Larry Reid is a very good sales rep to deal with. He returns your calls promptly, and was a pleasure to deal with him, no pressure. We would have bought but they did not have the car we wanted. I would recommend.

Went online, found the car and price I liked, reserved it. Went in and test drove car, showed "Danny" the quoted internet price, told him what my trade in was worth (according to Kelly blue book) and what I was willing to pay. Left to see what he could do, returned with everything I wanted but since I had been there a few hours already I decided to come back next day- Danny assured me everything would stay the same. They sold that particular car but were able to find another so I went back next day only to be told that even though it was advertised for a lower price AND I had Danny's guarantee... They won't honor it because it shouldn't have been posted online to begib with! As far as Danny's guarantee. .well he's new. I was offered the car for 3,000 more. Also had a trade in voucher from their website for $500- they wouldn't honor that either!!Car buying experience sucked!!!

I had taken my 2014 tiguan in for warranty work, and I was told that it wasn't covered under warranty that it was going to be out of my own personal pocket. Also the sales staff don't disclose what is in your contract and what you are getting. You don't get a Volkswagen warranty you get a larry miller warranty and you can only take the car back to them. Then they tell you that it's not covered by the warranty that it will cost you. So not only that you paid for the warranty you just can't ever use it.... What a great way to double dip....

They sold me an almost new pickup(20,000miles) with a clean carfax. . .the one they showed me was clean. Later when getting insurance the insurance company asked about the claim filed on the truck. Some type of minor accident. I said I have no idea. Dealer showed me a clean carfax. They lied to me to sell the vehicle. Then I noticed overspray on the front driverside where they did come kind of work. Then few months down the road the door started squeaking at the hinge and now I have continually lube it. I don't like being lied to. If they were upfront about it would be different. It was basically a new truck. . . I shouldn't have had any issues with it.

I was blown away with the service by Kyle as my service advisor. He was so helpful, pleasant and gave us great service! The car wa detailed and it came out beautiful! They did an awesome job as well. All in all I was very happy with everything.

Highly recommend visiting Larry Miller Volkswagen!! I called the service department on Wednesday and Spoke with Jason Dixon service consultant and explained to him what my issue was with my 2014 Passat. He asked that I bring it in on Friday morning at 9am and I get there and he's waiting to greet me and get me checked in for the service call. I explained to Jason what was going on with the vehicle and also, asked him to check my AC because it was not always cooling right away and he said, not a problem we can look at it and make sure their are no issues. He asked if I needed a shuttle or a loaner and I told him that I needed a loaner if it was available, so he was able to provide me with a vehicle while my car was getting work done. Jason was very responsive and gave a quick tour of facility and refreshments while I was waiting for loaner and took care of me while my vehicle was being looked at. He called me at 1:40pm to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I would like to thank Jason Dixon and the Larry Miller Volkswagen Team in Avondale,az for the outstanding service they provided me. When you think Volkswagen, Think Larry Miller baby!

Made an appointment online for a regular oil change, nothing more. Appointment confirmation email received, 9am appointment. It's currently 11:40am and we are still sitting here waiting. When I asked John what the status of my vehicle was he was very rude and dismissive and told me it was in the wash right then. I asked him why it's taken 2.5+ hours, and again he said "it's in the wash". I've never had such awful service after 2 vehicles and 4 years of dealing with this dealership exclusively. I've always had the same service advisor (Barb) who is amazing. Unfortunately she was not there this day. I will NEVER come here again. Please, avoid this place like the plague!!

From the time I got my car and then had service on it was the worst. When I got my new car it had no owners manual in it and they told me to come back at my 5k check up and get it. They sold me the extra service and maintenance but didn't tell me it was only good at that dealership. I was told I could get a refund but no one in finance has talked to me. The service was bad. Not sure they did everything they said they did. Part of it was to see if any of the windows had cracks. They said no but I do have one in the front windshield. They some how put my trunk on valet mode and I didn't know it so took me about an hour to find that out. They left the cover off they refill that was in the trunk of my car. My headlight were turned off and I didn't know that till after I drove it at night time. Just poor service all around. I won't be going back to them.

I went in for an oil change and was greeted by a wonderful Lady who helped me check in and explained what would be done at what cost. She took me into waiting area and showed me snacks and entertainment available for me. Vehicle maintenance was completed in the time she had estimated. She came and got me for checkout and delivery of my car. It was a really good experience from start to finish.

Well, 2 hours turned into 4 but staff kept me informed. Really, the fact that I came in without an appt ( warning light came on day before, after hours) not too bad. Waiting area very nice with beverages and pop cofrn plus walking distance to RV place next door. I was shocked at the $400 price tag on part with labor!!! Would switch to a horse if everything weren't so darn far!

I bought my Passat from the Avondale VW dealership because it was a great deal. Also the color and interior I was having a hard time finding elsewhere. Because I got good sales service, when I had an engine light come on, I drove the 26 miles to Avondale to have it serviced. The service experience was excellent, and even though I had to leave the car overnight so that they didn't have to breakdown the engine to replace the erring sensor,Michael gave me a Jetta Hybrid loaner immediately. That was a nice experience. I believe the Service personnel have the customer's interest at heart as Mike kept me apprised of what the technician was doing and what was found. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone with a VW to have it serviced in their facility.

FINALLY, after months of looking for a car and VW's $1500 rebate for returning customers, I selected a VW Golf. Now it onto the finance phase of the buying service which I usually HATE. Recently had the 40K mile service completed on my Passat TDI, I must say that Barb. is an ICON for customer service. From the time you schedule you appointment to the time you leave the dealership. When you arrive Barb Halsey greets you by Name and knows you and your car. She informs you on what work will be performed on your car and answers any and all questions related to the service. Her customer focus in a big reason for my return patronage to this service department.The only area for iimprovement would be, with extent of service provided, when I inspected the engine compartment, I noticed the engine cover was dirty and dusty, i would have thought with the extent of work performed the engine compartment would have been cleaned or a minimum the engine cover at least wipped off.

It's not difficult at all to characterize the performance of the maintenance staff at Larry Miller VW. From scheduling a service to the moment one's car is dropped off until all work has been completed, I am always treated like royalty! Even Don, the shuttle car driver treats like I'm checking into the Hilton! John has been my recent service advisor and the same is true of him. He keeps me informed on the status of the job continually and he gives me the impression that he works hard to minimize costs and delays during the entire process. Lastly, the mechanics themselves seem to take great pride in their workmanship, Once all work has been completed my car is even cleaned up and washed sometimes even better than the local car washes can do!

I live 250 miles from the nearest VW dealership. I needed front roters, a wiring harness for the sliding door, an alignment, regular maintenance, new wiper blades and had an ignition recall. I only had a short time in Phoenix and I am amazed and very thankful Jason and the maintenance team were able to complete all of these tasks in less than a day and a half. Additionally, they coordinated with a glass company to replace my windshield during this time. Thank you all so much for accommodating my tight schedule and making this all come together. My car drives beautifully and I feel comfortable I am fully prepared for the coming Colorado winter. Your Phoenix team is the best!!!

This is the worst service i have ever received. .. nothing has been fixed right, I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks. And over 6 hours at a time. They even let the guys (customers) into their service area, talk to them and show then what they are doing and how to do it. But was told i needed supervision abd was not aloud back there. Even to watch from the out side of the shop. (Yes I am a woman). I even wore jeans and work boots. Some of the men had flip flops on and shorts. Why are they so friendly to the men and not the women? ??? This place is the worst.

We had a very positive experience at Larry Miller's VW dealership.Everyone was very helpful and courteous and Tom was very helpful in our decision making. My wife is a cancer patient and has a hard time walking and Tom and I walked the yard and brought back the car we figured that she would like. And that was the car we ended up taking. We don't particularly like car shopping, but Larry Miller's and Tom made the experience pleasant.

