It was my first time here and unfortunately it will be my last. I don't understand why one schedules an appointment and it takes 3 hours to do a simple oil change. The service department was lacking coverage and customer service. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. With busy schedules everyone deserves customer service, who wants to spend half a day sitting around. We all have busy life's let's respect that.....

I am very disappointed with what happened when I took my car to King's Ford. I got a coupon in the mail to get "the works" which includes various services. I mainly went for the tire rotation and oil change. I had an appointment and when I scheduled it they said it would take a little over an hour. When I got there they said they were running behind, which is not the issue.. When it was finally done after an hour and half ( like I said not the biggest deal) I was leaving but had notice... they didn't do anything to my tires... I went inside he apologize that it must have been missed we'll work on it asap.. I wanted to ask what else was missed?? another 30 minutes later... the car was finally done after 2 hours. I went to Ford thinking there would be superior service.... I typically go to the 20 minute oil change places where they 1. let you stay in the car/only take 20 minutes and 2. walk you through everything they are doing to ensure to you nothing is missed.

I contacted this dealership through Ebay for a truck I had been looking for for months. I made an offer as their site had afforded but, got NO response but when I did was told that there was no make an offer on Ebay (LIE). I called today 10/03/2016 and got the runaround from two different dealerships. Finally I got a salesperson negotiated a price and was ready to pay for it. He said he'd call me back at 1:30 pm LIE). I never got a call so I called back and spoke to the manager who said it was being sold. needless to say I was pissed and his claim that I was not there as I lived 8hrs away. BS as I was ready to pay for it before the other buyer was there earlier in the day! They probably got more money for the vehicle than they agreed to sell it to me for. This dealership did a dirty underhanded thing and the manager had a very nasty attitude! I've contacted the owner and will see if he responds. I would buy here ever!

Worked with John Charles to buy new 2016 F150 and he was simply great. Knew all the technical data on everything from engines to door locks. Helped my son and me make the best decisions and we could not be more appreciative. Will recommend Mr. Charles to anyone and suggest dealers find or train more like him. Facility is excellent. Selections were better than any others we visited. The process of buying never easy but Mr. Charles made it go very cleanly and we are most satisfied. Great truck for the buck!!!

I Brought my car into the dealership without an appointment. I had low tire pressure. Took less than one hour. They were swamped. They fixed my back tire and put me back on the road. No charge! What a great place. I did not buy my car from this facility but would recommend it to anyone.

The serviceman at the desk helped me right away. I told him I was here for my 30,000 mile checkup. He asked by name and took my keys. I waited for the car to get finished working on and it was done within an hour. The car was very clean inside. Everyone who including the cashier were very helpful, courteous and friendly. I have never had a problem with service or buying a car from Kings Ford.

I bought a car from kings ford for my son who worked all summer to buy his dream G35. After I paid for the car and was ready to leave the window stopped working. Although I bought it as is the general manager, Cody, agreed to fix it at no charge. The salesman, Mr Geno Boles, assisted me thru the entire process with patience and professionalism. thanks for a job well done by both, Cody and Geno.The service department interaction can use some improvements.

This dealership is ran by the most dishonest, and disrespectful group of salesman. Was told a LED Running Lamp would be replaced by using the exact words "we'll take care of it for you" the day we bought our car from them, but upon returning to get the light replaced they sent me home waiting for them to call me telling me the part had arrived... Good thing I didn't hold my breath... A week went by- so I called to check on it... I was passed around to multiple people before being sent to the voicemail of the Customer Service Manager. I waited a few days, still didn't hear anything back, called again... Finally getting ahold of their customer service manager who decided it was not smart to help us replace this light for free "because I already had a bad taste in my mouth regarding my experience and that it would get them no where."!!!! Are you serious- you need to replace it bc we were told you would! After back and forth arguing we were told he would check into it, then we were told they would replace it and to bring it in- we scheduled an appointment and dropped it off- went to pickup the car- light had not been replaced and low and behold it was never even ordered!! Then upon me contacting the service manager again through multiple phone calls he repeatedly stated he would check into it and call me back..... Never heard from him again. This is not reputable business practice. This is disrespectful and dishonest. And to think this was coming from their Customer Service Manager himself, I wonder if the owner knows who he is trusting his company's name to? Now, I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth and other people need to know what may happen to them if they make the mistake of trusting this establishment.

It took a number of tries but it appears that gosh darn speaker is finally working! Multiple visits because it kept getting static-y and cutting out. Connections and harness in general were checked multiple times, speaker even replaced multiple times but it kept acting up.

Although the service and experience for me has been excellent, a friend I recommended to Kings Ford has not experienced the same result after buying an Edge as well as bringing in their son who bought a Fusion. His experience with damage occurring to the Edge while in your care has left me wondering why you haven't satisfied his experience with the type of repair you did to his Edge. I am not sure he will be returning after being told the repair was the best you could do--question is--would you consider that Customer First?

How can you have a car dropped off at 7:30 am and never call the customer to tell them you aren't able to get to it? I'm pretty sure by noon, you should know what your workload is going to be. I just happened to call and check, otherwise I would have showed up expecting my car and really blown a gasket. Did I mention I made an appointment? Instead, I just took my keys and will find a place that can manage their time (and customer expectations) a little better!

My wife and I recently leased a 2016 Explorer from Kings Ford. Our salesman was Ben Mumrey and he did a phenomenal job for us. We have been looking since early January and we knew exactly the price and options that we wanted. We dealt with various other dealerships prior to contacting Ben, big mistake on our part. Once we finally did contact Ben he let us know he would find a way to get us what we wanted and he also followed through. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted at a price even lower than what we were shooting for. We would highly recommend Ben to anyone who likes the nontraditional style salesman. Ben is zero pressure and doesn't waste your time with all the typical sales runaround everyone despises so much. We will definitely be dealing with Ben in the future.

I went in to purchase a new vehicle and I was very rushed the entire time. When I decided on the car I wanted, I went to sit down to sign all the paperwork while they got the car together. The car did not get cleaned like it was supposed to and I realized the following day it was not the exact car I had picked out, same color and model but not the one i test drove. I found a defect in the car and brought it back in and had to argue to get it fixed. I am now three months into my vehicle and the steering wheel is peeling, I have made 5-6 trips to the dealer since I purchased it for things. I am not happy with the car or the staff at Kings Ford.

Hi, We just bought a new Flex at King's Ford. We were able to test-drive the vehicle without signing our lives away to take it off the lot alone. We were given the sales associate's full attention. He worked out several ways we could finance our Flex. In the end we got a great price and saved over $3,000. A dealer in Columbus was going to sell me the same Flex, same VIN# for $3,000 more without blinking an eye. When he called me I mentioned this and he about choked! We were able to negotiate our price and financing. We also got 0% interest which will save us another $4500. Thanks for the new Flex...

The salesman listened to my every request to see spacific colors and towing capibilities. I test drove the ones I had picked out and chose the one I liked the best. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He had my trade in appraised in a very timely manner and the paperwork was ready to sign. Afterwards he showed me all the bells and whistles I had on my new truck. He helped us unload our old truck and gave us trash bags for all the small things. It was my most pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle.

I have a 2010 Ford Focus and I get all of my service done at QuickLane. The staff is extremely helpful, I am always able to get in and out quickly, and they kept me updated on what is going on with my car. This time I had my air conditioner serviced, the tires rotated and the oil changed. They also checked the brakes and topped off all of my fluids.

Visited Ford over the weekend for a new lease. John was very helpful and seemed open and upfront. His manager and Ken were both friendly and willing to step in to answer questions we had on a competing quote. One area of improvement: snacks. Hard to make a buy/lease decision on an empty stomach and the only drinks available were coffee and hot water. Recommend adding some tea bags and some inexpensive snacks (pretzels or cookies) to help make the decision faster . This experience helped make up for multiple, poor experiences with their service department (which has been rude to us on several occasions and too busy to honor confirmed, booked appointments).

I bought my 2011 Ford Taurus limited in April 9th. About a week or so after buying the vehicle the backup camera started giving me issues. So I let some time pass and I get pretty frustrated because it's one of my favorite features . Today April 29th I decided to bring it to the service dept. I knew I only bought the powertrain warranty I knew it was gonna be a costly repair. Who wants to make a costly repair to their vehicle less than a month after purchase? So I was bring patient while I waited to see what they could do about it rather than getting angry with the person that was assisting me . They cut me a huge deal on having my backup camera repaid. I truly appreciate it!!! A big thanks to Travis Martin and Jerrod Rush and the rest of the Kings Ford team. This kind of service will make me want to return to this dealership.

But stopped and looked for a smaller SUV We were looking at the Escape when Geno came out to help us I didn't know what I was looking for or even if we were going to buy a SUV . He convinced me to test drive it . I was really impressed with it . When we got back and Geno asked me if I liked it . I said how much I really wanted a blue one. He looked for one but there was none . He gave a great price but I still wanted . So Geno gave me blue pin stripes . That really made me happy!! Geno was great we bought it. Geno is a great salesman so good were looking to buy a Mustang convertible .

I had purchased my 2012 Ford Focus from another dealer only 4 months ago. It came with a 4,000 mile/4 month warranty. Within 40 days, the check engine light came on and I had the car checked out from my personal mechanic before taking it into the dealer. The light had went back out on its own, so there wasn't much that could be done at that time ( so I was told). When the 4 months was up, the light came back on, with the same fault code. I took it back to the dealer, but they said my warranty was now expired, even though I only had a little over 2,000 miles on it from the day I purchased it, my 4 months ended 14 days before! I explained that this was a problem that had surfaced within 40 days of buying the car and I felt I shouldn't have to pay for the transmission/clutch to be fixed. They advised me to take the car to one of thier other dealers who sells Fords, but I would still have to pay for diagnosing the car, because they wouldn't accept my mechanics diagnosis. I wasn't comfortable taking my car to an Unknown dealer or paying huge cost to fix a car I have only put 2,000 miles on. Thankfully I decided to take my car to the Ford dealership at Kings Automall and ask for thier advice. I was told that there were open service updates for my car and Ford would fix my issue, free of charge, as long as the issue was due to the needed update! They got me an appointment quickly, serviced my car, and even explained that it may take 2,000 miles for the car to learn my driving habits and then all should be great, but if I had any more problems related to this issue, just to come back in and they would get my car fixed up! The next car I purchase will definitely be from Kings Ford, they truly know how to treat their customers, and are very respectful and honest. Something I didn't get from the dealer who sold me the car.

