.), the entire process was stress free. I dealt with Rex and Jim on this service, but I have also dealt with Wayne at other times. All are very professional, very personable, very knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help their customers. I never hesitate to recommend this Acura dealer and their service department.

Customer service was great ... Over priced for the service I had done . My B1 service light was on I did the oil change and filter myself and it basically came out to the same price for them to just do the tire rotation and check the fluids, brakes and battery life... and my fluids were said to be checked and filled but my coolant was low so I had to go and ask them to fill the coolant smhh... It just made me double guess if they actually checked all the items they were suppose to.. By the way the coolant was checked off as filled on the inspection sheet !

An air bag recall lead into having a rental car (not even an acura) for two months. I finally, have my original car back ONLY because they contacted me saying that my Acura TL 2010 is in high demand and for me to make an appointment with a sales manager to get me into another vehicle. So I bit on the offer needless to say, after 3 1/2 hours of my wasted time on a beautiful sunny day, a predictable sales process, no sale made on a newer used vehicle for me regardless, of me being a very unhappy customer after learning that I (my keys) got lost in the air bag recall shuffle when all along they had the part needed to replace air bag recall. I will never go to this car dealership ever again and I discourage others to do the same. All they care about is paying off their debt for the new "senseless" show room.

When I bought my 2014 MDX, I really wanted a white exterior and black interior. That was not an option at the time, so I settled for a different color. Loved my vehicle from day 1. I decided to trade-in the 2014 for a 2016, and very happy to finally have exactly what I wanted. I have no doubt I'll love this new MDX as much as the last two that I owned!

The only reason that I am even giving this review 1 star is because of the salesman we dealt with. The management was absolutely HORRENDOUS! Eoin was arrogant and condescending. I was the one purchasing the vehicle and they would only address my husband when speaking. On the day of purchase we were told we had a 5:30 delivery time. They did not begin to process our transaction until 7:30. We drove over an hour away for this vehicle, left work early, and rushed to make sure we were punctual. It was very disrespectful to our time. I would not recommend this dealership AT ALL. If you must use them, ask for Xavier, he was the ONLY reason we returned and purchased our vehicle here.

I own a 2014 MDX. Nice vehicle but there have been some normal warranty items and the regular oil changes, tire rotation, XX,XXX mile services, etc. I work with Wayne and with Jason in the Service Dept. Both are solid professionals and truly want to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. I work with Jason most of the time. I give him 5+ Stars... He is really timely, a great communicator, and seems to work very hard with his techs to address issues. Their pricing is "dealer level pricing" but I think they work hard to keep costs down and earn your long term business. I plan to take my MDX to LV Acura for my next set of tires. Jason is working with me on two All Weather options.

I have been an MDX owner for about 3 years. The service staff at LV Acura is second to none! I have had experiences with Wayne Kindall, Stacy Haines, and Jason Rose and they are all very knowledgeable and thoroughly explain the services available and suggested. They are not pushy and if you put services off they simply add reminders for your next visit which is very important for the driver's safety! Whether you are going in for routine work or something a bit more involved they often answer my questions before I can ask them. They are also very communicative and personable through email. I do not feel like a number, I feel like a valued customer! This is a tribute to the hard work and quality customer service at LV Acura!

I took my company's 2007 Acura MDX in for service. This car is a shared corporate vehicle and I knew it needed work. I called and scheduled the appointment for a laundry list of routine repairs. I arrived at the dealer and was greeted by Wayne and Rex. They were extremely friendly...especially for 7 am! Wayne called me in about an hour or so to let me know the vehicle needed a few more things, which with the way this car is driven I wasn't surprised. The one thing that Wayne did that I was very pleased with and wish more dealers did was even though the car was not going to be done the same day, he called me at the end of the day and gave me an update on how things were going and when he thought it would be complete. I went back the next day to pick up the car and it drives like a dream. We as a company are very pleased with the work done by Lehigh Valley Acura. We appreciate the exceptional work and fantastic customer service! We look forward to doing business together in the future.

I took my 2012 Acura TL in for inspection, oil change and four new tires. I had priced the tires around and they were competitively priced and included free wheel alignment. The service reps are always courteous and helpful. I appreciate the complimentary car wash and vac. And the free coffee and bagels make the wait a pleasure!

I forgot to get my Acura TSX inspected and was in a panic. I called them and they got me in the same day! Everyone is nice to deal with and there's a nice clean place to wait. It's always a good experience dealing with them.

In February I came in with a road noise problem and was advised that after 19000 miles that all four tires where wearing on the inside causing road noise. I asked how can that be after only 19000 miles the majority of which was highway miles and also no bad weather driving as the car has been in SC for the winter months. No answer, the tires had been rotated twice and there was no alignment problem. The rep, Stacey said the LV Acura would correct the problem, she had to talk to service manager and tire mfg. She said problem would be fixed by replacing ALL tires at no charge. We scheduled a return visit for March 24th which was after we returned from vacation. On March 24th I came in dropped the car off and a few min late I received a call that said, Stacey is no longer with Acura and no discussion was done with service manager or tire rep. Jason would now have to do that work. 3 hours later Jason called to say that tire rep would only give credit for 25% of rear tires only and that the rest of the cost was mine to bear. This was not what I was promised in February. I reluctantly had the rear tires replaced.I am disappointed that LV Acura did not live up to their February service call promise to replace all four tires and I am disappointed in ACURA corporate in that the quality of the $50K MDX which was sold as a " high quality luxury car" is not up to that standard.I have recently taken the MDX on a road trip and the road noise is still present.I

Rex Weaver and company certainly took care of my car needs. As always, they are so courteous and friendly. It's always stressful going in because you go in for one thing, here I needed an oil change, and you find there are other services that need to be done to keep my car running efficiently, and the service people explain everything and do not pressure you that 'it has to be done'. I think that LV Acura is run top notch and I have recommended them many times.

I can honestly say this has been a dealership we enjoy working with...we have owned 4 Acuras and have leased/purchased 2 of them from Lehigh Valley. They are fair and the purchasing process moves along quickly. The service department is amazing and it's nice to see the same advisors year after year working there.

Brought in my 2012 TLX for an oil change. Was greeted by an employee in the parking lot, even before entering the building and directed to the service desk. The paperwork to write up the order was efficiently done. I decided to wait for the car, was told about 90 minutes, but it took only an hour for me to be on my way. The service desk is very proficient and lives up to the true meaning of the word - "service". Well done!

Hats off again to Rex Weaver and his entire Service department. Brought in my 2011 MDX for an oil change and tire rotation for the $24.99 service special that I received by email. Can't beat that price! Stacy, as always was her ever pleasant self and greeted me with a smile. She informed me that I needed a 4 wheel alignment and negotiated a reasonable price since I was not expecting that repair at this time. Work was done in a timely manner which got me to work on time. The Vinart dealerships are the best dealers that i have ever dealt with. Thanks to Andy Wright's guidance, my family owns two Hondas and 2 Acuras! I recently brought my Acura TLX in for service (Inspection & Oil). Stacy was very thorough and pleasant to deal with! I was in and out with dropping my car off and picking up my loaner. Before I leased my Acura I heard from my friends that Lehigh Valley Acura provided excellent service and so far they have lived up to that recommendation!

I had my oil changed becasue even though the reading showed 50% the "check oil' message kept coming on!Service was able to give me an appointment for the next day. The technican who changed the oil fogot to reset the "oil reading" to 100% and I called the next day and Stacy walked me me through resetting the guage

I hadn't driven the car for a few months and wanted it checked out even though it didn't need the oil changed by mileage. It was thoroughly checked, needed just a few minor items, and now I feel confident driving the car myself and having my son drive it. I always look for Wayne - he is great.

I originally came into this dealer wanting to test drive one of their vehicles to compare it to my 4 month old Acura purchased at another dealer in New Jersey. After having to go in for services multiple times for an issue that was never resolved and they deemed not a big issue, resulting in a miserable driving experience, I decided to try a dealer in PA. Their vehicle did not have the issue mine had and although I wasn't originally intending on buying a new vehicle (thinking my dealer would do something for me), I ended up deciding to just purchase that day. I worked with Maria and she was helpful from the moment I walked in when I told her I just wanted to compare their car to mine and she was not expecting any sale. Ultimately, Maria worked with me and my situation to get me out of my current Acura and into another one that did not have any issues. Although, it was a long day for me, I was able to drive home in a new car with everything done and taken care of for me later that night. Despite it being a stressful situation (having to buy another Acura in just a 4 month period of time), the entire team was patient with me and made the process as easy as they could. Maria took the time on another day (better for my schedule) to go through the Acura with me in more detail than my original dealer did. She has been prompt with responses to any of my questions. My recent visit to service to replace a key I lost was very pleasant as well. I am really happy I discovered this Acura dealer. It takes me 45 minutes to get to them, but the service you get is worth it.

I had a wonderful experience buying my car. Sales person Maria made buying easy for me. She was able to answer all my questions and quickly coordinate with my credit union to speed up delivery of the car. My only gripe about the experience is the fact that they only had 1 set of keys for the car, which cost me an additional $200 to get a second set.

I contacted Rich Berkheimer in the sales department asking him for some ideas on a pre-owned first car for my daughter. Not only did Rich listen to what type of car I was searching for, but he also explained numerous differences in makes/models and how each car suits different styles of drivers. Safety and reliability were a major factor for Rich over performance and style. That made me extremely at ease due to the fact that this was a car for a teenager. Rich offered far more than most sales people that I have dealt with over the years and he truly is looking out for you as a person and not just another sale. I purchased a great pre-owned Acura TL from Rich and will definitely return when looking for another car.

A family friend had purchased two cars from this dealership, so we gave it a try and found a car that we liked. There were some issues with the processing of paperwork and minor problems with the vehicle itself, but after speaking with Rex and Andrew it was immediately taken care of. Rex was great and provided the best customer service. If I were to purchase another vehicle it would most definitely be through Rex and not another sales rep.

Rex Weaver personally picked up my MDX to install an airbag upgrade. He did this out of concern for our safety. Such exceptional service is almost unheard of in this day and age. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism.

