From the first time I visited the dealer and every time after everyone was attentive and extremely professional. The dealer is clean organized and gives you the feeling that they know what they're doing. There were never any bait and switch type tactics they were up front with the prices and what they had in stock and never made any promises they couldn't keep. The sales person Victor Franco was friendly, knowledgable, and extremely professional throughout every step of making my deal. Sam Tuthhill was also very helpful and knowledgable when we went on a test drive he was able to answer all our questions as well as educating us about the vehicle we were testing. Sam was also the person who went over the entire vehicle when we picked up the car and made sure we were comfortable with it as well as Victor Franco.

White Plains Kia is amazing....My lease was going to expire in August and I didn't want to pay for an inspection..I erroneously went back to YONKERS Dealership thinking I could get a great deal as a returning customer. WRONG!!!!!!!! Feeling disheartened I remembered Tatiana from the White Plains dealership had invited me to visit their location....Had it not been for her professionalism and likable exchange of pleasantries I wouldn't have given it a second thought...She told me to come in and see Wilson Velez who was quite accommodating. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less feeling extremely satisfied. He took the time to put ME first and cater to MY needs as a potential customer. He then referred me to Victor Franco who was very charming and personable as well. Paper work was completed and I was out the door feeling great. The receptionist was great too but I didn't catch her name. THANK YOU WHITE PLAINS KIA FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

Everyone knows what car dealerships about - to lure you into a deal you do not need. They will make you sit and wait till the sales rep makes at least 5 trips to manager to "consult and get the best possible deal you will be happy with", at the end you do not want the deal and the car. Not here! Me and my wife just walked in, settled in comfortable waiting area with coffee and tea, and I went to tell what I want (which car at what price... I was shopping for a while already, knew what I wanted). The sales rep Sam listened to me briefly, then said: "No problem, let me talk to my manager"... oh G-d, same thing again... No! In less than 5 minutes the manager Wilson came by to announce that he agrees to what I asked for. Amazing! The whole "car dealer" experience actually could be short, simple and pleasurable. I was speechless. Of course we shook hands. I am very happy with this dealership, and the car I got.

I needed to find a car quickly to replace one that was totaled in an accident. After a day or so of home research, my husband and I settled on a Kia Sportage. The closest dealer was in White Plains, NY, and we were very pleased with the help and speed with which we were able to lease our vehicle.

Excellent service!! We walked in just to look, I wasn't sold on definitely getting a Kia as my next car, but liked the look and decided to check it out - SO happy I did. Both Brian and Rich were incredible. Extremely nice and helpful, explained all of our options and were very honest. Most of the time at dealerships I always feel like I'm being haggled and it's a number game, which I HATE. Kia of White Plains didn't do that at all. We explained our situation and our price range and got exactly what we were looking for (actually even a little less per month than we were expecting!), no games. (Plus an added bonus when you get to look at Brian for a hour! haha ;)) We ended up getting two Sorentos and have been raving about our experience to all of our friends and family, might've even convinced one or two to go check them out!

Unbelievable service!!! Julio Zallo is a true professional. Courteous and went the extra mile...literally. Julio went to NJ to pick up a part for my car so it would be done the next day instead of 4 days. Julio communicated with me frequently to keep me updated. I have exclusively gone to a local mechanic because I always find that Service at the dealer is either too difficult to schedule an appointment with and/or they look to force unnecessary work on you. Julio's honesty has changed my mind about dealership service departments. Thanks Julio.

We had an excellent experience with everyone we dealt with when we leased a car. Victor Franco was great to deal with during the sale and afterwards when we had questions. He followed up and got back to us as promised.

My husband and I just stopped in to look at a car to lease. We found a cute Forte and Victor had it ready for us to pick up the next day! Rich even gave us a nice trade in on our old truck. Smiles all around!

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership! They were prompt, respectful, friendly and easy to deal with. They salesman, Sam, was knowledgable and friendly. He didn't waste our time and was easy to contact with any questions. The manager and finance guys were on-target with pricing and didn't give us an silly run-around with price as we researched before going there. Great experience with purchase and trade in!

I was impressed by the friendly staff and the service provided by my sales guy Kevin Stephens he was exceptional and professional. He took his time and was not rushing me I did not feel that sense of being at a car dealership but like at a friends house. He is in my mind a great asset for Kia of White Plains he was great to deal with. The finance manager was also exceptional Wilson Velez he went above and beyond and got me the deal I wanted without any questions asked. All in all a great place to buy a new or used car I would highly refer them as the go to dealership for your next purchase.

My salesman Victor is a nice young man and knows his products. We talked while the finance man worked the numbers and I took posession 5 days later. A seamless operation at this new dealer. They are pleasant and made the whole process enjoyable.

Went in to consider buying or leasing a Sportage or a Sorento. We were only slightly familiar with each car. The salesman, Brian Smith, carefully listened to our situation and to what we were looking for. He explained the differences and advantages of each car, told us about the different options, and took us for a test drive. He also discussed with us the facts about buying vs leasing. He gave us figures for each so we could compare. It was totally a no pressure experience, Brian's main concern was to get us what we wanted for a price we could handle. He took his time with us and answered all our questions/concerns, all with a confident demeanor and a great smile! We took all the information he gave us and told him we would consider everything and get back to him. Instead of being annoyed that we didn't buy a car on the spot, he shook our hands and walked us to the door. Once we decide what we want, we will definitely go back and buy our car from this friendly and helpful salesperson.

I just bought a 2016 Sorento and I could not be happier with Kia of White Plains. Rich, Kevin and Wilson were not just professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly which made the car buying experience fun, as it should be. Almost everything was done remotely by phone and e-mail. All were responsive to my many questions and flexible to my busy schedule. These guys really understand how to take care of customers. Absolute top notch customer service!