I drove down to the dealership from Columbus for a specific car. My salesman (Mike Duffy) guided me through the process quickly and responded quickly to my calls / texts. When I got there, the car I was there to look at was ready to go, and I checked out their car while they appraised mine. We quickly agreed on a fair trade value - smooth negotiation. Mike was pretty laid back but attentive to my questions - the best kind of salesmen, in my opinion. Financing was also a breeze, thanks to Andy. Bought the car, and was very pleased with my experience. Would definitely recommend the dealership and working with the folks there.

Haven't bought a new car for 14 years and was dreading it. Jim Cobb was the sales person at Kings Ford and he was great to work with. He worked at understanding what I was looking for and wanted. They didn't have the car but was able to locate my perfect car at a northern Ohio dealer. He got it in within a day or so and negotiations were so easy. I felt like I got a perfect car for a perfect price. After I bought the car Jim took time to explain the features and set up things for me - it would have taken me awhile to figure everything else. I had a fantastic experience and would strongly recommend Kings Ford/Jim Cobb.

Have taken my truck in now twice with appointments scheduled for repairs and an oil change and twice now no oil change was done. This service department has begun to lose my faith in this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership for service to anyone and will be looking for another dealer for service.

I ordered a new 2016 Ford F150 Lariat in February . The Salesman Dave Murphy was great, he went through the ordering process with me and kept me informed about the trucks process. He notified me that the truck was to be built on March 28. The truck arrived on April 4, and Dave called to let me know that it would be ready to pick at 5:00 that evening. When I went to pick up the truck it was sitting in the customers parking area with other customer vehicles parked around it. I thought it would have been parked in the viewing area. As my wife and I looked at the truck we noticed how dirty the truck was, like they were in a hurry to wash it and get done. As we looked around the truck we noticed scuff marks on the drivers door. We proceeded to talk to Dave about the condition of the truck, and Dave came out and looked at the scuff marks and saw how dirty the truck was. Dave then proceeded to get the sales manger. The sales manger came out with a bottle and a rag in his hand. He walked right past me and said nothing and proceeded to try and rub the scuff marks out of the door. I asked him what he was doing and that covering up the scuff marks with the solution was not acceptable. I told him how dirty the truck was and this was unacceptable in this condition. The Sales Manger ( who never did introduce himself ) walked away. I told him that the truck was unacceptable like this and the Sales Mangers said, whatever. You would think that when you choose Kings Ford to buy a new truck and spend that much for it that the sales manger would at least have the courtesy to introduce himself. I was appalled at this type of service and behavior. My Salesman Dave Murphy apologized for the sales mangers behavior and Kings Ford. My sales man Dave told me he would get the truck cleaned up the next day and we could comeback and take a look at it. The next day the truck was spotless. Dave had stayed the night before and cleaned up the truck to make it presentable. Even the finance manger apologized for the sales manger. Needless to say I was not impressed with Kings Ford Sales Manger, but my salesman Dave Murphy was great.

I never knew buying a new car could be such a good experience. It was raining when we arrived at the dealership. My salesman (Geno Boles) was standing outside with an umbrella in the rain. I saw a vehicle that I was very interested in online. I made one inquiry on the website and got contacted immediately. Upon driving the vehicle, I told them what I could afford and they did the rest. I was contacted once the details were arranged and told them that I had to get back to work quickly, so they had all of the paperwork ready to go. I walked in, signed the needed documents, and walked out within 20 minutes. Dan Cutter was my sales rep, and he was incredible. I will be visiting them again in the future.

I did all of my research ahead of time and went to King's Ford to look at a used car. We test drove it, negotiated a price and signed the paperwork in less than three hours. Bob was very easy to work with and seemed down to Earth. He took care of plates and helped move all of my stuff from one vehicle to another. I did not purchase a Ford and he still did a good job helped me with the car.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Edge from Kings Ford, and I am so happy! This is the second vehicle I've bought from this dealership, and the guys there always take great care of me. David Spencer was the salesman I worked with, and he was so helpful. Ask for him and you know you'll be with someone who honestly wants you to walk away with the car you want at a reasonable price. I hadn't yet decided between the Escape, Edge, and Explorer, and needed his expertise. He walked me through each of my options and was so patient with me as I looked at multiple cars and test drove the ones I was considering before finally deciding on the Edge. I took a week to make it back in to the dealership to finalize the transaction, and at no point did I ever feel pressured by him to buy, even though my mind was already made up. This is my favorite car I've ever had!! I am so glad I settled on the Edge- it's comfortable, looks classy, and safe for my family. The gentleman, Andy, who helped me with the financing and paperwork was very well organized and even made sure all of the information I needed to give my insurance company was readily available. And, because I am already a returning customer, I know the service department is reliable, which is another reason I love Ford. Oil and filter change. This is my second visit. They are not the lowest price in town for an oil change, BUT, maybe they are because there is no attempt to up-sell something you don't really need, there are no attempts to sell filters you really don't need (one competitor tried to sell me a cabin air filter. My car doesn't have a cabin air filter). Overall I'm satisfied, I'll go back.

I came in this past week to look at cars not really knowing what to expect as I had never been there before. I had dealt with salesmen at other dealerships all day that were rude and very disrespectful and was honestly not looking forward to speaking to anyone at all when I had gotten there. But I didn't get that here. Kevin Osborne is by far the best car salesman I've ever come across. He wasn't rude, he didn't try to belittle me, talk down to me or treat me like a child. I'm so happy he approached me while I was there looking. Not only would I recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership, I would recommend buying one from Kevin. Great work between Stephanie, Travis and Kevin. Saw what I wanted online. Stephanie helped me with somoe additional info and got an appointment with Travis. Travis was swamped that night so he asked Kevin to help me with the test drive and the purchase. Kevin let me take my time with the test drive and giving the truck an overall lookover. Purchase was simple and painless - unlike working with other dealerships! Overall a great experience and all the staff was very friendly.

I have a 2013 Fusion Energi Titanium. I absolutely love the car and my wife liked it so much she decided she wanted to look at an Explorer after driving 2 different Toyota Sequoias for 10 years and owning a total of 7 Toyotas over the last 25 years . She is very happy with her Explorer. I'm currently averaging 90 MPGs on my Fusion. I say all of this to show I am not just an unhappy human that isn't happy about anything.I was charging my car like I had done for the past 2 years and got a notification that the car wasn't charging. I went out to check to see why it wasn't charging and found that the power cord had exploded and had blown out of the electrical outlet. I called Ford immediately and was advised to take it to a dealership. I took the car and the power cord to King's Ford in Cincinnati. They look at the cord and said to leave it with them and they would call Ford to find out how to handle this situation. I received a call back 4 days after dropping off the charging cord and was told that Ford was going to replace the cord and they would call me when it came in. I finally received a call from the dealership letting me know that the charging cord had arrived and that I could pick it up. I went to the dealership to pickup the cord the gentleman at the service desk handed me the new charger. I was told that he was surprised that Ford had replaced since I had abused the charger. I asked him what he meant by that and he grabbed the charger that blew up and said see right here, you were being to rough and misusing the charging cord that is why it blew up. What he was showing me was the damage that was done when the cord exploded. The charger looked bran new just like my current chargers looks after having it over a year now.The second time I took my car to King's Ford, it was because the car went dead and would not start or do anything. I dropped it off and they said they would check it out and let me know. They also said they would do all of the recalls on the car as well. I also told them that the A/C had a musty smell when it is turned on. They said they would fix that also. I received a call back 3 days later letting me know that my car was ready. When I picked it up they said they didn't know why the car did what it did and if it does it again to let them know. They said all the recalls had been done. I asked them about the smell in the A/C and was told that they poured some stuff into it and that would take care of it. It still smells. I did some research and found out that the was a service bulletin which is TSB-14-0099 and that should have been done, not just pouring something into the A/C. I was told that now I am out of warranty and that I would have to pay to have that done even though I had taken my car in before 36,000 miles. A little time after that I was talking to Ford Service and was told I had some recalls that were still outstanding. I told the lady I was speaking with that I had those done already and told me that it was showing it wasn't done. So now I'm wondering if they were really done or not and that's not a good feeling to have.I would not recommend King's Ford. I was very disappointed.

Initially arrived on Sunday around 1230. Lobby and sales entrance not well marked. I stood in the lobby while a man was offered assistance before me even though I arrived first. After a while Tony Clark offered assistance. After some discussion I informed him of my interest in a new truck and that I had two cars for trade-in . While Tony was friendly and helpful, my rating of Kings Ford would be a 1 if not for him. I was even honest enough to let Tony know that no one had collected my down payment check. and mgt reaction was less than expected. Initial impression of my F150 is positive but with not much history.