Bill Cossman and the LVA team not only beat my target price, they worked very closely with me to make my purchase process pain free and even helped me get my old car ready for private sale. I hate when I know more about a car's features and functionality than a sales person, but Bill is the MOST knowledgable salesman I've ever met. My car has exceeded expectations (for goodness sakes, it drives by itself!!) and the one hour drive for me to get to LVA is well worth it.

Amanda is a great salesperson . . . she delivered on all her promises! The dealership was very responsive and welcoming.Only one frustration: the financial person who's the designated hitter for selling add ons (e.g., extended warranties, leather protection, etc., etc., ) doesn't know when to stop pitching. I finally had to tell him to stop talking . . . he's is painful! He was try to re-sell you the tires you just paid for if you don't threaten to walk out of his office.Excluding him and his strong-arm tactics, great experience!

Everytime I go to the garage to get "service" I cringe...ya never know what they are gonna come back with, what needs fixed......I never feel that way at Lehigh Valley Acura. They work with me, there are always coupons and they wash and vacuum my car. The staff is very friendly and out of their way helpful! Thanks!

This is the second time I brought my car to the service department since I bought my car in April and my husband and I have to say the have phenomenal service from the moment my husband and I walk in to the moment we leave. They were able to diagnose my problem and even said my battery was going bad and in the end I walked out paying nothing when I got a new fuel cap, battery, oil change, tires rotated and filter changed. I have never been to any where else where they really care and treat there companies life family. We will defiantly recommend Leigh valley Acura and there service department! Way to go! Thanks for being such a great service department. When there's a problem they usually dionose the problem right away & service writers seems to know the answer to the problem as well, which helps the mechanics. At times some work can be very costly, but somehow they will try to make a way to save u money. Also service writers are very professional, courteous, & greatly appreciated!!!!

I've been coming here for over 10 years. I have owned two TL's and my wife has an MDX. Everyone in the service department, especially Wayne, are very nice and accommodating. They truly care and make sure I understand what needs to be done, what it costs, and how long it will take. I never feel pushed or rushed into a decision. The service department folks were very cordial and helpful. I was offered a shuttle, as the work was estimated to be a 2-1/2 hours and I didn't have time to stay at the dealership. As it turned out, I was able to arrange a ride, but I certainly appreciated the offer. The new parts were installed and my car was washed and vacuumed!!!! Love that!

I have always had great service at Lehigh Valley Acura. I called on Friday afternoon and they scheduled the service for the next morning at 8:00 am. When I dropped off the car, I was immediately met by Wayne Kindall. Wayne walked me through the exact service which would be performed and shared with me the cost for each service. He accurately gave me a time required of 90 minutes. Exactly 90 minutes later, the car was completed.When I got back to Lehigh Valley Acura, Wayne went through the complete report on my car. He kindly found a discount for 15%.Also, LVA provides a free wash and vacuum of my car which is a savings of $15.00.Overall, my experience at Lehigh Valley Acura and with Wayne Kindall was excellent!

From the time I step foot in the parking lot of LV Acura, I am treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. This morning, as I walked toward the service door, a technician made eye contact with me and immediately stopped what he was doing to open the door for me. That set the tone for the entire visit as everyone I came in contact with was kind, courteous and professional. Wayne Kindall, my service advisor, is always a pleasure. He keeps in close contact with me about what service is recommended for my car and is straightforward about costs and necessity of these services. Had the pleasure of dealing with Wayne Kindall. Wayne gave a detailed explanation of the service needed when I dropped off the car. Since I was waiting for the car, then on to a meeting at work, I needed an estimate of the time it would take to complete the work. Wayne estimated the car would be ready by 9 am. My washed car was ready by 8:59 with everything completed as quoted. Excellent service.

A faulty Bluetooth kept me returning to Acura service. The determination to solve the dilemma was relentless. I was kept in the loop throughout the multiple visit service process. Rex assured me that nothing less than perfection would be an acceptable resolution for my misbehaving Bluetooth. On two occasions arrangements were made to pick up my vehicle at my place of employment or my home, the later leaving me with a loaner car (an unexpected treat). As my schedule was busy, every effort was made to accommodate me. The outcome was a fully replaced system by which I now have operational Bluetooth in my RDX. I have and have always had confidence in Acura service. I tell everyone I know about the pleasant, easy to work with service staff. My cars have always been returned to me washed, sometimes waxed, and service fully explained in every detail. The Acura vehicles are great cars, but it is the service that keeps me an Acura customer.

We have now purchased 3 vehicles (2010 TSX, 2012 MDX, and 2014 TL) from LHV Acura. The sales team is awesome as is the finance team. I never got the run around on price or trying to be upsold, just straight forward to and to the point. In fact the last car the deal was so smooth that I left the same day within an hour with the car (fully detailed I might add) Since it was after hours there was a few things that needed to be done the next day and the sale person drove to my wife so we did not have to come all the way back out.I should point out I have to drive 45 minutes to get there and there is another Acura dealer 15 minutes away in Reading.... but because of the service and ease of making a deal I will be back for a new TLX in a few months!

I have a 2008 Acura TL that was having engine issues. It finally let me down on the way to work. I was able to limp home with the vehicle and immediately called Wayne Kindall - my service advisor. Wayne was very accommodating - I was able to bring the car in for emergency service and while there had major engine maintenance done (timing belt). Wayne arranged for me to have a loaner car (brand new TLX !!!) while mine was in the shop. The LV Acura service folks worked on the car late into the evening and I had it back the next morning.To top it off - Wayne found that I was part of special program that entitled me to a 15% discount off of the total bill. Thanks to Wayne's diligence I saved around $267!!!!I would recommend the Service and Maintenance folks at LV Acura to anyone looking for great service at reasonable dealership prices.

I recently brought my 2004 MDX to the service department Lehigh Valley Acura for its second 105,000 miles service. I purchased the vehicle new from Lehigh Valley Acura in 2004 and it now has 210,000 miles on it with zero major repairs. I have always received exceptional service at Lehigh Valley. This is the reason that I travel 3 hours to bring my MDX to Lehigh Valley for all of its scheduled maintenance. There are many other Acura dealers closer to my home in NY but I continue to travel to Lehigh Valley because they have always treated me honestly and fairly. I'm hoping to get another 100K out of the MDX.

Just pulled out of lot to realize I had to fill up my own gas, they did not fill my first tank, they made be pay 7.00 for a stick of touch up paint told me it was a "negative deal" twice for them so couldn't just give me the paint, Sales Manager low balled me on my trade-in, 3500 less than 5 other dealers in the area, told me that they would have to recondition my car before it goes to auction (ware and tear on the seat,etc.) LOL really, who fixes stuff to a car that you take to an auction to wholesale!! When I went to do my paperwork, I waited by myself for about 10 min before the finance manager, than after that filled all my paperwork out. Sales person was rushed, seemed that they didn't have all my paperwork ready for me (why I sat alone for 10 minutes). When I told the sales person I was looking at another car and they asked me what the big difference was, I told them there are giving me 3k more for my car..sales person says "Well to each is own" LOL, well not your team just under values their trade ins...Just overall a really bad experience.

I took my RDX in for state inspection and emissons. When I arrived for my appointment Jason Rose came out and opened the door for me. He went over everything thouroughly. While choosing to wait for my car, Rez Weaver took time out to sit in the waiting area to chit chat. Not to mention, the complimentary coffee and bagel bar. I felt like my business mattered! I have dealt with Lehigh Valley for a number of years and find the total organization to be excellent. I live 65 miles from the dealership, there are other Acura dealers in my area but refuse to spend another second nor another dime at their dealerships. Lehigh Valley lacks the car dealership attack methods but rather focus on developing a repeat and satisfied customer.

I was there for oil change and they test my battery and was under performing so they replace it for me and did really good job for washing and applying wax n armor all on my car for free. Very shiny!

Jennifer,Maria,Fernando and Geno could not have been any better. They took the time we needed to review everything and answered all of our questions. When we came to pick up the vehicle they went over everything in great detail and left nothing to chance. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I was greeted by Maria Myers, sales consultant. She was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. She was very interested in my needs and went over the TLX thoroughly. After the test drive we were introduced to Jennifer Hilbert who is the general sales manager. She was both welcoming and extremely accommodating. Although I did not purchase the Acura, and decided to go with another manufacturer, I must say that the entire experience was a real pleasure. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the car and that is very rare at most other dealerships. The dealership was also clean and very well maintained. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Acura.

My sales men was Nick he was a good guy knew his stuff about Acura's and knew the car I wanted and found it for me!! I came in and saw the Acura TL I wanted but it was sold. Nick called me that Monday said they have a car exactly like the one I wanted! I came in and there she was! I loved it i knew I was going to go over budget so he worked with me but I still wasn't satisfied with my payment ect. I called back and spoke with Vince Ramos which by the way is a great guy! Anyways he called me and said come on in he got my payment where I wanted it to be I would defiantly recommend this dealership as Vince went way above and beyond what he had to do and I really appreciated it.

I bought the Acura MDX in 2010 from LV Acura and they have been the sole servicer of the vehicle. Wayne Kindall has been taking care of my wife in managing all servicing of the vehicle. Wayne is outstanding - he is a pleasure to work with, he knows the vehicle very well, his first focus is always on the customer's experience and quality of service, and the service department's integrity is apparent and consistent. I have been a customer of Vinart for 11 years, and also own 2 vehicles from LV Hyundai. I'm looking to trade-up to a new certified pre-owned MDX soon. Went to have the oil changed. Had a coupon the dealership had sent me. They told me they applied the coupon, but never did. When I asked them about it they said they'd credit me towards my next visit. I asked to have the difference credited back to my credit card instead. They said they would, but never did.

The dealership is clean and has all the modern conveniences of home; wi-fi, complimentary coffee and breakfast/treats. I took my car in for a routine service/inspection. The staff was extremely pleasant and proactively addressed any potential concern that may have arisen upon check-in. I was also greeted by the service manager who took the time to check on my needs and to update me on my service progress. The car was returned to me earlier than expected and cleaned inside and out.

Geno and Maria at Lehigh Valley Acura introduced me to the new MDX and it became the car I had to have. They took the extra time from fitting car seats into the vehicle to make sure the kids would be comfortable, to an extensive and thrilling test drive. The financial terms were easy to understand and very agreeable. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Acura to anyone interested in driving one of the most sensible cars ever made.

