I went to Kelly Nissan to buy a car without acquiring the financing that Kelly Nissan offers to its customers. The gentleman Antonio who showed me the car I wanted was completely understandable of that. However, the sales manager, Jerome was not! He attempted to charge me an extra $1000 on the price of the car due to the fact that I did not want to finance the car through their dealership. When I said the car is not listed for that price you’re trying to charge me, he said it covers the Re-Conditioning fee. It will allow him to recoup the money he has put into the car to get it up to par to be able to sell after acquiring it from the auction. I’ve never heard of a customer paying that fee, also the car was not listed at the lot or online for the extra $1000 he was charging me. Jerome became hostile and disrespectful. I’m the middle of the sales floor told me “you have an ego, I can’t work with you” and walked off. I attempted to talk like an adult with him but he refused to speak as a man but was visibly upset that I did not want to finance the vehicle. I was paying cash. No need for me to finance. He didn’t care. I can’t support a business who allows managers to disrespect customers in front of other customers and employees. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Kelly Nissan is a great dealer! It was my first time buying a new car and Andy worked with me looking at many different cars and showed me price breakdowns for any car that I asked. They got me a great APR and I settled on a Nissan Sentra. The manager, Ben, was also extremely nice as soon as I walked in the door. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan in Oak Lawn!

When my wife and I went to Kelly Nissan we were attended promptly and with care, We had just gone that day to several places and we were not pleased with the way took care of us, others treated us like we owed them our business. We traveled from Michigan to get our new car from Kelly. We saw the ad on line in auto trader and couldn't believe the price difference for the same vehicle that we received a quote on here in MI. Started communicating with Calvin and Tati by email and then phone. We also had a vehicle that we were trading in so when we arrived we anticipated having problems. To our surprise there were none at least none caused by the dealer. Nissan had issued a recall for some part behind the radio that would cut the radio out and they worked on finding the part everywhere. They offered to put us up in a hotel and provide dinner if they couldn't find the part They found that the manufacturer of the part was a half hour away and went to get the part and installed it immediately so that we could get back on the road. Great service, good communication, and well worth the $49 it took us in gas to get there. Calvin and Tati are awesome, have had communication since purchase and will go back again.

I went to this dealership to purchase a new car even though it's about 45 mins from my home mainly because of the advertising on the web about the second chance credit program. The dealer was easy to work with and I was able to get a car I'm really happy with within my budget. They treated me respectfully and worked with all of my needs. I would highly recommend this dealer!

Let me start off by saying this dealership is a complete rip off. They're terrible with customer service and communicating with customers. They try to convince to buy a used car that knowingly will lose value EXTREMELY fast, make a bunch of 6-month, 12-month promises. The car i purchased they lied to me about the extended warranty and it's active periods. I bought a Impala with 80k miles.The car was under factory warranty until 100k, and my extended warranty THEY OFFERED was suppose to be until 140k. However at 107k, the impala transmission with out and the extended warranty did start from the sale date NOT WHEN THE FACTORY EXPIRED like i was told. Of course i ended up paying over $1600 to fix the car. But do you think they worked with me to get a new one? Absolutely not. I HATE THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WOULDNT SEND THE MOTHER OF MY WORST ENEMY THERE. GO TO WESTERN AVE NISSAN!!!!!!! KELLY NISSAN are full of crap. They only work with non-credible banks that you have a hard time accessing information of your account to. John is one to avoid!!!!

I liked the attitude of the staffs and how everything went as soon as I enter the building. I was told what the deal is as I told the sales guy my situation, and before you know it, I am walking out with a Vehicle. I like the fact that only Nissan run your credit, unlike others where they use multiple Banks to run your Credit. When I walked in they greeted me at the door ask me am I looking for someone in particular, I told them what I was looking for I was very specific about what I wanted and the Nissan staff made sure I was taken care of; I was sitting long they were straight to the point with me and they help me my price range on my vehicle which was great!