As usual the experience was great. Michael Miller got us in and out in no time. He made sure that we had a loaner car while the work was completed and called me to let me know how the process was going. He was professional and understanding about the long distance drive back and forth and made it an easy experience with our 11 month old baby. When we came back to pick up the car the process was fast and easy. The car is running great, thanks to the service department and mechanics, and we will be back for future service.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with an automotive dealership. This place is exactly why people hate dealing with car dealers. Hence, the used car salesman stereotype. If I could give them zero stars, I would select that option. They practice every dirty trick in the book to scam you out of your money. You don't need to practice dirty sales tactics to win customers! I do not want to go into to much detail, but spend your hard earned money somewhere else. This place isn't worth your time.This place is run by a band of pirates, the only thing missing is the eye patch.

Customer Service works incredibly hard at this dealership to try to make the best of the situation for you. Beware - service packages that came with your car my only be valid at "Larry Miller" locations - which since moving to a different part of the Phoenix Valley, I now have to drive almost an hour each way, regardless of which of the three Larry Miller Locations I choose to have my car serviced at. If I simply wanted to go to the VW dealer 12 minutes from my house, nothing is covered. The customer service reps in Avondale have really tried hard to help me through these issues, maximizing what makes sense to have completed on the vehicle while it is there, working with my schedule and helping me out with loaner vehicles.

7/15/15 David emailed me, OH the car sold at 9:00 pm.Perhaps the same exact time I sent my offer. Really ???Im very suspicious about this type of behavior by Larry Miller.Shopping for a car takes days, hours, and perhaps months.If you lied... what gives you the right??????I wrote back and told them I had sent my brother to Larry Millerin Tucson a week ago to speak to the leasing dept.in EARNEST to find acar to lease but decided to buy one and not to lease. He was there for 150 mins.This was not a game, it was serious business.

Had my Passat TDI's oil changed and tires rotated. They washed the car at the end and gave me a ride home and then back to the dealership to get my car when done. All for $65. Can't beat that with a stick! Thank you David!Terry

I recently had my car serviced at Volkswagen and didn't realize the shop closed at 4 pm on Saturdays. I showed up after the shop was closed and had a mini panic attack when I realized I might not be able to pick up my car until Monday! But when I went it to the showcase office, the service rep that had helped me had dropped of my keys to the receptionist in case I picked it up that day. She helped me close out the service and was super friendly and helpful! I thank Volkswagen for taking the time to think of their customers!

The overall experience of getting my car serviced was very good. The waiting lounge was clean and well set up. The salesman was very helpful in pointing out all of the amenities the lounge had to offer. Wait time for my car was pretty normal for what was being done - no complaints.

Michael Miller has been extremely helpful and understanding when I bring my cars in for service. He is very kind and goes out of his way for you. He really is customer focused and you should have him as a service manager. He does more from me than the service manager. If a have an issue he jumps in and solves the issue at my satisfaction. after being assured by Pedro that I could definitely buy a new tdi wagon, when I came into buy he said that there are none that I want in the state and that I would only qualify for a used car (just after telling me that most of their profits are from used car sales). Believing him, I bought a used car only to find out the next day that everything he told me was a lie and when I called them on it, the finance manager and the dealership manager told me I was "stuck with the car". Worst buying experience in 30 years of buying cars

I saw the 3 year old diesel Passat online, emailed asking availability to test drive the following day requesting an email response rather than phone call. Jeremy Hough responded that it was available and Vinnie Rodriguez confirmed a test drive for the next day. He met me and my daughter, walked us through the car's features and I drove it. Vinnie gave me tips on how to get the best response from the diesel engine and turbo for freeway and street driving. Though not as much as I hoped for, Jeremy offered a fair trade in for my 18 year old car and we struck a deal. I got an auto/home insurance quotefrom Justin Garnel which saves me $500 annually and Joe Haddad went through the finance and warranty paperwork with me and I drove away in my new car. Thanks guys.

we turned up in the dealership with our 4 kids all 6 and under and was greeted by Roland who helped us greatly in securing a deal on a minivan. i researched the van i was looking for before arriving and the deal was very competitive. We'd only intended to check out a few vans on the day but by 8pm that evening after arriving after 5pm we'd secured a decent finance deal and insurance. Having come up from Tucson it was nice to not have to make a return visit with all our kids just to pick the van up.All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and great with our kids.Thanks to all,Tom & Michelle

I went in because my check engine light was coming on sporadically. A few quick questions, and I was out the door with my loaner car. The next day, my car was happy again. The service was fantastic and worry free. I never worry that they are going to try to take advantage of me.

Took my car in for the big 40k service and detailing. They couldn't schedule everything in one day, so they offered me a loaner car for free over 2 days to work on the car. They communicated with me at every step. Very friendly and helpful. Even arranged for a glass company to come out and fix my windshield while the car was there. My one and only complaint was that they did not look up the extended warranty I had (they have info on file) until I asked them about it and they were going to charge me for some services that were covered.

We were in the market to buy a vehicle and had a particular vehicle in mind. We were very clear in the details of the car we were interested in finding. We live a long drive from the dealer so it was important to know that there were vehicles that met these details before making the trip. We were told there were many that met our criteria so my husband went in and there was not one vehicle which was what we wanted, they were all in the wrong color. We decided to give them another go when we received a call from someone there saying they just got the exact car we were looking for there so we went there that afternoon to check it out with full intentions of buying. To our dismay it wasn't the right model and they kept trying to tell us it "was everything we wanted" when clearly it wasn't. Then they gave us the price sheet and I couldn't believe that they priced it over 84 months to make it work for our budget, not mentioning that in the first place. In my opinion it was WAY overpriced for a used vehicle when we were quoted a new price of only about $8K more. Overall a bad experience and Oh the guy who called to say they had the "exact model we wanted" when we confronted him said it was a"miscommunication" and he didn't say what we clearly heard him say. That was the second time he had lied to us to get us out there. Needless to say, we went to a dealership on our way home from there, test drove a brand new vehicle, went in the following morning and bought it. Very happy with their honesty and willingness to work with us. We will NEVER buy from any dealership associated with Larry H Miller because of that experience.

I mentioned to him I had a trade in and was looking into getting into something new. He showed me the new 2015 Base Model Jetta with the technology package and let me test drive it. The way he explained all the features and everything I would be getting if I purchased this car really made me consider it as an option. I ended leaving that day because I had one more dealership to check out. I ended up coming back the next day and decided to make a deal. I ended up getting approved and was even given advice by Steven Hunter on how to get my interest rate lower by refinancing in 6 months for lower payment. I came for servicing my car, a 2012 Passat. I drove out (a number of hours later) with a 2015 Passat. The process was simple - maybe too simple. But I do like my new card. LJ did a great job! The renovated waiting area is a little too antiseptic for me (the previous waiting area was more comfortable / homier). And I do wish they had the popcorn machine working!

