I go in to trade in my car in beginning of October. Sales person was great. I left the same night with a new car. Well I get my registration in the mail and they sold me a different car then I brought home. Someone filled out all paperwork wrong! I had to go fill out all paperwork again. This being a month after bringing my car home. A month later I get a call the bank backed out of the deal because paperwork was messed up. Now 3 months later and I still have no loan and no one has answers! I call the dealership daily. No one ever calls me! Then they didn't pay off my trade in on time and my credit was effected by it! I call and get a run around for them to fix my credit report because they screwed it up. No one has answers and always get a run around. Never go back here again! Il get service at another dealership!

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door. Dawn was extremely knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in. She promptly took my DL and made a copy of it and we were on the road doing a test drive. Soon after I was signing papers. Dawn made it extremely easy and relaxed. She worked hard for me to get the best possible price. The entire experience from start to finish was a complete pleasure. Johnson Dodge has a customer for life!

I've never thought to write a review for a car dealership before, but I genuinely want everyone to know how remarkable this one is. I typically hate the process of buying a car... trying to get a good deal on a huge purchase while making sure youre getting the right vehicle its so stressful! But I just bought a Jeep from Johnson Dodge, and I can't express my gratitude enough. I showed up an anxious mess with my father who was ready to leave before we even walked in the door. They were sincere and patient, and I was so impressed with how quick and seamless the entire process was. Zach Bly was a pleasure to work with and John Johnson went completely out of his way to get me the car I wanted for an exceptional price. Its clear that they know how stressful the process can be and want to make sure their customers leave happy. Give them a try you wont regret it!!

Ask for Jon Boyle if you want a great car buying experience. After refusing their first offer Jon asked what we need to make the deal and we got the deal we wanted on their second offer.. None of the endless back and forth haggling i have experienced before. To start off - Cagney Moog my Sales Representative went above and beyond for customer service, so he receives more than 5 stars. He is why I RECOMMEND this dealership. I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, however, unknowingly it had a factory defect with the transmission and found out less than 24 hours post signing (dealership unaware of issue pre-signing). 1st time it broke down (within 24 hours of closing on the car), I brought it to the dealership and they said they fixed the connection issue. 2nd time it broke down (within the same day and after being "fixed") it had to be towed back to the dealership. Moral of the story, the dealership traded me another brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and kept the problem child of a Jeep. Lastly, when the Jeep broke down a 2nd time, Cagney came out himself to where I broke down, brought a loner vehicle and stayed with the broken down jeep till a towing company came. It was frustrating experience, but Cagney made me not hate the dealership and I ended up receiving a replacement Jeep...so thank you Johnson Dodge Chrysler.

Don't know car values and when called on it, Scott, the so called salesman, replies with insults basically by telling me to go back to Jack Daniels Kia where I bought my vehicle because I told him Johnson's deal was no deal at all. This was the most pleasant experience we have had in buying a new car. We had spoken to Rich Bocchino over the phone and when we arrived at Johnson everything was exactly as he had promised. As a matter of fact the final price was actually $150.00 LOWER. We had purchased and leased six Dodge autos from another dealer over 30 years and we were rudely treated the last time.Thank goodness we found Johnson.

Johnson had the vehicle i was looking for. Being 2 hrs away i wanted to firm up the price prior to making the drive. The sales rep indicated that was a lease price and not a true buy number. The number he came back with was $3,500 higher. My wife and i were sick about the entire deal. We walked out. 4 hrs on the road with no new vehicle. They didnt even beat their own TruCar pricing. Buyer be ware!!!

Stopped in to look at a used Jeep, it had been sold. Asked to see 2015 leftover, MRSP was $38,000 but they would sell it to me for $35,000. I asked about the Internet price (same vin#) was told that price is only if you have a leased car in the household. That's crap! He then said he had a 4 cylinder to show me, I really did not want a 4 cylinder but some how I found myself leaving a deposit on a vehicle I didn't want . On Monday I called as soon as they opened to inform them I did not want it and to please refund my $. That was August 31 it is now September 11 and I'm still waiting. I've made 5 calls and left several messages no one has contacted me. I did speak to the sales person on Tuesday 9/8 he blamed the holiday as the reason I did not receive my $. When I cancelled a whole week before Labor Day. Now I'm going in person. I don't know what game is being played but I just don't have $1000 to give away. If anyone goes to that dealership after reading this you deserve what ever you get. The one star is for vehicle selection