I left Kelly Nissan on April 1st and in my 2010 Nissan not even two weeks later after my exhaust was smoking really bad I took it to my mechanic and he told me I should not drive anymore because my car was burning oil and I purchased a vehicle that had engine problems. I called Kelly Nissan and spoke to Tony the sales Manager who was not helpful at all he got upset cause I asked him to speak wth someone in service department who could help diagnose the issue. Tony was so upset with me that he hung up in my face. I called later and spoke with Dave although Dave started out being helpful and he even promised to give me 500 towards fixing my car but the very next day when I called to confirm he stopped answering and started sending me to voicemail. I paid over 13000 for my Vehicle qnd after two weeks of my purchase I had to spend another 4000 on an engine. This was The Worst experience of my life I am heartbroken. And No I would Not Recommend Kelly Nissan.

Terrible Sales staff. I went to the dealer to test drive a Nissan GTR they have in stock and they ran my credit to ensure I qualify for purchasing the car. Everything checked out fine and the salesman went to get the car ready. We turned the car on for few minutes then we had to turn it off because it is out of GAS!! After spending half an hour waiting, I was told that only the general manger Dave can drive the car to the gas station. Dave was not available so I decided to come back at later time. I was called to come to the dealer and surprisingly Mr. general manger told me that I can only test drive the car when I drive it home!! Really.. Terrible experience there.

When I initially went in the dealership I didn't expect to leave out in a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. However, I was happy with the service I received and also happy I was able to trade in my new car for something more up to date that matches my personality. My salesman Michael Hatchet was very helpful and he told me from the jump that he was going to make sure I left with a car. He also gave me great advise on helping to further build my credit. I didn't go in to buy a car, I was picking up my sister when Mr. Michael Hatchett asked what he could do for me? I stated nothing but feeling optimistic I said let's try. I test drive the 2015 Nissan Altima and fell in love. When Mike & finance did their work he came back and said you can leave the white car here. No longer takes competitor coupon. Claims they use special stuff for oil change. I am sure it is nothing special except Nissan brand. Was told 50 minutes for oil change WITH appointment. I am not sure why since Express oil businesses take 10 minutes. Typically Kelly does a thorough vehicle inspection which is fine, but not needed every time. I asked to skip the vehicle check as they did it a month ago and I am in a rush. I do not want to buy everything they are selling, and at their dealer prices. Better pricing elsewhere, as expected.

I had no idea that I could be approved! The second chance department really came through in a major way. I simply came in to get a bill of sale and within twenty minutes I was looking at papers for an approval. No other dealership would deal with my situation but they matched my request and then some. Car not affordable, down payment terms great, and sales associates moved so quickly.

I bought a 2014 car here a month ago for my son as a Xmas present. While the sales guy was very nice, (the manager was pretty rude), once I bought the car which they owed me a new tire and a second key, they didn't care about helping me out anymore. It took 3 weeks from the date of purchase to get anything done. I had to call several times and finally go back to get insist I get what they owed me, which should have only taken no more than 3 days! Once that was done and I thought it was all taken care of they sent me the title work on the car (finally) that was incomplete so I couldn't register my car for plates at the bmv, again, calling the title clerk and going back again to get them to do something about it was a pain. So now, paperwork still not complete, the temporary plate they gave me is expired because this is taking so long and I can't drive the car...so no I would never buy a car here again.

given the fact that I am a Nissan fan, I didn't need much convincing to lease a Nissan. I hoped they would give me a 2 year lease, or a few more perks. although I got the most basic features, I think the price was not bad nor was the service. the dealership has a variety of cars, and I was able to pick a car and take it home with me in less than 2 hours, I appreciated that about this dealership.

I knew exactly what I wanted and my salesman Larry made it happen in record time. I had my 80 year old mother with me and he was so nice and courteous to her it really impressed me. After we went home, the next day Steve in Finance called and asked me to come back because he found me a cheaper rate. I have bought my last 4 cars from Kelly Nissan in Oak Lawn IL they are simply the best Diego Arsce Is the best I went in to look and talked to him showed him the car i wanted from the inventory i looked at online he pulled it up I told him what i needed as far as payments and all and he made it happen told, told him i needed to talk to my mother about it and i would call and let him know if it was a go. On my way home i called mom and she said yes so I called Diego back and told him i would be in the next day(Sat) to have all the paperwork ready He said ok will do! So we went in at 11 o clock and he met us at the car and he took my mom by the hand and walked her into the building and brought her to his desk! my mother and i thought that was so sweet! he did have all the paperwork ready and after that he brought the car around and informed us with all the gadgets it was fast because it was the same kind i traded in so i was familiar with it already.Oh he also held my moms hand all the way to the new car and gave a hug to both of us and off we went i was so happy with everything and all it took us is 45 min to do all that! SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