They were extremely friendly, addressed all of our questions, and never put pressure on the whole process. This was my first purchase from Kings Ford (2016 F150 Platinum) and I thought the buying process was extremely quick and painless. My problems with the dealer started with the delivery of my $60,000+ truck and the lack of concern shown by the dealer when it came to ensuring the truck was 100% ready to go. I understand that it was late on a Monday night when I finally took delivery so when I drove home without the door lock code (missing from the paperwork), a partially prepped vehicle (stickers, tags,and plastic wrap not removed), and tires that weren't properly inflated I already knew I would be returning to the dealership the following weekend. A call to my salesman during the week led to a "we owe" being generated so I could pull into service and get things remedied. Sadly, the service tech didn't seem to care about the "we owe" or our initial discussion when I arrived because after getting the door lock code, they handed me my keys without even attempting to take care of the other issues. Speaking with a manager led to a bit more work being done but not to the level it should have been. I did get a free car wash coupon though... and I got to run through an automatic car wash as compensation for my two-hour round trip. That $14 coupon and the soap residue stains from the car wash really made up for everything... or not. I guess I should be happy though, all I have to do is make another long trip to the dealer for them to detail my truck (like it should have been on the first night). The free tank of gas also being offered will mean I'm up roughly $9 dollars overall. Unless you count the 10 hours of my life that have been wasted trying to get a car dealership to do properly do one of their core functions. This is not how you earn repeat business or good word of mouth advertising.

I was involved in a accident and was in need of a truck fast.... I looked on line at tons of trucks in my area. The farthest away ending up being the one! I talked to them on the phone and told them what I was after and it was done! In and out in nothing flat! I hate shopping with a pashion! It was easy... Paperwork was fast.... All was good.... There is a lot to think about and absorb. I never felt any pressure. They gave me the time I needed to process it. I wanted to be at peace when I left the lot. I was. Jon Charles was always very helpful, professional, honest and patient. Jesse was also very helpful, professional and patient with teaching me about all the technology in the car. Travis was helpful and seems like a nice person but things got a bit tense in regards to the numbers on the sales contract. Both the loan person at the bank and me found errors which didn't make sense. Travis had some trouble when I tried to explain that to him. Things did work out and I was comfortable with the end result.

Was a bit surprised to find that while my initial appointment was with Travis, when I walked in and Travis walked by several times without acknowledging me, I found myself working with Gino. To be fair, I showed up 25 min. late, but I reached out to Travis before our scheduled time and informed him I had a stop to make. No mention was made then of any other appointment. Geno was helpful and seemed anxious to make a sale. Marshall Bohannon was great as well. He had had prior sales with my family, as I later found out, and he worked behind the scenes to ensure that I was getting a very good deal.

My new F150 is amazing! I'm a younger buyer and I just wanna say Bill Schehr gave a little push in the right direction, let me explain. I'm indecisive and often need reassurance when buying anything. This is the first time that i felt that i was treated with intelligence walking into a dealership. Bill Schehr was hands off let me look around at my own pace, I never felt rushed or that he had other places to be. He was nice and answered all of my questions. I never felt that if i didn't find anything that day, it would be a big hassle but I found a great car and the buying process was really nice and laid back they explained everything and i got a good deal. I have never had such a disappointing experience at a car dealership. No issues with my salesman. But, a big issue with the Rick Clark and his unwillingness to make things right and repair a bad radiator discovered after I got home while troubleshooting a power steering issue. I have not been able to drive tje vehicle yet because I can't afford 1200 to install a radiator. I will make sure everyone I know...knows how this place will treat you if there is a problem.

Paul Plunket is who I deal with when I need something. He can make things happen. He helped me last year with a 2015 Ford Escape and this year with a 2015 Ford transit Van. Service is always completed on time and there is always a follow up from the service manager which is nice if you have a concern. The personnel at Kings Ford are all helpful and they do their jobs with a smile. I enjoy the attention I get when I bring my vehicle in for service. Kings Ford is where I shop for a vehicle and thank you Paul for always being there to help me.

Not the cheapest place to buy a used truck but they are reasonable and have a good selection. Some of their trucks are not in the best condition so make sure you look them over and under before buying, but that goes for any used vehicle from anywhere. They gave me an acceptable amount for my trade-in.

We went on New Years Day, so there weren't a lot of employees there that day. Because of this, we waited a really long time for the processing of everything. If we had gone on a normal work day, I'm sure the wait would not have been so long. Our salesman, Morrie, was very nice and helpful, and did all he could to help us get the payment we were comfortable with.

When buying a car, especially one that is used, you always exercise a bit of caution. Making sure that it is a reputable brand and dealership were at the top of my list. When it was time for my wife to turn in her Jeep; I insisted on her buying a Ford. We shopped Cincinnati dealerships looking for a used Explorer and found one that we really liked at Kings Ford. During our test drive the low air pressure light came on, but we were assured that it was just a quick fix of putting more air in the tire and it would be looked at upon arrival at the dealership. Price negotiated and the papers signed, we were anxious to get home. Upon setting up the SYNC system the low air indicator light came on again. Turns out out there was a hole in the tire. Shane took it to Tire Discounters and had it repaired as your shop was closed for the evening. It rained the rest of the day on Satuday, Sunday, and Monday. On Tuesday when the sun finally broke we came to the realization that the windshield wipers did not turn off. We called Shane and he asked that we make an appointment with a local dealership (we live in Columbus) and that it would be taken care of. Saturday was the earliest we could get the car in with the Holiday and both my wife and I working. We headed out only to find that the car did not start and the battery was dead. We have now owned the car for 1 week and I am already jumping it. We took the car to Ricart Ford and had the switch and battery replaced. I question my confidence in Ford and this vehicle. I have owned multiple Ford trucks and currently drive an F150 without any issues. We bought a Ford for the reliability. We bought "certified used" because we thought that it came with the assurance that the car had been looked over. This "certified" car was going to leave the lot with 3 items that were faulty on the Vehicle Inspection Checklist (Tires, Faulty Wipers and a Dead Battery). It ended up leaving with only two because of Shane running it to Tire Discounters. To me these are obvious items that even the novice mechanic could have pointed out. How does this happen?To say that I am upset is an understatement. I was assured by the Sales Manager that this is an "isolated case and hundreds of cars were sold last year without incident". Unfortunately those hundreds cars are not mine and the one that has issues is parked in my drive way. If something as obvious as the windshield wipers not turning off, a failing battery and hole in the tire did not catch the eye of the mechanic; what else is going to go wrong with this vehicle over the coming years? After buying two cares and getting all of my oil changes/service at Kings Ford, and following their additional service recommendations, I had a bad experience. I was told I needed new tires on my Escape, and needed them before the first snow. This is the second tire replacement recommendation they had made. I got a price from them and then went to Costco to compare. Costco was $200 cheaper for the same tires. As the installation was being done at Costco, I was called back to the Tire center. They asked why I wanted new tires, because they said I had 2 to 3 more YEARS on my current tires. I had already paid for the tires, and the had one tire off of the car. They put the original tire back on, and refunded all my money. With my next oil change, I went to Bob Sumerel, and ask them to check my tires carefully. They also said I was a long way from needing tires. When two different tire dealers have the opportunity to sell me tires and refuse to do it, it convinced me to not go back to Kings Ford for any future purchase or service. Always get a second opinion if you have service done at Kings Ford.

Came in to test drive a 2016 Explorer and ended up leaving with it. Johnathon very personable and able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle, as well as called out some additional features and points that I was not aware of. The whole experience was one of the quickest I have ever been involved with when buying/leasing a vehicle so I was very happy about that. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car!After seeing the car and inquiring online, I was contacted by a representative asking if I was still interested in the car I emailed them about. When I replied yes, he said he was going to verify that the car was still available and would call me back in 10 minutes. He called back in 5 minutes. He set up an appointment for me to meet Travis Martin, their Sales Manager. Travis met me at the door and introduced me to Jim Cobb, a Sales Specialist. Jim was very knowlegdeable about the Escape and took as much time as needed to answer my questions. The test drive Jim recommended encompassed flat roads, hills, highway, curvy roads- all without me asking. When it came to trade in value, I felt the offer was good. Travis took the time to explain how they derived at that trade-in amount. I agreed with the terms and purchased the car. Once purchased, Jim continued with above and beyond customer service. He took the initiative to schedule the undercoat treatment and arranged a rental for me so I would not be inconvenienced since I traded in my car. He also scheduled my first oil change. All I need to do pull in for the service when ready. From my initial contact online the process went very smoothly. Would recommend Kings Ford to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Set up a VIP appointment with Matt at 2:00. We got there a little early saw our name on the screen, sat down and waited, two times another another salesman offered to page Matt who never showed. After 2:15 we started walking around to find Matt. Finally a sales mgr asked if we needed help and said Bill Schehr would show us the van and he would do the numbers. Bill was courteous and very kind. We went out to the van that was very dirty. Why wouldn't this have been cleaned up knowing someone was coming to look at it? The VIP experience has no value but bottom line, we like Bill and the van suited out needs, we drove it home. Would definitely recommend Bill.

I can not say enough good things about Kings Ford. We were in and out the door with a new pick up truck in 39 minutes. The last vehicle we purchased (2 years ago from a large Eastgate, OH dealership) took 6 hours. Kings Ford is tops in outstanding service - all the way from the low pressure sales up to the signing of the paperwork. Furthermore, we did end of visiting a few other Ford dealers in the area and found the best value at Kings Ford. Our salesman (Bill Schehr) was tops - did not try and push us into making a decision on the spot, was very laid back, if he didn't know the answer to a question he quickly found it for us. Loved the experience at Kings Ford!

I have always bought my previous vehicles straight out but had decided to finance this time - Kings Ford made my experience very enjoyable. Overall happy with our car for what we paid. Only real issue so far is with the gas gauge not working. Tires were worn on our car, but the dealer was able to throw in a new set of tires since they were not able to come down on price. Only other thing was some miscommunication on an interior/exterior warranty package we received with the car. Dealer was overall helpful with us to come to a very fair settlement. All in all, so far has been a good car for a low price! Hopefully we just don't run out of gas until we can get the gauge fixed!!