I love my Jeep. Glad I bought it. Just wish I hadn't bought it here. Dishonest, rude and don't deliver on promises. Everyone I spoke to told me to avoid this place and go to Dover. I didn't listen, because it was right down the street from me. I bought two cars that day (from different dealers) and the experiences couldn't have been any different. I didn't haggle on price or trade-in value offered - I should have been an ideal customer. But I certainly wasn't treated like it. Communication was horrible. Wouldn't answer the simplest questions. Didn't know about National Jeep Programs. My Jeep was delivered 4 days later than promised. Sales person told me to go home and watch videos, instead of showing me the features of the vehicle. Boxes of stuff - covers, etc were in the back and no explanation about how to go about assembling, etc. Simply handed me my keys and went for a smoke break. Seriously. Finance guy was rude, didn't even welcome us when we walked in his office, just started tossing papers at us. Don't make the mistake I made - stay away from this place. Too many other options a short drive away to get a car AND have a great experience buying it.

After selling my car on a whim, I went to Johnson to look at a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, knowing it was the car I wanted.Zach Bly was my sales professional, and when I say professional, I mean it!He knew I needed a quick turnaround on my sale, and even though the car was not available locally, he made sure I drove off the lot with it in less than 72 hours.This dealership went to great lengths to transport my vehicle from DELAWARE based on my tight timeline. Hats off to them. I went in this weekend to trade in my Dodge Ram and was greeted by mike within a few minutes. What was so nice about his approach was that he let me do the talking and didn't try to push the most expensive vehicle down my throat. We made our first visit to Johnson Dodge Jeep and were greeted by Penny Dougherty. As we talked to her and explained our situation and what we were looking for she made suggestions about the 2015 Jeep Cherokee. It fit many of our needs and so we took a ride in one. We were very pleased and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After we returned we talked again about the details and costs, and she worked up a good price for us. We are just beginning to look now to replace our 2008 pickup truck so have more research to do. We are definitely considering the Jeep vehicle we saw and rode in, but need time to make our decision.

I went in to Johnson Dodge for the safety recall issue regarding the side mirrors. While there I also had an oil change done. Great experience. At first I was told it could take some time to finish possibly 2 + hours. I spoke with Vanessa and told her of the time constraints I had and she managed to find a way to get all the work done in less than an hour. Great service with a smile. We all know going into a dealer service department can be a trying experience. My suggestion, go talk to Vanessa. She seems to be able to get things done.

Kevin Walsh at Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep was my sales representative. When I walked in he was full of personality and instantly made me feel comfortable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he did not try to talk to me into buying something that I wasn't satisfied with unlike the dealership I went to before going there. He was knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing!! I will recommend him to everyone!!

Brought in 2002 liberty for recall, they installed a trailer hitch to protect the fuel tank and replaced a switch on the transfer case. When we got home I noticed the 4wd shifter had no resistance. Looked underneath and the linkage rod was not there. All I could think of was some dumb tech was in a hurry to finish up a warranty job and forgot. Where do they find these incompetents? I'm no stranger to mechanics and I feel terrible for people who rely on these morons for reliable repairs. What if it was snowing and my mother needed to get home? Then whose problem would it be? Think very carefully before choosing this bunch of romper room kiddies as a repair source.

Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! I had originally consulted the previous dealership where I bought my previous Jeep there. The salesman who I dealt with was no longer with the company and I had stopped in to get a quote. I felt smothered and pressured into buying a vehicle. I finally wound up at Johnson and not only did they not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way, they made me feel secure and sure that I was making the absolute right decision for me and my needs. I didn't second guess anything. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, especially my salesman, Zach. Within a little more than an hour, I drove out of there in the perfect Jeep for a forever Jeep girl!!!