I recently took my vehicle in for interior and exterior parts that we owed to me when I purchased the vehicle. I dealt with Raul as my service advisor. He was very nice and courteous. He took the time to call me once my vehicle was done and explained everything that was done to my car. Also the young lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice!! Her name was Felicia and she was very professional about doing her job. She should be a service advisor with her skills as a people person! I also asked Raul the technicians name that worked on my car and he told me it was Leo, i asked Raul to thank him for me personally for doing an amazing job!!!

I had to bring my Murano in for service. I dealt with John Woratschek, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me numerous courtesy calls to let me know what was happening with my car. This is how a service department should run, the old school way, taking care of their customers so that you have a pleasant experience and will want to bring your car to Kelly Nissan for service.

We have purchased and leased other cars from Kelly Nissan. We have always had good service on our cars and great help from the sales department. We gave them specific items we wanted on the car and the model we wanted. We wanted a Rogue with gps,electric seat, and all around camera. The car that fit our requirements was a 2016 Rogue SV. They worked with us on the price and financing. Our salesman John Vanik and the sales manager Tony worked very hard and were very friendly and helpful. Kelly Nissan...I took my vehicle there cause I'm having transmission problems on CVT transmission and Nissan extended their warranty but they're saying it's the ABS system hubs and caps which has nothing to do with the transmission. I took the vehicle to 2 other places which advised it is the transmission. Nissan will not honor those diagnostics cause they're not Nissan certified service cntrs. All Nissan dealerships have great sales people but when it comes to service on you're older vehicle they want to scan you to make money of you giving you wrong diagnostics. Teas your car is older and parts need to be replaced but not all they list is accurate. Scammers!!!!!

This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The salesman that I worked with, Diego Arce, was super nice and pleasant to work with. The dealership was very helpful to me and my situation. I got a nice car that I really like and was at the dealership for less than two hours. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to a friend. The only hang-up that I have is that one week after purchasing my car the "change oil" light came on. I have reached out to two people regarding this and have gotten no response. I do feel like this is something that they should address since I have only had this car less than two weeks. This is the only reason that I did not give five stars. Overall--I had a great experience, great car and great customer service.

John Vanik is one of the nicest sales rep ever. My wife and I went in there for the first time back in 2013 when our then Murano stopped working. We were in and out in less than an hour with a new car. Not only they will make you feel like family but also will they work with you and give you the best advice in regards to what you're willing to spend on a monthly basis. We were able to trade that car in for a 2015 Altima a couple months ago and last week I went in there and got another new car. This time, I was in and out in 20 mins; you'd spend more time buying shoes. Very nice and polite people there!

Came in to buy new with a trade in and the sales manager Steve laughed in my face asking me why am I even bothering using my van As a trade in it's not even worth 10 cents. Then screamed it across the showroom to a salesman. The ask the salesman to deal with me because he doesn't have time to deal with a sale like mine. At that point I just walked out. Will never be back.

Was never so disrespected by a sales manager in my life. I was told if I wasnt buying a car I needed to go and come back another day because they were closing up. It was only 8pm. Needless to say I didn't by a car there and never will and will never recommend them to anyone!

We went out of our way to go to Kelly Nissan because of their great reputation. Vito DiPerte helped us locate the car we were looking for and worked with us diligently to make sure all our needs were met at a great price we could afford.Steve also worked with us on the financing and was invaluable.I will be going here without hesitation when we purchase our next vehicle.