Moved into the area from out of state and needed the inspection/emissions test completed. They scheduled me quickly and performed the service within an hour. They are on the higher price end for this work. However, they did not come up with any phony additional service.Their Wifi is a bit weak, generally well below DSL speed. However, fine for email.

I have not purchased yet from LV Acura, but I have to say that the service center is hands down the best i've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, and customer friendly! They give you quotes well in advance on upcoming services and put the decisions in your hands when performing work. I have never felt any pressure to have any excess services performed. Also, complimentary wash/wax options, as well as a great waiting area. I would recommend anyone to choose this dealer, they rock! :)

Vinart has been a consistently great shop to take my TL for all minor and major services. I bought my 2008 TL at Acura of Ocean in NJ, and the only thing I get done their is the free oil change...I just don't feel comfortable there. Vinart shoots it to you straight and I appreciate that...and I'm always appreciative that Wayne finds a coupon for me.

Our mdx needed. A timing belt service and additional services. The service department ensured we had a loaner and accommodated our work schedule. Always a great for there and. Never feel like other dealerships that make you feel you get charged extra for just what you drive. I would never buy a vehicle from a dealership which had a poor service department.

I do not live in the area, but I have heard and read all great reviews on this dealership and they had the exact car I was looking for. I made an appointment and met with my sales representative and my entire experience was wonderful. I had a very knowledgeable sales representative help me and walk me through the different options that were available to me. The exact car I wanted was on their lot and they were able to send me home in my brand new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to any person searching for a new car. They offer great customer service and great prices for new cars.

I purchased a new 2012 Acura TL through Bill Cossman who over the past years has turned out to be a wonderful friend. Every time I would stop for service he is always so friendly along with Wayne from the service department. Both are always asking if myself and the car are ok. My wife and I recently visited this dealership to test drive, and eventually purchase, a 2015 Acura MDX. We were greeted by Vince Luburich who was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable of all Acura vehicles. I have to say, most times I visit a dealership the salesmen don't know the difference between gasoline and motor oil, but Vince definitely was able to provide alot of valuable information regarding the MDX (even knew that the 2014-2015 model had a ~300lb weight decrease from the previous generation). My wife and I eventually decided to buy the vehicle and I'd say our experience with Vince definitely helped our decision. We had gone to Lexus of Lehigh Valley about 2 months prior to check out an new NX and were not satisfied with the salesperson we dealt with, so it was refreshing to work with someone who knew what they were doing. The price we eventually received was also pretty good (on the low end of KBB Fair Market Value for the vehicle).Now dealing with the sales manager on the other hand was a different story (Don't fall for the hustle or succumb to the pressure!).

I purchased a 2010 TSX Back on October 2014. There were minor body issues that they said would be fixed when I came back to pick up the car. When I picked it up all they had did was throw some touch up paint on the dented and scratched area that they were supposed to fix. They did repaint my front bumper due to a bunch of nicks, but my windshield and headlamps has a tremendous amount of over spray on them and still do. I emailed the manager, I've called and they told me I would be called back, I even complained when I took it to get serviced and till this day they still have not called me back about any of it. They did a half fast job just to get the car sold and being that I am a female they thought they could get over on me. I will never buy a car from there again. I was no satisfied at all.

We recently leased an RDX, the experience was noteworthy. We had completed some upfront research and knew the car that we wanted. On arrival, we were greeted and introduced to our salesman, Bill Cossman. He was an experienced salesman, very informative about the car and the financing. May I say we were looking for an efficient process and Lehigh Valley Acura provided us with a new leased vehicle in 2 days. We live 40min away from Acura or Lehigh, but still bring our mdx to them for service. This time the visit resulted u repairs that would take 3 hours. The staff was so considerate they offered me a loaner to go out to lunch while I waited for my car to be finished. I really appreciated that. The experience we had with the service center for our mdx has encouraged us to continue to bring our mdx and consider also a second Acura vehicle.

Bought a 2012 Acura RDX w/tech pkg. Saleman, Fernando Santiago was very knowledgteable and helpful. I had checked around the area for other Acura dealers and Lehigh Valley Acura was competitive. I try to be diligent about ongoing maintenance on my 2008 Acura MDX that now has 160,000 miles due to long trips that I take for hiking. I usually get the oil changed before I get to 20% since I want it to be taken care of before I go. The staff is always very cooperative about fitting me in and the work is always done when they say it will be. Most importantly, the ongoing maintenance has been effective and my car has never let me down.

This was my first visit to the service department since purchasing a 2015 MDX in September. I came in for a software update and my first oil change/tire rotation (which was free). They took my car right in as soon as we arrived, took about as long as they had told me for the download. Waiting area was comfortable and well appointed. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of free wifi, though they do offer an iPad for use while waiting. While we were waiting, Ray our original salesman walked by and remembered us and said hello, which was very much appreciated. All in all, a positive experience with the service department!

I worked with Maria in evaluating my choices and making a good deal. In 2007 I bought a new Acura TL from LV Acura and loved it. This trip to LV Acura was to buy a used Audi Q5 and maybe compare it to the RDX. My family drove the Audi with me and we loved it. Pricing was about the same to 2012 RDX, but the Q5 had 40k miles and the RDX with technology pkg. had only 18.5k. We chose the RDX because of overall quality, realibility, trade-in value and Maria and her team!

I was recently in market for an MDX (w/Adv. package). Based on my initial online enquiry, the internet salesperson emailed with an "internet price" that was ~$3500 below MSRP of ~$58000. Then I got several emails asking me to make a visit to the dealership saying they have great offers going on because they are clearing their inventory (holidays time) and may be able to give a great deal. I did finally visit them at ~5PM on a Saturday. Granted they were going to close soon, but they treated me like a nobody. Nobody offered me a seat. I told I am in market to purchase a new MDX and would like to get pricing information. The person (Zach) asks me whether I want to buy MDX `today' or whether I am just looking. Well, that was a funny question to begin with. I am not there to do window shopping. I told him that of course I am seriously looking to buy one and would like to see what deals they have. I asked him the price of the white MDX on display with the Advanced package. He then goes in, asks his manager, and comes back that the price would be "57 and change". I was aghast that he was quoting me close to MSRP for an in-stock vehicle, when everybody around in the world is selling at $3K-$4K less (look at Edmunds or TrueCar pricing). Everyone has internet access nowadays, so were they just trying to kid with me? Why did they call me at their dealership? If Acuras were not selling by themselves, this kind of attitude will not take a dealership anywhere. First, I won't do business with them. Second, I also kind of felt against buying an MDX now. Left such a bitter taste in my mind.

07 MDX replaced the battery at another location. Battery was still draining and needed a daily jump. Brian DiPasquale told me over the phone it could be one of two things, 1) Hands Free or 2) compressor relay are probably staying on after the ignition is off. It was the hands free. Fast fix but the F brakes were down to the metal. They caught it in time. They were over booked because of the Thanksgiving rush, but Brian took care of me. Start with them in 2004 and they haven't let me down for new car sales or service. Is it wrong when you want to buy a new car from the Service Manager because you trust him so much? :)

I called the dealership cause I just bought this car not from them but never the less I called Acura to tell them the problem but here it is my transmission is during slowly on me because of a defect from manufacturer and there was a recall but they told me the recall expired 5 years ago but I'm the second owner I just got the car 3 months ago so how is that my problem when the defect doesn't start happening till after 109,000 miles and I thought that a recall for them to fix it free of charge is a 10 year thing but recall started in 2004

My family and I have bought 3 cars here. Two 1989 Acura Interga's and One Acura CL 2001. We have enjoyed each time we went. But my two Acura Interga's are now in the junk yard. My Acura CL is geeting old and I am looking for a new car but I like 2 door cars and Acura doesn't have one so I will be leaving this family soon. I don't want to leave I like the people here Brian is the person I deal with in the service department and only him since one of the others I have had problems with. I had my Acura in for a rebuilt transmission since they don't have new ones for a 2001 CL 68,000+ and the transmission goes. :-( But Brian seems to have fixed the problem. Here's hopping that I have many more miles in my CL.

I recently purchased a pre-owned TL from this dealership. Mike and Dan in the pre-owned sales were great to work with and made the entire purchase experience a very pleasant one. In addition, these guys really knew their product. It was very clear to me that this organization was very motivated to sell cars...the *right* way!Only one service experience so far but it was top-notch. Very impressed with how organized and professional the service organization was. I even exchanged a few emails with Brian, the service manager, the day before in regards to getting the tires replaced and he promptly arranged to have the tires on-hand. Little did I know he did this on his day off!Would absolutely purchase from them again and know my car will be in very competent hands on future service visits.

I called in the morning to schedule an appointment to get my car inspected. I was pleasantly surprised that they could fit me in at 2:30 that same afternoon. I arrived and was greeted promptly by the service manager, he explained what was being done very thoroughly and even inquired about the past services that had been performed on my car. I was advised that the state and emissions inspection would take roughly 1 to 1 1/2 hours. About an hour later, I was heading out the door with a smile. Each service specialist i spoke with was courteous, friendly, and eager to make sure that my experience was positive. I have never had a bad experience at Lehigh Valley Acura. The only 4 I gave was for prices, dealer costs are always going to be more than service done outside of the dealership, but you can't beat the quality of the work for the price.Great job again!

In the beginning of August, I went to this Acura dealer to find out information regarding trading in my 2011 Hyundai Tucson for an Acura SUV. Michael Houser was an extremely personable employee who assisted me with this process. I ended up trading in my Tucson to lease the new Acura RDX, and I am extremely happy with the decision I made. During the time I spent there, Michael was very informative and patiently explained all of my options. There was never any pressure from him. I was also told I could contact him at any point with questions. He quickly would answer any questions I had and was very helpful throughout my entire experience. Other employees there were friendly and helpful as well! I really recommend going to this car dealer... & if you're lucky, Michael will be the employee to help you!

I bring three cars to this service station for all of my maintenance and the work that I have had done is definitely satisfactory. There does seem to be an issue with communication. It is can sometimes be tough to get through to one of the service reps if you have a during the day.

