Great place to buy a vehicle. I drove 5.5 hours from out of state because they had the used SUV I was looking for. It was well worth the trip as I was not disappointed. Vehicle was priced fairly and just as important was in excellent condition. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and very helpful. A special thanks to Katrina, my sales specialist. Great staff and a great experience. I was really impressed the entire time and we will definitely be going back in the future. I happened to see someone else there I know who just bought two vehicles there and they had the same experience. Dwayne was awesome. Helped us out the entire time. Jason and Mike were a big help and very helpful when needed, we really appreciated them as well. Will, was not our sales person but he went out of his way to help out several times including taking the time to take our kids out to show them some cars while we were signing papers. Really great person! Thank you for everything!

This was my second time working with Keller brothers ford in Lititz, and I will say it went fast and smooth. I worked with Jason H and he took the time to look into all my options, and give me the best advice. They got me in a car with in two days of visiting. Will return again and suggest to family and friends

My experience is related to a Warranty Repair situation. The conditions for which this repair was completed were not good meaning lead times for parts, intermittency of problem, among other things related to Covid driven challenges. Clearly, none of these challenges were Keller Bros fault which makes this rating so impactful! I got my vehicle back about a month after drop off. I know this sounds bad, but under the circumstances, it could have been a lot worse if my vehicle were in the hands of a lesser facility. Any shop can get a 5 star rating when things go well and according to plan but only the few get this rating under less than optimum circumstances; Keller Bros is one of the few! They set realistic expectations and if any expectation could not be met, the Service Rep notified me before I started asking questions....great communication! Attention to detail - the technician was a perfectionist! Without getting into detail, Keller Bros did everything they could to address the problem and to make sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible! And to top it all off, my vehicle is back on the road and working well! If in the area and looking to deal with a business that cares, look no further! Thank you Keller Bros and Thank you to all your staff; you guys earned your strips on this one!

I have been taking my car to Keller Bros. Ford for 5 years. I chose them first for convenience to home, but I have stayed with them because of professional service and great customer service. They LISTEN to my concerns and preferences, communicate clearly the options available, discuss costs involved in repairs and follow up with any questions along the way. I choose to hang onto my 2006 Ford Freestyle because I bought it used, had Ford repair some major items on it and I like everything about it. I recently had many maintenance items taken care of over a 3 week period. They provided me a loaner car for those 3 weeks, no extra charge, and kept communication lines open during this time to be sure everything was taken care of I wanted done and they worked at saving me money as a regular customer bringing them business and having a lot of things done at one time. This package repair saved me labor costs being done all at the same time and they saved me money overall considering the extensive work they completed for me. I’m thankful and my son who was involved in some of the discussions is very impressed with Ford too! Thanks Keller Bros team! I appreciate all you have done! I invited Keller Bros to put their business plate on the front of my car to replace something else to thank them and advertise for them. I’d recommend them to you.