I wonder if 'Nissan Motor Co.' knows they have shady dealers as such representing them. I inquired on a vehicle I seen online, made an appointment to come in same day. Upon arrival, I test drove the car and loved it. I sat with the sales person, ran my credit, filled out paper work, the figures were laid out by the finance manager, I accepted the terms, got a HAND SHAKE and a "CONGRATS" from my sales person about my new purchase. Well, when it came time to give my deposit, the story changed. It appears that they sold the same car to the person sitting in the room next to me?!! Really?! How can they do that? My sales person said they were "sorry" and they too were upset as they spent hours working on my deal but the "sales manager is the boss" and for me to talk to him about it . (Mind you, the same person who gave me my terms and figures on this purchase). At this point I was livid. I drove over an hour to get here, after I made a call before hand making sure the vehicle was available for purchase with no hassle, and I was told I had no worries, it was. I walked up to the sales manger and informed him that I was just sitting with my sales person and HIMSELF discussing this deal, filing out paper work, I accepted the terms and was ready to put my deposit; HOW DID THEY SELL THE CAR AT THE VERY MOMENT I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF THE DEAL?! His response to me was "What do you want me to do? From a business perspective, first come first serve.", "if you paid cash, it could of been yours"...OMG REALLY?! Then what was I doing for the last 2 hours sitting in their office?! I don't get it. All they care about is making a sale and have NO RESPECT for their customers. Who does business like that? I felt like they pulled the rug from right under me. Made me feel like an idiot. Totally unprofessional, unethical, and LACK of customer service. Now they even RAN MY CREDIT for NOTHING. He even had the nerve to tell me if I come back and he will give me another deal. Are you kidding me?! I wouldn't dare give these people a dime, let another minute of my time!!! Definitely I will be letting Nissan Motor company know about my experience. Shame on you KELLY NISSAN that is NOT how you conduct business.

I knew I would need a new car sooner or later, the car I had before was 14 years old and had played out, I had wanted a Murano since I visited the Chicago Auto Show this year. On 6-5-14 my old car was in a car repair shop and was told how much it would cost to get fix, it cost way more than what the the car was worth. My wife told me to go ahead and by a new car, she told me to go to Kelly Nissan since she knew I wanted a Murano, she drove me up to Kelly's in her car, Tim Wilson greeted us at the door I was looking to be pressured into buying a car, I wasn't I felt very relaxed. I had looked up prices for the Murano on the computer. I drove out with a new Murano. Tim Wilson was very helpful he answered all my questions, he wasn't in a rush. He had the color I wanted. I'm glad I was told to go to Kelly's. My old car when I got home was given to a auto wrecker company. Thank you Tim Wilson. Fred

My daughter went in to purchase a car after her car was totaled in a storm, and felt that they were not forthcoming with the bad brakes on the car. She accepted the cracked side view mirror on the car, but did not expect that after 2 days the brakes on the car would be grinding terribly. She was not informed of a warranty on the car, and being a young woman, did not think to ask about it, but assumed that they would tell her everything that she needed to know about the car. She was sorely disappointed that when she returned to talk with the salesperson, only to find out that he seemed to be shifting the blame on the finance person. She trusted that he would sell her a good car, especially being a single female, but instead he sold her a car that no one else wanted, and they basically told me that I was locked into this deal. This is the first time she went out on her own to buy a car and was glad that she could do it without a co-signer, but was hurt and felt that she was taken advantage of because she is a woman. This goes to show you that no matter how pleasant the salesperson is, the only thing that matters to them is that they make a sale, no matter what condition the car is in. She was very disappointed with the outcome today and will never do business with Nissan again and neither will I.