This was the best buying experience that I have ever had. Jeremy, sales manager, and Larry the sales person were the two best people I have ever dealt with at any car dealership. Since I am 59 years old this is a great compliment. Finance was also fantastic. After dealing with typical car dealership people over the years its was refreshing to deal with professionals. Larry Miller Volkswagen gave me great service when I take my car in. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They offered me a ride to work,, or a loaner car until my car was fixed. They told me what was wrong with the car quoted me a price and the time the car would be done. Well when they called me a hour before the car was to be done, to my surprise the cost was $100 cheaper than quoted. The service consultant was awesome giving me advice on what service the car my need next checking the history of the service that had been done on the car. This is the first car I have ever owned and have taken back to the dealership for servicing. Thanks Larry Miller Volkswagen

Well, it took 2 times to get the service I asked for the first time. (I asked for my 10k service the 1st time but they failed to do this) They were very apologetic and came out and picked up my car and then brought it back when done. The 2nd time they actually changed the oil and rotated the tires as I asked for! It was sort of a fluke that I caught the lack of an oil change. I washed my car and then decided to check the oil level even thought it had supposedly just been serviced. Imagine my dismay when I pulled the dipstick and found it a quart and a half low with what was showing on the tip of the dipstick was not fresh oil. Yet only another sad example of what seems to becoming commonplace when having something worked on in America anymore. Employees seem to be put upon more and more but yet not reaping any more benefits of the fruits of their labors.

they allowed me to order a cover for my truck and put it into the financing. I appreciate that because it saved me some money. When they ordered it it ended up being the wrong one and there was a little confusion but when I called Frank to figure out what to do he did everything they could to make it right. First off Barbara Halsey is a treasure. I have known her since I purchased my bug from Larry Miller VW in 2007. She is very customer service oriented and has become a friend of mine over the years. I trust her and that is saying a lot when an expensive service is needed on a person of limited income.I will definitely keep going to Larry Miller for all of my car's needs; though I know that I can get it done cheaper from other places. I want to thank Larry Reid for having patience with me, he was great. I was not a happy shopper and the experience at the service Department made me less pleased with me making my decision. I went in for a oil change and to find out the reason for my indicator lights that came on. I started to look at a new car, with Larry's help, and when I originally said no I would not buy it Michael in the service department stated, "well, maybe when you husband sees the issues with you car he might change his mind!" At that point I was done!!!! He said the indicator lights were on and I said yes that's why I was coming all the way from NEW MEXICO to fix. He said well that would take a diagnostic care of $90, Okay so why wasn't it done......Michael then spilled his Monster Energy drink and stated he had ousted opened it and was looking forward to it....I DON'T Care about his drink!!! He seemed more pissed that I wasn't going to jump to just buy a new car..... I then left pissed. I did return to confront him and have the first issue taken care of. At that point I was waiting because he was on the phone talking to someone about how his mom didn't feel she was living in the "Ghetto"....personal while I was waiting. Luckily at that point Larry came over and took me aside because I told him I was pissed at Michael. Larry is very good at what he does and that is why I am driving a new car!! SO the entire experience was not fun and I was not happy but I can tell you know that I Love this little car!!!

I don't like negotiating for a new car. It wears me down and I don't know if I could have gotten a better price if I was a little tougher. But it was a good experience. The salesmen were pleasant and respectful of me. I didn't shop around, but in the end the price seemed ok even though I exceeded my budget a little. I would recommend them if someone asked me.

Prior to linking up with Robert and company I had been car shopping for over 4 weeks, which led to me questioning: "Why are car dealership so deceitful?" Unfortunately Robert met me when I was at my breaking point, but he handled my suspicions and skepticism like a true professional. Robert drove over 60 minutes, round trip, to secure my out state purchase and provide me with a loaner vehicle for over a week. I have been in the military for over 16 years and encounter all types of people. I know and can appreciate exceptional customer service. Robert Schilling is a man of his word and is very attentive to a customer's wants and needs. He assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for; for the price range I needed. I am a fan of Robert Schilling and company; it is just too bad that he is a Steelers fan, smh!

When I made my appointment via telephone, the representative I spoke with was especially friendly, polite, and professional. Dropping my Tiguan off for a routine service was quick and pleasant. I did not bring my car here for my last service because of continued harassment from the sales people trying to sell me a new car. This time I had a wonderful experience. Barb welcomed me and quickly had my car looked at. Since the diagnosis and repair would take a long time, she offered me the use of a loaner car. I was able to get on with my life while the repair was being done. Barb also called my insurance company on my behalf and we were pleased to find the Progressive covered the damages on my claim.The overall experience was great and Barb was fantastic.

A miracle of monumenl proportion happened today 10/27/2014. I drove out of Larry Miller Volkswagon with a car. After months of trying to purchase a car from other dealerships, my credit demanded either a large down payment, or I was rejected. When Isaiah Jaime called me to come down to Larry Miller Volkswagon, for some reason his determination and sincereity, convinced me to make one more attempt. I never met a more concerned, determined and knowledgeable salesman in my life. After hours of negotiating and dealing, l drove off with the preowned car that I wanted. I thank Isaiah for what he accomplished. He is a different type of salesman, who even when the going gets tough, he keeps going. If you are looking for a car, experience the unique method he uses to make your miracle too.

Traded in my 2007 Touareg for a 2014. One of the most important things was that it had the options that my previous one did. One being electric folding side mirrors. Our garage is tight and therefore it is a must. Since the dealer didn't have the color I wanted, they said they would ship one in from Ca. Sent me home with the exact car I was to purchase just the wrong color. After we got home we noticed the mirrors were not electric and I told the salesman, Robert, about this the next day. He said, "Your car WILL have that feature" Guess what, it didn't. After going around and around with Stacy, the GM he said he would get me the model I wanted and it would only cost me another $600.00. We shook hands on this. So another week goes by, I'm driving a loaner and then my new car arrives. Go to pick it up and OOOPS...guess what. seems Stacy made a math error and instead of the $600.00 that we shook on. I have to give up $4200.00!!!! Of course Stacy is not in and he made it perfectly clear that he would NOT let me out of the deal. I don't have a problem paying for what I want, but this is just wrong. Plus, I never got an introduction to the car. They handed me the keys and said "Later!" I also never received the online survey. Hmmm??? Coincidence? They totally ruined the entire experience for me.

I took my car in for it's 40K maintenance, and was given a free loaner car. Everything went smoothly. I had a concern about something on my car and they checked it out; there was nothing wrong, and I wasn't charged for un-needed work. I love an honest repair shop.

Battery failed at 25 months. You replaced at no charge and also replaced a DRL light bulb at no charge. Great service and everyone was very nice. The following is not a complaint but just a suggestion. While I appreciated the car wash it was not a very good one. I picked the car up in the afternoon and had to drive into the sun. The windshield was so badly streaked that I could hardly see out of it. I cleaned the windows when I got home. Nothing major but it turned a perfect 10 into a 9. Suggestion--make sure the windows are clean.I'm on the fence about leasing another car from you because of past service issues. You did make progress on this last service call, because before I definitely would not have considered coming back, but now I'm on the fence. 10 months to go--we'll see how you do.PS: I checked I would recommend this service center based on this last service call not past experiences.

The negative stigma about car salesmen was just confirmed for me when I attempted to purchase a new car from Larry Miller VW. I'm a very busy person and in an effort to save myself time and energy I went online to make sure that this dealership had the car I was looking to purchase available. Not only was it available but it was listed with a special internet price for $30,276. I contacted the dealership by phone, again in an effort to save myself time, and asked to speak with a sales manager. The man who answered the phone, by the name of Justin, said he was a sales manager and asked how he could help me. I told him that I had seen this specific vehicle online listed for the "internet sales price" and told him that I wanted to buy the car and that I wanted to pay $31,000 out the door with tax, title, license and an extended warranty and asked him if he could do it. He told me that he wasn't going to lose the sale of a car over price and then told me that in order to get it to that price I would need to put a substantial amount down. Maybe I'm crazy, but my understanding of his statement was that he was willing to sell me the car for that amount as long I wasn't asking to finance the whole amount and that it would require a large down payment. I didn't have any issue with this since I intended on paying cash for the car and had no intention of financing the vehicle to begin with. Justin seemed very accommodating, and even told me it would be possible to have the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted shipped to them from their sister dealership in Tucson. So just to be clear, what I asked for, and what I was very clear about was that I wanted to pay $31,000 for the vehicle that was listed with an online sales price of $30,276, which would include the price of the vehicle, the sales tax, license cost and any other fees and the extended warranty. When I say out the door, that is what I mean, and I'm positive that is what anyone else would understand it to mean as well. And that is what the sales manager Justin agreed to, so I went to the bank, got a cashiers check for the agreed upon amount and headed down the dealership. When I got there though, ready to sign the paperwork on the sale of the vehicle, this is not what happened. According to sales manager Justin, when he said I would have to put a substantial amount down in order to get it to $31,000, what he meant, and what I was supposed to understand, was that I would be paying the internet price of $30,276 plus an additional $724 just for shits and giggle, and on top of that, I would also pay an additional $2500 for the tax, who knows what for the license/title and other fees, and even more for the extended warranty. SERIOUSLY???? Why would I pay $724 more than a listed sales price AND even more for the tax, title, license and then the extended warranty??? When he said this to me, and I told him what was said during our phone conversation, he not so nicely told me that he had our call recorded. GREAT!! Since you have the call recorded, then we should be able to play back the call and hear exactly what it was that I told you, and what you agreed to. I was very eager to hear the call and asked him to pull the recording.... at which time he then told me that he had other customer's waiting and didn't have time right now to find the call. That it would take at least 15 minutes to locate it, so he would have to email it to me later. (I wonder if I will ever actually get and email with the call) He said he was an honest straight shooter who wouldn't lose a sale over price but at this point didn't want to waste any more of my time. Really? You shouldn't have wasted my time in the first place, and even though you say you won't lose a sale over price, you just did. Complete contradiction! Congratulations Justin, you have just lived up to every bad thing ever said about car salesmen.

