I was totally satisfied and happy 2 years ago when I bought my new Camaro and I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2016 Camaro that I just bought! Went in for an oil change and to say hi to sales people. During course of discussion, remembered that I had a few paint chips on the Silverado that though small were irritating. Personally escorted to parts department by Josh and bought the right shade of touch up paint. Then after a thorough explanation on how to use the new applicator and purchasing it, was again taken personally out to service department where I could point out the chips I had noticed. Was shone the proper way to fill them in and then stepped out of the way while serviceman did complete inspection of my truck for those I had missed and watched as he took care of all of them. Thank you Keyes.

I came to Keyes looking for a new vehicle, unsure of exactly what vehicle I would like! Mike Sullivan showed me the Equinox and Traverse. The Traverse seemed to fit my needs better, my husband is 6'4' and has a hard time finding a comfortable ride in anything but a truck. We both liked the Traverse; it rides smooth, is roomy, comfortable, and a nice looking vehicle! After crunching some numbers we were able to come up with a lease that I felt comfortable with. Sully, Paul, Tom, Dan, and Joe were all wonderful to work with. They were patient with me as I made my decision and worked hard to find a deal that was fair. I would highly recommend Keyes Chevy Town to friends and family! Thank you to everyone! I'm loving the Traverse!!!

I had a vehicle where the heater core went out and I needed a car fast. Keyes was my first choice because I have purchased a car there before.[not the one with the heater core problem] so they were my first choice to go to.I already knew that a Cruze was what I was looking for and they found me an RS with a sunroof with a great price.It was a saturday and they treated me and my friend with a BBQ and they had me out of there within a few hours with a cool looking ride.I got 4 free oil changes and each time the staff was friendly and treated me like family. I also got the auto butler for the paint protectant and when they are doing the work they gave me a brand new Silverado for a loaner. When they were done I drove that car out of there showroom new.I would highly recommend Keyes Chevrolet in Menomonie without question.

Came in to get back portion of exhaust system replaced. Taken care of per prior quote and then given back washed. I never mentioned the front door which I think was a little out of alignment didn't close smoothly and when I got about a block away I realized that it didn't catch anymore when I shut it. Service must have noticed and readjusted it without even mentioning it. This really shouldn't have surprised me as this appears to be their standard level of service. I have never been disappointed with this service department. Thank you Keyes Service Department.

I am a return customer. Just bought a Chevy Cruz this week. Love it. Sully was great and explained and answered all my questions. Everyone you came into contact with were very helpful. The dealership and employees are great. Went in looking for a used vehicle and bought a new one with all the incentives made more sense.

Great people! A family-owned business. I bought my first car from the Keyes family when they were located in Boyceville. They are people I look forward to doing business with again and again. Great service! The people working in the service and parts departments are always willing to do what it takes to help you take good care of your vehicle. The folks at the front desk and back office are always friendly and professional. Great products! The new Silverado! If GM continues producing products like this, I'll be back to Keyes for my next vehicle. Fair price! GM provided competitive incentives on the Silverado and the Keyes team delivered on a fair value for my trade-in. That's the complete package!

They kept at the problem until it was solved. I appreciated that they listened to my concerns, treated an elderly lady with respect and understanding. Why? Because sometimes the fob worked and sometimes it didn't. When I'd bring it in...it would work for them. (of course). Yet, they believed me....tried it numerous times and finally discovered I was right. They listened. They fixed it. What more can one ask?

We found the vehicle on-line. The sales team was very responsive without being pushy. They answered all the questions I had and were very flexible for us to schedule a test drive. I came to test drive with 3 teenage kids and they the entire Keyes team was welcoming and chatted with the teenagers as well as shared details and let us test drive. They didn't require their team to ride with us - they gave us some trust and let us take the vehicle for our own drive. They have excellent facilities with multiple vehicles of all makes and models on the floor inside for review and allowed us to review all options. They worked with me well to get to a price that worked for both of us and we bought! The closing experience went very well - the business manager was very organized and walked through the details efficiently and we were on our way. Thank you Keyes - we highly recommend your team!

Was in need of a different car and salesman Mike Sullivan really helped me out. We checked out a couple of cars, one use and one new, and I ended up setting my sights on the new one. Mike then mentioned another vehicle on the lot, identical to the one I was considering, just a different color- but this one had a special sale due to the deal with the previous purchaser falling through before they took possession. Turns out that color was a much better match for what I was looking for; so I not only got a better color but a better deal as well. Mike made the sales process painless and was extremely helpful in answering the questions I had. Keyes and Mike are both highly recommended!!

My wife and I were interested in upgrading our Chevy Tahoe to a newer model with a few more options than we previously had in our older unit. I found the exact unit we were looking for at Keyes Chevy Town. I made contact with Salesman Mike Sullivan, who presented himself in a highly professional, knowledgeable manner. We were also impressed with the organization of the entire shopping, dealing and financing options presented to us by other staff members. Mike Sullivan gets our nomination for a "Professional Sales Award" as he is an Awesome representative of Keyes Chevrolet. He worked for US during our negotiations. We couldn't be happier with our new Tahoe, and Keyes Chevy Town should be proud to have Mike "on Board"!

Two weeks ago I went to buy a new recliner and bedroom set. When I was done there, I decided since it was finally a spring like day that I would look at new cars, just to see what was available. Keyes Chevrolet was only two blocks away, and I saw several different vehicles that I might be interested in. I met a salesman named Mike Sullivan, and he asked me several questions to determine what I was or was not interested in. I was then shown many models, drove some, didn't need to drive others, and finally decided on a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Mike set me up with a young lady that handled the paper work, and the next day I went to pick up my vehicle. Mike to time to explain to me how to use all the different features of my new car, and even repeated the explanation several times on some features. I am 66 years old and some of the things like On Star, hands free telephone, checking mileage etc. were complicated for me, but never once did Mike try to rush me or stop my questions. I have even been back a few times for a refresher, and have always been treated with courtesy and greeted with a smile, and a handshake. I love my new car, and am glad I ran into Mike at Keyes. I would, and have recommended them to others.

I have purchased a dozen high end cars and trucks from the Keyes dealership over the last 15 years and have had an excellent sales experience, service work record, and personal attention to my needs by the owner and entire staff. Excellent Customer service...I would not shop anywhere else!