We recently purchase a 2015 Jeep Unlimited from Johnson Dodge. We have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and it has taken many hours to complete the deal along with it being very stressful. Not so this time! We dealt with Zac Bly, he is very knowledgable and politely answered all of our questions. From the test drive to signing the papers the whole deal worked like clockwork. Eddie was on point with his customer service skills from the moment we came in to the moment we walked out. I dealt with the owner John, sales manager Pete, And salesman Mike Iannuzzi. We have bought about 15 Jeeps From Johnson over the years. The buying experience is always Great. One if the big reasons we have been going back is Salesman Mike Iannuzzi. He is always easy to deal with and makes you feel very comfortable with the buying experience. After my purchase yesterday morning I called my son and told him about my deal, he came up last night after work and bought a 2015 Cherokee. We recently purchased a new Dodge Durango Citidel and the sales staff we dealt with was great. Penny was our sales consultant and was very welcoming and respectful throughout our purchase. Peter Dudas also assisted during the purchase to ensure the desired options and vehicle was located timely. Peter also assisted during an inconvenience with the service department. The service department was not accommodating and very disinterested in resolving the issue we were having with noise coming from the rear suspension just a few days into owning the car with less than 200 miles. The service department wouldn't give my wife a loaner and told her to wait over an hour just to look at it. Totally unacceptable for a new car . She left at this point and when I contacted Peter he had loaner ready and was very apologetic towards the shortcomings of the service department. We are still having issues with the noise that they have not been able to diagnose and will be taking it back in this week.

I worked with Ken Taylor. He's a very nice man and really took his time and helped me find the right vehicle. Everyone knows that shopping for a car blows, and thanks to Ken it wasn't as painful as it could have been. As far as the dealership, they have a very nice selection, and thanks to a mathematical error on my quote, the deal was too good to pass up. I am grateful that they honored the quoted price even after discovering it was a huge mistake. That says a lot about the character of the owners/managers. The guy who tries to sell you extended warrantees could use a little time with a drink in his hand and toes in the sand but other then that I am pleased with my experience.

Dealer refused to work with me even when I proved that their price for the used town and country I was looking at was almost $6000 more than other dealers in the area. Im a return customer and I guess loyal & informed customers are not part of their business plan. I even offered to pay a reasonably higher price if they added the navigation system to the car. Their response was to Jack up the price to well over the cost of the added feature, or have me try and get it installed on my own. The person I was dealing with was friendly, but not very knowledgeable of the features and function of the vehicles. I wont even get into the insulting price they offered for my trade. It wasnt the newest car in the world, but it isnt block of steal either. If you have no clue about cars and prices, and are looking for being overcharged, then this is the place for you. Otherwise dont even bother to pull in the lot

I had been looking for a used Jeep Liberty for several months and Johnson had one that was in pristine condition with only 6kl miles on it. Of course that garnered a lot of attention and I went to look at the vehicle. Ed cam right out to see if I needed help and let me look at and compare the Liberty with the new Cherokee in a side by side. The staff was friendly and professional, I did not have to do a lot of back and forth they pretty much came back with a good deal right away and I only had to counter that once and we came to an agreement. We will see fi the service is as good as the initial sale but so far I ma satisfied with the purchase and it went well.

This is my second car leased through this dealership and I haven't had a problem yet (service or sales). The people are very friendly. As soon as you walk in the door someone says "Hello, welcome to Johnson". Mike was very helpful and was able to work with me to get me out of a previous lease that I had gone over on my mileage. Buying a truck as a woman is often a frustrating experience. Some salesmen look at you like "isn't that cute, a lady wants a big truck." Some of us need a truck and like a truck. When I went to Johnson Dodge, I dealt with Penny. It was great to not have my every reqirement for my vehicle questioned. She listened to my needs and worked to get me my dream truck at a great deal. I did not feel like i was being taken advantage of, and I feel that the deal i got on the truck was a good, fair deal. I have only had the truck a week, but the purchasing of the vehicle was a pleasant experience. I am surr that the rest of my experience will be positive as well.

My wife recently took our car in for repair. We have been going to Johnson Dodge for years because they really take care of the customers. Recently, while waiting for our car to be fixed, I asked my wife to check out what they had available. Ken Taylor came right up and spent the whole day with her showing her cars and test driving. Really made her feel comfortable. They joked, had fun, my wife saw some nice cars and later brought me back to the dealer after work. Sure enough Ken found us a gem and we purchased the car. Ken even spent time with us talking astronomy!!! I would recommend going into Johnson Dodge and asking for Ken Taylor...it was a great experience and now I have the car I needed.Thanks Ken.

What a wonderful experience. Wen't here to fix something a previous mechanic screwed up. The service manager Dennis was extremely helpful... A fuse was blown when work was done on my car the week prior. The establishment who did the damage refused it was their doing, even though the car was returned to me in a state riddled with electrical problems it hadn't had prior; extremely disheartening.Dennis and his team of professionals did a quick diagnostic and assessed that it was a simple blown fuse. On top of being such a pleasure to deal with, Dennis replaced the fuse and felt so bad for what I went through, he did not charge a cent!!! It's good to know that there are still some service managers out there that put the customer first. I would certainly buy a car from here or get work done anytime just knowing the way they operate is truly selfless.