My salesman, Jonathan Charles was great. The internet sales people who told me that the car I was originally interested in was in stock and I could test drive at my appointment not as great. Although it was Black Friday and we had to wait a short while to see a sales staff member we are so glad we waited! Geno was very attentive. My experience with the sales representative, Mr. Bob Creed III, was very relaxed, there was no pressure, conversation was very laid back and informative with no "hype" talk. He worked very diligently in locating a vehicle with my specifications. I have always been a Ford guy and have used Kings Ford to buy parts for vehicles as old as a 1976 F100 and as new as a 2010 Focus. I have always been satisfied with the service and help I get from the parts depaetment. My wife and I have shopped for a car for the last five months. I finally convinced her to go to Kings Ford. I needed a new car with towing capacity to pull my pop-up camper. Shane McGrady greeted me as soon as I exited my soon to be tradein vehicle. From beginning to end it was a very pleasureable experience. Shane was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful guiding my wife and I through the buying process. I am now the proud owner and first time buyer of a Ford product, a new 2016 Explorer Limited. In the past, I was always a GM fan. Went in frustrated because I needed to purchase a new car right away due to the head gasket failing in my car. The representatives were great. They did not pressure me into a particular car. I was shown attention as soon as I walked in, whereas the Jeep dealership I went to in Kings Auto Mall did not even acknowledge my presence.

We went in hoping to trade our old car in for a new car that was better on gas but with a cheaper payment. I was very skeptical that it would be able to be accomplished. To my wonderful surprise this was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. We not only were able to get a car that is brand new, 7 years newer than our old car, gap insurance and an extended warranty, 0% financing and a car payment that is lower than our old car payment.

Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus. We traded in a 2008 Lincoln MKZ hoping to get a new car with a lower payment and better gas mileage. Paul was great to work with. We expressed what we could afford and looking to accomplish. Not once did they come back and ask if we could afford more than what we originally stated. In my lifetime I have purchased a total of about 10 cars and this was the easiest car buying experience out of any of them.

no pressure sales made to feel very comfortable would recommed to friends and family.I did have an little issue with financing and buying the extended warranty it was not disclosed to me that power train warranty came with 5 year 50 thousand mile warranty so when i bought an extended i did not pick up much an additional warrany since the extended only came with the same 5/50. felt a little ripped off after i found out later.

Purchased a new 2015 F150. Shane McGrady was my sales contact and was very knowledgeable about the product. Their website showed the exact truck I was looking for, and it was in stock.Test drive completed and back to the lot. The trade in manager and I came to an agreed trade in price after some quick negotiations. Price was very fair. Paperwork was completed and they had my tags switched over, and new truck ready to go with a full tank of gas. Shane made sure I understood the truck features. Over all time from start to stop was about 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend Shane McGrady and the Kings Ford sales staff.

Anthony Alexander sold me my car. I had no thought that my husband and I would leave with a car. I had heard about the Fusion and when I saw it decided it was too big. I was planning on checking out other manufactures. Anthony asked me what I wanted in a car. He listened to what I said and told me that the Fiesta was comparable to my Civic in size, and could fulfill my needs. With a couple of things that will soon be added to the car on the lot I left with a brand new Fiesta. The piece de resistance for me with the car was a vacuum sealed gas tank. No more struggling to turn the gas cap to get it off so I could fill up the tank. Only Ford has this. Anthony never pushed me into buying more than I needed. Jessie Whitley made sure the paperwork was easily understandable finished quickly. When I returned the next day with questions, technologically somewhat illiterate, "Nick, the Tech Guy" not only explained with words, but also patiently walked me through what I needed to know. Wow! what service. I would highly recommend this dealership - the people and cars to anyone I know. In fact, I already have.

I needed a specific type of vehicle with a maximum price ceiling in mind. I checked out other companies and dealers but they were all very focused on high pressure sales and refused to budge on pricing. I came into the Ford dealership on a busy Sunday afternoon and had the fortune of meeting an excellent sales rep Johnathan Charles. He was busy with completing several sales that afternoon but still made time to help me out. I mentioned to him the simple requirements I had for the new truck I wanted. He narrowed down the selection to 2 realistic choices, both of which were appealing. John was very upfront, honest, and friendly. He made car buying as painless as possible and even went the extra mile to meet my price range. I am very satisfied with the customer service provided by John and recommend Ford to all my friends.

The salesman did an excellent job of showing me the range of cars they had to offer. I am very glad with the car that I chose. My wife and I were not pleased though with the finance person. He spoke way to fast. We asked him to slow down explaining the details. but he did not. It was like he was in a hurry to get use out of there. There were two additional charge that were added to the bill that were not on the widow sticker, We had to tell him to remove because we were not interested in them. He appeared agitated and responded with a cynical tone when we requested to remove those charges. By the time we left we were not even sure we paid the right price for the car. When I took the car back on Tuesday to be detailed that was not done satisfactory. There was still scuff marks on the interior drivers side rocker panel trim piece. Water spots on the inside of the windshield near the dash board. The wheels still had dirt and grime on them. I like the car and I like the salesman. I am not sure if I would recommend the dealership. I would recommend how ever Mr. Charles. that is why I checked the box No on dealership recommendation. You should another box Maybe. I was only some what satisfied with the new car buying experience. It was better the when my wife bought here 2014 Edge from another dealer. They were terrible.

Went to Kings Ford to look at a used car (and I was prepared but wasn't sure I would buy one) Randy Kleine met us out by the Nissan with a pleasant attitude and friendly handshake, he got the keys and a license plate for our test drive. He got some information from us and sent us off to drive the car. I liked the car and with a little bantering we came to an agreement about cost and trade in value for my car. Amazing how smoothly everything went from start to finish, from Randy to the finance guy Jessie and all those in between! (washed it and filled the tank!) It was truly a great experience!! Thanks!

After buying several vehicles from another local dealer I was in search of another vehicle for my business. I returned to my normal Ford dealer and wanted to work a deal. They would not honor my request, and in the process insulted my intelligence to the point that I took my business from Cherry Grove to Mason to see what I could work out. My Salesman Ben Mumphrey was laid back, friendly and helpful. He worked a deal that enabled me to get what I wanted and at 0% interest to boot. They delivered what I needed, when they said they would, and at the price agreed on. I have bought a lot of cars and trucks from the other dealer over the years but in the future I will be returning to see my new amigo Ben and the rest of the group there in Mason. Overall kings ford did a very nice job of making myour car buying experience as good as possible. I had made a poor buying desision a couple days prior at a Wyler automotive lot that helped bail me out of. Johnathon seemed to do everything he could to get me a deal that would have me leaving in a better situation. Everyone I talked to is kind and treated me kindly. My only complaint is that one day 3 with my new vehicle I have an issue with the speedometer not functioning and I have to wait almost a week until they can get me in to fix it.

This was the first new vehicle we have purchased in 12 years, and the first time doing business with Kings Ford. We drove over 45 minutes to deal with Kings Ford. My sales person Anthony was very nice to deal with and not pushy to make a deal, he worked hard to take care of our needs. The initial Edge we wanted to purchase was already bought on the day we came to the dealer for a test drive. Anthony allowed us to test drive another Edge and as requested he worked hard to find the Edge in the color we wanted from another Ford Dealer at a reasonable price. He ensured that the vehicle was transferred timely and detailed. He even made arrangements to get some cosmetic things taken care of with the Edge. He made sure things were taken care of with the Edge to our satisfaction. My only comment is that all warranty paperwork was not provided after signing the papers when car was signed for. A few days later this was taken care of and all warranty papers were received.

Service department is not very efficient and slow. Vehicle was in for a simple keypad replacement and it was going to be 2-3 hour job, turned out to be a 2 day job. This issue was resolved very quickly by Travis Martin. What a great guy to work with as well as my great salesman Geno Boles. They have restored my faith in Kings Ford and look forward to continuing my service with Kings Ford.

It all started when I contacted Al Siewe via the internet. Al was gracious and personable, but did not waste my time. He knew that I was interested in a specific vehicle and promptly introduced me to the appropriate sales representative, Mike Duffy, to assist me.Mike Duffy did an outstanding job in efficiently showing me the vehicle I was interested in, as well as understanding that I knew what I wanted. My wife and I visited Kings Ford when looking to purchase a Ford Edge. They provided me with a great deal on a car in stock. Unfortunately the only Edge they had in stock with the features we wanted was in a color we did not like. So they worked around to find one with the features we wanted and a color we liked. They had to do a lot of leg work to get the car transferred from another dealership. Upon arriving to pick up the Edge, I traded in my old car of which the bolts holding on our plates (that we were transferring to new car) were rusted. The salesman (John) helping us worked for a long while to get it off and placed the plate on the Edge. He showed me how to work all the features of the car and felt valued by the John. The main salesman we worked with was Paul and he was awesome. He gave us no pressure and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted. I would highly recommend Kings Ford.

I'd been looking for a specific style of F-250 for the last three months. Found it at this dealership on a Sunday. Monday I returned to find out the details. Came to agreement on price and the one or two items that needed attention that day. Left for 2 hours and returned with my check closed the deal and picked up the truck and returned home. Truck is working out perfectly. It is a F-250, Crew Cab, 8 foot bed, and 4 WD. Knew what I wanted, already knew the price range that was correct for that truck so, if your prepared it makes thing easy for everyone. My salesman Dan Cutter made the process go quick and clean with no games. Enjoyed the experience!

Dave was great, We went in to trade in my car and purchase a newer car. I already had an offer from carmaxx for the trade in value. They undercut that value by $2000. When i presented them the offer from carmaxx, the went up $1000...still short. This went back and forth until the sales manager came out and unwillingly matched the value of my car. The new car i purchased had a broken tail light and the tinted window was messed up. Neither of which did they list in the car review. I asked if they could fix both and they agreed. This forced me to drive 45 mins (3 hours total since i had to go back down to pick it up) both ways to get it fixed. Which is not efficient when i live next to a ford dealership which they stated i couldn't take it to because "They have a guy". When i asked if i could have the gas paid for for the rental car (ford Fiesta), Which i did not fit in....They said "No, we don't do that" and walked away. Leaving me with the enterprise rep. Almost as if to say, i'm done with you, i got my cut.....