We originally came to the dealership just to look at a color on a MDX and were given such a good price, we bought an MDX. Bill spent a lot of time with us explaining all the features of our new vehicle when we picked it up. A very good group to work with.

I originally submitted an inquiry via the website. Within moments, I was contacted by phone and was able to set up a test drive for later that evening. I pulled up to the dealership and was greeted by my friendly and knowledgeable sales rep, Dan Nadeau. Dan was able to answer all questions I had. Vince Ramos in Finance answered all questions regarding my financing. From start to finish, I had an overall pleasant experience. I generally hate buying cars the tier experience I call it, where you go through one guy then there boss then another and so on. Well here it really was a pleasure, plain and open discussion not a lot of haggling we agreed on a reasonable price. Bill Cossman was helpful both before the sale and after the sale explaining the MDXs features trust me with the advance model, you need to be schooled. I have been back a few times to ask questions, he even came to my house and set up the garage door opener. Great guy with a great attitude recommend finding him, look him up.

I have been going to this dealership since I bought my MDX in 2001. Always great service! Recently had a weird leak in the car and they took the time to find and repair it. The cost was under what I expected. The Service Manager, Brian DiPasquale is friendly and knowledgeable and always does whatever he can to make the service experience a great one. I would highly recommend them.

Brought our mdx in for new tires. The service team is awesome and listens. Brian Dipasquale was able to help us afford to replace our struts that were badly worn (100k miles). Such a pleasant experience always. I'm not brand loyal and having this great service experience here at Lehigh Valley acura makes me want to come here when it's time for our next vehicle.

This past week I visited Lehigh Valley Acura for a Wash & Wax special. I decided to do a 4 wheel balance as well because we had a slight, but annoying vibration around 65 mph. It just so happened that Brian Di Pasquale, the service manager was standing at the service desk. He introduced himself. He quickly convinced me that he would be able to get rid of the vibration with a road force balance. I was so impressed with Brian's attention to detail, along with the tire tech Mike Dickert (vibration is gone!), that I decided to book another appointment, but this time for my BMW X5. He fit me in that same week. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced on custom wheels and did a 4 wheel alignment. Brain again got personally involved and with the help of the alignment tech Ed Betancourt, all was done to perfection and at a very affordable and competitive price! I couldn't be happier with the service and the personal attention to detail. Not a doubt in my mind that I'll be back. But in the mean time I will recommend this facility to anyone who's interested in having quality work done at an affordable price!

Lehigh Valley Acura Service Department is best-in-class. The Service Manager, Brian DiPasquale is friendly and knowledgeable and always does whatever he can to make the service experience a great one. My 2012 MDX's battery was dying immediately after getting the car washed and had to take it back to LV Acura service couple of times, where they thought that the problem is resolved only to resurface again, on the whole I had to take the car back 3 times finally when Brian and Stacy decided that they want to make sure every thing is taken care of and I receive the car back in good working condition..which they did..Extremely happy with the service received will definitely go back for future services. Couldn't have been happier with the service received..Thank you for taking care of my MDX..An extremely happy customer..

I've purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships and this was one of the best experiences i've had. Brian was a down to earth, no pressure salesman who made the whole experience pretty pain-free. This isn't your average dealership; I actually felt like they cared about my experience throughout the process, rather than just if I would buy the car. The negotiation process followed the standard back and forth a few times, but they they didn't come up with any off the wall number. I truly felt like Brian listened to where I wanted to be number-wise and we reached an agreement fairly quickly. They gave me a decent trade value as well.If I had one complaint, it would be that the paperwork process took about 3 hours to complete, but it was just a minor hiccup in an overall great experience. In the dealerships defense, it was a bank issue, not them. They were even able to get me at a better rate and lower payment then we initially discussed, so it was definitely worth the wait.If you are looking for a used car, don't hesitate to stop by and definitely ask for Brian. This dealership was about 2 hours from my house and it was definitely worth the trip and I'll be coming back in a few years for my next vehicle.

Even thouth we live more than 60 miles away from Lehigh Valley Acura it is well wort for us to come there for service. The service is allways great, people are freindly and knowlegible . Facility is very accomodative and well taken care of. Waiting time is fare. During the service , service adviser mr. Wayne Kindle keeps us posted on current situation and wayting time left. At the end of the service we get adviced on jobs done and get recomendation for future services. Manager Mr Brian Dipasquale is always on the top of everything.

Brian was fantastic in working with me to replace the passenger side mirror housing that the so stupidly cracked when pulling out of my garage. I was pleasantly surprised when Brian told me that the part would be available in less then two days and already had an appointment setup for me. Work was done in the time I was told plus they rotated my tires, changed the oil, and fluids in the transfer case and differential.Wayne, my service writer is always pleasant and explains all the repairs in full detail.I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Acura for your next car purchase or just having your care service there.Jim Castagna

Wayne was very thorough. After I told him what service I wanted I left it do conduct some errands. Once the service was started he called me and alerted me to the level of service my vehicle was in need of and the fact that my vehicle inspection was overdue. I was losing air in my Acura's right rear tire, needing air every other day. I was given appt. for next day, greeted in friendly and professional manner - as always - nail in tire found, plugged, and I was ready to roll in a half-hour! Minimal cost, and condition of tires, brakes, fluids, etc. reviewed at no charge. EXCELLENT service!

I brought my Acura in for service expecting a costly replacement for my Catalytic Converter. I was beyond thrilled when Wayne called and informed me that Acura had extended the warranty and there would be NO cost for a new catalytic converter and the rest of the service that day. I had a damaged tire on New Years Eve and bad weather was approaching. I setup an appointment online using Lehigh Valley Acura - Service Center online scheduling website. To my amazement, Brian DiPasquale promptly answered my request for service and contacted me via email to assist in getting my car in for service before the snow storm at a time convenient for me. Service was prompt, fast, I am glad I scheduled the appointment online since it was after hours and on a Holiday. I was ready for the storm with a good tire and not have to worry about breaking down and trying to fix a flat tire in the cold and snow. Thank you Brian and Stacy, you Rock!

The manner in which this service center operates is very smooth and professional. From the moment you make your appt to the time you finish, you are treated with great overall service. Starting with suggested services according to your vehicle's miles and raod wear, all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. This is usually the difference between a breakdown or not on the road! The also keep you in the loop of services that you may want to schedule down the road. All services are explained in a manner that is easy to digest. I often feel more educated about my vehicle after I have visited LV Acura and that says alot about the quality people working for them! In addition, the complimentary wash and wax is nice too! Every time I leave this place I feel like i'm driving a new vehicle! A+ keep up the great work!

Went in for a scheduled tire replacement....The weekend before the appointment, someone got "sick" in the vehicle. Although it was cleaned before the appointment, the stench remained. I asked about a smell remover, and Brian quickly coordinated for the car to be taken to the Vinart Recon center to shampoo the carpets of the affected area. He personally took the vehicle there. That was above and beyond the level of service I expected. Thank you!

I had been in a week earlier to have oil and filter replaced. At that time I pointed out that the weather stripping on the rear window was coming off. I had to go back because the part needed to be ordered. When I came in, the visit was just for replacing the weather stripping. While in the waiting area, Wayne came in to say he could save me a future trip by completing state inspection while I was there. That was great since I live in Palmerton which is quite a distance from LV Acura. Thanks Wayne!

It's an Acura so I know service is going to be expensive. I was greatly that the service advisor took multiple coupons to help reduce the price by $300+. I also appreciated that they had all my service records so I could assess how many miles I got on my last set of tires, as I needed to buy a new set to pass inspection.

I have been here before and been pleased with the service. The work has always been good. Dealership type of expensive, but so far it has been done correctly. The advisers don't generally push the extras too much. This visit went wrong from the beginning. The interaction with the adviser was not the best. A major problem occurred when a small extra job was recommended. It was agreed to after it was made very very very clear that departure from the dealer was necessary at a set time. The car wasn't done and no one really seemed to care. Maybe they could have loaned me a car for an hour? Or at least moved with a sense of urgency?

My wife and I came to this dealership this past Monday to see what kind of deal we could get on a new Acura RDX. After many offers my wife and I decided to sleep on the offers. As we were walking out a final offer was made and seemed to be quite good. My wife and I discussed it that night and both decided to accept. the following day the same offer was repeated to us and delivery was set up for that Thursday. When I arrived to pick up the new car another manager took my trade for a ride and checked it out otherwise. As time passed I could sense that there was a problem. My sales consultant informed me that there was a problem with the other managers quote on my trade. They were now offering $2000 less. Needless to say I was floored. The manager who was now making the call did not even come out to talk to me. I was told they would call after they checked other wholesalers. that afternoon I contacted the owner of the dealership through their website. I own my own business and in my book a verbal agreement is a viable contract. After saying he was sorry he proceeded to offer me $350 more for my trade. I felt he had a chance to make this right. In my business I deal with 30 to 40 people per day. I will be sure to tell this story to anyone who brings up car buying.

My experience at Lehigh Valley Acura went very well. I actually was not planning on buying a car, I was just with a friend who was looking to buy a car, and then I saw the Acura ILX. I still did not plan on buying a car but I figured i would take it for ride after my friend test drove the car he was looking at. I like that the sales person, Vince, treated me just as much of a customer even though I was only there because of my friend. Long story short, I didn't think they would be able to get the payment where I needed it to be, but they did! They worked hard to get me bumped to the best lease rate also. I appreciate all the work they did. My trade in was a fair quote right off the bat, as well as the selling price of the vehicle. Vince was straight with me the whole time, and didn't play any games. When I'm ready for another vehicle, it will be an Acura from Lehigh Valley Acura

Purchased a used car from their used car lot. When I had a problem with the car I left a message & they never called me back but they called me every day until I purchased the car. I haven't even put any miles on the car & I had to have the tranny repaired & it cost me $1,233.00. They do not check out their used cars. I have owned this car for only over a month!!!

I have always been very happy with with the service here. I am convinced my cars last longer because of the great mechanics. Also, the car is always finished on time. If a problem comes up I am notified right away. The problem and costs are explained before any work is done. The waiting room has wifi, coffee, and water available. Customer service reps are very professional and easy to deal with.