I bought a used car through the dealership and purchased their aftermarket warranty. I was told it was the best, even though it was not a Nissan warranty. I got screwed. The dealership told me EVERYTHING would be covered no issues!!!! I even contacted them several times, said no problem. I tried to take the car to have the 3 issues they swore would be covered, The Advantage Warranty denied everything. This warranty is GARBAGE!!!! Don't Buy it. When I contacted my service manager that sold it to me, his exact words were "sometimes when you go to the doctors office, and even though you have insurance, you still end up owing something". I thought that the price that i was getting on the car was a fair price, and my salesman was excellent, but DON'T trust this dealership!!!!!!!!Don't buy the warranty!!!!!!!!Don't believe everything you hear!!!!! Unless it is a Nissan Factory warranty, don't buy it!!!!!!!!I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for, and people's words just don't mean anything anymore. Don't trust them, they are CROOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent...customer service and car buying experience!!!! I highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Oaklawn. They put me in my first brand new car ever. 2012 NISSAN VERSA!!!!Calvin (my salesman) was very patient and understanding to my credit limitation but somehow him and Mr. Steve Nolfi (finance Manager) worked very hard and mad it happen. My first time experience at Kelly Nissan was excellent. I dealt with Mich and Melissa with Internet Sales. Mich is a wonderful sale person. Mich really worked with us to get us the price we could afford. I thank Steve in finance for working with us. I do not have the best credit. Mich is wonderful to work with. I looked up a used Mercury Marquis through Cars.com and came across one at Kelly Nissan. I set up an appointment to test drive the car two days later. I actually went the next day and was told the car was sold the day I actually called. No one called me and told me the car was sold. A manager informed me once I'd got there, that the car was sold and that I should have been called back that day or early the next day. He was nice and apologized for the inconvience. My Cars.com experience was pleasant and easy. My dealer experience, not so much. Kelly Nissan dropped the ball.

I am writing this letter recap one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. Your dealership, which was highly recommended by a friend who is a repeat buyer, has in my mind mismanaged our relationship as a return customer. Im pretty sure customers that purchase new vehicles are not subject to the stress and aggravation that I have incurred due to that fact that the used car I purchased is probably considered low hanging fruit by your standards. I am quite aware of my credit situation and was most obliged by Laired Rencher and Kelly Nissan for being able to work out a package that afforded me the opportunity to purchase a vehicle in the first place. I would think a dealership that prides itself on inspecting vehicles before they are sold could diagnose spark plugs, loose brake pads and especially, a faulty catalytic convertor. This leads me to believe that this car never was properly inspected and merely cleaned up and sold. When you guys say As Is you truly mean it. Your dealership not once, offered any solution that would have averted a negative outcome. The Its a used car, and these things can go wrong attitude seems to resonate through-out your staff and is hopefully not how you treat all your customers.After driving a car for a little over a week to incur such issues reflects poorly on you and your dealership. I am sorry the relationship could not have gone smoother and without incident, but I understand the meaning of the phase caveat emptor.

My experience at Kelly Nissan was excellent. I found my dream car online and their responce was almost immediate. I worked with Vito and I can't thank him enough for everything he did to get me behind the wheel of this beautiful one of a kind GT-R. The entire process from the moment I initiated contact to the moment I signed the contract was very smooth and pleasent. I didn't feel pressured and the deal was exactly what I was told it will be. Laird Rencher has presented outstanding salesmanship to me and my family for the last 16+ years. He provides excellent customer service and has a vast knowledge of the products he sells. His demeanor is very friendly and never pushy or overly aggressive. He listens intently to what your wants and needs are and delivers! I wouldn't trade him for the world and he has been the reason that I have driven a Nissan since 1995. Additionally, since that time, I have only used the Kelly Nissan service dept. for the maintenance on my vehicles.

I entered the dealership, first of 3 I planned to visit that day(Nissan, Volkswagen and Hyundai). Tony Paramo greeted me at the door, was advised of my desire to lease, and to see what it involved. He inquired about what I was interested in; and listened! He is knowledgable and astute. About 4 hours later I walked out with the keys to my 2012 Sentra and no desire to visit any other dealership. The dealership was very busy, as it was a Saturday, but the employees at Kelly Nissan did what they could to minimize our waiting time while still taking the time to fully explain our purchase. There was an unexpected extra fee associated with the vehicle, that likely could have been mentioned to us prior to our coming in, but it was a minimal cost and there was also an unexpected rebate available that more than compensated for that extra cost. A maintenance plan was also mentioned to us by the salesperson, but was not brought up again during financing, as we had been told it would be.

From day one Tony helped us find the perfect car. We looked at used and new cars ranging from sedans to suv's and Tony guided us throughout the entire process. He was knowledgable, reassuring, professional, and very helpful. What impressed me the most was that Tony sat down with us and reviewed how every single feature worked after we bought our new car. I never encountered this before but it was very beneficial! Thank you for a great car buying experience. I wouldnt go to any other Nissan dealership except Kelly's.