Randy was a great salesman to work with, he seemed honest and wasn't interested in playing the usual back and forth on price game that is the standard when buying a car. We told him what we were looking for and he was very helpful in finding a vehicle that my wife actually loves. We have not taken the car back for a few minor things that need fixed but I am hoping the service department was as helpful as Randy was with the purchasing of the vehicle.

He also, came in to meet with me when it was convenient for me on his day off, not knowing if i was going to buy the truck or just look at it. Given that he had quite a drive to get there, showed tremendous dedication on his part. He patiently waited as i took the time to make my decision and go through the paperwork process. And it didn't stop there, I called the next day after the purchase with questions in regards to some of the options on the truck and again I got the same attention, detail and quick response as i did before the sale. His conversation, patience, understanding and general chit chat, as we went through the process was very much appreciated and was more like talking to a friend than a "pushy salesman". No offense meant towards anyone with that term. Note as well that there were several other gentlemen that i encountered while i was there and all of them were very pleasant and friendly. All of which who took the time to talk to me about the truck i was buying and some options that were available and just general conversation while the paperwork was being done. I stopped by on my lunch hour with my daughter to just look around. We were immediately met my a salesman that handed us his card and went on his way when he realized we were looking for a used car. Randy approached us when we got to the used cars with a friendly and helpful attitude. When we explain we were just looking he was not pushing and more than willing to show me the certified cars he had and explain them in detail. I thanked him and went on my way. This is my second vehicle that I purchased over at Kings Ford, and I have yet to be disappointed by either the vehicles or the sales people. Tellis was fantastic! We didn't even intend on purchasing a vehicle that day, but Tellis he went through all the different options that suited our current needs. After patiently sifting through all the Explorers in the parking lot for my indecisive wife and I, we found one and drove away that night, perfectly satisfied with both the vehicle and Mr. Kennedy. Hopefully I'll be back soon to finally pick up my Mustang GT :).

Visited this dealership for the first time in my quest for a new Ford F150. Drove 10 miles to view a car that was listed on the website but found out that if the car has stock photos, the car is on the way, not at the dealership. Really was interested in the color of the car that was not in inventory. I did deal with Paul Plunkett. He was excellent in answering my questions and fulfilling what I needed to ultimately complete a sale. I have not purchased to date but, Paul and this dealership is still in contention for my anticipated purchase. Would recommend Paul highly.

My car should not have been let off the lot because of the condition the some body was in. The tape used in shipping had been stuck in many in places on the car. I bought the car on a rainy day it was not apparent till the next day after the car dried. I have worked with several dealers before.... The people at Kings Ford went above and beyond all my expectations. They made you feel at home. They were all very comfortable to work with and talk to. No one made me or my husband feel any type of pressure of buying something. They even gave us advice on some future buys that we thought of doing in the future. While buying our car they helped us with every step and wanted to make sure we did not leave with any questions or hesitations. I came to Kings Automall convinced that I wanted a Mazda with a Ford Fusion being my second choice. This was my first car purchase. Marshall was very personable and upbeat. He was kind and knowledgeable about the process of buying the vehicle and set my mind at ease. He took the time to explain the process, the car and what to expect. The vehicle had a large crack in the windshield when I drove it off the lot. Marshall promised it would be fixed the following week (I bought my car on a saturday). I was able to set up an appointment with the auto glass vendor around my schedule and it was fixed that Wednesday. Marshall called me to ensure that everything was fixed and that I had no issues. He told me to call him if I needed anything at all. My overall experience with Marshall and with Kings Auto Mall was great. I recently bought a car from this dealership. I was very pleased with the service and the deal I got. There was a small cover missing from the front of the car when I picked it up. They are going to ship it directly to me so I do not have to drive back down there. The only issue I noticed was that the inside of the windshield was dirty when I picked it up and will be hard for me to clean myself. But the rest of the inside of the car was clean.

We got great customer service when we bought the car. But after we got the car we had many safety issues and tried on several occasions to receive assistance getting them fixed and got not one follow up from Nick Viox or his father Bill Viox. They also set the mykey feature on the car and it can only be fixed by another key and they will not assist with that either. We will NEVER recommend anyone to go there. They never did a inspection on the car and in turn there are many safety items that cost hundreds of dollars to fix by us. If we had found a bad recommendation about them we would have went somewhere else. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED, AGGRAVATED, AND EXTREMELY ANGRY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCANDALOUS!!!!

Went to Kings to see a loaded Expedition...a demo that the owner was currently driving. The center console was littered with dried coffee stains; assorted coins were left laying in the tray ahead of the shifter, said coins comingled with some sort of crumbs; same crumbs on the floor with a few sprinkled around the passenger seat for good measure. A walk around the vehicle found a slight dent in the front passenger door and BOTH right side rims had been in contact with (likely) a concrete curb...numerous scrapes and gouges on both. This was a $67000 vehicle. Hard to figure why any dealer would show ANY vehicle in that condition, let alone a demo currently driven by the owner of the dealership The sales person was very nice...and a little sheepish when I pointed out the condition of the vehicle and the damage. An email to the owner, the sales manager and the internet sales manager have gone unanswered.

Really not happy with my service here. Dropped my Ford Escape off (made an appointment) at 730am with a horrible squeaking noise while steering. I had to call them several times for an update, even though I made an appointment they didn't look at my car until late afternoon. First off, they wasted what little time they spent on the car doing recall work that I did not authorize, presumably so they could get paid, and then horribly misdiagnosed my problem as being bad strut bearings. After giving me a quote for $700, only $30 of which was in parts, I decided to get a second opinion from another garage.Turns out I had a bad control arm and ball joint. Even though Kings Ford told me it was not a safety issue, it definitely was. I had the second garage do the repair. In my opinion, Kings Ford does not put your safety or best interest first, they only care about getting paid. I can't imagine how upset I'd be if I paid them $700 and it didn't fix my problem. Please consider a different garage when looking for car repair professionals.

We were driving through the Ford dealership at Kings Auto Mall spotted the Ford Explorers, stopped and got out of the car. Mr. Boles came out to us in the parking lot (VERY HOT DAY). He was friendly, asked what we were looking for in an automobile. After we explained our situation and desires he showed us the 2015 Explorer that we eventually purchased. Mr. Boles was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I both will gladly recommend Mr. Boles and the King Ford Inc. dealership.

When arriving at the dealership I was immediately helped with what I ask at the front desk. I wanted to drive a ford escort to see if I would like driving it. I was given many choices to choose from. I never felt any pressure and this was very nice, because when I feel pressure, I walk out. The salesperson, Jim Cobb, explained everything from financing, leasing and all the features on the new ford escape. We had just come from another dealership where the sales person did not seem very experienced. I was very pleased to have someone who had the experience I needed to secure the new ford escape.

Shane was very friendly and didn't try to push. Attentive to my questions and needs in a prompt manner. Finance was also great, they were focused and were able to get me in and out so I wouldn't be late for work. The process was great with no fuss. Only thing I didn't like was that the inventory was a little unorganized. I would have liked all the cars together so that I wasn't walking all over the lot to look at and compare a specific model of car.

POORlack of knowledge - I asked about the navigation system and he didn't know how it worked. He had to get another sales rep to explain it to me.Sales rep did not listen - After agreeing to the deal I told him since my wife was on the paperwork I would have to go get her. The sales rep then told me to empty my car that I was trading and he would take off the plates. I then emptied the car and stacked everything outside the door. Sales rep then asked when my wife would get there. I told him before I had to go pick her up and she was not coming until I got her. He said well we will have to finish this the next morning. He suggested I leave allo my stuff I had taken out of my car at the dealership until the next day. I told him that was unnecessary and put everything back in my car. As I drove home I seriously considered canceling the whole de3al because obviously the sales rep didn't know what he was doingI decided I liked the vehicle and would continue with the sale. My wife and I came in the following day and the vehicle was ready. He told me that Nick, your technology guy would explain the electronics. Nick did a good job and told me after his briefing and set up that my sales rep would continue the orientation/explanation of the vehicle. We asked the sales rep what else we needed to know and he said it was all in the manual. The only reason I know there is a separate tire warranty is because we were sitting next to another sales rep who was explain to his client everything that was in the manual folder.If this had been the first stop on my evaluation of the Ford Escape I would have walked out because I learned nothing from the sales rep...

Such a quick and easy process! We had a car in mind, and were shown our options for financing. There was no pressure or pushing us. Our sales person asked all the right questions and was really laid back. We were introduced to many people at Ford, and everyone was very friendly. We were shown the car in full detail and our sales person was open for further contact if we had any questions or anything we needed. Overall amazing service! I had no idea it could be so easy.

My name is Dave Bolton, and my wife's name is Karla. We drove from Grand Rapids, MI to Cincinnati to buy a truck from you. Dan Cutter sent us an email giving us the best and fastest route to get there which was different than mapquest so that was much appreciated. First contact with Kody was very helpful. I work second shift in a printing plant that is strict with cell phone usage and he made sure to text and that was much appreciated. They did have all the paper work ready to go and went extremely quick and worked with our Credit Union. Dan Cutter was very nice, introduced himself to our boys. Kidded with them asking if they were Michigan or Michigan State Fans. Very nice to work with. The truck looked great and was in the price range we were looking for. Only one little misrepresentation, the ad said rust free and it wasn't, but it was still better than the trucks we looked at in Michigan. The other unfortunate incident was the truck stalled after we got home, we tried to restart and it wouldn't start so we ended up having it towed to Borgman Ford in Grandville and it ended up costing us over $800 (plus towing) to fix. Disappointing after having the truck for less than a day. Not sure if that could have been diagnosed before. Hopefully everything else checks out and we can enjoy our new ride.