I worked with Edgar in purchasing my vehicle, I advised him that i did not live close to their dealership and that i had 4 VW Dealers within 15 minutes of my home; I explained that I was not interested in the "experience" from the other dealers and wanted to give them a change. Edgar was excellent to deal with from the beginning, I advised Edgar of the exact vehicle on their lot i was interested in, what i had in trade etc; we exchanged about half a dozen emails and came to an agreement upon inspection of both vehicles. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Edgar, everything was as we discussed in email and the process was fairly painless. His manager Justin was also a pleasure to deal with.There were a few minor details in regards to vehicle condition when i received it, but completely out of control of the sales staff.

Being a previous owner of three VW's my mind weas already made up as to what I wanted to purchase. The website was easy to manuver and this is where I was informed regarding inventory; everything layed out perfectly. Proabably a record as to how quickly Larry Miller VW made the driving experience happen for me. Kevin Palmer had the car delivered to my home which really showed me that the dealership valued my business and was willing to go the extra mile or in this case 48 miles even after the deal was done.

I was very happy with my service repeair. When I called and explained that the a/c in my jetta went out they imeadatly wanted to get my car in the shop. They were able to get the car in the very next day and found out the compressor went bad. I was able to pick it up at 3rd the same day. It was nice to have a quick repair and to show up to a clean car was real nice.

After searching online for used VW Tiguans we decided to go to Larry Miller VW. Bryan greeted us and showed us a 2012 Tiguan. I mentioned the internet price I saw online for the Tiguan he showed us and he said they would honor the internet price. We went for a test drive and we were sold on the Tiguan. Bryan was friendly and answered all of our questions and the finance department worked with us to get the best deal we could.

Several years ago, we took our 2009 Jetta in to Larry Miller Volkswagen in Avondale for an oil change and normal service. When we left to get on Interstate 10 Westbound, we noticed a loud vibration and flapping noise coming from underneath the engine. We pulled over and a quick inspection showed that the mechanic had not attached the air dam that is under the engine. Fast forward to 27 May 2014. After servicing our 2009 Jetta, my wife and had an early dinner in Phoenix and got on Interstate 10 westbound. Once again we felt a vibration and flapping under the engine. My wife said surely the mechanic couldn't make the same mistake again. But we under estimated the skill level of the Larry Miller mechanics.Once again we have an airdam that is not attached and a dealership that is already closed. Traveling at 60 mph back to Yuma, I called the dealership the next day to ask Justin James, the Service Manager what we should do. His answer was classic. He said to take it to a local dealer in Yuma and have them fix the problem. Unfortunately, the dealers we have spoken to in Yuma DON'T WANT TO FIX ANOTHER DEALER'S SCREWUP. We finally found an independent repair shop to help. Thanks much.

The salesperson we ended up buying from was exceptional, as was another one we dealt with previously, however, there are some individuals at this dealership who have major attitude problems! If it weren't for the good guys at this place we would not have returned. We liked the dealership, everyone was very friendly . Deciding on a price was a little too fast, I felt we should have gotten a better price as we did not have a trade in. We where going to buy as we had gone through USAA and had our certificate. We might have or have not got the best deal in the world I don't have any idea. I just have a empty feeling. However we do like the car very much and we are very happy with the performance of the diesel. We will just have to wait and see how the service on the car goes at your dealership. We really think Edgar has done a great job of following up on the sale to see if we are having any problems. He has answered all of our questions. It has been a good experience.

I was very displeased with the professionalism of the sales manager. We never saw him once and although we haggled over the price, he never once came out to introduce himself to us or thank us for our business. This was our third vehicle at this dealership. The rest of the staff were very knowledgable and courteous but I can 't stress enough how the sales tactics of the sales manager displeased us. I would have respected him more had he had introduced himself to us. I highly recommened the dealership because od the Salesman Bryan and especially Mr. Dao in the finance department. He went out of his way to let us know we have an A raing with Volkswagen and we were entitled to the dent and scratch service for free. Because of him and Bryan I would recommened this dealer . Also the past two times we purchased at this dealership wewere treated with the utmost respect which is why we returned. The sales manager needs a class on customer service though.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly, holding doors, making eye contact and saying hello even if they weren't working with us.Alex was very nice and helpful? she was knowledgeable but also confident enough to say she didn't know something.my husband is an engineer and he's spent months looking at auto specs. ,etc. he had a lot of questions , and Alex handled it very well.my only negative is that it took a long time to get it all done.We arrived at 4:30 pm and left there at 8:37 pm. A lot of the timer were sitting waiting for one thing or another.I think when you offer an APR and it isn't the .9 advertised you should be able to tell them why its higher- I had checked our credit scores before coming in and there aren't negatives. The coup de grace was waiting patiently while the credit guy was pitching us an extended warranty.W e tried to be nice and courteous but really wanted to cut him off and say give us the keys and let us go home.We are happy with our purchase

quality of work is ok but not happy with communications. frequently i had to call back instead of receiving a follow-up call. once i was put on hold for 7 minutes and nobody came back. also, original diagnosis is often wrong and price ends up being double or triple of original quote, along with time it takes to fix it. eric is always very helpful and polite but prices are obviously way too high because 10-15% discount should be offered upfront to returning long-term customers, rather than at the end as a consolation for all the inconvenience.

Tom presented a very pleasurable car buying experience. We made contact by email and Tom was at the curb ready to assist us when we arrived with our trade in. He brought us several cars as he began to narrow down the exact vehicle he thought we would like. He even let us take it to lunch for a second test drive. After about 3 tries, he brought us the exact car. No pressure sales! I was given a very fair price for my trade-in and with in a short while, we had arrived at a price that fit our budget. Financing was easy with Emily and we drove home in our new car early that afternoon.I bought a lot of cars and I highly recommend Larry H. Miller. This is were I'll buy my next vehicle.

After finding a listing on Cars.com and initiating the referral, I promptly received a call from Edgar at Larry Miller. He was probably the best sales person I have worked with at any dealership. I previously had problems with other dealerships saying they had the car I was looking for or that it was on it's way, only to find out that they did not have it or it was really not on it's. Without even telling Edgar this, he made a video of him with the exact car that I was looking for proving to me that they had the car on the lot. When we talked on the phone and eventually in person, Edgar was great to work with. I never felt pressured, and he was extremely organized and prepared for my visit. Every aspect of the transaction (preliminary phone conversations, visit, test drive, paperwork, inspection, trade-in) was excellent. Edgar orchestrated everything so that I did not have to wait around for anything or anyone. I've purchased many new cars in my lifetime, none of my other purchase experiences come close to this one! By the way, I did my homework before contacting the dealer and I am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction.