This was our second vehicle purchased since 2006 by my wife by herself. I have never been to the dealer to purchase the first vehicle in 2006, nor have I ever met any of the sales representatives there before but from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with respect and a smile from every sales representatives and employees. They did not have the particular model and color of the vehicle I wanted, and Diego Arce told me he was 99.9% sure he could get it for me, and for the price I wanted. A week later, Diego called me saying that the vehicle came in. There was no hassle whatsoever. Diego also provided his personal cell phone should I have any questions. Not only did he go over the car, he gave me a tour of the dealership, service center and introduced me to service manager, so I would know where to bring my car for service tune ups. He also introduced his business manager, was totally professional, showing me different options to extend warranty, etc. again, with no pressure whatsoever. Even though I must admit that I am a very stubborn person on purchasing a new vehicle, I would totally recommend this dealership and will purchase another car from them in the future.

Barbara Aksamit went above and beyond in her knowledge about Nissan cars, and overall sale. Nissan worked with me to guarantee me the perfect car up to the last detail, and I must admit I am quite picky. Buying a new car from Leo Suncar at Kelly Nissan was an incredible experience! On our first trip to the dealership, my husband and I explained to Leo that we were just there to look and that we didn't even know which models we were interested in seeing. The fact that we were not there to buy a car that day was OK with Leo, he spent hours with us looking at just about every type of cars/SUVs made by Nissan. He knew every detail of every car. Then he took us on a test drive that was a "true" test drive, it was not a 5 minute ride around the block. He and Mike stayed late (after 9pm) to discuss pricing with us. Remember they knew we wouldn't be buying a car that night but wanted us to have the information to take home and think about. There was zero pressure! We returned to the dealership the next day and basically had a car buying therapy session with Leo - this is what we want, this is what we think we can afford, these are the items that are important to us...again he was soooo patient and just listened. In the end, we are very happy owners of our new Nissan Rogue! We will highly recommend Leo Suncar and Kelly Nissan to everyone we know. All car buying experiences should be incredible - buying a new car should be fun and exciting and Leo made sure it was. THANK YOU!! PS - The finance department is great too - no pressure! What a pleasant suprise!

I was pleased to be able to find a car that I was interested in, I was given a great deal and it was a pleasurable experience. Laird and his collegues were patient, talkative and relaxed which showed their knowledge and ability within their business which makes it very inviting and comfortable. Laird Rencher was a fantastic salesamn. Always ready to take my calls, and very helpful with my final decision on the car. He was a great salesman. I've had 4 cars prior to this Nissan, and Laird Rencher was by far the best salesman I've dealt with.As far as price goes, I'm a little disappointed that the price on the Kelly Nissan website inventory locator did not match up to the price that was on the actual Juke that I purchased. The website had it listed at $24,650 and the MSRP on my Juke was $25,410. I purchased the vehicle with a VPP, mine was listed as an "A Plan" however, when it was being added, I was then told it was a C plan. Wasn't quite sure on how all of that works. Aside from all of that, I would recommend Laird Rencher as a salesman to anyone.

Mr. Rencher greeted us warmly and was very approachable. He did not pressure nor overwhelm us with his sales technique. He patiently answered our questions and really listened to us. Mr. Finnegan was pleasant,appeared very genuine when discussing our car choices, and did not pressure us into buying. The kind of customer service displayed by both Mr. Rencher and Mr. Finnegan no longer exist in many businesses. We knew after our first visit that we would return and buy a vehicle from Mr. Rencher. Kudos to Mr. Rencher and Mr. Finnegan. I will continue to share my buying experience at Kelly Nissan with anyone who is in the market for a new car.

I was very pleased with my experience at Kelly Nissan. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful. Tony Paramo was extremely professional but not overbearing. He made the car-buying process very easy and answered any questions that I had. He has continued to follow up with me to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. At this point, I can say that I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend/family member.