The experience was unexpectedly pleasant. We were shopping for similar cars over the past week before we purchased. We advised the dealers that we were ready to buy and still got the usual end run. The sales manager and sales agent were very accomodating. We countered their offer and told them we were going to make a decison the next day. The next day the Sales agent called and gave us an offer we felt we could not refuse.

Was told a harness was messed up and it may have been caused by a previous body work on my ACURA certified used vehicle. Replaced harness and sensor, my cost. My question was why do I have to pay for something that should be covered as part of a certified used vehicle program? The first answer I received was, "Your vehicle wasn't purchased here" - it was. The second answer was, "It was recent body work." I've owned the vehicle for two years and it hasn't been to any body shops. So I have a couple questions - Why did ACURA 'certify' a vehicle for resale that may have had previous body work? What is the certification process? Why was a bad harness not noticed? What exact criteria is used for a LHV Acura dealship to blame me for having 'recent' bodywork?

I have been a loyal Acura customer for quite a few years and have found Lehigh Valley Acura service to be reliable and great. The individual touch they provide when reviewing your service needs is a bonus. Their loaners provide a great way to still get around without being inconvenienced while your car is being serviced. From the minute I walked into the dealership I felt like I was being treated like the only customer that mattered. I worked with Bill C. who went over the vehicle in detail. Bill understood the car, the technology, and had a great knowledge about the brand and its history. He was able to answer all the questions including what Acura had done to make the model I was looking at better than the last one. Bill not only communicated his passion for the brand but he made me feel like it was truly genuine and not just for sales. After a few days of talking and negotiating we were able to reach a deal. I normally never went back to the dealer for repairs unless it was under warranty work. But Acura service is the only place I will go since I purchased my Acura TL, great service, never have to go back to get the job re-done.....

I recently took my Acura MDX in for some routine maintenance (e.g. fluids changed), which I neglected to do since owning the car. Wayne could not have been more helpful. I was provided a loaner, which made the process very convenient since they needed the car all day. I also had a rattle properly fixed by the staff under the warranty coverage. Lastly, they detailed my car. I was very pleased with the results. Thanks again!

This was my first service visit. From scheduling my appointment to my experience on arrival, I was treated respectfully and professionally.Car was delivered within the time promised. Whether you need to work on your laptop, make a call, have privacy or want to just watch television, they have a place for you. Coffee station and bagel basket are a very nice touch!

The only thing I did not like about my experience was when they told me my car would sit for a couple of months. They told me they would try to lend me a vehicle and they never called me back to tell me they could not approve it. I then had to call up acura's customer service and they approved it with no problem. I just understand why the dealership could not and they work for the company. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed one rim was a complete different color and they placed it on my car. Progressive supplied the wheel and I understand they messed up. What I didn't like was how the dealership did not step in to get the right rim instead I had to contact progressive. How would you place a completely different color wheel on the car knowing its not right.

I located the exact certified TL I wanted online. With a quick call to the dealer, I made on offer and it was accepted with NO haggling. Lehigh Valley Acura sent me the paperwork via overnight mail and helped me to work with my shipping company to have the car delivered to me within days in perfect condition(and showroom clean). My experience at Lehigh Valley Acura was wonderful. The tone was set by my salesman, Ray. I visited the dealership two months ago and told him that I was just researching vehicles and that I wasn't ready to buy. This didn't matter to him. He gave me a couple of hours of his time happily introducing me to the Acura product line and taking me out for test drives. I asked him if he'd be still working at Lehigh Valley Acura when the lease on my other vehicle was up. I told him that, since he gave me so much of his time, I wanted him to sell me a vehicle when the time came and get the commission. He said that he probably would be there at the dealership but that I shouldn't worry if another salesperson sold me an Acura. He said that they were all on the same team. That sense of spirit and his strong belief in both the vehicles and the Acura team was really refreshing. Happily, this spirit was shared by the sales manager, the financial guy and all the employees that I encountered at Lehigh Valley Acura. There was never any sales pressure. Ray (my salesman) just wanted to make sure that I got the vehicle that best fit my needs and expectations. While going in thinking that I would lease a new model, I drove a car that just came back from being on a three year lease and I bought that. It's a 2010 TSX that looks and acts brand new. It's a 6-speed manual and a lot of fun to drive. It feels like a new car and that says a lot about an Acura. How many other vehicles in its price range would act and look as new as an Acura after three years of heavy use? I know that I'll have my TSX for a while but I also know that when I'll buy my next car it will be an Acura from Lehigh Valley Acura.

I took my 2012 MDX in or servicing. They gave me a loaner car to use for the day, which allowed me to get things done instead of a long wait. That was appreciated and helped to keep me on schedule.

I located the exact certified TL I wanted online. With a quick call to the dealer, I made on offer and it was accepted with NO haggling. Lehigh Valley Acura sent me the paperwork via overnight mail and helped me to work with my shipping company to have the car delivered to me within days in perfect condition(and showroom clean). This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience of my life and I did it from 350 miles away! Great work everyone.

Excellent service and reliability is why I continue to buy Acura vehicles. Acura service is what "sells" me . I presently own two Acuara vehicles. I will be trading one in sometime this year. I am waiting to buy a new RL or its replacement when the all wheel drive version becomes available.

I only bought from this dealer because of the great service from Brian D. Brian recommended Geno in sales when I bought my new TL in Jan. I got a great price, maybe because of long term loyalty but completly happy with these two gentlemen. And happy w my TL. I tell my wife when I grew up (50yrs old now) I want to work as an engineer for Honda. I love their cars and Lehigh Valley Acura.

The service department does an excellent job maintaining my two Acuras. They have serviced my cars for the past 5 years and have always treated my cars with kid gloves.Personally they have either provided me with a ride to work or loaned me a car for the interim. When I get a car back it's like having a new car. It's been washed and vacuumedand just hums along.

Initially I made the appointment for my vehicle for an oil change and had a coupon. The gentleman I checked in with looked up my information and realized that I have an agreement that covered the charges for the oil change and was very helpful in explaining everything to me. We have used this dealership for approximately 10 years, and overall the service has been outstanding. In fact although I liked another car better, our last purchase was from this dealership due to the positive service experience. Unfortunately this last experience had one negative component as the communication level that we have come to expect was not experienced this time. Once the contact was finally made, everything was corrected, and the car has never performed better.

I get all my service done at this dealer. They are always very courteous and friendly. They fully explain the service before and after the work is done. I've been dealing with these folks for six years. I find the sales and service people very knowledgeable and professional but still friendly. My most recent visit was for state inspection and an oil change. Janson orchestrated the visit in his usual professional manner. I take all my vehicles here for tires,service, inspection, etc., not just my Acura. It's true the prices are higher than my local auto repair shop but so are my expectations and I've never been disappointed.

New car purchase. Fair price. Staff went above and beyond staying greater than an hour after closing time to finish paperwork for my busy schedule. Return appointment for placement of running boards in service department exceeded my expectations for quality and courtesy. Extremely clean loaner car immediately available at my arrival. My car was finished on time and looked incredible upon receipt. Would highly recommend service department. Only complaint was never contacted about inquiry concerning possible second car purchase when i asked about current promotions and specials. Probably for the best.

They certainly have a strong team of happy employees; however, $125 to rotate my tires and lubricate the brakes seems way to steep (I would be that happy if I could charge my customers that much too). I went in for an oil change of which I got suckered into purchasing the maintenance package when I bought the car, and that only covered the first $30 or so. The classic bait and add on tactic.

Went in car shopping and test drove a car. The sales lady would not give my fiancee and pricing because we weren't going to buy a car "today". My Fiancess response was I'm not buying today because you aren't giving me any numbers.The were 3 cars we liked but could not get any pricing, financing offers etc. My fiancee finally walked out in frustration. I called the sales manager Mr Chavez later and got the same runaround. "If its a good deal you should jump on it now he says". I told the She wanted more info but he kept on this idiotic line. I've been dealing with Lehigh Valey Acura for over 5 years. Their service department is great and the reason I chose LVA for my 2012 MDX purchase. I've owned many american cars and luxury brands like Infinity and Lexus. In my opinion, the Acura MDX gives the best overall driving experience. My wife agrees since she drives a 2008 Acura RDX. I was surprised to find my sales person, Lisa Koch, was the same person that sold me my 1995 Toyota Avalon. Lisa is a very nice person to deal with. She knew that when I come in to look at a car I'm usually ready to buy. I already had pricing information from their internet source and was able to reach a deal on the 2012 MDX in one iteration with the sales manager. I drove the car home the same day.

My husband and I have been Acura customers for nearly 10 years and we have always had an excellent experience with the service department, in fact they are the primary reason that we go to Lehigh Valley Acura...the outstanding service we always receive! Our latest visit was no exception, the car intake was quick and efficient, the customer waiting area was comfortable and the car was ready right on time. If I had to choose one thing to complain about it would be the fact that although they include a free car wash with your service, they never wipe the car off completely so I always have to take 5 minutes & do it myself before I leave so I don't get water spots all over my car! Overall the service was excellent and I am very happy to be an Acura owner.

We have been a VinArt Acura customer since 1989. We've bought 3 new Acuras from them and numerous Hondas from their sister dealership. Everything hasn't always been perfect but they worked with me on any incident until I was satisfied. I've owned BMW's, Fords, Chevy's, GMC's, Dodges and VW's but I won't let anyone work on my Acura RL except the guys at VinArt. They're not cheap, but then quality never is. If something isn't quite right (and I'm a finicky owner), they work with me until I feel that it is right.