My experience with Kings Ford was very pleasant. I hate car shopping generally, but was surprised how laid-back and unpressured that I felt when dealing with the employees of the dealership. I must say my salesman, Toby Madden, was the best. He made the whole experience less stressful than usual when dealing with buying a car. I came in on Thursday, test drove 2 cars and left. I came back the next day, fairly certain I was going to buy the white Explorer and Toby made it easy.

I have no problems with Mike Duffy or the salespeople I talked to, or the car I purchased...I am upset over the fact that price was agreed to over the phone (after the original salesman, Paul Plunkett, talked to his manager) and since it was not either discussed with Mike Duffy or it was ignored when the "better" deal was found,(they saved me 0.4% on interest, but I am paying more for the car, don't see where that is "better" for me) was not the final price I paid for the car. Had I been just a little more alert, (after working a full day, starting at 4 a.m.... and rushing around to get there... I wasn't on top of my game) I would have caught this, so it is partly my fault. . Either way, I am still not pleased with this part of the deal, they agreed to a price and charged me more.

The one thing i would see thoug in my several visits would be that the sales team would regularly get pulled in 4 different directions. If you are looking to buy a car, test drive, or get some questions answered, make an appointment. I think the reason that they are so busy is because people see that the staff is really THAT good!

We had searched for the exact car that my daughter wanted for several weeks. After finding "the one" at Kings Ford, I spoke to Bob Creed several times. He met us at the dealership (on his day off!!) so we could see and drive the car...and an hour later we were driving it home. It was worth the 90 mile trip at 8am on a Sunday! The salesman was exceptional. He worked hard to ensure I had the best service possible. He spent a generous amount of time working with me to put into the vehicle that I wanted, and he did it with a smile.

I have bought my last 4 cars from Kings Ford and I have always been pleased with my experiences with them I went in to my sales representative Ben Mumfrey and told him what I was looking for and I got the car and the right price exactly what I was hoping for every time.I couldn't have been any happier and I love my New Escape it is Awesome!!!

As a first time buyer, I was fairly nervous even though I knew I had done my homework and brought my mother along. We were treated respectfully, never ever pushed, and accommodated to meet our personal needs. This was by and far much easier an experience than I anticipated. With little to no stressing (and a weekend test drive for Dad's mark of approval) I signed for a clean, sound, quality car. Couldn't be more excited!

I hate buying cars and I don't like dealing with salespeople generally but it was a pleasure dealing with Ryan Davis. I felt like he did a good job. I was a little disappointed The manager wouldn't outfit the truck with new tires.. My trade in had brand new tires on it. He said there wasn't " enough room in the deal" I disagree, but I needed the truck so I bought it. Ryan did well.

Randy was very friendly and helpful., showing us several vehicles and explaining the different features of each. We test drove the Fusion S and SE, and decided on the SE. We are very happy with the vehicle and the service we received. I have been to many dealerships in the past and been turned off by high pressure sales people, Randy was the opposite of this, he listened to our wishes and addressed our concerns respectfully and never once did we feel pressured.

Setting up the test drive was extremely fast and easy. Then when we went over all of the car information, the guys were very thorough in explaining the car specs and warranty information.

I worked with Tellis Kennedy and have been working with different used cars salesmen for a while now and he was one of the best. he doesn't hover, laid back, but knows his stuff about cars. He helped out in calling BMW to see when my factory warranty would expire and about the tires. financing was pretty quick and painless. At the end of the day I got a car that was on the top of my list with good value at a good price.

Randy continued to search for something for us, after he understood what we were looking for!We were disappointed to find in the end that they only had one key to this car and it ended up costing us $80.00 to get a second key made! I also did not notice that the lights do not come on automatically, as I think all cars should have this feature!

Tellis kennedy was the consultant I worked with, he was very patient with me . He offered me several options for financing my new car and I was able to leave the dealership without worrying as to whether or not I received a good deal. I told him my monthly price range and I was able to get a car within that range with a 60 month repayment period. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get a brand new car but thanks to Tellis, I did . Thanks for all the help Tellis and kings ford

Kings Ford is very convenient to my work and home. I was very comfortable walking around the lot looking at the cars. My Salesperson was Shane McGrady, who was very helpful, new the car, and polite. He has encouraged me to come back and he would go over all the features in my new car, which I am going to do. I do have a couple of items I need the service department to look at and I feel confident that they will take care of the them.

I was greeted when I pulled up by Randy Kleine, and he was excellent to work with. I had done some research ahead of time and so I knew what make/ model I wanted along with which features (4wd). Randy knew exactly where on the lot to lead me,explained the differences between the upgraded models (SE vs. Titanium) He was able to show me all the features, from the folding back seats, to the key-less entry and the amazing dash and all the new features. We also worked with Andy Buchanan for our financing and I believe it was Jesse Whitley that also helped with some of our questions about KY and it's taxes and property taxes on the car for the year. They were very helpful and able to answer our questions.

We were not planning on buying a new car on Saturday. We had discussed the fact that we needed one and had decided on a Fusion. We wanted to drive it and to price some new and used Fusions and look at the Hybrid for gas mileage. Instead, with your help, we ended up buying a new Ford Escape, and we couldn't be happier. Purchase was smooth and the staff was very accommodating.When the first 30 days had all but passed I ran into a minor detail with the functionality of the vehicle and contacted the sales staff and sales Manager. Let me tell you... After many months of research and shopping for the exact used car I wanted, I found it online at Kings Ford. I got an immediate response to my inquiry and decided to make the trip from Louisville to Cincinnati. My salesman Dave Schaub was so incredibly nice! He listened to me ramble on about my research and search without yawning once! The car was in great shape and I got a great deal on it - and I was treated with respect, which, as a woman, is a different experience than I've had before with other dealers. To further my wonderful experience, while signing all the paperwork, Jessie Whitley went to the trouble of finding me a route home to avoid traffic. It's the little things ... The entire experience was outstanding, and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. My husband and I worked with salesperson, Ben Mumfrey. I found the vehicle I wanted in a neighboring state. He facilitated a trade in a timely manner and was very diligent, accommodating and friendly during the whole sales experience. I would certainly recommend him to another in the market to purchase a Ford! Jesse Whitley handled our paperwork efficiently and was very personable and informative. Aside from Ben and Jesse, who made the sales experience very pleasant, the dealership as a whole needs to improve the personalization of their automated emails. During and after the sale...and when we shopped at Kings Ford with another salesperson a year or so ago, the automated follow-up emails failed to achieve a personal touch. They were directed to my husband only and implied that I was still shopping...both when a vehicle had already been chosen and again after the sale. While I appreciate the intent, it falls short by being so very impersonal.

Contacted Dan Cutter on Friday about a truck I had seen online we set up a time for me to come in and look at it for that Saturday. As soon as I pulled in the truck was sitting there waiting for me Dan came out handed me the keys an said before we even talk take it for a test drive. While on my test drive another customer came in to look at the truck an Dan told them it was on a test drive rather then trying to sell it from underneath me. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and Dan was nothing but the nicest guy he helped keep my little one occupied while we were going through the paperwork process not once during the whole sale did Dan ever try to force a sale or anything I mentioned a slight noise I heard on the truck and he immediately was on it trying to get what the noise was fixed. I was in and out the dealership in no time without being rushed or pushed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle they'll help you out every step of the way and they'll save you money while doing it.

I had been to another dealer ship three times over the last seven months to have the recall service and each time they said they did not have the parts to do the repair. I stopped at Kings ford today and they informed me that no parts were required, that it was just a reprogramming required and they would do it while I waited. While we awaited we were invited to share in their cook out and we had hamburgers, chips and a drink. about thirty minutes later we were ready to go. We had purchased out Escape at the other dealer ship but we now have a new dealer ship for our repairs and when we need a new escape. Thank you Kings Ford for exceptional service

My son needed a car to go to work. His old car needed repairs beyond its value. I live in mercer county and he is in Dayton . I was unable to go with him to get a new car because my wife is disabled and can't travel any distance. I found a car on line at kings ford that fit his needs and my budget . John Heath was very compassionate and a nice salesman. The dealership added almost $3,500 worth of products that I didn't need for my vehicle to the deal. I canceled them and had trouble with them fixing the brakes and they weren't very friendly after the deal was done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great job! You guys have worked so hard to make a deal happen, I started at wyler and bought there (or so I thought) and just about a month later the bank called and returned the deal. They claim wyler lied on the app??? So I went to the place I bought many cars from, car sales express. Nick greeted me and I told him its going to be a rough road, but let's make something happen. Sure enough they sure did. It took a good 5 business days to get everything together between the bank and stips. Bit they delivered and we couldn't be happier with the loaded up journey they sold us! I found your business online. I really thought the van I was a interested in was "bait" to get customers in the door, due to the price. I had emailed back and forth with Kody Lowe and he was very nice and professional. Upon arriving and checking out the van, which was still available, I believe it was not what I wanted. Dan informed me of the Mercury Cougar which was in the ballpark of my current budget. After test driving this car I decided it was one that I didn't want to pass up. I brought my Brother with me since my experience as a single woman making a purchase alone hasn't always been great but he was even impressed with this dealership. I called because my car was having transmission issues. I told the man over the phone and told me with my car model "that just happens". I am aware of the transmission issues for the Focus 12 but it is under warranty and I wanted to get it fixed before it died on me. He tried to talk me out of bringing it in saying that they couldn't get it in until 2 weeks and that they probably couldn't do anything. I try to drive my car an hour later and the transmission over heats and I can't get it to go up the hill...... I call Kerry Ford and they get me in same day. I will never purchase a vehicle at Kings Ford ever again.

I've heard from friends and Family that shopping for a new Vehicle at kinds auto mall was a good choice. And I can attest that they were right. So happy with my choice to come to Kings Ford. I saw the car I wanted online. I went in to look at it and it was even better in person. We were greeted almost immediately by Toby who was friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. Once we decided we wanted to purchase the car Toby was nothing but helpful and not pushy! We were in and out of there in no time it seemed. (I've heard horror stories of spending the whole day at a dealership). While we were waiting on the the paper work and all the other things that go into purchasing a car a number of the other salesman/managers came over to introduce themselves and make sure we didn't need anything. Such great customer service. I have told everyone who has asked me about my new car about Kings Ford.