I was in the market for a New... Used car.. Our requirements and budget changed several times, as this was a replacement for a vehicle my son totaled. Ken never got frustrated with our changing requirements and kept looking out for vehicles that would meet them. It has taken me since memorial day to post I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience of dealing with the staff at johnson dodge I purchases a $40K plus truck from them and was extremely disappointed with the add ons I purchased the presentation of the truck upon picking it up. I wish I would have never taken the truck off the lot when an issue arises they pass the buck from manager to manager the presentation of the truck when picking it up was atrocious, detailed poorly to the point that the glue from the previous dealer was not even removed from the tailgateADD ON- I requested the rims to be dipped, a $1k plus add on, upon further inspection dust was found in the dipping materialADD ON-I requested a spray in liner similar to the factory spray in liner, a $500 plus add on, when I inspected the truck i found they did a cheap spray in rubber liner similar to Rino lining poorly done you can see the inconsistency throughout the bed, heavy running spray in some areas and very limited thin coating in othersafter several days of repeatedly calling to find out what could be done they never responded, passing my voicemail from one manager to the next end result being told there is nothing they could do they offered me a free tonneau cover to hide the existing spray in linerafter hanging up the phone it took me 10 minutes of research to find a spray in liner similar to the factory liner I was informed it could be sprayed oversince late may the berliner has faded to a flat black and looks absolutely terrible I feel like I was ripped off, jerked around and the end rest taken for a ride..I want to let others know that dealing withPeter Dudas - Sales Managerpdudasatjohnsondodge.comwill make every promise and then when there is an issue lie through his teeth he was the beginning of the nightmare will not even lift his head from his desk when walking in after an issue I stared at him repeatedly trying to get him to make eye contact with me complete cowardPeter Canditoservice and parts managepetecatjohnsondodge.comPete was the last person I dealt with and had to deal with may extreme disappointment with everyone at johnson dodge and was the one that made promises to research how we could make everything right I repeatedly asked for a new bed to replace the one they ruined and was informed that was not an option i gave them a few days to research the issue and respond I received the call from pete and was informed there was nothing they could do the bed was ruined and they wanted to put a band aid on the truck to hide screw up they made writing this still makes my stomach turn I cannot express the extreme disappointment and ager I have for the staff and the way issues where dealt with at the dealershipno follow-up phone call was ever made inquiring when I would come back to discuss the tonneau, repairs that was needed to be made or if I had any other issues with the truck...I look out my window at that truck with disappointment every day I hope this will inform people "buyer beware" when dealing with johnson dodgeI will be posting this email in social media outlets I hope this warns others before dealing with this dealershipmichael harchar

biggest schemers I ever dealt with in my life! avoid at any coast. They made me think I was getting a good deal then right before signing the last paper (after waiting for 6 hours) they tried to sneak an extra $1500. and when I refused to pay it they tried to convince me to add to the loan. They took $100 to hold a car for me and I cant get that 100 back from them for the past month. SCHEMERS, THIEVES. AVOID AT ANY COAST!!!!

If this wasn't the only Jeep service center in the immediate area, they'd be out of business. Earlier in the week, I scheduled an 8:15am (Friday morning) appointment for my Jeep. The service was a recall. On the recall notice, Jeep stated that the service would take around 1.5-2 hours. When I arrived at the dealership, the asst service manager stated that the service would be around 4-5 hours! I told her that I needed to be at Newark airport by 5pm and she said it wouldn't be an issue, given that I was dropping the car off at 8:15AM. As a result of reading others complaints about the dealership, I decided to do a drive by 3.5 hours after dropping off my Jeep. Guess what?.... it was still in the same exact parking spot. When I approached the counter, I immediately asked for my keys back. The asst. service manager seemed bewildered... as if this had never happened to her before. She immediately tried pleading with me, stating that the most recent recall fix that they did was only an hour and 45 minutes. I said that I lost my trust in their service department and walked out. Upon entering my car, I thought it best to seek out the service manager, Pete. I went back into the dealership and took Pete away from other customers as to not upset him. I explained to Pete how disappointed I was in his department. Pete immediately resorted to excuses - "These fixes take time" to which I replied "I had an 8:15AM appointment" to which he replied "we can only do one at a time" to which i replied "why would you schedule appointments at specific times if your service department can't handle the demand". I told Pete that I was going to write a review on here and he immediately started to offer concessions (big word for you, Pete). He said "i'll give you a loaner car"... I told him that I don't live around here and was only in town for Thanksgiving. He said "so you don't want a loaner?" I told him then i would need to fill up the gas tank and drive over an hour each way. He said he would pay for my gas and give me other service for free to make up for it. Sorry Pete, you can't buy your way out of your lack of service. My suggestion to the dealership is to learn how to schedule appointments so that fixes are done in a timely fashion. I'm looking forward to receiving top-notch service at a dealership closer to where i live. Now, off to the airport!

Recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership. The salesman did a good job in showing the car and working with us. The only issue is that he must have told us 6 times to make sure we fill out the survey we would receive and give all 10's (the highest rating). If this needs to be said over and over something must be up. We found this out after coming back for something that was part of the sale, but couldn't be put on right away. Well after after a week the part came in, it was installed but was not as described during the sales process. Afetrea screaming match with the GSM, he said the item would be taken off and replaced by the correct one. Within and hour of leaving this dealer the service mgr call to say they would modify the item rather than replace it. I now need to go back again and argue with them. This is over a $180.00 add on item.This dealer is a joke. With so many othet choices, stay away from this place.

Johnson Dodge told me anything I want to hear to sell me a vehicle and now three years later they are unresponsive and not helpful. They are refusing to honor the warranty they provided when purchased. They do not return my call and when I finally get someone on the phone which usually takes about three calls they seem giddy to tell me they won't cover it. I will not buy another vehicle from Johnson Dodge and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I also will not purchase another Jeep as they are made with subpar material.

I came in for a simple part for my jeep and once I bought it 15minutes later I found out it wasn't the correct part so I returned it. When asked to return it the parts employee (mike) instantly through a snobby comment at me that I cannot return it. After arguing with me in front of the entire staff and parts department, he inspected the part and saw it hadn't been used. He gave me to the receptionist (who was polite and professional) mike continued to talk about me to his coworkers and bad mouthing me. Never going there for any parts or services .

Went in to purchase a used car. Test drove it, loved it, decided to buy it. I made a very fair offer for the car based on A LOT of internet research and book values (Asked for $1700 off price.. it was a previous rental car) . I also asked for a fair offer of my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Very Good Condition, low mileage trade in based on 4 different book values. The salesman said the offer looked ok to him and went in the back to see "the guy". He came out about 15 minutes later with an attitude telling me that he has no intention of coming anywhere close to those numbers. He undercut what I wanted for my Jeep by $3000 which wasn't even "fair condition" Market value and proceeded to insult me by telling me "I dont know where you got any of your numbers, but you are waaay off". If you want this car, you need to come up to this.. Which based on his numbers was full price of the car and $3000 lower than the value of my Jeep.. $5000 more than I intended to pay. I told him I will not come up to those numbers because my offer was fair and that he was totally trying to rip me off. I was more than prepared to haggle some pricing but he got very nasty and arrogant and said he would move many a couple of hundred dollars but that was all. So I told him he was out of his mind and left.. Needless to say.. I found the same car at Atlantic Chrysler, got the exact price I offered, got just about what I wanted for my Jeep.. Which was $2600 more than HIS book value that my Jeep was supposedly worth and got a great deal with an extremely friendly salesperson. I am so glad I did not give this dealership my money! They do not deserve it!!Rude.. Arrogant.. Unhelpful and trying to rip off a girl for all the equity in her trade in.. Stay Away!