From the minute I made the call to the dealership, it was the beginning of a what would be the best day, good Friday. Once I got to the dealership everyone was so open and friendly the surroundings were positive and this was a plus because when buying a car its takes time and it became fun and exciting so time was not a factor. I just want to add in short I have recently filed for Bankruptcy so that in itself I was feeling insecure about the choice of having to file and possibly look at as someone who doesn't pay there bills on time, but that was not the case they helped me feel great and placed me into a vehicle that would best fit my new beginnings. Volks advertised sign and drive. Often this is a gimmick to get you looking. We did look and were disappointed when we were told that we could take this car for 225.00 on a lease with nothing down, but that changed to 235.00. The salesman changed it on us without explaining the difference in available miles. Larry Reid called us and explained what we could do, and why the difference. We took the car and are driving happy. This is the way a car lease or purchase should be. No haggle, no hassle straight forward. The finance department offered an insurance for dings and wear and tear. We took it. Please convey our thanks to Mr. Reid for his personal touch.

I had a good time there. They felt honest and real to me. I bought a 2010 used VW jetta back in November 2012. I thought id like to tell people that larry miller are good dealerships. This is a GOOD VW dealer. I knew exactly what car i wanted when i got there. they didn't mess around, they got the car and we went over the numbers after a long while i got a good deal. I Purchased a 2011 VW Jetta in June 2013 now less than 2 months later my car wouldnt start and the service department said if it is the battery i will need to pay $269 for a new one because warranty is 24 months or 24k miles.. Right now i have 20k miles and the car was first Registered Jan 2011..He also stated that the new battery will come with 5year warranty my question is why wouldnt VW warranty the first battery up to 5 years...I was thinking about upgrading to a VW CC but that is NOT going to happen now due to the dealer not willing to work with me.

I purchased A vehicle from Jeff Schwebke and overpaid by $1000.00+ and was promised a lot more than I received. He corresponded VIA email and said he would be sending a check to reimburse the $1000.00 I over paid I have yet to see the check. Now for some reason he quit communicating. If this is the type of person you want to do business with go for you will be lead down the sales path and taken advantage of thoroughly. This is why car dealers are grouped in with the ten sleaziest ways to make a living!!!!!!

The interaction with this dealership while trying to negotiate on a vehicle purchase left a bitter taste in my mouth. If you like slimy sales tactics, being verbally reduced to a four year old, and made to feel as though they're doing you a favor, then this is the dealership for you! I stated what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. Over and out. The fact that they could not reach those realistic terms because they thought they were dealing with someone unprepared and uneducated was their mistake. And when I stopped communicating, both the salesperson and general sales "manager" sent me text messages trying to berate and belittle me. Unbelievable! Those messages will be forwarded to VW corporate offices along with a complaint. On the other hand, I found the exact vehicle I wanted at another local dealership, was given exactly what I wanted for my trade in and a payment even lower than I had asked for. Did I mention I was treated with respect?! A lot of the VW dealerships in this area, especially Larry Miller VW, need a lesson in customer service.

I recently received a call from the VW dealership that I bought my current Jetta at. They wanted me to come in because they are running a loyalty program and wanted to see if they could get me into a new car with a lower payment. Remembering the horrible experience I had at that dealership with my first purchase, I decided to head to Larry H. Miller VW in Avondale. I had been bringing my Jetta there for service for over a year and have always had a pleasant experience. I had talked to a few sales people during service visits so I knew they were not pushy, which is a huge no no for me. I have had the pleasure of having Mydonia Threatt as my salesman. From the moment I walked in he made me feel welcome and most of all comfortable. I wasn't slammed with sales pitches or pressured into something I couldn't afford. He took his time to make sure I found the car I want. Unfortunately we couldn't get to a good number on the first visit. The following day I called my original dealer that I purchased my first Jetta from. They were able to get the numbers right but their service, AGAIN, was horrible. They made me feel as if I was bothering them when they were the ones that called me to go into their dealership. I didn't even want to deal with them in the first place thus the reason I went to Larry H. Miller FIRST!Frustrated, I called Mydonia at Larry H. Miller back. I just had a feeling he was going to be the one I was going to purchase from. We set an appointment for this morning even though he very generously offered to come in the day prior, his day off. I am very pleased to say within an hour of walking in this morning we had my car picked out, numbers worked out and paperwork ready to go. He was able to get me into the car I originally wanted and even came in lower than my original dealer that had contacted me about the loyalty program. And the car even has a couple extras that the one at the original dealer didn't have that they were going to charge me extra for. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and most of all the excellent customer service Mydonia provided, as well as the rest of the staff. If I could give this dealer an EXCELLENT rating I would. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a VW in or around Avondale head to Larry H. Miller. And make sure you get Mydonia!!

After shopping for a 2012 VW at three other dealerships and playing all their "games," I tried one more time at a new dealership, Larry Miller VW. I made an inquiry online and was contacted by email by one of the internet salesman. He was very respectful and answered all my questions by email before we set an appointment to meet at the lot. The salesman, Todd, was very knowledgeable about the product line, worked hard to make me the right deal, and did not once make me feel like I was in a "high pressure sales" environment. I even got a free VW logo gift with the purchase! Highly recommend this dealership. They are VERY fair.

I received such great service from the moment I stepped on the showroom floor. I first recognized how friendly not only my salespeerson but also all other sales personnel. They made me feel part of the family before I even agreed to purchase the Passat. My finance person got me in and out in a very short and reasonable amount of time. I liked that they cared enough about how I liked the purchase by calling a few days later asking if there was anything else they could do for me. This is my first Volkswagen and after the customer care that I received, I will always come back to Larry Miller Volkswagen to buy a Volkswagen.

If you are looking for high pressure sales than this is the place for you, I was very honest with them, I told them I was not ready to purchase and would not be for a couple of months or so, they continued to try and sell me the car. After I left they called my house 3-4 times every day and my cell phone. I requested them not to call me several times to no avail. These people have no interest in what you have to say, they only see you as $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. They also lie, lie, lie..I was told by the manager that they were the only ones to have a Jetta TDI manual in the state. I found 9 others at other dealerships in town. Wretched!!!!

The staff at Larry Miller VW is always very friendly and helpful. I have bought a few cars from LJ in particular and as long as he is there I will always ask for him. When I had a tough situation in the past where my car was totalled and I needed to get into another vehicle quickly, LJ and Victor Tanori kept in touch with VW Credit and also did what they could to get me the exact car I wanted that was on the lot. They go above and beyond at this dealership, both in sales and the service department, and I really appreciate that. I am confident that anyone I refer will also have a great experience.

The reason why i rated everything at a 5 meaning great is because Justin made the car buying experience fun and with little stress.. He was able to answer all our questions and more. The only thing we were not completely satisfied was the detail work on the car. There were several areas that had wax that had not been buffed off. Nothing major, but will require some attention on our part. Also, the sides of the seats were spotted. Just little details that we will need to take care of now.There was an issue with a maintenance light that came on the day after we purchased the car. Since it was Sunday, there was no one available at your dealership to help us. Since we live so far away, this was quite a concern for us. We took it to the Nissan dealership next door though, and they were very pleasant. Helped us immediately. It would have been nice if there had been somwone with a little service knowledge on site at Larry Miller Volkswagon. It turned out to be a sensor that had not been reset when the inspection was completed.Judith was excellent to work with. We were very pleased with her.

Awesome car buying experience. I completed a request for more info form on the Dealerships home page and with 5 minutes my awesome experience began. Justin listened to my wish list for a 2012 EOS Executive and I immediately realized he new product and brand charactersistics. We quickly scheduled a 35 mile trip to the dealership. When my wife, daughter, and I arrived Justin had several EOS's lined upin the front row all with features I deemed manditory. He made us feel comfortable and even gave my daughter some crayons & coloring book to keep her occupied as we talked. I went to the dealership to have service to my bug.. I loved my bug but it was giving me alot of trouble lately and costing a lot of money.. Judith came up to me asking if i had seen the new bug.. I love the new bug.... so i went in to fix my bug that was overheating and I walked away with a 2012 Jetta that has great warranty and great price.. Judith and her boss worked out a great plan for me. Now I feel totally safe and sound knowing that if something happens to my new car VW will fix it with no problems.. Even after I got the car Judith called me days later to see how it was going with my car... She was great and had me laughing and feeling good about my purchase...