Took the car in for a repair that was a recall situation. The car was returned to my wife, she drove down the street and took it back because it was loud and had a tremendous vibration. The next day they said it was perfect, she picked uip the car drove it home and it was still very loud and had an extreme vibration. The following MOnday she returned the car and was, once again told the car was perfect. After calling Acura in California, we received a phone call from the local service mananger to bring the car in. Two days later, without any paper work, we were told it required a transmission fluid change and that solved the problem. I have several issues with this, b ut if that was all it required why was that not the first thing they did. Also, through all of this we were continuously told that a manual transmission is always louder than an automatic, if they are both in neutral and at the same RPM there should be no diference in sound. The next issue was the engine vibration and it was easy to see. But according to LV Acura the car was perfect. The attitude and the indifference that my wifes complaints and concerns were met with, along with the smoke blown over three or four visits as excuses only proves to me that they are minimally concerned with solving a problem. Unless you can define the problem, trouble shoot the car, and give them precise instruction to fix something they are unwilling and incapable of doing it on their own. THey will not admit to their short comings and will simply tell you the car is perfect, or suggest that your car is different than anything they can compare it to and there is no way for them solve "your imaginary problem". Whe n we finally got the car back, and it seems to be correct, they told us they simply changed the transmission fluid, but we were not given any paper work regarding the last work done on the car. This makes me wonder, and if they were initially correct, and it only needed a transmission fluid change, why don't I have the paper work for my records. I have serious doubts about this service department and we are actively seeking an alternative servicing Acura dealer.

overall my experience was good upon till my encounter with your Finance Manager Mike. He is arrogant and self-centered and has no regards for customer's feelings. I was asked to meet with him to discuss and sign off on the purchase of my 2012 RDX.Upon entering his office,Mike kept his eyes on the computer screen only for a split second did he look at me to asked me to sign the bottom of the sales agreement form.Because of my excellent credit score of 756, I questioned the rate that was given to me. Mike rudely glared at me just enough to let me know that I was being offered an excellent rate and that he thought the terms and rates was agreed to; prior to me coming to his office.I would hope that Mike is given some training in customer service.I am taking this time to let you know about the professionalism of an employee because I sincerely hope something is done to prevent this type of service in the future.As I am a 3 time returned customer to your Dealership I would expect to be treated with more professionalism. I don't think that is too much to expect when doing bussiness with an establishment such as yours.

I have been coming to this dealership for the past 6 years after having bought my TL there. Not a typical sales experience - yes they want to sell you cars, but one gets the feeling that they are looking to establish a long term relationship with you for additional car sales, referrals and service appointments. Being in sales myself, I understand the value of relationships and clearly so does the management here. And they get to know you. Its the kind of place you want to do business with. As someone who only dealer services their cars, the attention to detail paid is very gratifying. The only negative is that while they do fully inform me of that is happening with my car, I sometimes have a bit of sticker shock when it comes to the repair services. However recognizing that, the service group always seems to do one or two things for me that is a value add, reducing my 'shock' and re-enforcing that my decision to have work done there was correct. I will tell you that both service managers I've worked with Rex, then Mustapha are amazing - dealership gold.I am beginning to start to consider my next car, and will be certainly working with Margaret to explore the new Acura line-up. Like the rest of the team, she's personable, knowledgable, and one doesn't get the high pressure sales approach from her. Unfortunately not sure I will be purchasing an Acura next, which will be sad for me. Love the dealership, not thrilled with the new Acura designs though. Honda needs to reconsider the terms sleek and elegant in defining their luxury cars. Maybe when I'm ready, the model line up will have taken a different design aesthetic.

After shopping at two other dealerships for my new RDX I was pleasntly surprised by the no nonsense, no pressure sales approach by Margaret Bisazza. Margaret took the time to present the car and all it's features, along with a test drive. The final sale was completed in less than half an hour, without any pressure. Visited LV Acura on a recommendation, after suddenly finding myself in the market for a vehicle, following an auto accident in which my car was totaled. Larry & Sonny were extremely gracious, courteous, and professional and took the time to understand my needs, fit me into a vehicle that met my liking, and at a fair price. Stopped by on a Saturday morning to purchase a headlight bulb for my RDX, not knowing that the type was very specialied and expensive. Mustafa let me know this and also that the bulb was covered under warranty and directed me to Wayne.Wayne brought the car in right away and resolved my issue, though i didn't have an appointment and at no charge!The sales experience was very good here, but the service experiences will ensure I'll continue to be a repeat customer!

Took my car right away. Service was done at the time they said it would be. I had coupons which they used to bring down the service fees. Gave me a car to run some errands.Very friendly and willing to help and discuss what was needed for the service.Things I was disappointed with, upon my return I had a few minutes to wait but the waiting area was overly crowded, not much room to sit or even stand. Also, I would like to see at least one day of evening service hours.Overall, I good experience each time we take our car in for service. Very pleased with the dealership and our Acura!

So far I have been very pleased with the level of assistance that this dealership provided. I needed new tires and a "B126" servicing. I dropped the car off, was given a loaner and the car was finished in a few hours. They also replaced my windshield wipers, which I forgot to mention to the manager when I brought it in.If I am ever in the market for a new Acura, this is definitely the dealership I would use. There is never any pressure to do any "unnecessary" maintainance. My son is an elite mechanic for Mercedes Benz in Baltimore and when I had taken my car in to a NJ dealership for a routine oil change, they told me I had to have the a/c checked for $75.00. I called him first, and he said it was just unnecessary. The car only had 35,000 miles on it.Yup, this is my dealership of choice!

Even tho the drive from Toms River, NJ is over 2 hours it is worth it. The service from this dealer is excellent. I am a former resident of PA now living in NC. My mom lives in Toms River so when I visit her I also take my 06 tsx to LVA when service is needed. My car now has almost 124,000 problem free miles thanks to them. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with the service department at LV Acura for over 15 years. The staff is consistently knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to deal with. We have owned Acura cars for years and the service that we get from this dealership is consistently outstanding. Mustafa in particular brings a depth of knowledge that is the best I have ever experienced in my 30 years of owning cars.

I recently purchased a 2008 Acura MDX CPO and was very pleased with the purchasing experience with Brian and Jim. Very upfront, respectful and accommodating. I found a 2010 6 speed manual TSX online and drove about an hour to see it. The TSX with manual transmissions were very hard to find, and Lehigh Valley had one at a very reasonable price. I drove it and fell in love. They also gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership.

Once the Sales and Finance weenies stopped playing their 'back and forth' game we bought the car we wanted.The Salesman and the internet saleslady were top notch and overextended themselves to accommodate us.We would buy another auto from them, however the Sales Manager and the Finance guy have the 'short-man syndrome', so be prepared to stand your ground with them.

A recent out of state move caused us to switch Acura dealers for the first time in decades causing mild concern as we have only had one dealer service our multiple Acura cars. Not to worry - experience and people and service could not have been better. Very flexible in scheduling an appointment that met my schedule needs; I arrived a bit early for appointment; they took the car right away; finished ahead of schedule - I barely had time to enjoy their bagel and coffee and skim the newspaper. We'll be back!

This is one of the few dealerships that genuinely cares. They earned my business for life. Even though I have to drive over 60 miles one way and rent a car locally while they work on my TL, it's all worth it. They were recommended to me on acurazine.com and I was not disappointed. My local dealer kept blowing me off when I had a recurring problem, but these guys took their time to find the cause and then fixed it under warranty even though technically they didn't have to. We are talking engine work here that is not cheap. I highly recommended this Acura service department. I don't have any experience with their sales staff, but will definitely visit them when I shop for another Acura.

An Acura RDX lease quote request was submitted 11/13/10. The response was interesting, but more than I expected to pay. I then indicated what was not acceptable. Calianno asked if I could meet with them to discuss yet this afternoon. I met with a salesman and manager who went into a form of bait and switch. They were wrong and not at all interested in working with what was quoted. I have documented proof that their "story" was without merit. They know they lied to my face.

Well my experience started out pretty bad with the first Sales Staff I dealt with last week. Without going into anymore detail regarding that. I was extremely impressed with being contacted by Andy and Sonny of Lehigh Valley Acura. They listened and truly did not want to lose a customer. It is nice when someone listens and they did. Mr. Green was VERY nice, and helped with the "trauma" of buying another vehicle. It was the first time my daughter bought an expensive vehicle, and he helped WAY above and beyond! She was very unsure of how and what to do, and Ralph did NOT put any pressure to buy, just asked her how to go about getting to where she wanted to be to be comfortable buying the car. I had a costly issue with my vehicle that was out of warranty and was uncertain what my next step would be.Mustafa and the service team were able to suggest ideas they would follow through with independent of my involvement, and were therefore able to recommend Acura contribute to the cost of the repair. When it was all said and done, Acura paid for 80% of the repair despite the vehicle being out of warranty.i have recommended several folks to Lehigh Valley Acura to purchase their vehicles because they and Acura stand behind their product.

It is hard to put into words how we feel about this dealership. Saying how excellent they are is not enough. They are even alot better than excellent. Wish other dealers would take lessons from them. Even living in North Carolina we make an effort to keep coming back to Vinart dealerships to either buy or service our cars. Highly recommend them.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2010 MDX Tech package, so we went to Lehigh Valley Acura to test-drive the vehicle. We began working with Mike from day one, who is one of the best sales professionals in the industry. We were not going to purchase on our first visit and Mike was understanding of that, never pushing us to buy "today." We gathered pricing from other local Acura dealerships and found that Lehigh Valley Acura was by far, the most competitive. In fact, 4/5 other dealerships told us to "buy from them if the price we showed them was real." We went back to Lehigh Valley Acura to purchase the vehicle. Though it took some time for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership, Mike was extremely patient with us (even though we called him week after week asking for updates). I had a really good experience, we had problem with '04 MDX and Mustafa told me that they would work with us and make it right and he really keep to his word. There where more than one single problem and your staff stayed with the problems until they where sure that they where taken care of and I thank them for that. The car is running better and increase fuel economy.

Brian, who is always friendly, accepted my MDX on very short notice, so that Icould drive on a long trip the next day. They finished the work quickly, then conveniently called me on my cell when it was ready, and charged me fairly for the repairs. The car was nicely cleaned when I picked it up. I havealways had a pleasant experience with Lehigh Valley Acura and would highlyrecommend them. (I once tried to cut corners by trying anotherrepair shop to save a little cash, and found that the discounted shopdid not do the job as thoroughly)

I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. First off, they sold me a car without an owners manual. I have been requesting a manual from them for two months, and still have yet to see it. Seriously? How do you sell a car without a manual? Secondly, when I purchased the car from them, one of the tires had a gash in the sidewall. I asked if it could be replaced. They insured me that it passed their safety test and would not be an issue. Low and behold, the tire has been nothing but trouble and leaks all the time. I am failing to see what is safe about a tire that doesn't hold pressure. That leaves me to wonder how reliable the other safety tests are that were done on the car. If you are buying a car from this dealership, make sure to believe nothing they tell you.