I have given the rating I have because the sales man was very great in helping me purchase a new car, so I can get back and forth to work. I really appreciate him being patient with me and understanding. He was very nice and willing to help me. He is a great sales man.

So far I'm really enjoying my Nissan Rogue. Barbara was very helpful and a wonderful sales person. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Did test drive the Nissan a few times even in the rain, and she was very polite. Felt that she was a good friend. Greg and I wish her much happiness with her baby and career.

The sales manager was very helpful in answering questions and concerns that I had. The process went a lot smoother because of the information given. The sales person Barbara was also helpful in showing the vehicles and explaining the differnt styles. They were awesome. An oil change that turned into a new car. Wow! Thanks a lot.

Great experience! From choosing a car to the financing, everyone I interacted with was great. Will definitely go back there for my next Nissan. Very friendly and customer oriented. Won my business after I had purchased two cars from another dealership. They want to earn your business and treat you like a valued customer. Great all around!

Everyone at Kelly Nissan was friendly and very accommodating. We checked other dealerships and could not find a more friendly staff. Steve the Sales Manager helped us out with all the numbers we needed. Steve in the Finance department helped us out with all our warranties. Sam the Salesman helped us through from start to finish, showing us everything we needed to know about the car. They went out of their way to get us the vehicle we needed. They treated our family very well and I would recommend to all my friends this dealership.

Vito was awesome throughout the entire sales process. My girlfriend and I were a little unsure about many of the decisions we had to make. Vito was able to provide us with an assortment of options that best suited our needs for a reliable and dependable car. I found the staff at Kelly to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I will look to purchase my next vehicle from Kelly in the future and will encourage my family and friends to do the same.

This is the second car I have bought from Vito and both times my experience has been exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated like family. Even three years after I bought my first car from him, he was still there to help me. As long as Vito is working at Kelly Nissan, I will only buy my cars and refer my friends to Kelly Nissan for their car purchases.

I have been helping my niece shop for a new Altima for several weeks now and all of our shopping stopped when we went to Kelly Nissan, in Oak Lawn, Ill. The entire shopping experience was great. From our salespersons product knowledge, to the negotiation process and even taking delivery, things went smoothly and professionally.The managers that we met were perfect gentlemen and answered all of our questions thoroughly and completely. I waited to write this review until we had our first oil change done at the dealership. The service department did not let us down one bit. The service was great and we were in and out promptly. I would recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone who is looking for a Nissan in the Illinois area.

I BOUGHT A 2010 NISSAN ALTIMA 3.5R AT THE END OF THE YEAR. AFTER TALKING TO A NUMBER OF NISSAN DEALERS I GOT A PRICE FROM THE INTERNET LADY AT KELLY NISSAN WHO WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS . I THEN WENT TO KELLY AND MET SALESMAN TIM WILSON WHO WAS A TOTAL PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH.HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BUYING A CAR FROM AN OLD FRIEND WHICH I THINK IS REALLY A TRAIT OF A GOOD SALESMAN. I COULD HAVE PURCHASED A CAR AT A DEALER 5 MINUTES FROM MY HOME BUT 45 MINUTES IS FINE WHEN YOU DEAL WITH A COMPETENT CAR DEALER. NO BACK TRACKING OR CHANGING OF PRICES AND CAR FEATURES THAT YOU SO OFTEN HEAR ABOUT IN THE CAR BUSINESS. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE CAR IS GREAT. I WORK AS A PERFORMER AT A THEATER IN BRANSON MO. ABOUT 5OO MILES FROM MY HOME AND AM ABOUT TO DRIVE 500 MILES TO LET KELLY DO MY FIRST OIL CHANGE DURING MY 2 WEEK BREAK.

The experience at Kelly Nissan has changed the way I feel about car shopping. I used to loathe car buying because of all the games and the wasted time. Now, I will be buying all my cars from 1 dealer. The complete staff was super friendly and helpful, including the GM, Ryan who helped with the deal. This is the way car buying is supposed to be: fun, easy, and when you take your new car home a ride that isn't burdened by you wondering if you made a good choice. I can't say enough good things about Kelly Nissan. Make them your first and last stop when it's time to buy. You won't regret it! :)