After the salesman worked out our deal, we went back to the finance person (which is really just another salesperson btw). I told him which credit union I wanted to finance the car unless he could find a better rate. He couldn't, so he agreed to that credit union. He then completely and unprofessionally FREAKED OUT when I said that I didn't want to buy an extra warranty. We signed anyways after threatening to leave if he didn't stop pestering me. A week later we received a letter in the mail from a different bank explaining that they had our loan. I was LIVID! We called the finance person back and when he finally connected he said that his supervisor did it and it was because they get incentives for going to that bank. We then talked to that supervisor and he said that the contract says they can assign the loan to whomever they want. After failing to show us where in the contract it says that he said that all he can do is apologize and that they didn't do it intentionally. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We are now trying to get ahold of the General Manager but he has refused to talk to us. If you do decide to go to this dealership for some absurd reason, make sure you already have the loan completely taken care of with your chosen institution before going in. Do NOT take their word for anything they say.

From my experience, I think this dealership is on the right track as to how the "future" of car buying might be or should be. I used VW's build page to figure out what I wanted. I then used my consumer reports membership to get more info and used their price reports and build and buy option. Less than an hour after submitting it, I was contacted by Justin Mauer at Larry Miller VW, one of the three dealers listed on the report. He quoted me a good price then went further down from there. All of our negotiating was either via e-mail or text after the initial phone call. Only once did he write "I need to check with my manager", and as it was over e-mail, it didn't waste my time, and regardless of who was 'really' doing the deal, it felt like Justin was. Not feeling like you're being 'worked' by a team makes them much less irritating. I pushed very hard and just disregarded the occasional attempt at making the process emotional. I used to net to keep my 'advantage' in the process. A phone call to put a deposit on my card, and a couple days for my bank to get me a certified check as I was paying "cash" and the car was waiting for me detailed when I arrived. Justin was very good, helped me pair my i-phone to the bluetooth in the car, and even offered me some left over pizza. Highly recommend him.However, the finance department is mostly 'old school'. Some slick ex-salesman riding a desk who didn't do math very well (I had to point out he was undercharging me about $200)and did the usual last minute sell of an extended warranty. I should have expected it, but it would have been nice to know exactly what it entailed and how much it would cost BEFORE I got there. Justin was very clear with his side of the costs, but it would have been helpful to get the rest. I was a bit miffed as I then needed to make some phone calls, as I'm not about to make a decision like this without some knowledge of it or doing some research.All in all, a good experience. Could have been a little quicker at the dealership. As paperwork is going the way of the dinosaur, it's always interesting to have fill out all this paper, especially when you're paying 'cash'.

The day I scheduled my Jetta for it's 10,000 mile service, I got a flat tire. I called Justin, and he gave me the number for VW Roadside Service. The guy came out within an hour, and fixed the flat. I called Justin to ask if I could still bring the car in for service, he said yes, no problem. Erik was the one to check my car in, and he took a look at the tire, and said no problem, we will get that fixed for you. I used the VW shuttle for a ride home, the driver was personalble & professional. My car was ready well before I thought it would be, and Justin sent the shuttle to pick me up. I just thought this was an excellent service experience. Kudos to all!

I had certain criteria for a vehicle, but was undecided as to what was available. The knowledgeable team was able to take my requests and fine tune it down to the vehicle that fit all aspects of my needs. I was actually very pleased that I could get into a new vehicle that offered less depreciation than most, yet was fun to drive, and offered Exceptional gas mileage. They worked on my trade and met my final need of reducing monthly payment dramatically.

This was the most pleasant experience buying a car. We were qualified first and then we went and looked at the vehicle that fit our budget. We had a really good selection. We were not pressured to pick out a particular car. The first one that we were shown was the one, it had a moon roof. We were treated as people and not just a sale. We were able to work the everyone with respect.

Everyone was so friendly. One man in service that I didn't get his name answered a question for me about something that solved a problem I had with the car. They had rolls to eat while waiting for the service to be done. Don, the shuttle driver took me to a close by retail store to shop while waiting and pointed out where a close by coffee shop was in case I got tired of shopping. He then picked me up in a very timely fashion when my car was done having its' 30,000 mile service. They had also washed my car when I picked it up. All in all, a very satisfying experience. Went in to take a look at my options since I recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy from a mailer I received from LoanZone. The finance manager Lane was very nice and understanding in the initial phone call that I had with him explaining my financial situation, and offered me to come over for a consultation.I got there, and worked with Nancy, who listened to my situation, and gave me all my options considering my situation with no nonsense. She was very nice, very straightforward; again, no nonsense, no tricky sales tactics. After hearing my options and seeing what was available to me, I consulted with Tony (if I remember his name), who further assisted Nancy in helping me to see the big picture in trying to re-establish my credit. After some time and consideration, I ended up leaving with a newer and better vehicle with the same payment that I was paying on the previous vehicle I drove over there with (and they gave me a free cup)! Good, honest people; great customer service; they treat you like you are a VIP customer! I highly recommend them, if you're looking for a VW or if you're going through LoanZone.

I bought my car there, I have always taken my car there for all service. The service Dept is just stellar, they always and I mean always make sure they are taking care of your needs and doing what ever they can to accommodate. They remember you, know how to handle upset and or frustrated customers (me). Which had nothing to ever do with the service dept. All of them down to both of he gentlemen who drive the shuttle are world class customer service. They just know how to keep it business with a personal touch. Awesome. The service dept is why I keep coming back and honestly I was so turned to ever buy another VW (my Passat). The Service Dept and because of them and only them might be the reason I would ever reconsider.

Made a deal with the internet department, it took two days. When I showed up to dealership and met up with Todd Stamps, he did not offer a test drive of their car.I felt that was unusual. There car also had steel wheels instead of the alloys pictured on there website and autotrader. When I asked the manager if they could lower there price or put some alloys on the car. He said no way thats going to happen, and you can pay for the car as is. I would never do business with this Stealership again, even if they were the last here in this state. They did call me back after a day and wanted to put some other wheels on, but I already left and did not know the type of wheel they would put on the car. Buyer Beware!

It was dark when we received the car. The next morning we found dent and scratches on the rear bumper. After contacting Mydonia, he went out of his way to make everything right. That is true customer service. Also, during the sale transaction and dealing, Mydonia was very professional and friendly. He is not like the others car salesmen we have encounter, whom were pushy and rude. We like dealing with Mydonia and will recommend friends and family to him in the future.

This is the second car I have leased from Larry Miller Volkswagen and both times have been exceptional experiences. I felt respected through the entire process, all my questions were answered, and I was never pressured into doing something that I didn't want to do or was uncertain about. Everyone I have come into contact with at the dealership has been professional and friendly, making me feel like a valued customer. Even though there is now a VW dealership much closer to my home I chose to return to Larry Miller Volkswagen because of how I've been treated in the past, both in the sales and service departments.

Too bad I did not purchase my vehicle at Larry Miller. The employees at the service department really do take care of their customer by doing what is necessary to get the job well done. I have never had an issue when I take my vehicle there. My wife and I specially enjoy being taken care of by service advisor, Barbara Halsey. It is because of individuals like here and the service techs that I keep taking my vehicle there. I currently have a service contract (zaktek service) at Camelback VW, which I will cancel ASAP so that I wont have go there ever again. The folks at Camelback really need some training from the people at Larry Miller to show them how the job is really done!! Keep it up!

I like that they have rental cars available and movie passes if you have to wait. The service personnel have been extra helpful. More than they have to be. They really go the distance and remember me when I come back. Dwayne has very good personal service.

The representative at the counter was very helpful and resourceful. The facilities are very clean and adequate. Service work took a lot longer than expected (10k service, couple minor car issues) but there's a shuttle service and enough to do around the area to distract.