Purchased a used TSX and traded in a older TL. Our sales person Craig Hower was excellent. Very knowledgable about the vehicles. The TSX we purchased is great. Only complaint was the negotiating. I was told my TL was worth very little due to high mileage, yet when they advertised this car on their website, it was listed at more than 2x what they gave me for it. I thought that was a little unfair. Otherwise I have always had great experience at this dealership.

I started to use the Service Department last year and was very impressed with their professionalism. When I decided to purchase my second MDX I compared my previous dealer and Lehign Valley. I am very pleased with the service I have received at this dealership. I take my MDX there for regular maintenance and have never been disappointed. Everyone there is extrememly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. One time my oil change took longer than expected, about 1 1/2 hours, which I didn't realize because I was sitting in their comfortable waiting room watching TV. The manager apologized for the wait and told me I wasn't going to be charged for the service because it took so long and my car was also washed and vaccumed when it was returned. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was very much appreciated and the great customer service will keep me coming back.

Ralph Green was a very pleasant, honest sales consultant. We were aloted all the time we wanted to look over the vehicle without any pressureand any questions were answered to best ability. When I arrive the service assistant greeted me immediately and took my information. Stated my car would be ready within an hour. He also said they would wash it. My RDX was ready in less than an hour. While I was waiting, I read my book and before I new it my car was ready and I was on my way.

From the very first handshake to the last. These folks are very gracious and professional. We were afforded test drives in all models. Our trade in was evaluated and priced right. This dealership is part of the Vinart group from which we have purchased two new vehicles over the past six years. We have always had positive experiences with this dealership wether purchasing new, visiting the service department or now having made a pre-owned purchase.Our sales rep., Brian was relatively new to the dealership, but had obviously been well trained as he was very courteous and knew the inventory that he had to work with. This is by far my favorite dealership to get my car serviced. The service people are always friendly, have a lot of information and give accurate time estimates. On this occasion, I got to my appointment early and was taken care of immediately. Every time I visit this dealership it is a quick and painless process. The price is what to be expected from a luxury dealership, but they don't try to upsell me or offer services I don't need. I also really like the fact that they call 10 minutes before the car is ready because I usually spend my waiting time at the diner down the road, so I know when to start making my way back. Overall, this is by far the best Acura dealership I've been to for service.

As always, I opted to wait while the car was receiving scheduled servicing. Wifi was available so I was able to work on my laptop. The service was completed in less than an hour and I was on my way. I've been having my cars serviced at this dealership since 1995 and I have never been disappointed in their professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. Keep up the good work.

After being in an accident, I needed to car shop, something that I HATE to do. I researched cars on-line and knew that an Acura was one of the cars I wanted to try. I use to drive only American made cars. Now I will be driving Acura TSX..TOTALLY LOVE THAT CAR. Safety is key plus the added bonus of luxury. The service personnel are always friendly, helpful, and accurate in their assessment of the time required for the service. The waiting area is very pleasant (except for the incessant chatter of Fox News!) and Internet access is available. I feel that the cost of the service is fair for a dealership and I have all my work done there except for an occasional oil change.

I purchased a BMW 328xi last week from Lehigh Valley Acura and my experience was the best I've ever had with a dealership. Chris was my sales guy and he kept me informed of what was going on minute by minute. I felt like I was important to them which is how everyone should feel when you're purchasing a car regardless of your situation. Matt who is the finance guy was just amazing as well, called back immediately, did everything he could to get me that car. We are always greeted warmly and by name. Our wait time is never excessive - if more needs to be done than anticipated we are given choices: to wait, come back, leave car and enjoy a loan car. Since we come a distance these choices are very much appreciated. Our specific concerns are always addressed. On this last visit we were informed that we should consider tires and front brakes on our next scheduled appt. However, we were reassured that we would still pass inspection this month and that our safety was in no way compromised. This was explained in great detail as well as the choices in tires and approximate cost of same, giving us time to plan accordingly.I aoplogize that I cannot give the name of the person to whom I spoke this time without going out to the car and looking at my receipt. The entire service staff has always been responsive to my concerns whether just a small matter about a light bulb to a major mechanical issue. The mechanic and service tech listen to you and get your fed back. They schedule service to accommodate your schedule. Lastly, they serve great coffee and bagels!

I have had my 2006 Acura RL less than a year, and every time I have brought the car in for service, the men in the office explained every question I had, several times bringing me out to the car to show me features. This last visit on Mon. 3/22 was for an oil change and inspection. Every line of the bill was explained both before and after work was performed. I have been extremely pleased so far with the courtesy, friendliness, and it would seem, expert mechanics and office staff to whom I entrust my car.

A few years ago, I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been dealing with the Montgomeryville Acura sales team. After multiple visits and several hours of negotiations, I had become very frustrated with the dealership. I felt as though the dealership was not responding well to me and that they were never giving me a straight answer during the negotiation process. It was at this time that I decided to call the Lehigh Valley Acura dealership. I was put in touch with Matt Murphy and ended up buying a car on my first visit to the dealership without any problems. As my lease on that vehicle recently began to reach the end of the term, I got back in touch with Matt again to discuss my options with a new lease. Matt arranged a time to meet with me and did everything he could to get me into the new car that I wanted. Because of the service I've received from Matt and the rest of the Lehigh Valley team, I will continue to do business with this dealership in the future and reccomend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to get in touch with Matt / Lehigh Valley Acura. My Service was above and beyond my expectations. I pulled up to the garage doors which opened for me to drive my car right indoors. I was immediately met by a service representative who sat down with me and went over what would be covered in the PA State Inspection. He also informed me there would be no charge. As an extra plus, he also informed me that the vehicle would be washed and vacuumed. What a great treat! I then was offered to sit in the waiting area where I was offered to help myself to coffee, tea, juice or water. There was an array of newspapers, magazines and a big screen television to pass the time. When my vehicle was finished, the representative came to the waiting area to inform me. I then sat down with the representative as he went over all the details and findings of the service. Then, on top of my great experience so far, I was informed that since my vehicle was purchased from this dealer, that there was no charge. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Lehigh Valley Acura.

Service at this dealership has been great. I have shown up twice with emergency issues and they immediately addressed the problems and got me back on the road sooner than I could have expected. The quality of my Acura TL is a different issue. Way too many electrical (handsfree link, mirror actuators, seat memory, interior lighting failures) and fit & finish quality (mirror silvering, rattles & squeaks) issues for a luxary car.

I have dealt with Toyota, Nissan, Mazda and Lexus dealerships and this Acura dealer is the best by far. The appointments are to my schedule, the help is friendly,knowledgable and professional. The work is performed in a timely manor as I usually wait on site. This dealer location is not in the most convenient place for me.And probably the most impressive thing to me is the prices are reasonable. I sure hope they don't start selling flushes as the Toyota dealer started doing. To see how that Toyota dealer was taking advantage of customers, mostly women, was an embarrasment to me as I sat in the waiting area. My other car is presently a Lexus.

Obviously I like Acura automobiles since I own both an 2007 MDX and 2008 RDX. The few times I had to take my Acura's in to Lehigh Valley Acura for service have been very positive experiences. The service advisors are very friendly and treat you as a valued customer. The service work is always done right the first time and the quality of work is excellent. Before starting my career as an electrical engineer, I worked many years on repairing and maintaining automobiles with my father. Up until about 10 years ago I did all my own maintenance on my cars. I'm probably in the small group of Acura owners who actually checks and understands the work that was done on my car at the dealership. In all cases I have been pleased with the service I've seen from Lehigh Valley Acura. Unlike my previous experience with an another make Japanese luxury car company, I've never had to go back with problems caused by the service department. Good job Lehigh Valley Acura!

I am usually suspect of dealership service as being overly pricey. This is especially true as my cars go past 100,000 miles. I have serviced my car at Lehigh Valley Acura since I purchased it in 2006. Even as my car is now beyond the point I usually switch to my local garage mechanic (100,00 miles), I still keep bringing my car in for service here. The staff is great and the service costs are reasonable.

I recently noticed that my wipers were not working after the big snow storm and stopped into the service department without an appointment. My problem was addressed and fixed in a very timely fashion.I waited in a clean lounge with a nice TV set and current and interesting periodicals and newspapers and was greeted by Mustafa. I wanted to let you know that your Acura service department is excellent.The staff and crew are absolutely second to none in my book.Easily two, three times better than any other group I've worked with over the years.For example, I needed to come in three (3) times this week for small fixes, each important, and you squeezed me in even though I had no appointment. In each case, I needed to wait for the vehicle, and it was done in 1/2 hour or less.Historically, your staff provides an 'old fashioned' customer service approach generally unmatched in today's increasingly hurried world.Congratulations to you and your organization!PS - If you pass this note along, do NOT forget all of the guys on the shop floor! Your excellent front-end customer experience would mean nothing without the work being done correctly the first time, every time.

Good guys to work with, they both helped us tremendusly to get a good deal on a Certified Used Vehicle. They made the unenjoyable job of car shopping almost pleasant. After a few test drives and side-by-side comparisons, we purchased an Accura Certified Preowned, 2006 MDX. The customer service at Lehigh Valley Acura was outstanding. The sales staff created a comforatable atmosphere for buying a car. All of my questions about their vehicles were answered quickly and confidently. The sale price of the vehicle was very competitive, and once the deal was closed, the vehicle was delivered clean and detailed.The efficency of the business office made the transaction easy and timley. If you are in the market for a new vehicle in the Lehigh Valley, I would highly recommend stopping by.

Excellent sales experience from start to finish. I was able to lock up a deal and leave with my new car quickly and would highly recommend this dealership and my salesman, Michael Aumann. I have had my 2010 MDX for a week now and could not be happier with the vehicle.

Before purchasing my new Acura, I researched the dealerships in my surrounding area. I was impressed with the positive reviews for Lehigh Valley Acura, especially one heartfelt review from a loyal customer who moved to North Carolina and still scheduled his vehicle service at Lehigh Valley Acura when he was back in PA to visit family. Matt, my sales consultant was very professional and courteous. He was patient while teaching me to use the various features of the technology package, and he followed up after purchase to make sure I understood everything. The facility is modern, clean and accomodating. This dealership made me feel like they valued my business, and that they will work diligently to earn my loyalty.