Pulled into the lot and looked for a few minutes, almost left but Mr. Kennedy came out and was very helpful, he wanted to know what we were looking for and found it. My daughter's car was not on the lot, it was at the detailing lot which we would have never known. We took off with Mr. Kennedy and went to the lot and bought it without even test driving it. She is happy with her new car and Mr. Kennedy followed up when he said he would and the purchase and pick up went smooth as silk. Thanks for your help and guidance.

The no haggle price was advertised on the internet along with a link to the car fax report. The price was fair and reasonable. I gave a deposit over the phone, and found everything as advertised when I arrived at the dealership later that day. It took less than an hour to complete the paperwork and drive off with the car. That's the way it should always work.

Travis, Andy and Tellis were very professional and very engaging, Had we felt pressure from Travis to purchase a car, we would have walked away from the sale. Andy made the paperwork end of the transaction look like a breeze--he was so efficient, yet thorough. Toby is a superb salesman, and a wonderful person. He actually cares about his customers, and his attention to detail is unmatched. His patience, and calm attitude shines through in every aspect. I have not had a more pleasurable experience buying a car in my LIFE! Kody, at Auto sales Inc. is also VERY proficient, capable, compassionate, ethical, and kind. Kody , standing by his professional standards with regard to customer follow up skills are unheard of in this day and age of lazy, "do nothing" customer service reps. This kid is a GEM, you would be very hard pressed to find another like Kody AND Toby!! I will find both when it's time to buy another car, believe that!!

I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium for a decent price. It was marked down to move so I didn't need to haggle, which was nice. It was super easy, just went in, signed some papers and I was out. My only complaint would be I had to wait quite some time for them to clean the car out and it wasn't done very well. I don't think the trunk was even touched since the previous owner's golf driver sock was still back there. But, other than that everything was fine.

Everyone at Kings Ford was outstanding! Toby made sure that the new Ford Focus was in top shape and condition and was very fun to work with. He even took the car back to the cleaning garage to make some last cleaning adjustments when he noticed that the tire rims weren't clean enough. Excellent service! Kings Ford is definitely worth going back for future ford purchases!

Walking onto the lot I was immediately greeted by Bill who was extremely helpful. I was interested in the Fusion, but I also wanted to drive a focus. Bill was very accommodating, grabbing any keys from any car I was interested in. I test drove a fusion and loved it, then I test drove a focus which was also nice but I loved the fusion. My parents cosigned the loan with me and they were currently in the process of refinancing their home. Kings Ford was completely accommodating, giving us the deals present on Saturday even though we picked up the car on Sunday. They also waited until my parents closed on their mortgage to run the loan so that nothing messed up that process. Bill and everyone I talked to at Kings Ford was extremely friendly and willing to work with you even when things were a bit complicated. I completely recommend this dealership.

I made an appointment, brought the documents I needed, and was ready to buy when I got there. Given all of that I was still prepared for a drawn out process. The whole test drive, pricing, financing, trade-in, ect took right about three hours, which was two hours less than I had forecast for how long I would be there before getting really annoyed, so I was very happy with how efficient the process was (considering buying a car is the second least efficient transaction most people will ever enter, right after buying a house and right before filing taxes, unfortunately the tax thing happens every year).The salesmen were pleasant and helpful. Walking through the controls in the car was great since there appear to be enough button and controls to land the thing on the moon in all new cars anymore.The one thing I missed was that when they came back with a lower financing rate than I had pre-approval for elsewhere they slipped in a loan origination fee which made the two financing deals basically a wash. If I had it to do again I'd have gone with my pre-approved option as I already do business with that lender, but like I said it was pretty much a wash, so it's not like it was a rip off (the thing that annoyed me about it was that it wasn't mentioned at any point when they were running the financing or on the bill of sale, the first time it was anywhere was on the final loan doc and then I just missed it -- pretty excited about my new car -- grr).Anyway, the sales guys were great, we worked out what I was getting in a real efficient manner, I got what I wanted, just keep both eyes open when you finalize the financing.Edit - Looking at the posted review I wanted to mention that Ken and Kody were the sales guys I worked with and were both great, I don't know who the finance guy was, but you won't have any problems with Ken or Kody.

I went to the Kings Auto Mall back in early February with an intention to lease a new car. I went to a few dealerships, but none of them compared to Ford. Bob and his team practiced professionalism and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. Bob worked with his supervisor, who was also extremely helpful, to get the cost of the car down to my budget. With this being my first time on my own leasing/buying a car, I did not feel taken advantage of what-so-ever. I loved the way I was handled and loved the car that Bob showed me. My wife and I had a Ford Explorer 4 or 5 years ago and our experience with the service department at that time was bad. Bad enough that I promised myself not to own a Ford again. I just bought an F-150 Crew from a northern Ohio dealership and when I got it home, I noticed a sagging interior ceiling liner. Upon doing some research online, I found it was a common problem with 2009 Crew Cub FX4s - it even has a Ford TSB number which stands for Technical Service Bulletin which tells their technicians what is happening and how to fix it. When I called Kings Ford service and explained what was happening, the first service rep handed me off to "senior guy" named Ed. I explained to Ed what was happening and asked what they typically do to them. He sternly told me he never heard of such a problem and there was nothing they could do for me since it was not a warrantied vehicle. (I never even asked for them to do something for free under warranty - simply wanted to know what it took to fix either at their location or through a Ford part kit on my own.) When I asked a second time if they had a part number or could take a look at it, he rudely answered there was nothing they could do, but I could bring the vehicle up and some girl who does upholstery work would take a look at it. I said fine and went to do more research online about fixing it on my own. While researching, I came across a post about a part kit that Ford has specifically for this problem. So I called back up to Kings Ford service and spoke with a different service tech, explained what was going on, and was once again told there was nothing that could be done. I had to give him the Ford TSB number (TSB 09-14-2 for the record) and he looked it up, said OK well there is a part kit for that problem! Thanks so much for helping you do your job! So now that we had established there was a part kit and a known problem, I had the audacity to ask him for a quote on the part kit and the work. Apparently attitude and customer service is not something they cover in their service department meetings. Anyhow, I will never take my truck there... I'll find another dealership farther away.

Found a vehicle i loved with all the packages .. Got an excellent deal on it . Worked with a sales guy who had been doing this type of work for over 20 years, showed me all the extra add on's like warranties ill never use roadside assistance and so on . After i told him i did not want the warranties cause they are a waste most the time he did not hesitate to take them off.I do not have great credit so i do not no how they got me a great deal i told them i could only do this much a month and they made it happen. Great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. Had something go wrong to the vehicle 2 weeks later and i knew i did not pay for the warranty so i knew i was screwed. But i thought maybe i will call them since they were so friendly in the first place maybe they could help me out .. long story short they had 2000 dollars of work done to the car i was very thankful. They did not have to do that since i did not pay for the warranty .. So i am thankful and would recommend to everyone..

Awful. We just bought an SUV from these guys and the next day found out it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Transmission, breaks, and sunroof don't work. What a waste.

I had an old Explorer that needed service so I went to Kings Ford Inc. in Cincinnati Ohio. I was waiting in the service department and Al Siewe came over and started a conversation off by just saying good morning. We chatted for a bit and then he asked me what kind of vehicle I had in service. I told him I had an old Explorer and he got a big smile on his face and asked if I had drove a new one lately. I told him I had not driven a new Ford Explorer lately and he went and picked one out, turned on the ac and invited me to drive. I was so excited about the new look compared to the old design and the handling, breaking and cool technology that Ford Explorer has to offer led me to ask Al Siewe if he wanted to make a car deal today. He smiled and said it's always a pleasure to help the good people of Cincinnati Kellee, and we were off to negotiate the trade in value and the price of the car. Al Siewe is a true professional at negotiating, he made perfect sense of why the numbers were what they were and I felt very comfortable working with him and purchasing a new Ford Explorer. When I got home all the neighbors were jealous and when I drive down the road it's like taking a vacation, a well deserved vacation! Just a heads up to anyone looking to buy a used car here. Be prepared for some fast paperwork signing and getting sucked in to $500 extras like theft recovery option. I was sold this option on a used car without being told about it. When I called about it I was told "everybod usually gets like" like it is a no brainer. After several phone calls and transfers from person to person I was told that my loan account would be credited but it takes 3 months. Well it's been 4 months an no credit to my account yet. I'm sure there is some time limitation for me to get my money back thus the phoney 3 month wait time to get paid back my $500. I will never do business with them again and I am also filing a complaint with BBB.

I was thinking about looking for a newer vehicle. I loved the car that I had but it was getting up in mileage. And by me being a single mom I wanted to make sure I have a good dependable car. I decided to call Kings Ford and see if Ardell Barkley was still working there. Because he had helped me with the purchase of my current car. I remember not feeling pressured and at ease with my purchase. And I fell in love with the 2008 Ford Fusion that he had helped me with years ago. I called and scheduled an appointment with Mr Barkley to look at some vehicles. Once again Mr. Barkley made my car buying experience a very pleasant non pressured experience. I left the lot with a new 2014 Ford Fusion which I and my two childred love. I will definitely recommend Ardell Barkley and Kings Ford to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. When we came into the dealership we told them exactly what we were looking for and what we needed for a trade in value for my current car. Jessie was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. He was also able to get us a good interest rate on our loan and a good trade in value for my car. Also they were all there very late at night because of us and never once did I hear them complain. Definitely worth the drive up there.