I visited your dealership because I needed a repair on my car in order to return home to San Diego. My parents live close to your location and I thought you may be able to service my Audi. I was very impressed with the service I received. I will definitely consider you for future service when in the area. Barbara was very helpful and kept me informed throughout my visit. She was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about the similarities between VW's and Audi's. On another note, my parents purchased a new Hyundai from Larry Miller last year and have been very happy with the sale and service of their vehicle so far. I explained why I was coming into the service department and he immediately went over tore options with me. I feel I was well taken care of and very satisfied when I left the service department.

I will never buy a car or recommend that anyone buy a car there again. I purchased a TDI Jetta from them in September. It was my first time buying a new car and second time buying a car from a dealer. I called them on the phone and they quoted me the same price another local dealer quoted out the door. They were closer, So I decided I would go there. When I got there I drove the car. Car was what I expected. Next thing was to talk about price. He said he could not give me the same price he quoted me on the phone, but about $200 more and this car had tint so the $200 wasn't a big deal. So, I go to another guy to sign paperwork and finish the deal. It's my fault I didn't read the fine print. I trusted them too much. It was supposed to be $26,000 out the door tax, title, and plates. Shook the salesman's hand and looked me in the eye. They ended up adding another $400 documentation fee and and addition $400 for plates that was supposed to be included. Plus, after arguing with the second salesman for over 10 minutes about not wanting the extra warranty and service contract I gave in because he said it was a really good deal. He said the service contract covers all maintenance up to 100,000 miles. He straight out lied. After getting home and actually reading the paper work it only covers maintenance up to 45,000 miles. The VW service plan covers the first 30,000. Also, I have to pay extra for synthetic oil... All in all I am going to end up paying about 4000 than the quoted price. I do have a sweet maintenance plan that covers that costs $405 that will cover 15,000 miles of maintenance except for the oil, a $1200 warranty that covers 40,000 miles after the vw warranty runs out, and $825 gap coverage that is useless because I put $5000 down. Plus, $400 documentation fee and $400 license plate fees that were supposed to be covered in the out the door price. It's my fault. I should have read all the paperwork and not trusted what either of the salesmen said about the price. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the 3rd car we've purchased from you and each experience has been great. Your sales force, Mike especially, went far beyond the call of duty in order to make the deal we wanted. I'm a hard customer and usually won't budge when I make my mind up, but Mike, with all his professionalism and character, never gave up. He finally convinced management to do the deal I wanted. Will I be back - you bet! Jeff, in finance, was also fast and professional. Also Bert Pitts, who was working with Mike. was very helpful too. As a side note, I wanted to commend your service department. Each time we've had to bring our cars in, we've received great service (we never have to return a second time for the same problem!)

When I told Steve that a concern was the car fitting in our garage due to having a golf cart behind in he said lets take it to our house and see how it fits. Jeff had the financing done in less than 10 minutes and never did a hard sell on products I wasn't interested in.......

Another great experience..2nd car we have leased here..Pedro came in on his off day to accomadate us and provided quality service from the first day we starting tallking over the phone prior to visiting the store. He was very friendly and really put in the effort to find us the car we were looking for at the price we were comfortable with. The whole experience was again (as it was with our first car) painless. Although there are several dealerships much closer to our home (scottsdale) I have enjoyed our time dealing with everyone at Larry Miller and do not see ourselves dealing with any other VW dealer in the future.

I will only recommend the auto service department as they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to servicing your VW auto. However, I would not recommend buying from this dealership as my last purchase went from bad service to not what as was promise. I had purchased 3 of my previous vehicles from this same dealership when they had outstading service and willing to do an honest deal. In fact, I was so frustrated that I traded that vehicle at a Scottsdale VW dealership within a month. Which by the way provided great customer service and all about wanting your business.

The Service Advisor confirmed the reason for my visit, then proceeded to explain in detail the work that would be performed and the length of time for the entire job. I came to this dealership after a very bad experience with the VW dealership in Scottsdale. I wanted to turn in my leased 2008 Jetta for a new lease. We had a very tight budget and very limited funds to put down but Pedro and Victor were extremely helpful in helping us lease a new VW while maintaining our current budgeted payment. The whole process took a little more than two hours, which we were happy about because car dealerships are an all day adventure. All in all it was a fantastic experience and in my opinion the Scottsdale location could use some training in customer service from Larry H Miller.

I live in Fresno, CA. I visited a couple dealerships in my city while I was talking to Larry Miller. I have to say, the customer service is what won me over. I drove 11 hours to pick up my 2012 CC Lux from Larry Miller rather then buy from my local VW dealer. I really don't have anything bad to say about the local dealers here, but Larry Miller went above and beyond in providing me a great car buying experience. Victor was very pleasant when it came to negotiations, Todd was informative in providing me with updates in where my car was on route from Germany, even sending me a video of the car once it arrived on the lot. Once we got to the dealership, we met Pedro who went in great detail in explaining features of the car. He was very patient with my dad who is recovering from an injury. I had everyones mobile number so communication from a long distance was no problem. I was always able to get a hold of someone and have my many questions answered. Everyone followed thru with what was promised, which is rare to find. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had, and I will be a return customer.

Although the car we wanted was not in stock, Carlos and his managers worked out a plan that was acceptable to everyone to put us into a car immediately. I stopped just to see what they had to offer vs another dealership and they were very helpful and took me around to see if I would like the colors they had. I found one but wasnt sure if I should go back to the other dealership. Bert was convincing that I should buy now and make a deal with my old car. My mom was there and decided to buy my old car too. So it was great to have one person service the needs of two and make it happen.

The sales person Adriana Noriega was very knowledgeable of the sale process and was able to comfortable walk me through it. The entire experience was great from helping find the right vehicle that met my needs. She was able to answer any and all question that I had before and after the sale. The service advisor she was great, the only thing I want to comment is that it was going to be about 2 hrs or so and the shuttle only goes 20 mins and I honestly drive from 35th Avenue to you guys because we love your Customer Services and everything about you guys, what is closer to us is Camelback but very unhappy with their services so maybe extending your shuttle services in Mile wise.

This is our first time being in the Volkswagen family. Before our visit with LJ and the crew at Larry Miller VW we had know previous knowledge of what type of cars they made. We just knew we wanted to get rid of our Nissan and something with a little class..LJ showed us a hand full a models and really like the Jetta. Of course the SEL Jetta with the "Fender" speaker system is incredible. Anyways long story short the wife and I had recently short saled our house, which has not even been a year yet. We didn't have top tier crdit but some how LJ and the team went to bat for us. VW credit allowed my wife and I to walk away with two brand new vehicles..With so many banks worried about lending VW credit and the Larry Miller team made us feel like we were A++ credit again...The experience was very refreshing. My two year old daughter was very content playing in their kids lounge...All and all we can not wait to come back and get new VW's when the future allows us too.Great experience overrall. I know that if I send them a friend or family member they will give them the same great service. The service department is always very kind and courteous. I had to bring my vehicle in for a repeat occurence of my check engine light. Justin was patient and helpful during the scheduling. Glen was thorough during my drop of. Barb was very clear in explaining what was done to my vehicle when I picked it up. The process was seamless. I love that I was given a comparable loaner car when my vehicle was being serviced.... I hardly missed my own car!

Barbara Halsey is one of the GREATEST people I have ever met and had the pleasure to work with at a dealership car service area. She is always so nice and helpful in whatever I need done to my car. She always updates me in what was going on with my car and lets gives me a timeline. I worked with three members of your team - Vic, Adam and Jeremy. All three guys were informed, friendly and respectful. I felt no pressure; I felt supported. When buying a new car, and assuming a loan a person needs to feel comfortable and not like just another "mark". I have made it a policy to be a "be back" in order to get out of the pressure and think carefully. I have twice, now, bought a car from Larry Miller Volkswagen without leaving first to think it over - that speaks to the relaxed interaction your team provides. Charged $200 plus for work I may have not needed. When work prescribed did not fix the problem they decided to put in a new battery for me. They didn't charge me for the battery so I guess I ended up paying $200 for what did fix my problem, a battery. This is the first bad experience I have had here. I was very disappointed.