I do a lot of my own work but when my wife's 02 TL-S needed service, my garage was unavailable. That's why I rated the price as 'good'and not 'excellent', dealer service is not cheap for routine things likes brakes, etc BUT my experience w LV Acura was excellent. I couldn't ask for more courteous, knowledgable, prompt service than we received. This is one of the best dealer service experiences I've ever had and what every dealer should aspire to. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Great experience overall! It was a pleasant buying experience. The knowledge of the staff was extraordinary. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family members looking for a new Acura. I got a great price and the staff was all very pleasant and professional.

First of all the cars I looked at were very clean late model cars which was very nice. I was approached by an older gentleman, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he was very cordial and was more than happy to open any car we wanted to look at and let us take a test drive. He was very pleasant. We found ourselves interested in a 2007 Acura TSX. We took a test drive and we loved the car. The salesman had a few questions that he was unable to answer at the time, so he referred me to the business manager. He was very pleasant. He worked well with us on what we wanted to pay for the vehicle. We made a deal that everybody was happy with quite easily. We wanted to take the car with us that day. It was very late in the day, so the business manager gave us a voucher for a free detailing. We'll be making an appointment shortly. We were shown where the service department was and how that worked, plus some extra nice to know information. We were treated exceptionally well by all of the staff that made our sale enjoyable including the gentleman at the new car showroom that took care of the finance end of the car and general knowledge about the car. The overall experience was excellent. We have bought cars there in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks to all that made our purchase of the car a pleasing experience.

I strongly recommend this dealership as they have proven their top customer service credentials in the country. I purchased my first new car with them and couldn't ask for better service. They were extremely helpful in every area to offer. Currently I live in New Jersey but drove an hour and half to the Lehigh Valley Acura dealership for their awarded service. They truly believe in the traditional values of taking care of every person that walks through the door. Thank you all for your help especially Ramy!

Wonderful experience. All people involved were very helpful yet maintained a low pressure attomsphere. I test drove both the Acura and Honda Accord before making a final decision and both salesmen were very helpful. I won't be in the market for a new car for some time, but I certainly plan on going back to Vinart.

I have been shopping for a SUV for almost 1 year and I was on the Lexus RX350. When I went to Lexus I had such a bad experience with bot the salesman and the manager that I just decided not to even buy a Lexus. I had test drove the MDX at LVA few weeks before my Lexus experience and even though I didn't like the MDX I went back to LVA and drove the 2009 TL. It was such a pleasant experience working with both Bill my sales man and Dave the manager, they did a great job in helping me purchase my first new car. The TL is a great car and my negotiation took all but 5 minutes so I know I got the car for a great price. I actually purchased a used car from them 4 years before and I can back again. I hope to continue my relationship with LVA for a long time to come.

It almost doesn't seem possible to obtain this level of service in our profit-driven, impersonal business climate these days. Yet I was treated BEYOND wonderful when I had a service emergency. I'm new to this area and when I called the service manager to describe my problem, he welcomed me to the area and spent his morning tackling my problem as if it were his own. The solution required extraordinary service and not only did they 'save me', they did so happily. I am deeply appreciative to Lehigh Valley Acura.

I purchased a 2007 MDX from Lehigh Valley Acura two years ago. Since then my experience with them has been extraordinary, especially with the service department. I deal mostly with Rex and Mustafa, and no matter what their busy day brings always seem happy to help me the customer. This also emanates thru the entire service staff even to Justin that washes my car. The amount of concern, care and quality they express is just amazing. I know this is not an easy thing to do when dealing with the public. Lehigh Valley Acura has an exceptional service team that I can't say enough about. THANK YOU! D.White.

Ramy was helpful and knowledgable. I had to make a quick decision due to my former lease and the Acura deal expiring. The dealership was able to quickly meet our needs and we walked out with the leasing price we needed and a car all within 48 hours!

I have been dealing with Lehigh Valley Acura for the past 14 years and have always been very pleased with the overall experience. This is the second time I have bought a used car from LVA and dealing with Dan Roman was an easy and stress-less transaction. He was very patient and explained the details of the car and answered all my questions, even those that I called about after getting the car home. He returned my calls promptly and courteously. I would recommend Lehigh Valley Acura for their sales and service.

My wife and I found Romy to be very helpful and patient. His knowledge of the car (Acura TL SH/AWD Tech) was impressive. He answerwed all of our questions with a smile. He did not waste my time or his. I had done my research on-line and had a reasonable idea of prices and costs. Although Vinart was not the least expensive price I was quoted my wife and I concluded that it was the best value. This vehicle is our 4th Acura, the 2nd from Vinart. Romy spent 4 hours with us not only selling us the car but helping us understand every feature on the vehicle and how to use it. We bought our 2006 MDX from Vinart in 2006 and were very satisfied with that experience as well. Your service department has always been excellent. They are prompt, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We have used your sevice since we moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2003. Excellent customer service, one of the best experiences I've had with car dealer service. Getting a loaner was a breeze, I was out of there in 5min. Friendly people, joy to deal with. That's how it should be done everywhere. It was great to come back to pick up my car knowing the same people will deal with me.

We drove all the way from Harrisburg and they were appreciative of the that. Very attentive sales personnel. Friendly, knowledgeble and honest. Gave us a good deal and followed up after the sale. Had an issue with the car that they researched and provided us options and solutions. Highly recommended.

Jessica Chunka could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my Acura TL. Not making up my mind on my first visit, she was more than accomodating when I came back after test driving a few other competitors' vehicles and wanting to drive the Acura one more time. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the "tech" functions and after my lease purchase spent even more time making sure I knew many of the important features in order to get the most enjoyment out of my vehicle.She followed up with not only an e-mail, but also telephoned me to make sure I had no further questions and was adamant about calling her whenever I had anything I couldn't figure out.My dealings with Lehigh Valley Acura was more than pleasant and I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.Deb Mickey

I hate buying a new car because of all the games a dealship can play with vehicle price, trade-in, financing. Why is it that two different dealerships will sell the exact same vehicle for different amounts? You walk away from the table wondering if you got the best possible deal.This is my third vehicle i've purchased from LV Acura and have always felt like i was treated honestly and professionally. When service is needed, i always have a loaner car for the day. The service seems to be done well with warranty allowances to the maximum.Dan Roman, used car sales, was very easy to work with. Did not push any particular vehicle but explained all the details on each. Called and emailed a several times and he always returned the inquiry as quickly as possible with an answer.I shopped around online and found the prices at LV Acura generally were lower than other comparable vehicles at other dealerships.When i need to shop again, they will be first on the list as to seeing if they have what i want/need.

After bringing my tsx for it's annual state inspection in NC at a local acura dealer the tighten fuel cap message came on. After tightening the fuel cap the message did not go away. While in the Pa area I have my car serviced at Lehigh Valley Acura. As previously reported they are excellent. I highly recommend them.

After hearing stories on how you should avoid going to dealers for service I found that to be wrong when I took my car for service at Lehigh valley acura. Excellent service experience. Will continue to take my car there for service. Mustafa explained everything that was done on my car and I was not overcharged.

I've been a long-time LVA customer (18 years now) and my most recent service visit reaffirmed why...I had my '03 MDX in for routine service and to have a few items checked, including a starter related noise and a squeaky drivers seat. I was informed that the starter was probably in the early stages of going bad but would most likely last a couple more years. Rex went out of his way to replace the starter at no charge even though my vehicle is out of warrenty. In addition, next time I'm in for service, they will be replacing my seat bracket...at no charge!I've known Rex for all of those 18 years and he made a point of mentioning that this is their way of showing appreciation for my loyalty. Once again, Rex and the LVA team have gone above and beyond to insure my total satisfaction.

I recently bought a pre-owned 2006 Acura TL (my very first car purchase)that I subsequently learned had originally been leased from and serviced by LVA. It appeared to have been meticulously maintained and had been driven less than 27,000 miles. However, the "Check Engine Light" remained on, so I delivered it to LVA for service. A prompt diagnosis was performed, and I was shocked to learn that the 6th cylinder was malfunctioning due to someone previously having used diesel fuel in the vehicle. Although not covered by Acura warranty, the Service Manager, Rex Weaver, was extremely sympathetic under these innocent circumstances. He truly took a personal interest and seemed determined to see to it that I get a fair shake, and not become a disappointed new Acura customer. The engine had to be substantially disassembled, including removal of the head, in order to fully examine the extent of the damage. Two(2)broken piston rings were discovered and replaced,after which the engine had to be completely reassembled, altogether involving a tremendous number of man hours. Of course, I understood why there could be no warranty for this repair, and fully expected to be billed accordingly. To my relief and pleasant surprise, Rex presented me with only a nominal invoice in keeping with his steadfast determination to make my first experience with Acura and LVA a positive one. He truly went above and beyond (and then some) what I would ever reasonably expect from any dealership's service department, all in the spirit of promoting a good customer relationship. I have shared this special story with family and friends alike, and know it will bode well for Acura, LVA and, hopefully, Rex Weaver personally. He is a true and caring professional, and I will always remember the kindness he extended to me.

I am a former Pa resident that now lives in NC. I visit family and friend that still live in Pa/NJ. I plan my visits so I can get my 06 tsx serviced at LVA so I know I am getting excellent service on my car. Rex and Mustafa go out of their way to be helpful and are a pleasure to deal with.

I have bought two cars from Lehigh Valley Acura. The first sales rep whom I dealth with was very rude, pompous and I ended up feeling like I was given a bad deal. That was several years ago and I ended up gong back last year for a new car because the service department there was so excellent. All of the staff where courteous and treated me with respect. The prices where very affordable and even though I had very few problems with my RSX, if something did come up, they fixed it immediately and without question. I purchased and new TL last year and found that their sales department has caught up with the high quality of their service dept. The rep listened to me, did genuinly tried to get the costs in line with what I was looking for. I would highly recommend looking here not only becuase great staff at Lehigh Valley Acura, but also the high quality of the Acura brand.