My mom and I both purchased a ford edge from them in the same week. Our salesman Andy was fantastic! If your shopping there for a new car I highly recommend him. We both got great deals and they really worked hard to get me where I wanted to be payment wise. Andy has been in contact with me multiple times before and after my purchase to make sure things are going smoothly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I've been to this dealer a few times regrettably.. the last was the worst. I went to have my rear defrost on my truck repaired. They outsourced the work to safe glass auto for replacement and said I could drop leave my truck overnight and they would drive it over in the morning. I asked for a loaner for the day and they wanted $12 or so for a rental and declined. I told them safe glass was close to where I lived and I would drop it off have my girlfriend take me to work in the morning.After I went to pick it up the next day the windows were extremely smudged with fingerprints and the headrest had been re-installed backwards !! They didn't take two seconds to review the work done to my truck.While I waited for them to dismantle and correct the headrest, the sales rep informed me how nice my truck was and all of the compliments he had received after picking it up from safe glass.. FROM HIS FRIENDS HE TOOK OUT TO LUNCH IN MY VEHICLE.I can't believe he admitted that and I will never return to such a horrible dealership.

The Kings Ford Service Manager failed to contact us regarding a Ford Customer Service claim. We had our 2008 Ford Edge in for a grinding noise issue on 7/25/2013. The grinding noise was determined to be front wheel bearing failure on a car with 79,839 miles. The Ford Customer Service advisor said we would be contacted in 4 days. I had to contact Ford Customer Service today to find out the claim was denied by the Kings Ford Service Manager and Ford Customer Service. A front wheel bearing that fails due to water intrusion would take years to develop until the noise was obvious to the driver. Kings Ford and Ford Customer Service have chosen to ignore a safety issue and refuse a warranty claim. I have submitted a complaint to the NHTSA and I will no longer use Kings Ford for service or purchase Ford vehicles. I convinced my wife to purchase a Ford vehicle after purchasing imports for over 18 years - I was mistaken to take a chance on Ford. I will advise family and friends as well. If you cannot get a simple wheel bearing correct, I cannot imagine what other problems are forthcoming.

Don't get me wrong, very nice place but what a waste of a day. We drove 2 hours to see this vehicle which we were told on the phone that was in immaculate condition. Get there get in the vehicle was pure nastiness. Food wrappers, dried up soda all over the dash and down the doors, jelly packets opened and smeared into the carpets. Like they took absolutely no time to clean this vehicle up before being showed. This vehicle was a lemon, doors didn't lock, headlight out, ac made horrible noise. Don't ya think they would have maintained this vehicle before putting it on the lot? The sales person got very frustrated when we were no longer interested. And to add insult to injury they only wanted to give us 10k for a brand new vehicle that had less than 20k miles and still under warranty.

Took my car in for a warranty problem and couldn't have been treated worse. I was lied to twice after I had to find the parts myself for the car myself. The dealership couldn't get the parts so I had to give them the phone number to get the parts and they still couldn't get them. Long story short tried to talk to the gm and he didn't call back. Overall I was shocked at the lack of service. I called to talk to bob ring the owner and told the receptionist I had a problem with the service department and she even said "I get this a lot". Overall don't go to this dealership they only have success because of their location. I was so angry with these people I had to walk away.

Have always used the service department for all service on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. I bought it at King's Ford and they do all of my work and all oil changes, etc. I have always been pleased with everyone there and the one time I had a problem with their Quick Change Center leaving an underpanel loose and it got ruined; they replaced it under the warranty to my satisfaction. The internet manager was easy to work with when I bought the car new also. I have always been treated fairly and will continue to use them.Jack Morrison

I have leased two vehicles from Kings Ford over the last 4 years and chose them for a particular salesman. I have been a Ford owner for the past 30 plus years and have purchased all my new Fords from Bob Creed who started at Woody Sander Ford and then Kings Ford. If your looking for a friendly non pressure experience at a dealership, Bob is your guy. With the last 2 vehicles, I have had some minor issues that required warranty service and they have always been resolved in a professional manner by the Kings Ford service department.

Every salesperson they have is long-in-the-tooth and completely out-of-date when it comes to buying in the modern era! The woman finance lady is a joke as well as the Sales Manager! Been buying cars every year for OVER 20 years and this is by far the WORST experience I ever had! I guarantee they are paying people to write any positive reviews here because there is NO WAY they are 4/5 provider!!! Do not waste your time here and go somewhere else!!!

I found my 2005 Infiniti FX 35 on cars.com, called Kings Ford in Cincinnati, and the purchase process went on smoothly. Gus Wade made sure someone picked my up at the airport. Paperwork was all pre-arranged, and the whole transaction was over in less than an hour.Great folks!

Bought son a used car less than a month ago, rained last week and lost power to the electric windows. Called service department to resolve the issue, was directed to sales. On July 21, 2012 spoke to salesman and he said he would have to get approval from sales manager..No response back, followed up on Monday, July 23, 2012 left a voicemail, no response. On Wednesday, July 25th I called and FINALLY got a hold of Rick - Used Car Manager at Kings Ford and he stated that there was nothing he could do about it and how did he know we did not do anything to cause this issue.This is the poorest example of customer care I have ever witnessed in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!MESSAGE TO ALL, IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED CAR, STAY AWAY FROM KINGS FORD IN CINCINNATI OH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't come here unless you want bad service and to get ripped off. I took my Taurus here to get the transmission checked out. They diagnosed it and wanted $900 to replace one shift solenoid, a $20 part. Then I took it to Mr. Transmission who found out that wasn't even the problem. They replaced 2 shift soledoids and an EPC for a few hundred dollars less. Mr. Transmission determined that there was also a problem with the computer, but only a Ford dealer could fix it. Mr. Transmission was very honest and helpful even though they couldn't completely correct the problem. I then took the car to Lebanon Ford who quickly diagnosed the car and fixed the problems within two days at a very reasonable price. The service staff at Lebanon Ford is much more knowledgable and more experienced than Kings Ford. Lebanon Ford even offers a rewards program for discounts on service visits. If you want to save time and money, don't even bother with King's Ford.

In today's world people want to shop for cars via the internet or phone. Not everyone has days to walk around the dealership. I gave Rob a few options I was looking for and asked him to price it for me. I never received a call back, but he said he needed more info to find the truck I was looking for. After 15 minutes describing what I was looking for, he said he would check the inventory. Never heard from him until today, after I bought from Lebanon Ford. Who responded quickly and earned my business.

Not a good experience. We did not buy a car from this dealer but from another dealer. They did not have the model of car in the color and with the options we wanted. We were told it would cost the dealership $500 to get it if they could find one. Sales person said he would ask the manager but he was not there so it would be on Monday and he would call us Monday; we were there on Saturday. Got a call on the following Wednesday not on Monday as promised. Said they found a car; in the meantime we had gone to another dearler, they found the car we wanted in 20 mins and had it the next day and were more than happy to do so. I explained to the other sales person that we had gone with another dealer since he had not gotten back to us, he told me that I should have called him so he wouldn't have gone to all the trouble... CUSTOMER FIRST????

I have two fords, and I started going to Kings Ford years ago because it is close to my home. They have evening and Saturday hours which is very convenient for me. Their mechanics work quickly so their labor price is very reasonable. I like to do a lot of my own repairs, and several times one of the service advisors helped me with suggestions of what to look for. If they need to keep my vehicle for several hours or more, they arrange a rental car for $15/day. Great dealership.

I went to Kings to try to make a deal on a 4x4 Supercab (SC) truck. After test driving a specific truck I went inside with the salesman just to see what the numbers would be like and if it would be in the price range I was looking at. Al, the salesman, sat me at his cubical and went to the salesmanager to get the numbers worked. He stayed up there hte entire time and left me by myself for extended periods of time. After he came back and showed me their numbers I explained it was too much. They tried to come down to a lower number but it was still more than I wanted to spend. I was tired of being there and Al offered to give me numbers for a 4x2 SC. He went away and brought back some numbers and I asked what truck that they had ran those numbers for. He said it was a 4x2 that was exactly like the 4x4 I test drove and was interrested in. As it turns out there was no truck like that on their lot. The best I could figure out was they ran numbers for the most expensive 4x2 SC on their lot. Before I left I explained that it was just too much and I had to go and discuss things with my spouse and perhaps go with the 4x2 or just wait until I had more equity in my trade-in. I said if I decided to go with the 4x2 I would definitely come back to see him since he put in some time with me to try to make a deal. But as I left I sensed that Al gave me a little bit of an attitude like I had just wasted his time. BTW, they had already had the truck I test drove washed, cleaned and ready to go as if they had already made the deal. After discussing things with my spouse I decided to go with a 4X2 and I sent Al emails asking for info on the truck they ran numbers on. He called me back and said again that it was just like the one I test drove except a 4x2. Well he didn't realize I had already looked over their entire lot and knew they didn't have one like that on their lot. I wanted specifics on what he was trying to put me into and he did not deliver specifics. To give him the benefit of the doubt I went back to the lot again and search the entire lot for a truck like that. Again there was none like it. So at that moment I decided to go to Lebanon Ford and see how would work with me. I had bought a vehicle from both Kings and Lebanon Ford previously. Needless to say I will not go back to Kings because of this experience.Another thing I find bad about Kings is the layout of their lot. The area where the trucks are is somwhat confining. If you go out there to look at vehicles it is in the rear corner of the lot and you dont see a lot of salesmen concentrating on that area so you have to go up to the building to get someone to come out to see which vehicle your interested in then they have to go all the way back to the building to get the keys.On a side not I've never had any issues with the service department. They have always been professional and courteous.

I purchased my 2005 Ford Expedition from Kings Ford and will not buy a Ford anywhere else. Al Dennis really took interest in my families needs and got us in a vehicle that my wife will keep for a long time. I just really felt that they cared about more then just making a car deal. Al Dennis was more interested in a customer for life. The whole management staff is a class act. If you are looking for a place to buy a Ford or a pre-owned car. Give this place a shot.. You wont be sorry..