Just bought 11' Dodge Ram from Johnson Dodge. I have to say that the process was pretty easy. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and they had no problems meeting my needs. Got the unlimited miles, bumper to bumper for a resonable price. They even lowered the cost so as to meet my monthly payment request. (Pretty nice) My payment came out to $xxx.89 and I requested they make it an even $xxx and they did that too. (It's the small things/effort like this that'll keep me coming back.)The day of the sale, I drove my Durango to pick up the RAM and the Durango check engin light came on. This dealership took my car into the service department at 4PM in the afternoon and took care of the bad sensor right then and there. (They may have done this to seal the deal on the RAM car sale BUT fact is they didn't have to do it at all.) That's above and beyond in my book. Over all I have to say my initial assesment of this Dealership is very good.Staff is friendly and professional. My sales rep (Alan) took time out to listen and answer every question I had. Very patient. I am hoping that this is how this dealership is all the time and not just at the time of a sale. My first visit to Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep was to experience first-hand the Chrysler 300's Unconnect media player, in particular the Garmin Nav product. I wanted to be sure that the Garmin's Voice Recognition met my expectations, because this feature was recently updated. The 2011 model did not have voice connectivity with the OEM Garmin. Jim Barnes (sales) allowed me to play with the unit for an hour; I was convinced this would work for me. We sat down to complete a sales order for the recently announced (2012 late edition) 300 Luxury Series. Well, the order sheet that Jim had didn't include the Luxury Series package, but I was happy to return the next day when we consummated the deal. In fairness there was no dickering about price; I used an Auto Buying Program that provided a very fair price. For once buying a car was not a painful experience.Jim called me at least weekly during the 15-week duration until I picked-up my car. Yes, in the auto industry it's so easy to find sales people who are disingenuous and adversarial...not Jim. He has been open and candid since we first met, and has shown to be a partner throughout the auto purchasing process. I really find it difficult to understand how many other raters of this dealership had contrary experiences. Even my off-the-cuff banter with other sales people at Johnson have all been friendly exchanges. I am at a loss why some customers have had such a different point of view.In preparing for the delivery of my car, Jim introduced me to Dennis Pariso in the Service Department. Dennis was very gracious to take the time to hear about specific service I requested at the time of my car's delivery. Essentially, Dennis was happy to comply if it made me happy, and that's what...putting the customer first...is all about! Trust me, this is not customary, because most new car buyers just want their car cleaned and they're happy to leave the dealership.But I did run into a few snags with the new car regarding USB connectivity between the Uconnect media player and my iPhone. Peter Candito played a significant role in resolving the bugs. Most of all his patience, his resolve, and his personal concern to assure the car fully met my expectations is what pulled it all together. So often I hear people say that as soon as the dealer has your money (the final transaction at delivery) their personal service comes to an end. From my experience, this is just not the case at Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep.

Had to cancel deal due to situation beyone are control. dealer is still has not refunded back $500.00 deposit. Now wants to pay us back by check. I don't understand why they just can't refund our CC.

This dealership is a Joke. My experience with them has been horrible. In August 2010, I bought a brand new 2010 Chrysler Town & Country (Black on Black) and at that time Chrysler was offering a rebate of $1,000.00 if you were coming off a lease from another company. I showed the salesman all the paperwork from Honda to prove that I was coming off a lease on a Honday Odyssey. The salesman guaranteed that I am eligible for the $1,000.00 rebate and will receive the rebate check in the mail. Needless to say, we never received the rebate check. I visited the dealership 3 times since and now nobody there knows anything about a rebate. I showed them the paperwork from Honda again but to no avail...They always act as if they are busy. They always tell me 'Leave us your number and email address and we will get back to you after we research what happened'..6 months later there is no response.

There was No mistake made here .. I asked if they could find a Dodge Durango the same one at another dealership that just sold and told me they found one and needed $500.00 for a deposit to hold the truck .This Dealer Tried to sell me a Truck that was already Sold I received an invoice of the same truck I showed them earlier to compare that was already sold . Over a week and still have not received a refund .PROCEED WITH CAUTION .

I went to this dealership for information and got just that, no high pressure, they even gave me an honest price when I told them I was not ready to buy. I returned with my wife, they remembered me and took great care of us both. Best price in the county, I shopped a number of other dealers. The new Ram truck is great but the people at Johnson are even better. I am over 70 years old and have bought alot of new vehicles in my day I have never had a dealer treat me like these folks. Jeremy is a great kid and all my family will be going to him in the future. Thanks for a great experience Johnson.

FIVE STAR SERVICE? WRONG!!! It is crystal clear why Chrysler is in trouble, they let a service department like this exist, I took my vehicle in for a minor issue and now it is almost a year later, And the problem still exists, on the phone back and fourth and when (they) finally gave up on me I reached out to the manufactureChrysler tells me that they cant help me and that I need to take legal action against Johnson Dodge. Listen,!!! Do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!! ...AND Chrysler

I believed, in this day and age, dealers will treat you right. These guys are a joke. They never gave me a spec on a vehicle I wanted to buy, sold me a vehicle, made the total experience a mess. Stuck a decal on the vehicle that is ugly. I would never recommend anyone else to get there. I guess I should not have expected anything better.Go some place else.