Barbara is my go-to service advisor. I know when I arrange my service appointment with her, I will be treated with courtesy and concern. She is extremely knowledgable with regards to my vehicle and goes over and above keeping my informed as to the progress of my repairs. The only negative I have is directed more towards the dealership; in that no loaners were available to me, despite having my vehicle repair take two days.

Barbara,The car is still very noisy and bumpy. It is not a pleasant experience to drive the Jetta right now. It still needs to be fixed. If I need to buy new tires, please call me to sell them to me! I also would like to have the window tinting changed. I believe my insurance will pay because the tint is scratched in the driver's line of sight. All the service and parts associates have been pleasant every appointment since I purchased my vehicle in 2007. VW has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years just because of their great warranty. Recenty Glen Bailey helped me two days in a row for warranty work and oil change. He was very friendly and knowledgable of the work that my vehicle needed. I dont plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else to get work done and I hope to keep it for a while.

Yes Adam was really nice. I said i would never come back to this place i bought a car 3 yrs ago an was the worse time i ever had was there for 10 hrs trying to get financing. An when we got the car it was late an no wash no rain check no one offered anything not a hat, mug nothing an top that off not a thank you email nothing..Very disappointed with the whole thing.nobody knew what was going on every one that i seen didnt even smile. so i a glutton for punishment an cam back an the only reason i did, is of Adam. I called when i got a flyer in the mail an an talking to Adam it sounded like he knew what was going on an was very sharp. Justin is always friendly, always professional and does his best to keep his clients informed on progress of service. All employees have a smile ready, should you happen upon them while waiting. The waiting area is comfortable and the complimentary coffe is appreciated. Being able to connect to the internet via your Internet cafe is a super plus as well.

The employee's are friendly, the facility is nice, clean, fresh, up to date. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would like to have changed was the selection of food offered to customers. Bagels instead of donuts would have been a better choice. Overall I was very please with the dealership; the sales staff came by a few times and asked if there was anything we needed which was very nice, made me feel welcomed.

Mike was great to work with, friendly and knowlegable. For the overall experience i would recommend Larry Miller VW to friends and family, it is a friendly dealership. The only issue I would raise is the work of the maintence workers, while the car looked great when I drove off the lot, I began to notice the windows while appeared to be cleaned, when in the sun the windows where smeared, not sure if they only used water to clean, i recommend they actually use a cleaning solution to clean the windows.

We bought our car from your dealership and also bring it in for oil changes and maintance.I am always happy when I leave. This time I brought my car in because it was making a strange noise. I had a great and pleasant experience at Larry miller VW. Sales person was upfront and helpful in finding a car that suited my budget. Dealership provided a loan vehicle for the day free of charge, so that was awesome too. So yes, i would recommend this dealership.

when I finally talked my husband into looking at VWs was when we went to nissan.They acted like we had the plaque,saw them once after being there for 45 mins and seeing no one we went to Larry Miller.My husband loves the car,the service is great,the people are all so nice,and the quality of the car cant be beat.We also went to a dinner at the dealership,the food was great,the people we met were awesome,and while we were eating our cars were being serviced! I will buy a VW again and again LOVE the car LOve the Service. Thank You Larry Miller

Our sales guy "Sam" was the best and his great customer service did not end at our purchase he has been wonderful since the purchase with any and all of our questions, he has went above and beyond with doing his job, making sure that the VW was the best choice for us and that we were completely satisfied with our new car. I had been trying to work a deal on trading in my 2010 truck for almost two months. I started three deals via internet and had bad experiences with all three. I have a negative equity thats pretty dramatic and it really seemed like no one was really wanting to waste their time. I noticed Larry miller online and didnt realize there was a automall in Avondale so I decided to take one last attempt. Adam H greeted me right away and was pleasant and professional all the way through. Everyone he brought over to talk with me was also professional and pleasant...including the final finance guy. I put myself in this problem and everyone at Larry Miller knew that but didnt make me feel like it and my situation had created a larger payment than before but i was willing to do that based on the gas savings. I will reccomend to any needing to buy a vehicle.

I thought Mike did a great job. He had only been on the job for 4 days and we never would have known had he not told us. He was very knowledgable about the cars and anything he didn't know he promptly got us an answer. He was very patient with our questions/concerns and made sure we didn't feel pressured. We were most impressed with his persistence to make sure we didn't walk out of there without a car. We had initially only gone in for a test drive as we had never even considered a VW before and we ended up leaving with a car...that's a good sales team, if you ask me!

I was very impressed with the dealership and Jeff; he definitely knows his products and patient with me as it took me a couple of weeks to decide which model I wanted; thanks to Lane Rogers who was also helpful and offered different options and helped me decide.

Usually I don't look forward to buying a car, but Justin was a great sales person. He took time to explain how the car works before we even had a deal. He was patient with us when we were negotiating the price. Moved quickly when it was time to do the paperwork. I would definitly recommend Justin and your dealership to family and friends. I live in SW Colorado and there is not a VW dealership in this area. I have the Routan serviced during trips to Denver or Phoenix. In this case, the motor for the AC fan was loud and needed replaced. With short notice, Barbara was able to scedule me in on a busy day, get the fan motor checked out and ordered. When the part arrived, she again worked her magic to get me in and the car fixed on a Friday so I could leave for home on Sunday. The fan is quiet now and my car is clean, thanks to the staff at Larry Miller Volkswagen in Phoenix. :)

Michael Sobczak made the whole experience very easy. He contacted us before we came to the dealership and answered all our questions. Michael responded to all our emails and phone calls very quickly. There was no pressure, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got us a great price on the car and the car was detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas. He went over all the features of the car and made sure he answered all our questions. Michael called us after we bought the car to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions he could answer.

Our family loves the Routan; it was good purchase with no regrets. We know the Routan was manufactured by Chrysler Corp., in researching the Routan we found that Volkswagen had huge input on style, suspension, and overall esthetics. This is the reason why we chose the Routan over the Grand Caravan and Town & Country.

We wanted to trade in our Chevy Tahoe for a smaller, more economical vehicle. We researched different cars on line for a number of days and decided which car best suited our needs and decided a Jetta was the best car for us. We have owned many VWs in the past and felt it was a car we could depend on. We went to Larry Miller for this reason.We also had "our plan" that included what we expected for a trade in for the Tahoe and what our monthly out go would be. Larry Miller met all our expectations. Every experience I have ever had with Larry Miller VW has been beyond exceptional!! The purchase of our new vehicle can now be included with the above statement. Very helpful friendly and speedy about the whole process. Jeff was on the ball about the whole process trying to get us out of there as fast as possible. Even though the car is used it is great looking inside and out. Very clean! I am happy that I chose to go to this dealership.

Our daughter's Beetle was due for it's 10k mile service and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. The motor was defected. The original work was done during the first visit but we had to come back for replacement of the windshield wiper motor. Our only disappointment was that your shuttle wasn't available (too long a drive) to take our daughter home to Buckeye. However, before I could get to the dealership to pick her up, she'd been told that the car would be ready in 10 minutes so that worked out well. We've purchased two beetles from Larry Miller and were involved when my sister purchased her Red Beetle. ALL of our encounters at Larry Miller have been good and we are very happy with our VW vehicles. Saving for our EOS or CS now.Thank you for your great, helpful, friendly employees.

A Fantactic Experience at LHM in purchasing a New Vehicle. Jeff L.,Michael S.,Steve G.,Steve D. all worked to make sure all my need's were meet in a timely manner. Jeff worked 6 day's beyond his normal working hours to keep me informed and educate me onthe value of purchasing the vehicle that will fit my need's at this time. Jeff helpedme understand the value now and in the future of purchasing the right vehicle in this challenging economy.
